We are so alike. It is just unbelievable the way we live, the type of shelving units, the tools, the brand of stuff we buy, you know, how we approach things, you know, just had a wonderful couple of days. He’s a pilot, right? A powered paragliding pilot. And fortunately, blessings upon blessings. It was raining for the time I was there. He is in Galveston Bay, Crystal beach, just a little bit north of Galveston. And so that meant we got to spend a bunch of time together. So it just. Just a wonderful trip, and I get some fun time with family in Florida.
And, you know, I don’t know if they thought I was being overdramatic or not, but I’m like, hey, guys, you know, let’s get together for dinner. I think this is probably going to be the last time we’re going to see each other for a while, possibly, if ever. Right. You know, and I think enough of them get it about the fuel situation and all that, you know, I don’t know. I. I do know travel is going to get really extraordinarily difficult and expensive in the future. So anyway, it was really good to hang out with family and got a little bit of.
Got a little bit of business done. I was just. I don’t know what it is about travel these days, and I built in a lot of naps. I was very careful to not indulge in, like, wheat and dairy and stuff. Like, I mean, I kept my diet pretty clean, and I was just exhausted. All right. I did go into it exhausted. We did a ton of physical work, and I thought, well, I’ll do recovery on the plane. Okay. Apparently, that’s not a good strategy. Let me show you what we got done, actually. Oh, hold on a second here.
I got some cuteness for you. How you guys doing? Whack, whack, whack. Yeah. You like messing with that compost pile there? Yeah. And. And the tub of water, by the way. This is a. I have a problem with the rain coming off of this and coming in here and making a huge, like, little lake, which the ducks loved. And then the ducks do what ducks do, which means they shit all in there. And then it was just a mess. So I built this really quick and dirty rainwater collection system. I just took some gutters and used some paracord and a bungee cord.
And then it dumps into this roof panel, which goes into this tank here. It works. It does. And this is totally a temporary setup. And when I was in Florida, I went to visit a farm. Always visiting farms, right? And the guy had these really cool big things full of. He had a. Like a tilapia thing and he had all this duckweed. And then this other plant is called azole. And I hope some of it survived. Yeah, it looks like it did. And it’s a plant that the ducks are. The ducks are going to go crazy over.
So I thought I’d just try growing stuff. Some of that. We’ll see. I grew some before, and it turns out if you really want to know, grow enough duckweed for the diet for a duck, you need, like, a lake. Makes sense, right? But, you know, snacks. All right? Any. Every little bit counts, so. Yeah. So I hope it’s not too dark in here. We have transformed the KV area. So if you remember, I used to have those big, heavy metal cages here. I was going to sell them and I just ended up giving them away to somebody.
I just wanted them gone. And then I’ve built these right here. And let’s see if we can get this little baby out. See if we can find it. Where is it? There it is. Come here, sweetie. Come on. Whoops. Let’s see if I catch it. All right. Come on. Look at this little cutie. So there were actually three of them born. And then before I knew it, they were pretty small. And apparently before I put this board to block it, two of them got out. I didn’t know there was a third one. I went to clean out their cage, and as I was throwing out the compost, I found the third one.
Like, oops. Oops. Glad I sifted through the compost for the minute there. Now the other two are running around here. Here’s one of the loose baby, but this is one of the. One of the loose ones. And calling that one flag. Anyway, I’ve tried catching. Those little boogers are fast. So you can see, you know, we got a whole bunch more in process. These. These. These here are loaded with KVs. And then we got a couple of more that are just need some more work done to them and they’ll be ready for KVs. And yeah, and just here’s just part of the whoops, I’ll get it, you know, part of the setup with the tools and equipment and supplies and everything that needs be to happen to make this happen.
And then every day, of course, I’m always hunting for grant to feed them. And I’m gonna, I’ve been talking to neighbors and I’m gonna see if I can like lease another acre from somebody where I just go grass, grow grass and then, you know, go harvest that grass regularly to feed the cavies. Because I, I, hopefully let’s see if it happens. I, you know, I’ve asked this Peruvian company and I want to buy 44 more guinea pigs. These are the Peruvian ones, These are the big ones. These are the official genetics, the big cavies that they actually use for food sources.
