Foreign business building. Now, whether you’re already in Life Wave and building a business or you’re curious or you’re not even involved in Life Wave yet, this is, this will be a very insightful meeting that we’re going to have. You guys are going to love it. It’s basically, we’re going to cover the fear that stops us and the seven levels of why. All right, so very, very interesting. Something that, you know, obviously as a Navy seal, I had to overcome a lot of fears. We have Connie Lucas in just coming in right now. Connie was just talking about the, the fear that stops us in the seven levels.

Why? I, I listened to your video on that. It was outstanding. Excellent job. And, uh, so we’re gonna be talking about that tonight. Uh, it. These are some of the most important things I think that you can have in your life. You know, understanding what, your whys and why, why you do the things you do in life and, and doing this in a lifeway business can really help you achieve great success. So we’ll talk about that. We’ll review some of that. But first of all, my. My wise, my wives for Life Wave, you know, they evolve over time.

And you’ll find that with everything you do in life, whatever it is, it’s going to evolve as, as your business grows, as you evolve in life, as you become more confident and, and comfortable with what you’re doing, you’ll do things differently. You’ll have more whys that will come up. Like, for me, I remember when I worked for the. The CIA, they used to fly me business class. And I was lucky sometimes that I would get a business class. They would upgrade me for some whatever reason, I was like, oh, business class. Oh, it’s so great. But normally I was all the way in the back of the bus, right? So like everybody else, so.

And it was. It was like being spoiled. So every time I went overseas, I’m flying business, and I got used to it, and then I left. And then I left the. The CIA and it was back to no more business class. So at. At one point I was like, I would really like to be able to do that again. So that was one of my whys in life, and it motivated me to, you know, pursue avenues that would eventually bring them back in my life. Took a little time, but once I get confident, once I started to, you know, work outside of the military industrial complex and started to, you know, learn how building your own business is the greatest opportunity that you can ever do.

And you should, you should most definitely be Building a business. If you’re not building business, you’re basically missing out on great opportunity. So I, I was always, even when I was in the SEALS community, I was building businesses. And then when I got out of the, in the military as a Navy seal, I was b. Building businesses in the CIA was building businesses. When I was working as a casino, uh, contractor manager for security, uh, I was building businesses. So you learn over time, you know, how to build business, how to overcome fears, how to find your, your wise.

So that’s, that’s the amazing thing, you know, having been an AB Seal, like I was talking about earlier, you learn to overcome fears. You have to, right? Jumping out of planes, blowing stuff up, you know, shooting in close proximity, other people diving in crazy lack water and things like come racing up to you at breakneck speed. And then you see all these, this light and bubbles and it’s like I, I hope that was a dolphin, not a shark. So, so you’re, you have all these things you overcome. But my why was like and that I, I just really loved, you know, doing things were on the edge.

And then when I was in the ca, I loved you know, traveling the world and know doing things on the edge and combat zone. So on a, on a different level. So now my joy and the things that I really, the my whys are helping people on a greater level than I ever did in my whole life as a Navy seal, as in the CIA. I feel that doing this business, I help more people in a more positive way than I have ever done in my life. So this is, you know, one of those things that you find your wives, you develop your wives and you overcome, you know, obstacles.

For me, I don’t, there’s Fear is not even in my vocabulary really. I, I can talk about it. It’s like, yeah, fear, you have fears, so that’s, that’s too bad. You should overcome those. But you know, you always, if there’s something that I feel uncomfortable with, I’m going for it. I’m going to overcome it and master it. So that’s, that’s, you know, the things that we do in life and that’s how we achieve great success. And finding your why it’s, it’s very, very important. Connie. Well, I would be curious. I know a lot of you were on that training last Monday is I would love to hear what anybody got out of it that was on the training.

Maybe a shift they had, maybe they actually did their seven levels of why. If not, I’m going to recommend that every Single one of you. I even have some crossline leaders that asked to share that with their teams. I’ve had a lot of people reaching out to me, different people that have reached out that I didn’t even know they were in my organization that were just like, okay, that I get it now. And they did their deep dive why. Right. They really got down to it. That why will make you do the things you won’t normally do.

That why will make you step past that fear that you have. Because it’s so much. And we talk about in it how it’s. Sometimes it’s not about you. Sometimes. I mean, Michael and Tracy Jo had the why of flying first class. And to be frank, I did too. Because that’s my relaxation time. That’s my time. I take that. That’s like me getting. Getting a reward for working hard. Right. And it makes it to where I don’t mind traveling to see everybody and do everything because it’s. It’s fun, it’s comfortable, it’s. It’s great. Was. But that wasn’t the ultimate why, right? As you dug down in the why and it.

And that isn’t for Michael either. Those are all the good things. And it comes down and then you get to the big one. And Michael, I remember when you were down in Mexico last year for a significant period of time and you were. You were working from there and I was still had the salon and I was like, oh, that is it. I’m getting rid of the salon this year. I am out. Like, it was so motivating to me because I want to be able to work from anywhere. I want to work on my schedule. Schedule and not have to, you know, yeah, I have zooms all day or whatever.

But it wasn’t the same as having clients booked out months ahead of time and you couldn’t change it. You start thinking about how hard you work at your job, how many hours you give them, how much you work and when it’s gone, it’s gone and you have nothing to show for all those years. Right. We need our jobs. We need our things that we’re doing. I need other businesses. Whatever it is, you need those while you’re building this. But if that’s why is big enough, you’re going to figure out how to get out of it and build something really for you.

