And the Democrats are kind of king in doing that right now. They want to flat out destroy the country. Many Republicans are involved in that as well. As they sit idly by and or tell you publicly that they stand for your freedoms, then behind your back you get the backstab. Right. Demagoguery in the first degree. All right, let’s get straight to our guest. He runs an organization called Freedom Bound International. He’s the director. His name is Brent Johnson. He’s involved in this common Law Service center which is pretty interesting. He teaches people how to live free the way the American founding fathers expected us to be free. He’s got a website, GlobalFreedomReport US. That’s kind of a secondary site, but you can see what he’s doing there. That’s interesting. He talks about the principles of truth, justice, freedom, honesty and integrity. That’s fundamental to all people. America doesn’t have the corner on that.

Right. It’s a universal God given reality. And today more people in more places on the earth than ever before are struggling as governments and bureaucrats and thugs and evil people try to destroy your liberty. Brent is the host of the long running number one for freedom hit talk show, it’s called the Voice of Freedom and his main website, freedomradio us. Brent, welcome sir. It’s a pleasure, it’s a pleasure being here Especially, especially regarding Richard and what Richard. Richard and I know each other for decades and he’s one of my favorite people on my, on my show.

And during, during the preliminary to the Show. I just wanted to pull this piece out. This is my, okay, my CSPOA Posse membership, where I know, absolutely, I, I, I, I’m a member. I got, I got the posse thing. I also, I also got a, a Sheriff Mac. Let’s see if you can see that on there. A Sheriff Mac. That, that is a 1 oz silver round, by the way. Okay. That came with that. But yeah, I mean, I’ve had this for, like I say, almost, almost 30 years. I’ve had that with me and Richard is a dear, dear friend.

And you know, we’re talking about freedom. You know, a lot of people don’t know what that word means, freedom. They think, oh, I can get in my car and I can go where I want, but not without your travel papers. Okay? Freedom means as the founding fathers intended it, freedom from government control. So when I hear you talking about, for example, law enforcement, we don’t have the reason it’s called, okay, Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers association is because we are not supposed to have law enforced minute. We are supposed to have people whose jobs are there to keep the peace, not enforce the law.

You would have individuals living self government, government, which would mean they don’t need any controls because their behavior is so appropriate following the principles of liberty that you wouldn’t need any enforcement of any kind. You would have peace officers that would take care of different things. One of your books is called the Quiet Voice of God. And I kind of want to start there because I think that’s where your liberties come from. I think that’s kind of really where you’re saying the source of real authority and power resides, right? Well, very much so. I mean, again, the founding document is not the Constitution, it’s the Declaration.

And in the Declaration, like, you know, I’ve said so many times, after the sacred words like liberty and the pursuit of happiness, the very next words are to secure these rights, government is instituted. So the purpose of government is to protect your rights. And your rights are identified in that document as endowed by our Creator. Now, how many of you out there, show of hands, were created by the government? Then you didn’t get your rights from the government. The government can never take them away. So the idea is that your rights come from God. You have to understand, before the United States of America, every country in the world had a system where the king was a king by divine right.

The king’s word was like God’s word. That was the standard. So when the USA was established, it was something brand new. The idea that your rights do not come from the king. Your rights come from God. And so that was brand new. Today we take that almost for granted. We don’t appreciate the amazingness of that reality. And so the idea is that the Quiet Voice of God was an inspired work. It was actually. I was sitting in a hot tub and just having, you know, talk, discussions, whatever else, okay. And it occurred to me, it was this.

I have a lot of this material that over the years I’ve written down. I need to put this into a book. And so I did. And the Quiet Voice has got this little pocketbook and it’s got inspirational thoughts about the principles of God given rights. And it’s one of those books that you actually can open it up to any page and each page has some kind of insights. And you know, one. One of the ones I remember very, very clearly, it’s the only one that takes up two pages. And it talks about how we are all gardeners.

