2 DAYS OF INFAMY! BAD THINGS HAPPEN ON APRIL 19 AND 20TH

Predicting dates is a fool’s errand, but I will tell you what gave me pause is this date zone of April 19th and April 20th. Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. Let me review it so we can honor those who have fallen. The injustice that many of them suffered. Yeah. And we promise we’re not going to get too conspiratorial here. I’m Dave Hodges. And I started doing it every hour. And within a couple of weeks, I’m walking up those stairs. I’m able to carry out normal daily activities. And I went to the doctor and I was doing better. And he even said, Dave, this is bad. You got strip lung linings at your age. They ain’t coming back. Prognosis, well, you’re probably going to have oxygen. And you know how that goes. I told my wife, I said, uh-uh, not going to do it. And I was in the gym every day. My son was my partner on most days. But I started getting sore.

I’m making improvements. My VL2 max is coming up. And strength is coming up. And metabolic health was getting good. But my choice. Oh, so that comes in to the nanosoma topical gel. Iwantmyhealthpack.com slash Dave Hodges. Let’s talk about those fateful days of April 19th and April 20th. Let’s start with April 19th. Ruby Ridge. Oh, gosh. Randy Weaver saws a shotgun down. And it’s one fourth of an inch below the legal limit.

He didn’t have anything nefarious, but he was an outspoken opponent of many aspects of the present administration at that time. And so the FBI showed up with a SWAT team. Did you hear what happened? His son’s out hunting. And an FBI agents shot him in the back. And killed his 15 year old son. His wife, Vicki Weaver, is holding their infant by the kitchen window. Doesn’t even know anything’s going on. Sniper shoots her in the head, holding the infant clearly visible in the scope. He didn’t care. That monster killed her. She had done nothing wrong. Randy was taken into custody.

Later charges were dismissed. The public, including people like me, that I wasn’t even that politically active then. But I was outraged. Wrote to public officials, I want something done. By the way, do you know who the key figure, the Attorney General, who let the guy off who killed Vicki Weaver without cause? Kind of reminds me of Ashley Babbitt, doesn’t it? But anyway, do you know who that was? It was Bill Barr. That’s all you need to know. And he’s been identified in the Stenstrom work that you ONI, Office of Naval Intelligence, retiree, who’s identified deep state personnel.

Okay. And he wouldn’t prosecute. Congress didn’t agree with it. Congress held a hearing. They reviewed the facts. Randy went and testified at Congress. If I’m not mistaken, I think they gave him $4 million. That doesn’t bring back your son and doesn’t bring back your wife. And Randy had to live with that for the rest of his life. That was one April 19th. Can you believe that? Let’s do Waco. I think most of us would say the Branch Davidians were a little out there. If there were childhood marriages to adult men, that should have been dealt with.

But that’s not why they showed up. They’d be in the ATF. They showed up with guns. People looking out. Oh, my gosh, look at these guys are coming with guns. And they shot for ATF agents were tragically killed. And that is a tragedy. They were following orders, the people on the ground. But I don’t know why they had to make that kind of forceful attempt at forceful entry. And it led to a 51 day standoff. Janet Reno then ordered the armored vehicles in and it could be an accident could have been on purpose. I have no idea.

But a fire massive fire was started. And many of the people were burned to death, including an estimated 20 children. They weren’t going anywhere. Was that really necessary? And did the children deserve to die? And then here’s the tragic thing of all. Every Saturday, their leader, David Koresh, and I found this out later and I was outraged. Every Saturday, he went into Waco. And he had his haircut. If they were really concerned about the operation he was running, why wouldn’t they have arrested him there? They might have been able to avoid the terrible tragedy. It was April 19th.

And of course, there’s Oklahoma City. Now, I’ve looked at the Branch Davidians and the Waco, so-called Waco Massacre. There is a problem here with Oklahoma City. I think the facts are pretty straightforward in Waco and Ruby Ridge. I remember when I looked at these two events together, I said, what the hell is our government coming to? I was one of these naive Americans that thought the government was still largely on our side with mistakes. That was the day when I began to look at these two together, I said, I don’t believe that anymore. Are there good officials? Yeah.

But there’s some bad intent. And Oklahoma City really casts doubt on my belief system. And it took me years to really kind of have it repeated exposure here, this, here, that. And I said, one day, I got to really look into this. I don’t want to make any snap judgments. But what I did see on television, on Channel 12, NBC News at the time, I’m watching my TV and the news comes on. They go, here’s a grainy footage of Timothy McVeigh with a man in a bar the night before. The federal building was blown up and the man appeared to be a Middle Eastern.

And I have probably talked to over the years, 100 people in the Phoenix area that saw that news item. Hey. Yet McVeigh and McNichols. Our Nichols, he was convicted as planning it. But there is more to this story than meets the eye. And I’m not going to go into the myriad of conspiracy theories. Let me just tell you what they said officially. So we have the video and that was not Nichols in there. OK, so what’s he doing? McVeigh made their plan poker and this guy had nothing to do with it until you consider this.