And let’s see if I can get them in the country. They’ve got to go through all kinds of hoops to export them out of Peru and then I’ve got to go through all kinds of hoops to import them into Puerto Rico. The official route. They’re not responding at all to email, phone calls or anything. And the other friends of mine who have imported stuff said, yeah, you just have to go, their office is in Dorado and camp out in the, Just go there for the whole day and camp out in the waiting room with all the paper and just, just sit there until they address you and then you get it signed and you get them in.
Oh gosh. You know, and then, But I’m like, no, I’m gonna try the Puerto Rican way is there’s somebody has to be cousins with somebody. And I’ve been asking everybody, hey, do you have a cousin who works for the Puerto Rican ag department in Toronto? Anyway, I’m trying that until I do the camp out thing, but I’ll let you know how that goes. Anyway, so funny, I was talking to my son about the, the cavy business and he’s like, mom, let me get this straight. You got how many of them now and 30 of them. And then you’re, you’re getting 44 more in.
And let’s see, the, the, does the, the sows have three per litter? They have, you know, four litters per year. And then you, and he’s calculating, he says, mom, and I don’t know what time it was going to be like in some short period of time. He says, you can have a thousand kvs and I said, wow, I’m going to be rich. And he goes, do you have. There’s. Is there any market for that? And I said, no, no, absolutely none. Nobody wants to buy these. He’s like, mom, how come. Is this the first time you’ve done any of this math on these numbers of the quantities of KB’s you had? And I said, no, it’s not, you know.
You know. And I said, it never quite works out quite like you think. And first of all, the ones coming in are only going to be one month old, and I’ll have to wait a couple months and. All right. He says, you’re delaying your thousand by a couple of months. He says, have you thought about this? He says, why are you doing it? And I said, well. And it sounded so stupid when you’re talking to, you know, he’s a pretty smart businessman. I said, well, I’m really doing it as a service for the community. It does sound ridiculous.
You know, he grew up. I mean, he grew up. I’m a prepper. I’ve been talking about there’s going to be collapse, there’s going be to. To be hyperinflation, there’s going to be a famine, you know, for the longest time, and it never happens. And, you know, we just kind of agreed a couple of years ago. He is. We were upfront with each other, and he’s like, look, Mom, I’m just going to live my life and get on with stuff. I can’t. I can’t be living to prepare for something that never happens. And I got it, you know, so we don’t talk about prepping anymore.
I don’t know. Maybe he’s right. Maybe I’m doing something totally stupid. But, man, every time I look at what’s going on out there with the food supply and the agendas for depopulation and, you know, all the stuff going on, I’m like, yeah, I think people are gonna want food. And these little animals are. There’s a reason that they are a staple part of the diet for the people. Like the people in, you know, Ecuador and Peru, Colombia, you know, all those countries. Right. There’s a reason for it and why they’re more popular than rabbits. Right? Yeah, because they’re really, really good backyard food production sources.
So anyway, whatever, we’ll go out and I’ll show you. Well, we’ll go wander around the rabbit patch for a while. Unfortunately, the woman I hired to take care of the animals when I was gone is in the middle of a divorce, and she didn’t do the best job ever. And one of the litters of babies all died. Well, you know, whatever. There are a few other things kind of messed up, but. Oh, this. A lot worse things could happen. Oh, oh, let me get you a picture of Paloma here. Just. Hey, guy. He’s like, I wish.
Whoops, where’d he go? He’s like, I wish you’d turn off that electric fence. I really want that grass you have. Poor boy. All right, well, I was hoping that just because I was gone for a week that the world would not do, you know, they could, they could all pause or. Crazy. No, no, they just kept right on doing it. I had a great respite from worrying about the news, but I have caught up a little bit. So anyway, I was watching, Jeff Berwick was talking about, you know, the November 17th thing. Remember November 17th at 2:20pm is going to be this test of the emergency broadcast system.
And I’ve seen a lot of tests over the years where nothing actually happened. But there are tests where things do happen and 911 is actually one of them. So they are something to pay attention, to, be aware of. But Jeff was pointing out that in Obama’s movie Leave the World behind, which is something about the world collapses, I haven’t watched it. The clocks, he said, all stopped on 11:17. Okay. You know, they do use, they use that kind of stuff all the time. What was it? One of the Rockefellers back in the 60s getting his photograph on the COVID of Time magazine and his watch very prominently in the photo was set to 9 11.
