Summary
➡ The speaker discusses a conference in Florida, the problem of invasive pythons in the state, and various political topics. They mention the increase in python numbers in South Florida and the efforts to control it. They also touch on topics like President Trump’s speech at the United Nations, the issue of vote fraud, and the involvement of big companies like Facebook and Patagonia in political funding. The speaker expresses concern over the ethical implications of these issues.
➡ Patagonia, a well-known liberal outdoor company, is offering a hundred-dollar credit or donation to help registered voters make a plan to vote. This has raised ethical concerns, as it’s not the first time big money has been tied to voter turnout. Despite being legal, critics argue it’s a form of vote fraud. The article also discusses the need for changes in the voting system, suggesting a shift to local precinct level voting for better oversight and accountability.
➡ The text discusses concerns about voting fraud and the need for better voting systems. It mentions how companies like Patagonia and individuals like Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg have walked a fine line to encourage voting without crossing into fraud. The text also highlights the need for sheriffs to verify voting machines and investigate potential fraud. It ends by discussing a case where Sheriff Bianco confiscated 650,000 ballots for investigation, emphasizing the need for public support in such actions.
➡ Sheriff Chad Bianco has not returned the ballots from a recent election, despite the California Supreme Court’s order. He argues that the ballots are evidence and should not be returned until an investigation is complete. The court has frozen the investigation and will make a decision in 90 days. Meanwhile, a debate is ongoing about a shooting involving an asylum seeker and ICE officers, with questions about the man’s legal status and the circumstances of the shooting.
➡ The discussion revolves around the issue of immigration, law enforcement, and political shifts. It emphasizes the importance of legal immigrants cooperating with authorities like ICE, rather than fleeing, to avoid complications. The conversation also touches on the political changes in California due to immigration, the need for voter ID verification, and recent international relations involving Canada, Palestine, and the United States. The speakers express concern over these issues and their potential impact on future elections.
➡ The speaker discusses their concerns about the impact of political views and trade wars on voting, particularly between the US and Canada. They express hope for peaceful solutions and end by thanking viewers for watching their webinar, which will be available for later viewing on their website. They also mention a conversation with a person named Chuck Boozer.

That’s a big responsibility. Zach backs Mac. Yeah, Zach backs Mac. And we’ll do it now. Thank you, Sheriff. We’ll talk to you in a minute. All right, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. In the meantime, everybody, there’s so much going on in the news, it’s crazy. I want to really kind of summarize what’s going on with some of the changes that we’ve had. We used to use Zoom for our webinars. Now we’re using a different technology, which you get a web player. It’s cspoa.org and you use your login credentials for the posse members, and then you can click on the link and you can watch the webinar.
Now, we like this new fundamental option because we can have up to a thousand people on the player, and Zoom couldn’t support near the number of people that we need. That’s number one. The other reason that we like this capability is because everybody can make comments. Sometimes people in different Zoom scenarios or whatever were not able to make the comments that they wanted. We can do a video and then post edit the video. It has better quality audio and video than Zoom did. And so we’re working with this new technology, and it’s had a couple of glitches over the last, you know, weeks that we’ve started it, but it’s all getting better.
And so that’s good news. And eventually we’ve got big plans for these webinars. The other benefit is those who are members of the posse can watch the Liberty Roundtable Live show, which is really kind of the Liberty Roundtable live show, but it’s the Richard Mack Edition. And the reason I say that it’s the Sheriff Mack Edition is because we used to do a show on Brideon that was the Sheriff Mack Show. And so now we’ve kind of merged Liberty Roundtable, which is My show, I’m the CEO of the CSPOA with the founder and president, the Sheriff Mack Show.
And now we do a TV show before the webinar. Well, the only people that can watch that TV show live are the posy members. So you can listen to it live on the radio. Everybody can do that. You can watch it live if you’re a POSY member. And then we post edit the show and we release the show post edited and everybody watches the post edited version which will come out in a day or two. But those who want to can watch it live. And here’s the deal. Because you can watch it live on that special link that we provide CSPOA members, it becomes a perk for your membership, if you will, to the posse.
Why is that important? Because you can chat with us during the live radio TV show and you can ask questions and everything else. And then right after the radio TV show, we move straight into the CSPOA Posse for members. So instead of just getting an hour posse a week, now you get the radio show TV version and the posse every week. And then we’re going to be working on having webinar events. I don’t know if it’s going to be monthly or quarterly. We’re still working that out. We’re still getting the technology all in place and squared away where you will be able to then watch that in the evenings.
And that’s for those who would love to participate. But hey, you know what, the webinar is weekly or during the weekday and you can’t do it it. But we also polish up the webinar, add some video if there’s any, you know, glitches and audio. We clean that all up and it’s called post editing. And when we get all that done, then we release the CSPOA weekly webinar in the posse members only area of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace officers association website, cspoa.org so that’s an interesting important thing. Next thing I want to get to is we’re starting to get a lot of great sponsors on cspoa.org we’ve got a new gold and silver dealer.
We’ve got some more help for your health, if you will, there. We’ve got a lot of stuff there that’s really helpful for you. We also have another website that you can participate in that’s really helpful. It’s called prepstartsnow.com and prep starts now. Helps people with preparedness and helps people learn about. There’s all kinds of free documentation that you can get there. That helps you put together an escape plan for your, your home. You know, where do people meet if you had to flee or leave, you know, what do you need to take with you? 72 hour guidance, all kind of things relating to preparedness.
