BREAKING NEWS IN THE CHARLIE KIRK INVESTIGATION

Well, we interrupt this series of reports that we’re doing on the coming ground war in Iran because we have just had broken a major, major development in the Charlie Kirk assassination. And I believe I know what’s behind this, and I’m sure Project Constitution, who needs to get all the credit for this, who’s broken this story, I’m sure he’s going to eventually come to the same conclusion. Two people need to put us together so we can talk. Before I came live with this, I wanted to basically verify facts, check connections, and so forth. And I’ll tell you what I’ve learned from that encounter.

And I will tell you, there are people that have watched this ad from my audience who did this, and then they were so enthralled with it, they’ve gone on to become agents.

That’s DHHawk.com and get this process started. Well, let’s go to what Project Constitution has posted, and then I’m going to bring this to what I believe is a correct conclusion. This is, boy, I’ll tell you, this is something, folks. Okay, here’s the affidavit that’s going to be referenced here in the narrative by Project Constitution that I’m going to read.

And it’s in the county of Utah, state of Utah, affidavit of probable cause, criminal trespass, intended annoyance, injury, crime, fear, obstruction of justice, capital first degree felony conduct. Okay, and there’s probable cause to charge a defendant because on 9-11, the day after the assassination, while local police and federal agencies were conducting a homicide investigation at UVU, the crime scene was of large proportion, and the areas of the crime scene were taped off. This guy violated all that, and they go into the detail here, and you can read this on your own. So I want to focus mostly on what Project Constitution is saying, and then I’m going to give you my take.

I’m telling you, this is a huge, huge development, absolutely phenomenal development. And I have come to two possible conclusions, one I like a lot more than the other. Now, the defendant here, the accused, I should say, Russell Kim Kensington was booked into Utah county jail. Okay, so he was arrested for violating the crime scene. Isn’t it funny, though? He violates the crime scene, he goes to jail, and then someone comes in and paves over the crime scene within 48 hours, and nothing happens. No one asks any questions. Isn’t that odd? But let’s go through, and let’s talk about this, Project Constitution.

And I’m going to go through it, and I’m going to make comments as we go. Breaking, I just obtained a arrest affidavit for Russell Kensington, the man in the white lab coat, who crossed crime scene tape at Charlie’s assassination. We filed a grammar request back in October for records related to Kensington, the man arrested at UVU. Okay, UVU police responded by claiming they had no records responsive to your request. They lied. UVU is involved in the cover-up of this event. I’m going to say it right here, right now. You lied, UVU, and you’ve been caught.

That document on the left shows you’re lying. I’ve now obtained the affidavit, a probable cause, that was used to charge Kensington. According to the document on 9-11, 2025, Kensington was arrested inside an active crime scene. He had crossed the yellow tape, entered the secured area where Charlie was killed, and was taking photos and videos, and he was wearing a white lab coat at the time. He was charged with two felonies, criminal trespass with intent to annoy, injure, commit a crime, obstruction of justice in connection with a capital first degree felony. Despite being arrested at the actual crime scene of a high-profile political assassination and charged with a felony, he was released on his own recognizance.

This is unbelievable. You take someone who’s committed a crime like this, potentially interfering in evidence, and you charge him with two felonies, and you don’t have him put up bail? Are you kidding me? The fix was in. It gets better. This is absolutely amazing. Now, the charges appear to have been quietly dropped afterward. Okay, we’re going to come to some conclusions on this in a minute. Even more bizarrely, as Project Constitution says, the district attorney involved in the case posted a photo of himself on Facebook wearing what looks like the same white lab coat seemingly fangirling over Kensington.

What? The DA’s doing this? What is going on? Is this virtue signaling or what? This raises serious questions. One, why did UVU police lie and claim they had no records when they clearly did? Why was a man caught inside an active assassination crime scene who admitted he was there reminiscing and released with no bail? Why were the charges ultimately not pursued? Why did the DA in the case post a photo of himself on his Facebook wearing what appears to be the same white lab coat? Kensington’s background is also raising eyebrows.

He’s a former army combat medic with documenting connections to individuals in the trans Tifa movement. There are also questions about why Israeli IP addresses were heavily searching his full name just days before the assassination, just days before. The fact that law enforcement went out of their way to deny the existence of these records for months while a man crossed the crime scene tape is deeply concerning. I totally agree with that conclusion. This project was marked private, yet it was accidentally released online. This affidavit was marked private but accidentally released online and then scrubbed again the same day.

