Good afternoon, patriots, and welcome to the 214th audio chat in the QNews Patriot Rumble channel series. I am the QNEWS Patriot, joined today by CEO of Scalar Wellness Company EE System, Mr. Michael Bertolicini. My name is SG Anon. Patriots. It’s always been my goal to bring a little bit of everything for your viewing and listening pleasure because for far too long in our shared history, learning that which was actually helpful and empowering wasn’t even possible. Today’s talk is one such slice of a much broader pie, and I’m excited to welcome Michael to the show to discuss this idea of scalar field technology as well as his family company’s history and something called the $10 million shakedown video, which we’ll show a couple of minutes of in today’s show.

EE System claims this was the true reason for the company’s current legal battle with a former business partner and his now competing organization. As a reminder, there’s no business relationship between QNP and E System or between qnp and. And TLS. Mr. Bertolicini, after that long introduction, it’s wonderful to have you on the show. Thank you for joining me. Oh, thank you for having me, SG It’s. You’ll have to come jump on our podcast when you’re here. I know you don’t like to be on camera, but maybe we can do a 107 thing where we put your shoes in front of the mic.

I’m flattered, but I think I’ll stick with my own style. But just to speed this up, we have so we really have so much to cover today. But for purposes of getting the ball rolling, and since this is the first time that I’ve had the privilege to bring you on, I thought it would be good if you could give us a rundown maybe on yourself and your relationship to EE System. There’s still a lot of questions on everyone’s minds about next generation wellness, and I want to get to what EE System is and what it does here shortly, just for everyone out there, but could we start off today with a little bit about Michael Bertolicini? Yeah.

I mean, obviously the son of the brilliant Dr. Sandra Rose, Michael, she was the forefront of wellness and you know, what everyone used to call woo woo, which is now kind of the forefront of a lot of the general biohacking, how to live longer life kind of industries. You know, she started off in the 70s, maybe even she’s. I don’t want to give her her age. She’ll yell at me. But she. She’s very long in the tooth when it comes to helping people live a longer life and a healthier life. So she started building the technology when I was a child.

I started helping her when I was 16. For reference, I’m 40 now. I’ve been helping her run the company more into my 20s, but I started helping when I was 16 and just kind of watching it evolve. And it evolved from something that everyone thought was crazy to everything thought everyone thought was brilliant. And now here we are sitting here today with over 500 centers across 60 some countries and thousands of systems in private homes all over the world. You know, obviously we’ve seen anything and everything have positive results. It’s, we get calls all the time and I personally get calls.

Oh, thank you. I have this result, this result and I’ll jump on Facebook or somewhere and I’ll type it out and I’ll be like, oh, this is so cool. And then realize I’m going to get in a ton of trouble if I actually say what we’re actually seeing. Research wise, we do have some really exciting news. I just got preliminary data on what will be a peer reviewed published study. And the preliminary data was revolving around glutathione on a blood level. So looking at the redox and the glutathione levels in the blood in real time, they showed an 85% increase in glutathione levels.

And this is without taking supplements, taking IVs. This is just sitting in an EE system. It was 41 participants over, I think it was 32 hours over a period of time, but 85% in glutathione. And for those that don’t know how that relates, it’s your master antioxidant in the body. You could think of oxidization as rust occurring just like on your brake pads or brake rotors on a blood level. So if you can remove the rust, it’s like general maintenance. Antioxidants is basically what’s keeping you from aging. If you can increase the antioxidant level, you’re no longer oxidizing.

So it removes that rust from the blood, hopefully. That was kind of like a five year old overview of glutathione and the rust on the blood. I got this long white paper on it and I was like, how do I make this understandable? Because even I didn’t really fully understand it when I read, I’m like, this is complicated. That’s kind of just a quick nutshell on where the technology is at the current moment. Well, it’s Fascinating. And obviously your passion for the technology is very apparent there. I appreciate you letting us know about some of these clinical examples we can reference and I do want to reference back to those here shortly.

But for purposes of understanding going into the call. So you are the son of the inventor of the technology, CEO of the company, and have been a major part of it. I think based on the math you said a moment ago, around 28 years or so. Not quite, not quite 30 years. And so that’s a quite, you know, a long history. It’s, it’s a steep learning curve, if you will. We of course know that here in the United States during the late 20th century there was a very concerted effort by, we’ll just call it the powers that be to try and shut down things that were a threat to the allopathic model, the Rockefeller model and really the defense industrial base.

But that’s a whole other discussion for another time. And so throughout that period of time, if I’m to understand correctly, that late 20th century, into the Y2K season and then, you know, shortly after that whole 9, 11, you know, new 21st century period, excuse me, the technology was being developed, it was being built, it was being tested and results were being seen, is that correct? Yeah, I mean we have. The first Clinic was in 2001. The first time I saw a system was sometime in the late 90s. My mom started developing her first what you call scalar healing light chamber in the late 70s.

There’s a lot of research that’s gone into this and in reading some like fusion technology, quantum technology papers as things from cern, it’s really fascinating because it kind of seems like my mom was so far ahead of the curve before anyone knew what phase conjugate wave pairing was or really how beneficial color therapy was, or really what even scalar was, she was figuring it out. And it’s, it’s just fascinating. And you know, there’s a lot of declassified documents coming out over the years in regards to mental mechanics and color. I just saw one today that was really interesting that a lot of people in the, the GATE program as kids were getting taught too.

