The mainstream media has covered that we’re doing some training and it makes it sound like they’re the little country club and sharing secrets on military strategy.

No, no, no. We’re talking. This is like Vietnam with the combat advisors under Eisenhower and Kennedy. Actually going into combat, advising the Mexican military on how to deal with cartel tactics. We are probably going to see some Americans come home and body bags. God forbid, but this is what we’re looking at. This is real. This is ongoing. The war has already started from what I’ve been told. Now, because some of this information has leaked out and the mainstream media is making scant reference to it. And by the end of the day, many people like me will have reported on what’s going on here and the fact that the war has already started, even though we’re quote unquote in an advisory situation, which I prefer.

I’d much rather use mercenaries to further our national interests than risk the lives of American soldiers because ultimately it’s the Mexican government that’s been complicit in expanding the growth and influence of the cartels. Not so much they’re going to go after Americans at first brush, they’re going to go after infrastructure. And I would expect that to be their first line of defense domestically. You do this, we’re going to do that. And we’re going to up the ante every time you do something progressive that we don’t like. So this is the news on the ground right now. Officially, the war has started against the cartel and American troops are on the front lines.

Quote unquote advising and I don’t think they do much advising. They’re probably doing a lot of shooting, advising Mexican troops on how to conduct the war. And then of course, too, as we reported the last segment, American law enforcement from border patrol to ice to the military are being fired upon at the border. This is really serious stuff.
