So, yeah, I’m really excited, honey. I know, me personally, I work on myself a lot, and I’m dealing with a lot of these symptoms. When I looked at it, I’m like, oh, wow. You know, I’m going through many of these myself, so it doesn’t matter. Even if you think, oh, I’m vibrating on this super high frequency, I guarantee you’re probably still experiencing some of these symptoms. And I thought that’s why it was a really good show for us to put together. I think it’s a really good show. It’s really important because we just went through a major change and there’s been a lot of symptoms that people have had.
For me, it was all congestion and ear ringing and all that kind of stuff. For my husband, he had a fever and he doesn’t do good. If he’s even slightly sick, he’s very irritated. So, you know, and that’s kind of a guy thing. I don’t know about you, Tommy, but it just was big. Yeah. And a lot of people didn’t feel well. Truthfully, guys, I’m a big baby when I’m sick. I’m already a mama’s boy anyway. So when I’m sick, I don’t know, I’m 43 years old, and still to this day, if I’m super sick, I don’t.
I call my mom. I don’t know why. Just like, mom, I don’t feel good. It’s just something about her voice. And then she, you know, makes me feel better just talking to me, especially with the. So let’s get back into the Ascension symptoms. Number one, Honey, why don’t you take it? Extreme tiredness. So a lot of people have been sleeping way more, like, over the weekend. They spent most of their weekend asleep, and that’s because we shifted so much in frequency.
So think about how your body felt over the weekend. I felt very calm. I felt a little congested. I definitely slept very well, and I got up at the regular time, but a lot of people said, oh, I slept like half the day away. So that was a big thing that was happening over the weekend. How did you do, Tommy? I had a lot of. A lot of fatigue myself this weekend. So I actually experienced the extreme tiredness. And they say one of the things you can do to help from that to reset is to hydrate more, of course, and reduce stimulation.
So, like the TV guys, the Internet, I’m constantly producing content, so I probably did it to myself, you know, Honey. Yeah. Yes and no. So what happened is we moved into a higher frequency over the weekend, and it started the weekend before. So the weekend before. So think about. This is a game that we’re in. It’s a learning game. And a new platform was built. Okay. So basically the fifth dimensional energy came in to Earth, and there’s this new platform where we’re not necessarily using that energy yet, but we’re in it. So you’re like the carrot in the soup right now.
And we haven’t been cooked yet. We’re not absorbing that energy yet, but we’re in it and it’s affecting us. And I remember the first time that I interviewed a channeler who was talking to the ETS directly. And this was pretty early in my YouTube career. And I could barely keep my eyes open, and I ended up with my, like, face like this. I would not fall asleep because it makes you tired. When you’re dealing with someone who’s in a higher frequency or you’re trying to get into a higher frequency, your body gets kind of overwhelmed and you fall asleep.
And that was a perfect, like, illustration of that. That day. I couldn’t believe it. I was like, what is happening to me? You know, how am I falling asleep during a show that I’m filming? This is horrible. You know, and I’ve actually had it happen to me as well. Really? Yeah. Yeah, I’ve had it happen myself where I’ve got very tired on a show and had to. But I think it’s from. Maybe from the energy of the person we’re podcasting with, because I’m very empathetic. Empath. So I could pick. I’m empathetic, too, which is two different things.
But I’m able to pick up on people’s energy, both positive and negative, even through this. That’s why I love doing shows with you, honey, because your. Our energies sync up very well together. They’re not. They don’t. You know, some people, I even dread having conversations with them. And that’s why I think it’s very important to know the difference between, like, anxiety and. And these general ascension symptoms, you know, because some people might get one or two confused. Like, number two, the head pressure and tingling, the ringing of the ears. Well, 2 and 3 can both be symptoms you.
You can kind of feel with anxiety sometimes, but they’re also a major effect in the ascension symptoms. So with two and three, honey, these two. What. What are your recommendations people could do? Because they say ground outside, breathe slowly, step away from the screen. So give yourself a time away. I. I definitely agree with that one. Yeah. Lower stress. Embrace silence and observe without fear. Always good to do. You know, even with the stuff. Stuff that I do. Looking into some things that are harder to look into. I make sure I put protection around myself first, and I’m very grounded before I go into it.
And then when I. After I do my decoding, guys, I also clean that energy off me. I make sure I get rid of any of that energy that I don’t want attached to me. I’ve heard you talk about it before, cutting the cords, and it’s very important. It’s really important to cut the cords. One of the things I would remember if your head has pressure or if your ears are ringing is that the pineal gland is basically clearing right now. The whole brain is clearing and upgrading. So if you have a new. Like this morning I woke up and my ears were ringing.