And I don’t, I can’t confirm whether my mom was ever selected for GATE or if she is just brilliant. And for those not knowing what GATE is, basically back in the day the government was trying to find extra smart kids and put them in programs because they special abilities. And it’s, I think she was actually picked for it and ran away from it, which is fascinating. But when, when you, you take a technology like ours, obviously it doesn’t like pop up overnight. There’s a lot of little tiny moving pieces and it took me years to really understand what she’d done.

But scalar is generated through phase conjugate wave pairing. For, for the layman, it would be a cancellation pair. So two opposing pairs colliding and creating another effect. We balance that out with four points, collision points to create what I call a balance scalar field. And then we have the collision of photons. And everyone who’s familiar with cern, they’re speeding up photons and colliding them to create the God particle. We’re obviously not speeding them up, but it’s fascinating because they can’t actually measure what’s occurring when they collide these photons. What they’re actually measuring, and I’ve read this in their white papers, is the atmosphere around it.

Because when you’re going, in other words, the field it generates, well, it’s, it’s, they can’t measure the feel it generates, they can measure the changes in the atmosphere. So we live in a 3D world. Our tools are designed in three dimensions. If it’s hard for us to even comprehend or visualize something that’s fifth dimensional or higher because it’s, it’s outside of our construct. But those dimensions, they exist clearly. So when you’re going into the quantum, it’s hard to actually measure it. So it was fascinating because we haven’t been able to measure scalar, but scalar is termed visible by effect.

So for cern, the, you know, the peak of technological advancement on the planet currently, whether it’s for good or bad or neutral is questionable. You never know. I’m sure it’s, there’s partitions that are, some are good and some are bad, but for them to say that we’re not actually able to measure these, these quantum events that were, you know, spending, I don’t know how much money, I’m sure it’s in the trillions to build these colliders. They’re not measuring the event, they’re actually measuring the, the around the event, the atmosphere around the event. So you think a bunch of spectrum analyzers and different high end equipment to just see what’s occurring around it.

So for, for heard of, I, I kind of joke and I say, you know, you’ve seen E.T. the movie and most hopefully most of the watching is old enough. You know, ET goes into the Radio Shack to try and make a communication device to phone home. My mom kind of figured out how to use modern day equipment on her own to create a quantum event. Incredible. So let me make sure that I understand this a little bit and I’ll try to break it down somewhat for the audience out there. So with respect to this collision of photons, this process that’s occurring, that’s generating what we’re saying is a balanced scalar field measurable by its effects on the atmosphere around it or the human body in this case, because that’s the primary focus.

Okay, all right. And so with that it actually makes a great deal of sense because when you look at any advancement throughout, we’ll say the last 250 years or so, 300 years, the ability to monitor and measure certain things like radio frequency waves for example, or radar waves for example, these types of things have always existed, they’ve always been out there. But the ability to track, monitor and understand and thus distill it into something that has meaning and value to humans, that took some process that took, you know, a while to build out and to adapt to, and oftentimes that came either simultaneous with or on the other side of the discovery of the reality of these intangible and we’ll call it invisible variables of reality.

And so it sounds to me like E system is much in the same regard. Right. We have something that’s very cutting edge. We’re talking about scalar field. I’ve heard you said phased conjugate wave pairs. I’ve heard that terminology applied to wave mechanics before. And like you said, the cancellation effect is really the best. It’s like a mathematical analogy or metaphor, but it’s the best that I’ve ever heard for it. And so that is being built out by this particular technology that you all have, or being stabilized, I should say, by this technology that you all have.

But the measuring component is sort of still ongoing, if you will. You mentioned some studies earlier. I know that there are some studies that are ongoing according to the website. Do you mind to tell us a little bit about what those studies so far and studies that are ongoing or showing. Well, the ongoing one is the glutathione. It should be completed in November. So I just got preliminary data from the doctor that’s doing it and they did a control group which is actually really difficult with our technology because obviously you can’t make anything like a sugar pill that kind of looks similar to what we have.

So we did our best with that, which we’ll bring out in the paper. I think one of the most profound things is looking at live blood cell Analysis in darkfield because you’re seeing after a single hour session a really profound result. There’s not a lot on the for any type of modality or western medicine that will show like a rapid unclump clumping of blood cells. It’s almost like someone went into a hyperbaric and got super oxygenated, but then like a destacking with sickle cell benefits in some of those blood studies. So they’re, they’re very image friendly instead of having to rely on like what’s going on in the body on a scientific level, which I like.

I mean, I don’t want to quote because I don’t want to get in trouble as the CEO of the company. A lot of the stuff in papers because I want to misquote it, but absolute miracles in the original Dr. Vegas study from 2001. And people have just stacked up miracle after miracle in those. And I really encourage people to go read them because I don’t want to misquote them and I don’t remember them all of them. Fair enough. Thank you for that. And so that’s going to lead me then into another arena here that I’m hoping you’ll entertain me with.

