Summary

➡ This summary is about an audio chat on Q News Patriot Rebel Channel, where the host, Sgnon, interviews J6 Glenn, a January 6th prisoner of war, and CJ from Spark Free Press. They discuss the ongoing issues from the past four to five years that still need public attention and justice. J6 Glenn shares his personal story, including his arrest, the impact on his family, and his efforts to clear his name and those of other January 6th prisoners. CJ, who runs a local publication in Florida, talks about how he met J6 Glenn and his commitment to sharing Glenn’s story.
➡ A 61-year-old business owner, Glenn Allen Brooks, was arrested by federal agents for his alleged involvement in the January 6th insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. The arrest was based on a tip from a member of Brooks’ prayer group, who reported that Brooks had shared a selfie from the Capitol during the riot. Brooks is facing charges of unlawful entry and disorderly conduct on restricted grounds. This arrest is part of a larger investigation into the Capitol breach, with more than two dozen California residents charged so far.
➡ The text discusses a man named Glenn who was involved in a controversial event and was subsequently prosecuted. The author believes that Glenn was unfairly targeted by federal agents who were present at the event. Despite losing a lot due to the prosecution, Glenn’s faith remained strong. The author also questions the fairness of Glenn’s trial and mentions a petition filed with the Supreme Court, hoping it will help others involved in the same event.
➡ A man was released from prison seven weeks early due to a pardon, but this ended his appeal process. He was forced out of prison and taken to a safe location by supporters. He was sentenced to six months in prison for his involvement in the January 6th events, but believes his trial was politically biased. Now, he’s petitioning for a new trial in a different location, hoping to clear his name and restore his reputation.
➡ This discussion focuses on restoring trust in American institutions, particularly the judiciary, and the importance of transparency and fairness. It highlights the case of J6 Glenn, which is seen as a potential catalyst for societal change and a deeper understanding of the 2020 election. The speakers emphasize the need for healing and unity, and the role of platforms like Spark Free Press in keeping the public informed and engaged. They conclude by expressing hope for a positive outcome in J6 Glenn’s appeal to the Supreme Court.

Transcript

Foreign Patriots, and Welcome to the 191st audio chat to be featured on Q News Patriot. Coming up here in just a moment. First, a quick viewing note with respect to the background media. This particular show was scheduled for a number of different days and we had to sort of dance around with the schedules on both ends. And so one of the potential days for recording was 25th November. This particular show was actually recorded on 20th November, but the background media is in error. Without further ado, please enjoy Audio chat number 191 on the Q News Patriot.

Good afternoon, Patriots, and Welcome to the 191st audio chat on the Q News Patriot Rebel Channel series. I am the Q News Patriot, joined today by January 6th prisoner of war J6 Glenn and CJ from the Spark Free Press. My name is Sgnon. Patriots. It’s easy to forget after having seen the Trump presidency beginning this year in 2025 and moving at the pace we have throughout this year, that a great many of the issues created over the last four to five years still require full public adjudication and an airing out, if you will, that true justice that restores liberty, restores balance, and restores security in the American idea.

J6 Glenn is just one example of that. It’s an honor to have him on today to talk about his story and the efforts that he’s making right now to clear not only his name, but all names associated with the January 6th prisoners of war, as well as CJ from the Spark Free Press, a local publication there in the state of Florida. Thank you both gentlemen for coming on to CUNY’s patriot today. Thank you. SG it’s my honor to address your audience. I hope I can be a great benefit to them. Well, I have to say I think that you can.

And I’ve, I’ve reviewed the story and the documentation that you’ve sent over, Glenn, and it’s just, it’s really incredible what you’ve gone through. And, and true to form and true to flavor, with all the January six prisoners of war, there’s a deal of unpacking that has to happen as we go through our call today. But before we get into that, I thought we would take a moment. You’re meeting my audience for the first time. Do you mind to give us a window into J6 Glenn? What has your life been like? Where do you, where do you hail from? What do you believe in? And how did you come to the call today? Okay, yeah, sure.

I hail from Southern California because a divorce flowed out of the January Six arrest because my precious, godly and gorgeous red headed Irish, strong willed wife was dragged out of bed with machine guns and lasers by swat, FBI and two of my daughters, likewise. The divorce happened, the house was sold, we took a $500,000 loss on that and I lost my city of Huntington beach in Southern California, Orange County. Very patriotic really. And I’m now in South Florida, about an hour north of Mar a Lago, because I’m a missionary in Haiti and there’s a DC3 organization called Missionary Flights International.