If you have one of those happen, then you want to work with your lymphatic system so you can do, like, lymphatic drainage. Look it up on YouTube. How to drain your face of lymph. And that will help the ringing and the pressure, because there’s a lot of sinus pressure going on. There’s a lot of ear ringing going on. It’s because there’s lymph floating around in here. That’s too much. Because your body is trying to clear the brain. Yeah. That’s fascinating. And the lymphatic system, is that what makes your body retain water? Yeah, it’s the trash system of your body.
So. And it only moves if you’re moving or if you’re manipulating it. So it doesn’t have a pump. And that’s important to remember because we need to make sure the lymph moves. So you can stand on a shaking plate. You know, you could get on a rebounder, which is a little trampoline. You can do lymphatic exercises. You can use a brush. There’s these special brushes. One thing that I make sure I do is I towel off the right way. Oh, yeah. And you know, because I. I had my right leg swelling up, honey. I mean, I almost had to get it amputated because I got bit by a freaking brown lacous spider.
Guys, this is a true story. You can see the images. I mean, my leg. So it bit me originally, it just started out as a tiny little red spider bite. Then next thing you know, started getting a little swollen like a mosquito bite. Then it started turning black. And that’s when I’m like, okay, something ain’t right here. And it’s actually started eating my skin away. It got septice and swelled up my whole freaking leg. And I got this skin eating funk bacteria infection from it. So it just wreaked havoc on my leg on my right side.
And then I started using that nanosoma stuff. That’s when I started using that honey. And it actually did help, believe it or not. But I’ve been going to this doctor for the lymphatic system. It’s a holistical doctor. And it’s interesting that you mentioned the brush because she has this little. It’s a metal kind of bar that you hold in your hand, and it has four little metal balls on the end. And I rub it up and down my leg. You know what I’m talking about? Yeah, I’ve seen those. Yeah. And it works so much. Just since I’ve been doing that, getting that.
Because like Honey said, it doesn’t have a pump. It’s not like your heart, guys. Your heart’s pumping the blood. So we got to make sure we’re not keeping that fluid stagnant. Right. That’s. That’s a huge part. And, and you’re right, I. With these ascension symptoms, I have heard a lot of people getting the, dealing with congestion and stuff like that. Symptoms of, of the lungs. And I will say this. Hold on guys, I’m gonna grab you the exact stuff. And I’m not a medical doctor. Yeah, we’re not medical doctors. And then what I was meaning by toweling the right way is you have to move everything towards the heart.
So if you’re toweling your arm off, you don’t want to be going from your shoulder to your wrists. You want to be going from your wrist to your shoulder. Everything needs to move towards the heart. Interesting. And I was doing that the wrong way. Yeah. So then you’re basically setting up your lymphatic system to be more stagnant. Okay. So when I was doing my legs, honey, I go from the, the top of the thigh downwards. I should be going the opposite way. Yeah, right. From the ankle upward. From the ankle up. Okay. Okay. And then when your waist area from the waist upwards.
Yeah, Everything towards the heart. Cool. That’s good. Interesting. No, you see guys, even me, I’m learning new stuff every day. But with the, with the respiratory stuff, this is what I personally been using for me. And I have no association to them, no, nothing. Like I said, you always check with your medical professional. But the Golden Seal, they have this special respiratory system. It’s an herbal supplement from goldenseal. It’s amazing. It’s gluten free. It tastes for a bulldoze. It’s the worst thing ever. My parents used to feed that to me with honey because I was so asthmatic and it was one of the very best things, you know, for your body.

So bad guys, because the, the main ingredient is organic cane alcohol 58 to 68. So it’s like taking a shot of vodka, you know, I mean, but you only have a little dropper full. And I only do it when I feel them symptoms coming on. Feel them, you know, then I’ll use that. So we want to do the proper eating, the proper hydration with these type of symptoms, guys, the proper frequency medicine.
That’s why this stuff comes in so importantly. And again, that link is in your description. Now number four, I think that’s a good one for honey. Here, honey, take it. Okay, number four is emotional waves. Yeah. Journal, cry Clear shadows, really important because they could be affecting you. And the way that you do that is to call in all the angels that are not busy, including your own, and then you want to basically get all of their help to clear any shadows that are bothering you in that moment. And I will say that I talked to somebody yesterday, and they had an enormous shadow, and they were feeling very bad on the way to the hospital.
As soon as everything was cleared, they started to feel better and better and better, and they never even walked in to that hospital. Oh, that is amazing. They didn’t? No, they didn’t go in. So what’s your opinion on journaling with your shadow work? Do you think them two could go together? Journaling is really important if you want to work with your inner child, which is super important right now. So journaling is always good. But remember, if you’re journaling something that you would call negative, like that you’re mad about or whatever, make sure that you cross it out or burn it or do something with it.