So if you haven’t watched it, it’s in the telegram group. I think I posted it Wednesday or Thursday. It’s in the form of a YouTube so it’s easy to watch it’s easy to share and I don’t know, did you guys, if you guys put it anywhere. Jen, I posted it just now. So as you’re talking, it’s post. You post it in the chat, Jen. Okay. Yes. So you guys can grab it, grab it out of the chat. And once you do it, it tells. We talk about, we show you where to go to get your 7 levels of Y form in healthiswealth biz where you can find that, dig into it, do it and have a conversation.

You know, if, if this, if this moves you, that’s the next piece to goals. So a lot of times people come in, they’re like, you gotta set your goals. You gotta set a timeline. This is true. But what’s going to make you go for those goals in that timeline? The why, if we don’t get to that why we would move mountains thing, then you’re not going to get, you know, you’re not going to take the time, you’re not going to do the schedule, you’re not going to give up something to get what you want. So I think that this could help a lot of you that do want to move forward, but you felt stuck.

As I’m going to talk, I’d love to hear from you guys some results. And I, but I have had a few people who were like, wow, I felt like you were doing this for me. And I know one gal since last Monday, she signed up three core pack, three people on core packs in that time frame. I’ve had several others that are doing things they haven’t been able to do ever. But once they got this, they, they were like, what am I afraid of? And once they realized they weren’t alone, once they realize we’re all, except for Michael, we’re all afraid to do certain things.

We all have that fear. We’re all like, oh, God, what if they say no? You know, whatever it is. So I just encourage you to do that. And then, Michael, if anybody did listen and got anything out of it, I would love feedback. Yeah, I, I listened to it. I thought it was outstanding. I, I like to, to hear all the different whys, you know, why, why people do the things they do. That’s very intriguing to me and I know it’s, it’s always been a very huge motivator for me. And I understand that if I, if I have a good why, then I’m going to be motivated and, and then I just focus on my goals.

And I know you, you talked about goals were a little bit Difficult for you. But as. As someone in the military, you know, I learned to be goal focused and overcoming obstacles to achieving those goals, which is, you know, something the Navy SEAL teams are excellent and proficient at. And I’ve. I. I like really challenging goals, you know, and impossible, actually. So, you know, I feel like I’ve done some impossible stuff in this business. I. I just shared and, you know, I’m like the. The number one, you know, customer getter for like two years in a row.

And when I go up to get the award, I’m like, what? I. I got that. Like, but I’m just doing. It’s the doing. And you guys talk about that. You’re not so focused on, you know, all you’re focused on is, this is what I want to achieve. No, you’re. You’re focused on the doing. It’s kind of like when I was in the military, and we’d learn a new skill, like a new shooting skill or fighting skill, whatever. You. You get this. You be taught the skill, and then you practice the skill, and you practice the skill, and you practice the skill, and you become, you know, at one with that skill.

You become proficient in whatever that is you’re doing. But in the beginning, you’re a little. You’re a little sloppy. Like, maybe. Maybe you get laughed at. Oh, that looked funny. And it’s like, well, I’ll tighten it up. And then you get better and better and better, and that’s what you’re going to notice. It’s like, you don’t stop. You can’t stop because you have to achieve that skill to advance. And that’s the way this business is if you want to achieve the success. And I know Anne talked about that, how she wanted to go on those trips, and now she’s going on, you know, the latest trip.

And I want to ask you the quit. You’re going on the. The first. First week. Yeah, we’re gonna do the first wave. Punta Mita and Nicholas and Misty as well. And Sherry. Nice. Yeah. Okay, so I’ll line everything up tonight, so. Good. Good. So I was kind of waiting to see what you guys were gonna do. Yeah. And I spin over a few things. We’ll chat. I’ll chat with Tracy. Joe later. But next time. To the next trip. Michael’s going on the next trip. Let’s just to be fair, there’s no way. He’s not. Okay, so what.

So me, I gotta. I’m gonna have to work. Michael, he’s just going. But you can. Anybody can get on Those trips, if the next time we really sit down as a team and we look at, here’s the points you need, here’s how you earn points. What is your organization like? These are the things you got to do. And for us, because at this point in our career, ours was rank advancing. Our personally sponsored, some enrollments, definitely had some enrollments, but we knew that there was a lot of it could be done on upgrade kits. Going back to people and going, hey, I can save you money.

Are you ready to order? Let’s order you an upgrade. And so a lot you just have to think and strategize out. And there isn’t a person on here that can’t go on the next trip with Michael. Like, you really can’t. I mean, I love Terri and Fred. They are moving, they are doing something. And trip before this, I’m like, terri, I know you’re close. She’s like, no, we’re not close. I’m like, you’ve got to be close. You’re working too hard not to be. So think about those things. Because if you put it in your mind and you decide.

Once I decided that Barry and I decided we were going on this trip, we just made it happen, you know. But if it’s that decision, we made the decision we were going and then we figured out how we were going to get there, right? It wasn’t the other way around. Like, oh, we just accidentally got it. It was a definite decision. Michael, you said something else that was really, really, really important about how you just build on your skills. Right? And so I hear all the time when people come in new, they will say to me, I just want to sound like you.

It just rolls off your tongue. It doesn’t sound like, it doesn’t sound like sales when you do it because, Because I’ve done it so many times. This is a repeat business. This is like shooting free throws. You don’t get good till 10,000 free throws. And if you go into healthiswealth biz into growing your skills, I believe we still have it. The four level or the levels of competency video. And if not, you can find it in the more videos on my YouTube channel. But the four levels of competency talk about that. They talk about exactly how you grow your skills.