And that’s how I get into Haiti. Incidentally, my judge, Royce Lamberth, I’ve got some things against him, but he did allow me to fly to Haiti 15 times during the process. And he let me go to Africa twice on this missionary work. So, you know, I’m there, I’m keeping myself busy, can’t get a job, you know, because even though the pardon takes care of the legal file, let’s say when somebody goes to, you know, review somebody’s background, which everybody does with the Internet, you get a face full of FBI complaint and allegations that, you know, I’m possibly involved in the JFK assassination.

I mean, the DOJ just makes it up as they go along. They don’t need the facts. I think that’s an interesting point to make and I just want to highlight for the audience out there that of course involvement in the JFK assassination is a facetious statement, but to the point that you’re making there, you know, you’ve, you’ve lived a relatively peaceful life. You know, you were a working class American from, from what I understand, you got a beautiful family, lots of, you know, children. Very lucky man in that regard. And up until these events, in response to what you clearly saw was higgledy piggledy inside the election process of 2020, all of that has really fundamentally changed and cast you in a different light.

Yep, yeah, I was there to be a voice amongst 17 million attendees. And the whole thing that went sideways at the Capitol, I don’t know where that came from, but I heard the noises coming from that direction and decided to investigate as a Looky Lou with time on my hands because we broke up. The speech thing, I think about one o’ clock or something and perhaps we can get into it more sg But I didn’t get to the Capitol until there had been hours elapsed from the initial push in and all the ugly activity was deep inside the Capitol when I and all the other looky loos who were, you know, if we were employed by George, soros to do this thing, we would have to refund the money because we were just looky loos refusing to become incited by the perhaps government actors who were on bullhorns with video cameras.

Yeah, like. Like I said perhaps a hundred times. I can feel my blood pressure going up when I start talking about this stuff. I think it would be impossible not to, especially how. With how acutely it has affected your family and your life. And my heart goes out to you, sir, Just full transparency on that. I’d want to turn it over really quick to CJ As I understand it, CJ you operate a local publication there in Florida, covers state news, a lot of local county news, some sports news, some political commentary, and you’re actually one of the brainstormers that helped put this conversation together.

Do you mind to, you know, let my audience know how you came to the call today and how you and J6 Glenn got connected? Yeah, well, yeah, we. We met a while ago, me and J6 Glenn, and I was just kind of blown away by his story. I mean, I’ve been following the J6ers and what’s going on a lot, and, and within Ricky Tarrio and Barry Ramey and all these other J6ers, and they’re great on. On getting attention to their story or what’s going on. But then I met J6 Glenn and he was just kind of laid back.

He hadn’t, you know, got much help from anybody coming out. And I said, you know, we’re local. We’re a local newspaper. We need. He lives in, in my area. We need to cover his story. We need to tell the world about J6Glenn because that’s why we started social media. Who is J6Glenn? Because nobody knows his story. And it’s so important to know that he is a real American patriot, lover of his country, a godly man, and people need to know his story. So our paper has been trying to cover him and, and get his name out there and just tell people about the injustice that he suffered from the hands of the.

Of the Biden administration, the U. S. Government. It’s just. It’s just sick what they did to him. And, and we’re here to help him in any capacity. And he’s a great guy and, and we’re definitely becoming friends after the more I learned this guy so very, very cool. I don’t think there’s a more Americana story than meeting one another at that intersectory point at a moment of shared uncertainty and confusion and discomfort here as we go through our journey and our experience. It’s there’s nothing more spiritual in my mind than that as I, as I sort of envision what that must have looked like.

I want to tee up the next segment here, Glenn, if I could give me just a moment. I know you said that we’re going to have your blood boiling here pretty soon, and I apologize for that. But I do want to convey to the audience, you know, the essence of what has happened with you, the flavor of what has happened with you and, and the efforts that you all are undertaking because we’re going to get into that also here in just a minute to see a redress of that not only for your own life and not only for the benefit of your own future and reputation, but also for all of the other J6ers.

