She’s someone I’ve been wanting to interview for years, and I just never, we just never connected to do this. And I’m just really happy that she came on.
And her message today will be a message of hope and helping people understand, because we’re going through this whole mind control crap that we’re going through. I just did a series on mind control and fifth generation warfare and things, but people don’t know about her background. She was trafficked in the highest levels of the Pentagon, the White House, you know, the Clintons, the bushes. She saw all of that as a slave, as an industry slave. And she was abused. Part of the MK altar program. She spoke in front of Congress in 1995, and her congressional record was covered up or was made top secret.
National security. National security. They wouldn’t let people see what it was that she was exposing. They said it was of national security, because if people saw what she was talking about, we wouldn’t have the issues that we have today. People would be dealing with this. Kathy O’Brien joining the program. I’m so honored to have you here. Thank you for having me. I’m looking very much forward to this discussion with you. Well, you are, you’re such a hero for the, for the american people. You have come through so much and you’ve shared so much about your life trials and have overcome so much and helped so many people. Before we get into that, well, let’s start with this. How can you give people an overview of your background? And I know it’s going to take, it could take hours. So talk. Just kind of give people an overview of your background with Mkultra and how you, who came into this space.
Well, I’m a survivor of Ciamk ultra mind control. I was used on a White House Pentagon level. I was deep in the swamp among the perpetrators who steal elections and who trafficked children, use them for blackmail operations to coerce and compromise other politicians and people in positions of influence and power. These perpetrators who are using mind control to usher in their global slave society agenda. And having been exposed to mind control, I’m acutely aware that knowledge is our defense against mind control, and that the formula for mind control is the same whether it’s of an individual, a nation, or the world.
And once we understand that and we have that knowledge, that’s our defense against it, we can stop this traumatic manipulation that’s been going on because it was found through the Hitler Himmler research that was imported into the US with Project Paperclip. People can research project paperclip for themselves and find that we imported the nazi infectious scientists into the US in the wake of world War Two. With them came the formula for mind control, and it was found in the Hitler Himmler research that trauma is the basis of all mind control. But it was found through the research.
There’s no trauma more horrific on the human mind than sexual abuse of a child prior to age five. While their brain is still forming, it causes neuron pathways in the brain to shut down, which creates a heightened suggestibility. Where I. Where people are more easily led, they want a compliant slave society. Targeting the children is the way they’re doing it. When we understand that this pedophile agenda is a mind control agenda and how trauma affects our minds, then we have a defense against it. We realize the children need us to wake up right now to the reality of what’s going on, because it’s been going on my whole life, and before that, it’s been going on for a long, long time, and it’s got to stop.
Knowledge, it’s our defense. Awareness. Yeah, awareness of it. And then not getting sucked into the emotional. Like, even the current events, not getting sucked in emotionally, because that is the trauma that allows them to manipulate us. Yes. It’s keeping everybody in a state of being overwhelmed and not knowing what they can do. You know, it’s like their brains are frozen in fright. And while that’s happening, their subconscious is wide open to being easily led and manipulated by a repetitive narrative through the controlled media. And we’re all seeing that repetitive narrative. No matter what we turn on, it’s, you know, we get the same.
We get the same thing, and it’s all designed to make us feel like we have no power. We just need to remember that this is our time to reclaim our power. That’s what the great awakening is all about. And these perpetrators, these globalists, these self appointed, self anointed leaders that we didn’t elect, who are trying to manipulate us all with their slave society agenda would realize they only have as much power as we give them or let them steal, then that’s a great time for us to reclaim our own power. When we do that, it’s game over.
Absolutely. And what’s so incredible about your story is that, you know, because a lot of people like, oh, Sarah, they’re not going to do this. I mean, really, you’re, you know, although a lot of people are waking up, right? Like, holy crap, if they. They can’t see the mind control happening over the last few weeks and there’s something wrong with them, but they’re not paying attention. But there’s so many. Oh, it can’t be that bad. But your story really illustrates just how bad it can be, right? I mean, you saw it firsthand. Yes, I experienced it, and I think I’ve been speaking out on mind control and healing from it for over 35 years.
People had no point of reference for the information back then. They didn’t know that there was even a swamp in Washington, DC. They didn’t know that children were being trafficked and that there was satanic ritual abuse. They didn’t understand anything about mind control. But I was still speaking out just the same because it was already in full swing and pervasive all the way back then. It really started in earnest in this country with a Kennedy assassination, because that was a trauma that traumatized our nation, really, the whole world. But it was very traumatic event. And that’s why I.