It’s going to be a little bit of a shift in vibe and that’s with respect to some ongoing things that have happened in the last 18 months. With respect to the technology. You know, obviously that anything that, you know, comes out into the marketplace as a new advancement, an innovative advancement or an original type of thing, it always has to undergo the test of time. It has to, you know, withstand that. It has to stand up to public scrutiny as well. And it also has to survive what I would characterize as sort of like those punctuation marks throughout the journey of a company or the journey of a product.

And that is, you know, the moments where there’s tension and friction. And so with respect to that, to tee this up for the audience out there, we talked about it on this particular show shortly after the proceedings had just begun. We were sort of following this corporate tete a tete that was going on between EE System and a group called TLS or the Light System. I’ve not reported on that for a very long time for a whole host of reasons, most of which concerned my personal world over the last 18 months, sort of running in that same parallel time period.

But the evolution of that process has been something truly remarkable. And the legal filings, which are posted@eesystem.com legal for anyone who wants to see the current up to date status of the proceedings as they are, as they are being issued from the court. They can go there and see those. They’re uploaded contemporaneously by EE system. But, Mr. Bertolicini, do you mind to give us a rundown on the events of the last 18 months, specifically the last 12 months, and how has that impacted the process of bringing EE Systems message to the world? Well, I think we should start back a little further than that.

Every great technology has people that will try and copycat, knock off, modify. Everyone wants a piece of pie. Unfortunately, we live in a time where a lot of people aren’t very creative. So what they do is they go and they take other people’s intellectual property and then they try to distribute it as their own. And this is kind of the strange thing that occurred here. And we didn’t really anticipate it. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. We’ve been attacked by attorney generals in one. We’ve had a couple other people try to do copycats, and they typically phase out because the efficacy isn’t there.

Obviously, we’ve been around for over 20 years. We have a strong user base, strong ecosystem, and efficacy is the biggest measure here, is really just efficacy. So we were growing at a rapid pace pre Covid. During COVID And yes, even during COVID ironically, with everything being shut down. Named Jason Shirka. Now, Jason Shurka has got this wild story of being the chosen one of a supposedly benevolent secret society guiding humanity’s hands involves a lot of nonsense about aliens and extraterrestrial bases and stuff. And while these things may exist, I don’t think he has any actual evidence of that being true.

I think it’s just a story. Unfortunately, we do believe in benevolent secret societies here at EE System. I’m sure there’s multiple. Multiple ones out there. And we took it at face value of being a valid benevolent secret society and helpful individual. But he came and did an interview with my mom. It went viral. And then he had the bright idea of saying, hey, I want to help you guys do marketing and help it help do marketing for the centers that are popping up. They’re going to need help. And we obviously said, okay, well, what does that look like? He said, I don’t want anything.

TLS said, I’ll not to make a cent from any of this. And we’re like, all right. Well, I mean, I can’t argue with people helping and not asking for anything. So it just kind of led down a pathway and everything was great. And Essentially e system gave Jason Shirka and his, his brand Unified Healing. Currently in the lawsuits total not over 9 million. I think it’s 9.7 in material and immaterial funding for the Unified Healing project, which worked for a period of time and then didn’t at all. And I think that was just, you know, Internet hype of making YouTube videos.

There was a lot of positive momentum there. So we, I think at peak we had 700 centers. I think around half of them were on the Unified Healing Network. And for reference, these were people paying $20,000 for two year contracts or $1,000 per month for this marketing and pri. You know, prior to this 10 million dollar shakedown, you know, we, we’d given Jason 500K in matched ad spend for his Unified Healing project. And we were, we didn’t see any marketing, we weren’t seeing any of this ad spend. Our clients were giving millions of dollars for marketing support, which never materialized.

And ironically, in his recent deposition, he said that the only thing his contract said that he would do was put them on a website and a map. And that was the understanding for myself or any of our center owners. And so I found an ad tool kind of bopping around here that showed where ad spend was occurring. Now, in tandem to this, Jason was running what he called Unified tv. Now Unified TV was supposed to be kind of like a Gaia network. It was, you know, aliens, conspiracy, spirituality, videos and content. And we found millions of dollars being spent on that, which wasn’t any in, in the agreement.

And only a couple hundred thousand dollars had been spent over the course of the, the year, year to date, until 2024. I started asking, where’s the money going? Why aren’t we seeing any ads? And why am I, why are my centers calling my office saying they’re not getting any leads? Why am I not seeing any of these ads? And he kind of gave up like, oh, well, you shouldn’t see them because, you know, you know about it. I was like, all right, that doesn’t make any sense. I started asking everyone, you seen any ads? No one saw any ads.

And the ad spend tracker kind of showed there was only like one or two ad creatives. There’s a very few, a couple weird variations, but money wasn’t being spent on ads. And then there was 120,000 dumped into Brazil, which is a Portuguese speaking country that I think my working theory here is, after thinking about it is while I was asking him to show that they were spending something, he pulled up a screen and said, Look $120,000 was spent here. I’m like, still doesn’t make sense for why no one’s getting leads. So in the course of this, and I think you’ll show the, the clip.