Right. It really is astonishing how long and how far in advance that a lot of these things are planned or structured or whatever, which has always had me wonder either there are some entities behind this that are non human or there are humans that have really broken into some longevity technology or I don’t know what’s going on there, but they really do have plans that are much, much longer than. Than what you would think with a human lifestyle. A lifetime. It’s very. And that’s one of the lot of people. Oh, I can’t believe that that would happen.
Nobody’s that oriented. They are. Okay, so the DJT, you know that one, the flaming orange. America.gov is a new website coming out that is going to have an AI and this will be able. An AI that will be able to help you navigate through all the United States government stuff. Right. All their websites and stuff. What interested me about it was they had Tony Robbins with him there talking about this new website, you know, big Jaw Tony. Oh, my goodness. I did something with Tony Robbins, like years and decades ago in Hong Kong before he was really a big deal and I could tell he was quite a great presenter.
He was a man. He’s a man with a lot of charisma and a lot of power, you know, personal power. But I was never really drawn to, to do his work. But anyway, now that’s an interesting pairing. Tony Robbins and djt. Here’s something funny. We need something funny. We need a lot of funny. This is getting weirder and weirder. In case of fire, please leave the building before posting it on social media. Have you all seen that? They’re going to roll out a plague. It’s the next one. I’ve been, been watching it and it’s, there’s, there’s some interesting things.
Apparently it’s starting six months, six years, six months and six days after the COVID was rolled out and the marketing campaign was kicked off. It was September 25th. It was a lab in Russia. Somebody accidentally dropped a vial and it. Pneumonic plague. Rhymes with bubonic, right? And they’re going to really tap into all your stuff from childhood about how bad the bubonic plague is. The plague, man, they’re gonna really, really hype this one up, I think. I haven’t seen a lot on it that much in, in the last week or so. I don’t know, maybe they let this stuff build.
I’ll have to review, but they do have a plague tracker website. You can see where it’s coming out in different countries. I meant to before I get on here to see who was behind the web, the plague tracker website, but would not be surprised if it wasn’t a wef company. But I hope you don’t fall for that one. The bubonic plague. Of course they’re going to have a plague. Now if this does roll out the way that they rolled out the COVID you know, wasn’t it about two months? It was like starting in February and then by, by April it was, the United States was going into lockdown.
You have two weeks to flatten the camera curve, right? So, you know, I mean, it’s always good to try and time these things, get a sense of stuff or what might be happening. Here’s some interesting news. Aurora is a driverless truck company that said by 2030 they would have 30,000 driverless trucks. And right now they only have 200. Apparently their stock is falling. I think Uber, some of the biggest players pulled out. So there’s some good News. Maybe the driverless trucks aren’t working. I, Maybe it’s not working for Aurora. I kind of got a feeling they’re gonna figure all that out.
But anyway, a bit of a momentary uplift, right? Oh, God, this is gruesome. This is really just beyond gruesome and horrible. The Pentagon is to live stream the fire a firing squad execution. So apparently the military has not done capital punishment for. I don’t. Is it 60 or 80 something years. And now they’re going to do it. Some guy did something right, and apparently they’re going to live stream gonna. They’re gonna execute this guy by firing squad. Oh, I am not gonna watch that. I don’t. How horrible is it? The times we live in, how horrible that is just horrible.
So I talk about rebranding. It’s too late to rebrand, baby. The DJT is saying that the, the. The accepted new term is super intelligence. And anyone who says AI Artificial intelligence is the enemy is some text he sent out. You can’t. It’s going to be a real hard rebranding thing. AI is already an AI. Oh my God, you’re the enemy. AI. AI, AI, AI, AI. All right, I’m the enemy five times. All right, so Jason Kristoff had an alert and I want to riff on this for a minute. And it relates to, well, tinfoil hats. It also relates to the mnemonic plague.
And so now most of these things that they roll out, they actually don’t kill you outright, right? What they try to do is get you to kill yourself and the plague. Poisonous food in the grocery stores or all the medicines. There’s a word, quote unquote, that they have. Or the jab. The jab was ultimately. Now there was immense pressure, immense psychological operations, immense, you know, programming and whatever, but it ultimately was your choice. And that’s a way of either killing you or, you know, disabling your ability to reproduce or whatever. Right. But it, but it is a choice.
So they may actually, I think, for the, for the, for the mnemonic plague. And Jason was talking about this also, and I agree with him that they may actually kill off some people to. And they’ll do it in a, like a public way to, to really, really up fear level, right? Really really amp up that fear level. And it’s pretty well known. And I, when I first heard this, I said, no, there’s no way. It’s pretty well known that through the 5G network that they can pretty much kill anybody at any, any time. And it is.