We plant the seeds of righteousness and truth and justice and liberty by the set we do, we plant those seeds and some of them will bear fruit and some of them will not, okay? And all we have to do is keep planting those seeds in life. The idea is to be a gardener, okay, and plant those seeds so that others may enjoy the fruit of the trees that grow from the seeds you plant. So the ways we plant seeds is by living a righteous God ordained life, by keeping his commandments, by bearing testimony that he lives, that he’s real, that he loves us.

I find it fascinating that the book you wrote right after the Quiet Voice of God, the Pursuit of Happiness, because I think that the two are in line with one another completely. Well, yeah, The Pursuit of Happiness, you know, operates from the first book is the American Sovereign, how to Live Free. And it’s. It’s almost like a workbook on how to get you from where you are to where you want to be free from government control. The pursuit of happiness goes to the principle that no matter what your circumstances are, maybe, you know, maybe you have a lot of money, okay? And, you know, you can buy whatever you want.

That doesn’t make you happy because until you are free, you really do not enjoy the life that you have. Even if you have good things, even if you have, you know, even if you’re wealthy, okay? You’re not happy unless you are free. So the American sovereign is how to get yourself back to freedom, okay? Where you belong. The pursuit of happiness is the principle that unless you really are free, you’re not going to be happy. And Free is an interesting topic, ladies and gentlemen, because there’s a little bit of a difference between freedom and liberty. You know, if you use your freedom unwisely, you lose freedom or you lose liberty.

I should say liberty is really freedom used wisely or used in a way that God would pronounce. Blessings for your behavior and actions. I think it’s important to understand when we obey God’s laws, God’s principles were blessed. It, you know, you have more happiness, more blessings. When you violate laws, then consequences come, Brent. Well, okay, now, first off, if we’re going to have this discussion, you have to also understand there are two basic types of law, okay? There are laws that require you to do things and laws that prohibit you from doing things. They’re not the same.

So. So there are laws per se and laws prohibitive. And. That’s Right. And think about the Ten Commandments, kind of your guide for that. Honor your father and your mother, love the Lord your God, and love thy neighbors, yourself. Actions, you must do the Thou shalt not kill them, shall not steal. Thou shalt not commit adultery. Those are two comparative realities of what you’re talking about, right? Yes, very much so. So, for example, okay, there. There are laws that you shall not murder, period. Okay? Okay. That’s an appropriate law. Then there are laws like you have to wear a seat belt, otherwise we can come pull your car over and give you a ticket.

And you have to pay money to the state because you weren’t wearing a seatbelt. Now, this is not a discussion on the pros and cons of wearing a seatbelt, okay? Personally, I think in most cases it’s a wise thing to wear a seatbelt. Okay? But that’s not the issue here. The issue is whether the government has legitimate authority to compel. To compel, exactly. Because the moment you go down that road, it never ends well. Okay? We’ve decided that the best thing for you is to do this certain thing. So if you don’t. Soda pop is too big now.

We gotta, you know. Yeah. So if you don’t. Smaller soda pops. Exactly. So if you don’t do this particular thing, I mean, we’re looking out for your safety. Remember that declaration? It doesn’t say, the job of government is to keep you safe. It is the job of government to secure your rights and do nothing else. So laws that compel you to do things. Okay. Are pretty much invalid laws. Just because the Congress says a law doesn’t make it legitimate. You know, there’s a question that’s been asked philosophically for years. Could the Congress pass a law making murder legal? Absolutely not.

They. They lack authority. Yeah, but they would say, you know, I mean, look at, you know, look at Canada and then the euthanasia stuff. You know, I mean, there’s criminal enterprise in Canada. That doesn’t mean we back that in the United States. Right? No authority. Right. And therein lies the source of the whole discussion. The only action we have, too, if they did try to pass a law like that, is for us to remove every one of them from office and put people in place who would reverse that. Pretend legislation is what the Declaration of Independence calls it, right? Yes, indeed, that’s exactly correct.

And, and this is, you know, this goes to the point of, you know, Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. Constitutional sheriffs. People who, they’re, they were elected. They were not appointed. The police are appointed. The sheriffs are elected. They are beholden to the people themselves. And so they’re the last bastion of stepping in and saying, look, okay, this is a violation. The government cannot do this. And our job is to protect you from the government. Okay? It’s a whole different framework than the police who are there to do what the governor tells them to do or the mayor or the city police chief or whoever the heck they have as they’re manipulated.