He basically, basically, he first came, he said, hey, I want to want you to buy the Unified healing project for $30 million. I said, there’s absolutely no way. He’s like, you’ll make your money back in two years. Which is ludicrous. I don’t think Unified Heels are making, making any money today. And we’re, we’re not even at the two year mark. Don’t quote me on that. But I, I don’t, I don’t, I don’t think they’re doing all that well. I don’t know anyone that’s still on it. It kind of failed its mission. So then it came, oh, well, how about 15 million? He dropped the price, 50.

I was like, I don’t want a marketing company that, like, I funded this project so that you would go help these centers. I have enough on my plate. I don’t want this. Then it was, you know, I got sick for a week and his father’s calling me, he’s calling me like, hey, you need to make an offer on this. I’m like, dude, I don’t, I really don’t want it. So I was like, let’s get a M and A attorney involved. For those not familiar with M and A attorney, M and A is Mergers and Acquisition. They assess the value of companies.

He refused to give us financials, so, I mean, it was impossible to really get a valid number. So our attorneys tried, came down to about 1.5 million in the end, but they didn’t want the attorneys to get involved. So a day before the attorneys were going to get involved, I get asked to be on a zoom call. And it was recorded between both sides, which the judges just ruled on. So we now have authority to actually show this video because he filed a temporary restraining order saying that he didn’t authorize the recording. And the judge just days ago said that clearly all the evidence shows that he knew this was being recorded.

So the $10 million shakedown video speaks for itself. It basically is, you need to give us $10 million or we’re going to destroy you and your company. And I’ll let the video speak for itself instead of going into it. I was shell shocked 15 minutes after this. I said no. And I tried to keep the negotiations open too. I’m like, hey, listen, we can keep talking like, no, you Made your decision. It’s war, basically. So 15 minutes later, they launched a defamation campaign targeting myself, my mother, my company, a lot of our. The individuals involved with our company.

And it’s indicative of really a dark scenario. Give us money or else. This is essentially extortion. And after that, obviously, you know, this is an individual that had painted himself as this altruistic guru with the backing of this, you know, benevolent secret society. So it was me with a maybe 10,000 person following versus someone with half a million followers and this image of altruism. And he came out and flame sprayed the Internet saying all these false and defamatory things. And we really didn’t have a way to defend ourselves because he took the Internet a storm. Now we’re coming out with this.

You know, we’d hoped diplomacy would. Would succeed. We, we had other negotiations which all ult ultimately failed. And we, we tried to go the course of the legal system. And it’s a very, very slow process for anyone that’s been involved. But kind of the overview here on who should you trust? Obviously, we’ve been around a long time, great reputation throughout history until this event, and which is why we’re coming out now is we need to kind of repair and set the record straight. You know, my mom’s an absolute saint. She’s done nothing but help people her whole life.

We’ve done nothing but do right by our community as both individuals and a business. You know, before all this, there was no negativity about who we were. And then one person goes on the Internet with a big following and completely nukes the narrative and saying very false and defamatory things. And we have a TRO in place against Mr. Shirka at this moment, barring him from saying a lot of these false and defamatory things. That should be an indicator as well of who is telling the truth. Court doesn’t issue a TRO or temporary restraining order. If you’re telling the truth.

That’s, you know, that’s basically barring free speech. And that only occurs if what you’re doing is causing irreparable harm and damage and is false. So it’s kind of where we’re at with, with that as far as an overview of where we’re at as far as winning. Jason filed a retaliatory motion in New York saying that we stole the technology that my family developed our whole life. It’s up for its second stage of dismissal. I think the judge there is sitting on the Nevada case, which is going very well for us, and Waiting to see what happens.

But cases typically don’t go for, for dismissal if they have good merit. Some of the narrative that should be addressed is, you know, that we didn’t develop this technology and we stole it from someone. You know, he kind of waved around this copyright that, that the alleged inventor says was, was our technology. It says Synchronicity Engine. Well, if you open the copyright and look at the contents, her name is an author. And the software isn’t called Synchronicity, it’s called Huna. And my mom developed a process called Huna Cotting, which is incorporated, incorporated into our technology. So this was a paid contractor with a, a wild story and on top of it and you know, people say, oh, what about this license agreement? Why was she licensing it? And I haven’t actually been able to bring this forward in.

My attorneys just gave me authorization because this was kind of a wild card in the case. But it’s, it’s basically that license agreement was for Synchronicity Engine and license of Synchronicity Engine. Synchronicity Engine never existed. It is a vaporware. He told my mom and her ex husband and myself and everyone the Synchronicity Engine was a series of advanced algorithms, including acausal physics, Jungian theory, Chaos theory, advanced microprocessor things. We’ve got the list in the old records from him, but when we opened up the source code, none of that was in there. All he made was a scrolling effect.

And he basically got a license off the vaporware, saying it has all these advanced things that are going to help with healing. And so when we rewrote the software, we’re like, all right, let’s take out all of this, this Synchronicity Engine and my Uncle Max, who’s the head programmer for the Lockheed Missile program, highly credentialed, worked on multiple DoD projects. I remember he was, he’s like, none of that’s in there. Anything, nothing you described is in there. And then he had a, you know. Correct. A lot of the things that we actually wanted in there that weren’t in there.