And I believe that will become more and more valuable as time goes on in America and in the world. So just keep, keep track of that. It’s prepstarsnow.com Jack’s not with us. He’s traveling. The good sheriff had an interview that he needs to do because he’s promoting his book Murder of America or the Democrat Murder of America. Demagoguery in the first degree, highlighting that it’s these principles that matter. And you can either have constitutional principles or principles that lead to socialism or fascism or terrorism or communism or whatever you want. And so it’s important to understand that it’s the principles we’re talking about.
And the Democrats are the primary group responsible for leading us down the road of eventual tyranny as opposed to moving towards the sacred cause of liberty. His book is incredible at selling like hotcakes. We want you to get your copy today. Murder of America.com because the book is called the Democrat Murder of America and two authors wrote it. Go to the website and you can read their bios and learn about them. But it’s the good sheriff and another gentleman named Dan that’s really doing a great job with that. It’s a great book. They’re promoting it all across the country and man, it’s getting some interesting reviews.
I say interesting because the mainstream press is kind of scared of it and Democrats that are honest are reviewing it and going, wow, your title was provocative. But I actually agree with the book. Republicans are starting to back the book and say, you know, we understand the points you’re making. You’re really not just attacking Democrats. You’re attacking anybody that is embracing or backing the principles that are destroying the country. So that’s really important. I also want to mention there’s going to be a, an event happening in Florida and I don’t have all the details. Hopefully when Richard Mack gets back, we can get some of those details.
Maybe you can pull those up, Zach. But I got an invitation to it. I’d like to try to find it, but I don’t have it in front of me right now. But in Florida, there’s going to be an event going on in October and it’s going to be a big event that we hope people will attend. And so we’re announcing it here. Now we’ll get some information up on the website. I’m announcing it a little bit early, but that’s coming up. So we got an event there. We’ve got some virtual events we’re planning that we’ll be releasing details on soon.
So we wanted to make sure you’re aware of that as well. There’s a lot going on with a cspoa. We’re selling materials to support the education of sheriffs all across the country. Richard Max, Supreme Court case Pamphlets available@cspoa.org the book are you A David? Is important. All right, you’ve got the details. Do you want to, you know. All right, it’s called the foundation for Freedom Conference, ladies and gentlemen. What is it? October the. All right, it’s on October 31, 2026 and it’s a Saturday. It’s going to be an all day event and it’s in Florida. Where’s it at? Coco? Florida is where it’ll be held and it’s an event now.
It’s right before. I mean that’s hella. It’s at the Space Coast Convention center, ladies and gentlemen. Isn’t that the night of Halloween too? All right, so you go to that event and then you have your Halloween party I guess is what you do. Anyway, that’s coming on and we’ll get Bill on the radio show, we’ll get Bill on who’s our leader in Florida there? Our Florida state leader for the cspoa and Vander Steel will be one of the speakers. Dear friend of mine, Sheriff, of course, Sheriff Richard Mack. That’s a given. Bill Mitchell. Bill Mitchell’s is one of the leaders.
Doc P. Chambers, is that right? Okay, who else do we got? Dr. Caleb, Dr. Caleb Cooper will be one of them. Mary Flynn O’, Neill, well known with America’s Future and Michael Flynn’s sister, dear friend of ours as well. This is gonna be a great conference, folks. Commissioner Chris hall will be there. I don’t think that’s Chris Ann hall though. Right? That’s somebody else, right? It’s a guy, Chris Hall. It’s not Chris Ann hall, folks, just for clarity, Chris Gleason will be there as well. So they’ve got some real good stuff. And Florida’s been taking the lead from for constitutional counties and really working on things.
By the way, it’s kind of a crazy thing, but the python snakes. This is a weird story, but I’m going to talk about it. Python snakes were pretty much, you know, invasive species that came to the Florida Everglades. And the interesting thing about that is that now they’ve broken out of the Everglades and all across South Florida now they’re having an, an alarming increase in python, what do you want to call it? Levels? Is that what you say? Or. Anyway, the number of pythons is just out of control and so they’re trying to pay all these python catchers.
I mean, it reminds you of the TV shows. I got a. You see the croc over there? It’s kind of like the Australian guys. And, and, but anyway, this is. People are looking for pythons and they say pythons can become up to 20 plus feet long. And they say most of the pythons in Florida are like 6 to 10, 12ft long. They’re huge. And they’re saying this is becoming a big concern. So there’s an all out python hunt. If you guys want to be the latest python hunter and you need a job, if you have some experience, they want you and they, I guess they, I don’t know, pay per catch? Is that how you do it? It’s just.
Anyway, and so I don’t want to be living around South Florida with pythons and gators everywhere. Sheriff or Zach filling in for Mac right now. I don’t want to, I don’t want to deal with that. You know, they say there’s a great test though. You know how you can tell if there’s a gator in the water? What you do is you go down there and you put your finger in it and if it’s wet, then there’s them gators in there. It’s just a little joke, right? Anyway, kind of fun. But I’m just telling you, gators and pythons, I.
The only Python I like is the programming code language called Python. I write a lot of programs in that and stuff like that. I’m just telling you I’m not fond of big massive snakes and I’m also not fond of big alligators. Although if you do go to Florida and take the alligator boat tour, it’s pretty cool. I mean, it’s really interesting. You get to see those gators up close and it’s pretty interesting, you know, but very strange stuff. Anyway, I’m completely digressing, folks. Do we have any comments to mention? Zach? All right, no comments yet. If you guys want to make comments, feel free to do so.
There’s a little button down there and you can make a comment. We can talk about any of the topics that you’d like to bring up on the show earlier. By the way, it’ll be released on radio here in a few minutes. You can listen to the radio recordings@libertyroundtable.com and then we’ll have the video version available later, Liberty roundtable channel on YouTube and rumble and X and just about everywhere. So spread that word. But we talked about President Trump’s speech yesterday to the United Nations. It was a very good speech, and I’m proud of President Trump for a lot of what he had to say.