You know, I say Kennedy assassination, and people see the bullet going into the head over and over again because it was used as a repetitive trauma to manipulate the minds of the masses at that time. That’s when this cabal slipped in. That is when the term conspiracy theory was born, right in the wake of the Kennedy assassination, because anybody who questioned the one bullet theory was labeled a conspiracy theorist. Like, no, you’re not allowed to question the narrative. You know, you’re nothing that allowed the question that the fact that in the wake of the Kennedy assassination is when the electronic voting machines came into play, they have been rigged since their inception in order to place key people in a high position of influence and power, because there’s really not so many of them.
It’s just that they’re in these key positions of influence and power. You know, that’s. That’s stuff that we need to start paying attention to. We need to know where we’ve been, to know where we’re going. We need to know our history. We need to see how we’ve been manipulated for a long, long time. And then it will bring us right to present day, when we just saw the attempted assassination of President Trump. With that was another trauma for all of us, and we need to start safeguarding our free thought at times like that. Fortunate for us all that he survived, how fortunate for us all that we saw the strength of someone who can stand up after a trauma like that and still say, fight, fight.
We all need to. We all need to stand strong. We all need to gather our power and not tolerate this nonsense anymore. When that kind of trauma occurs, we need to protect and safeguard our free thought so that we can’t be manipulated by these, this constant barrage of imposed traumas anymore. Well, that’s why I don’t want to let the Sandy hook situation go and just give them a pass, because that was a very traumatic situation for society, very trauma based, and the same thing. And like this latest assassination attempt, it was so obvious. It was an operation.
Anybody that actually looks at it for real, but then they’ve weaponized the justice system against it. That situation has been weaponized against it. So you can’t question, just like conspiracy theory was created, so you couldn’t question anything. They did the same thing there. But with the justice system, you can’t question, otherwise you will be attacked. Right? This one is so promising because everybody’s questioning it, right? They don’t know what’s going on, but they’re questioning it. So I want to ask you your experience. You were seeing people inside who were involved, the top people in the government.
Now, how many of the people in the government weren’t involved and were just victims of a broken, dirty system? I would say there’s a small handful that’s actually involved in this cabal. And when we look, we’re going to see the same handful of criminals over and over and over again. You know, even in the wake of the Kennedy assassination, we had Gerald Ford step in, and he was part of the Warren commission covering up that assassination while this cabal took control. Look in his cabinet. You’re going to see the key players. You’ll see. He had George Bush to have the CIA.
He had Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, who gave us the aspartame in our food to dumb us down. We had Henry Kissinger, we had Nelson Rockefeller. We had Jack Valeni, who’s head of the Motion Picture association of America and decides what we’re going to see on our tv. Back then, you know, that was his press secretary. So we’re seeing the manipulation in the setup all along. And it’s just a small handful. And this dark cabal, this evil cabal, this handful of perpetrators, the ones like the Clintons, who are synonymous with the term suicided, you know, and that became a dark way of manipulating politicians.
Threaten their families, threaten their lives, hurt the children, use blackmail through the pedophile agenda. You know, that was used to compromise politicians, that, by filming it, you know, the Epstein Islands, those have been going on my whole life. I was used in the Epstein island of its time, Mackinac Island, Michigan, when I was a little toddler and prostituted to these politicians while it was being covertly filmed. They don’t trust each other either, so they hold each other by the blackmail, so to speak. They have, yeah. So that’s another form of coercion. They pay each other off.
They use all these different ways of manipulating, manipulation. And when we understand that, we start to realize it’s only a small handful of puppet masters at the top. These self appointed, self anointed leaders that we didn’t elect, they have no business meddling in our brilliant minds and lives anymore. When we realize they only have as much power as we give them or let them steal and reclaim our own power. When we reclaim our free thought, our free will, soul expression, strength of spirit, that infinite power of love, it’s game over. And they, they lose. They. They can, they only.
They’re such a dark, low vibration, negative energy force. They feed off a hatred. They feed off of fear. They feed off of negativity. That’s why we’re being barraged with so much of it. If they can keep our vibration low enough, that’s their. That’s their energy. If we reclaim our freedom, if we reclaim our free thought, our purpose, when we reclaim our. And realign with the divine and have that strength of the human spirit and the infinite power of love, again, our vibration is so high, they have nothing to feed off. It’s where truth really does make us free. Well, let’s talk a little bit about the blackmail system in the political sphere. Every Thomas Massey came on. He’s one of the few politicians that doesn’t have an apex babysitter, right? And he went on Tucker Carlson and talked about that.