And when I first heard that. I first heard that. I was in 2020, I was in, in Jekyll Island, Florida presenting at G. Edward Griffin’s event, the Red Pill Expo. And people were talking about how they can use the 5G network. Why Covid was probably actually often a consequence of the 5G network. And I was like, that’s ridiculous. Cell towers are going to give people respiratory problems. Like that’s ridiculous. And I said, Nope, 5G actually covers. 5G is like 5 GHz, but it also goes up to 100 GHz and it turns out at 60 GHz, which is unbelievably fast.
It’s blisteringly fast. Well, apparently that resonates with, is it the red blood cells in your blood or there’s some frequency that it interferes with the hemoglobin and the oxygen uptake in your blood. And the, the outward look of it is like a respiratory problem or you’re not able to breathe or you’re not able to get oxygen. And it’s actually happening at the cellular level in your blood due to the excitation of this 60 GHz frequency. And yeah. Oh my God, that’s freaky. So, so yes. So this is a thing. And then I’ve seen lots of videos, who knows what’s true or not, where they talk about doing remote executions on people where they were testing it.
And there’ll be people that like, you’ll see these videos and somebody, somebody will be sitting there and then they’ll be like, they hear something and they, they just turn around and turn around and turn around and they drop dead. And apparently that is a targeting through the electromagnetic system. So would they maybe use, use the 5G network to target a group of people at a thing and make it look like the bubonic or the mnemonic plague is broken out. And then here’s what it looks like, it’s all televised and everything. And Jason was like, well, you know what? He says I’m gonna get a hoodie that has apparently, you know, some metal lining or something.
A tinfoil hat. I want a tinfoil hat. Protect my brain and my body. And basically to get something that would protect you from electromagnetic fields of that high of a frequency. And he’s serious about this. I do believe that that’s why they got rid of lead based paint back in the 70s. I think they knew about this technology back then. And if your house is painted with lead based paint, it blocks it, right? Your house has basically becomes a Faraday case. And even as a kid I knew it was total that were like that. Oh, we got to get rid of the lead based paint because kids might chew on it and get lead.
I was a kid, I knew we weren’t gonna do that kind of stupid stuff. Right. You know, So I knew there was something wrong with that agenda even when I was a little kid. Yeah, that’s why they got rid of lead based paint a long time ago. So anyway, he’s talking about, yeah, it may be time to get that tinfoil hat. I don’t know where you get a hoodie that’s like lined, but I’m sure that it’s available. I know there are shirts that you can get that have silver embedded in it. And some people wear them when they’re traveling.
That might be interesting just to, you know, block radiation. I don’t know. We are living in really strange times, aren’t we? Like, that’s like a thing you need to protect yourself from radio frequencies. He’s like, you know, if you’re worried about this, then you definitely need to, you know, turn off the WI fi, you know, have ways to protect yourself. He was talking about making a safe room that’s completely lined and is a Faraday cage that you can go in. And anyway, I can’t argue with them. I don’t know if I’m gonna go to that extent.
But this stuff is real and it’s out there and it’s not. This is not, you know, conspiracy stuff. This is. There’s actually scientific papers and IEEE journal entries and stuff about the 60 GHz and blood and hemoglobin. It’s. It’s a thing. So anyway, I’m reading a book right now by Charlie Robinson called the Octopus of Population Control. And I think I’m going to interview Charlie. When we talk about they, you know, they are doing this, I call them the Globalists. Catherine Austin Fitz calls them Mr. Global. There are a lot of us. Other very interesting choice words for them, But I never dove into like, exactly who they were or whatever.
And, and Charlie apparently has, and he goes also into the very, very. The history of eugenics is long and deep. And I’m in the book now and I’m going to interview him. I think it would be. I. It’s. Yeah, man, it’s like this is real. Like this is something that has been going on for a long time. These societies, these people, this agenda. Yeah, I made the mistake of I, I got it on honorable Listening to the book before I went to bed the other night, I didn’t sleep very well. It’s a book to read in the middle of the day or the morning.