I personally think we need to shut down the United nations, you know, but he didn’t, you know, say he’s going to shut it down. But he really did hand them their head and say, you guys are just bad actors wasting money and doing a bad job and the criminal courts are horrible. And, you know, he really gave them a tongue lashing. I’d like action more than tongue lashings, but he did highlight that we’re going to take care of business in our hemisphere. And they signed the deal with Greenland and Denmark, which I think is a huge step forward.
I wanted to talk about this vote fraud thing. You know, there’s so many ways to commit vote fraud, but every one of them isn’t really technically legally vote fraud is the problem. It’s an ethical conundrum, to say the least. It’s problematic from a intelligence point of view, but the laws are very specific and lawfare is very unique, and legalese are a different animal. You say, well, that’s wrong. You can’t do that. And they say, but the law allows it. That’s what we’re talking about. And so we’ve seen all these PACs bring in all kinds of money.
We saw Mark Zuckerberg back in the 2020 elections put $420 million in. We’ve seen Elon Musk put in money since to the tune of big money. We’ve seen Donald Trump’s PAC and other MAGA PACs and everything else put tons of money into the state of Texas to make sure that, you know, there’s some wins there, etc. It’s really become problematic where you and I are locked down to how much we can donate. Very strict law. But when you get involved in some of these super PACs and some of these dark monies and things, it becomes problematic.
And we even did a story a couple of weeks ago about how some of these foreign nations are involved in funding and the way they’re doing it. Is they foreign nation or foreign bad actors Fund a media company, right? And then that media company decides they’re going to donate to a Pack. But you can’t tie the funding of the media company from this foreign bad actor to the funding of the pack because they’re not related. See, the funding of the bad actor to the media company is done through advertising and promotion. And then the money is from the media company put to the pack.
The dollars don’t match. There’s no direct relationship. Yeah, you can connect the dots. Bad actor A connects with media company B who donates to pac C. There’s a link, but there’s not a direct link because one is for advertising. And two companies have the right to donate to packs. They also have the right to take advertising dollars from whoever they choose. And so we can connect the dots, but it’s not technically illegal. Right. And that has become a serious problem. Indeed. You can connect the dots and well, there’s no real crime because it. When you study the details of the law, anybody can buy advertising from a media company.
Right. And a media company has the right. You can’t restrict a media company from donating to some of these super PACs. So there you have it. And it’s a very interesting. We can connect all the dots and it’s certainly unethical as I’ll get out, but no crime, no harm, no foul, right? Well, I, I say that’s election fraud and I say there’s got to be a way to connect the dots. And a good attorney could hopefully figure that out. But right now that’s what’s happening in plain site, folks. They’re not making a secret of it. They’re just like, what are you talking about? Yeah, of course we’re doing this.
Of course we can do this. You got a problem with, you know, following the law? See, well there’s another example now that’s like that with Mark Zuckerberg putting a ton of money into these packs because doesn’t he have battles on Capitol Hill regarding how big Facebook or meta or whatever you want to call it’s becoming and how it’s affecting children. And so they have mass lobbyists in the tech world for the that and AI and everything else. Well then you could say we’re kind of lobbying on one hand, we’re donating to campaigns on the other, but no, because there’s even another level of protection.
Don’t you know, listen up. So when you donate money to the pack, the pack doesn’t back a specific candidate, right? No, sir. There’s an arm length deal. The candidate can’t control the pack and the pack can’t control the candidate. And there’s a, there’s a, a firewall, so to speak, there to where, you know, and so now you’ve got literally packs backing candidates but not quote, quite directly. And so they’ve again learned how to walk right up to that line. It’s unethical as I’ll get out, but yet it can be done. Well, so Mark Zuckerberg and company did that.
I don’t know whose playbook started it, whether it’s Mark Zuckerberg or Elan Musk or who. But now Patagonia, very liberal outdoor company, right? Patagonia is now offering quote, store credit to, quote, get out the vote. That’s right, store credit to get out the vote. Echoing Elon Musk’s 2024 playbook. But that really echoes Mark Zuckerberg’s playbook and that really, I mean we go on and on. Who started it? I don’t know. Kind of like the Obama care. The first one that did Obamacare in a state was Mitt Romney different party. Is it Mitt Romney care? Anyway, very interesting how that all works out.
But Patagonia is in the news and outdoor brand Patagonia will give up to 112,000 customers a hundred dollar credit or donation, if you will. That’s a total of as much as $11.2 million if they help registered voters make a plan to vote, right? If they help three registered voters to put together a plan to vote in the midterm elections. So see now here you got, you got Patagonia and they’re just sitting there donating money to people. And here’s the quick, here’s the, here’s the kicker, here’s the way we ethically do it. The program starts this Saturday, September 26th in Patagonia.
Says it’s not telling anybody who to support. We’re not going to specifically focus on a candidate or any of that stuff. Okay? It’s not the first time big money has been tied to turnout, folks. As I’ve told you, Elon Musk done it. Mark Zuckerberg’s done it in weird ways too. Etc. Well, here’s the problem. Patagonia is a very well known liberal outdoor company that backs environmental causes, right? So they’re not going to tell people who to vote for, but their whole clientele, or whatever you want to call it, customer base is very environmentally friendly, liberal kind of folks.
In 2024 though, see, Elon Musk did this. He called it a pro Trump America pack at the time gave away a million dollars a day to swing state voters who Signed its petition. See, we’re signing a petition. We’re not backing a specific candidate. We’re getting out the vote, but we’re not tying it to any candidates. In 2025, Elon Musk offered $1 million to two Wisconsin voters. Then he changed the terms after a lawsuit from the state’s attorney general came to be. So, see, then he walked over the line slightly. Then he went, whoa. We’re changing the terms because we didn’t really expect that one to have a problem.