A week later, his wife is dead. And, you know, so the black, even if they’re not part of the evildoers, they’re blackmailed through this system, aren’t they? They’re controlled. Even if they’re not a bad guy, they’re controlled differently. Yeah, absolutely. And then we look at the structure of a system like the FBI that Kennedy wanted to scatter into thousand pieces along with the CIA. You know, that’s something we need to, we need to consider doing because it’s so corrupt in its very structure that I don’t know how we could possibly clean it up. But you get one corrupt FBI director at the very top, and all those agents who are conditioned and programmed just to march to their boss and follow orders, they all do exactly what that one man says, and then the FBI has influence over all local law enforcement.
All they need to do is step in and say, it’s a federal, there’s federal crimes involved, or they need to invoke the National Security act. The National Security act, it just allows for a cover up and the proliferation of crimes against humanity that have been going on my whole life. So that we get this one person corrupt at the top. The agents march to their orders, and they have influence over all local law enforcement right in our own backyards. So it doesn’t take much in a corrupt structure of a system. We need to get things back to a local level, get the federal government out of our school system, get them out of our communities, you know, and start taking back control over our own lives, because you know, that local action has national impact.
We need to begin right in our own backyards after we reclaim our own free thought first. So, you know, it begins within each and every one of us. You know that the great awakening isn’t this big collective thing. It’s within each and every one of us. It’s an amazing time to be alive as I see people waking up to reclaim their purpose. We’re all here for a reason. We’re all here for a purpose, and people are realizing that. So this great awakening is happening within us all as we reclaim our free thought, our free will, our soul expression.
When we reclaim our soul expression, we reclaim our moral compass. When we reclaim our moral compass, then we stand up and protect the children. We. We stop. And this indoctrination that’s going on in the school system, we stop the injustice that’s happening in our own backyard and start taking a stand for the children now, because like I said, they can’t wait for the system to clean up. It’s up to us. It is up to us. And when you look at the current system now, it’s still happening, right? I mean, this is still going on. Do you work with survivors that are coming out of the system in the last five years talking about how it’s happening today and it’s happening now still? Yes.
Yes. And ultimately, regardless of what happens to us in life, it can’t change who we are. It can’t change our innate being and why we’re here. We can all heal, and we have within us this resiliency of body mind in spirit. We need to realize that and go within and find that, that capacity for healing. Fortunately for me, intelligence insider Mark Phillips, who was working the highest levels of intelligence mind sciences, saw how pertinent information on our own mind brain function had been suppressed under national security, kept out of the education system, kept out of the medical system, the mental health system.
This is our birthright. Information on how our brains work. That’s right. How our brains respond to trauma. We have a right to that information. We need to know that information. But he was working the highest levels of mind sciences to preserve the sanctity of free thought. And he saw how mind control was being used on individuals like myself. He saw how it was being used on the nation and ultimately the world. He saw, worst of all, children being taken in and out of the White House for blackmail purposes. He saw how our politicians were being corrupted.
He wanted to do something about it, but he was bound by laws of sedition. So he decided to take action. What an example to us all. Take action right where you are, no matter where that is. But he took action, and he lifted my daughter and me right out of the Washington, DC swamp. All the way back in 1988, you know, that was. That was before anybody even knew that there was that swamp and the mind control agenda. There was a few of you, like Detective Rothstein was another one. There was. There was a few of you that were seeing the inside of it and horrified.
Absolutely. Well, Mark wasn’t the only one in intelligence. You know, there were people like William von Rob, who was head of us customs, seeing the drug and human trafficking across open borders. And every time someone was caught, national security was invoked on it, because the Clintons were running the CIA cocaine operation, Bill Clinton’s infamous mena, you know, cocaine ops. Everybody had the information and the knowledge of that, but nothing was being done. There was no justice happening, and it was all being stopped under national security. So people like William von Roth were horribly upset at what was going on.
