Juan has worked as a contractor for the Department of Energy and Department of Defense, Department of War. Now, Juan is an author and a documentary producer, yet he’s never confirmed his real identity. Now, although many have speculated who the man behind the name 107 really is, I don’t want to speculate and throw names around, but if you do some digging online search 107, you’ll find some interesting fodder about his real identity.

More importantly, today, he very cleverly confirms his ties to President Trump and his current work for the Trump administration. Now, I was scheduled to interview Juan, as I said, for 30 minutes. He had a busy day doing the podcast circuit to talk about our mutual friend, Mesa County, Colorado Clerk Tina Peters, who’s serving year two of a nine year prison sentence. It’s a travesty and a crime. Now, Juan and I did not talk for 30 minutes. Juan talked for over two hours as he insisted he wanted to help the Sovereign Radio audience understand certain things. Now, to that end, he revealed things he has never revealed before, like some of his work as a contractor for the Department of Energy and Department of War.

Now, last week we aired a five minute teaser of the two hours of one. Today we’ll get to hear a full hour and some fascinating things you won’t hear from from anyone but Juan. And he’ll spill the beans on Trump’s plan to secure the 2026 midterm election. Here’s part one of the discussion today with Juan oh 7. Joining me now on Sovereign Radio, a longtime patriot and member of the truther community, the one and only Juan 7. Juan, welcome to Sovereign Radio. It’s good to have you. Yes, it is. And you know, we’ve, we’ve had conversations or contact behind the scenes with one of the threads that, you know, some of the people associated with Tina Peters are on.

But first time we’ve had a chance to talk, so appreciate it. It’s great to talk to you. We’re going to talk about Tina, but I want to ask you a couple questions first because I’d be remiss. My audience wants to know, you’re kind of a mystery to many conservatives, patriots and truthers. What’s your background, Juan? Is it in fact military business, the Department of Energy? Can you talk about your background? Well, it’s easiest enough I don’t get too distracted. But you know, I have a history, Mostly contractor, dealing with some of the issues overseas that came up over the years all the way back into the very tail end of the 70s and all the 80s stuff in South America and Mideast, a little bit other places in the world.

Probably what I’m, you know, more well known for is the work I did to take down the ruble in the Cold War during the Reagan administration and. Oh, I didn’t know that. Yeah, so that’s, you know, and I, I don’t really get into the details too much because of some disclosure things. And I, I, you know, what part of the issue was. I’ll tell you, this maybe helps some of your listeners. I had been in the background with great friends like Rush, you know, who early, early on as he was getting in the broadcast, he’s a sports guy and he’d call me and he was trying to get into the political stuff of it, and he’d ask me questions.

Well, explain this to me. Well, I don’t understand who’s this person? And he knew stuff really well because his grandfather was a huge, you know, attorney and very knowledgeable guy. And in fact, his grandfather wrote a book concerning Lincoln and the Civil War. But over the years, Rush would contact me, you know, earlier a lot. As he got further along, his time, just like mine would get so tight. But if he had something that was really a conundrum, especially stuff back into Reagan, he’d call and have a question, you remember this? Or you know, who this guy is? And, But I had other, you know, for some reason, I seem to have had quite a few of the hosts that were friends.

Art Bell was a pretty good friend. And when he had some crises, family crises and like that, I helped him through some of that. You know, President Reagan’s son Mike is a good friend and has been for a very long time. You know, so I’ve kind of run in the right circles for some of those contacts into the communication side. And what happened was I never really, you know, I was down in Arkansas during Whitewater helping some of the guys there with, you know, they were really in a very precarious situation with the Clintons and all the people around them, because Whitewater and Arkansas were only the tip of the iceberg of something much, much, much larger with the money laundering going into a bunch of the development finance authorities.

Arkansas had one, Kentucky had one. Nebraska, Illinois, Development Finance authorities. And what was being done was those were being used to money launder drug money out of South America back to the different criminal organizations who were generating the money. And it was legit. What would happen is they would create a bond fund. For example, Hillary worked at Rose Law Firm and webhobble and Vincent got killed there. I can’t think of his name. They all worked for Rose Law Firm. Rose Law Firm’s primary business was writing bonds to be, you know, listed in Wall Street. And then the money, when they got financed, would come back to the Development Finance Authority, and then they’d loan it out.

