ACTIVIST JUDGE HAS CONFLICTS OF INTEREST! ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT FILED IN THE HOUSE

Okay, we’ve got interesting, interesting development here and I’m going to bring this to you in sequences. We have something that you’re not going to believe. We have uncovered through mainstream media sources, a potential huge conflict of interest in the cases that tell Donald Trump, you cannot deport who you want. They didn’t put any conditions on it. You can’t spend money or stop spending as the head of the executive branch. Whoa, this is really, really interesting. But here’s what we have found. We have found this document from mainstream media article and I’ve got more to add in.

Chief Justice John Roberts, who placed the judge in question. What’s his name here? Let’s go up here. James Boseberg, who said that Trump has to stop the deportation fights. As I said, the president under the article four section four of the constitution has the right to deport any illegal alien. And if you add criminal convictions on top of that, that just fattens the pie. So there you go. There’s no reason that he can’t do what he’s been doing. Now, the judge who blocked the Alien Enemies Act deportations is protected by US Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts.

Now, US District Judge James Boseberg Rulings provides him with more information about the deportation flights. Now, I should look at this. This is the source. Originally, this comes from mainstream media, TrendingPolitics.News. Chief Justice John Roberts placed this judge on a secretive foreign intelligence surveillance court in 2014. We call it FISA. Uh-oh, FISA. Has there ever been a scandal involving Trump with FISA? Well, yes, there has. But if you don’t remember here, we’ll tell you. Now, I’m going to skip here right here. This same judge that ruled against Trump’s deportation of criminal illegal aliens later served as the court’s FISA courts presiding judge from 2020 to 2021.

Look at this. He was overseeing key surveillance requests, including Trump rulings related to the Russia hoax. The FISA investigation. Russia, Russia, Russia. It was all hoax. The documents were fake. That’s been established. There’s no debate. I don’t know why people haven’t been prosecuted for this. This is fraud. This is a judge that oversaw the whole thing against Trump. That’s grounds for recusal. Prior bias and improper supervision of an activity designed to harm a sitting president when he was number 45. Okay. Now, I have been saying that Congress has the right under the law to impeach a judge that does not follow constitutional duties.

They break the constitution. They are subject to impeachment. Yet Justice Roberts has come out and said, Trump can’t do that. No, Trump can’t, but Congress can. Congress can also defund the office. Congress can also abolish the office of this judge. We’ve already talked about this. It’s in article two of the constitution. Now, on Tuesday, Representative Brandon Gill, Republican Texas introduced articles impeachment against this judge, accusing him of abusing his power to obstruct Trump’s lawful authority to enforce immigration laws. And it’s true. This is not without question. This is not my opinion. This is not my interpretation.

It’s what article four states, period. Now, Gill’s resolution specifically charges Boseberg with interfering in the execution of the alien, excuse me, the alien enemies act, which gives the president broad powers to remove foreign nationals deemed to be a national security threat. It’s the opinion of the president that is not subject to judicial review. And then when you add in the fact that he’s only deporting people who are here illegally, it removes any question. And then when you add on criminal convictions on top of it, it even gets worse. Now, the impeachment article states that Boseberg usurped the role of the executive unilaterally took it upon himself, the power and the authority of the president.

I agree. He crossed out of the judicial branch and entered into article two of the constitution, which governs the executive branch, but it gets worse. This is now broken since the impeachment has been filed. Oh my, is this going to be a hot topic here? The daughter of Obama appointed judge blocking Trump’s deportations works for an NGO that defends TDA and MS-13 members from deportation. Oh, could you say conflict of interest? We don’t even need to bring this story in. Exit out for the moment. Right now, this judge has acted inappropriately and a member of Congress has seen fit to impeach.