There were many on the inside trying to expose it, but their voices were silenced under national security. They were kept out of the controlled media narrative. Yeah. So everything was national security. So, okay, so today, when you look at the White House today with Biden, who, you know, the whole Biden crime family, it’s very well documented. So obviously, he’s really a swamp creature. And you have all this going on. You see the open borders. How much of it are you seeing? Your experience of this awful system going on today with open borders and the Biden White House? My 1995 testimony for Congress, transformation of America detailed not only what happened to me, but what I witnessed and experienced inside of the White House among these perpetrators.
What I experienced on a White House Pentagon level. I experienced the blackmail operations, the child sex trafficking operations being set up out of St. Thomas under Hillary Clinton’s mentor, Madeleine Albright, who was secretary of, went on to become secretary of state, but she was setting up what became at the Epstein island. And all of that was unfolding, even back then. There’s so much information that I was exposed to and the roots of this corruption, you know, that. That I was exposed to, and it’s in my testimony, transformation of America. It was censored under national security. It was released that Bill Clinton was in the White House at the time, supposedly exposing, really just covering it all up, acting like it had been stopped.
It has not. It’s only accelerated and gone global in proportion. We all experienced mind control masked as a virus. 2020, while elections were blatantly stolen in front of all of us. Now everyone has a point of reference for understanding mind control and how we’re manipulated by a repetitive narrative. When we were told, mask up, get the injection, social distance over and over and over until so many people did it. If my 1995 testimony for Congress had been out there, I exposed the vaccines, I exposed the plan for us all because it had already been determined that if the american people became unmanageable, that we’d be reduced to more manageable size through the injections.
And, you know, this information needed to be out there. If people had that information. Truth really does make us free, but this censorship definitely takes its toll. So I have seen how the plan that they had in place was. Has been unfolding, but I’ve also seen how it’s not unfolding, because the plan was, according to the discussion at Bohemian Grove and at swiss Villa Amphitheater, that when people became disillusioned with Republicans, leading them into the new world order, that Bill Clinton as a Democrat would be put in place and it would be kept in the Bush Clinton dynasties until Hillary Clinton ushered in the new world order.
Hillary Clinton was supposed to usher in that new world Order, 2016. But by the time that happened, there were so many of us awake and aware that we overrode the rigged electronic algorithm in the voting machine to elect a president who would represent we the people, someone who would stand up and expose the corruption that has been going on in infiltrating our government for so long, someone who would show us that there was a swamp, and we succeeded in doing that. These perpetrators became so frantic. You know, they. They started making a lot of mistakes. They did not know that there were that many of us awake.
The media hadn’t come up with any contrived polls to even indicate that it was close, you know, so they were very much surprised when that happened. That’s why when 2020 rolled around, they used mind control masks as a virus to blatantly steal elections in front of us all. I’m sure we overrode that rigged electronic algorithm again, but it didn’t matter at that point because they were stealing it from so many directions at once. You could even sit and watch the numbers go backwards. Yeah, it was so obvious on tv. It’s really, really, really obvious. Yeah, but people didn’t take a stand because they were hiding behind their masks and watching their tvs.
Well, I think there’s a certain percentage of people that just didn’t. That just couldn’t get their head wrapped around. At least now they know more people know that the elections can be rigged. But I’m. I’m actually pretty optimistic when I see everybody questioning this latest event with Trump, getting, whether you believe he was in on it or not, they’re questioning it, they’re asking questions. That’s the important thing. But now we have this Biden guy walking around, people don’t even think he’s alive because the, I gotta say that the person that they had, I don’t know who it was, but whoever they had on the latest thing walking into the white house is two inches taller than Biden.
They’ve been. How can you be two inches taller? So obviously it’s. And they have body doubles, right? You might have seen, did you get to see body doubles in your, personally when you were involved or when you were in that network? They’ve had doubles, but nothing like what they have today. I mean, this is extreme to the lengths that they’ve gone to. And yes, people are questioning it. One big mistake these perpetrators made. And they’re frantic need to, you know, regain control over the minds of the population. They told everybody to shelter at home. When you shelter at home, that broke routine patterns.
If you break routine patterns, that causes the brain to fire in new ways. It opens neuron pathways in the brain. It’s like if, if you park your car in a different place, you’ve got to think, where did you park it? You know, if you used to park it in one spot and you move it, you got to think where it was. If you open those neuron pathways, they need to shut neuron pathways down, get back, fire. And that opened them. So people started questioning even then, and that questioning hasn’t stopped. So it’s exciting to see how people are waking up and questioning what they’re being told, and they’re, they’re not buying into it anymore.