You know, it’s pretty easy if you get A loan for, you know, several tens or hundreds of millions of dollars. And you never pay it back, and you never pay interest on it, and you don’t report it as income on your taxes because it’s a loan. It’s pretty easy to be pretty successful as a chicken company or something like that, any number of companies. And that money was. Was laundered drug money. It was also black ops money for CIA. So going out to friends and buddies, including keeping certain people in office politically, that’s morphed in the current time period into.

They’ve captured the bond issuances for all sorts of things publicly. School bonds, road projects, stadiums, everything else. And they’re using that bond issuance capability to siphon the life out of America. In fact, I have a private conference, I’m doing invitation only for people in that realm, legal and political like that here in just two months to review what we know about it right now. But what was just limited back in the 90s with the Clintons and other similar groups is now just pervading all of American society. Jamie Dimon said here three, four months ago, I had an inquiry to him on something.

He said the bond market’s going to collapse. It’s going to be horrendous. And, you know, he says might be six months, might be six years, but it’s headed for collapse. Well, you know, you can throw a dart. If it was in six months, it could be absolutely horrid. If you got a year, two or three to get out of the way of it, which is exactly what Trump and Bessant and some of the other people are maneuvering towards, then you can at least soften the blow. But no matter what, if your livelihood income is somehow associated with public bonds, you need to start moving very quickly to have, you know, a way out.

It’s gonna be brutal. That’s fair. Fair warning. You familiar with Assistant Sheriff Sean Taylor in Millersville, Tennessee? The mortgage fraud scam he undercovered? Todd and I have been working together for years, and I’ve helped support him through all of this. We talk very frequently. Is a beautiful guy, very important. In fact, he’ll be talking at my bond conference. And we have quite a few critical people from within the government that will be there also as we work through the mechanics of what’s going on and legal liabilities and then how these bonds are being used for criminality, including financing political campaigns and things like that.

So, yeah, he’s a very close ally. Bonds, mortgage fraud, tax dollars. I mean, they have built us for billions The American people have on the sweat of our backs. We have funded a lot of nefarious things, that’s for sure. Juan, will you eventually be able to talk more freely and take the mask off and the veil off, so to speak, as to who you are now? I’ve seen you at events. Yeah, it’s not so much, I’m not trying to hide out or anything exactly, but I do have some history that is in places that are still very sensitive.

And so I tend to try to keep a little bit lower profile. You know what, I wasn’t planning on doing anything out within the public at all when Benghazi happened. I was actually having dinner with Mike Reagan and his wife and a couple of other folks has Benghazi was unfolding and Mike at that time was a contributor over at Fox News. And so I was explaining to him my concern about how everything had happened in Benghazi at the time. They wanted to keep calling it an embassy. It wasn’t an embassy, it was a safe house. And it was in the shadow of the CIA’s fortress in the area.

And, and what was going on? They were literally grabbing all of Gaddafi’s surface to air missile systems, you know, handheld shoulder launch, other munitions, etc. They were looting all of the military storehouses of Gaddafi. They were running it all up into the Benghazi area. And then a lot of this stuff was pretty old and they were servicing it. And the Saudis had a place there, they were training rebels near Benghazi, the Israelis. You had a half a dozen countries, including the U.S. that’s why we had this huge safe house operation there in Benghazi, right in the shadow, just a few hundred yards.

You know, they talk about it’s a mile away, but if you looked, you had to go a mile by road. But you know, up behind the trees at this house was this CIA facility which GRS people were working out of and in the region. The Brits had a place down the street and they were preparing to do this major civil war operation in Syria. The reason the Saudis were involved is because Saudis wanted Syria divided into three countries. And so did a bunch of NATO people and of, you know, globalist, if you will. And the intent was to divide Syria into three parts and then run a pipeline from Saudi Arabia where they have these refineries and like that, you know, besides the oil up to Turkey and then into Europe and all, everybody was going to be in on this thing to, you know, get money from this pipeline to Europe, supplying the oil to Europe for the next 100 years.

Oh, Savage, have you ever been an advisor to President Trump in some capacity? Not paid? No.