Don’t leave it in your journal. That’s a good, very, very smart tip. And I used to. I journal about everything, guys. I journal at the end of the day how my day went. Then I do my dream journaling. That’s my favorite part. I write all my dreams down and try to figure out what they mean. I. I’ve been studying dreams for so long, but the part I was doing, if I had a bad day, I would rate my day one to 10. It was an exercise that I started doing just to, you know, it was a recommendation on a video that I watched.
And so I started implementing this exercise, and I noticed I went through at the end of the month, and I’m like, oh, well, I got all these bad days. But I didn’t explain why they were bad, and I didn’t explain what I could do to fix them. So then the next month, I implemented that. And, you know, now I got to where, you know, a certain point to where I don’t even put the negative into it, because then we’re manifesting that, you know, we don’t. We don’t realize that at the time when you first start doing.
Because I started doing this exercise quite a long time ago, guys. It was from an older YouTube video. And. And I kept doing it, but I’ve just made minor adjustments to it. You know what I mean? So, like, the part Honey said where you don’t want to put the negative in there or cross it out and burn it up, you know, but it’s it’s good to be able to step outside of yourself from the, the, the viewer perspective and, and, and take a look at, at, at it from that angle. A lot of people, I guess, ain’t able to do that, but it’s, it’s very valuable.
Like after this show tonight, I’ll watch it back and see what I could do better. You know, stuff like that. Yeah, yeah, that’s, it’s really important. The disconnected thing is really important to the next one. Number five. Oh, feeling disconnected. Okay. Yeah, you, you could leave with that one. I’m getting excited for seven guys. That’s when I’m coming in hot. Okay, so we’re in like what happened over the weekend created like these huge waves and imagine it as waves going over a sea wall. And on the other side of the wall is the fifth dimension. So the fifth dimensional energy is now here and that is causing us to have to let go of a lot of third dimensional ideas, feelings, body things, all of it.
Right. So we’re doing that right now. And when we start to utilize the fifth dimension, that’s kind of up to us. But the platform is built, it’s here, and we’re swimming in it like the soup. But when you have heavy people, stressful people around you. Oh yeah, it’s way more irritating right now than it has ever been because it doesn’t jive with your frequency. So do what you can to just exit, put little films in between you, little mirrors, you know, do. Clear the energy and don’t feel afraid to just say, I’m sorry, I can’t talk about that right now, you know.
Yeah, there’s nothing wrong with that at all. No, it’s important. And places too can feel that way. Like different towns have more of a 3D energy than others. I was in a 3D town the other day and I was so irritated. So just kind of, you know, be kind to yourself and really look at the situation. And some towns and cities have more of a positive energy. You wouldn’t think New York is very electrical, but if you’ve ever been to New York, guys, there’s something about that city that is just full. I mean, it’s full of some, some, some not so great people too, but it’s full of just this life force.
Like, I can’t explain it, honey, but you feel so alive when you’re there, you know, like the energy, it’s probably that there. Boston and Chicago were the three cities where I really felt that. And then after, you know, I, I come to learn what I’ve learned through the years. I found out all them places are in ancient Leylines, so. Go figure. And they probably have star forts and all kinds of stuff. Oh, well, they do. I mean, the Statue of Liberty. Kind of a star for it, right? Yeah. Yeah, it is. It’s on a star fort.
So I’m wondering, did they know that these ancient Leylines were there? I think so. Before they built them big cities? Oh, yeah. Because those cities were there a long time ago. A long, long time ago. They’ve been there for hundreds, if not thousands of years, some of them. And with these ascension symptoms, the Schumann resonance can play a major effect with a lot of them. One through five, Right? Yeah. I mean, I watched a little blurb that somebody sent me today, and the Schumann, our normal Earth frequency is 7.83 Hz. And the Schumann is sometimes pushing out 100 Hz.
So we are really like getting blasted. And it’s almost like somebody throwing water on you. Wake up. Wake up, you know? Right. Yeah. That was a great. Yeah. Show me your. Show us your chart. That looked good. Oh, the slide I made here. Yeah. Yeah. The Earth resonance modes. So it has exactly what you said. Yep. 7.83 hertz. The second order, the 14.1 hertz. And then the third order. These are the frequencies they give you. And I think they play a major effect on our down. Our. How we say the wrong thing. Our upgrades and. And downloads, not our downgrades.
Guys, we don’t want downgrades. We definitely want upgrades. But. And then this for the next one we are coming into. Also feeling of disconnected. I want to touch on that one. Number five. Creating space from heavy peeling places. So some people might feel lonely right now or. Or depressed. Don’t let that overwhelm you guys. That’s why we built Step into your power dot com. You know where we are going to experience certain, like, superpowers during this and stronger intuition, honey. Trust the first signal. Learning how to track the synchronicities. Learning how to speak to your higher self. This is your really Good at. It’s something I’ve been cultivating for. I don’t. I think at this point it’s been about a decade. And it’s really important as you learn how to do it that you follow what your first instinct is.
