The Absolute Truth- Sheriff Mack Joins Emerald Robinson

Listen. Including biometric identifiers. Biometric identifiers include personal data such as retinal scans and fingerprints and DNA. People who doubt that this database will be used to violate the rights of U.S. citizens should ask what a President J Edgar Hoover, a former FBI director who was notorious for collecting private information on politicians and other prominent individuals, would do with a database containing personal and even biometric information on American citizens. Our next guest, Sheriff Richard Mack agrees with Ron Paul and argues that the real ID law violates his Supreme Court case Mack versus the United States because it infringes on the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution.

In it, he says, quote, the 10th Amendment establishes that the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution or prohibited by it to the states are reserved to the states respectively by federalizing driver licensing. The real ID act usurps this power reserved to the states. I’m joined by Sheriff Richard Mack. Now he’s also the author of County Sheriff America’s Last Hope. Sheriff, this is for once. You’ve got voices on the left and right agreeing in opposition to this, particularly I hear from a lot of my friends who, you know, were very pro-freedom.

They’re very concerned about this. You are too. Explain why. Well, you know, at first I thought we didn’t hear enough about it. I went and got my license about three weeks ago, and I wanted to find out. First of all, I fly a lot, as you know. So every time I go through TSA pre-check, one of the clerks there, one of the attendants, I don’t know what they’re called, TSA police officers, I don’t know what they’re called. They’re security, I guess. And they’re very friendly. I like them. I get along with them fine.

And they said, don’t forget, May 7th, you got to have the real ID driver’s license. And I said, I always ask every single one of them, what’s the difference between the license I have now and that one? None of them know. They don’t have a clue. So I went to the Arizona DMV and I said, what’s up? They do not take away your other license, so you do not have to use this if you don’t want to. I can still use my license and go through TSA. I can use my passport. So I don’t have to use it, but I did get it because I wanted to figure out what the devil’s going on here.

And nobody knew at DMV what the difference was. Interesting. Then when I ran Paul, or Ron Paul, Dr. Paul talked about it, I know him. We’re friends. And I’ve always trusted his judgment on these sort of things. And he explained a lot more in that video you just saw. I watched the whole thing. And it does sound kind of, why are we doing this, President Trump and Kristy Noem? Why are we doing this? What’s the need? And not only that, can I quote my Supreme Court case? Okay, folks, just so everyone of you knows, I was the first sheriff in American history to launch a major lawsuit against the Clinton administration for violating the 10th Amendment.

And we won. They tried to commandeer the office of sheriffs all across this country to enforce the Brady bill for them without any negotiation, without any funding. And they threatened to arrest us if we failed to comply. Well, I told them I am not going to comply. So we sued them. And six other sheriffs joined me in the lawsuit. It went to the Supreme Court in December of 1996. Justice Antonin Scalia, applying for the majority in a 5-4 split, the five Republicans sided with us, the four Democrats sided with Clinton. And we won.

And they quoted the New York case of 1992 when they said, and that’s when New York beat the federal government at the Supreme Court also. And this was the quote, we have held, however, that state legislatures are not subject to federal direction. And then in the order of the court, and so that’s pretty powerful right there, state legislature. So that means the government of Arizona, the government of Mississippi, whoever, whatever state it is, our state legislatures are not subject to federal direction. In other words, the federal government can’t tell us to do the real idea.

We can opt out of it. And so everybody’s now, all the states are just falling in line like good little puppets. And so let me read to you also the order of the court. And this still gets very powerful. This is the most powerful 10th Amendment decision in the history of our country. And I’m reading the review right here that every American should have in their home, have in their car, have in their purse or briefcase, and everybody should be passing this out to your governor and to your state reps and to your city council and county commissioners and your sheriff.

This was done by sheriffs for sheriffs. So here’s the order of the court from Justice Scalia. We have held in New York that Congress cannot compel the states to enact or enforce a regulatory program. Today we hold that Congress cannot circumvent that prohibition by conscripting the state’s officers directly. Such commands are fundamentally incompatible with our constitutional system of dual sovereignty. So they can’t tell us what to do. And they cannot force us to take this. And I’ll reiterate one other quote real quickly. The federal government we held may not compel the states to enact or administer a federal regulatory program.

Again, that’s from the New York case of 1992 and my case of 1997. Well, we filed in 94, but we won June 27, 1997. This decision is about 28 years old. It has not been altered or changed or challenged ever. And people should comply. As you noted, you can use your passport to travel instead if you must domestically as well. And let’s just recall, I don’t have time to play the sound bite now, but you have to remember that the former FBI director, Chris Ray, did tell the World Economic Forum at some point that the FBI routinely violates our civil liberties with new technology and capabilities of the kind that this real ID would give.

So we must not comply. We must fight it. Your case is a great precedent on this, and it’s a great one for the states to use when citing this. And I’m just so disappointed in the Trump administration for doing this. We’re going to try to reach out to, I know a lot of people at DHS, I’m going to ask, why? All of a sudden, after 20 years, it’s the Trump administration that is going to enforce this. Sheriff Mack, I love all you do for freedom. Thank you. You’re welcome. In a breaking story, reminiscent of the 51 intelligence agents touting the laptop from hell is Russian disinformation, which was itself disinformation. Anonymous sources from the NIC are telling the propagandists, stenographers at WAPO, that they contradict Trump’s justification for mass deportations and deny that trend day Aragua is tied to Majora’s regime. Now, if you’ve been watching this show, I know that’s laughable to you. Obviously, this is trying to contradict a briefing provided to Trump’s Director of National Intelligence and his National Security Counsel, which I published exclusively on my sub second, Emerald Dot, a few weeks ago, showing the direct ties between trend day Aragua, Cartel del Sol, and top officials in Venezuela to include his president, Nicolas Maduro.

Okay, here’s the real story. These numerous intelligence community anonymous leaks are seditiously insisting, okay, that trend day Aragua is not subordinated to the Venezuelan government. But we have hard intelligence that TBA is in fact a subordinate to the Venezuelan communist regime. The regime is in turn subordinated to Cuban intelligence, the DGI, which is in turn subordinated to the international communist movement operated out of Moscow and Beijing. That’s America’s national security elites that that these national security elites are unaware of these connections is more than strategic in comprehension is professional malpractice.

If true, perhaps they know what they’re doing. These leaks are evidence of traders, traders in the IC trying to obscure hostile nation state irregular combat activities against America. These links are no more credible, as I said, than the 51 intelligence community officials who conspired to conceal the authenticity of Hunter Biden’s laptop and seditiously interfere with the 2020 election. IRS supervisor Gary Shapley and case agent Gary Ziegler tested five or more Congress that the DOJ, FBI, and IRS all knew since 2019 that the Hunter Biden laptop was authentic a year before the 51 IC officials lied about it to seditiously interfere with the election.

Trump has to clear out the NIC and put real intelligence officials who are not seditious, who are not traders, who are loyal to the constitution and who have an understanding of the communist global conspiracy. And that’s the absolute truth. [tr:trw].