And it’s repetition, repetition, repetition, repetition. And that’s, that’s the way I was, you know, with a lot of my skills. But that’s, that’s what I do in, you know, presenting this information. So, you know, all of us have to overcome you know, obstacles when presenting this information. You know, I see in the chat, you know, when I do shows and I talk about Life Wave, I’ll see people that, you know, make, make comments and so forth. I, I had the, I had that, you know, angry sale thing and I tried it for like a, a month and a half and nothing happened for me.

So I just gave up on it. I’m like, you know, I, I would, I, I, and I like you. I think Robin even said this. He’s like, I wouldn’t recommend it to someone like that. You know, so that’s, that’s one of the frustrating things that we see. So we try and, you know, use it, you know, a month for every 10 years of your life. And then people are like, well, I think anything happened, you know, Fred, you, you kind of like, we’re, we’re the same thing, you know, used for a month and a half, nothing happened.

You’re like, ah, but your wife got great results. You’re like, I’m gonna get a little bit more. And. And then bam, it happened for you. So it’s, you know, helping people overcome their own personal obstacles who, you can talk it so much, but they’re not going to. And also see where people are saying, I can’t afford that, or, you know, I’m on a, you know, a lot of senior citizens, you know, they have limited income. I would love to do that if I was rich. So. But I’m still presenting. That doesn’t stop me. I’m like, oh, woe is me.

Someone couldn’t do it because look at how many thousands upon thousands upon 10, close to 10,000 people that are, you know, benefiting from it. Just in my little group, and I know all of you have groups and you’re growing your groups, so it’s, it’s, it’s the tendrils are going out. More and more people are getting. The roots are going into the ground, the, the trees growing, the leaves are coming out and the flowers are blooming on the trees, and soon there’ll be fruit. So there’s, there’s, there’s lots of these things that are happening across the entire spectrum.

And I, and you get your feedback from people. Oh, I’m so glad you shared that. You got. I, I have gotten so much, so much great results and on and on and on. It’s like, how can you not do it? And when you hear people, you know, share like that in the doc talk and in the Miracle Monday, and it’s all these different people that come in and share how great it is. That should be your. Why, you know, you should, like, latch onto that. It’s like, look at all the people that are benefiting from this.

I can never not have that. Why have that, you know, that focus and keep sharing. Keep sharing. It’s gonna. It’s gonna continue. So I do know. I just. So I see some. I see Richard on here and some of our Canadians. And so there will be. Hi. Great to see you. My husband was asking about you the other day. He wants to know why you haven’t called. So we just know there is going to be a Canadian road show. Get with. I will get with Roxanne and Jen on the dates for the particular, particular provinces as.

As we get them. But I believe it’s going to be the third week in March is. I think the third full week of March, I believe is when it’s going to be. And they’ll go from province to province. I think they’re going to. I think they usually typically move from west to east on their dates. But I will get with you ladies. So keep. For those of you that are Canadian, keep with Jen and Roxanne on that so they can give you the dates and the information so you can kind of block that off as a save the date until corporate comes out with actually buying the tickets for it.

So for those road shows, those are the places just like the boot camp that we had in Florida. Getting to a road show isn’t quite the same, but it’s a great way to introduce. Bring people with you and get guests in front of corporate to see what the excitement’s all about. Fabulous. Fabulous. So let’s. You want to go over any of that, that, that brief you did, Connie? Just outline it. I would. Well, I would love to know real quick because Fred, Fred and Terry, were you guys on? Michelle, I think you might have been on.

Anybody who’s on. I’d love to hear what, what your takeaways were from that. Right? Yeah, I watched it. I sent it to Terry because she was busy talking to someone about Life Wave on the phone, which was great. But I got, I got more of the fear things out of the way. First of all, when we had that Facebook challenge, you might not believe this, but I, I had a problem doing the Live. The Facebook Live because I was sitting going. I thought I had to be perfect and all, and I just, finally just did it and it turned out pretty good.

But our leads from our last event, we. I made the phone calls right away and I, I just the phone has always been like I scared to use the phone. And the last leads that I followed up on, all we did was send videos and text messages. But this time I used the phone. And I did get my 10 no’s for the day, but kind of streamlined the process because instead of me for months sending them videos and texting them, I got the idea if they were interested or not. So I could just focus on who was interested and back off the people who.

And just send them a thing or two every now and then in the future. But yeah, it streamlined it. It made it much easier than worrying about if, if I’m ever going to hear from them again. I love that it took a lot of pressure off on the fear part and the why part. I haven’t worked on that yet, but my, my wife knows why. Well, it may be a good idea too for, for all of you. You know, you can send them in just whoever, if you, whoever it is you are working with upline, um, whether you be downlining Michaels and you’ve got somebody directly sponsored by Michael that you’re working with, or whether or not it’s, you know, right with, with Roxanne and Jen or whoever it is, do your why sheet, dig into those seven levels and then take a screenshot of it or a picture.

Just take a picture of it and send it to whoever it is you’re working with so that they know what your why is. Then you can have conversations. Because from this why is where you move into the goals. Because what’s it going to take to get to that why? Right? So if it’s, if it’s something where you want to bring a spouse home, right, so they don’t have to work, let’s just say, well, and you’ve got to replace that income, what is that amount and what is that? So now we turn it this y into goals.

So what is the goals? What’s the amount to. To get what has to happen to get to this, Right. And so now you can do what needs to happen within the next 90 days. What’s, you know, maybe this is the goal. What happens? What’s my long term goal? I still have, I still have one goal I haven’t hit that I am going to hit and I still haven’t hit it. I’m going to hit it. I don’t care how many times. I mean it’s, it’s happening. And then when that I hit that one, I will make a new one.