And if you’re ruminating over something and stressing over something, you’re not going to get a good answer. So it’s better just to calm it down or even ask somebody else first and then calm yourself down and get your answer. But stronger intuition, just by being in a group of people that are more intuitive, your intuition starts to grow. Yeah, because, you know, you guys are activating each other. That was a good thumbnail dad picked for tonight. My dad made the thumbnail with the water because water, Neptune, that’s all connected to our psychic capabilities, intuition. That’s why cancer signs are very intuitive astrological signs, because what’s the ruling planet? The moon.
So they’re connected to that moon, that intuitive, that feminine, that blue energy. People don’t realize how much this stuff actually plays a significant role in our life. Honey. Yeah. I mean, basically my entire life has changed. The way I conduct my day, what I’m doing, that I have my own, you know, business, my own life that I’m living, I’m creating all the time. Everything has changed because I’m following my intuition and I’m following the signs. And it changes your entire life. It. If you allow your higher self to guide you. It does. And not doubting it.
So the programming comes in, the ego comes in. That’s the second guessing. You really got to just go with that first feeling, that first gut feeling you guys had, that first thought that came to your mind, that’s your higher self. But then the programming comes in. The ego, that’s the other voices. So they get you to second guess yourself. And it’s very, very intelligent how they do that. Number seven, the one I’ve been excited for. Sleep. So make your bedroom a recovery zone and limit devices at night. And what I mean by this, you know how my pops and honey say, I think honey made it up? Or maybe my dad, I can’t remember who, but we are the med bed.
So we want to turn. My dad actually said today, son, I’m turning my bed at home into my own personal med bed. So he’s buying the grounding, he bought the sheets, now he’s getting the pads. He’s got it down to a science. The way he looked into the cot in the. The fabric that goes together, how the frequencies don’t Counteract each other. Sleep is very, very important, guys. It’s probably one of the most important things and in our life. And you know you have a biofield, an energy body. Right. So and we’re existing like Honey was talking about.
Some of our best people are already experiencing the fifth dimension. Some of them are even reaching into the higher dimensional spaces of consciousness. But if you’re not sleeping properly then you ain’t going to be able to do all the other stuff properly. Can you see what’s on the screen right there, Honey? Let me just enlarge it. Right. But without the negativity, we don’t have none of the negative stuff over here. So you can put your post what you’re about, your thing. And today I did this one on sleep EMF exposure and why your bedroom should be a recovery zone. Now I love decoding guys because there’s an organic source code to this reality. So in this post I’m not going to read the whole post because it’s very in depth, but it breaks down how the EMF is affecting us at night and how it affects our melatonin and our hormones produced by the pineal gland that helps signal your body that it’s time to sleep.
So all this is really having a major effect on us. Our metabolisms, our lungs, our heart, our immune function, everything. Honey mentioned there, your bro, your blood pressure. But the thing I thought was so cool guys, the sleep patches have the 129 frequency matching sound healing. And if you look back in these ancient times like the Tartarian Empire, what was they using? Healing, healing frequencies. They were using bells. You know what I’m saying? I think that’s why they took down a lot of them. Bells, Honey, what do you think? Oh totally. The cymatics, they didn’t want them.
So sound is what creates light and light is what we’re made of. So thought is also sound and then frequency is sound. So there’s a frequency embedded in that patch and that’s basically how it works. So when you’re wearing this stuff or you’re listening to frequencies or you’re humming or whatever you’re doing, all of that has an effect because it’s how we’re created. So try and remember that when you’re, you know, listening to something, make sure it’s in 432. Make sure you feel good while you’re listening to it. Make sure it’s not making your nervous system get all tightened up.
But frequencies, they’re beautiful for wearing them, they’re beautiful for hearing them. As long as they’re the right frequency. And humming actually helps quite a lot too to dislodge things. But you’re not gonna hum all day while you’re on your computer. So definitely that’s why I think that the ancients did that. That or the. The Native Americans, they had their chanting. You think they’re just the doing it. But no, it’s actually part of the healing and it has to do with your body and your vagus nerve. You don’t even realize all. I mean we are pretty much a super quantum computer ourselves.
Oh yeah, we totally are. Yeah. No, it’s pretty amazing. It’s like that’s what they’re trying to mimic us. The perfect creation. And you see guys, where I showed you there the sake. The sound healing is 129 sleep patches. 129 and first player characters. 129. And I like I broke down in the comments for these people. I really think some of this stuff, big pharma and stuff like that is trying to keep us on a lower frequency like the NPC so we’re not vibrating at this high frequency. You know, as the first player character archetype. Because there are three different NPCs.