But, you know, both efforts, folks pay people for referring or signing rather than, quote, casting a ballot. But the downstream consequence is casting ballots. And they won’t say for who, but based on the group, you know who. So Elon Musk’s group of the Doge people. Elon Musk at the time where the Donald Trump people, Patagonia is the environmentalist, outdoor people. Mark Zuckerberg is the Zuckerberg crowd, the Meta crowd, the whatever. Right. Just imagine if you get the Swifties involved. Musk, by the way, paid cash. But Patagonia is doing store credit or a charitable donation in your name.
You can pick whichever you want to see. And that creates a whole nother level of protection. We’re not giving anybody cash. We’re giving store credit. In fact, we’re donated to charity by gully. When are you against donated to charity? What are you talking about? And they do these different levels of protection. That is just outrageous, folks, is what it is. But yet it’s all, quote, legal. I’m not comfortable with it because I think it’s an ethical crisis. I think it’s a vote fraud scenario. But the legally people will remind me, Sam, don’t say that. It’s not vote fraud.
It’s perfectly legal. It’s perfectly fine. It’s perfectly okay. But how many lines can you walk up to once in a while, cross over, get your hand slapped them back off before it becomes more than just an ethical problem. This is what’s happening in plain sight, folks. And I’ve documented it for you. I don’t think we’ve solved a whole lot between the 2020 vote fraud that occurred and now we’re what, seven years later because you voted or you, you know, worked on the campaigns in 2019, 2020, for the 2020 elections, right? But you look at that whole thing and you go, man, we’ve crossed lines, but you can’t call it vote fraud.
See, folks? No, sir. And the mail in ballots. So a bunch of straight ballots went somewhere. It’s okay. It’s no harm, no foul. We count the ballots and we’re all good. Well, what if the count doesn’t match? Well, we’ll count them again. You count them again with the same apparatus in place where they don’t match, but yet somehow this time it matches, or whatever the case may be. See, the problem is we have not fundamentally changed how our voting works. President Trump and company want to move it to the national level and create the Voter act or whatever and restrict mail in voting.
He’s been to Congress trying to get legislation passed. He’s been to the courts trying to get the courts to see it his way. He’s put together an executive order. And at the end of the day, the courts have been against Trump. Congress has done nothing. They’re on vacation. And at the end of the day, we really haven’t changed the landscape to prevent vote fraud very much. The folks over at Tre the Vote, Katherine Engelbr and others have done a good job. The folks over at Lindell, Mike Lindell and company have done a really good job. But not a whole lot’s changed.
You’re still going to have mail in ballots. You still have early voting vote. Early vote often is the mocking idea regarding that. And you have this continual. Well, we got mail in ballots. The custody is a question. You have people voting early. You have people that have not cleaned up their voter rolls. You have people like Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg and Patagonia and who knows who else putting mass money into elections. The Trump Super PAC is putting money into elections. And, you know, you got AOC and all these different people gunning for president now. They say, according to polls, the Democrats have the edge over the Republicans.
And at the end of the day, I’m not comfortable with any of it. Are you? Are you comfortable with it? I don’t think a whole lot’s changed. I don’t think we should go the the way the President wants to go, which is make everything federal, because I think the federal is trust, less trustworthy than the states. And the Founding Fathers put some responsibility in Congress, but more responsibility in the states. And I think that what we need to do is go to the local precinct level, go the opposite direction. The government that governs closest to the people oftentimes governs best because we the people can keep an eye on it.
When you get to the local level, in the precinct level, a lot of partisan politics goes out of it because I say I might be an independent, my Republican neighbor and my Democrat neighbor, you know, we all three have A different view on politics. But I believe they’re honest people and I believe we can act in good faith together, knowing each other personally. And I believe we can look at those votes and we should put some things in place for accountability. Make all the vote count on video, have vote counters swear under signature under the penalty of perjury.
If it’s good enough for the IRS and taxes, it’s good enough for me. And then we would be able to review the vote count. They would have to swear under the penalty of perjury that the vote counts. Right. And you’d have, you know, a member of each party, you’d have third party vote watchers that would look. And you’d have a team of people in each precinct that would validate the vote. This could be done. You would not vote digitally, but even if you did, if you had a proper account, it would be fine. I’d rather see paper ballots.
They’re easy to hand count. Precincts are small enough where it wouldn’t take as long as people thinks. Think I was a kid, they used to have polling in my parents home. It was a precinct site. And I remember how it all worked. And I’m confident that you could count the number of votes. Each precinct is right around a thousand people. All you got to do is get five counters and then get a bunch of count watchers. And those five counters would count the ballots. There’d only be about 200 ballots per counter to count. And then they would each have their numbers, swear another penalty of perjury, then total their numbers and then swear another penalty of perjury that it’s totaled.
Right. Then send them off. But see, that can’t happen if you have mail in balloting. That has to happen at the county level or the state level. See, and so we’re going the wrong direction. Rather than making it more complicated. Bigger totals, less oversight at the federal level, why not go to the precinct level? That’s where I really would take it. Or where I think it ought to go. So anyway, that’s kind of my take. I hope I’m not boring y’ all to death, but I thought that vote issue was really, really critical and important. Trump’s been slapped down by the Supreme Court over some of this.
Everybody’s trying to gerrymander. That’s another question. These election maps and stuff. The Republicans have it one way in a given state. Democrats have it the other way in a given state. I think it’s Texas that went the Republican way Florida went, or, I’m sorry, Texas with the Republican way, California went the Democrat way, Missouri doesn’t know what to do. They’re still in a bungle over this thing because the vote maps were printed and released early because there’s early voting. Right. And then some people are saying we need to use the old maps and some people are saying we need to use the new maps.