Violate checks and balances style of tyranny in your local area. That’s kind of the problem is that we think that when it gets really local, we can jettison the checks and balances. When it gets really local. Oh, that’s just a traffic ticket that, that doesn’t require a grand jury or the ability to defend yourself kind of a thing. We’ve played games with and we’ve stripped back your true liberties in that sense. Yes, we have. You know, and, and it’s been made very, very time consuming and difficult to stand against the existing system. You want, you know, you want to get through the system real easy, just pay the fine.

Well, I’m just going to pay the fine and be done with it. Okay? How many people do that? Okay. Because if you stand against it, who knows, you may be put in prison just for standing against it, you know, and it’s made a very, very difficult situation. And you know, the best thing I tell people is don’t get pulled over, don’t get picked up. No, I’m very seriously. We live in, I consider it to be an ongoing between the forces of good and the forces of evil. And it’s ongoing. And so when you live in a war zone, you have to Be careful.

You really do. You just don’t do stupid things. You don’t go 100 miles an hour through a school zone just because you can, okay? You just don’t do it. You don’t. If you lived in Nazi Germany, you did not want to call the attention of the Nazis to you, even if you were doing nothing wrong. Because you never knew what was going to happen if you did that. And you never know where that scrutiny is going to end up. Ladies and gentlemen, one thing people do a lot too is they run from the popo. And I’m.

I’m just telling you, running from the cops is a stupid decision too. Yeah, well, in most cases, yes, in most cases that’s true, because that just calls attention to you. You know, for example, I do not have a driver’s license, okay? A driver’s license is a license to engage in commerce on the public roads, okay? And so I do not carry that. But if I carry nothing and they ever did pull me over, they’ll throw me in jail. So I carry an international driver’s permit. By the way, you can get these through Freedom Bound as well.

An international driver’s permit is legitimate under the United Nations International Treaty on Travel and has to be recognized, okay? So I’m carrying an idp, okay? And if I get pulled over, I have a document that they can see the fact that they can see the document, which by the way, is outside of US statutory jurisdiction. If they give me a ticket, they can’t enforce the ticket, but because I have the document, they will leave me alone, okay? In general, if I’m not doing something stupid. So I don’t sit there and create an issue with the cop.

I’m respectful of the cop, okay? I’m, you know, I, I don’t do something to call undue attention, but I carry the document that does not, does not bind me to the corporate government jurisdiction, but I do carry the document in order to deal with a circumstance where I might end up in a war zone encountering, you know, a, an American made Nazi, essentially. The cop pulls you over, just say. And he walks up to your car, do you roll down the window and talk to him? Generally, I will roll it down. Okay. Not enough friend to put his hand in there.

But generally, so that I can speak with him just out of courtesy, I will do that, okay? And yeah, I’ll tell you a story about Lee Parker. Lee Parker, who also carries an international driver’s permit. Lee was pulled over in Harris County, Texas. This is many years ago now at the time, the sheriff of Harris county was known as the hanging sheriff because he would never pull anybody over without giving him some kind of ticket, ever. And as it happens, this time she was pulled over by a Harris. The Harris County Sheriff himself. He was out, you know, doing a run, and he pulled her over and she showed her idp, her international driver’s permit, had a conversation with him, and when he was done, he gave her a warning, which is like this.

At the time, this was unheard of that he gave a warning. But the bottom line was that if he gave a ticket, he could not have enforced it because the international driver’s permit was not a driver’s license where you agree to the terms and conditions of the licensing agreements, but because she had the IDP and had a reason for carrying the idp, okay, all that he could do was give her a warning. There was nothing to do. It would have been a waste of time to give her a ticket. So let me ask you this, though.

What, what cops or general, you know, popo, whatever you want to call them, understand this. When they pull you over and they see this, are they really familiar with it or do most of them not even know what it is or what? Many of them don’t know what it is. But today, actually most, I don’t know if I’d say most, I’d say more and more, police are familiar with them because it really is based on the United Nations International Treaty on Travel. Okay. It’s a really legitimate document. And in today’s global, globalist style world, more and more people are carrying these types of documents.