Okay, fair enough. Sounds like maybe you did have a few conversations with him. Off the record, maybe. Well, you know, let me just, let me just say this. President Trump is he, he’s, he’s been very verbal about the fact that he was invited to run. Who invited him. He’s also been pretty direct about that he was invited by 200 generals. You have about 800 plus generals in the US military system and flag officers, admirals. And so he’s not running, he’s not there solely all by himself. And within that background, there’s quite a few people that are trying to assist and have his earrings that we’re in a very sensitive continuity and government type operation.

And the problem for President Trump is that Senior Executive service is this largest agency of government that most people have no concept of, never heard of, don’t know anything about, but they’ve hijacked control of much of our government. And this has been going on all the way back to the Carter years when he signed an executive order implementing and creating senior executive service and the inspector General’s offices, their inspector general offices control the flow of money to different projects. They turn it on, they turn it off. So anything they don’t want financed, such as investigations, they just turn off the money spigot and they don’t go anywhere.

Anything they want to promote, going after certain political figures or industries, et cetera, they just turn the money on. And so these inspector generals are like the accountants. In fact, if you look at what’s going wrong over at the Justice Department, you’re looking at Pam Bondi, you’re looking at Todd Blanche, other things. No, he’d be looking at who’s an SES employee and is controlling the flow of money to investigations. And now you’ll be in the real, the real place where it’s really going wrong. And no accountability outside of their own organization. They’re competing directly with norad, which is the center of the NORAD system is the Cheyenne Mountain complex.

And Trump closed that. He declared the COVID emergency on March 13th of 2020. Two days later, he went out to Cheyenne Mountain, did a walkthrough where he had had money flowing in there to revamp, upgrade service, resupply that facility. For the first couple years of his presidency, Obama had proposed closing it down, mothballing it, shutting it down, the whole thing and all of the related complexes. There’s about 100 of them there total, not, not just in Colorado, but around the world. And Trump closed that up on March 15th. And he did it. You know, most people weren’t paying attention, didn’t understand what they’d just seen, but he said out of an abundance of caution, because we may have just been attacked, referring to the COVID attack.

I’m going to close up the mountain because we may be at war and not realize it yet. Well, the way that Covid was being reported in the early period was that, you know, mass numbers of our population, especially young people, would be dying from COVID or incapacitated. It wasn’t in the members working within the mountain. So by sealing up the mountain, you could cut off any contagion. Getting to those personnel would be the working theory. So he closed them off and. But NORAD is the core of our nuclear response situation. You mentioned Department of Energy. Anybody that works around nuclear weapons grade material for any purposes, loading the bombs on the aircraft or moving materials around, building the bombs, et cetera.

That’s the Department of Energy clearance. Q clearance. It’s not a military or Department of Defense clearance. Q clearance is a Department of Energy clearance working around nuclear and beyond. And so anybody in the NORAD facility, et cetera, would be, would have a Q clearance to be able to work there. And the reason that’s relevant is because what you’re actually seeing and most everybody is just, they have no concept of what’s going on. You have a continent in government fight going on right now in plain sight all across the country, all across the world. And the real fight is between those operating under military authority through the NORAD system and those operating on the civilian and political side through SES Senior Executive Service.

Every time Cheney had a fake heart attack, he kid about tease about that he was running the shadow government. Well, what’s the shadow government? Senior Executive Service and all of those things. When you, when, when you look at what Bongino did, he just left FBI yesterday, announced he’s going to do it by the end of the month. Bongino, I’m sure will be talking about this. He hasn’t left service of the American people. He will take what he knows and come out and talk where he can. He’s not under NDE when he’s not under an nde. And help the American people understand the dysfunctionality over FBI.

You have numerous agents there, I think, you know, I’ve got as many as anybody, I think probably as many as Bon Chinos does at this point who are trying screaming, how do I report the things that I see that are illegal, out of line over within the operations at FBI numerous people that have been ripped out or had to leave FBI service because they didn’t want to be involved in crimes. And that’s coming. And most situations the people that are stepping out will tell you the problem children are all SES Senior Executive Service. So if you have an FBI officer and he is tapped on the shoulder to take a commission within ses, they have to go through clearances and everything else besides working for the FBI.