So we have a rogue programmer claiming to be the inventor. The same rogue programmer who, who says scalar waves don’t exist. This is a quote him. That’s something my, my, my, my mother made up. And obviously scalar waves do exist. They’re taught in theoretical physics across pretty much every university that teaches physics. So now we have a competing product that is scalar but not invented by my mom somehow. And it’s, it’s just a Long story of narrative. But New York’s up for dismissal. Las Vegas, Jason and Unified, they’ve tried to drag it out as long as possible and not being cooperative, it’s.

We’re still looking for the missing ad spend. And if you go watch our expose on YouTube, we, we go through that. They have not provided any evidence that they have that they did spend money that we provided or the E System centers. I think this is a great place to plug. Like the E System centers have been completely impacted in the most negative ways from this negative narrative control that Jason had put out. So please visit EE Systems. They’re independent of me. I don’t make any money from that. And they’re lovely people, but they gave a lot of money for marketing that never came.

And instead of marketing, they received a complete shell shock of defamation in our entire ecosystem. But I think, does that kind of wrap up a overview of what’s going on in the courts? Indeed, it’s actually a tremendous amount of information. I want to parlay some of that if I can. So let’s start back at the, at what you were saying just a couple of moments ago. So this ad spend situation that went on between EE System and Unified Healing, Unified Healing later became. Let me make sure that I understand this. Unified Healing merged with TLS or TLS came into the Force separately.

Do you mind to clarify that for me? I believe they’re separate entities. But he used the Unified Healing Network to A, get people to cancel orders they currently had, which is part of our case. B, promote the new technology. And it was a really clever tactic of, you know, we. He was our marketing guy and he just flipped the switch, like building your list and then taking the list. Right. And it’s benevolent secret society turns into technology. It’s almost like the Illuminati being like, hey, it’s cool for you to start a computer company called the Illuminati instead of calling it IBM.

Like it just. The narrative fell to pieces between a lot of things. I guess the narrative also fell to pieces too when I was receiving letters from this supposed secret society. And the metadata actually shows it was authored by Jason Shirka himself. You can watch our expose on YouTube and we actually show the image. And. And the other fun thing too is a lot of people like, well, we don’t know the story like it’s yours. Everything I put in our expose was validated by our attorneys and is in our lawsuit and backed by some sort of evidence.

So this is not a he said, she said. Like we have all the receipts. It’s in the lawsuit. He has failed to remove a single item from the lawsuit. Fascinating. So, with respect, then, to these missing monies and the failure to provide financials, as I understand it, there were recent depositions in these ongoing proceedings, both of yourself, of the inventor, your mother, as well as Mr. Shurka. And from those depositions, it was gleaned that Mr. Shurka was unable to verify where those monies went, how they were spent, or even that TLS in a. In a secret societal capacity anyway, even exists.

Is that correct? Yeah. No, I mean, TLS the secret society. And Ray. Highly questionable, controversial concept. He provided no evidence that exists outside of his own belief system. And I call him out in that. In our. In our expose of, like, if this is a real secret society, there’s some evidence somewhere. The Illuminati is staunchly positioned throughout art and different things through history. Freemasonry is prominently provided everywhere, if you know where to look. Every secret society that exists has some sort of evidence. Yeah, some history. There’s none with this. I think it’s completely fabricated for Internet notoriety and manufactured fame and manufactured authority.

But he. He couldn’t provide any. He has yet to provide any evidence to anyone outside of a hooded figure with voice modulation that this is a real thing. As much as we all wanted to believe there’s a benevolent secret society coming forward, that has not occurred to the best of my knowledge, at this point. He said he has no idea how his finances work. You know, he claimed to be worth $200 million to me at one point, and he’s saying that he doesn’t know how he pays his rent. His wife handles that. His wife is. Was like, 21.

That’s coming from his deposition. Yeah, this is coming from his deposition. Well, how do you. How do you get paid? Well, I. I don’t know. I don’t really handle any of that. And. And then one of the craziest things is, you know, his. His father started the light system. First entity, they pass the ball to another entity, which his mother owns, and the company keeps changing hands. Our attorneys call it pass the ball, and they’re kind of doing this as asset protection and making it harder and more expensive for us to find where things have gone and.

And who owns what. It’s a very clever, very dirty tactic, in my opinion. Yeah. I mean, as far as finances. Yeah. He doesn’t know where it went. Who. Who said, well, who’s the. What’s the light system? He just blankly says, I’m not a part of it and the reason he’s saying he’s not a part of it is we have a 30 million plus lawsuit open on him in Nevada and he’s trying to pretend like he doesn’t own anything and isn’t a part of anything. Meanwhile, this company that he promotes at least every other day on the Internet of, you know, buy this product, the competing product of ours, he’s distancing some on paper, I don’t know anything, but please buy my family’s product.

And he’s even admitted there that his family operates as a unit. So I mean, I don’t know where this is going to go in the court cases. It’s going to be really difficult for him to pretend like he’s not promoting the light system considering it’s. Anyone that looks at his socials will see that it’s rather disconcerting to a consumer to see a company that doesn’t really list where they’re operating and who’s operating. First it was a church, then it’s a Wyoming llc. And you know, they have some very dubious things on their terms of services where they’re only liable for a hundred dollars and the return policy is three days, which if you’re a company, you know, you have to give by law a minimum of a three day return policy.