This is like an evolutionary time of a great awakening. And how long do you think this has been going on? You think it started with JFK? Or even, you said the Nazis perfected it. Obviously, blackmail has been around since the beginning of time, but the Nazis started to perfect it scientifically. Then they imported it with Operation Paperclip. And then we’re seeing, well, now we’re seeing neuroscience just exploding. All these dark labs, these secret labs. Every university has a secret lab now, and they’re all being funded. It’s the largest industry that no one knows about, right? And it’s a huge amount of funding worldwide.
So how do we get that into the open? You know, I did a series of mind control in fifth generation. That was a goal to let’s start getting this all open. In the sophistication that’s behind. Are you seeing people understand just how sophisticated this is. They’re not only seeing how sophisticated it is, but they’re ready to take back their lives. It’s like all these doctors that complied with giving the injections are seeing the results of what those injections are and they have compound guilt to deal with. And in their process of dealing with it they’re realizing nation had conditioned them to march to whatever big pharma told them to do.
Well of course it did follow the money and the education system, right? And it goes right back to big pharma. Big pharma was running those universities. Of course there’s, there’s these labs, these hidden labs and everything. This has been going on for long, long, long time. It’s just that the manipulation that has been going on has been multigenerational. You look at the teachers in the education system and now they’re realizing they were indoctrinated in the system themselves. They were indoctrinated to indoctrinate and so it goes. Now we’re having to step back from that whole system. So as people are reclaiming their free thought, they’re having to unravel the roots of their own manipulation in that process.
As they’re finding that out, they’re realizing, oh, this system is a mess, what can we do? Step over here. Let’s fix it in our own community and our own society. Let’s educate the children ourselves. So at this point, when I began speaking out 35 years ago, I was, you know, blowing the whistle on the corruption that people didn’t even know existed. Now not only do they know it existed and exists, but they’re seeing the intricacy of it. They know the depth of the corruption. So now when I’m speaking out, it’s all these medical and mental freedom conferences and even it’s amazing to see all the different levels people are going to.
To take back their lives. They’re taking back their freedom, the free thought, they’re taking back their communities, they’re taking back the education system, they’re educating the children themselves, teaching the children to grow their own food, knowing full well that our food has been manipulated to starve our brains and make us more compliant. We’re not getting the proper nutrition out of our foods. We’re all, you know, aware of that these days. So they’re teaching the children and how to grow it again, not only that, how to renourish the soil that’s been depleted by Monsanto. So they’re taking all these steps and I’m so excited to get to be part of that solution and to actually see it sweeping the nation and knowing it’s happening on a global scale.
We can’t just talk about the problems. People are already in solution mode on how we can actually do it. And they’re sharing information with each other. Well, I’ve got this piece of the puzzle. I’ve got this piece. Let’s, you know, combine. And people are taking back their communities. They’re having to shut off their devices, get out in their society, talk to each other eye to eye, heart to heart, soul to soul, and start making the positive, necessary change. It’s happening. That’s excellent. And you see it in your lifetime. It must be so. It’s. And even if it’s not per, like, I still see a lot of negative things happening.
But you, from where you came to where we are today, it’s so much better that I can’t imagine how it feels for you to see this tsunami of people waking up. It must be incredible for you because you were. It was such a dark time for a long time, wasn’t it? And you were just struggling to maintain, to become a survivor. And then now from that point, I mean, how do you feel from going from that to today? It must just be amazing. It really is. And it’s phenomenal, too, knowing how to heal from trauma and being able to share that with.
With everyone. Because ultimately, we’re all healing right now. Everyone needs to reclaim and retain their free thought. The methods that intelligence insider Mark Phillips taught me are in PTSD. Time to heal. That’s available on my website. Everybody can have the information. It’s easy to self apply because it’s our birthright information. It just reminds us so we can all reclaim that free thought. It’s such an important aspect of all parts of society as we go forward that everyone reclaims that free thought expands their thinking beyond what they think they know. And my healing process, when I started remembering the things that I’d been tortured, to forget the things that I’d experienced that were just so much, I told Mark, I said, I don’t know how I can live with myself after what I was forced to do under mind control.