Okay, 100 beef. I saw this. This is fun. Apparently, you know, McDonald’s says in our hamburgers we had, we get 100% beef. Right? And then apparently, you may have heard this, that there’s a company that its name is 100% beef, and they sell their meat to McDonald’s and who knows what’s in that meat. But McDonald’s can legitimately say we get our meat, which is 100%, from 100% beef. One thing that added legitimacy to that is I went to like, Snopes and Snopes said, oh, that’s totally a mislie, A misdirection. I need to go to Dun and Bradstreet and see if a company called 100% beef is actually listed in their directory.
It wouldn’t surprise me at all. Okay, so where we are, the SPR is at 282 million.9 barrels. I’ve heard recently that the US is talking about releasing 40 million barrels more, which would put us to dangerously low. I think we’re already at dangerously low levels. Who knows? You know, with that talk, what, what that’s all about, you know, Cushing, Oklahoma is at 24.7. So it’s a little bit above its 20 million barrel supposed functional operational minimum level. Yeah. And diesel, it’s a little bit low now, apparently, you know, we were supporting Ukraine and now we’re supporting Russia, and Russia supposedly giving us diesel.
And oh my God, he keeps track of all that nonsense, but they’re keeping the price of diesel down for a bit. You know, I hear a lot of people talking about, oh, they’re doing it for the midterms or whatever. And as you know, I. The politics is just. I saw this wonderful infographic that’s just my whole opinion of politics. And it had a boxing ring and it had one boxer who was a pack. Right. And then the other boxer was a pack. Yeah, that’s what it is. You know, But I realized actually maybe I really. These.
This things about the midterms probably do have a lot of credence because they have a huge, huge amount of money and energy invested in this amazingly divisional process called the political system. Right. So the red ones and the blue ones and the. And the jackass versus the elephant or whatever they are. I mean, you know, to me that’s nothing. But a lot of people still take that seriously. A lot of people still think voting is A good thing. Good grief. But they have a huge amount of energy invested in that. So yeah, they may like manipulate things until after an election or before an election just because they’re propagating that system and fueling that system.
So I’m willing to bet nothing too major happens until after that. Of course, we got that November 17th moment. Some other big events coming up though, is going to be very interesting. Anthropic AI supposed to do their ipo. When is that? It’s sometime in November. That is the strangest thing ever. They’re doing an IPO trying to raise money while they’re talking about, hey, how AI is going to take over the world and kill all of humanity. That’s really not a good sales pitch. Oh yeah, I want to invest in a company that’s going to take over the world and destroy all of humanity.
Yeah, that sounds like a great investment. All right. Okay. If you want to see a really, really, really well done video that explains the oil situation, highly Recommend. It’s on YouTube and it’s called the Oil Apocalypse is Here. The guy’s name is Max Fisher and he talks about three separate oil shocks. I’m going to work a little bit of light. You know, we’re getting into that time where the days are shorter and I came out my usual time to record these and the day is getting shorter. Oh, well, here, I’ll take my hat off. Does that help? I don’t know.
Whatever. It’s really well done. It’s 40 minutes. This guy does not get into politics and he doesn’t get into the fact that all of this is manufactured and everything. He just talks about, you know, on this date in February, the epic fury happened and this many barrels were shut down. The world uses this many barrels and this many were lost. This happened and then we gained some barrels and then this happened and we lost some barrels and da, da, da, da. And he really. And he does it in a fun way and he’s got a little bit of humor in there and he’s got a marker board with some stuff that makes it all engaging.
It’s really, really worth the 40 minutes to watch that. I highly, highly recommend it. I think it’s got several million views and well deserved. So if you really want to understand why we are on the precipice of something far, far, far, far worse than what it is now and your life is going to change dramatically going forward and it’s all based on energy. And when you see him talk about the three energy shocks, you will, you’ll realize it. Right. And if you have somebody in your life who’s a little reluctant about knowing what’s going on, that’s a really good video to send them, to explain to them, you know, what’s going on in a.
In a very neutral and kind of funny and humorous way, but serious, with a lot of impact. You know, every day they’re blowing up this refinery or they’re blowing up that tanker for you and me. I mean, I think, my understanding is they have talked about this. They want to reduce, they want to get rid of the use of fossil fuels on the planet. This is Agenda 2030. They’ve published this many, many times. This is part of their 17 sustainable development goals with the whole UN WEF thing. And they use this whole concept of war and different countries and different factions and all that as a big cover for the fact that they just want to destroy this infrastructure.