But I still have one big goal left that I haven’t haven’t hit yet. And so the goals tie in. And now you put a time, an amount and get specific. And from that you take a look at, okay, to create that, what’s it going to take? How many enrollments, how many this. So let’s say you break it down to the simplest thing. And I think I might have talked about this on there and who knows if I ever do my math right. But for example, if some, someone came to me and they said I need to make $4,000 in February and how do I do that? And I said, well, the simplest way is go send, sell 10, 10 premium packs.

There’s your money. It’s not the law, it’s not what’s going to happen forever. It’s not going to make you the same amount of money. But it is the simplest way. And then you can break it down. If you can’t sell that, what are you going to do here? How many brand partners do I need? Is anybody ranking? Do I still need a builder? Whatever the goal is. And then you tie your income producing activities to it. And if it’s a big, big goal and if you need to make it fast, you’re, you’re going to have to ramp it up.

It may be 10 people a day, it may be 50 phone calls a day, it may be a hundred. I’m not saying anybody has to. I’m just saying you have to tie the activity as Michael talked about to that. When Michael was making his run for spd, one of the things that we did was he started doing more shows on Lifewave. He amped up his activity right when he was ready to go. When he was doing some of his events, some of you got to participate in it and still do. When he runs events and has the table, that’s amping up exposures, that’s amping up his activity.

And so each of us can do those things to figure out where your organization is and what do you have to do as income producing activities to get to that place that you’re trying to get to for that next 90 day goal. Yeah, and that’s, that’s one of the things, you know, I like, I like to do the events and have, have a table there and you know, have a group of people that come in and you know, share. We did that in Sedona for that big event in Sedona. It was, it was phenomenal. Had so many people sign up for that and then the people that are there, you know, that are part of your group that are signing people up.

And building their businesses. It’s. It’s so rewarding to see that, you know, the sending people in that direction, helping people, you know, try the patches, and they’re all interested in it, and they see that happening too. So eventually they will probably be doing that as well if they want to build a business and, you know, you know, fulfill those wives and their lives. So that’s. That’s a wonderful thing about, you know, seeing the business being built by other people and seeing their success and then having that joy within you that you’ve helped people achieve goals that, you know, they wanted to achieve.

So that is. I think that’s one of the things, you know, you guys that are building your businesses, you know, start to expand yourself. Like Connie and Robin and Gregory, they did with me and Jen. They’re like, you know, how can we help you? So, you know, and we. And we’re at that one. What was that one? Aruba. And so we’re in a room and we, we got. We’re like. That was the first time we all got together. So we’re like in one of those little gazebos by the pool, and we’re like, okay, let’s. And we had one of those big lizards come up and hang out with us.

It was classic scene. So from that, we brainstormed and masterminded, you know, where we’re at now. So from. From that, you know, what, almost two years ago, maybe more, we. We now have, you know, even more successful. So it’s, It’s. It’s pretty substantial. And that’s where Jen and I, you know, got together, and we started working from that point too. Then eventually Roxanne came in, started working, and we have, you know, other people that are involved in other capacities as well. So it is. It’s. It’s pretty. Pretty substantial, you know, what you can do in this business and how big and grow it is.

I see it continuing growing bigger and bigger and bigger. It’s pretty fun. But you need to understand that, you know, a team, you know, it’s not about just me, it’s about the team. So everybody that’s. That’s involved, you have to be, you know, outgoing for your team as well. And that’s. That’s what I started to step into that mode as well. Starting to, you know, help people in my team more. So that’s. That’s my focus now going forward to actually being more involved with my team than I was before. So go and we’ll see that. Grow my business on another level again.

So that’s one of my whys. All right, so I. Why do I. Why do I want to, you know, do this business? Why. Why do I want. I want to, like, help people grow their businesses. That means a lot to me. I did that throughout my career. And, you know, the SEAL teams in the CIA, you know, helping people grow in a capacity that’s going to expand them. So I think this business is, you know, definitely one of those things that, you know, fulfill. Can fill. Fulfill a lot of whys and, you know, desires and goals that people have.

Jen, I knew 3 time might be a charm. Kept raising my hand, but then you had such a good discussion, I’d take it back down. So I didn’t want to interfere. This seven levels deep exercise is something as a therapist that I’ve done forever. And so this guy, that Joe Stump, whoever it is, it’s been used by therapists forever. I just want you to know that. But I love it, and I’ll tell you why. Everyone in this video here today can use this when you’re talking with anyone who’s trying to get deep into what is bothering them.

And so for this, it’s. What is the gift? What is. What is our. You know, what do we want to. Our why? What is our why? But if you notice, it takes every question and then asks it again and again with the new answer. Does that make sense? And I’m telling you, as a therapist, I used to do that. Well, you know, I’m depressed. Well, you’re depressed. Okay. Why? Well, because whatever. My mom did this. Okay, well, your mom did this. So what else? You know, and you just go deeper, deeper, deeper. So I love Connie that you’re bringing this.

Where is Connie? I’m seeing. My computer’s been jumping around tonight. So I love this because it gets all of us to go deeper into not just the why, but so much more. And so when you’re talking with the people that you’re trying to help, you could use this technique to get them to understand more powerfully things that are stopping them. Not just why you want to succeed, but. Okay, I’m scared. Well, if you were scared, why would that be? And you just keep going deeper until you get to. I mean, I’ve gotten to. When I was three years old, this happened to me.

And so then I go, oh, okay, erase that. Think of jj, Connie. You know, we. We’ve got some people that are coaches for us, and they’re using those techniques. And so all of you here, it’s free, easy thing. You could just Switch different sentences in there and use it. So I want to give that to all of you as a tool. I love it. And you know, and I did watch your video. I wasn’t on live, but I did see it today and I watched it because I went to Telegram, which is where Connie is helping us.

