Summary
➡ Tina Peters, a clerk from Mesa County, Colorado, believes she was unfairly targeted and publicly scrutinized for her stance on voting system integrity. She argues that this public attention only drew more focus to the issues she was highlighting, suggesting that voting systems have been compromised and influenced by foreign entities. Despite facing legal challenges and personal attacks, Peters remains steadfast in her belief that she is exposing election fraud. She feels that her treatment has been unjust, especially when compared to others who have committed more severe crimes.
➡ The text discusses a legal case where the speaker felt unfairly treated during a trial. They mention a public relations campaign against them and the negative public opinion it generated. The speaker praises their legal team, particularly Peter Tickton and John Case, for their hard work and dedication. They express frustration over not being allowed to present certain evidence during the trial and believe the judge was biased. The speaker also mentions a telethon event that raised funds for their cause and a sponsor, Noble Gold. The text ends with the speaker beginning to explain their actions regarding a meeting about election concerns.
➡ The speaker, a business owner, was shocked by the results of the April 6, 2021 municipal election. Despite being told that the Colorado elections were the gold standard, she had doubts about the fairness of the election process. She was accused of conspiracy based on a secretly recorded conversation, but she insists she was only trying to ensure fair and transparent elections. She also faced betrayal from two of her employees, who she believes were influenced by fear and possibly bribed.
➡ The speaker recounts her experiences in a prison run by a corrupt captain who she believes was involved in embezzlement and devil worship. She faced persecution for exposing the captain’s actions, but eventually managed to get her removed. The speaker also shares her belief that various systems, including the legal, political, and media industries, are controlled by a satanic cult. Despite her hardships, she learned the importance of being a voice for the voiceless, particularly for those in prison, victims of human trafficking, and those defrauded of their votes.
➡ The speaker discusses their experiences of standing up for themselves and others, even in the face of fear and adversity. They emphasize the importance of trusting in God’s plan and not succumbing to fear. They also talk about their time in prison, where they fought for better conditions for their fellow inmates, earning their respect. The speaker is unsure about their future path, but they trust that God has a plan for them.
➡ The speaker shares her experiences in prison, highlighting the harsh conditions and the small acts of kindness that meant a lot to her. She emphasizes the importance of freedom and urges people to value their liberties. She also encourages people to be politically active, sharing her own interactions with the White House and President Trump. Lastly, she shares her admiration for the relationship between President Trump and Melania.
➡ The speaker admires Donald Trump for his genuine love for the American people and his courage. They recall their experiences campaigning for him and his kindness towards others. They also discuss their belief in the effectiveness of Nanosoma spray and Body Align products for health and protection against 5G and EMF frequencies. Lastly, they emphasize the importance of being vocal and visible in political matters, and the belief that Trump listens to the people’s concerns.
➡ The speaker discusses the importance of election security and proposes a plan to ensure fair voting. This includes transitioning away from electronic voting to hand-marked paper ballots, maintaining strict ballot chain of custody, and hand-counting every ballot for federal contests before certification. The speaker also suggests maintaining paper poll books and recruiting count-only election workers. The plan is available on the speaker’s website for further details.
➡ The speaker is urging listeners to take action and contribute in any way they can, emphasizing the importance of hand-counting votes and maintaining their chain of custody. They also mention an upcoming event discussing hand-counting, and express gratitude for the support they’ve received. The speaker then transitions to discussing the importance of investing in precious metals like gold and silver, especially in light of a potential financial reset, and recommends Noble Gold Investments as a trusted source for such investments.

Let’s go, go, go, go, go. Broadcast loud for the world to know. Here we go. Much. Good day. Thank you for joining us. Friends, Americans, patriots, lend me your ears. I’ve come to bury the globalist central banking cabal, their political sycophants, particularly in Colorado today and the Mockingbird mainstream media. We’ve not come to praise them. We’re here to talk about things that have happened over the last couple years with our guest. We’ll bring her in a minute. I want to welcome you to Sovereign Radio broadcasting from the belly of the beast of mainstream media. I’m your host, Scotty Saks and this is our online edition of the show.
Greetings to our Salem radio audience. Now we’re on a brief hiatus from broadcast radio. Well, because life just happens and God willing, the plan is to return to radio in just a few weeks. I want to welcome our posse here in the USA on the Grassroots Warrior network and our freedom loving patriots in Romania, Colombia, Canada, Australia and South Africa. Now I know our good friends in Romania, particularly TV journalist Martin Atadori is excited about today’s show because he has been following the story of our guest Tina Peters because he has followed the many stories similar to Tina’s.
Romania has been known to keep political prisoners incarcerated for years on end. So Marvin, this one’s for you. To our friends around the world, thanks for standing with us here in America. Our international audience is wide awake group of people and you know, as America’s sovereignty goes, so does the sovereignty of the rest of the world. So we value your support. Today on Sovereign Radio, we’re going to talk with someone that has become a very special person to this show, to me personally and to all the patriots that know what she stands for. Tina Peters, a gold star mom and a grandmother.
Former Mesa County Colorado clerk that uncovered election fraud in the 2020 elections. She was a political prisoner for over two years in jail and she’s here today to talk about her experiences. She served two years of A nine year sentence before Governor Polis of Colorado commuted her sentence. I don’t know if that’s the right word, but she has been released from prison and she’s here to talk about it with us. Welcome, Tina Peters. Hi, Tina. It’s so good to see you. Thank you. My good friend Scotty, who spreads the truth worldwide. And as you were talking about people in other, other nations, I was reminded of some letters that, that I received from the Netherlands and all over.
So I’m very grateful to those out there that supported me through that, Scotty. And, and you, of course, have always been a voice for me and for freedom loving Americans and I appreciate you. Yeah, thank you, Tina. You know, there are two people that had global impact that I can see very clearly. And I never would have known this had it, had things not happen. Charlie Kirk was one of them. Yes, he really had a global impact. Check this out, Tina. I got a call from my friend, is an Aussie man. He runs an investment banking firm in Hong Kong.
The owner of that investment banking firm is a billionaire. Hong Kong born and raised, built his business in Hong Kong, has clients in America, sent his daughter to school in America. And when Charlie was shot, he closed the office that day. And my friend from Australia works for me, says, boss, what are you, what are you doing? You, you never close the office. He says, jamie, I’m doing this in memory of Charlie Kirk. Well, later that day, Jamie went to check on, he goes by Jerry, his American name is Jerry. Went to check on billionaire Hong Kong billionaire Jerry.
He was in his office crying. He said, jerry, why are you crying? He said, jamie, you don’t understand the impact Charlie had on my daughter and her friends was such a great role model and I really appreciate what he stood for. And he had donated money to TPUSA several times. So that kind of global impact. Now with your, in your case, Romania. Martin Atadori is a Romanian journalist I’ve been working with, collaborating with for several years and he’s covered several stories. In their last election, a man named Georgescu was odds on favorite to win the election.
He had support like Trump of about 70% of the country. Well, they took him off the ballot, the cabal, and they wouldn’t let him run. And they came up with bogus reasons why he couldn’t run. He wasn’t a legit candidate. They said. So Marvin is really on to this and he’s always covered your story and I’m sure he’s going to be interested to hear this interview. So let’s Start with why do you think Governor Polis released you? Was it pressure from the public, from President Trump? I know President Trump was putting a lot of pressure on him, making a lot of statements on truth Social and making statements he mentioned her name many, many times and he said this is wrong.
So what do you think it was just pressure in general? Well, only Governor Polis can tell you the answer to that question, but I do believe so. I believe that it was pressure, you know, and, and I don’t know how many of your of your audience knows, but there was a senator friend of his, Democrat senator friend of his that had the same felony charge charges that I did of influencing a public servant that was given parole. No, actually not parole, probation and a fine. And of course I was given nine years. He did state in his answer when asked by the media that he felt that sentences should be, you know, they shouldn’t be that far apart like that.