And now that’s all twisted up 66 ways from Sunday. It’s a serious vote crisis. Sheriff, to catch you up really quick, I was talking about Patagonia is going to be giving people store credits to encourage people and help people vote. And that’s kind of vote fraud. But yet they always learn to walk to the line and never cross the line. Elon Musk did it, Mark Zuckerberg did it. Many people have played from the same playbook. Patagonia is the latest one to do it. They’re going to put 11 million plus dollars by giving people store credits or donating to the charity of their choice.
And we’re starting to see big money from the Donald Trump pack go into Texas. And my whole point with some of these things, they know how to avoid fraud. They’re all involved in walking as close to the line as they can get, but creating an ethical crisis, but never really a vote fraud scenario. And that’s bad. And then I was basically dovetailing that into, I don’t believe we really fixed the elections for 20 midterm, 2026 elections. You know, a lot hasn’t changed. Trump tried to fight and create an executive order. Congress basically did nothing. And then, you know, we have all this scenario where at the end of the day, we still have the same mail in balloting, voting, early voting, often gerrymandered, maps everywhere.
You know, we don’t have the custody of ballots. We, we really haven’t changed a whole lot since the vote fraud problem in 2020. Now, I know Katherine Engelbrecht and Mike Lindell and a few people have really tried hard and we’ve made some progress, but for the most part, we have the same vote fraud system we had six plus years ago. Sheriff, you and I put on a seminar in Las Vegas that tried to get the sheriff, tried to get the sheriffs more active in this. And we called it the number one concern for the cspoa. And my goodness, why haven’t the sheriffs gone to the county recorders to verify how the machines tabulate the votes and to see if there’s any way that these machines could be hacked just to verify, not to even start a criminal investigation.
Sheriff hacked in court, though. We’ve watched hackers literally in court hack the machines. This is beyond discussion nowadays, though. Yeah, exactly. And of course, the Democrat Party always pushes that. You can’t verify them, you can’t check them. They’re impregnable. They’re fine. And why do you guys keep trying to destroy the right of people to vote? And how about the right to know that the votes actually are count and they’re. And they’re integris. Well, and then we try to have restrictions on, you know, who can vote. We don’t want ballots just being sent out everywhere and stuff like that.
You mean you don’t want dead people voting? Sam, come on. No, I don’t want dead people. And I don’t want people in nursing homes that. That aren’t able to, you know, intellectually, you know, take care of their own affairs voting either. But let’s focus on that part right there. Sam, great point. You remember Sheriff Smaling? He was a part of all of this. That. Amen. And. And he did this. And then he got the reputation of being a constitutional sheriff, which he did. He wasn’t even a constitutional sheriff. He was just a sheriff trying to do his job.
And so, you know, we never knew him before this happened. And we invited. Yeah, right. Yeah. And so we invited Smaling to our meeting in Springfield, Missouri. Ten sheriffs were there. Darleaf was there, Williams was there, Schmaling was there, and several others. I don’t remember everybody’s name, but we had 10 sheriffs from across the country, all there. And then we have Schmeling, who actually did an investigation. I got a problem here. My mother just voted in the election of 2020, and she’s invalid. She can’t vote. She wouldn’t know how to vote. And so then they conducted investigation.
They found six or seven different nursing homes that were all doing this, that the nursing homes were voting for some of the people inside these centers for the invalid. And so we knew it was happening. But, Sam, do you remember the result of his investigation? I think the AG Just would do nothing. Yeah, the AG Told him. The same problem that Darlee’s having. Yeah, exactly. Except the ag, The Democrat AG Told Smelling, and I quote, nice publicity stunt, Sheriff. And that’s where it ended. You are correct, Sam. And in my opinion, the people should absolutely be up in arms.
I’m not advocating any violence of any kind. Don’t play games, people. But I am telling you that, look, this is where the people should say, look, we’re not going to accept this, this is unacceptable. And if enough people would stand up and back the sheriff, we could change that game. But when nobody backs the sheriff, Porsche mailings, hung out the drive by himself and they just kind of mock him. This reminds me of what happened back in the early 80s. Sheriff, I don’t know if you remember, but Hans Anderson, our dear friend, well known CPA accountant, found himself at the head of a federal grand jury.
And he took care of the business the federal grand jury wanted, and then he brought up to the jury, we need to indict the Federal Reserve. And they all agreed. And they indicted the Federal Reserve. This is all true. They literally indicted the Federal Reserve. And the judge just smirked and laughed and went, it’s a runaway grand jury. Shut it down. Boom, done. Yeah. And so that’s the problem is unless Americans decide they’re gonna, you know, stand up and not tolerate that stuff, when that happened back in the 80s, there should have been millions of Americans went, what are you talking about? You can’t just shut down that jury.
But he did, and what are you going to do about it? And so we need to get Americans engaged in the sacred cause of liberty, whether it comes to voting issues or whatever. And I think that’s critical, critical, critical, critical. And I believe we can do more on the election issues, Sheriff, we should be. And the American people have got to go to the sheriffs, and the sheriff says, they tell the sheriff, we want you to look at how voting is tabulated in our county. Oh, do you have evidence that there’s a problem? Only the reports and only common sense that if we’re using machines, I want to know that they cannot be hacked.