So give me just a second here. I’m going to pull this particular video up and this is actually at the top of a give send go just for the audience out there, full transparency. There’s a give send go made for these for this particular situation. Give me just a moment. Make sure that we have the sound coming through. We’re going to try that one more time. All right, there we go. And so we’re going to go ahead and play this short segment. This segment aired on CBS LA out of the Huntington beach area in 2021, I believe it was.

And this segment sort of sets up what the government brought to the table, as I understand it, Glenn, and also the measures that were taken. And then we’re going to go through a little bit of the bio down here underneath the Gibson Go. So give me just a second. Let’s go ahead and watch this short video. This is CBS 2 News at 11pm now on CBS 2 News at 11 and streaming on CBSN Los Angeles only on two federal agents with weapons drawn swoop into Huntington beach to bust a local man for his alleged role in the January 6th insurrection.

Good evening, everybody. I’m Tom Wake. And I’m Rachel Kim. A tip turned in the 61 year old business owner. Now he’s facing federal charges tonight. CBS News Lori Perez has video of the arrest that you’ll see only on two. They were assault weapons, you know, full body armor like top and bottom battering rams. Like it seemed like it was going to be something. Security camera video shows the moment an FBI raid swiftly played out in this Huntington beach neighborhood Thursday morning. It was just before 6am when a team of agents with shields, weapons drawn, descended on the home of Glenn Allen Brooks, a neighbor who did not want to be identified, told us it’s still stunning to watch.

It was actually kind of scary. I thought it was fake. According to the criminal complaint, a member of Brooks prayer group first tipped off federal agents back in January when in a group chat, the Orange county man shared a selfie standing in the crowd that had broken into the U.S. capitol. Court documents show various pictures of Brooks appearing to climb through a broken window and then at various spots inside taking photos with his cell phone. Investigators said they compared photos of Brooks to shots from the January 6 riot. And agents came conducting surveillance in March got this picture, noting he had the same white beard as the man seen inside the Capitol.

For his alleged role in the chaos that day, Brooks has been charged with unlawful entry and disorderly conduct on restricted grounds. More than two dozen California residents have been charged in connection to the breach at the Capitol, including former UCLA student Christian Secour. This was the FBI bust at his Costa Mesa home back in February. Federal Prosecutors say they ID’d him as the person seen here sitting in the vice president’s chair during the insurrection. The 22 year old was charged with assaulting or resisting a police officer, among other things. And former La Habra police Chief Ellen Hostetter was one of six people arrested in June for allegedly conspiring to storm the building.

We tried but were unable to reach Mr. Brooks for comment today. In Huntington Beach, I’m Lori Perez, CBS 2 News. So I’d like to highlight just for the audience out there that, you know, these people sort of salivate at these opportunities and as we watch something like that, and many of you are going to be familiar with how mainstream media, you know, delivers its propaganda and packages the propaganda in a way that is to be received in a certain aspect by one psyche. We have to keep in mind that there’s often much more to the story.

As a matter of fact, nearly every time there’s much more to the story. And so if you don’t mind, Mr. Brooks, what I’m going to do here is I’m going to go ahead and just run through a short list of some questions with respects to, you know, the actual activities, the occurrences, the timeline of January 6th as you recall it. So my first question is with respect to the timeline, you said that you all were at the president’s speech that day actually listening to Donald Trump give his remarks with respect to the crowd that had gathered to come and protest what they clearly felt was an attack upon our republic, an attack upon our election systems.

We what, if you don’t mind, walk us through the timeline from that point forward, after the sort of the speech concluded and you all headed down the way a little bit, how did things transpire from there? And what were the core observations, the key observations that you recall? Right. Okay. So, SG what’s important to remember is I was so far away from the actual speech area and with my hearing problems, profound hearing problems, I couldn’t even hear what President Trump was saying. And I got so frustrated. And I’d been standing in the freezing cold with, you know, 17 million attendees for hours that I.

I had to get out so I could take the chair I was holding, sit down and rest my feet. So I left before he was even done. I couldn’t really understand what he was saying. And probably an hour after that, I started hearing noises that were alarming. And so it took me about, I don’t know, probably 20 minutes to walk to the Capitol Building. There were a lot of people who were just kind of like, reclining, relaxing on the Capitol grounds on the grass, on blankets, like you might see at a park. There was certainly a lot of people.

