If they haven’t been watching the live streams we did in August with Kevin Hoyt, Lisa Shermhorn, Michael Jacob Bishop, Jim O’Connor, and then Abby Jones coming in with her horse in the flag, the horse trailer in D.C. during your time. Your trial. What’s the news on today? At the end of the trial, I was found guilty on all counts. And then on November 21, I was sentenced by the judge to four months incarceration, followed by two months home detention and then another year supervised probation and $4,700 in fines and court costs. And that stemmed from them looking at my givesendgo, even though they said that it didn’t matter because I gave him a full accounting, that all the money was used for legal fees and transportation and whatnot.
But anyway, they hit me with the $4,000 fine. So, yes, the day, the day that I made that little video, I got a call from probation that said, you’ve been designated, which is the next step in the process where they figure out where they want to put you as far as a federal prison and they give you the report date. So she said to me, she goes, you need to go to FDC in Philadelphia and your reporting date is January 28th. And I went, what was the date? And she said, January 28th. And I said, well, okay.
And course, Philadelphia Penitentiary. So I was like, okay, this goes Philadelphia Freedom, you know, and yeah, yeah, ring the Liberty Bell. And we hope it’s a Liberty belt because what do you have on your ankle right now? Nothing. Nothing yet. Awesome. Awesome. We don’t put anything on there. And if anybody needs a recap, once again, 68 years old, grandmother lives by herself. That came in, took her after being on all surveillance because you held A flag there and said this place needs to be smudged on January 6th outside. And they said that was so, so bad.
Then they have stripped you of your business, your entrepreneur had your own business, your own store and said you couldn’t use the money from the givesend go, which you mentioned. And your constitutional attorney, Jonathan, who is on here right after the trial in his closing statements to the jury, which had a Catholic priest on it, and another juror on your jury had just come off another J6 jury where they found that defendant guilty. Right? Yeah, yeah. And they’re on there. And Jonathan, one of the things points he made in being Jewish and a rabbi and a constitutional attorney said, you are all Nazis.
Said it to the jury, said judge said to the prosecution. Prosecution also had FBI agents just sitting with them at the table who had originally been brought up to provide, you know, as witness is called to the stand, as witnesses, but sat there and were in on the dealings live in the courtroom for those five days. One of them actually helped the prosecution select the jurors. And you know, FBIs do profiling. So obviously he was profiling the jurors to get the right selection that they wanted, which I think, I don’t think there was a juror that wasn’t the right selection.
Because in D.C. where you have 95% or 96% even of the population votes Democrat, you’re not going to get a fair jury out of that pool. No way. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. So we’re really excited about is if Trump gets in on the 20th and they don’t do anything to block that, which I know we’re going to talk about in a moment as well. Then exonerations and pardons across the board for everybody wrongfully convicted and thrown in for J6 plus reparations. Right. And I. There’s a lot. I mean, this isn’t going to happen. Day one, he said he’s going to pardon everybody or correct what’s going on.
I think it’s a convoluted situation because you’ve got a whole realm of people. You know, the, the top bottom line here is that that day was a setup. So everybody was in. It was entrapment. We were entrapped into the situation. They stirred up the crowd with the munitions. It’s all been proven. And I think, though, what has to happen is first stop everything, get everybody home with their families, get them out of jail, stop these prosecutions, stop all the court cases, and then go and look at the cases and look at the pardons. Because not every J.
Sixer is the same. You know, we’re not all the same and did things that maybe a pardon of innocence doesn’t really fit others. It does. So I think that has to be looked at. But. Or just a pardon into innocence, blanket pardon, I don’t know. But there’s people that were provocateurs now that are also embedded in the prisons that, you know, do they deserve a pardon? I don’t know. I’m glad I. I don’t have to figure it out. Yeah. As far as restitution goes, too, we just filed the largest civil case for $50 billion to get restitution for everyone.
And, you know, I think looking at that, they’ll have to establish like a baseline and say, okay, everybody that’s had their lives turned upside down over the past four years and the PTSD that goes along with that, and, you know, all of that, here’s the baseline of what you’re going to get, and then you’ll have people like me. Loss of business adds a little more to that baseline. Jake Lang, he’s been in prison for four freaking years. He gets a lot on top of that baseline, you know, so that’s going to be. That’s going to take time.