The Democrat party keeps saying they can’t be the evidence. I would say to a given sheriff, when he says, do you have evidence? I would say, yes, we know you’re using machines. Yeah, we know machines. We know on court record machines have been hacked in court. Yeah. So if you want evidence, there’s your evidence. Sheriff, that’s certainly. That certainly rises to the level of probable cause at least, does it not? Yeah, but this is exactly, Sam, what happened in Riverside county with Sheriff Bianco. Yes, it did. Citizens went to him and said, we’re. We have evidence.
And so he confiscated 650,000 ballots. Now, Sam, somebody reported and I, I haven’t seen any of this in the news that he already, that Sheriff Bianco already gave them back to the state. Now, I haven’t heard that. And, and so we need, we need somebody to try to verify that and we need to know that, though. And we, you know, we had a problem with Shad Bianco, the way he dealt with that case. Yes. Where our dear friend, you know, he claimed that he was the president, which isn’t true. It was Ven Miller. And we really had a problem with Chad on that because Chad wasn’t honest.
But now, though, Chad Bianco has, you know, grabbed these ballots and been doing an investigation, and I hope he hasn’t given them back. I hope they haven’t made him cave or some attorney hasn’t talked him into caving on this issue. Otherwise the investigation will be tainted and ruined. And this is the problem. Every time we get an investigation that seems to have some mojo to it, then they have some way to sidestep it. Sheriff. Okay. They say that the ballots are still tied up in court, that he has not returned them. The court had ordered him to pause the investigation, but that was not an order saying the ballots had been returned.
Yeah. As of August, I don’t see how the courts, I don’t see how the courts can tell him to halt the investigation either. They, they grilled him and they talked to him about it, but he is doubled down. It said the same day that he was before the court. He said it says, California Sheriff Chad Bianco doubles down on holding the 650, 000. That was as late as August 25th. So I hope that’s still the case. So I checked chat GPT and you have the same thing. We don’t see that the balance have been returned. I’m going to be asking Claude now to see what Claude says about it here.
Real quick. All right. Did Chad return the ballots? We 100 support Sheriff Bianco in doing that. He has every right to verify. That’s more than a right, Sheriff. He has an obligation. Obligation, you’re right. Okay. Because if there’s any evidence or concern or issue brought up, and that’s why Joe Arpaio, for example, was a great sheriff when it came to the birth certificate situation. He’s like, I don’t even believe it. I don’t even know. But some people came from my county and asked me, and I do have a responsibility to those who elected me. He’s right on that score.
And that’s what the, the sheriff needs to understand is that we’re not saying there’s guilt. We are saying we need an investigation, though. Right? I mean, that’s the point. Yeah. If, if, if the elections like in Florida, which I don’t know how they they haven’t that they’ve gotten the elections under control there. But it worries me because nobody thinks there’s cheating in Florida, so they’ll go in and cheat there and say, aha, you know. But, Sam, I think that we need to look before you. Before you continue, here’s Claude, just to finish this topic real quick.
Okay, good. No. Based on the most recent reporting that we can find, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco has not returned the ballots. The California Supreme Court has not yet ordered him to do so. Right. At the Aug. 24 hearing, Bianco’s attorney told the court Bianco to not return the ballots because those ballots are evidence. And the court did block the investigation from moving forward. That order froze the investigation, but it did not send the ballots back. Now, I have a problem with freezing that investigation, too. Yeah, of course. The courts can just freeze an investigation. If we could do that, then the courts have dictatorial power.
Sheriff. They’ve tried to maintain that for the last hundred years. Yeah. It. We expect the decision to be 90 days out, which that would put it based on the current hearing with the 90 days out to be November. Yep. After the election, which. How convenient is that, huh? Yeah, no kidding. The California. Can they get out of their own way of being so woke? And leftist extremists, including the judges. The judges know they have no authority to stop a legitimate investigation. And even if it’s not a legitimate investigation, they still can’t get in the way of a sheriff trying to verify how the votes are done in his county.
They can’t stop any of that. Let me ask you this, though. How do we decide if it’s a legitimate investigation? Who has authority to decide that? Doesn’t this exactly say, hold on, I’m looking at some probable cause and. Or, you know, some assertions that they’ve brought this level to me. I have to evaluate the evidence to determine if it’s a legitimate investigation or not. Isn’t that the sheriff’s responsibility? It sure is, Sam. And I mean, you can say after, if the sheriff says, yes, there’s evidence and yes, we need to move forward and go to the DA and convict.
Now, somebody else can look at it, but the sheriff can say it’s legitimate until I say that it’s not. You are correct, sir. And not only that, that is exactly what his lawyers should be telling the California Supreme Court. He determines, not the judicial branch, the executive branch determines what is qualifies for an investigation. And even if he was simply verifying how the votes are tabulated in his county. He has every duty and every right to do any of that without judicial interference. And they all know judicial interference basically, literally stops the investigation from continuing. And that’s what says we’ll rule on it in 90 days.
In my opinion, that’s judge impeachment time. Sheriff. That’s out of control. Yeah. What do they got to study for three months? What do they got to study for two months? How to put Chad in a box, sir. How to shut Chad down and not admit vote fraud, sir. Right, exactly. Let. Let the status quo of cheating continue. That’s the tragic reality. And I would just say good for Chad. And again, we’ll tell you when we like what sheriffs do and when we don’t like what sheriffs do. We don’t play favorites. I don’t care if they’re Republican or Democrat.
When they support the rule of law, they support due process, they uphold their oath of office, they protect the American citizenry, then we support them. And when they don’t, we don’t. It’s that simple of a reality check at the cspoa. And that’s why, since we’re nonpartisan, you should all become members. Spread the word. Get all your friends and loved ones to decide they want to join as well. That’s how we carry out our business. And when you’re there, please go ahead and, you know, use some of the products, because when you use the products that are there as well, it helps fund us also.