So if you’re looking for a refund because something’s defective or broken, I’m, I mean I, I’ve not dealt with their customer service but I’ve seen comments online that it’s atrocious from what I’ve seen. But we don’t know where the money went from his, from his deposition or anything he’s shown in court in, in a affidavit from an individual, they said that he took 5 million out of Unified healing to Unified TV, which was not something anyone understood. He told myself and a lot of our center owners that every dime put it in Unified Healing will stay in Unified Healing.

Unified Healing on, on a P and L that I saw, I can’t validate whether it’s real or fugazi show that they made $10 million in profit, around 5 million. So if you’re running a company and it’s not providing the marketing services that, that everyone is expecting and you’re taking all the profits and putting into another entity or project, you know, that’s a little questionable as far as, you know, ethical business practices on top of it’s not a business. Apparently it was all donations and he’s a church and it’s a non profit. But if you’re showing me a P L that you’re profiting 5 million.

I have questions on if did that go to charity or your own charity or. I like to know where the 5 million went. We have an idea. We believe it’s unified TV, but he’s not. He doesn’t want to open up his financials in court, obviously. For good reason, I’m guessing. Because if he did, it would just show what we believe. Absolutely fascinating. And so with respect to that, these services that were supposed to be offered via Unified Healing to EE System centers and center owners, these are individual business owners and just. I just want to clarify for the record here, EE System is not franchised with those businesses.

Is that correct? E System provides the technology to allow those businesses to offer a next generation offering. But other than that, there’s not an ongoing relationship. Is that true? That is correct. They all operate independently. They all have their unique flair. We sell a hardware, software ecosystem and offer a warranty and customer support. That’s all we do really. Because we grew so exponentially, we felt that we would give back by doing a lot of marketing and funding through the Unified Healing Network as a way to make sure that our centers are sustainable because we did grow so fast and a lot of them really aren’t the best business people.

And we understood that. So we put a lot of money in. They put a lot of money in. And the end result was devastating really for, for EE System and our center owners. And if I’m. If I’m not mistaken, from what you said earlier on this broadcast, what center owners were, were paying, what they were exchanging to be part of that Unified Healing Network was near or right at a thousand dollars per month each month. Is that true? Correct. Across somewhere between three and 500 centers. So he was bringing in a quarter mil to 500k a month, which we should have been able to see as far as spend.

And it just. He hasn’t provided that information. And from our online auditing tools, it doesn’t exist. Remarkable. And so with respect to that, let me move then to this next portion of the conversation for the audience. We’re going to go ahead and show that video in just a moment. But it seems that the old adage, the old cliche that the wheels of justice grind slowly but grind they do indeed is appropriate in this particular instance because we do have a very long legal battle. Again, documented contemporaneously@eesystem.com legal. These are filings directly from the court. They’ve not been altered by EE system in any form.

They’re just being hosted on the website, I would say for transparency. Excuse me, transparency’s sake. And a motion was recently filed by EE System against Sherka, Unified World, Unified Healing and Unified tv, as well as the gentleman named Robert Religa, which you mentioned earlier as being someone who claimed to have programmed the technology once upon a time, but that being discovered to have not been the case. And this motion again filed very recently, looks like it was served and signed off the order on 25 September 2026, order denying defendant Shirka’s motion for injunction and granting plaintiff Bertolicini motion to dissolve the restraining order.

I won’t go through all nine pages of it here for the audience, but I would like to, to show here, just so that people are aware that these proceedings are ongoing, that this is me reading directly from the filings themselves and this matter is not yet settled, this being on page six of the filing and again, you can find it@eesystem.com legal it’s in the top left hand corner of the page line item 32 aside from SHCA’s likelihood of success circa fails to establish irreparable injury would result from the disclosure of the recording, the recordings being the $10 million shakedown video, Shirka’s claims of irreparable injury are undermined by several circumstances, including but not limited to Scherka was aware to some degree that Bertolicini was recording or at least memorializing verbatim the meeting.

Number two, at least some portions of the November 14, 2024 meeting have already been disseminated. Number three, Shirka produced the recording without a confidentiality designation and number four, Shirka has his own recordings, which mitigate potential prejudice created by the possibility that Bertolicini could edit or manipulate the recording. Similarly, Shirka has not established dissemination of the recordings would lead to some harm that would render judgment ineffectual and moreover, the balance of hardship does not weigh in Shirka’s favor and public interest does not support an injunction. Finally, NRS 31.035 does not apply here because there has been no violation of or threatened violation of any provision of and then it lists these various Nevada statutes right here.

And then we have the order signed by Erica Mendoza, District Court Judge ordered for the preliminary injunction to be denied TRO to be dissolved. And so with that, I’m going to stop this particular screen share. And for the audience out there, give us just a moment to pull this up. Mr. Bertolicini, I’m going to cut away from Our discussion briefly so the audience can watch. It’s about a three minute segment of a 23 minute video which is soon to be published on EE Systems YouTube channel. And then we will be right back. So bear with us.