They’re then part of this continuity and government operation over at Senior Executive Service to get a retirement. They can get salary and things like that, but if they’re needed on something, they can, you know, I know you’re working on this investigation. Could you focus on this thing, this thing over here, whatever. And as an SES officer, personnel contractor, etc. They do all sorts of stuff that is very questionable. As I said before the break, this may be the most information packed segment we’ll hear in six years of Sovereign Radio. There’s so much to sort out. And for this final segment of the show, Juan moves quickly and jumps around quite a bit. Only as 107 cancel. Let me give you some important context to Juan’s last stand today on Sovereign Radio.

And that context is going to be in four parts in four areas. First, Juan is going to open this segment talking about the bullfight. Now, the deep state is the bull. And Trump and his 200 military generals that Juan is clearly communicating with directly are through back channels. Trump and his military generals are the matador trying to slay the Deep State bull. We’re now in the most dangerous phase of the bullfight as Juan will explain. Number two thing you need to understand as you listen to this segment, Juan will talk about Mesa County, Colorado, clerk Tina Peters, who is unjustly and egregiously serving nine years in prison simply for doing her job as county clerk.

Tina exposed the election fraud in 2020 and the deep state bull can’t afford for Tina to expose them so they jailed her. Now incidentally, Juan and I are part of a private activist group on telegram sharing information to keep Tina Peters fight for freedom and to be released in the public eye. Now Juan will also mention the governor of Colorado, likely a selected governor, not an elected one. Governor Polis is also a deep state bull using Juan’s analogy. Third important point for context to this segment as it moves very quickly and I want you to follow it, Juan.

We’ll talk about what President Trump plans to do to secure our midterm elections in this year of the Lord 2026. He will reveal that Trump will first declare a national emergency around the election and then sign an executive order which one and his team prepared. Interesting, huh? To mandate paper ballots, no machines. One day of voting. One day of voting and counting votes. And you must present a valid id so there’ll be ID requirements. Very important stuff. Stay with me now as we move to point number four to frame this segment. At some point in the two hours I spoke to Juan, he revealed the courtship he had with his editor of his documentary called Makings of a Perfect Day in which Juan drives across America.

Here’s the final part of my discussion today. Part 3 with 107 the most dangerous time in a bullfight is in the last round, the third round. And with the last five minutes, there’s a horn announces the beginning of the first round, the beginning of the second round, the beginning of the third round, the fourth trumpet that sounds in a bullfight means there’s only these are 5 minute or 15 minute segments.

When there’s only 5 minutes left, the fourth horn sounds and you have 5 minutes. If the bull survives past that 5 minute mark, they’re taken out and used for breeding for other bulls. Every bull that you fight a bullfight is the offspring of a survivor of earlier bullfights. Only the bulls that survive to that last five minutes are allowed to come back out and breed for the bulls that you’re fighting. And so everyone’s from a survivor line. And but the problem is in that last five minutes when the head’s down and the shoulder blades open up.

The bull is also the most dangerous because they’re so tired, they’re no longer charging in the same way. They’re whipping their horns around. And when bullfighters get killed, they get caught by the horns and the legs and there’s so much force, they’ll toss a bullfighter 15ft in the air, they’ll rip the bone apart and they’ll break a femoral artery and you’re dead in under a minute. You bleed out. Does Trump have the bull down? Does Trump have the ball on the ground? Well, is Trump baiting? Is a lot of his stuff. Oh, I’m so weak. I can hardly move.

I can’t do it anymore. Come charge me, get me one more time. You know I won’t make it. Is the bull going to get up and make one more charge? Are they still trying one more time? And when they do, they’re very dangerous. Could they? Trump has to get close enough to the bull to take it out. Sword all the way to the heart. It’s very messy, dangerous business. Is he going to be able to pull this off? And I’m just telling you, that’s what has been gamed out with the 200 generals. That’s this moment that we’re in to take on the deep state bull.