I can’t. I can’t. I don’t know how I can live with myself knowing what the plan is. And he told me, he said, you’re not responsible for what you’re tortured to do under mind control. You’re not responsible for the mind manipulation that you experienced. Your abusers are. And they need to be held accountable for their actions. That’s the same thing. Even with the doctors, they need to hold big pharma accountable for those actions so they can move forward in their own lives. And it’s more than just forgiving self. It’s understanding what made us do it so that we can move forward in our lives.
But Mark told me, he said, now that you are aware, you are responsible for all your actions going forward. That’s for sure. And I thought, yeah, whoa, we all are. Now that we take that responsibility, responsibilities, and ability to respond and choose how we do it, make sure that everything we do is out of love, that everything we do is true to soul, that everything we do is rooted in our life’s purpose and our own power and our free thought. That’s an important thing for all of us. So that’s an exciting message to get to share with people and empower them to reclaim that for themselves.
So we have a lot of people waking up, a lot of people in public, but when it comes to Covid, a lot of us are talking about it. It’s obvious. But Congress and the government is still uniformly ignoring it. You know, it’s a blanket darkness when it comes to that. Why? How much more do you think we need to overcome before that whole thing crumbles? Where Congress stops being a wall of silence, not just on Covid, but on so many things when we stop complying. You know, it’s like 2016. We elected a president that exposed the swamp.
And then we all step back because we’ve been conditioned for generations to wait on the, you know, this authority outside ourselves to fix all the problems for us. We look to big government, big pharma, big tech, big cult, occult religion to tell us how to live our lives because we give our power away. And then when we saw the swamp where all like, okay, drain that swamp, you know, you do it. How can one person drain the swamp from the top down and such a corrupted government? It can’t happen. It’s up to us to drain it from the bottom up.
It’s up to each and every one of us. So we have to start doing our part and stop relying on government to clean itself up, to stop waiting on government to drain their own swamp. It’s not going to happen. It’s up to us. It’s up to each and every one of us. So if we are so fortunate to have a leader in there that actually represents our freedoms, we better be doing our part. And, you know, stop following the self appointed leaders, you know, the WEF and the World Health Organization and all these other so called leaders.
They have. They have no. They have no reason to tell us how to live our lives. You know, we need to just stop following the leaders we didn’t elect, stop giving our power away, take it back, get out in our communities, start making the difference there. So I just love your message. I think your message is a message of hope, which is so great. Do you work with, do you have, have you have cause? So many people that I’ve talked to who’ve come out of those programs, MkUltra type programs, tell me that there’s really isn’t. There aren’t resources for them yet.
Cause most people in the psychiatric community or whatever, they just aren’t trained or they don’t know what to do. Is there a growing movement to start helping people with this? There is. It’s massive. And the. Again, the methods that I use in PTSD, time to heal, are so easy to self apply. And the little book itself, I mean, it’s so tiny because it’s a workbook that reminds us how to reclaim our self control, inner peace, how to pick up a pen, write out our trauma, write out our memory, write out our fear, write out what’s immobilizing us, and then add a solution.
Because when we add a solution, we have to lift out of that dark pit of negativity and think in a new way. And that was one thing that mark taught me, to voice no negatives without a solution. I’ve been following orders for 30 years of my life. I didn’t know how I could learn to think for myself. And that not being able to complain, you know, I had to learn to think for myself and think of a solution. It forced my brain to fire in new ways. And by firing in new ways, we’re opening the neuron pathways again.
Again. Mind control shuts them down. Free thought opens them up. So picking up a pen and paper, it activates the logic part of the brain. It takes this emotionally incomprehensible trauma, all these fears, all this immobilizing negativity, shifts it over to logic, where it’s written out on paper in front of us, consciously seen. And all of a sudden, we’re healing on all levels at once. We’re opening neuron pathways, we’re healing psychiatrically, psychologically. And with that, we’re healing emotionally and spiritually and reclaiming our soul expression. And we get all of that back. And when we do tap into that infinite strength of the human spirit and power of love, we realize how ridiculous it is to be manipulated any longer, you know, so it’s within us all to heal we just need to remember that we have been blessed with that power all along and stop looking outside ourselves and giving our power away.
We’ve been conditioned that way for too long, so it’s within us all to heal, but we need a safe place to do it. So I’m seeing all these safe places is opening up and we can all do that. Open up our hearts, open up our homes and make our communities safer. And all of a sudden we have a safe place for that healing to occur. That’s what we need. We don’t need anyone outside ourselves telling us how to think. We’ve already been manipulated too much from outside influence. We need to do it from within and stop the outside influence.