Cspoa.org Now, Sheriff, there was a shooting that took place. I want to get your take on ICE shooting. Victim returned to the hospital with a bullet near his spine. It’s in a Venezuela quote, asylum seeker shot by ICE officers in Austin, Texas, and he was transferred to a detention center and then eventually returned to the hospital. And the problem is, attorney says he has a valid work permit. DHS is investigating the shooting, but ICE says no, he didn’t have a proper work permit. And so there’s a debate about his status. Some say he was here legally, some say he wasn’t.
And the debate goes on. And here’s the problem that I have with the whole story. Number one, it’s really hard to make a decision on this. We don’t have facts. I don’t know what the facts are. Right. And what the liberals would say is you can’t trust ice. They’re lying all the time. Therefore, you got to assume that it’s whatever the people that love Tom Holman and like ICE and believe in the immigration issues say you Got to give Tom Holman and come into the benefit of the doubt. My problem with the whole discussion is we don’t have the facts.
So if this guy was not here legally, number one, he’s breaking the law. And then two, I hear that he ran from the cops or tried to have a small. Evade them or something like that. Now, his claim is, no, I didn’t leave my car till after they shot me. I don’t know what the truth is, but I know this. You got a guy coming here for asylum seeking. The problem is he was led into the country, and the problem is he was just led out to roam around the country and work and live and everything else while they were gonna then eventually have a hearing or something.
Whether he overstayed or what all happened, I don’t know. But at the end of the day, I just think, if he was cooperating, would they have shot him? I don’t think so. So we have multiple layers of. Of convoluted discussion here, but at the end of the day, I’m kind of saying, look, don’t come into America seeking asylum and then just run around and work. How do you get a car when you’re trying to seek asylum and somehow you work in the country and you have a car, and then you can evade the cops and we can debate your legality, and then this and that, and there’s resistance, and then he gets shot.
And I just kind of think it’s the precedent we’ve set that’s the problem, Sheriff. Yeah, it is. And while you were discussing this and giving me the elements of this case, it reminded me of Sheriff Grady Judd from Polk County, Florida, who does a lot of these interviews. He really is a PR genius in so many different ways. And there was a shooting just recently in his county, and it was a carjacking. And the press was really criticizing him for having his deputy shoot this person, this suspect in a carjacking, that he did not brandish a weapon of any kind, and that he forced his way, threatening a lady and took her car at a gas station while she was gassing up.
And he said, because this was such a heinous crime, no, it did not involve a gun or a weapon, but threats to kill and then steals in a forcible act, steals a car. We want everyone to know that as a potential carjacker in Florida, or specifically Polk county, if you try to carjack, hijack a car, you will be shot. And. And. And he stuck with that. And I say more power to him. Amen. Yeah. Because here’s the problem. Number one. Gun or not, this guy could overpower this lady. Most likely, he could have killed very easily.
And he might have a weapon, though. You have to wait till the weapon is used to say he had a weapon. Exactly, Sam. Good point. Yeah. So the same thing with this Venezuelan. You know, we don’t know all the. We don’t know all the particulars of the case, but we do know he was here illegally. Do you get to shoot someone for not having a green card up to date? No, you do not. That’s not what we’re talking about. Did he commit a. Any type of felony that made him. That turned him into a what? Fff.
Fleeing forcible felon. And if he’s a fleeing forcible felon, whether he had a gun or not, whether he hurt someone or not. Fffs, it means you can shoot him. I want to say something. I want to say some of these immigration people, though. Yeah. If you come here seeking asylum and then the cops. Let’s say this guy’s legitimate. Let’s say that he worked in America. He has a. The ability to work. He has asylum. He’s waiting for his day of. Of, you know, his hearing date. He’s here legitimately. Everything is on the up and up. And ICE wants to talk to him.
Shouldn’t he just be like, hey, glad to talk to you? Where do you want to discuss it? You want to go to McDonald’s? Do you want to sit down? What do you need from me? Here’s my green card. Here’s my work permit. Or what? I don’t know what all. I’m not a documentation expert, folks. I’m just. Why wouldn’t you just lay it out and say, hey, I’m here legally. It’s all good, and I’m all on the up and up and up. Why would you resist and. Or try to flee in the first place, Sheriff? Yeah, no kidding.
Yeah. And. And. And this is the point. I don’t see anybody making in the news. I don’t see ICE or anybody making this point. But I’m just being serious. Look, you’d be like, no, because ICE is crazy. They’ll. They’ll arrest you anyway. And my response is not. If you have all your paperwork in order, it’s worthy of a discussion. But are you going to do better by fleeing from the cops? Let’s just ask this question. Or by stating your case plainly, even if you lose, which. Which way are you better off? Yeah. You see, Sam, common sense is really hard for A lot of people to see.
Don’t run from the cops. Don’t be stupid. Because then whether you’ve got an issue or not, we think you do. And you’ve created just cause right there. Right? Yeah, you did. You don’t run from the cops, dude. I’m telling you. No, I don’t think you should be shot for running from the cops. But don’t do that, because now we got layers of discussions where it could have been so simple. Hey, I talked to me. I showed them my appropriate credentials to be here, and now they’ve arrested me. Now you’ve actually got a real statement to make.
Right, right. Exactly. And I mean, I’m just kind of stupid Sheriff. But that’s. That’s my way of thinking. Well, I’ve examined this a great deal, especially since I was sheriff and in law enforcement, and I started law enforcement in 1977, and one of the recent articles written about me, and I got to get that article, to you, by the way, it appeared in a real big international business magazine, and the question, the title of it went from Parking Enforcement all the way to the United States Supreme Court. That’s what Sheriff Mack did. So from parking enforcement in 1977 in Provo, Utah, to now an author of the most important book in America, the Democrat Murder of America.