Simple. Add in this. Look at this. Judge James Boseberg’s daughter, Catherine Boseberg, works for Partners for Justice, a pro illegal immigration NGO that receives over half its funding from USAID. Oh, whoa, whoa, wait a minute. Wasn’t USAID’s funding restored by an Obama activist judge? And it happened within 24 hours of this event and this ruling by the judge. You can claim coincidence. Okay. You could be a coincidence theorist. I don’t think this is an accident, my opinion, but I’ll set my opinion aside. This man’s daughter is involved in an activity that interferes in Trump’s duties of overseeing who gets deported and who doesn’t get deported and is illegal alien status enough to do this? Well, yes, it is.

This woman here, the daughter’s judge, judge daughter, she is involved in completing an aura of conflict of interest. Now, I don’t care if this is even true. It is true. This is factual. But all of the justice guidelines say that a judge cannot handle a case even if there’s just the appearance of impropriety. Doesn’t mean the judge is guilty of anything. Impeachment articles aside, it says avoiding the appearance of impropriety. Would you say this is an appearance of impropriety? Doesn’t mean he’s guilty of anything. He maybe didn’t even know where his daughter worked.

I don’t think that’s very likely, but it’s the appearance of impropriety. This ruling needs to be thrown out. It needs to be overturned. This is absolutely amazing, isn’t it? This is how criminal our system has become. It truly, it truly reminds me of a shrona bishop. And I’ll just put it this way. Let me X out of here because I want to come back and complete this thought. The situation here is this. Activist judges are popping up everywhere. I mean, Trump took something down. I think it was either on DEI or transgender and other judges reigned in this afternoon and says, you must immediately restore that website.

Okay. To me, I don’t care about the website. That’s a non-issue for me. But why are all these judges popping up within a 24-hour period to stop MAGA and Doge in its tracks? And here’s a question I have for this judge. I’m from Aurora, Colorado, originally, with the high school there. I have family there. I have friends there. The TDA takeover, the apartment buildings, is not fabrication. Aurora City Councilman Janinski has said the same thing. So the mayor has now kind of come around and said, yeah, it’s true. The governor has stopped denying it.

These people are a clear and present danger to their community. They have convictions. How do you not want these people deported back to their home country? Can someone please explain that to me? How do you not deport them, judge, if they were in your neighborhood? Someone suggested to me that we take the TDA members that now can’t be shipped out of the country and send them to the neighborhood of the judge and turn them loose. I think that’s inappropriate. But the point’s well taken. If this was affecting his immediate community, I would suspect he’d have a different ruling.

And what’s most disturbing is how John Roberts is defending all this, the Supreme Court justice. This is why I say MAGA and the Trump regime, they are dead in the water because this is going to end up before the Supreme Court. And I’m going to tell you, Amy Coney Barrett has turned out to be a liar. She is not a conservative. She rules with the Democrats about 55% of the time. So you have three judges and they’re going to get outvoted every time. That’s why I say MAGA is in trouble. The one thing that the House can do is to defund judges that do this.

You don’t have to impeach them. You can defund them or you can abolish their office. That’s the purview of Congress. This is why I told you earlier, write to your congressman. Don’t take any crap. Write to your congressman. You go, gee, Dave, that almost makes sense. Yeah, they need to feel the heat. I want a safe environment. I don’t want terrorists here. And that includes illegal alien gang members who have confiscated property, not their own, at gunpoint. And we’ve seen the pictures and we’ve seen the videos. There is no question this is true.

I want them gone. I could give a crap about the people that wait on our tables, manicure our lawns. I’m not talking about those people. I’m not talking about a complete illegal alien perch. I’m talking, I want dangerous people out. So people like Lake and Riley are not brutally murdered. Is that too much to ask for, Judge? You’re making me unsafe. At the same time, if the evidence is accurately reported, and I believe it is, you’re helping your daughter. This is like Judge Merchant, whose daughter made, what, $20 million on the Trump trial? That’s inappropriate.

And Merrick Garland engaged in the same kinds of behavior. I’m not going to go into that here, but this seems to be a trait that follows the left and it needs to be stopped and the rule of law must persevere. I’m Dave Hodges.