Charlie’s investigation continues to be marked by missing evidence, scrubbed footage, and now apparent attempts to hide about the people that were caught inside the crime scene. Wow. Okay, then Project Constitution gives credit to someone who actually first broke this story. Good work. I’ll say that myself. Okay, and then he brings up a memory here that’s interesting to throw more doubt on this so-called investigation. Remember the fake doctor? Excuse me. Remember the fake doctor busted with a rifle at Charlie’s crime scene the day after the hit? What I found out about him is alarming.

He needs to be investigated. Okay, continuing. This is, it’s good. More disturbing details. The man caught at the crime scene. After obtaining the arrest affidavit, we dug deeper into Russell Kim Kennington’s background and what we found raises more questions. Kennington was previously involved in a civil stocking case in Davis County, Utah, and he lists the case number, who was another gay man. So apparently this was some kind of relationship. The man’s name was Matthew Ewell, as you’ll see here, referenced back by the case number. He filed a protective order against Kennington.

This temporary order of protection was granted, but the judge ultimately denied the final order and the case was marked private. A little more cover-up going on. Even more notably, Kennington and several people he regularly interacts with on social media appear to be deeply embedded in the trans Tifa movement. One of his close associates, Drew Atwood, openly lists in his bio that he is gay, atheist, supports trans kids while wearing a pentagram necklace in his profile picture. Now I want to step aside here just for a second. It now appears that some of the stuff that Cash Patel came out with with the FBI trying to link initially Antifa interest to the assassination and trying to tie Tyler James Robinson into this, this really does now deserve some merit.

I think it really deserves very serious consideration. Oh, I don’t think that the FBI is being forthcoming. All I got to say is 30-06 paving over the crime scene. Okay, you’re not doing that if you’re really interested in the truth, but it is interesting that link that’s made by Cash Patel spokespeople publicly is matching what Project Constitution is saying here. Okay, continuing. This is significant because law enforcement, UV went out of their way to claim they had no records for Kennington, yet the man who was caught crossing the crime scene has documented ties to the trans ideological circles, the same networks that have been repeatedly linked to political violence in recent years.

So is it possible Tyler Robinson’s connected to these people and these are the people that did this. It is possible and Project Constitution is really articulately highlighting this possibility. I don’t look at this as the number one causation agent. I think it’s feasible, but I don’t think it’s the most likely outcome, but let’s continue. This raises serious questions about whether these movements are being deliberately cultivated and radicalized by intelligent agencies through MK Ultra ESK psychological operations. I wouldn’t even consider that statement and I wouldn’t have uttered it here if it were not for the last two days of testimony on Capitol Hill led by Representative Anna Paulina Luna and questioning people connected to MK Ultra.

And we are getting a lot of material. I mean, yesterday they mentioned Jack Ruby, Lee Oswald, Charles Manson. Why should this be any different? I’m not saying this is true, but I’m saying it opens the door to the possibility and should be looked at. So I’m not claiming this is absolutely true. So could these people have been operating from strictly personal, sociological, ideological means to want to get at Charlie for his beliefs? Like I said, to me it’s feasible, but it’s a minor possibility in my book. Could these people have been programmed agents? I think that’s really a stretch until I considered the testimony I personally watched about Capitol Hill’s testimony in MK Ultra.

I think this deserves real investigation and real consideration. And I’m waiting for Luna to come out with something like this. Does she find linkage here interesting? I find it interesting and I think it should be looked at. Is that proof? No, it’s not proof. But this is a major development in what we should be looking at. Okay, then Project Constitution goes on to say, why did they try so hard to hide the records? Why was the man with these transtiva connections released with zero bail caught inside an active assassination crime scene? And why does the DA in the case appear to have some kind of connection to him? Wow, this is a stunning development.

The problem is though, is you go back to Tyler Robinson and I really want to make this point. I’m on the guest circuit tour right now. This booking agency likes what I do and they pick me up and they’re promoting me to all these shows. In fact, I’m doing an interview on this in a half an hour. And what’s interesting is that there’s a renewed interest in Charlie Kirk and this is what people want me to talk about. And what I’m working on right now is the war and data centers. And those are the two primary issues that I’m looking at here because we’re not acting in the best interests of our country in either one of these items.