And there he is. Jake, you know, he’s getting a lot of push back right now. And, you know, I just want to say, this man in prison has helped so many people. Thousands of dollars he’s raised and thousands of dollars he’s put toward their defense, their legal defense. And there’s people out there that just want to hate on him because they want to just make themselves look good. You know, there’s a lot of players out there that are all cashing in. Everybody’s coming out of the woodwork right now with regard to J6, you know, so, yeah, definitely.
And Jake’s doing this from the prison. Four years in, we had him on for one of the times that we were live streaming with you in D.C. for your trial in August. And it’s taken a little bit to, with the Internet connection to bring the post up. But what it is is regarding that class action lawsuit you mentioned, the largest $50 billion, January 6th, restitution, wrongful incarceration, incarceration lawsuit. I haven’t checked it out yet. In addition to that, this goes Right. To those who are complicit in the DoA and others by name. So again, they can’t hide behind some corporate veil. They can’t hide behind some black robed man or woman dressing as a judge. I was the prosecutor. I was just doing my job. It’s already way, way out there. So the J6 and I find this absolutely powerful because again, we have more precedent for political prisoners and persecution around the world because we’re again, Commonwealth USA Inc. Is a registered company in D.C. washington D.C.
canada Crown Corp. Inc. Is a registered company in Washington D.C. i’m just going to pull this up so people can see this live on our recording. Here you go to sec.gov what do you see there? There’s Canada and over 445 corporate filings for the country of Canada trading on the stock exchange. So it’s like, well, why am I paying taxes at the USA Inc. As a citizen, right? You’re a person, not a living man or woman. Using the law of the land. This is part of it. So now you can go after the living man or woman behind the person acting as a judge.
Dressed up as a judge or a prosecutor or an FBI agent or a Capitol Police member hiding behind a badge. No, no, no, no. Not just doing the job. We’re talking war crimes, crimes against women, corruption, sedition, treason, racketeering, corruption, fraud. The list goes on and on and on, even including those who have been harassing, beating, terrorizing inmates in the Gulag with a thousand five hundred ru sentence, including those in Canada. So again, we’ve got more precedent set here for this and human rights. And so I was going to leave us to after we finished this part of the show but I think it’s perfectly relevant where we went.
Now I meant 107 called me on December 26, Boxing Day for Canadians. We had, we had a chat and by coincidence it actually happened when we did a prayer, went about five minutes and then we said goodbye to each other and hung up. It was an hour and 17 minute long phone call when he rang me up. We talked about a lot of things. Tina Peters in the case and that he and Jen, his wife. He said she came, Tina came out to us at our place in Hawaii for two weeks and we’re doing some brainstorming, strategizing to this point.
He said the day Trump gets in, Trump with the military, it’s a human rights issue. So those who were fired or dishonorably discharged or terrorized for not taking the job or wearing a mask are brought Back under human rights, human rights violations. Right. Restored. So you have the restitution, the pay and other things. Same here, I would say is going to happen for J6, because that sets a precedent at a global level. War crimes, human rights, boom. And then we have it across the board. And that can trickle down through countrywide and also to the municipal level.
Right. For anybody between country, you have county, territory, province or state. And then now you’ve got the precedent sweeping and J6 sweeping and everything else across all the countries around the world. Yeah. And it’s not just J Sixers that have been in incarcerated unjustly. I mean, there’s people sitting in prisons that don’t belong there all over the place. And I think, you know, when we look at what was God’s purpose with J6, I think we’re starting to see what his purpose was, because then into the prisons, we showed people what was going on in there. And now people know, you know, And I think Donald Trump will definitely work to clean things up, I hope, because it needs a lot of cleaning up.
Definitely needs a lot of cleaning up. Let’s talk about this for a moment. 14th Amendment, Section 3. You sent it over to me before we started. It reads this for everybody. No person shall be a senator or representative in Congress or electorate, president and vice president, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States or under any state, who have previously taken an oath as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislator, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
But Congress may, by vote, might buy a vote of two thirds of each house, remove such disability. So let’s talk about this right now for a moment, and I just got to check on some. Okay, so let’s talk about this one. Yeah. So this is what our friend Jamie Raskin’s been preaching that he wants to do to prevent Trump from taking office. He thinks that he can take him out on the 14th Amendment Section 3, because he was involved in starting the insurrection on January 6th, which is all. We’ve debunked it over and over and over again.