But also his main thing was free speech and that it was widely acknowledged that the, the judge who now my case, my sentence is remanded back to him to re sentence me. By the way, my case is not over. And he said that, you know, it was that I had been sentenced because of my political speech, which should never be the case so many, many ways. And he took a lot of heat for, from his own party for doing that. I believe Governor Polis is more of a libertarian type of, he’s not a hard, hard Democrat, even though many of his policies like, you know, dealing with children and, and gay, you know, gay rights and things like that are very radical.
He did say that I broke the law, which, you know, in my appeal, you know, we’re fighting that. But I do believe it’s a lot of pressure, a lot of pressure from President Trump, from federal funding, from people in Colorado and around the world that put pressure on him and that and his own party really went against him for that. They did not want to see me, especially the corrupt Secretary of State Jenna Griswold, who now has won the primary for allegedly, I like to say allegedly won the primary for the Democratic Colorado AG Attorney General.
The, the, the highest attorney in Colorado and the one who sent the attorneys to do my trial. Attorney General Weiser, Phil Weiser is, has allegedly won his primary for governor. So Colorado, unless things change it, it’s still a very, very dangerous red state. Alleged blue. Yeah. You know, thank God for the collective effort that got you released. I do believe it was collective wasn’t one thing. It was multiplicity of things. But I’M going to call it spade a spade. Jenna Griswold is a miserable human being, and I believe she really pushed for this, whether her superiors and the people she is accountable to probably blackmail and bribed.
That’s allegedly, I say allegedly. Most of these people who act in the manner that she did have been compromised in some way. But I, I, you know, I’ve never, I’ve never hit a woman. Tina. I think I’d slap her if I met her. I think I might slap her around. But moreover, I think the most despicable person in the cast in this movie is Judge Matthew Barrett. What a complete and utter a hole. I mean, the things he said to you. He basically said that you’re worse than any prisoner, any, anybody that’s ever sat in that chair in his courtroom.
Like you’re worse than a murderer. He didn’t say that, but that’s, didn’t he kind of suggest you’re like the worst person he ever. That ever came before him? Yes. And the, and D A Dan Rubenstein. Word has it he was offered by the Biden administration a job at the US Department of Justice. And of course, Trump won. And that kind of ruined him for that, for bringing me. This was a, this was from the very top down to a little town called Mesa County, Colorado, and just a little no name, no, you know, clerk named Tina Peters.
This was, if I often say they really played their cards wrong when they went after me publicly the way they did. Because what it ended up doing was it ended up drawing more and more attention to, to their behavior. And people started questioning, especially from a woman that, you know, and everybody knows my background. No parking ticket, no speeding ticket, nothing. Gold star mom, cancer survivor, all those things, you know, your regular American citizen. Why would they make such a big splash? And I think that was their fatal flaw. I think their fatal flaw was just putting this out so blatantly publicly around the country and around the world that people started saying, well, wait a minute, this doesn’t sound right.
People, she gets sentenced to nine years and, and people that she’s in there with that have committed murder are getting six years and less or getting off on probation or like these people crossing the border and killing people being let loose or what. And so it, I believe that it worked against them to highlight what, what the, what the enemy meant for evil. God has turned around for good. I think it, it started bringing more and more and more attention to the fact that our voting systems have been compromised. They’ve been compromised for a long time.
They have been influenced and by other countries that mean us harm. And, and there’s people that are complicit. Right. In our own government. And I think that’s what President Trump was, was, was talking about. And there’ll be more coming out about that, about the CIA, about these people within the government and within the Obama administration from the very beginning and even before him, but especially with Obama. Just remember Jenna Griswold used to work for Obama. Yeah. A.G. weiser. A.G. weiser, Obama. These all are Soros funded people when they had the, when no one knew what a secretary of state was.
Right. No, no one really knew that role, but Soros did. George Soros did. And all these criminals that want to take down our country did. They knew that they control the voting. They also knew about Smartmatic. And more and more that information is coming out. But until I did that image, it was kind of like the little, little boy, the little Dutch boy with his, you know, with the dyke. Nothing really started coming out until that was exposed. And it’s just created a, a dam break, if you will. And I’m very grateful. Yeah, you know, they did go after the wrong person, but I believe they were measuring their odds.
Letting you go and letting you speak and letting you remain in the public and letting you continue expose election fraud or putting you away. I think they chose what they thought was the lesser, the one that would create. They had a PR problem on their hands once they put you away, but they didn’t have an election fraud problem per se. Little did they know it only brought much more attention to the election fraud and shined a huge spotlight on it. You know, I remember the video of you being at lunch. I think you were with another woman and the sheriff came in and took you out of the restaurant.
Didn’t that happen? I remember that video. And you were cuffed and taken away and you were like, you know, kind of bewildered, like, what’s this all about? And I remember saying to myself when I saw that video, they’re going after hard and they’re not going to let up. And they didn’t. And they trumped up charges, no pun intended, because they’re good at trumping up charges. And they, they did what I believe they did what they thought they had to do to silence you to the point where there’s county clerks around the country saying, I’m going to keep my mouth shut because I don’t want to be Tina Petered.
That’s right. I became a verb. You know what’s interesting about that they were trying to build their case against me and show that I was a criminal before I went to trial. So what the, the background of that particular case was. I was sitting in a courtroom who. Judge Barrett was the, was The Judge and D.A. rubenstein was the prosecutor for my, My chief deputy, Belinda Knisely, who ended up turning because of fear, turning against me, as well as my election manager. And I was in there to support her. Her husband couldn’t be there that day.
So I was working on my iPad while this was going on, and they accused me that the DA jumps up, Rubenstein jumps up in the middle, interrupting the whole proceeding, accuses me to the judge of recording the proceeding. Well, the proceeding was on WebEx, so anybody that was on WebEx could have easily recorded it. It was, he was just trying to. Trying to trump up something literally, like you said. And I said, no, sir, I was not. It’s a work day for me. Well, the next day I happened to be at the commissioner’s meeting, Commissioner’s hearing.
Now, these are the commissioners that were given the evidence of the reports that just totally ignored them and actually ended up working with John Polos, with the, with Dominion, the CEO and president of Dominion, to extend the contract that was ready to expire. I was going to, I wasn’t going to renew it. I had another plan in mind and conspired with him, signed my name, used my name stamp illegally to attest to a meeting, to a contract meeting while I was in Texas. But anyway, so I’m sitting, so I’m, I’m in this, in this commissioner’s hearing, doing what good citizens do with some other supporters that were going to redress our grievances to our government, to our commissioners.
So, and they saw me in there and they saw the iPad, it was in a white case. They saw the iPad sticking out of my purse, and all of a sudden it was I. You can see, when you look back, you can see the, you know, them texting each other. You can see the county attorney who was hired to go after me. He. Anyway, you can see him look around and then look back. Then they recessed that meeting for 20 minutes. I think it was 22 minutes. While we’re just sitting there wondering what had happened. We were waiting till the end of the commissioner’s hearing to speak, you know, as, as the public can speak after the commissioner’s business is finished.
And we’re just sitting there waiting. Nobody’s saying nobody. They’re waiting for the sheriff to sign or the judge to sign an arrest A warrant, not arrest warrant to seize that iPad that they see in my purse. So I leave there and walk a block away with like five supporters and we’re just going to go have coffee. And that’s when all hell broke loose. They descended on that, on that coffee shop, took the iPad, charged me with obstruction, charged me with contempt for lying to a judge, all this stuff. 15 months later, 15 months later, my new attorneys, because I had anyway, I had four different attorney teams during this time and millions and millions of dollars.
I mean this has been very costly. Whereas the American taxpayer pays for them to go after citizens. Right. Which is an upside down. There should be a cap on, on how much they can spend on the taxpayers money on going after citizens. There really should, that should be legislation for sure. And 15 months later I’ve already been charged with lying to the judge and contempt or obstruction, found guilty by this, this, this attorney that I end up firing because he was working with, he was working with the prosecutor, the D A Rubenstein, because there was another case before the D A that my attorney was representing for a guy with 26 pounds of fentanyl.