And they’re doing a very good job. Every day they’re destroying more of the oil infrastructure. You are not going to have a lot of energy coming from fossil fuels in your future. Right. So you really highly recommend buying, get some solar equipment, get an electric. Well, you got. I got an electric jeep. Let’s see, here it is in the background. Oh, well, it’s getting kind of dark. I’ve actually just ordered two more, which hopefully they come in. You know, you never know at this point in time. Everything’s so dicey. But yeah, so really, anyway, recommend that, that video.
I, I’ve been very, you know, you know, I’m studying the law and I saw a really interesting take on the word person. The word person. You know, the word person really means a fiction. You think a person is like a man or a woman, and it includes that, but it also includes all kinds of companies and corporations and it includes all kinds of stuff. So a person is really. You can just think of it as like a legal fiction. And this one author was talking about it comes from the 1600s. Apparently, many, many immigrants came to the United states from the 1600s onwards as indentured servants.
So they would, you know, because they couldn’t afford the ship, right. Cost money to get here on the ship. So they would make themselves indentured servants, I think. See, it was four to seven years was usually the indentured servitude period of time. Apparently only about 40 of them actually survived. Most of them died. They were treated very, very badly. The conditions were very, very harsh. The work was very hard. If you were a female and you became pregnant, your, your, your Indentured servitude time would be added, like by another additional two years. Years. Regardless of the fact that you were raped by your master.
You know this is horrible, right? It’s horrible. But apparently in that contract, who was contracted was. You were a person. And then when the. If you were One of the 40% that made it, when the contract was done and if you had completed it, you would throw it in the fire and you. That’s where the word, where the concept of being fired came from. So I did a little research to see if. I mean, the indentured servitude stuff was true. They were saying, let me see if I have some of the numbers. Like, some 320,000 immigrants came into the American colonies that way.
That’s a lot of people. I don’t know about the word person and the firing part, but kind of makes sense anyway. Life’s been tough for a long time. We’ve had it pretty good, honestly. All right, here’s a quote thought you might like. AI allows the wealthy to access skills while stripping the skilled from the ability to access excess wealth. A pretty interesting perspective on AI, I think. AI also, though, actually, really, if you, If. If you become more. You can become more skilled with AI. Yeah. I’m back on another using more AI theme, and I still am trying to figure out how to.
There’s two things I’m trying to figure out how to have my local AI, my myself on my computer and listening to Mike Adams, and he had a recommendation of a model that would be like 17, 1800 dollars for the computer. And then Quinn 3.6.27B is a good model that would run on that computer. And then you could have that at home. I have been using a service which I recommend if you’re interested in this. It’s called Nano GPT and it’s somewhat anonymous. I don’t think anything’s ever truly anonymous, but it’s pretty anonymous. So I used a burner email and a burner credit card.
And I never put any personal information in there. But what this service allows, you can put like $10 in or $20 in. And then you can choose. You ask a question, you can choose what model you want to answer it. And sometimes I’ll ask a question and then have different models answer it just to see how the different models respond. And I’ve been playing with Quinn 3.6. I’m, you know, playing with Claude and playing with, you know, and you can kind of get a sense of different models. So Nano GPT, it Also has you acutely aware of how much money you’re spending when you’re asking a question or generating an image.
It’s kind of funny. I generated a flyer for this event that we just had last night and I did one version and it cost me two cents. And. And I noticed when I just like, oh, my God, they cost me two cents. Like, do I need any other versions? Like, no, it’s gonna cost me another 2 cents. Anyway, there is a cost to AI and it’s. I think it’s good to be very aware of that. So, anyway, all right, I gotta. We had some. We had some comments and I’m going to catch up more on comments.
I really do appreciate your comments. Fred was talking about Crisco was developed as a grease for gears, and it’s not actually meant to be a food. And Goldie actually agreed with that. And also, seed oils were originally developed as machine lubricants for the war effort. All these were developed apparently, like in the 1940s. And. Yeah, let’s see. Dawn’s newer items, quality down. Oh, Don noted how newer items, the quality is really down. And I meant to say. Yeah, I don’t know if you guys. I did recently buy some. Some aluminum foil, tin foil recently for something.
I was shocked at how thin it is. I mean, I remember tin foil, aluminum foil, whatever it used to be called is, was kind of thick and now it’s like it rips if you just look at it. So, yeah, a lot of stuff now is not the same quality stuff that we used to have. So. Totally true. Bonnie says she needs to move. I have some suggestions for her stuff. Bonnie, I made you a whole video on that, which I. I may get posted before I put this one, but if not, it’s going to be next.