So take it and make it so much better. You’re a tech guy. You’re a hacking. You don’t want to make more money, so you don’t care about the. What you say. He doesn’t want to fix it. He wants me to fix it. Yeah, you’re in a joke. Come on, fix it. You’re so smart, Michael. You are all about the money. Okay, you two colors came up. He’s not. Now it’s your time to prove it also. We’re there. We’re there. Let’s finish this, please. And let’s finish this the right way. Your mother is on this earth to help humanity learn from her.

Something you should. You should be ashamed of yourself. Please. Your mother is an angel. Let’s finish this the right way. And I’m telling you right now, in 26, you’re not going to have a business. You want him to walk away? No problem. He can walk away peacefully or we can walk away with the war. Huge choice, Michael. 18 million. I’m sorry, I don’t understand why. Why are you messing with us? Why are you messing. I’m not messing with you. I just don’t like it when people make threats and bully me. Nobody’s threatening you. I’m trying to teach you business.

No clue what the you’re doing. No clue. You’re king. You have no clue what you’re doing. You think you have a chance for king? It doesn’t work like that. No. He forgets who’s the one who taught him everything. He forgets who came to show him how to make money. You think he didn’t know? You don’t know shit. Obviously you don’t know if you’re saying the stupid remarks. You have no clue what you’re doing. You’re going to bury your entire family with your stupidity because you’re greedy. You only want to do what’s good for you. When you have a tax break.

You’re not giving because you have a good heart. You’re greedy. You want to take it to yourself. No, no. Please, please, please. Many. Let’s focus on the task at hand. Michael, listen. You said 10 million before, right? No, I didn’t. Why are you putting me in position? A position that I have to do something that I don’t want to do. Why? Why can’t you said in the beginning you were very nice. You said, jason, I appreciate you. And I appreciate you, Michael. Let’s settle this. We both know that they, the organization, are worth more than $10 million.

But no problem. Let me get the approval. Nobody wants to go to war. In war, everybody loses. There’s a nuclear bomb about to explode that I’m trying to stop, and I’m stuck in $16 million. I need you to work with me. I need you to work with me. You think that’s stupid? You really think that that’s stupid? Huh? You don’t want to give credit to nobody? Huh? You really think you saw so much? You did this. This enterprise. You didn’t do Michael. Many, many, many, many. Yes, let’s finish this. Let’s just finish it. You know the worth of these individuals.

You know the words of what they’ve done. I didn’t do, okay? Forget about me. I didn’t do. I’m a soldier. You’re right. I’m a soldier in a much bigger mission. I did not do this. I accepted a task. That’s all I did. And I don’t regret any second opinion. Let’s finish, man. Yeah, I’ll think about it tonight. And as I said, I’ll give you an offer tomorrow. No, no, no. Because we don’t trust you. Don’t trust me to what? What. What am I going to do in a day? Because you’re gonna make a move in two seconds once we open the phone, and we never let you do that because.

Let’s move then. I don’t know what move you’re gonna make. I’m telling you right now, the answer is now. Tomorrow morning. We’re not talking anymore. This is the only conversation we have. Now, either you go the good way or the bad way. You decide. There will be no discussions tomorrow. Tomorrow there’ll be a war. What? I don’t. I. I just. I’m trying to. He thinks he’s gonna us again. I’m trying to wrap my head, forget about me and forget about the organization, which, God knows why you don’t understand the influence that I’m talking about out here because you experienced it yourself.

You know him, dude. You know what he does, and you know what he’s done. Why are. Why are you messing with these people? Why are you visiting? You know me? Know me about what? That you’re You’re a psychopath, dude. I have nothing to do with the business. What do you want from me? That’s not the point. Why. Why are you pissing people off? It’s not right. No, no disrespectful, Michael. You disrespected me. You don’t even have the boss who comes say many. I apologize. Even apology. Your ego doesn’t let you. Yes, but I remember this. For the rest of your life, I promise you, I remember is all right.

And we’re back. Really powerful stuff there. Before I lead off into my next question, I just, you know, wanted to ask Mr. Berluccini what your, you know, thoughts are about that having, you know, fought this battle all this time to prevent the real face, the real, you know, person behind the mask, if you will, from getting out into the fore. Well, I mean, it was. It was pretty devastating. I mean, to believe that a benevolent secret society had chosen you and your company and to find out it. It was. It was just leading to a giant money grab is how it felt to me.

And then following that, it was, you know, the questions of did did he come into our company? Just to. It’s a theoretical on. On, you know, suspicion and belief here of what was this person sent in? Did they plan to come in and steal our. Our industry from the start? You know, I, I can’t verify that, but the end result is I have a competing product that instead of, you know, it’s one thing to go and make a competing products, there’s another to literally take, you know, your verbiage, your. Your screen, your whole image and identity.

And they use the same way of explaining everything and, And. But at the same time, say that you’re terrible human beings. Because the things they said about my family were absolutely heinous. I’m not going to repeat any of that. Them, but some of them were so off the wall. One was even illusion that we had someone killed, which was actually one of our friends who died in a freak accident that we love dearly. So to say, to hear have people contacting us and saying, you know, is this really true? Is like, I mean, just you utilize some logic and reason here.