And the other thing with Telegram, we’re trying to get Connie, our Michael’s mastermind people, to just use Telegram in that. For. For that group. Oh, that’s a good idea. Yeah. So we’ve got Michael’s mastermind by invitation. So. Yay. Fabulous site. That’s Liz. Lawyer, attorney Liz just appeared. Michael, Grandma attorney Liz. I haven’t seen her. Okay, I’ll be quiet because I can see too many faces. I know. But yeah, so that’s what we’re trying to do. And so thank you for steering us to Telegram. I still cheated and put everything in the back, you know, in the chat.

But, you know, I love what you’re doing. This is great, Michael. Yeah, very good think. Thank Connie. She’s one came up with, this is great. Lydia. Good evening. I was on the. The training on Monday and it was wonderful. In fact, I texted Jen afterwards and I’m like, okay. Given the situation going on for me at work, I am very motivated. I really want to get moving on this. And I just, I feel like I have a couple of little things that I need to work on where you talk about the fear and that kind of thing.

So anyways, it’s. It’s been helpful. I have not had a chance to do the, the why sheet. I need to sit down and write it. I have done it in my head. I know what is motivating me. And yeah, it’s. It was really profound for me. So thank you. Oh, I’m so glad. And you know, Lydia, one of the things that you can do moving forward. So get the why statement done. Send that over. You know, get that over to Jen. Roxanne, take a look. I’m sure Michael, Michael will look at. At all of these. I know, because I know he’s very interested in and what all of you want.

And so once you, once you do that, then. And they know your why, they know where you’re going, then they can go in and I can help them if they, you know, as they need to. But they’ll know a lot themselves. They can look at it and say, okay, you have this much. You want to do this. You’ve got this much time. And then we can look at which zooms are the most important for you to be on and inviting to. Which zooms are the, you know, which ones can you watch on a recording? What activities do you need to be doing based on how your organization looks, you know, what is your time frame? And you can set up your schedule because the schedule becomes that next piece.

Right now we have the goals and we have to learn how to do schedule. And I put in the telegram group from about a month and a go or a month and a half ago, Jim Gillian did a training on goal setting and he spent a lot of time talking about your schedule. There are things you need to do, right? There’s things in your life that you need to schedule in first. And then once you schedule in your work or you schedule in, you know, your workouts or like I know Michael, I, I’ve been, we’ve been on enough trips with Michael.

Michael’s workout, it happens. Tracy Joe’s there in the morning. But me and Tracy Joe were like, why are going to breakfast? Michael does not leave that gym. That is on his schedule. And it is non negotiable. Right? Barry’s the same way. He’s left me in bed two times this week because I wouldn’t get up to go with him as early as he wanted to go. It’s non negotiable. But I’m like, bye. But you know, he puts those into his schedule. He puts his shows into his schedule. And then everything else gets worked around that. And so then you look at, where’s that free time that we can say, hey, I’m gonna.

This is the time I’m making call. This is the time I’m doing reach out. This is the 15 minutes I’m spending a day on social media. Not an hour, not two hours, 15 minutes. And time yourself. Set a timer. You know, you’ve got to get that schedule honed down if you want to streamline things into those income producing activities. And Lydia, they can, you know, the team can help you figure that out and how that would work for you and what those activities are. And if you come in and you’re like, look, I’m really struggling with this or that, they may say, go watch these videos.

They may say, make sure you’re on Tuesday’s trainings, you know, whatever. Or you watch the replay, whatever it is, that’s part of what the team does to help you once you’ve laid it all out and submitted it. Excellent, Excellent. Thank you. Excellent, lady. Thank you. And so doing videos, guys, is one of the greatest. I keep saying this, it’s one of the greatest things for building your business. So putting it on a Facebook, doing it live is the best because people want to see that you’re not, you know, rehearsed or anything. They, they love to. You’ll get 10 times more views with a live than you will with something you produce and then put up later.

Now what I like is the interaction on live too. So you can get interaction with people, they can comment, they can ask questions and so forth. So that, that’s another bonus. So the, the bigger bonus is when you’re first starting out, you can go look at your live and you can. This is one of the things we did when we were doing the hand to hand program way back when video cameras were kind of a new thing. I bought my own video camera so I could video everyone doing the movements. Because in your mind you’re doing it a certain way, but when you look at what you do, you’re like, like, oh, I look sloppy or I look, I look good there, I’m doing, I got it, you know, and so that’s one of the benefits that you’re going to get with doing videos.

And you’re thinking, you’re looking and acting and saying a certain way. And then you go back, you’re like, I could clean that up, I could do better there. I say this too many times or whatever. So you’re gonna, you’re, you have the benefit of that in, in the videos. So how many people are fearful of doing videos? Not me. All right? So you have to ask yourself, I don’t know. Now at. There was a time where I’m an introvert, believe it or not, I’m an extreme introvert actually. But like I said, I overcome things. I’m a master at overcoming things.

So that was one of the things that I knew to basically, you know, share information on an incredible level that many people can benefit from doing it in a live, you know, event. And it, I did it, you know, I, I would videotape it and then upload it and everything was like choreographed. It had all the, all the slides and everything that I was working on and it gets so many views. And then I heard that you could you do, you do a live? So I kept trying to do it live. I couldn’t do it. It wouldn’t work.