I apologize. When I made that video, I’d forgotten that you were the one. Your name. So anyway, this is for you, Bonnie. I’ve moved enough times. I’ve learned how to sort out stuff and manage stuff and make sure that I really honor the things that I have to the best of my ability as we really do. The amount of energy that’s embedded in every single little thing you have is unbelievable. And the more it’s that waste not, want not, the more that you respect that, you know, the more that will be respected. Back to you. So Kathryn had a lovely story about her son.
She said he found a TV in the. Whatever, the discard days. And it had only the picture only. And it didn’t, you know, it only had picture, but Then he hang hung on to it. And then in another discard day, he found the exact same model that only had the sound. So he’s got the two TVs going in between the two of them. He’s got a whole one. I love that. That is so wonderful. My computer broke and the guy said. I was like, what? Really? They said, oh, the reason your computer broke was a cockroach got in there.
And I’m like, you gotta be kidding me. Anyway, the motherboard got burned out or something and they said, here, you can go on ebay and buy another motherboard. And they gave me the exact link. And I read the description from the guy and he said this was a computer where the screen had been cracked, but the motherboard’s good. And I thought, how wonderful, you know, that, you know, people can recycle things to some extent. So I bought the used motherboard. They’re installing it now. Let’s. I know, see if it works. I hope it does. Okay. I want to talk a little bit about solutions and stuff.
This came from. I’ve been playing around a little bit with this thing called Organic Maps. Beatrice with Rewilding. Today we’re rewilding something. She got a substack thing. Her name is Beatrice and Rewilding. And she’s doing every Sunday she’s trying out a new app that’s not Google or something like that. One of these open Source Maps. Open source Sunday, Yeah. And so very interesting. So I started playing with that. I put. Put it on my de Googled phone and you know, looking at how to use maps that are not a part of that system. So Open Street Maps is the base from which a lot of these are built for.
She recommended also, she didn’t use it, but she said Comaps is another version of it that might actually be from a group of people that are more sincere but similar. I have a project with a neighbor in a town about 20 miles from here that we’re both going to buy CB radios and see if we can set up communications just between the two of us and start establishing some protocols. And then, you know, I hosted an event last night. I’ll talk to you about here in a minute. And once we get that set up, then we’re going to have other people that are already interested that want to join and we’re going to start building, you know, just like a west side of the island network communications network that’s alternative.
So I’ll keep you posted on that. We all just decided, you know, CB radio is probably going to be. It’s 27 megahertz, which has a much longer range than, like, the Baofeng’s, I think. What is that at? 400 MHz or something like that. And so we believe the range will be good enough. We’ll see. See, I’ll let you know. I’m going to keep you. Keep you posted. I live a little bit of a valley here, so I might have to put it up on the roof or figure it out. But anyway, I was playing around with Pocket Pal AI, which is like this kind of small AI model that you can put on your phone, and it’s completely offline.
And I was having a pretty good day of fun with that thing, and I thought it was pretty decent, and then it broke. But there are some pretty good AI Models you don’t have to have that are, you know, a part of the whole Gemini, Google, whatever, Claudio thing. I’m gonna keep playing with those. I’ll let you know. But it was. It was kind of neat. It was, like, on my phone, and I was interacting with it and doing questions while I was at 35,000ft in the air and there clearly no Internet connection. Yeah, I’m not sure why it broke, but anyway, it might have been me, as I said.
I’ve got an interview. I’m gonna. I’m gonna talk to Charlie Robinson to get an interview going for you, and I’ll get that. Hopefully get that up. Hopefully get that done and up in a few weeks. And he’s done a lot of research on the. Who are they and then what’s their agenda? Well, depopulation is the primary one, but how they operate and what they’re doing. And apparently there’s two major groups that he has tracked pretty successfully, so keep you posted on that. Yeah, so I wanted to talk a little bit about what I. Last night, I organized an event that we had at the local bookstore.
Tony and Rosa own the bookstore, and like a lot of small businesses, especially in this town, they’re really, really struggling. And I said, well, Tony, let me buy a bunch of my books, and then we’ll have a book signing, and I’ll do a talk on how to grow food. And, you know, we had an event there, and I don’t know, 25 people or so showed up. I don’t really count it. Tony said something like that and sold some books and had a lot of good connection. One of the things that when I do events like that, or a couple of things, I really recommend you host events like that.