Or go to the website at FreedomRadio US and learn about the international driver’s permit. Just so you know, if you’re going to get one, you can’t also carry a state issued driver’s license. If you need a state issued driver’s license, the IDP will not replace it. You have one or the other. Because the IDP is under international law, the driver’s license is under statutory, US Statutory law.

You can’t have both. They conflict with each other. All right. And if you have this permit, is that what you can use to get a bank account or do you not get a bank account or what? Oh, yeah, you can. You know, I use this for regular identification. I’ve rented cards with this. You Know, I mean, if you’re going to rent a car, you have to have a credit card or something like that. But the point is that you, you know, I can rent cars with my idp. I do not have a state issued driver’s license nor would I get one.

Because you know what, One of the things you will find, and one of the segments that I would do on my show regularly is called Lessons in Liberty. I would teach people little tidbits about living free. And in, in Lessons in Liberty, there is a very clear distinction between your right to travel, God given, Supreme Court recognized, and the privilege of driving, which is a commercial act. If you actually look it up in the law, you will see that driving is the act of transporting persons or property for hire or compensation on the public roads. If you’re a cab driver, a truck driver, a bus driver, you’re a driver, okay? If you’re just getting in your car and going from point A to point B without charging a fee for doing so, you are a traveler.

There is a distinction between the two. It’s very interesting, ladies and gentlemen. There’s a lot to this liberty movement, folks. And you know the, there’s a big two conflicting stories out right now. One of them says, hey, the Federal Reserve is going to hold off increasing interest rates because they’re afraid of the economy. There’s so many jobs that they hoped would be created that were not. And so now because of the lackluster jogging market, they’re not going to increase interest rates. But now one of the Federal Reserve chair leaders just came out and said, hey, we got to raise interest rates because of inflation.

And now the big interest rate battles are up on us, folks. And this is, you know, how do you get out of the system? Be it use federal fiat fake currency? Well, that, that, that is a problem. First thing is to recognize what the Fed is. The Fed is not a government agency. It’s a private banking cartel. And by the way, if you want to look up the Federal Reserve act, you will find it under the Department of Agriculture, not the Department of the Treasury. Department of. Yes, that’s where it is. And the Federal Reserve is a private banking cartel run by pretty much the 13 banking families in the world.

And when I would do sovereignty seminars, I used to do a little example for people. I’d say, look, okay, take a dollar bill and look at it and you’ll see on the dollar it says Federal Reserve Note. Now what is a note? A note is an instrument of debt. So I give you a dollar. What I’VE actually done is promise to pay you a dollar. The dollar is not payment. It is a promise to pay. So I created a dollar in debt. Now you give me back a dollar. Okay, Another Federal Reserve note. Okay. What you’ve done is created a second dollar in debt.

Now, the $2 in this case cancel each other out. So the debts cancel each other out, but the interest on the promise remains. And that is your $40 trillion federal debt. All based on where criminal enterprise begins, sir. And that also identifies the fact that the federal debt is actually fraud. And even, even President Trump has intimated that at some point he may completely void out the federal debt based on fraud. Well, you want to know what he needs to do? He needs to do that before the midterms then. Oh, I think, I think that would be wonderful.

I think that would be wonderful. But you know, we talk about that as if it’s our debt, it’s not our debt. Okay. Fraud created debt. We should basically create the, the Trump, the Don dollar, if you will. And the Don dollar would be worth $40 trillion. It’d be the only one in history ever created. And we just use this one coin and we just simply say, hey, you know, banking cartel, here’s your one 40 trillion dollar fraudulent, you know, call a halt to the con game if you will, and we could end it tomorrow, but yeah, we’ll get.

Well, that’s what it would take that, Dan. And that’s. See, that’s the real point. Politics has to be taken out of it. You do what is right, not what is politically correct. And the system itself is so warped and so, you know, is so destroyed that all what it’s going to take is to have people who come out and stand for the principles of truth and justice and righteousness and God given rights and freedoms. And that’s where, you know, that’s where your constitutional sheriffs come in. They’re the ones who are supposed to support that. But ultimately it is the people themselves who are responsible for implementing that.