So the guy with 26 pounds of fentanyl, guess what he got like, he got like two years, didn’t he? Probation. Probation. Okay, guess what I got. And he skipped. Guess what I got. I got convictions. So I’m nine years. Well, and this is even before the nine years, people don’t know a lot about this. And even stories that will come out in the future about how they targeted me even before the things that people know about very widely. Fifteen months later, my new attorneys get the iPad back. They send it to a forensic laboratory where they use cellbrite and they go through.
Nothing was ever recorded, nothing was ever erased, any of that. But it was meant to make it look like I. And I was on an ankle monitor for four months before they, they cut it off. After I went, got sent down to, after sentencing. It was meant to make me look like I, I was breaking the law so they could use that to pile on more egregious things before, during that trial. Yeah, they, they just wanted to make you look as horrible as can be. And unfortunately some people in the public and I, I say this because I looked at comments on social media and I’d often respond to people who say, you know, they should put her in jail for life, she’s a criminal.
You know, this is the, the public relations campaign they mounted against you. But you had four teams of attorneys, as you said, you settled on, I believe As a truly very grounded, very wonderful man in Peter Tickton. And I say that because we had him on the telethon we did for you in June. June 17th we did a telethon and that was a huge success. We had lots of people come on for 12 hours. Thank you. I’m glad we were able to raise some money. The money’s still coming in. We’re waiting for a source to come through.
I think you know that. But I’m confident that things will work out. But in that telethon, I thought my most interesting interview was with Peter Tickton. The common sense, the level headedness, the just really grounded man that he is. How, how important was he to your case and getting you out? I think he had something to do with getting you out too. Well, Peter, Peter came on toward the end and Peter’s been amazing. He really is. He fought hard to get the, get the presidential pardon which should have been honored because of the Supremacy Clause. And what I was doing that I was not allowed to present in court, of course, along with 41 other motions that were denied.
But the Supremacy Clause that if you says that if you are. In my case, I was preserving federal election records. That’s a. And so that trumps any. They should have never even been able to, to try me in the state of Colorado. And he’s been a big champion of that. But John Case is one that you won’t hear a lot about. I mean, he’s been on Bannon, he’s been on some other, other shows, but he’s a very quiet but effective member of the, the legal team. He did a lot of the, the work building the, the submissions to the court, you know, the filings and such, which you can also see on my website.
I’m thousands and thousands of pages of papers filed. Yeah, he doesn’t get a lot of attention. And so I really wanted to call him out now because John Case is still along with Peter Tickton or is still working because I’m not done. This isn’t over for me yet. Right. The appeals court basically remanded this back because of the egregious sentencing back to the same judge Matthew Barrett, to resentence me. And this is a man, in my opinion, that has a definite bias, political bias. He cannot, in my opinion, be fair. Right now it is in the Colorado Supreme Court.
I’ve said that it be wise for them to take it and not ignore this case or not agree to hear it because of what happened with, with Anderson vs Trump in the 90 Supreme Court ruling overruling the Colorado Supreme Court. You know, to try to keep Trump off the ballot. This would be a good time for the Colorado Supreme Court to illustrate that they’re not held captive by the radical left, that they do want to recognize the facts of this case and hear it, because there’s a lot of. And I’ll let the, I’ll let Peter Tickton and John case talk, talk more about my legal issues, but there were so many things as far as due process that were not honored in this, in this trial and that the, that the jury was not allowed to hear.
You were not allowed to present evidence? No, no. And we had, we had a, we had a subpoena for, for a man that worked for Dominion. We had emails from Serbia to Denver and to, to the Secretary of State saying we need to do something about this Colorado problem, which was me. You know, there were so many things that were not allowed to be presented that would have given the jury at least a balanced view of what went on. There was no, no chance for us to show that I was what my intent, my mens rea was, was actually preserving federal election records.
And, and also there were. You know, the mainstream media has used words like she breached, which makes it sound very, very criminal, that she breached election equipment, which is never one of the charges, never has been, and that she. An unauthorized person in her office, which was not true according to the law at that time. People confused the fact that the people elected me. I had no boss. Jenna Griswold was not my boss. She had no say over, over me or the way I ran my office. They were a guest in my office to come in and, and do that horrid trusted build which evidence has shown was an actual wipe of the 2020 and the 2021 election records, along with many other things that people can see at my website.
Scotty Saks here, and I want to talk to you about our valued sponsor, Noble Gold. It’s an important conversation that I’d like to have. This is not just some advertisement that I’m throwing at you in passing to make a couple of bucks. It’s a timely and critical message that can ensure your financial independence in the coming years. If you’re listening to Sovereign Radio, you’re very likely the financial assistance savvy one in your circle of friends and family. You’ve also very likely been explaining the coming financial reset to your loved ones. Perhaps you’ve been met with some disbelief and resistance from your loved ones like I have.
Yes, you’ve been talking about the fundamentals of the global money reset, the blockchain, cryptocurrency, stable coins, and God’s very own affirmative asset precious metals, gold and silver. Now we are moving from that Federal Reserve fiat money system with currency backed by, well, absolutely nothing. And we’re moving to a sound money system with currency backed by precious metals. Haggai 2 verses 8 the gold and silver are mine, said the Lord Whether you’ve been on top of the gold markets or not, when it comes to gold, there’s one, one trusted friend of sovereign radio that you need to know.
And that’s Noble Gold. Noble Gold are the pros that make your first purchase of gold or your next next purchase of gold quite easy. If you’re over 40 and you’re planning to retire someday, the window to protect what you’ve built may be smaller than you realize. Now here’s a question most people never ask is is your portfolio built for what’s coming next? Yeah, Is your portfolio built for the reset? Many investors in their 40s and 50s discover they have little to no exposure to precious metals. Why? Because our parents and grandparents didn’t know the importance of investing in precious metals.
They were bogged down in the Federal Reserve fiat money system. That means their savings are largely tied to market markets, policies and paper assets with very little protection if conditions change. And oh boy, are they going to change. As retirement moves from someday to near on the horizon, protecting what you’ve already built becomes just as important as growing it. So here’s another question. How are you insuring your retirement? You insure your car, your home, and you ensure your health. So why not your retirement? Gold isn’t about chasing returns, it’s about managing risk. And it’s a way to help protect what you’ve already worked a lifetime to build.
So you manage your risk with health, home and car insurance. That’s where Noble Gold Investments come in, helping investors reduce risk by adding physical gold to their portfolios. Now. For those who are listening and maybe not familiar with the crux of the evidence that revolves around Dominion, the trusted build they were coming in to do, quote a trusted build, AKA wipe the records clean, no doubt.
And you took steps to protect it. Explain to our audience what you did and what they ended up their their evidence, what they charged you with. So In April of 2021, I had a, had a meeting in my office with some constituents who were very concerned about the elections. They brought me evidence in their mind that the voting systems were compromised, which was shocking to me. I, I had seen what happened at the April 6, well, the April 6, 2021 municipal election where it didn’t make sense that the people that got that were elected or I say selected, made it won the election.
So I was hearing what they were saying, but I couldn’t really believe it because I had been told that the Colorado elections were the gold standard across the country and that all other states wanted to know how they could be the gold standard also and that these machines were air gapped and all these lies that have been told to me that I believed because I was a business owner, I went into this to eliminate three and a half hour wait times in one of my five divisions which was motor vehicle. I had never really dealt with elections.
I believed what they told me even though the results of April 6th seemed very questionable. So these people are sitting in my office and they’re telling me these things. And so I’m bringing in people from my office that are in elections, some that were in the front office, which the manager there was was over registration and customer service. I brought her in. She happened to record the part that she was involved in was 12 minutes and then the part with about the tabulators and all that, the Dominion equipment. I brought in another one of my managers that I had hired to be actually I promoted her.