Hours after everything got started, there were people on the part of the Capitol that faces the Mall, faces the Washington Monument. And I figured I would just kind of keep going until it was obvious that going further was clearly prohibited. And so I found my way up onto this, I’ll use the term veranda porch overlooking the Mall. And eventually I got to a point where I was walking by a bunch of Capitol Police officers standing in formation. Body cam footage recorded me saying to these Capitol Police officers, God bless you. Eventually, I got close to the building itself.

There was a. What I call a common area. Now, inside had been transformed somehow or another where the Capitol Police inside the Capitol. And the people who were just walking around, again, looky loos, the people who were in this line to stream into the Capitol. Capitol, the Capitol Police were doing nothing, I repeat, nothing to object or restrict. And so I stood outside, and this is something that’s going to be coming out at a new trial, you know, Supreme Court filing today, that I stood outside the Capitol building, and that’s on video, because the Capitol had all these cameras and stuff.

But I was studying the Capitol Police officers inside this Capitol area, acting cordially with the people. And I was trying to get a read from them. Body language or indications. Okay, it’s okay. It’s not okay. And I reached the point in my mind so that I have a reasonable doubt. I don’t know what’s going on here. And it was at that point that I decided to enter peacefully. And after about 15 minutes, a captain, I won’t speak his name here, but he’s a captain with the Capitol Police, walked up. A total credit to his profession. Man, I would like to tell that guy how much I respect him.

I think he retired out for, you know, medical grounds or something. But he came up and he told these people, I just happened to be standing by, it’s time to go. So we left. But, you know, I got back to the hotel where me and some other attendees were at, and I started watching video footage. I was stunned. I was shocked, because what I saw when I got there was nothing of what that video clip that you just showed shows, a lot of violence and a lot of ugly stuff. My experience on the Senate side and testimony by this Capitol Police captain said the Senate side was peaceful, the House side was radical.

So when I was engaging at the Capitol, it was very peaceful. And that never comes out at trial because the Department of Justice, the prosecution, they’re, you know, they’re hiding those facts because they’re committed to 100% conviction rate. I think that’s a really important and salient point there, is that we’ve got, you know, a failure of the judiciary that really became obvious during the Biden years for the first time to a great many Americans out there, right. That the court system, the third check and balance and the third branch of government that was supposed to sort of keep everything, keep the ship, you know, floating and steady, if you will, was no longer working and was seeking sort of a movement in another direction, which was showcasing itself as a movement in another direction.

And there’s no bigger expose in that regard than what happened on January 6th. I’m going to turn it over to CJ just for a minute. You know, as we’ve listened to the story here and as we’ve gone along, I’ve got a couple of questions here, but I think my first question is how does that track with what you understand to be the case with respect to the experiences that. That you and Glenn have talked about? And also, what is this? A lot of these other individuals that were either involved by this or affected by this in a familial capacity? What.

What does this particular branch, this particular flavor of what occurred, offer to that particular crowd and the crowd around them? Well, you know, it’s been already. It’s already been said that there’s been. I don’t know what. There’s almost 300 federal agents in that crowd at that time, so there’s. There was like a level of almost, I guess, you know, you could think of it as almost like entrapment. And they were luring these people in. There was, you know, riot sort of procedures that kind of would, would provocateur them up. I mean, you saw this, this information about, there’s some J6 bomber and, and the pipe bomber that, the new information about that’s coming out.

So there was definitely some foul play at work there. Not by, and this foul play wasn’t by J6 Glenn. It wasn’t by most of the people there. It was by federal agents or whoever the heck they sent in there, whatever a company they contracted to do this. So it’s just sad that we had to get a God fearing man like Glenn prosecuted and persecuted for this, but yet nobody in the committees or, or whoever you know, hired these groups to go in there from the government that, that hired. And none of them are getting prosecuted for anything.

Instead we have Glenn getting persecuted. Glenn losing pretty much everything, you know, everything in a matter of, of years. So we think it’s, it’s, it’s unjust. We need to see what, you know, we need to see what’s behind this story. And I, we’re seeing facts spill out right now. And, and really we just, we need justice for J6 Glenn. CJ you mentioned that I lost pretty much everything. There is one thing I didn’t lose, the most important thing, period, my faith in God, my relationship with Jesus Christ, that has grown stronger. Amen. Amen. That is a really powerful testament there.