I’d get like echo and all kind of crazy stuff. And so for a long time it took me to actually do a life. When I finally did a live, that’s when my subscriber base extreme went from like low, low numbers to extreme numbers. And it kept going and going and going. So you’re going to get more views doing a live life. And just like if we look at Stephen Covey, who Robin Mascari work with and she knows the seven habits of highly effective people, that this, that was something that was like I had the book at the physical book, it was well read.

I had the audio that I listened to, I would listen to it while I was sleeping. I had the digital version that I could look at, you know, in other on my computer and so forth. So I became at one with those. And I’m in the SEAL teams, you know, in the SEAL teams doing seven habits of highly effective people. But it translated into what I was doing as a seal. So these, these things that you’re going to do in your life, the things you’re going to overcome to build a business to benefit yourself and others is, is really going to carry over into every aspect of your life.

So anything you’re overcoming as you’re building your business is going to translate into every aspect of your life. Because building your business is basically, this is you all, all that you have done in your whole life, all your focus, all the things you’ve mastered, they come together in a business and you really find out who you really are. So when I was in the SEAL teams, when I was in the CIA, when I was, you know, as a security manager, always building a business. So I was always learning and I was always mastering what it was that I needed to work on to interact with people and be highly effective.

So this, that can be something you guys, you know, really, really focus on. How can I be more effective? How can be more highly effective? Not just effective, but highly effective. So any questions? Shelly, hi. Actually, it’s not a question. I just wanted to comment. I’ve been doing the 10 day challenge and I can’t tell you how much it has helped me grow. I didn’t want to do the live video. I was scared. I’m like, oh my gosh, how am I going to do this? But I said, you know what, you’ve got to do it. So I did it.

And I’m like, oh my gosh, that came out horrible. And then I watched it like you said and I could see, I was like, hey, that wasn’t that bad. And I got like 500 views. I couldn’t believe it. I was like, oh my goodness. And my, why has gotten so big now after doing that? I mean, I can’t even tell you. It’s been amazing. It’s changed me. So I just. So appreciative everyone here and all your help, but I’m going to do it. Ah, that’s. That’s great, Shelly. So, I mean, everybody. Can you see how that really helped transform shells? You overcame something.

And now she’s extremely happy and she’s like, you know, more, more motivated. That’s the way I was when I overcame something or when I helped other people overcome something. Like seeing Shelly’s success and her talking about it, you know, gives me great satisfaction. You know, I think that’s, that’s fantastic that we can bring, you know, we can work together and bring something very valuable to each other. Terry. Yeah, I just gotta support Shelly in that aspect because I did the live video and I had the nerves going. I thought, what am I gonna do? What am I gonna do? I said, okay, I like to teach and inform.

So I just took that approach, you know, And I kid you not, I had. Now, keep in mind, I’m starting to friend people. I have no clue who they are. I’m like, okay, it doesn’t look like a scam. I’ll add them. And I got somebody that actually messaged me and wanted to know more, so ended up talking to him for a couple hours on the phone, and he ended up knowing my cousin 40 years ago. And I was just like, yeah, I think I remember your name. And so, long story short, on Monday, he’s switching some funds around and he’s going to get it going.

Yeah, that’s beautiful. You know, getting over that, that hump. And I’m like, okay, you know what? This really works. This works. It does, it does. I’m glad, I’m glad you guys are seeing it and you’re doing it and it’s. I hope everybody gets motivated by it. And because I’m telling you, there’s nothing, there’s nothing better as far as, like, building your business. There’s nothing, it’s. It doesn’t cost you anything. Cost you nothing to be on social media. But if you try and do advertisements, it’s going to cost you a lot. And you’re going to get like, maybe 1% of the response that you’re going to.

You’re going to get from a live video, maybe 1%. So. Trish, hi, I just want to ask about social media. And then I have another quick question. If you do a live on Facebook or Instagram, is it best to send it over to YouTube? So you can have people say, here, watch my video on YouTube. Since a lot of people don’t have Facebook. So when I, when I had YouTube, now I have Rumble. You can take that live video that you do on YouTube and you can share it in your social media or you can do live ones in Facebook.

I’ve, I found that my lives in Rumble are more effective and then sharing the link into other social media platforms. No, I’ve done lives on all of them. You know, I have, I have the problem with being, you know, censored and restricted. So it’s, if, if I, if I did this type of information in Facebook or Instagram and I can’t do it in YouTube anymore, they would never let me back into YouTube doing this because it’s in a medical field and they’re extremely restricted for that. So you have to learn, you know, how to talk around that, that, that stuff.

And even Life Wave now has restrictions like we can’t talk, you know, that stem thing. And so you’re, you’re basically just saying it, it helps yourselves. But I think at some point that’ll come back. But that was, that was a real attention getter and a lot of people like that and that helped a lot of us, you know, build, build businesses. So that, that was taken away momentarily. I think we’ve learned how to talk around it. And that’s, that’s part of, you know, when I, when I was building any business or, you know, you know, perfecting any skill, you’re always going to have some kind of obstacle that’s going to come up.

And the ones that are adept at overcoming obstacles, which I learned to do, become very adept at overcoming obstacles to achieve that goal. Then you’ll learn to walk around it or move around it. But yeah, I mean, play with it. Trish. Maybe a live on your Facebook channel would be even more effective because I did lives on Facebook early, early on while I was doing the YouTube and before the restrictions started coming into Facebook, I would get like tremendous views on Facebook. It was very, very popular, very, very effective. So you may be, you may be able to get, you know, really good views, uh, doing lives there.