Okay. And not the sheriff themselves. Working with the sheriff, though, have some of the greatest power in the country because it’s an elected office. It’s the local executive branch who serves at the pleasure of the people who elected him or her. And those people then in concert with we the people, can absolutely move mountains, folks. You don’t realize how much authority and power is really there on a constitutional reality. Now, Donald Trump says he’s considering suspending the federal gasoline tax. What he needs to do is just abolish the IRS instead Brent? Well, the IRS is, you know, the irs, the whole problem.

You know, one of the, one of the things I would teach in my sovereignty seminars is the history of the irs. First off, the IRS was incorporated in, in Delaware in 1933 as the internal Revenue Tax and Audit Service, Inc. Okay. A private corporation, that corporation. And I’ve got a copy of the original incorporation. A criminal private corporation, I might add. Well, yes, unfamiliar. And the truth is actually the irs, the people who administer the IRS are criminals. But the organization is simply a private corporation. That’s what it is. Now that corporation is owned entirely by another private corporation that was incorporated in Maryland in 1931, which is called the Department of the Treasury.

I believe it’s Corp as opposed to ink, but it’s the same basic thing. Department of the treasury incorporated in Maryland in 1931. Again, I’ve seen the papers on that. So the Department of the treasury, which is not the US Treasury, Department of the treasury, is a private corporation that is the parent of the irs. Now then we take it a step further. The Department of the Treasury Corp. Is owned entirely by a third private corporation which is, wait for it, the Federal Reserve System. So the Federal Reserve is the grandfather corporation of the Internal Revenue Service.

Now that’s step one. Step two is this. This is really, it’s an amazing rabbit hole. It really is. But when you understand the pieces, it’s like putting a jigsaw puzzle together. So here’s the thing. When you pay money to the irs, that money goes up the chain to the Federal Reserve, to the banking cartel where it leaves the country. The money you pay to the IRS does not go to any infrastructure. It doesn’t go to the US it doesn’t go to anything useful for the United States of America. It literally leaves the country. If everybody stopped paying income tax tomorrow, what you would have would be a massive infusion of money into the economy of the United States that is currently being siphoned out of it.

And you would, because all the money people pay to this criminal enterprise they could use in their day to day living. Therefore, boosting the economy, boosting the savings rate, boosting, expands on and on and on and on. Exactly. And by the way, okay, the, the money you pay to. The reason the IRS is not a criminal organization is the entire organization is based on voluntary compliance. Now the problem is most people don’t know that they’re volunteering. What do most people do? They say, well, I don’t want to deal with the irs. I’m going to hire an accountant.

And the accountant is a cpa, which stands for Certified Public Accountant. Certified by who? Certified by the government. Okay. All the pieces put together. Or maybe you get a tax attorney. Same thing. The attorney is a government representative. The first duty of the attorney under corpus juris secondum, first duty of the attorney is as an officer of the court. That’s his first duty, an officer of the court. So either way, the attorney or the accountant is going to have the limited power of attorney to file your tax return, so you don’t have to be bothered by it.

And this, this, this account is trained to think of all revenue as taxable income. So everything gets listed on a return. Your name is signed to it, binding you to it. And now you’ve just volunteered by virtue of your accountant or your tax attorney. And so what you’re doing is not being taken from you. It is being voluntarily provided, therefore there is no crime. Oh, it’s amazing. Yeah. But there’s people in jail, though, who have refused to pay too, though. And so that becomes a whole nother aspect. No, they don’t go to jail for. Not nobody goes to jail for not paying taxes.

They go to jail for committing fraud. Because most people can be caught lying on a tax return. And it’s like the. It’s like Al Capone. What do they put Al Capone in? Okay. They put it in for fraud for not filing particular taxes honestly. Okay. That’s how they got him. So the issue you will find, you will not find a single person who goes to jail for not paying taxes. That’s how it’s framed. That’s how the story is told so that people think about it and they get intimidated. But one of my frequent guests on the Global Freedom Report, and you can check this out on the website and look under the archives of Global Freedom Report us, is Joe Bannister.