And I’m walking a fine line here because when does protest become anti-biblical and I’m giving a form of verbal protest. So I’ve been very careful to go back and look at scripture to say, am I on sound ground by what I’m doing? And I am and I’ve done a presentation yesterday on that regard. This, I want justice for Charlie. I love Charlie Kirk. Charlie and I discussed the voter integrity issues in Arizona when it was going on. This man has heart in the right place. There were people in official capacities that talked to me and I’m talking to real politicians with names you would know.

And they said, Dave, you’re influencing too many people and you’re full of blank. And then there were some people in that same category that says, Dave, you’re right on the money. But if I say this, it’s political suicide. Look at what happened to Elizabeth who got kicked out of the legislature. Liz Harris, boom, gone. Because she made allegations based on the work of a 30 year RICO investigator, John Taylor. So I’ve seen all sides of this and I just want the truth to come out. I want all the corruption in government that we can get rid of in a real sense.

I want this country to become more clean. If we’re going to survive another 250 years, we cannot have the corruption that we’re having. It’s destructive to the Republic. And we are self-destructing so some people can make a lot of money. And we’re in the midst of revealing that in our series on putting boots on the ground in Iran, which I’m absolutely sure is coming. So when we look at this case with Project Constitution, first of all, I like to say this to him directly, you’ve always done great work. Always, I’ve admired how professional you are, how thorough you are, and how you dig up things.

And I look, I say, man, how did he find that? That’s amazing. So he is definitely worth following. But in this instance right here, if you just simply invade a crime scene and it doesn’t have to be a major political event like Charlie’s Killing was, you’re going to prison. You’re not going to plea bargain out and do community service. This is very serious. And the guy was armed, and now he’s taking pictures? Now, I’m going to give you another possibility to consider, and we’re just hypothesizing here. Could they be programmed agents per MK Ultra? Well, this isn’t everyone’s mind right now, because in congressional testimony, and I’m going to say it’s certainly possible.

But also what I think is this guy might have these connections to these alternative groups. But he may have another agenda separate and apart from those groups. If he’s taken pictures, and we don’t know what kind of high resolution pictures he was taking, but he very well could have been taking pictures and giving that evidence that could be with special photographic lenses and techniques, could look and see is there evidence here at the scene that could destroy the official narrative that Tyler James Robinson fired a 30-06 and killed Charlie Kirk? And they’re looking for the need for evidentiary cover-up.

Now, before you think, and Dave, man, you’re out there in left field, then you answer this question. In the crime scene of a major political figure, and you have the SUV that took you to the hospital, crime scene, cleaned out, scrubbed, and sold, then more importantly, where the interloper was, Kennington, and he’s taken photos. And then within two days after Charlie’s demise, you pave over the entire crime scene. That fact’s not in dispute. That’s fact. We’ve talked to the people who from the construction company did the work, and they simply followed a contract.

They don’t think they did anything wrong. I don’t think they should be investigated for anything. They just did what they were contracted to do, and they were allowed to do it, and the yellow tape was gone. I think it’s real possible that Kennington took high-resolution photos looking for evidence, and they found enough there to say, man, this could be all over. We’ve got to cover up the crime scene and pave it over. That would be my operating hypothesis, and if I were investigating this case formally, that would be the first place I would start.

And I’d have Kennington back in custody, and I’d probably hold him without bail until he talked, until his trial came up, because there’s a lot of people that would dispose of him to keep this quiet. And I have covered why that brain had to disappear. Oh, you want to know very quickly. The doctors at Parkland that weren’t called to testify about the case, they worked on Kennedy and they weren’t called, because it all said the same thing. Small entrance wound, right front. They wanted him shot from behind Oswald. Small hole. Biggie Vos told that they said you could stick your fist in the back of his cerebellum.

That’s an exit wound. But it’s an exit wound from a hollow point bullet that exploded, frangible bullet. That explains why the brain had to disappear. And Jim Mars and I both agreed on that point. We didn’t have any hesitation on that. We agreed word for word. So if you think funny things can’t happen in investigations involving officials, think again. That’s exactly what happened. Happened in 63 and 1964 as well. And it’s happening here today in 2026 and it started in 2025. And a lot of this is the same playbook. Dave Hodges here. More to unfold.