So all they got to get you is one of them. Ones that are programmed that bleed the mainstream media and they gotcha. You know what I mean? They got you. But that sleep one was the one I really. Oops, sorry. I wanted to remove that. That was the one I really wanted to go over. Guys. I thought it. It’s very important and I know it’s one a lot of you guys are suffering from. And a lot of you guys message me on step in your power dot com. And we’re asking me about natural remedies for sleep.
So the sleep patches we have, we know them are fantastic, honey, we’ve used them. They’re phenomenal. But what’s some organic things you could give them for sleep? I would definitely make sure you’re breathing into your stomach. That’s important. So you know, we learn how to breathe the wrong way, really shallow. So breathe into your tummy at night and it will make you fall asleep. I would do that. Make sure you have the right lighting. I have Like a special screen filter on all my screens, so I’m not getting all that blue light. That’s really important. There’s so many things that you can do if you can go get grounded right before you go to bed.
I mean, I know your feet are. Could be dirty, but. And having the right kind of fabric is very important too. Like 100 cotton should be the pajamas that you sleep in. And I really love to sleep on linen. So I shopped around and found, you know, linen sheets, and that really has helped a lot. That’s interesting you said that, because that’s my dad’s personal med bed that he’s making. I don’t quote me on this, guys, but I’m almost a million percent sure them are the two fabrics that he’s using is linen and cotton. Are them two the ones, they don’t cancel each other out.
Right, Right. So wool will cancel out linen because they’re on opposite ends. So I got down pillows instead of wool pillows. Smart. Yeah. To make sure that I didn’t get canceled out there. And I sleep with, like, you know, just very comfortable. You want to be as comfortable as you can. So make sure your neck is comfortable. I sleep with this weird little pillow for my neck. Just do whatever you can to be really comfortable. And I got a latex, like a genuine latex, natural latex mattress topper. So I bought one of those that’s like three or four inches thick and put that on top of the latex.
That’s fake, you know, because I don’t trust that stuff. Yeah. So what do you. What do you say about. Because there’s some people in the comments that are saying linen sheets are expensive, but I. I got some for a pretty decent price. I. I don’t think I paid about a hundred dollars, I think, for the linen sheets that I got. And they last forever, you guys. You can just take them off, wash them, put them back on all in the same day, and you don’t have to get another set if that’s. Bamboo is actually not the best.
That’s what I heard, too. I used to think it was, though, Bud. I had some bamboo for a while, but. Yeah, it’s not vibrating at the proper frequency. No, the processing messes it up because they have to process it so much to get it to be comfortable. Yeah, hemp. Hemp could be good if you could get it unprocessed, unchemically treated. Totally. If you could find it. You. You organic cotton sheets. They’re on sale quite a bit. I mean, I’ve purchased those for like 40 bucks. Yeah, I mean that’s. Yeah, you can’t beat that deal, guys. So all this stuff is really important to take the time out and put a little thought into it.
You know, it’s really good just to. And you don’t have to let it overwhelm you and think, oh my gosh, this is so much stuff I gotta do. We’re really growing right now and everything’s shifting so much that we want to make sure there’s a really good platform in there for everyone. And it’s really pretty beautiful right now. So we’re gonna probably limit it to 200 for right now, I think. But don’t quote me on that because we’re not totally sure yet. Yeah, we’re not totally sure. I might not even been supposed to bring that up yet, so that might be my fault. But it is something we’re all me, dad and honey are looking into. And it. Because we always want to make it the best experience for you guys.
Now number eight, this is one my whole family has been been reporting of, not my friends. This is the one I probably hear the most, honey people talking about body aches and pains. And the number one one that people keep telling me is the neck. Like right behind their neck where their ear is. They’re getting this sharp pain that runs down the side of their neck. I can’t even mention how many people I’ve heard say that. So what are your recommendations on this one? Besides the stretching, walking, and stuff like that? So I would do. I would do the lymphatic thing again, because it’s probably some heavy metals coming down or something coming out.
Think about how calcified most pineal glands are. Oh, yeah. So that has to be cleaned up. And if you can clean it up on your own, I would say do it right now. Like, do it slow and do it kindly. But if you can speed up the process, I would do it. And then I would make sure that you use the castor oil. Do castor oil around your neck if you need to, and it’ll be messy. So put your hair up if you’re a girl. Yeah. No, you’re gonna get diarrhea. Don’t drink it. You put it on a nice cotton cloth and just wear it around your neck for an hour or two and see how that helps.
Because it will pull all the lymphatic stuff that’s junked up in there down. So your glands are probably getting kind of overwhelmed, those lymphatic glands. It definitely helped when you recommended that I put it on my face after I had that surgery. Yeah, it helped a lot with them pains I was getting. Because remember I told you, like, when someone loses a limb, guys, they get these pains where they feel like their limbs still there. I had this one back tooth that hurts so bad after they had the surgery. I was getting, like, phantom veins that it was still there, but I don’t get them no more.
