I don’t think we need the rest of that stuff. If we had a sheriff that would straighten out the judges and the legislatures and say, I’m not going to enforce that for you. I’m not going to. If you’re following the Constitution, I’m on your side all the way. If you’re not, then I’m not going to. And I’ve got a posse standing with me to enforce whatever I need to regarding, again, within the realm of civil rights and God-given rights and our natural rights, the laws of nature or nature’s God. I don’t believe we would need any other program.
We wouldn’t need the NRA. We wouldn’t need Gun Owners of America because gun control would be stopped county by county. And I’m telling you right now, I know for a fact that Gun Owners of America feels that way. I would love to work all of us, Jack, me, Stephanie, Sam, all of us, who work ourselves out of a job that we’re doing right now with CSPOA. I would love that. So let’s keep it simple. If it’s in the Constitution, we do it and we enforce it, we defend it. If it’s not, then Ninth Amendment, Ninth Amendment, Ninth Amendment, Ninth Amendment.
So folks, the Ninth Amendment says just because you don’t have those rights doesn’t mean that the Constitution doesn’t specify those rights, doesn’t mean you don’t have them. You do. Which one do we know we have? My right to grieve. That’s not mentioned in the Constitution. My right to be a parent. That’s not mentioned in the Constitution. I still have it though, and it’s guaranteed. So the Constitution was very well done. Can we amend the Constitution? There’s an amendment process, of course. It’s been amended 27 times in the history of our country of 248 years.
It’s very rare, but it can be done. And so there’s a built-in system to modify and to mold. But the original Bill of Rights, I don’t think we ever need to change any of those. And all we need now are people that will uphold and defend and protect them. And that’s why CSPOA has those four words, uphold, defend, protect, and serve. And good. Let’s get rid of the CSPOA. Let’s get rid of all this other trash, get rid of the parties. And we don’t need all these different organizations. We need the Constitution.
And every group in America should be standing with us in defending them and enforcing them. Yeah. Absolutely. I agree 100%. And I like a lot of things I’ve seen. Like, for example, in West Virginia, I’m very pleased to see that they finally made a way in which you don’t have to force a child to become autistic. They have finally dropped out of the five states that force every child to be vaccinated. Vaccinated. Yeah. You can now get a religious exception or conscientious objector way out of it. They also named fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction.
They got rid of all the DEI stuff. They’re terminating diversity, equity, and inclusion. School choice is a priority. Very good stuff. So, you know, we’re seeing some nice things happen right now. I’m very excited about that. [tr:trw].