So, so I do some alive in Facebook, do a live in Instagram, do a live, you know, on YouTube. But YouTube is a worldwide. It gets, you’ll get more views in YouTube and you’ll build more depending on if it’s a real attention getter or, you know, you have a great background in the nursing field. So you could, you could help people in a. That capacity. Me and you could share other things, not just with the lifeway, but other things. And then People were like, what? I like, I like Trish. She’s got all this good stuff. She shares all this information.

She’s into all kinds of weird things. Yeah. She’s like me and oh, you’ll build your group and drinking methylene blue in the morning. Exactly, exactly. And that’s attitude right there. You like, you have a, have a, make it fun, you know. Yeah. I used to do Facebook lives six or seven years ago, but I know a lot more people now on Facebook. Okay. So my second question is, somebody asked me to get their packet of X39 free every month. How many packages would they have to sell or like what kind of sales would they have to have? I don’t know because I don’t have very many.

I only have one customer. So it depends. So as a brand partner, you mean? Yes. Yeah. Okay. So again, because the way it is right now, so I think in the enhanced comp plan coming out later this year, it’s going to be easier to say you’re here, you make this. But there’s, so there’s going to be even more ways to get paid. So it’s, it’s, again, it depends. If they sign somebody up, one a month, one person a month on an advance pack, that’s a hundred dollar bonus. Okay. Easy peasy, right. They sign up three core packs.

There’s your money, it pays for your pack, you know, initially, and then you’re building out your business as you go. If you’re getting customers, customers currently don’t count towards rank. But if you sold, if you had five customers ordering x 39, you would make your hundred dollars, that would pay for your patch. So it depends how your business is structured. But you can break it down into simple terms as far as enroll, you know, enroll, sign up customers, you do that, you know it, you’ve got to keep them in and you’ve got to start to build.

But that if you just like I said, you sold one advanced pack a month, that would be your hundred dollars to get, you know, to get there. Thank you. Yeah, great. Thanks Trish. Richard, you hear me? Yeah. We got you. Ah, good, good. Hi everyone. Hi. I’m stuck in the snow in Canada. No, basically I just want to share where I’m at right now with of course developing the business for me with the Life Wave as you, most of you know that I went to see you in December in Florida and then after that I started to order some of the, the product x39 and then x49 and other product as well.

And in the Meantime, start to share the. The technology with people I know left and right, you know, and I start to go on the, the website that Connie told me where to go, health is well biz and follow the steps and also listen to the videos step by step and how to become a manager with Mark Holden. And you know, that’s where. Approximately where I’m at right now. About three weeks ago, three weeks. A month ago, I did sign my first brand partner. The week after another brand partner. Two weeks ago, two brand partners. So I’m at four right now and one of the four is within one of my brand partner.

It’s not me that that got it got that brand partner right under me. It’s under one of my leg. I helped that person to create that brand partner because he didn’t know how to do that. So right now I’m at the my fourth brand partner sign and I can. You have one. You have three personally sponsored, Right? Exactly. So one more and you’re a manager. So you have two on one side and one on the other. Yep. Of perfect. One away for manager. And I, and I play in the. When Mark explained how to switch from left leg to right leg, you know, to make sure that I, I have some of one leg and some of on the other leg to make sure it’s not on the, on the same leg.

So I switch and I play with that to. To be. To stay equal. So that’s where I’m at right now. And I continue talking with the people. I use the, the app, the Lifewave app, and I send by text a link of a video of X39 in French for the people that I send those videos. And I see their reaction. Some of them tells me, yeah, yeah, I watched it. But in the real T, as you know, Connie, the application tells you if they watched it or not. Right. So I know that they lie to me.

Oh, yeah, yeah, that’s fine. That’s good. And you know, but something happened with that. So nothing happened with that. So basically I know where they are right now. They’re. Some of them are cold, some of them are warm, some are more hot, you know, so I go on the, the hot side of it, you know, and then I close them for the people that I have the opportunity. And even the one last week, the last one that I had last week, she was excited. She’s got a bunch of headaches, particularly every day. Takes Tylenol and Advil every morning, every day, because she cannot stand up and go to work.

It’s unbelievable. She Destroys her lever just by doing that. We know that. So I start to talk about the technology and to try to give her an opportunity to get rid of those pills and go on natural. Try to make your body to, to repair yourself, you know. So that’s, that’s where I’m at right now. And then so she ordered extra denying. She became a brand partner under me. And while she was winning for envelope, of course she was excited and she said, oh, you know, the pricing, you know, it’s high and blah, blah, blah. One day that I saw her, you know, so I said, okay, what is the, the pricing that, that you have? And then so basically it’s, it’s the US Dollar converted in Canadian dollar.

So that increased the amount. Of course, you know, the number is higher. So I, I asked her, okay, show me. And then she’s a restaurant server. So she just gave me her cell phone to check in the application of life weight. Go see in the back office. What, what is the, the invoice, the price. And that’s how I saw that. And I said, oh, that’s fine. It’s only your amount converted in Canadian currency. And that’s why they pass on her credit card. But in the meantime that I was having her cell phone, before getting it into back office, I went on safari and on her cell phone to do some research for, to get to there.

And the page that was open in her cell phone was life Wave lawsuit. Oh my God. So I said she started to look around and see if there’s something going on. So I didn’t say any word about that, especially about what she, she was looking for in her cell phone. But after showing her invoice and the price and explain her what it was, I said, you know what, in today’s life, there’s always people like professional people that are around us that are jealous, that are doing everything in their power to avoid you having success or having the opportunity to get better.