She’d been a part time person in my recording department and I thought she was so brilliant that I moved her up, moved her up and then she was able to learn how to program the ballots instead of having Dominion come in and do it and save Us a little money and things. So I, so I, I valued these people’s opinion so I would bring them in, you know, whoever it was that this particular thing that my constituents were addressing and get their side of it. Well, during trial they presented this, the secret recording of this woman who hated me, who I didn’t realize that her and her, the girl that I made election manager and the director had been colluding with the prior clerk who worked for Dominion, who had, I mean all this will come out soon.
These are things that most people haven’t heard but that had been colluding with the, the news reporter who was good friends and all the connections with the former Democrat employee and all these things were going on without my knowledge. Well, she presented, they presented her 12 minute recording in court, Scotty, and said this was the genesis of the conspiracy. This was what, you know, and they tried to make it look like that, that this 12 minute recording was, you know, proof that I had conspired and, but they, Pelosi called that the wrap up smear campaign. Well they wouldn’t, but it was interesting they would not let my side present the whole hour long recording that I had done of that same meeting which would have shown just what I described to you.
I was, I was looking to find answers and, and, and you know, substantiate my view that these machines and these, that my office had conducted fair and transparent elections, accurate elections. So, so when, so they wouldn’t allow us to present any, any of that, which was another one of the things that were denied. You know, you backed up the machine, I believe you backed up the, before the trusted build, you, you did some kind of backup and that, that backup proved to be problematic. Dr. Douglas Frank comes to mind because I know he had a lot to do with exposing the election fraud.
Tell us about how you did the backup. There was a gentleman involved that he had a badge or. I never really got the story. But there was a guy who worked for you. In fact, two people who worked for you turned on you, didn’t they? They did, they did. Hang on just a minute, I’m getting some background noise. Sure, take your time. So they did and you know people can watch, watch the trial, watch the sentencing. You know, if you go to my website, tinapeters us, there’s a lot on there. It’s interesting what people will do when they’re afraid.
And a lot of my charges were the same as my, as my chief deputy and it really hurt my heart because we were best friends. I had, she was about My age, she had started again part time in my recording department. I saw her brilliance. I was opposed by some of my staff. She’s, you know, she’s too old or she’s this or that and the other. But I was able to see her brilliance. And one day I just said, hey, would you be my chief deputy? And we not only were worked when we were work and we worked all during COVID I went into the office every day during COVID I continued operations.
We did it. I had to implement ways to actually do it to service the public without, you know, actually contact with the public, even though we were in the office. So we, we worked even when we weren’t at the office. I mean, we spent all of our time up on some property that I had together. Her family were very close to me. So when she turned on me, I was, you know, and I told my attorneys, I said, please be easy on her. Her, you know, I mean, I. But then when I saw her in court, she wouldn’t even look at me.
And she kept focused on her family, who I’m sure encouraged her to save her skin. And it’s, it’s hard, it’s. It’s hard to see how people can be influenced by fear. Oh, compromise is easy. Did you think the state got to her? Oh, for sure they did. Oh, they were giddy. They were giddy. I saw the email of the district attorney when he couldn’t be on a, on a, a meeting with the other DAs in the state and says, oh, you know, I’m, I’m all excited. I’ve got, you know, her chief deputy to flip on her, so I won’t be on the call today, but, and they were colluding on what, what to do and that sort of thing.
And then my, my, my, my election manager that I had promoted and even paid for her one day, she couldn’t afford to pay her rent and I paid her rent for her. It was supposed to be a loan, which she never paid back. And, and, and I was ready to put down $14,000 to bail her out of, of jail. And I mean, I was on my way to do it and it just, something stopped me and, but, you know, I would have done anything for these women, but it just shows if you can be. You know, I say this just about every time I’m, I’m speaking.
If you can be persuaded by money, power, position or fear, then you can be compromised and some. Yeah, absolutely. James o’ Keefe says it best. He says, what’s your price? He said, My price. My price is my life. I’ll pay with my life. And that’s how I feel. You know, no money in the world could compromise me. No blackmail in the world. But blackmail and bribery, Tina, are thousands of years old. This is a tactic that bad people cabal. The people, central bankers that have run the world. That’s what Epstein island was all about. It was a blackmail and bribery operation.
So I’m sure your two friends that turned on you were blackmailed and bribed. So you were in jail two years. Not a pleasant experience. The food, the sleeping quarters, they made your life difficult. They put you in solitary, didn’t they? Even put you on a different diet of some kind? Well, I. You know, and I. A lot of people don’t know the difference because they’ve never had the opportunity, but I was in jail twice, so. Well, I was in jail three times, actually, but I was in two different jails. I was in Mesa County Jail, and then I was in.
When they couldn’t stand me there anymore because I kept doing my show and exposing them very openly and transparently. Then they put me on a courtesy hold to Larimer County Jail, and so they kept me there. And as soon as my time was up there, while other people had waited, some of them, 14 months to be sent to go to prison, because prison didn’t. Wasn’t accepting people. They were so full. And I said, you watch, I’m gonna be on the next transport out of here. And then I went to prison. So prison for almost two years.
It’s different than jail, people. As bad as jail is, and the moving around and the different. And the bad things there, people coming in and out all the time, being in, then being bonded out, and you’ve got this constant turnover of. In my case, women. People want to go to prison because it’s. You can. It can be more of a. You know, you’re going to be there for a while. And I was. I was persecuted. I was attacked there, as a matter of fact. The captain had a statue of Baphomet on her desk and was a devil worshiper and ran the prison like that and hated me.
Hated me, you know, and of course, those that follow the Lord and carry the light of the Holy Spirit will be hated by. By now. This was the captain of the prison. So the. The captain of the captain that ran the prison. She. The. The. She was satanic. Yes. The warden was. Relinquished his responsibility for her to run the prison, and she ran it. I started exposing her and her corruption of my belief that she had embezzled $29 million through many ways, but one was through a. An inmate. Allegedly. I’m going to say all this allegedly just to protect myself that was in there for financial crimes.
Had been in there three times that I knew. My kids knew, if you can believe it, what a small world from high school. And this girl was in trouble back then. And, you know, the. They. There was a dog program that they funneled money through. And. And this woman, they let her out. They. They would. She would just let her out to go out into the public on excursions and things like this. So I started exposing her. Ended up as. It took. It took a year and a half to. After she had been persecuting me, just mercy, Mercy.
Unmercifully. It took that long to get her exposed and to get her out of there. And then the. The. And then the warden walked off and said, f this place. And so right before I left, there was a new warden, and he actually seemed like he would be somewhat better. But, yeah, it was quite the. Quite the. Almost two years. Surprising, you know, in 1989, I was working with the great Johnny Cash syndicating a radio show for him, and he wouldn’t go to meetings with me, Tina. He wouldn’t go to meetings with the record label, with radio networks, even his own record label.
He didn’t want to meet with him. I didn’t understand why. His wife, June Carter Cash, finally told me one night backstage in a green room. She said, the reason he won’t go to meetings with you, Scotty, is the people that run the music industry and the media are a Luciferian cult. They worship Satan. And that was 1989. There was no Internet. I’d heard of Satan. I had heard of Lucifer. Had to go to the library and research it. So next time I was with Johnny, I said, look, your wife spilled the beans on. On you. She told me why you don’t go to meetings and would.
Would you be able to elaborate on it? He said, son, you don’t want to know what I know, but I can tell you the entire. The entire legal system, political system, judicial system, economic system, the media, the music industry, Hollywood, they’re all run by a Luciferian satanic cult. So when you look at Judge Barrett, then that was Satan speaking. As far as I was concerned, Satan was the mouthpiece coming out of that man’s mouth. Janet Griswold. Now you’re telling me the captain who ran the prison was a satanic figure. So you were up against, you know, the overarching thing here is a spiritual war.
And we’ve talked about that. You know, you did call me from prison in April of. Would have been April of 24, I think 23 or 24. You did call me. You had 15 minute phone cards and you were able to use two cards. And you did come on the show and you were already in a pretty bad place. And that was before they moved you to prison, right? To the real prison, right? Yep. So jail, you know, there’s jail and there’s prison. Jail is usually temporary, you know, somewhat, maybe up to a year for people sometimes.