And on that particular note, I want to come to that in just a second, but I do want to cover this, a particular flavor of how things actually proceeded at the trial. Because of course, you know, this, this situation occurred and from what you’ve described it, it sounds to me like it was a relatively calm day there, there was a bit of unrest, you know, some uncontrolled activity, if you will. But by and large most everybody was just there to show, to show themselves in a present manner, in a peaceful way and in a sort of a present manner.

We’re here, we’re standing up, but we’re not interested in a fight is sort of the, the takeaway that I’ve gotten here. And then that proceeds to litigation, which was in May of 2024, according to the bio box on the Gibsongo website. And that is gibsongo.com whois j6glenn. And glenn is G L E N N for those out there. But this particular paragraph I think really encapsulates things. So I’m Going to walk us through it and then I’m going to ask you to comment on it, if you, if you don’t mind, Mr. Glenn. After my five day trial in May of 2024, during jury deliberations, the foreman, the jury foreman sent a handwritten note to the judge asking about strange photographs in the trial evidence file, but no one ever talked about them.

My attorneys were never allowed to say anything in defense or anything to do with them at trial. The photographs were from some other trial. The court had confused the jury into thinking that I was 50ft away from Trump. And this was critical as to whether I could even hear, much less understand the speech because I was super far away, not close. I could not even hear what Trump was saying, which is very interesting. You described that just a moment ago in our prior segment. The crowd noise and audio speakers were ruining the sound in disgust. I actually left to go sit down for hours and freezing cold.

After standing for hours and freezing cold, I couldn’t sneeze without bumping into or disturbing five or six others that were pressed together like sardines. But back to my trial, the jury never got my explanation. They were left to make up their own mind about the photographs. And four guilty verdicts came back within minutes. And that doesn’t make any sense to me. Just as a reader and as a third party observer, you’re talking about holding someone accountable for a federal offense that’s going to follow them for a long time. It doesn’t matter about the fine or the prison punitive sentence and punishment that does or doesn’t hang over someone.

We know that many of them unfortunately have been thrown in prison in conditions that are truly, it truly makes them prisoners of war. But with respect to that, the fact that any verdict like this would come back within minutes strikes me as strange. Back to our reading here. Samantha Calloway, the court clerk, read the verdicts. It was painful to hear them. Broke my heart. I’d hope God was doing a really special thing to vindicate an innocent guy. But I had a six hour train ride back to my sister’s house. It was a horrible ride. Lamberth should have declared a mistrial in my opinion, because like pornography, once you see it, you cannot unsee it.

My attorneys told me to save things for my appeal and then I’m going to come forward a little bit here that in that trial experience, you know, describe the trial for us if you would, and then if you don’t mind, give us some commentary on what actually occurred with the description that I just read because it sounds to me like at the very least, there was something that seemed off about the process of the trial itself. Yeah, there were many reversible errors from the beginning of the pre trial all the way through the. Actually, all the way through the sentencing.

To be honest, I need to be really careful what I speak about. In addition to that, there’s, you know, this issue about to defend the rights of other January 6th people. I’m the last person who can defend this thing because I’m the only guy who has filed papers in a timely fashion. And 21st November is the deadline for my, my petition. The Supreme Court becomes moot if it’s not filed. Like I said, I was told today they printed it, it’s been filed, so we’re good. I’m hoping it will help the other J6 people. I have some concerns about people breaking windows and doors and beating cops with flag poles or whatever, But I’m guessing 90% were not violent people, just looky loos.

Yeah, I want to circle to that if I can, very quickly here, because you talked just a second ago about the petition that you all have now filed with the Supreme Court of the United States. And I think that that’s going to be the topic of our next segment, but I want to tee up why that petition came up. If we come down on the givecingo bio for the audience out there, it says, here’s where it gets complicated. I refused Donald Trump’s presidential pardon not because I accepted guilt, but to uphold my right to a fair appeal process.

And so with that, Glenn, if I can come back to you on that, you know, I can’t think of any example off, at least off the top of my head that I’ve ever heard where someone refused a presidential pardon. I’m not certain that the Supreme Court of the United States has ever actually adjudicated this issue specifically and in a focalized manner. And just for the audience out there, you know, none of us are legal scholars. We’re not making any legal claims today on the call. But it seems like this would be a very interesting issue, not only with respect to the entirety of the J6 community and what occurred with each of you prisoners of war.