I remember I was teaching. And one of my students came into my psychology class and she said, have you seen what happened in Oklahoma City? I said, no, what are you talking about? And so we had a monitor. I turned the TV off. I was horrified and the building was gone. And I was just an absolute shock. So this can’t be happening in America. And then I taught that class pretty shaken. That was my last class of the day. So I turned the TV back on and I watched some of the news coverage then on CNN.

And they were saying, we’re looking for two John Does. John Doe, number one, white male. John Doe, number two, here’s the catch. Middle Eastern male. And then he gave a little additional description, but that matches what I had seen later on. With that grainy video. And then they tried to say, well, he acted alone on the scene. I don’t know if that’s true or not. The fact that we have those two facts doesn’t necessarily mean there was a Middle Eastern man involved. They got away with it, but it does make you wonder, doesn’t it? Anyway, the point is this tragic event that killed 168 Americans.

And I think it injured somewhere around 66 more and just wrecked lives, families to a horrific level. That happened on April 19th. Now we go to April 20th. Hitler’s birthday. I don’t have much to say beyond that, but I would be hard pressed to find a more despicable figure. Unless we’re talking about male, say tongue or Stalin, you know, they’re kind of the triumphant of modern day genocide. But Hitler’s birthday. Would the world have been better off without him? Who’s to say though, if some other opportunist would not have taken his place and done the same thing.

We can’t say that for sure. But horrible day Hitler being born. Then we go to something that’s near and dear to my heart. And I’ve already done a small related piece on this today with a young lady named Cassie Bernal. And she was a victim of the Columbine massacre. And as I mentioned in that piece earlier segment today, I said, this has a special meaning to me. I knew the coach that was killed. Because I did my student teaching at Columbine, not at that time, significantly earlier. But I was shocked because I remember thinking, my gosh, if this can happen in an upscale and wonderful neighborhood, like the Columbine area, this can happen.

Anywhere. And this was a boy that editor being true with all the school shootings we’ve had since then. But Columbine was kind of the coming out party for school shootings. And 12 kids tragically killed the two assailants committed suicide. And the event was cast in doubt, but I brought up Cassie’s name because she had recently converted to Christ. And she had actually written a memoir that her younger brother found after her death. It was two days before she was murdered. And she said, Christ is the only way. And the question was asked, do you believe, who believes in God? She stood up after being under the table and said, I do.

And she was shot and killed. It’s that the Columbine thing is so tragic, but it happened on April 20th. And then in 2010, we had the Gulf oil spill. A lot of controversy there surrounding the money movement and this and that. And the other was their foreign knowledge. I’m not going to get into any of that because I know some people are going to say that in the comment section. I will say this, though. I think the greatest crime of this was the use of corrects it that just buried the oil in the water column, did all kinds of ecological damage.

And the corrects, it was bad for humans. There were all kinds of health side effects. I had many of those people on my radio show at that time from places like Clackamas Parish and the Baton Rouge area and also in Florida and the Gulf Coast of Florida. I had a lot of people on that. I remember once we had someone on whose elementary school, they said, everyone’s getting asthma. Everyone has skin rashes and people link that to the misuse of corrects, which is banned by the way at that time in 17 first world countries. That was a huge tragedy.

The whole event was tragic and the ecological system in the Gulf hasn’t fully recovered. It’s made great progress, but it was in the air. You had the transportation cycle where this would rain down on crops as far as way as Memphis and people couldn’t sell the crop. And we covered that on our website at the common sense show dot com. Farmers were coming on and talking about it on my radio show. It was a terrible, terrible, terrible tragedy. And whether it was a conspiracy or not, doesn’t matter for the purpose of our discussion here. But it’s important here is that it’s just one more huge, very bad thing that happened on the dates of either April 19th or in this case, April 20th.

We have Pacific time. Interesting. Right now it is 1206 on Easter Sunday. Yes, we’ve already been to church. Yes, in one hour we leave for dinner and relatives place. Our niece, to be exact. But we have almost 12 hours left. Pacific time, nine hours Eastern for something bad to happen. I just say quick prayer, Jesus, please protect us on this terrible, terrible day of infamy. In your name, we pray. Amen. These are black letter days in America, April 19th, April 20th. But I told you and, you know, if Trump was going to declare martial law in April 20th, that probably would have happened by now.

That was the rumor that was circulating. And I asked a question. I said, do you think it’s going to happen? And I’ve said, it’s a fool’s errand to predict dates. And then I said, I wouldn’t bet on this. It looks like I was right. Thank goodness. But this country is in such a way. And there are so many conflicts and so many domestic dangers right now inside our borders. I can’t promise anything. So we still have almost 12 hours to go in my time zone. Let’s hope nothing happens. April 19th to April 20th. Terrible days in American history.