Joe Bannister is a former criminal investigator for the IRS who ultimately quit the irs. Yeah. And Joe. Okay. Proved beyond shadow of a doubt that there is no law requiring anybody who is not a government official from paying the income tax. Okay. The key word being requiring. If you’re not required to pay, you don’t have to pay it. Paid anything to me. IRS for 30 plus years. And they leave me alone. And I’ve talked to millions of people around the world and they still leave me alone because I’m not doing anything that they could imprison me for.

Okay. All I’m doing is telling you the truth. And the truth is you don’t have to pay the income tax. You Pay it. Because you volunteered. Had you volunteer many, many ways. Maybe you filled out A, A W4 when you started work for a corporation. You know what a W4 is? It’s a request for withholding allowance. In other words, you’re making a request for your otherwise non taxable earnings to be diverted and a portion of them to be sent to the privately held irs. You made the request. You signed the document. Yeah, the, the difficulty comes when you deal with society because there’s many employers, if you won’t fill that out, they won’t hire you.

Right. There’s a lot of difficulties there. And, and I will tell you, I had one situation many years ago where I, I, I had a guy who I’ve known for like 25 years. He attended my Virginia Beach Freedom seminar many years ago, and he used to work for the Attorney General’s office, which as an attorney, that’s about as high as you get in public office. And when he finished the, when he finished the Freedom seminar, he researched everything and he quit the AG office and went into private practice. While he was in private practice, he encountered somebody through my resources, okay, Somebody who I’d work with, who ran into exactly that situation, okay? He did not fill out the W4 form.

He had actually rescinded his Social Security number, so he didn’t even have one, okay. And the company refused to hire him. So my friend and client, okay, the attorney, okay, filed an action with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against that company and won the case. And one, but the point is you have to go through that. Most people don’t want to go through the trouble. And frankly, it is trouble dealing with the legal action in that scenario. So again, the situation has been it’s very easy to comply. It’s very difficult to not comply. Most people will take the easy solution and you do not get justice and you do not get, you know, proper treatment if you take the easy solution.

That’s just the reality. You got that right. I want to talk about AI a little bit too before we let Brent go, because, you know, there’s a constitutional aspect to all of this. And the first headline that relates to this, which I find kind of interesting, it says this, McDonald’s faces lawsuit alleging AI assisted menu quote price fixing. A proposed class action lawsuits against McDonald’s. It says it uses non franchise public information to coordinate prices and violate antitrust law. McDonald’s rejected the allegations, saying that, hey, you know what? These branches set their own pricing and it’s optional.

And we didn’t have any of these AI tools do this, but the battle is on. Brent, ask me a question. This is. This is a. You know, I don’t know where to go with this. AI Is such a tremendous issue here. You know, I. I have my own personal views on that. You think these people have a lawsuit against McDonald’s? Maybe. Maybe. Yeah. I don’t think they do because I think it’s going to be too hard to prove. Well, that’s why I say maybe. Okay. You know, the difficulties. There are so many technical difficulties in the legal action.

But do you remember the woman with McDonald’s who years ago sued because she got burned by hot coffee? Remember? And she won the case. Yeah. It is insanity. And, you know, I’ve told people years ago, we are living in an insane asylum. And that’s really what’s going on here. AI Is a serious problem. I have very serious concerns. Professor Stephen Hawking, who, while he was alive, was regarded as the most intelligent human being on earth. Professor Stephen Hawking said at one point, I will doom mankind. Now, okay, if somebody else said that, you might dismiss it as political rhetoric or.

Or corporatism or something, but if Stephen Hawking said it, you had better pay attention. All right, so to make matters worse, that lawsuit is just kind of interesting. I just thought I’d throw that out there so people understand A is the middle of everything, including the price of your big Mac. Okay, but what’s interesting, furthermore, is this headline. AI giants open, AI and anthropic. So chat, GPT and. And Claude are channeling millions of dollars into the mix to change the outcome of political races. In a, quote, strategic push to influence u. S. Congressional decisions on AI Open, AI and Anthropic have now poured $55.7 million into key 2000 midterm races.

