I didn’t know it was you who founded it. So, first and foremost, let me say thank you, sir, for doing that because I think our sheriffs are the last line of defense and they’re some of the guys and gals that are actually upholding the Constitution when you have some liberal law enforcement officers out there not doing so. So, thank you, sir. Explain to my viewers how you think sheriff’s departments and sheriffs can help President Trump with this mission. Well, no one knows the counties of America better than the sheriffs. They live there.
They’ve been there for years, many of them. Many of them grew up there. They’re going to know where the cells are located of the gang members, the Venezuelan gangs, the El Salvador Iranian gangs. They’re going to know where they are. And if we’re going to pull this off and really be effective about it, the sheriffs have got to be involved. And I believe that this can be a constitutional process. We don’t have to violate the Constitution to do this. They can be identified. The sheriffs are going to be able to help with that and be able to decide which ones belong in the county and which ones do not.
And this is something that needs to happen. Yeah, it does. It does because you’ve got people, one, that not only broke our federal immigration law, but many of them are former criminals from their own countries and many of them are committing crimes once they’re here on top of the crime they committed of coming in illegally. And like you said, many are gang members. Let’s remember, though, let’s remember, these people did not do this on their own. And I want all the people in Washington, D.C. who aided and abetted to be charged criminally. And that includes Alejandro Mayorkas.
Yeah, well, I think if we get an attorney general, Matt Gaetz, you might get your wish. Well, then I hope Matt gets it because I want somebody in there who will hold these people accountable instead of the same old same old. We can do whatever we want in Washington, D.C. because because we can. Yeah. And I want those people held accountable. This was treason. Agreed. And it was criminal activity at its zenith. Yeah. And by the way, Richard, let’s not forget the heads of the NGOs that helped us garbage happen because there’s plenty of nonprofit groups that aided and abetted in foreign countries that are American based that were helping them down in the Darien Gap down in Mexico, giving them the instructions, giving them pieces of paper going.
Here’s where there’s a hole in the fence in Southern California next to San Diego. You can walk right through. I mean, it’s not just government officials. There’s NGOs. There’s law enforcement people that abetted and aided this. There’s plenty of people that need to go down. Let me ask you real quick how this looks. How will the sheriff’s departments do this? And do they have or does Trump rather have their backing? I mean, you have a massive association with lots of sheriffs that belong to your association. Do most sheriffs in the country support helping Trump do this on day one? I would say it’s at least half.
Okay. Yeah. The, the Democrat sheriffs who are hacks with the Democrat party, they’re not going to help. Uh, and, but I know some Democrat sheriffs that will, and they’re right along the border. So I believe, uh, it’s a good solid 1500, 1700 sheriffs that will, and not only that, will these sheriffs have Trump’s back as he tries to bring law and order back to America. And I believe that they will, not just on the border issues, but on all the inner city violence and all the other crimes being committed all across his country because Biden and Harris would not do their job.
That’s true. That’s true. And I hope they do back the president because that’s another issue. We’ll have you back on to discuss bringing just law and order back to our major cities around the nation where they’ve just been criminals, allowed to do whatever the hell they want. Former sheriff Richard Mack and the founder and president of the CSPOA, which is the constitutional sheriffs and peace officers organization. I love that you started this association. Uh, you’re doing great work out there, sheriff. Thank you, sir. Appreciate you. You take care. [tr:trw].