Even in this situation with Colorado, there’s some symbology, I think it’s actually divine, personally, with polis even being a, a bull and he’s being so deep state in what he’s doing and he’s challenging Trump over the Tina Peters situation, who will win this contact point. There’s some symbology of the larger battle, even that it’s come down to. Of all the places on the planet, the place where NORAD is at Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado, and the governor and ses and it’s right there on that turf and it’s Tina in all of the counties in America, all the cler in America, and she’s the pawn that’s about to reach the other side of the board.

There couldn’t be more at stake for the legacy of Trump, for the future of America, for the hinge moment thing that Trump is here to do. The most important thing he’ll do in his whole life, declaring the national election emergency and then issuing the executive order, which my team put together over, you know, many months, 17 page order, proposed version of the executive order concerning elections. We understand that, you know, 80, 90% of it is what we put together. They’ve made some changes at the legal side. We’ll See, ours is out in the public. You can look at it, we’ll see what actually gets issued.

If it’s 10, 20, 50, 70, 90% of what we put together, you know, we’ll find out. But that executive order concerning elections is going to be critical. And by the way, okay, I got somebody else waiting for me. I want to help your audience just a little bit. Trump issued an executive order in March 25th of this year. It was his 107th executive order that he signed at 107 in the afternoon. Interesting little detail. The 107th executive order said that all the clerks all around the country and the states had to clean up their voter rolls and remove people who weren’t there lawfully, votes that weren’t, you know, you know, real people, etc.

They needed to clean up their voter rolls. They needed to do it within six months. That was the executive order. That date has come and passed. You know how much they did to clean it up? Practically zero. Nothing. They snubbed their nose at the executive order. Trump, with this executive order concerning elections that he’s said he’s going to sign in a few weeks, said that a little over a month ago in a press conference on Ukraine. But if he’s going to get the same kind of reaction from the clerks, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, we’re not doing anything.

Is the same thing gonna happen in the elections where he’s saying one day, paper ballot, hand count counted, were cast, blah, blah, blah, nothing’s gonna happen. He’s even now we, we have word and it’s in the public side that Elon’s gonna help with what’s gonna be done with the 2026 election. Kind of in a Doge thing. He’s coming back and he’s gonna help on elections, but, but again, there’s no force, there’s no power behind it. Apparently people like polis are thumbing their nose at the president’s actions. What can be done to change that? As I’ve said, and I told your audience this a couple times, but now put it in this context.

President Trump, just like when he declared Covid a national emergency, is about to declare a national emergency related to elections in America. That national emergency in that context, he then has king like powers. Get over it, because we’re in a continuity and government operation. It’s a national emergency to save the Republic. We’ve got to get in there and manhandle what’s going on in the elections. And if any clerk doesn’t want to clean those voter rolls, wants to Use old voter rolls. That’s an insurrectionist seditious act. No court can override what the President decides to do during a national emergency.

No court can say, well, we’re not agreeing with that. There isn’t anybody that can stop the President in that national emergency. Declared national emergency. He will declare a national emergency and then order that we start clean voter rolls. Everybody that wants to vote has to re register to vote with government issued ID showing the address they’re voting at. And if you lie, if you do duplicate, if you try to fraud, it’s a federal crime. Your signature’s on the notarized line and your voter registration card, you’ll go to prison. You’ll go to prison for quite a while.

The country is going to take this very seriously. This isn’t going to be patty cakes. And we’re going to get the first honest election in America in a very long time. 2026, 2028. And it’s within the context of a national emergency. That’s what’s coming. And then the executive order concerning how the elections are going to be run and no clerk, no governor, no court is going to get to snub their nose at what the President declares because we’re in a military environment within the context of elections. It’s a national security issue. Nobody is stopping us from getting an honest election with what’s coming.

And that’s the best news. Her information is at the core of this phenomenal, phenomenal information. Juan, you revealed your best and greatest work to date and you charmed your video producer and video editor into marrying you. That, that is your greatest work. Well, it has a downside. She is so good at what she does, she’s so effective. I have been forced to go to extremes in my covert activities, searching out and securing and hiding cookies. She is, she is so on it. And all my best techniques, she seems finding out how it’s done. So I’m really, it’s, you know, a continuity in Cookie.

You know, I, I don’t want to suffer from, you know, I don’t want to go through a sugar deprivation crisis. You know Cookie, that’s funny. Well, she’s a great editor.