And that’s, that’s how myself and I think a great deal of Americans think and consider you all. With respect to what occurred underneath that Biden administration. It’s a true shame and it’s a stain on our American history. But it also has an enormous implication for constitutional precedent. You know, with respect to the issue of who actually has the power at the end of the day, does the power emanate from the people into the government like we were taught as children, or does the power emanate from some other source? And with that, I’m going to turn it over to you for your thoughts.

Okay, let’s look at a situation where I’m applying for a mortgage to buy a house, and all of a sudden some bank unrelated comes up to me and says, here is your approved car loan check. I go, wait a minute, I never applied for a car loan. I’m trying to get a mortgage. And they go, you know, here, you got, you. You have to take it. We’re not going to rescind this. And then the mortgage company goes, okay, well, we’re canceling your application because you have this car loan that you know, for whatever reason is on your finances now.

So to bring it back to reality, I never applied for a pardon. None of us did. I don’t know of anybody who actually signed their name on a pardon. It was just something that our great president, and I’m very grateful for what he did, I mean, the fact that I got out of prison seven weeks early. Of course there’s a benefit there. But I told my attorney, public defender in Washington D.C. tony Axum, I said cancel and, you know, reject. Refuse the pardon. He goes, well, I’m not really sure if I can. The next time I was able to call him from prison, he goes, yeah, there’s no way to refuse it.

And it does kill your appeal. And it’s like, well, what am I supposed to do? As the petition to the supreme Court says, I was forced to out of prison Tuesday morning, January 21st. When they woke me up at 12:30 the day before, people with insight informed me that if you’re not released from custody the same day before midnight when your pardon happens, that’s kidnapping by the federal government. So let’s add that to the list of action items. Anyway, I was forced out of prison on a very, very cold day from Jessup, Georgia at 1:30 onto the street.

Some patriots, some God fearing people who have become practically family. I won’t speak their name in public, but believe me, I do in private with people. They showed up strangers at this place. They’d been there for 10 hours waiting for the bureau of Prisons to cut me loose with two other J6 guys. And they had a sign saying, patriot Glenn Brooks, are you ready to come home? Had this big American flag drawn on it. And so I didn’t know how I was Getting out of prison to any place that would be stable and secure. But I had been told, somebody will meet you.

That happened at 1:30, I got to a hotel in Savannah. At 4, I was in bed asleep. At 5, I got up at 8, I was told by these same people that picked me up, we’re taking to the airport because somebody’s coming to get you in a plane to fly you up to Virginia. So I get to the airport to what’s called an fbo, which is a fancy kind of executive part of any airport, not the commercial side. And I’m looking around for a little Cessna or Piper, like mom and Pop flight, you know, aircraft, to see if I even want to get on these things because they can be sketchy, and I know about airplanes.

So I asked somebody who looked like they knew what they were doing about, what are we flying in? And these people own Curves, Women’s Fitness. They said, that’s our citation for jet. That’s how we’re getting you home to Virginia. Now, I live in Florida, but because back to the sentencing. On Friday, September 13, 2024, a date that will live in infamy, my judge sentenced me to what the government was asking for six months. And then out of order, out of protocol, out of government court guidelines, he took me and threw me into prison right there on the spot.

So I changed out of my Brooks Brothers suit into prison garb within the next few minutes. I was told by my public defenders, if you walk into court and you don’t have handcuffs on, you will walk out of court without handcuffs on. That’s the way things are done. Lamberth responded to my public defender when she confronted the judge, saying, your Honor, the government is not even asking for this. I mean, my two public defenders really dropped the ball serious during the trial, but they stood up during the sentencing. I think that’s the protocol. Get them convicted and then try and help them out at the back end.

That’s my. That’s my theory. So Lamberth hears my attorney confront her. I’m sorry, confront him. And he says, we have an election coming up in a few weeks. We have to get them off the street. I don’t think he gets to say that. So that was just another one of these instances where he’s kind of tipping his hat with political bias. Let me stop you, if I may, on that and dwell on that point just for a moment. You said it was Judge Lamberth. Do you happen to remember the judge’s fullness name? Yeah. Royce Lambert. My sister in Virginia informed me that six days before my sentencing, his precious wife of 45 years passed away suddenly from an onset of sepsis poisoning.