The New York Times analysis of this reveals these funds largely supported democratic candidates and were used to make sure that primaries went their way. Both groups aim to elect legislators favorable to their agenda. So the plot thickens now, Brent. Yeah. Yes, it does. You know, one of the things people need to stop believing polls, because most polls. Okay. Are they the witness, sir? Yeah, very much. Very much so. People need to stop believing. The people need to think for themselves. That’s really what it is. That’s the challenge here. Get people to think for yourself. The AI Technology is designed to think for you.

You know, that’s what it’s designed to do. And that’s the real challenge is getting people to think for themselves. That’s why shows like this show are so important. Okay, More So than you, even as the host, more so than you can possibly imagine, Shows of this sort are so important because what we’re doing is we’re seeking to get people to think for yourself. Don’t buy into what the AI tells you. Don’t buy into what you see on the tv, what you see in the commercials, what you hear or read in the polling. Just don’t buy into it that there is a just God who presides over heaven.

Okay. And amen. Yes. Yeah, because that’s. That’s really it. That’s really it. You’re either going to have faith in him, and I’m not trying to turn it into a religious discussion. It really isn’t. Okay. But you’re either going to have faith in him or you’re going to believe what’s being fed to you. It’s much easier to believe, much more support for just believing. The harder accident is to have faith. But that’s where the solution comes in. Amen to that. And so it’s interesting, this discussion about AI, because we’re really going to have to wrestle with this, and it will eventually affect every aspect of your life.

I don’t know if you’re familiar with the new website Donald put together called America.gov that’s AI driven. It’s supposed to replace literally like 29,000 plus other government websites and make things easy for you. But the headline now says this Trump’s AI chatbot clashes with his own claims, citing official data. And so now Trump’s newly launched chat bot, he says, is, quote, damn good. But the problem is it’s giving pushback and contradicting a lot of his claims. For example, Donald says there’s vote fraud. The AI bot says, no, there’s not. Despite being praised as a, quote, comprehensive information source, the chatbot disputes Trump on a lot of things.

This divergence has sparked reactions on both sides of the debate. And it’s, you know, we’re gonna have to keep an eye on this ball brand. Well, you know, it really, there’s no question that there’s voter fraud, but the issue with AI is how is it defined? How, how are the. In common sense, there’s clearly voter fraud, but now in the sense of what AI looks at, is there voter fraud? Do we have a court case that says there is voter fraud? Do we have, you know, some kind of empirical proof that the AI recognizes as truth? That’s the human brain is capable of considering all kinds of things in a manner to come to a conclusion? The AI can only think A certain way.

I see, I see. Grok come up with statements periodically, okay, that I know for a fact are not true. Okay? But because of the way Grot says his information, the grock con, the grant, answers to those questions come out with statements that are not true. This is why trusting AI is not the solution. It simply is not. You know, and you know Isaac Asimov. Dr. Isaac Asimov was one of the most prolific science fiction authors of all time. He coined the phrase robotics and positronic. And he wrote a series of books called the Robot Novels about a future in which robots are just commonplace.

And in his robot novels, he established three laws of robotics that were hardwired into all robots to protect the technology from abusing the human race. And law number one was a robot cannot harm a human being or cause a human being to come to harm through inaction. Law number two was a robot must obey the orders given by human beings as long as it did not conflict with law number one. And law number three was that robots must protect their own survival as long as doing so did not conflict with law number one or law number two.

These were hardwired and they protected Dr. Asimov’s world of robotics from becoming a terminator or a, a matrix type scenario. We have no such control of the artificial intelligence technology. None at all. This concerns me greatly. Amen to that. Because Donald Trump creates, quote, federal AI task force. It’s led by the intelligence director and so it’s, it’s now called the Super Intelligence Task Force and members include Federal Trade Commission chairperson, Pentagon technology officials. The groups will coordinate federal efforts and report to Donald Trump and to Susie Wiles. Now, Susie, I don’t like the beer crowd of epic proportions.