But prison is for longer prisons where you go, you know, when you’re going to be there a while. What’s your biggest takeaway from spending time in prison? What. What would you say you learned? Like one golden nugget. Give us. Give us a golden nugget. What you took away from prison and what you learned that may be a positive influence in your life going forward? Well, I’ve learned and right now I’m being put right in the middle of not just election reform, but in prison reform and in anti human trafficking. So the Lord has given me a influence of some kind to where I’m being in these circles.
And I think that for me is every, everyone. If you just step forward and do and just ask the Lord, just say, lord, you know, here I am. Send me. If you just say, lord, what is it that you want me to do? I mean, I do that in everything, even when I walk into my closet and I’ll say, what do you want me to wear today? What do you, you know, you have to have a relationship with the Lord to get through this life, period. And if you don’t, you’re going to be. If, if you’re just what I call trying there.
Yoda said, there is no. There is no try. You do or do not. There is no try. And I have that magnet on my refrigerator. So I would say as a lesson that the Lord keeps showing me and through prison, because I kept saying, lord, why am I still here? Why am I still here? You know, Mandami just got elected. And I, and I, and I knew that Spamberger was going to get elected by 51%. Of course, she got elected by 50.8%. I said, I know how these machines work. I know how what’s coming. We’re count.
It was like a horse in a starting gate. I was like, please, Lord, let me out. Let me out. We’ve got the midterms coming up. We’re going to Lose this country. I told President Trump when I had lunch with him, which I was very honored. There was just four of us in his private dining room right beside the Oval Office. And I said, Mr. President, we’re going to lose this election if we don’t get rid of these machines. And then we talked more and things like that. But the thing. I think he believes that, too. I think he knows that he fired the EAC.
I asked him, I said. I said, Mr. President, you need to fire the EAC. And he did. Like a week later, I think what the biggest takeaway for me and being in prison and me saying, lord, why am I still here? I’m not. I mean, there’s other women here that can lead people to you, Lord. I mean, there’s. You know, I did that in my 20s and my 30s and had Bible studies and. And all these things. I said, I know that’s not why I’m here. Why am I still here? And every time there’s. Every time that I was promised, it’s only going to be two weeks.
You’ll be out in two weeks. Because there are a lot of people like, you know, that were working for my release, I mean, from all different fronts. And there was such a spiritual block to it. And. And so I said, lord, why am I still here? And. And the girls, every time they thought I was going to get out, you know, because they’d see President Trump on. On Truth was saying, let her go, and things like that, like every month, and they’d say. They’d always say, when you leave here, you’re going to forget about us. And I said, I won’t forget about you.
And they’d say, you’re going to forget about us, aren’t you? And I said, no, I’m not going to forget about you. And so I realized that there are people out there that have no voice. These women and children that are being. That are being trafficked, they have no voice. There are people in prison that have no voice. There are people that are being defrauded of their vote. They have no voice. And I believe the biggest thing I learned from being in prison is that we have to be the voice for the people. And if our representatives that have been selected, as I will say, because of our voting systems and voting processes are not going to be the voice of people, then people like you, Scotty Saks, and others like us need to stand up.
And I’ve always said, there’s more of us than there are of them. Way more. They can’t get us all so people that are afraid they’ll. They’ll get Tina Petered, you know, or whatever. And the thing that with Christians and. And I just said this earlier to Mickey Willis. I said the thing with Christians, they may not be persuaded by money, they may not be persuaded by power, and they may not be persuaded by position being given position, but they’re being persuaded by fear. And I had a woman say to Me, Scotty, actually, two women, right in.
In, like, period of 24 hours, say to me, Scotty, they said, well, I don’t know if I could do what you did, because what if they. And maybe the reason that those people did what they did to you was because. Because there was one woman who. I won’t mention her name that kept benefiting, grifting off of my name and stuff. And. And basically didn’t have any more support for me. But. And I won’t get into that. There was. That was very hurtful to see. Well, maybe they went after her children. What. Maybe the. Maybe that the regime went after and threatened her children.
And if they threatened my children, I don’t know that I could stand up and do what you did. And I said, listen, I said, if you’re going to be. If you. If you put yourself and you say, lord, use me, and he chooses to use you in an area, and then you get afraid, then you’re succumbing to the other side. I said. I said, God gave you your children. They’re his. Your children are his, not yours. And he will take care of them. But you can never back down because of fear, because whatever he leads you to, he will see you through, including taking care of your children.
And I look and see what’s happened with Amy Coney Barrett right now, and she’s finally coming out with why, to what’s happening with her, about. About the. The threats that have been made on her and I’m sure her children. It’s a very real thing. But you know what? And I would say to Amy Coney Barrett, you do your job. Your job. God has put you in that position. It’s his. It’s his plan to take care of your children. Absolutely. And so surrender to God. You know, it’s interesting. No coincidence this morning, the scripture I was reading was about surrendering to God, give it up to God, lean on God, and that’s what you did.
And you know, Tina, I really believe you were chosen for this time such as this. You were chosen to be the person to do this because of your strength of character, your ability to hang in there. Now, you know, God forbid you were there another two years, who, who knows what you know would transpire, but you, you came through it with flying colors and your. Everybody respects you and what you went through, and I believe you were chosen to fight this battle. So tell me, is there some evidence, some thing you’re going to be used to testify in? Are you being prepped to be a witness? I have the sense that you’re going to be a witness for something.
Is that. Can you even talk about it? You know, it’s funny because God’s never. There’s a. There’s a. A vision that I had about where I am in the struggle, which was kind of a tunnel of fire, and God showed me where I was in that. And that’s how he tells me the time frame that I’m going through. And anyway, I’ll talk about that another time. I think a lot of people, if he showed you the. Even though I think I’m pretty sure he can trust me, but. Well, I, I always hope he can trust me.
But if he showed you what the future was, then you might get in there and mucky it up somehow. And so all I know is that daily, I mean, literally daily, I have to just say, lord, you know, I’m not always the sharpest tack in the box. We have a really cute, cute relationship. I say, lord, I’m not always the sharpest tack in the box. So you’re gonna have to be very plain with me now what you want. And so right now, I know that there are three, maybe four paths that I could go. Whether it’s to work in Washington, whether it’s to work with human trafficking, which of course, my son was involved with, whether it’s to continue to work with election integrity, whether it’s for prison reform, I don’t really know.
I just know that God has the plan and whatever that is, I pray to be able to fulfill it, you know, with it, to the best of my ability, with his grace. All wonderful endeavors. What you saw in prison, what you know about the need for prison reform is completely different than when you went into prison. You had no idea, right? The conditions, the conditions under which those women live. By now, you had a few detractors, you gotten a few. I’d say you even got no brawl that was on video. I, I love that because you didn’t take no crap from that lady.
You didn’t back down and you didn’t. Coward or her. You really, you. You really put yourself in a place to go on the offensive. But by and large, how did the women receive you in prison? At first, they thought I was a privileged white girl. And. And I said, you know what? Listen, we’re all wearing the same colors here. And. And so it was. It took a while until I won their respect. One of the things that I wouldn’t do, and that’s the same on the outside. I mean, I. You know, I said, listen, I. I’ve fought worse than you guys.
You know, you don’t scare me at all. One thing that God has given me, you know, I don’t have a spirit of fear. I. I was able to stand. And I. I’ve laughed sometimes. I’ve laughed sometimes and said, you know, that I didn’t raise a Navy SEAL for nothing, right? And so I don’t have fear. And so I think that after a while of me fighting for them, because I used to get in the. I used to have my attorney bring in the administrative regulations, and I’d say, they can’t do this to you. What they’re doing to you, they cannot do.