So he came to my trial that day six days after losing, you know, the shock of losing his wife. And while he did not appear out of hand, his conduct on the bench was clearly misguided, politically driven. Fascinating point. And. And coming back to the quote there that you attributed just a moment ago. You stated that this particular individual there in the courtroom actually said that there was an election approaching. And these individuals referring to January 6th, you know, those that have been charged with January 6th related crimes, we have to get them off the streets.

This was a quote. Yep. That’s on the record. Absolutely incredible. And so then, moving on from that, we obviously have what occurred there. We have the. The play out of the pardon. We now have a petition that has been prepared and filed with scotus, and the petition is seeking a new trial. Is that correct? Yeah. So there’s three parts, as I understand it. I’m not an attorney, but as I understand it, because the pardon was not asked for, tried to refuse it because it will always, always kill any. Any proceedings regarding the case, it killed my appeal, which was valid.

There’s a due process issue there that I didn’t ask for the pardon. I didn’t want the pardon. I wanted my appeal. And because that was taken away, that was deprived. There’s a, due processing. That’s part A, part B, I want a new trial. And part C, I want that new trial not in DC with the same poison. I want it at the court of jurisdiction where I lived on January 6, and during the arrest, which is in Santa Ana, California, called the Ronald Reagan Federal Building, if. Because I don’t live there anymore. Right. Kind of forced out of the area.

My current jurisdiction is this courthouse in Fort Pierce, Florida, which handles all of South Florida. Absolutely incredible. And the implications, I, you know, as I understand it, and I’m not a legal scholar again, but the implications here, I think, are enormous. We’re talking about being the true vector here or creating a true vector, potentially, that would allow individuals associated with this particular event, this. This, again, the stain on American history, to actually clear their name. A pardon goes a great distance. It does a lot of great things. We’re not trying to dispute that in any fashion, but this is the manner that actually allows one to clear one’s record and receive an indemnification that allows for true justice to be served.

Is that a fair characterization? Yeah, you know, it’s. It’s very astute that you summarize it that way. I have seven children, and a number of those children have seen themselves being tainted because of me. And now, you know, I’m, I’m estranged from my children. 7. Not all of them, but some of them, most of them. And if I get a new trial and I get not guilty verdicts for same charges with not guilty, with a unbiased judge and an unbiased jury and a prosecutor who’s not trying to hang the defendant at any, at any cost, then I can go back to my kids and explain to them, and not just me, Most of the J6 defendants were just misdemeanors.

And we would be able to, in the mind of society, you know, get our reputation back or at least get some of it back. And so I think that’s a, I think that’s something worth fighting for. And I’ve instructed, I think I said it a few moments ago, I’ve instructed my attorneys to introduce language there that the Supreme Court could lean on to grant some kind of review redress to anybody who wants it in that J6 thing. But I think quite a few people are absolutely entitled to getting the effort made to redeem the reputation. Right.

And let’s, let’s remember that, you know, pardon makes it sound like you did something wrong. They’re like, forgiving you for it. It’s, it still kind of almost sounds like you need the party and to get by, but not when you’re not really even guilty. And that’s a completely different thing. They did a, a horrible thing to you. And I’m sure you could use that on your record. That not. Not guilty. Absolutely. Yep. But, but again, Charles, just to kind of reiterate, I don’t want this thing with the Supreme Court to be just about me because there’s a bigger picture here.

And I’m fighting for, I’m fighting for the exposure of what is filthy. And if that exposure happens, Lord willing, there’s going to be a lot of vindication beyond pardon. It’s kind of a righteous cause. It’s incredible. You’re sort of stealing the remark right out of my mouth and teeing up the closing segment here perfectly. And that’s with respect to the correction that has to become systemic. Right. There has to be momentum built and generated. There has to be codification and then respect and edification of certain things in our society. Again, certainly cleaning out and restoring the judiciary to an objective and liberty focused balance, that has to be part of the equation.

And I think something like this is A perfect example of a major cog in the wheel of moving that, you know, transformation and that restoration of society forward. But I want to direct the last question, if I can, to both of you. I want to start with CJ and that’s with respect to what this means for the American people. Now we’re talking about unleashing the potential, you know, in, in sort of a hypothetical way here. We’re talking about unleashing the potential of a tremendous amount of societal narrative change. We’re talking about a population that has had a difficult time adjusting in many regards to, you know, understanding what has been going on in their world.