It takes me back to when I was growing up under. Not growing up, but starting my police career under President Ronald Reagan. And then to have that switch to the corruption of George H.W. bush. And I didn’t care for him at all. First of all, he was in charge of the CIA for quite a while. So is his father, Prescott Bush. This is a family dynasty, people. Exactly. And. And so, Sam, look at California. Ronald Reagan was the governor of. Of California. He was a governor. Nixon. Nixon was a senator from California. What happened to California that it went from a Ronald Reagan state to a Nancy Pelosi and Gavin Newsom Newsom state? Not what Kamala Harris state.
For crying out loud, ladies. I know, because I don’t know if you know, but Kamala Harris returns to battleground states. She’s trying to help other people get elected. As 2028 looms, and Harris is campaigning for Democratic midterm candidates in Michigan and Georgia. And her appearance also places her back in the presidential battleground states as she considers whether to seek the 2028 nomination. Gavin Newsom already said he’ll step aside for her and AOC might become her running mate. I know this sounds like clown show stuff, folks, but it’s real, Sheriff. It’s clown show stuff. And it’s real.
But. It’s real. But. But folks blame that on one thing and one thing only. Not only there’s other things, but how did California do this? Legal and illegal immigration that has completely switched the political landscape of California, a once very solid Republican state, and now it’s not even now Republican can’t get elected to dog catcher in California. And so happens. Yeah. And that’s why I say we need to prosecute people that have allowed that to occur, though. But we’re not. Yeah, yeah, they should. Absolutely should. And. And this is the, the other thing that the Democrats are screaming.
Anytime that they, the Republicans do anything about trying to verify honest and integrous voting in our. In our country, anywhere, they scream, why are the Republicans trying to destroy the right to vote of the American people? And they make it sound like it’s so hard, like women and minorities or somebody that’s black or, you know, Asian or whatever, you know, Mexico, they somehow can’t vote if there’s an ID requirement. My response is, why? I’ve got a green card, they’ve got an ID card, they’ve got whatever too. Right. The problem is the Democrats have now created a system for voting that any foreign tourist can walk into a polling place, especially in California, Chicago and New York, walk in there while they’re here on vacation, walk into a polling place and say, could I please vote? They say, are you registered? No.
Would you like to get registered? Yes. They register right then and there. They do not verify any identification whatsoever because that’s racist, according to the Democrats. They get registered to vote. They said, now would you like to vote? Yes, I would like to vote right now. They hand them there. And this is all going on in, let’s say it’s a tourist from Latin America. This conversation is going on in Spanish. They hand them a ballot in Spanish, they vote. They go home to their home country, in Ecuador, Peru or Argentina or southern Chile, wherever they are from, maybe it’s Guatemala or El Salvador.
And they brag to the local La Prensa, which is the local newspaper, just about every country. They have a La Prenza. And they brag how they voted in America. And there’s not one single thing that we could do about it because that is what the Democratic Corrupt Party has done to allow in our voting structure and this partisan stupidity and treason that the Democrat Party is committing in America. And the problem is the Republican Party should be the accountability party. They’re not as bad as the Democrats. I agree. But when they don’t insist on accountability and come clean on this thing.
They become part of the problem. Sheriff. Yeah. And so you got to wonder what both parties are doing and why the Republicans are showing all this. You really want to go back to open borders? Do you know the treason that happened to America during the open borders? Do you know what sheriffs were doing along in Texas trying to stop illegal immigration and all the crimes that were being committed along the border and your tax dollars were flying people into the country illegally and more. Folks, it’s a tragic reality. We’re about out of time share. But I want to get two quick stories in and let you respond to both of them because they’re shocking.
First one says Canada accelerates economic shift away from the United States. Prime Minister Mark Cardi is working on European and overseas trade relations. Trump’s really mad about it, but they want to move. They want to basically move away from America. Right. Or the United States, whatever you want to call it. That’s story one, which is shocking. The second story, which is even more shocking. Canada pledges $71 million in assistance to Palestine. Canadian Prime Minister mark Carney pledged $71.4 million. The goal is to help Palestinians. He wants to preserve a two state solution. Now, whether you’re for one state or two state, you know, we can debate that.
But all I’m telling you is Canada going away from America with trade and backing Palestine and then Trump backing Israel. But yet Mondami, he met with him and that guy’s a Palestine backer too. So we’re seeing some very strange bedfellows in America right now. Well, Carney, the Prime Minister of Canada, is extremely left and he’s doing anything and everything he can also to help the Democrats in the election in November. And so just five weeks away now, early voting has already started. Oh, thank goodness. You know, way to go. The, the former prime minister is hanging out with Katy Perry.
So he’s all good, you know. Oh, yeah, of course. Yeah. And she’s anti Trump, so, you know, I just find that a whole weird scenario. My whole reason to bring that up, though, is that will relate to voting as well, folks. Yeah, it will. Steak. Big money on both sides of that when it comes to voting. And the trade wars that are happening between us and Canada aren’t going to help either one. I guarantee you Canada will take the brunt of the the problem, though. Oh, yeah. And all I hope is we can find ways forward for peace.
Ladies and gentlemen, we’re flat out of time. Thanks for watching the CSPOA webinar. It will be post edited and posted at cspoa.org Become a member today and you can see it in its final glory. Post edited. If you didn’t get a chance to participate and watch it live, that will be available soon. Thanks so much, Sheriff Mack. You’re welcome, Sam. Just so you know, I was on with Chuck Boozer back east somewhere. Chuck Boozer. Great guy. I’m usually familiar with the basketball guys named Boozer, but I’m following you. Thanks, everybody.