You cannot be in lead around lead paint. That’s. That can’t be. And that went to Harmeet Dhillon. I mean, a lot of these things went to Harmeet Dillon. You cannot be in black mold. That is not acceptable conditions for a prison. So I exposed that. Then the DOJ started coming down on him. I said, you cannot be put in the hole for longer than 14 days. Many of them had put in. Been put in there two or three months at a time. And so I think they. I started earning their trust. And I remember when. When they would say to me, they’d tell me something.
They said, but, Tina, I don’t want you to get in trouble. I said, oh, what are they gonna do? Put me in prison? I forgot I’m already here. Or they’d say, yeah, but they’ll. You know, And I’d say, what are they gonna do, put me in the hole? Oh, I’ve been there. Well, I ended up being there five times. So I think no matter where you are, whether you’re in prison, where you’re. You cannot. You cannot have fear, you know, because God is going to protect you. You know, I mean, he goes with you wherever you go.
And. And so I think that’s. That’s really what I learned from being in prison. And I did earn their respect when I came. I remember one time I came out of the hole. This was after Trump pardoned me. And I came out. Came out. They put me in the hole for like two weeks. They couldn’t keep me longer than that because I knew that. I knew the rule, I knew the, the law. And so I remember they. They had 14 people on the ground. So from. They brought in from all over Colorado, it was called the SORT team, the Special Operation Response Team or something like that, that weren’t employees at that prison.
And they’re everywhere. They’re in cars around. I don’t know, I guess they thought somebody was going to throw a helicopter line down and take me out of there or something because there was so much pressure going on. And the girls would put signs up in the window, thank you for what we’re doing, you’re doing for us. And I remember one time when I came out of the hole, some of the women were being released to go to chow. And so they’re pouring out of this one unit and they just start yelling, free Tina. Free Tina. And they’re like clapping.
But it took. It took time to earn their respect and show them that, you know, I don’t care what you’ve done in your life, I love you. And. And most of them, I didn’t even ask what they had done, but I think they learned that I really, really do, did care and do care about them. I’d imagine over time, some of them saw what I saw in you. And I don’t know if I’ve ever told you the story, but when you and I met was in San Diego, was at a Take Our Elections Back event with Kim Yater, and you showed up.
Now, we had been there about 90 minutes and it was hot and it was a long day and just wasn’t. I wouldn’t say it was tense, but just wasn’t an upbeat, positive feeling. And you came into the room and I don’t know the sound that’s made when angels appear, but you really do have an angelic quality about you that when you walk into a room, and I’m not the only one who has said this, there are people who agree with me that your presence, physical, your aura, your energy is, is very angelic. And I bet you those women in jail picked up on that over time because you don’t have a.
You don’t have a bad bone in your body. And you could, you can look the people beating you up in the eye and say, you’re okay by me. I love you anyway. And that’s just who you are. And I have to ask, how would you describe the hole? Is it a hell hole? It is a stark concrete, like a metal Platform with a very thin pad on it with a toilet and a sink. And that’s basically what it is. And you get out two hours a day. You can come out for me. They wouldn’t let me be around the other people.
I think they were afraid of me. Association associating with the other inmates. Because I remember one of the times I was up there and they let some of the other ones out and. And I happened to have coffee, and they weren’t allowed to have coffee in there. And so I. I passed them coffee. And then I got reprimanded. If you do that again, we’re gonna. Blah, blah. And so then I remember I opened a book and I. And I. I peeled back the back of the page and I. And I glued around it and put coffee in and said, go check out that book over there.
So we had our little. Our little funny things that we would do, and the girls. Any little thing it was. So. And I’m still. I’ll get emotional with this one. I’m still influenced by this. Any little thing. Like, for instance, this right here. That is for my water bottle somebody made, but we weren’t allowed to. Yeah, A little crochet thing. Right. That I put my water bottle in. Any little thing was so appreciative. And I’ll. I’ll tell you one of the prison stories was I didn’t have a tomato for almost two years or cucumber or romaine lettuce or any things like that.
And so this one girl I’ve done a lot of things from, actually she’s the one that made that little thing for me. And she. There was a rogue plant because she was a. Her job was maintenance, so she got to be in the. In the. The greenhouse. And so she. There was this one little tomato, cherry tomato, and she decided to bring that to me. And she gave me this little tomato. And I hadn’t seen a tomato in a year and a half, almost two years. And I took it and I put it in a cup, and then I had to hide it because if they find that you have anything like that, that’s contraband, and you can go.
The whole. You can be written up, you know, all kinds of stuff. So. But I didn’t want to eat it right then. I wanted to just treasure it. And so I put it aside and I would just open up the top and look at it. And after about three days, I went ahead and ate it. It was. It was just the best. The best treat that I could. That I could imagine. And that’s what people don’t realize. I think you asked me about things that prison taught me. We live a very cushy life. We really do, all of us.
I don’t care if you’re poor. You live a very cushy life because you have your freedom, you have your liberty and you have choices and you can go out and you can pick. I didn’t make it through four lines, four rows of home goods today for an hour because everything just intrigued me like a little child looking at baubles. You know, we’ve become spoiled and we don’t realize how precious, how vitally precious our liberty is. And if people don’t start standing up, Scotty, I mean now, I mean before the midterms, there’s a plan on my, on my website and they can go on there and look at it at tinapeters us.
Make your calls to your, to the White House. Make your calls to Lutnick and others about these elections because there are things that can be done now before the midterms and now with the eac, that’s going to take a little longer to get the good commissioners in. And there’s a whole story behind that where I met with CISA and things like that. But people need to understand that you can loot your liberty just like that. And if we don’t do something, we may. That’s what I told the president. I said, Mr. President, I said if we don’t get rid of these machines in November, we could lose this country.
And so I really want everybody to go on to my website, look at the plan, make your phone calls, call those four that didn’t vote, those Republicans that didn’t vote for the, the SAVE Act. That’s a good start right there. Go look up those four that did those, those so called Republicans that didn’t vote for the SAVE Act. That right there is a no brainer, is a no brainer. But we need everybody. I’ll tell you, I’ll tell you a little. Can I tell you a little story or how are we on time? No, we’re good. Please do.
Okay. All right. So I’m in Washington and I’m in the green room off the mall and, and this young man came up to me, this handsome young man. He comes up to me, could have been my grandson. And he said, he says, hi. He told us me his name. He says I was the, I was an intern this past year in the White House. And phone calls would come in, he said sometimes a thousand a day would come in free Tina Free. Tina Peters. And he said we had to answer every one of those. And what that illustrates for me is that those phone calls had an effect.
And it takes just one person. Get your cell phone. Get your cell phone, put on your cell phone, you know, tell Siri or whatever. Put on a. A timer, like, you know, an alarm, call the White House at. And whatever the number is. When that goes off, you make a phone call and then maybe another time of day call, you know, Representative so. And so one of the four representatives that didn’t vote for the. Let that alarm go off and make it so it will do it every day. Make those phone calls, because they really do count.
When I was coming out of the Oval Office and when I was coming out of the private dining room beside the Oval Office with the President, and he, he. And there he been. He’d made. He’d made. He’d made Marco Rubio and, and J.D. vance were there and, you know, different people. Susie Wiles was there, and I saw them slip him the note and I could read the note that they’re waiting for their meeting. And. And then he kind of pushed it aside and we. And kept talking, which, because he loves, loves. He loves the people. He really does.
You know, even somebody like little old me. And we walk out and he goes, this is free Tina Peters. That’s what I became known as at the White House. And, and of course, J.D. vance and, and Rivers. And we know who she is, Mr. President. Yeah, that’s funny. But that’s the power of people speaking out, and I’m grateful that they did that for me. That meeting with President Trump was two weeks ago, right? It was the 30th. Yes. 30th. Yeah. I’m gonna ask you what I asked Peter Tickton. I asked Peter, what’s the one thing about Donald Trump, you know, because you know him for so long that the public doesn’t know.