But to be clear, no one was ever charged with insurrection, including Trump. Nobody’s ever been found guilty of insurrection, including Trump. When I had my trial, I had David Summerall testify, and one of the key pieces of testimony at my trial was when the police line gassed themselves and was forced to retreat. And what the narrative is that the Jamie Raskins of the world say is that at that point in time, Donald Trump had made a tweet that caused everybody to go forward to the Capitol, which is a total lie because we proved that they had gassed themselves and that’s why the line broke down.
So if they do come after Donald Trump, one of the hardest things is getting this stuff onto the record. We. We managed to get it on the record. So if he needs any information that’s already been proven in court, it’s there. And so hopefully it’ll help him out if he needs it. David Summerall thinks it might. So. Yeah. Well, how good would that be? And your name started popping up. Totally cool. Started popping up a little over a week ago. Yeah. And then Lara Logan’s taken over and Benny Johnson’s talking about your name, which is in a great way.
You’ve got good alt media talking about you rather than the. The disgusting stuff which has been slung at you and everybody else for all this time. So it’s here on Gateway Pundit. I’ll read to Everybody here on December 19th. Biden’s DOJ locks MAGA grandmother from attending Trump’s inauguration after she walked inside the US Capitol with a USA flag on January 6, says it would be traumatizing to Capitol Police. So what was this article all about? And then why did it get so much heat, Cindy? So it’s funny. So my attorney knew I wanted to. Once we were finished with the sentencing, he said, I’m going to put in a motion for you to go to the inauguration.
I said, cool, let’s do it, you know, so we put the motion forward. Well, the prosecution came back with all of this, this drama as far as that I would, you know, re. Victimize the Capitol Police. And they’re, I guess they’re scared of my tweets. They’re coming after me about my First Amendment rights. They don’t want me talking, like, right now. They don’t like when I do this stuff, you know, Hi, everybody. We’re chatting about freedom, sovereignty, love, levity and liberty. He doesn’t like it, like, you know, like, like everybody’s looking at me. Cbp. Hey, why.
Why did you stay in the States? Ah, you wanted to vaccinate me, wear a mask. And there was no way to travel and I had to have a vaccine passport. And what did that supervisor at that border crossing say? You’re not American. You have no rights. And went, well, I beg to differ. Nuremberg Human rights Universal declaration. Plus we’re free to migrate and travel as we are as long as we don’t have a criminal background or record, which I don’t. NEXUS passed since it’s been around. INS passed since before. Before that, I’ve been 18 stories below the Pentagon with high level security clearances.
And he went, no, no, no, no. And he and his wife went crazy and went, 10 year ban. Like it’s international human rights issue we’re talking about here. And yours is free speech. Free speech. Like all. Everybody’s been getting this and it. More of it’s coming to the surface and other people we haven’t heard from too. Yeah. When the prosecution came with their response, which was what we wrote the article about Tommy Tatum, who’s a good friend of mine, he calls me up and he was so wound up, he goes, cindy, we’re gonna write a response and put it in the Gateway pundit.
I was like, okay, let’s go. So together we wrote that article and the next day they, they published it. And then Fox picked it up and Real America’s Voice picked it up. And it’s been really getting some air time. And the thing is, they really get pissed when you make them look stupid. And this article makes them look pretty stupid. It literally just says they’re pretty simple. Bring it back to everybody to read along if you’re watching the broadcast rather than listening to the podcast. But once again, Cindy Young. I mean, look at that picture. A grandmother from New Hampshire was arrested by the Joe Biden DOJ for walking inside the U.S.
capitol on January 6, 2021 with a USA flag. Whoa. I know. That’s terrible, right? Yeah. Yeah, I guess. Yeah. Brad Wney, banned from returning to the USA Inquiry’s family and loved ones reside inside those borders. That corporation were refusing a mask, a jab after all of everybody’s rights were locked down and restricted, which is illegal and unlawful, to different jurisdictions here and. And everybody who said they’re just doing their job, there was major persecution coming for them after all this. Like they can’t flee it. It’s going to happen. It might be in the next year or three years.
But also those doing their job, they’re all getting the lawful persecution. Even if you think you’re doing your job, dotting eyes and crossing T’s, it’s on the way. I know it’s on the way. I’ve been told at high levels, it’s on the way and everybody’s been watched. And this is probably the only time people have left to redeem themselves these next 22 days, you know, Right. Oh, I was wrong. Make your changes. Look, there was Tom Holman. No, let all these other people know. I’m so sorry. I was wrong. Like, okay, maybe you’ll have a job, maybe you’ll avoid prison.