Thank. Thank God. But I did that castor oil that you recommended, and it. It really does help. And then you want to. We detox a lot of this stuff through our feet, guys. So this can be a little messy, but it. So you want to do it once a month, but it really works. It oil pulling with coconut oil. You can do it in your mouth, but you can also do it where you heat it up and you warm it up and put it in. Say you have one of them. Whatever you use, you’re going to make sure you don’t want to reuse it.
But if you have an old little pan or one of them foot. I see. I use my grandma’s old foot massager. She used to put water in it and then plug it in. Seemed like it was very dangerous. Then she would plug it in and put her feet in there and massage it. So when she passed away, I. I had that. That was what I got handed down to me, a freaking old foot massager. So I felt Put the coconut oil in there and then I put my feet in there and. Until it starts to kind of gel up again.
Honey, you know how it will harden after it. But man, when you see the color that it pulls from out of your body, it changes the whole color of the oil. Even if your feet are spotless clean. Yeah. So you’re pulling all that out of your system. You know, that really helps. Oil pulling. You could do it many different things. I just found coconut oil works really good for that. Like I said, it’s something you might want to do once a month. I wouldn’t recommend every week because it’s, it’s. It’s a process. And then appetite changes.
This is a big one. I know. It’s. It’s definitely big for a lot of people that are going through the ascension process where they start eating cleaner foods or listening to what your body needs more than just because we’re. Sometimes, honey, I think we eat out of routine and not when we’re hungry. What do you think about that? Yeah, that’s totally true. I’m pretty hyper focused on this part right now because I’m doing a detox and this detox is a long term detox of the body. But you want to shop the outer aisles. So the produce section, the meat department, where you have to actually cook things and they’re not in a package.
Whatever you can do to not get things in a package and you can cook them instead. That’s really big. So even bread lately. So I get the most crazy bread. It actually comes from near you, Tommy, and it’s called the Berlin Bakery. It’s from Canton, Ohio. Oh, yeah. We got, we do have mad bread break bread bakeries out here. Yeah. So I get that Berlin Bakery bread, which is made with spelt and spelt flour is like an ancient grain and it’s way better and you can digest it really easily. But I was like, wow, bread doesn’t really taste good anymore.
So I’m off bread and pasta, even though it’s like really good stuff because my body just doesn’t want it right now. It wants fruit, it wants potatoes, it wants meat, it wants vegetables. And I’m just doing the things that my body wants right now. And you know, your body starts to shift as you detox and it actually. The things that you want and your body knows is going to be good for your nutrition, it starts to change. Yeah, it does, guys. And I got a whole post for you. For you guys that do join, step into your power.
I got a post over There on. I just updated it on what day for June? Every astrological sign, what day your astrological sign is in the moon phase. That way you know when your crystal ghost oil activates. That way that’s when you want to do your detox, your monthly detox. And you do it for about four days at least. I do. And it’s 4:44pm right now on the East coast here. 444. Little synchronicity for you guys. Which brings us to our next slide, number 10. As we’re getting close to the 60 minute point, we got to get through some of these.
Sensitivity to energy, set boundaries and protect your space. Yeah, and what I like to do is put energetic armor around my body. So if I feel like, you know, I’m gonna go into a space that I’m not necessarily that excited about, then I just cover my body in white light and I walk in there and I’m fine. Nothing can stick to that. And you also want to pump up your energetic field and create boundaries with people. You know, you can say as I go into. Maybe it’s where you work. As I go into work, no one is allowed to interfere with my energetic flow field today.
And maybe you have to bump it up again at lunch, you know, but do it because you’re gonna feel a lot better. And don’t, don’t be mean to people, but stick to your boundaries. It’s important. Yeah, it is. I mean, people that are busy, like if, if people even understood how many emails me and you get a day. I wish I could answer them all, but it’s impossible. So it’s never like we’re ignoring you guys. It’s just really there. It’s so much guys that we have to go through. And we’re me and honey on. I know there’s people out there think, oh, Tommy’s a clone or this or that.
No, I’m just a normal person like you, you know, so I go through the same struggles. You do have the same things, problems with the kids, all that. Just a normal life, you know, it’s kind of hard to keep up with some of them things sometimes. So you gotta remember that and give your sign, your yourself time to recover and be mindful of your energy and be mindful of other people’s energy and their time. Very important. That’s when you’ll really start realizing, okay, now I’m stepping up from 3D behavior into 4th and 5th D behavior. Reality feels different.
Number 11, write down synchronicities and look for, for the lessons and number 11 and 14 really come together because seeing repeating numbers, that’s the synchronicity moment. That’s when you really notice that your higher self starts speaking to you. That’s one of the first ways you’ll really tune into your higher self. And what are your thoughts about that, honey? Yeah, I think reality is constantly shifting right now. So really being aware of your own, like, world and looking for signs that are going to take you to the next higher level are. That’s really important right now. And slow down.