What did you pick up on about Donald John Trump that the public might never be aware of? Not having met with him and talked with him. And I imagine you enjoyed that time with him. It was. It was very special. I was in there for a good hour, maybe longer. I don’t. It just went there. Was there. Time stopped, literally while I was in there. And the food was a little better in prison, huh? Any food is better than prison, trust me. Being. I watched something, it just came up on my phone and night before last, and I tried to find it again.
I can’t find it so far. And then I’ll tell you what my. What I felt. And it was an interview on. I think it’s on TikTok of way back when our president met Melania, and they’re dating before they were even married. And their. Their. How he met her and her back and forth, and it took it all the way up, and it was the most precious thing of their adoration for each other, their mutual adoration and love for each other that has gone on for years and years since before they met. And. And he asked, you know, for her number, and she said, well, I’ll take your number instead.
And. And it was just so cute to see the progression of the years. Donald Trump is. I know he is divinely appointed, and his grace and his love for the American people is. Is. Is tangible. You can feel it. You can feel that he does. He’s not afraid, which I relate to really well. He is very genuine. He listens to his advisors and to people like me. And. And when I got there, there was a little kid and his family in there, and he. He’s given him these little. The little. What do you call those? The little coins, the challenge coins.
And I wish I’d gotten a challenge coin. I. I was gonna. I would. I forgot to. To ask him for one of those, because they’re. They’re great. But he. That’s. That’s really. That’s really the man he is. He does things. I remember when. When I was walking door to door for him in 2016, and he was my pick from the very beginning, Scotty, you know, because I knew that we needed a businessman to straighten this country out. Me, too, Tina. He came to San Diego in 2015 to do a. A rally, and I volunteered for security because I was working for his campaign in San Diego, and it was a long day, but it was time well spent.
That was the rally in which they claim. He said all Mexicans were. He made a comment about some of the Mexicans coming over the border. That was twisted around. But of course, yeah, I. I was with him from the very start, too. There was no doubt when that man declared. And it is. There’s a scene in 2015 from his office in Trump Tower. There was at least 40 to 50 clergymen in his office, rabbis, priests, there was an Indian, all denominations. And they all put a hand on him. And there were hands all over his body, his back, his head.
They had hands. These 40 people all put their hand on him somewhere and they prayed for him. And in that moment, I said, this man is anointed by God. For a time Such as this. Yes, he definitely is. I used to walk door to door because I said we cannot let that woman get into office. And I was, I had this urgency that I have now with the midterms and I walked door to door and I talked to everybody. I didn’t care if they were Republican, Democrat, you know, it didn’t matter.
And, and I had this article that Peggy Noonan had that done and I can’t remember how many pages, but I, I copied it off and I stapled it together, and I’d walk up to the door and I was with another. A guy. Because a lot of times, you know, I felt safer going in some of these neighborhoods because I went from the poorest to the richest. It didn’t matter. I was going to walk and, and I’d say, hi, I’m Tina Peters. I’m just a concerned citizen. How do you feel about the election? And I would shut up, and then I would just let them talk.
And no matter what they said, I just let them talk, you know, and hear them. And after I heard them, then, then they would want to hear me, which is a lot of times what people don’t understand, you know, you need to be willing to listen before you talk, because people don’t, you know, you’ve heard the say, there’s lots of sayings out there, they don’t care what you know. Right. And I would get. And I would say, well, you know, I appreciate what you’re saying, but if, if they were against Trump, and I’d say, but if I could give you something that might give you a different point of view of him, would you read it? And.
And most of them said yes. So I would give him this Peggy Noonan article, and it had little snippets of things that he, he had done for people that no one, no one had ever heard of. He’s very modest about those things. He doesn’t talk about them. You know, Michael, Michael Andell, when I asked Mike Lindell when he was on the show, tell us something about Trump we don’t know, he said he could have 30 people in a room, ask every one of them their opinion, intently listen to every one of them, and six weeks later, he can tell you what every one of those 30 people said.
And he does take it all in. When you spoke to him, he listened. Yes, he takes it in. He, he really absorbs it. Peter Tickton said, when I asked him the same question, what you just said, nobody knows how kind, gentle he is. The opposite of his public Persona. He is not an ego, let’s face it publicly, he’s got a huge ego. It drives him. You know, he’s. He wants to be the strong ego. So. And it works in his favor. He wants to have a legacy of being the greatest president. That’s, that’s an ego thing.
It’s wonderful. But he is set in his private life. He’s helped thousands of people over the, over his lifetime. And he doesn’t seek any attention. He doesn’t ask for accolades. He never even talks about how he helps people. So you saw that too? Yeah, yeah, I did. I did. And you know, and we are blessed as a nation. I have on my desk, I have a quote by George Washington that says, says if freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent, we may lead, we may be led like sheep to the slaughter. General Flynn said to me, when all this started and I was.
Nobody had heard my name and, or anything, and I had like a five minute time to speak at a little event in Utah. And General Flynn was the, was the keynote speaker. And I said, general Flynn, I said, what’s your advice for me? And he said, tina, you be as vocal and visible as possible. He said, he said this, that. He said, the safest you will be is to be as vocal and visible as possible. And I have kept that. That’s what he did. He stayed visible, he stayed vocal. And I couldn’t agree more. Great advice he gave you.
Yes, yes. And so, you know, our president, I mean, but. But he can’t do this alone. People have to quit saying, well, if President Trump would do this or, you know, if he would do that or if they don’t see something happening on their time frame or when they think it should happen, thinking that nothing’s happening. I mean, look at Fauci right now. I mean, look at the, look at Jocelyn Benson being, You know, just look at what’s happening right now and realize there’s a. There’s a lot happening behind the scenes. But also, every single person has responsibility to, to let them know at the White House what matters to you.
Because he listens. He listens to what? I mean, just like he said, this is free. Tina Peters. And that wouldn’t have happened if people like your listeners out there hadn’t constantly called and written, even to polis, but and put out on their social and kept this alive. I would say the podcaster community did a good job. They did you out there. You know, very often we talked about you on the show. I want to end the conversation today talking about the midterms and what you suspect we can do. But I have to tell you a story because I miss my daughter.
She’s in college now, and you were talking about going door to door. So trick or treat, October, right before the elections, we were going door to door, trick or treating. And, you know, my daughter was in this cute princess costume, whatever, I don’t even remember, but she was getting lots of compliments and we were close with some of the neighbors. They invited her in and we had a cup of coffee and we talked and, you know, they gave her lots of candy. And so we were having a great time. And it was about an hour and a half in and she comes up to me, she whispers in my ear, dad, what’s wrong with all of our neighbors? I said, honey, they’ve been wonderful.
You got a bag full of candy. We’ve been invited into three houses. You’re getting compliments left and right. Everybody’s fawning over you. What do you mean, what’s wrong with our neighbors? Dad, aren’t you paying attention? They all have Hillary Clinton signs on their lawn. What’s wrong with them? 10 years old, by the way, that came from the mouth of a 10 year old. So it’s, it’s, it’s funny how they can tune in. Of course, she listened to me speak a lot and she probably was just parroting me. But, so let’s, I had to share that with you.
Let’s talk about the midterms. You know, 107 came on the show a few months ago and he said the plan was for Trump declare a national security emergency around the elections and then he can issue an executive order, paper ballots, one day of voting, ID, proof of citizenship, all the things that would make the election secure. And then Trump, was it last week or a week or so ago, came out on a Thursday night, primetime, and he dropped the bomb. They’ve got the proof of China, Foreign interference. Of course, we know Maduro’s been singing like a bird, right? Venezuela was, I suspect dominion that you dealt with was, was smartmatic, was all orchestrated at some point out of Venezuela.
So between Venezuela and China, they got the proof. Trump announced it. He didn’t pull any punches. Do you think he will indeed declare that national emergency and set us up for a free and free fair election? Will he make that executive order and that national security emergency? Well, I have, I have a very strong opinion on this. Are you ready? Please. I believe that we cannot afford to wait and hope for President Trump to do an executive order. We’ve seen what happened with the executive order of March of last year. No one’s paid any attention to it.