You know, they’re jealous or it’s a question of money or, you know, so those people may try to destroy your intentions in getting better. So be careful of that. Without saying that she’s looking at, at a lawsuit, you know, if there was any or not. I didn’t really check. So but that’s where I’m at right now. So I got four brand partners signed so far. And I continue talking to people left and right to, to increase the business. And of course, like you said Michael a few minutes ago about the, the videos, it’s one of my next step because I know that it’s going to explode because when you’re, you’re talking to one person, it’s one, one to one, right? Yep.

It stays to. It doesn’t really grow fast. But if you did make a video, it’s going to be listen and watched by a lot of people. So that will definitely increase the, the chances to have new brand partners and new people. I’m basically, basically, basically close to be a manager, I believe. So. Yeah, that’s my next step. Wow. That’s where I’m at right now. Yeah. It was great meeting you in Florida. I could tell you were like really motivated. So you’re, you’re, you’re moving along very quickly. We look forward to seeing you up in Canada someday and helping you, helping you grow your business.

It’s gonna be fun. Yep. Yep. It’s gonna happen. Very good. Thanks, Richard. Thank you. So, I mean, yeah, it’s, you know, growing, growing your business through the videos is, is definitely one, like I said, a great way to do it. Being, being proactive in that. And it’s not just like you go on and you’re doing your Life Wave. It can, you need to get people some, something else. So if like for me, you know, I, I share a lot of information. I get, get every week I get over a million views on all my videos. So it’s not just Lifeway, but I mentioned Life Wave and a lot of my videos now.

So I just give a little mention. So it’s, you know, people hear it over and over and over and over and then finally I gotta check that out. So you, you need to give them a little something and if it’s just always just Life Wave. Life Wave. Life Wave if not going to get that many subscribers. So you want, you want subscribers and then from that subscriber base, so have something that is going to be beneficial that you can share something from your background, something you’re, you, you’re into gardening or you’re into yoga, what, whatever it is in your life or your, you used to be a sharpshooter in the military and you teach people how to, how to shoot.

That’s, you know that those are things that people are interested in. You’ll build a nice following and that kind of stuff and then from that you, you share the Life wave, right? Jen? I, I have one suggestion for Richard if I could. Richard. I worked with a man. I’m in my therapy practice. He was the head of the practice. He started coming down with horrible migraine headaches takes. And I went to his house. But I use it as a prop. But I have one right in my hallway. I just do a baseball cap with the hat protocol, which is in the back.

I was going to try to find it, but I didn’t want to get lost here. So the hat protocol is energy patches and then a glutathione and a car. A glutathione. Right, Glutathione on top. And my children use it anyway. Tom put it on his head and he couldn’t. It took him two hours to get up in the morning. Also with all the pills, he put that on his head. He said, omg, what is this? In two minutes, his migraine was gone. And this was after months of migraines. He signed up that day. He became a gold and then he moved up, but he signed up that day.

So I’m just suggesting that all of us, you know, have a prop every once in a while. And that hat prop protocol really, really works. Well, that’s my. It’s inlive younger products dot com. You can go under patching protocols or you can go into pain management, but patching protocols is where you’ll find the hat protocol andlive younger products dot com. The other place too is this is your acupuncture point for headaches. So sometimes putting the patch, putting like the patches, there may be ice wave here or putting an X39 there. Sometimes that can help too. Awesome.

Great idea, Jen. Yep. And another place you can. You can find that hat protocol if you go to the Michael kjco.com and go to life wave and Lifeway protocol and there it is for you. Ah, perfect. Yep. I remember now. Yeah, perfect. Beautiful. So great, great sharing. So. So I just spent some time with my son. He had his. His birthday. So did I drove up and saw him up in Nashville and we had a good time together. He. He was addicted to heroin for a long time. Time we went and we put. He was in all kinds of treatment centers over the years.

Like 12 years. It was crazy. Very long. He’d get, get free and then he’d go back on get free, get back on Life Wave patches have been the only thing that has really clicked for him. And when he started using those and I made sure I was with him for like almost five, four, four or five months straight. We’re doing all kind of trips together and I’m hanging out with him. So every day he was on this patches. So to have it for him. He is incredible. He’s like completely no desire, no nothing. His life is On a level that he’s always dreamed it would be.

So these patches you’re going to find, you know, in your own family or in your own instance, you’re going to find miracles happen and those are the things that you can talk about. So find something that you can talk about and then build on that, build on that, build on and keep, you know, finding more things you can talk about. And of course we have new products coming out. Those will be talking points that you can start to share. Of course the patches themselves are still talking points, but the new product line, uh, creates more excitement and you know, you have, you start having guests on and that’s.

That took my online presence to another level when I started doing guest. So have somebody come on that’s, you know, had, has great, you know, examples. I, I did some, when we just did the business building, you know, event in Tampa, all these people came up and said, can you do a video with me? And I would do videos with people and they put them on their site. Right. So you know, do that, you know, find people that have had, you know, great success and just, it could be like just a minute, minute long video and you just put it up and you’re just doing those videos over time.

Get creative, you know, it doesn’t have to be like me, you know, 20, 30, 40 hours, hour long show. It can be just something simple at first and that’s how you build it, that’s how you start. You should just get comfortable with it. It you want to get to the point where you’re doing it every day and if you’re doing it every day, you’re going to be able to big business. And that’s, that’s what I heard, that’s what I learned on all the different businesses that I built over the last, you know, five years. You know, I built lots of big businesses.

So. And this, this is turning into one of the most incredible and it will be a long term going. So great, great discussion. Connie, thanks for your wonderful information. Thank you. Yep. If you guys want to unmute and say good night, lots of love to you guys and we’ll see you guys next time. Thanks Connie. Thanks everyone. Thank you everyone. Thank you everyone. Bye. Good night everyone. Go past, have a good weekend.