You don’t have to speak. You can show a video, show the grow your own groceries video or show the how to grow half video or something like that, you know. But I gave everybody a name tag, you know, with the. Which is kind of hokey, but it helps as a nice. Oh, John or David or whatever, you know, Marjorie. It really helps. The other thing is to have a little bit of food and drink. This time I had some folks help me out. Some folks brought iced tea, and some folks brought bananas or fruit. And other people brought little snacks.
I brought some chicks and guacamole, which is actually sounding right. Good right now, anyway. And yeah, I did the talk. But you want to encourage food and you want people to socialize. I didn’t want the talk to go that long. Other people brought plants and seeds to swap and share. Just because I do that. That all the time. And they assumed that I was gonna. That, you know, why not. Right. It was a lovely, lovely little event. And so I do something like that pretty much every month. Every other month, certainly. So, yeah, I really want to encourage you.
This is. You can do this. There’s still time to get this going. And the people that show up to that are gonna be the people that you want to know, you want to be connected with. Really recommend you do that in a neutral location that’s not your living room. A coffee shop, a bookstore. They love the foot traffic. So they’ll be more than happy to host the event, right? They’re more than happy to let you do it, usually. One thing I did when I was there is I make a little bag. I get these little shiny bags.
I’ll show you on my next video. Little shiny. You know, those little shiny bags that you can get to give wedding presents in. And I put a roll of nickels in there, and I. I tape the roll of nickels up so that they aren’t going to spend them. And then I have a little printout I put in there that talks about nickels are 75% copper, 25% nickel. It costs the US government 10 cents to make them. They quit making pennies because pennies got too expensive. You know, they’re going to quit making nickel soon. Soon these nickels are going to be worth a dollar as the dollar collapses, you know, and it’s a way for people.
I give these out. I’ve given out hundreds of dollars of these now, you know, I go to the bank and I get my $2 roll of nickels. I get a bunch of them, tape them up, put these in these bags. And I give them out to them. The guy from Home Depot who drops off my lumber, the girls at the mail store, the girls, you know, the staff at the local drugstore, everywhere, the coffee shop or people I interact with at jujitsu or something like that. I give them out to everybody, just a little gift. And even if they’re not thinking about collapse or even if they’re complete normies, it gets them to thinking about it and there’s just something tangible and it’s something real.
And what I’m very curious about is as this thing unfolds, I’ve done it enough in the community. The population of the community here is about 15,000. And I’m very curious. I don’t know how many I’ve given out now. Maybe 200 rolls of nickels, maybe more. I don’t know, something like that. I just give them out. Whenever I go through phases where I give out a bunch and I forget about it and I do more. It’s going to be very interesting to me as this thing unfolds and as this whole stuff deteriorates and stuff collapses, whether that will become a thing or not, like people, whether nickels will actually be an important part of the currency.
It’ll be really interesting to see what one person can do. I’m just very, very interested to see that. By the way, for a while there I was also I gave out several hundred dollars worth of silver. This is back when silver is a little bit cheaper and I either give them a little bag with a few dimes or I’d give them a 1 oz silver round. That was back when silver was like 20 something an ounce or 30 an ounce or whatever. And I wasn’t giving it to random because people I know and I say look, you need to buy silver, you need to buy silver.
So you know, and I helped some people buy silver. So anyway, these are just small little things doing these events, doing even out the things, setting up the CB radio, I mean it’s nothing huge, just small little things. I believe that these little nudges that I’m doing, you’re doing, other people are doing. I believe it will make a big difference when the time comes. So just wanted to inspire you in that way to maybe get a little more proactive in the community or get a little more proactive with some initiatives even with people who are, you know, the normies.
All right, well it is way past dark and I need to go feed the cavies so hope that inspires you to take some action. This thing is coming apart. It really is. There’s no doubt about it. Please take your preparations to the next level. Please take this seriously. Do what you can and don’t get overwhelmed by it. And have a good time. You came here. You knew you came here. I do not believe that you. You would have been put here without the adequate resources to do whatever you need to do. Now, you may not think you have the adequate resources, but if you open your heart and ask and look around, I’m sure you’ll find what you need.
Okay. We’ll talk to you later.