As a matter of fact, things have gotten caught up in court and things like that. I think that, and I love 107. You know, we’re really good friends and I appreciate that the calvary is coming in. That remark, however, what that ends up doing is it, it takes the responsibility away from the people. Because if we do nothing and if we believe that the calvary is coming and we do nothing, then the calvary doesn’t come or things don’t turn out in the way he’s describing, then we’ve lost. So here’s what I propose and I think that we met with cisa, so I’m going to just tell you that on my website.
Tinapeters us there’s a practical election security plan plan that’s built for the time remaining before November. It’s called the hundred day risk 2026 risk mitigation election plan. So now it’s not 100 days. And so that’s why we even more so need to get this out. It’s 97 days. It begins with a simple premise. If every electronic component cannot be replaced independently proven secure before November, the election process must be designed so an electronic compromise cannot silently determine the certified result. Okay, so presented to this, this letter and you can read the letter on my website. It was presented to CISA by Colonel Conrad Reynolds, myself Clay Parikh, which many of you know and will Huff.
And the plan focuses on safeguards that can be deployed within the approximately 100 days remaining before the November 3rd federal election. And I will go through and I want people There’s a 14 day, a 14 page plan. So I want everybody to read it but I’ll give you the highlights. Number one, transition the General Electric away from the ballot marking devices, they’re called BMDs and toward pre pandemic printed human readable hand marked paper ballots wherever operationally possible while preserving accessible equipment for voters who need it. So HAVA requires that there is at least one ballot marking device for people that have disabilities.
Two, use the existing tabulators for the initial unofficial election night count after the polls close. Now what that means is that we’ll still use the machines because it’s going to take, it’s going to take the EAC to decertify them. We have to wait until Senate confirmation of the choices. There be two Democrats and two Republicans that the President will ask to be nominated and then the Senate confirmed. That could take longer than November 3rd. It’d be nice if it could get done before then. But if it does, use existing tabulators for the initial unofficial election night count after the polls close and then require the strict ballot chain of custody throughout the election process.
And then number four, apply the bank teller method. And on the website it describes, describes the bank teller method independently hand count every ballot for federal contest. Now the states determine, you know, each state has the authority how they run the elections. But for federal elections, the federal government can say how they want their contest done. So the federal contest so hand, so independently hand count every ballot for federal contest before certification and reconcile that count with the tabulated result. By doing that, then you have a result. But that election is not going to be certified until the ballots are counted.
If it takes a week, if it takes two weeks, whatever it takes, it takes. But the official result will not be out until that happens. Another thing that needs to happen is to maintain paper poll books, not electronic poll books so that electronic failures cannot stop voting or eliminate the voter to ballot reconciliation trail and then recruit and train count only election workers who report when county begins rather than working an entire election day shift. So it describes the bank teller method, it describes days 1 to 7, days 8 to 30 what each each part of this plan and then so you can read the complete 14 page plan, you can print it off, you can send it where you need to send it, you can read the our letter that we sent to CISA, we met with CISA and they wanted to audit 5% and we said of the, of the ballots and we said that’s not, that’s not good enough.
So they are listening to me or to us. It’s not just me. And there’s three PhD reports from Dr. Andrew Appel, his letter that was sent to CISA, Dr. Philip Stark’s letter that was sent to CISA and also J. Dr. J. Alex Halderman. And the reason that we picked these three, I mean there’s so many experts, as you know, the reason we picked these three is because in the areas that need to be addressed, they are saying their professional opinion, whether it’s the tabulators, whether it’s the electronic poll books, whether it’s the registration system, the electronic registration system, they’re giving their warnings to the administration on their expert views of why these can no longer be used.
So it’s a very powerful plan, but it’s very doable. This is amazing. I didn’t know you had this on your website. And it’s point by point and it’s exactly indicative of local action equals national impact. Something General Flynn has always said and I believe that and I have been telling people, don’t worry about what Trump does. If he does, he does it great. Right. But he’s not coming to save us in our 3,000 counties. So we have 3,000 counties that we need to implement your plan and not a lot of time to do it. So we’ll get this out there and share that.
And we’ll certainly share this. I’ll do some social media posts about it. So, Tina, tell people where they can find all this great information. I have a great but small team and we work, like I said, we get four hours sleep a night and they do a lion’s share of work that would take hundreds of people to do. And I’m very grateful to them and I want to give them the credit, but they’re they on my website, we have, we have endeavored to put everything on the website tinapeters us. From there, you can contact us, you can get on the mailing list, you can see this plan.
You can go to my socials, you can give. You know, I still have a big, I have, I still have a very large balance for my, my legal team. I still have very, my, my personal credit card is very much maxed out on travel and, and expenses that I’m doing. My team doesn’t get paid unless I’m able to provide something for them. So anything that people can give financially, but for me, you know, the Quakers have a saying. When you pray, move your feet. I love the prayers. Thank you so much. There’s times I couldn’t have gotten through without the prayers, but now’s the time to move your feet and to call.
Make these calls that I talked about earlier and take action, Give in whatever way you can. And, and I, I’m very grateful. Grateful we can do this. I’m convinced. I’m used to deadlines and I’m used to budgets and I, I know how to run companies. We can do this. If everybody gets involved, we can. We just need to take the action necessary. So stay in prayer, move your feet, get out and do it. And we love you, Tina, and we just can’t thank you enough for what you’ve been through and, and what you’re now doing. This plan is amazing.
I. First I’m hearing of it, so I can’t wait to go read it. And anything else you’d like to leave with our audience? Well, I would just like to say that, however, there’s a lot of people across the country that are doing hand counts and that have been doing them. Lori Gallagher in Texas. You know, Mark Cook has a hand count roadshow we have in Vegas. There’s some hand counts demonstrations that are going on. It doesn’t matter how you hand count it. Just get them hand counted, keep them in chain of custody. We don’t have to bicker over my ways, the best way or my plans the best.
Right, Right. You know, too many. There’s no time for ego. No time. That’s right. That’s right. Marty Waldman has a, an event coming up. He does. Where we’re going to talk about hand counting with Garland. Favorito and Marty are doing a show. I think it’s, they moved it back. I’ll have to get the date, but they did. I think it’s the 11th. I think I want to say August 11th, but he sent me a text. He said they changed the date because they need more time. But anyway, yeah, I’ll get that word out, too. I’d like to watch that, you know, in August.
It’s going to be, let’s see, our August 7th hand count demo speaker event has been delayed to Saturday, August 22, 3pm Pacific Time to accommodate additional lessons that we learned from our dry run last night. So they did their dry run. Even the simplest system has moving parts. So, you know, we have time to do that, but we can do that while we do the other things as well. So make your calls and go to the website to, to Marty Waldman, AKA Frank Zappa. He looks just like Frank Zappa. I, I, I can’t help but every time I look at Marty, think of Frank Zappa, who I listened to many years ago.
Well, Tina, thank you so much. We’ll have you back at the appropriate time and be well, stay healthy and God bless. You are amazing and we need you in the fight. Thank you. I appreciate you so much. Scotty, thank you for getting the word out. God bless you. God bless. Tina, thank you so much. Scotty Saks here and I want to talk to you about our valued sponsor, Noble Gold. Now here’s a question most people never ask. Is your portfolio built for what’s coming next? Yeah. Is your portfolio built for the retail set? Many investors in their 40s and 50s discover they have little to no exposure to precious metals. Why? Because our parents and grandparents didn’t know the importance of investing in precious metals. They were bought down in the Federal Reserve fiat money system. That means their savings are largely tied to markets, policies and paper assets with very little protection if conditioned change. And oh boy, are they going to change. As retirement moves from someday to near on the horizon, protecting what you’ve already built becomes just as important as growing it.
So here’s another question. How are you insuring your retirement? You insure your car, your home, and you ensure your health. So why not your retirement? Gold isn’t about chasing returns. It’s about. It’s about managing risk. And it’s a way to help protect what you’ve already worked a lifetime to build. So you manage your risk with health, home and car insurance.