We’re still seeing even today, the, the sort of resistance to the truth, if you will. And we can look at platforms like Blue sky or Instagram or others to sort of have that confirmed. The dichotomy is very real even now. But things like this serve to blend that together. They serve to provide a lot of healing, if I can go so far as to say, because it helps to restore the idea that there is a balance to our society, that there is an inherent fairness. And I think that’s one of the things that we’ve, we’ve had sort of destabilized and taken away from us in many regards.

And that restoring that, I think, goes a long way to healing the entirety of the consciousness. So I wanted to direct the question over to C.J. you know, over at the Spark Free Press. You all are, you know, a localized platform that does a lot of local news and a lot of state based news, but you follow the pulse nationally and on a state level pretty closely. What does it mean to bring the American people back together and actually restore the institutions like the judiciary, the appeal process, the right to a fair trial, the right to true and, and transparent and authentic due process.

What does that mean for the American people? Okay. Yeah. So, you know, so I got, I got the names, the Spark. I got it from the, the movie, the Mockingjay in the Hunger Games. And, and they have this symbol and she’s like a spark that. They’re in a dystopian society and the government’s, you know, screwing everybody. And they’re, she’s like the spark of the revolution that eventually changes, that topples the dystopian government. So we feel like that this case right here can, can turn into that enough to expose what actually happened in 2020. What happened in the election? Was there, was it stolen from the American people? Did we even have an election? You know, these are really big questions that have really big implications.

We believe J6 Glenn is like the tip of the iceberg or the spark. Over at the Spark Free Press here that what we like to say that will help turn the tide, that we can get some to the truth of what actually happened that year. This is so important. I don’t know anything else that’s more important that we still haven’t got an answer of how the election went and went the way it went. Why was J6 Glenn and millions of people there in the first place? So let’s get to the bottom of this. J6 Glenn needs justice.

You know, he needs, he needs compensation or something because for all, you can’t really even pay enough money to, for all that he’s lost. You can’t, you can’t buy the things that he’s lost. And, and we just keep it, have, keep him in your prayers, support him. We hope this turns into something that can get to the truth of, of this important matter of J6 and in January, in the 2020 election, we’re here to support J6 Glenn. The spark free Press will always do that, no matter what. And we, we need the prayers and, and support for this upcoming battles.

Well spoken, Glenn. Final remarks. I think as CJ really clearly pointed out and sg you as well, I really want to commend you. It’s going to take a miracle for a little nothing burger like me to get the kind of thing that I envision and hope for and pray for. Pam Bondi’s DOJ has not been helpful. And I don’t really know if they want to try and get this thing, you know, the whole j. Get down to the, the, the nuts and bolts of what they know and helping the American public gain confidence because, you know, we don’t trust our institutions.

And that’s because we’ve lost trust certainly in our government. You know, there’s, there’s talks now about recent people having been killed and, and nobody’s trusting what we’re hearing and, and so there’s just this swirl of confusion, confusion in our culture. And we have to start getting some remedial action. We start, we have to start pushing back and, and getting back to the place where we do trust our government. I mean, the Biden administration, forget about it. That was such a train wreck, A to Z. And you know, thank God that Donald Trump was reelected. I was in Tallahassee prison on the day of the election.

They locked us up early because they must have thought there’d be, you know, some trouble or something in the morning. When I came out for breakfast and I go, that’s right. You know what happened at the election? People were telling me that Trump won and Trump won big. And it’s like, I really couldn’t believe it. It’s like, how could that happen if they pulled off what they did, what appears to have happened in 2020, how could they have dropped the ball in 2024? But you know, it’s been a journey since that time. I’ve been fighting this battle to get my appeal back and restored and it has taken me now to the Supreme Court.

It will be interesting. I don’t know how long it takes for a response, but John Roberts is the guy whose clerks will review my petition and 43 page petition and then, you know, make some kind of recommendations to him. And I think at that point he would be making recommendations to the other eight justices for, for review, etc, Powerful indeed. And our hearts and prayers here from Q News Patriot. Go with you. J6 Glenn. I have to say this has been an incredible interview. Thank you both for joining me today.