You know, if you try and speed up right now, it’s going to be so uncomfortable. And it actually causes stress in the body. And the body is so loud right now. The body wants to be taken care of. And the body’s becoming more and more sensitive because we are, like, able to see and feel and know more things. And our antenna is the body. It’s the entire body. That’s that 11, 11 you keep seeing. That has to do with manifestation. So that’s your higher self. It’s. It’s trying to get your attention something in your life you’re supposed to be manifesting right now.
And there’s so much disinformation out there online when it comes to numbers because everybody just has AI blindly writing for them now. I’ve been. I’m someone that’s been studying numerology for over 17 years. You know, I mean, it’s the actual passion of mine. More so than astrology. Astrology. I’m a little newer in. I maybe have seven years in the astrology game, but I really enjoy doing. It’s a passion too. Kelly’s phenomenal. Shout out to Kelly, Honey’s friend. She’s really good at the astrology stuff. Like, she’s on the level I’m at with numerology on astrology. And I.
I aspire to be where she’s at one day because she is phenomenal. Number 12, loss of interest in shallow things. So replacing old habits with purpose and creation. You might lose interest in some of the lower vibrational activity that you once really enjoyed. Honey, it’s so true. There’s so many things that feel boring right now. And it just. A conversation that you could be having that you probably had before with your friend. And it’s like, okay, well, I can handle this conversation. We’ve had this before. And now you’re like, nope, don’t want to hear it. You’re just repeating the same thing.
Why are we still talking about this? Oh, I got one. Yeah, I got one. That does it. So much. They repeat the same thing over and over and over. And then they wonder why they’re attracting such negativity to their life. And I just want to shake them in because I love them and they’re a friend of mine. I just want to tell her, like, listen, you keep bringing this. You keep manifesting this into you. If you keep talking about it, you’re going to bring it to you. So you just need to learn how to block that stuff.
And she’s going through a lot of. I get it. I. I never put no one’s name out there, keep the conversation private. But for a while there, she thought she was being attacked with direct energy weapons and stuff like that. And I told her, well, first of all, girl, you don’t even have big enough reach to where they would think about that with you. You got to be reaching 7, 8, 9, 10 million people a month and saying something they don’t want you to say before you got to worry about that, you know? So I just try to get her out of that and make her realize that a lot of these things she’s going through is probably ascension symptoms, because she started waking up, she started getting into her spirituality, and that’s when she really got sidetracked with that whole, you know, thinking people were targeting her and stuff like that.
And I’m like, oh, man, if she just understood how the Matrix works, and now it’s to trying. Trying to throw her off track, you know? Yeah, yeah. If you think about it, what happens is you. You are aware of it. You’re aware of something, you know, that causes awakening within you, and then you have to also purge it out of the body. So there’s all kinds of ascension symptoms, not only the awakening ones, but also the ones that come from the Schumann resonance, because that’s soul energy pushing at you to create change. It’s like. It’s like your grandfather, you know, souls coming down and saying, wake up, you know, and basically really pressuring you to get it together.
And that also has to come out of the body because the body’s full of programs. It’s an organic computer. Yeah. And a lot of that old programming is really what is limiting us. When you put our names together, we’re all life path threes. That reduces to three. So I mean, it really just shows you we definitely are in some type of stuff. Simulation. That’s a good thing because in that simulation we can bend and manipulate it. Once we learn that it’s all a game and you learn the, the, the game, the rules of life, which we did a very in depth members only breakdown on the universal Laws.

Yeah, but it’s like if you don’t know them laws and, and the Game of Life, then you, you don’t really understand how to play the game properly because you don’t have the rules.
Yeah, yeah. And those universal laws will continue to apply forever. Yeah, exactly. Very important to learn. And you can learn them over in our Ascension Mastery. So we, we did 11. Reality feels different. We got, we did 14. We pretty much covered that one. 12. Loss of interest and shallow. We already did that one. 13. 13. Yeah. Pressure to change your life. Pause, make a plan and move one step at a time. So you might feel pressure. What this means is you might feel pressure to make changes in your life. And this ain’t a bad thing.
You might decide, wake up one day and say, oh, you know what, I’m done doing this 9 to 5. I’m finally going to take this first step and build my own business. That’s what I get from that. Yeah. Well, and one thing too is we are being pressured to change right now. A tremendous, a tremendous amount of pressure. But follow the signs. So take it easy. Don’t, you know, rush yourself. But if you get a sign of where to go next, then you need to do it. Because if you don’t do it, then it basically has to come around again.