Nevertheless though, government’s going to take the helm of this. And just imagine if AOC and company get in power in 2028. AOC and Kamala. Now you say that’s laughable, folks, but I think it’s actually possible if they commit enough vote fraud and just imagine them in charge of this AI super intelligence apparatus at the behest of Kamala and AOC Brant, it’s, it’s a very serious problem. You know, if we get to the foundation of it all is. And you know, I mean, I don’t mean to be repetitive, but it really is the foundation of everything. What is the purpose of government? Amen.

Okay. Neither Donald Trump nor AOC will acknowledge the purpose of government. The purpose of government is to secure your God given rights and leave you the hell alone in every other respect. Yeah. You can simply say, don’t hurt me. Don’t take my stuff, right? Yeah. And by the way, the purpose of government is not to feed you when you’re hungry, not to give you health care when you are sick, not to educate you and your children, not to subsidize anything for any reason whatsoever. That’s the purpose of government. Neither the Republicans, nor the Democrats, nor the Donald Trumpers, nor the AOCs and the Marxists, none of them, they all think that government is there.

And you ask them, they’ll tell you government is there to keep you safe. That’s not the purpose of government. And unless and until that is addressed, none of the things you’re mentioning will come out well, okay? None of the consequences will come out well until and unless that is addressed. Because that’s where the actual problem lies, the function of government. That’s for sure. All right, Brent, I’ve asked you a lot of questions over the hour of a radio show that we do. What have I overlooked that you want to bring up? You drive the conversation.

Brent, what do you think? Well, one of the things I want to bring up, and I promise you we don’t have enough time for it right now, but next week we can. Okay. You know, people ask me that regularly. What, how do I get started on living my life free the way the founders envisioned? Now, freedom comes from three elements. The preservation of life, liberty and property and property rights. Okay? Life is up to you, your family, your friends, your associates. You need to look and protect each other’s lives. Freedom from liberty, rather. Okay, comes from not compromising your God given rights in favor of getting government to take care of you.

Okay? There are all kinds of connections and cords you need to cut with the government, okay, to reclaim your liberty. But the first thing that I recommend people always do is to protect your property rights. Because herein lies the solution to everything else. Okay? There’s A fundamental universal principle that ownership equals liability. The owner of property is always liable for damage caused by the property. Whether it’s you, a corporation, a trust, it makes no difference. So what the government does when they’re looking for your assets is the government looks to your liabilities. If you don’t have liabilities, you are pretty much invisible to government.

And the government is staffed by people who are trained to violate the Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land. So the government is staffed by people who break the law. Criminals. What do criminals do? They seek to take what’s yours and make it theirs. That’s the character of criminals. So showing the law to a criminal doesn’t get you to do anything. That’s why a cop pulls you over. You show them the Constitution. It doesn’t get you anywhere because the cop is not there to look at the law. So going back to the original point, what I do is I create, okay, I’ve been doing it for 35 years.

Pure trust organizations, these are common law pure trusts that have been recognized by the Supreme Court as being outside of statutory jurisdiction. Statutory control, statutory courts, all of that. You take your property, you put it into a trust, the trust owns the property for your benefit, you get to live on the property, you put your business in trust, you get to run the business, you put your vehicle in trust, you get to use the vehicle, but you do not carry the liability of ownership in either case. What this does is it makes you more invisible to the government and it makes the government non not interested in you because you have nothing it can take.

Remember, criminals and government take what’s yours, make it theirs. So the first thing I always teach people is get your property rights in order, okay? Get as much as you can out of your own name so that it’s in these trusts where you get to use the property, but you don’t carry the liability of ownership. When you do that, you set it yourself up so that now when you go ahead and address cutting the ties with government to protect your liberty, there are no consequences. The government can’t come here and say, well, if you don’t do what we say, we’re going to take your property.

Me, I own absolutely nothing. And because I own nothing, I have no liability. And this is why the government leaves me alone. Even though I speak to millions of people around the world and teach them how to live free from government, the first thing is to deal with your property rights. Now what I would love is maybe next week we can get into a little bit more detail on this because it is the sole most important thing to address how to preserve and recreate your freedom the way freedom was meant by the founding fathers. Ladies and gentlemen, freedom is indeed a universal God given right.