We’ll see. Right across the board. Yeah. If you read the comments on that article too, I think there were like over 500 comments and they’re all, you know, Capitol Police. If they’re afraid of a 68 year old grandma, they ought to get a new job. Some people are like, Trump needs to put his, get his plane and pick her up and bring her, let her hold the Bible. I mean it goes on and on and on. I would love for Trump to come pick me up and bring me to the inauguration. I mean, right there at the top.
Like you said, they shouldn’t be cops if they’re traumatized by the presence of a 67 year old woman. Said they’re more traumatized by the USA. Same thing happened with Calgary police. Freedom convoy Coots Alberta and in Calgary and Ottawa they outlawed the Canadian flag. And if you honked your horn, you were pulled over and given a ticket. Honk your horn for freedom. Honk. Pull over ticket. Some people just went and got arrested. They arrested in Ottawa, 70 something year old man for carrying a flag on his own, just shuffling down the street because he actually had a medical disability and couldn’t fully walk.
And this 30 year old cop slammed him up against a van, cranked his arms behind him and slammed him after cuffing him and slammed in the cop car. So all of this justice and retribution is coming and it’s up to every one of us watching, listening, commenting, sharing to make sure that when The President Trump 47 gets in and all of the other great appointments he’s been making and sharing that we all believe in, that they actually follow through. We have to still be there and make sure they follow through. Right. And name the names of those whom you have been persecuted by and put that out there as well too.

They aren’t traumatized at all. It’s a tactic to prey on the gullibility, long suffering and goodwill of moral Americans. So people are seeing, they’re seeing the truth. They’re seeing the truth. My words, they raided, took her, arrested her after psychologically terrorizing her for two years. Getting up there into her house while she’s watching TV and knitting, shining high beams into her freaking living room in the middle of the night, scaring her all alone. Of course, she was not trained by Bruce Lee or Chuck Norris, and of course, she’s not a tier one special operator, nor has she ever played one on tv. And I get back from sentencing, and then they had to send my charges to hr, and HR was like, oh, no, we can’t do a leave of absence. They saw the big J6 with the charges, right? So I. I was shocked when they said that to me, and I said, okay, well, then, you know, I’m gonna ex. Take my exit now. And so then a couple of the managers got back to me, and they were like, cindy, Cindy, come back. You know, we. We really want you back, and you do a good job, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
So I went back because I thought that, you know, if I don’t go to jail, by any chance, I’ll hold the job. So I’ and, you know, we’ll see. But the. They make their own laws, and this is how they play the game in Washington, D.C. it’s sad. It really is. So now I’m looking at a fine and, you know, I’m looking at if Trump doesn’t get certified, I hope to God he does. But, you know, I could be going to prison on January 28th. And I’ve got my home. So, you know, there’s some people that we got to get out and get back in living their lives. Who else? Oh, I wanted to talk about Benjamin Berlo, who is a friend of mine, Brandy Berlo’s husband, who is also in Philadelphia where they want to send me. And just so people understand, once you’re incarcerated, like I get Social Security shuts it right off. He has, he’s a veteran, a wounded veteran. He had SSDI completely shut it off right before the holidays. So people are suffering still right now that are J6ers and we need to, you know, there’s also a call out for giving them rides should we all get pardoned on January 20.
The prisons are going to say within hours, you’ve got to get yourself out of here. So J6 community is already looking to find people that will pick people up in prisons and get them home and get them where they need to be. So there’s a lot going on in the J6 community. And if you want to check in on it, there’s on x, there’s a J6 group, there’s on Telegram, there’s a few pray. There’s the prisoner’s record on Telegram, which is a good one. And remember Ulysses S. Grant as the 18th President of the Republic, then turned in with the organic act of 1871 in Washington D.C. and set up the United States of America Inc. All registered in Washington D.C. and if you saw that sec.gov web link I brought up, Canada is registered in Washington D.C. with a business address.

