TO TEACH IN NEW JERSEY-NO DEGREE PASS NO TESTS-WOKE REQUIRES NO TRAINING

It doesn’t work that way. We saw how that failed in 2020. We can’t be complacent. We’re going to talk a little bit about education but not in the way that you’d think. What I’m going to describe for you is so outrageous. So destructive. I just in other words, every element of our society is under attack. That’ll become very apparent here. It’s a blessing. It’s a curse. Your cell phone. Your cell phone can kill you. My good friend Virginia Farber lost her dear son to this nonsense and related factors at San Diego State University. It’s tragic. Lower sperm count.

You say this, teaching’s hard work. I’ve done everything from ninth grade through postgraduate. You have to be prepared. You have to be knowledgeable. You have to be able to think on your feet. You have to be somewhat entertaining. You have to be very informative. You have to be consistent. You have to follow a plan. It’s not an easy job. And then you got to deal with a multitude of personalities and be aware of the bureaucratic restrictions.

And the average teacher today in the public school system leaves within the first five years. Overwhelmingly. Why? Because the pay sucks. People escape the classroom by becoming administrators. And many of them, well, we just asked teachers how they’re doing. It’s a mess. Well, New Jersey has a huge teacher shortage. But they have overcome their problem. Here’s what they’re doing. New Jersey teachers no longer required to pass basic literacy test. We call your attention over here. New Jersey Democratic Governor Phil Murphy passed Act 1669 as part of the state’s 2025 budget in June to address a teacher shortage.

The law goes into effect as of this past January 1st. Individuals seeking an instructional certificate no longer need to pass the Praxis core test and math that is administered by the State Commissioner of Education. We need more teachers said Senator Jim Beach who sponsored the bill. He said May 2024. Okay. And the chamber cleared the bill in a 34 to two vote. This is the best way to get them. So where are you going to recruit these people now? Okay. Do they have to have a diploma? No. Do they have to have a GED? No.

They just need to show up and apply. Really? What if they’re homeless? Well, that’s okay. They can teach the kids how to defecate on the street if they end up in the same place. They can teach them how to skip meals because they can’t get a job to support the ever increasing crappy economy. I could go on and on with the problems of this. But here’s the problem. New Jersey knows this. Hardcore, democratic, woke, nonsense, anti-American, anti-achievement, anti-capitalism. Do you need an education? No. No. We aspire to extreme mediocrity and poverty. It’s unbelievable. I was on a Walmart the other day.

And the people there look like they’re in a trance. Looking at prices, going to the next element, looking at prices. This country’s in trouble. And we’re not giving people the tools they need. It takes no skill to teach nonsense, liberal woke. And that’s what they’re doing in places like New York, New Jersey, Illinois, California. To you people in New Jersey, I realize it may not be practical for you to leave. Home school. I work. Okay. There are support services. And you could obtain them for virtually no charge. Home school. No parent should have their kid in a public school in New Jersey.