Yep. So that’s important to follow the signs and pay attention and ask your higher self or ask the universe to make them big. You know, I would Always do that. I would say make it loud, make it big, make it so I notice. Yes, very important. Very important what honey just said. Yeah, you. You want to make sure it’s something that you notice, and that’s why it’s good with. To start out with the synchronicities and learning that. And eventually we have a lot of. A lot of little games on. Step into your power that teach you some exercises, how to tune into your higher self.
Matter of fact, I put one up today, and people really love them. You know, I got that idea from you, honey, because we did an episode on teaching people how to talk to their higher self. And then I’m like, well, I wonder if I could come up with some kind of something to make it fun to teach people how to tune into this. And they’re really doing well with it. Proud of you guys. Yeah, people are doing amazing. And we’re in the Quickening right now. So what does that mean? That means that you can learn something really fast and you can change things really fast.
But remember, the change starts inside of you, and then it shows up outside of you. The Quickening. Why does that sound like a steam. Stephen King movie to me? So the Quickening is also from a movie. What was it called? Highlander Movie. And if you watch what happens, what are they really doing? They’re eternal beings, right. And they’re killing each other off in the movie. But then they absorb the other person. So they absorb the other person. So what does that really think about it? A little bit. If you think about what we’ve been doing, all the shadow work, and we’ve been collapsing the timelines, and we’ve been clearing up our parallel lives.
It’s the same thing, because a lot of those fractals have come into this body. Know your body is getting more and more consciousness as that lifetime goes, because your consciousness is eternal. And for ascension, we need more and more of ourselves to keep raising our vibration and get to the right spot. So it’s a very pertinent movie, too, right now. Is it a lit. I mean, it’s a little off. Like, it’s not really. It doesn’t really go along ascension, but it is part of Ascension as well. It is. Yeah. Yeah. No, it is. And there’s some good lessons in that movie.
Now that I’m looking back in my head and thinking of what you’re saying there. There are some really good lessons in Highlander. I remember that used to be they made a show about it now. I think they got a series on It. But our last one, because we already covered 14, is number 15 guys feeling called to detox. Cleaning up your body, your mind and your environment. This is probably the most important one on here because first of all, if your environment’s not clean, that has a psychological effect on your body. It plays a major effect on your cortisol levels and stress.
So what I mean by that is like my work area, where my desk is. I’m not saying have ocd, but keep it clean. You know what I mean? Keep your area nice. You see, Honey has her nice little workspace back there. Her, her beautiful books, her flowers, her Phoenix Rising. She’s got her little area you want to have. I got my salt lamp on one side, my crystal over here. So, you know, it’s very important to keep that. That’s. That. I think that’s very important. And then you’re cleaning up our body, making sure we’re detoxing with the, the.
The water, more alkaline water, live eating live foods, which will be drawn to do that kind of magnetically. You’ll. You’ll be drawn to that. What do you think about that, Honey? Yeah, I mean, it’s really important right now. I don’t know how many people, you know, I’m in the middle of talking to that are on some sort of detox. They’re throwing out all the stuff they don’t need anymore. We’re talking about a lot of that here just in my house. And we’ve gotten rid of a lot of things and we’re. We have lots more to get rid of and to organize and to give away.
And I think that’s really important right now. And the body is really important. The body’s on a major, like, change. It’s in a major change. It’s in a major cleanse. And if you can support, record it and not just count on the Schumann resonance to do it all for you, then it’s going to be much better. Because that Schumann resonance, the more toxins that are there, the harder that is on the body. So if you can figure out how to let go of some of that stuff, it’s really good. Yeah, no, I agree. And, and I think you’ll.
A lot of us are like Honey mentioned, we’re being called to detox now and to. It’s just our, our frequency that we’re vibrating at. That. That lower vibrational stuff is not. It doesn’t work well with that frequency. And another good thing about that technology that we me mentioned, guys, one last thing. The Energy Wellness Technology. They actually have a detox patch, and it. I think it comes with 20. Wait, no, it comes with 12 patches. You wear them for three days, then you take them off on the fourth day. So you rest on the fourth day.
You put it back on on the fifth day, repeat the process in 12. It’s a total of 48 patches, which is very fascinating because that’s the number of the simulated reality. And then patches are pretty much pulling anything that’s simulated and synthetic out of your body, you know, so really amazing technology. And I think us as first player characters, that’s what we really should be focused on, that type of energetic frequency, anything to amplify our energy. And that’s why I think today’s podcast was really important in talking about these common ascension symptoms with you, honey. Yeah, I think it was really important.
I think we’ve been talking about. I’m. I’ve been talking about them for years, and they just keep coming. So, I mean, it was great to have a chart. It was really important because we just had another huge change in frequency, which is going to create all kinds of symptoms and, you know, just to kind of roll with it and keep working on yourself, because ultimately, this is all about ourselves and our true being and getting to the person or the being that we really are so that we can shine while we’re here in the process of ascension on Earth, and we can help raise the collective.