Someone’s saying absolutely heinous things while in tandem actually launching a competing product and wanting all the buyers to move to that. That. That area. It’s. It was a very, very well thought out, well crafted, complex scheme that occurred. And it didn’t. It didn’t really. Didn’t feel good at all. I mean, for. It was hard to just function For a lot of us here at E System for a year because we were just taking missile after missile from this guy. So I mean, I would never wish this upon anyone. It, you know, finally recovering a bit and the general populace is kind of coming around to be being like, well, now that you kind of mentioned it doesn’t make any sense.

And a lot of things don’t make any sense. Unfortunately, general populace kind of caught on that this, this, this was a very unsavory event. But we still have a lot of people out there, which is a really important thing. And I hope the general populace will help us correct things when they see it. But there’s a lot of people that don’t understand that EE System didn’t undergo a rebranding because a lot of people like, oh, we thought it was the same product because it looks the same and it was the same guy that, that, you know, was working with you before and literally think that we’re providing a rebranded product somehow.

And we get people contacting our office saying, well, we have your pyramid. And I’m like, we. And it’s broken. We need help. It’s like, sorry, we don’t sell a pyramid. And it makes our company look really bad because the product looks so similar. So I just want to do a little bit of a, you know, please help us help the community and understand that that product is an Audi E System. They’re not the same software, not the same hardware, not the same ecosystem, not the same pedigree that, you know, we create miracles here at E System and we’re not about putting products out that haven’t been well tested.

So that’s my little bit there. I think that’s a fascinating response and really belies the heart of the company, I think, especially with you being CEO and being able to control and direct really the overall directionality of where the company goes and how it expands and the ethos and culture that it proliferates. And so with that, I thought that I would leave the closing question more towards what the future for EE System holds. I’ve heard it described at different points along the way and as a matter of fact, I’ve actually had Dr. Michael on my show here on the CUNY’s Patriot Show a couple of times.

And I’ve always sort of looked at it as a mission driven, or at least proclaimed to be driven by this idea of healing the world. And so with that, excuse me, from CEO Bertolicini’s lips, what does healing the world look like and what comes next for EE system when all of these current rumblings are put to rest. Well, obviously we’re in a bit of recovery of our image at the moment because a lot of people were fed some false narratives. So we have to brush the fake news aside and realize that when you are a highly ethicable product that that has a great result and a great product.

There are people who are going to go say things to try and sell you something else. What’s next on the horizon for us? The mission hasn’t changed. I support my mom’s mission. That’s why I work here at the company is because I believe in her mission, which is to provide a technology that can benefit people in ways that a lot of other things out there aren’t doing, or they say they’re doing, but aren’t really quite hitting the ball. There’s a lot of modalities I think that’ll come out in the near future and I hope a lot of them are better than E system.

In the meantime, I’m at the forefront of doing R D, creating new products, new hardware, new software, as well as some new modalities within our ecosystem that I think are going to benefit people tremendously. In the meantime, it’s kind of. I’ve been. Multiple people have given me this metric and it’s always funny because they use the same metric. We are a, in our industry, we are the 5% that are actually providing an actual working technology with research and metrics. And 95% of people in this industry are. I don’t want to use the term snake oil, but that comes to mind.

There’s a lot of people out there that are growing and possibly have something but aren’t showing the efficacy. So we, we strive to do more research, do more R D and better our product and, and better what we’re providing people. And we only want to do things that we would do ourselves. So we have some supplements that we’re going to be hypercharging with our technology coming out. I think next year. Best of best of stuff that, that you know, one of the things that I look for in a product is does it have mold or heavy metals in it? So these guys have rigorous testing in multiple stages to make sure we’re not feeding people mold or any heavy metals that you know.

Obviously if you’re unaware that you do not want mold or metals in your supplements. Extremely common these days with people doing white label stuff from China. We have some really cool headphones that essentially have what look like a PMF coil in them. And we’ve kind of reinvented the audio driver. Instead of having magnets, we’re using a pulsed electromagnetic field to actually move the audio driver. So we’ve been working on that for a while, which I’m really excited about because I love music and its ability to heal people. Obviously on the technology we have new software coming out which will end the question of whether we own what we own.

Obviously we’re making the statement that we do own that, but there’ll be some upgrades in that and that’ll benefit the ecosystem greatly. A lot of that is user interface upgrades so that it’s not as technical to run. I don’t think it’s that technical now, but some people do. We have hardware upgrades as well to facilitate the software upgrades. Obviously you need more resources and different equipment to run new things, as well as a physical upgrade of the system. Previously, a lot of our stuff looked kind of industrial, so we’re doing the best to pretty things up to bring this into the next age of EE system for both making it look nice in your home or a center.

Take away that industrial look and make it look more like modern art. So those are kind of some of the immediate things that we have on the table. I think 2027 is going to be a really amazing year for our company. I’m hoping it is for the world. There’s a lot of weird things going on in the world with politics and wars and whatnot. I’m hoping that things kind of even out. I’m hopeful, but it’s pretty wild out there these days. Extremely exciting.