It’s been reported by co owning the patents on the vaccines that they recommend. There you are. So it’s all here. DoD, education, energy. Right. HHS, Homeland, sec.gov stock exchange. So all of this to come out, all this we were talking about with Cindy and then on December 9 also finally delivered after three full time employees at the National Archives of Canada and the government of Canada admitted that there is no shred of evidence the government of Canada ever existed. Like, really, once again, when you look at it from a high level, where are we all right, There is no free speech. There’s social credit score, there’s monitoring. There’s surveillance or psychological operations. They’re euthanized. Euthanasia through the maid programs. Right? Medical assistance and death. No, it’s not. They’re literally just murdering you as soon as you get to the hospital. Go ahead and fact check that. Scott Shara just posted yesterday, 142,000 medical murders still happen via standards of care under America alone in the current USA Inc. Right. And then you also have everything else that they’re doing.
You can go throughout Canada, throughout the United States right now, across North America, as the continent. And there’s the new updated Covid shot, the new flu shots, the tetanus shots. There’s still requiring and mandating at the hospitals. If you birth a kid in the hospital, they got to have their 80 vaccines in order to get free babysitting, school indoctrinations, all of that. When we talk about returning to sovereignty and God, what is so bad about having free speech backed up by a second amendment and then backed up by those laws and orders. And remember the US Constitution was drafted based on the constitution that was put together for the confederation of the Indian tribes.
And it was also divinely orchestrated and delivered with the go between in the spiritual realm. You don’t have to believe this or not, but this is what I’ve tapped into with Archangel Raphael. Okay? So let’s be spiritually awake, patriot awake and talk about returning sovereignty in God so we can save our children. That’s what it’s about. What, what choice do you want? Tax to death. Can’t go to the hospital because they’re going to murder you, they’re going to murder your children, they’re going to surveillance you and they’re going to steal your bank accounts like they’ve been doing all across the board with everybody.
Nobody is safe, right? Close it, seize it. That’s it. Try to get you to go offshore, restrict you on your travel, you name it. So what is wrong with returning sovereignty and God? What is wrong? Going well if we’re all part of an American bander, but we still have our kind of unique cultural aspects. Got new feast, new found lenders, right? Blue Nosers, Halifax. My mom grew up all the way over to West Coasters, BC, CA. We all have these cool little cultural nuances and backgrounds and things we’re proud of. You know, Vermont maple syrup versus Quebec maple syrup.
Personally, I think Quebec is better, but I love Vermont. All the same guys, you know, we have all this little bit of fun ribbing that we do with each other, right? So Texas versus North Texas, Alberta. We shall see. So let’s just get past it. My personal opinion. Get past it, make sure. And then we the people, have to keep those very small individuals in civil service accountable. What’s great too, if you look at Trump and his appointments, the majority of them, like all of the new ambassadors he’s been appointing, they’re entrepreneurs, they don’t have a political background.
They’re not in the political landscape. And they were all like successful entrepreneurs, acting as if civil matters like the forefathers, the founding Fathers in starting America, going, well, you know, what do we pledge with those last eight words, right? Our lives, our fortunes, our sacred honor. Those are the last eight words, pledge. Our lives, our fortunes, our sacred honor. This is where we are today, folks. And just in the last day and a half, we’ve seen three, three horrific two plane crashes. This is outside of the one in Kazakhstan. It’s just a couple over Christmas. But when South Korea planes supposedly skidded off a Runway unfortunately killed all souls on board in Halifax hours ago today.
And flight that engine burst into flames on Internet landing and then we’ve all had in Norway. So I’m just going to show you this footage on into thin air which is the Derek Johnson weather warfare or sorry this is uncertain. Really really bad going on and an easy way to take people out. So just be very mindful, very careful of where you are who have lost their loved ones and continue to be politically persecuted. And they continue to prop it out, call it out on the bird flu crap, right? And plus you had police with fully automatic weapons armed, cocked, locked and ready to rock, sweeping it across men, women and children, which in itself is at least a 20 year sentence per person. Right. So again, the, the justice is coming year, maybe three years at those lower levels for everyone.
But nobody. We have to make sure nobody escapes the justice that needs to come on them. We thought they were dotting I’s and crossing T’s when you’re saying, well, human rights, oh no, that might be a crime against humanity, but you did this wrong. Ticket for you, banned for you. Cindy Lou Young, jail time for you. We need to make sure that we keep the push up, the pressure up on those who are coming in for the benevolent and peaceful, always peacefully, with our voice, with love in our hearts and make sure that this happens.
