It’s on. It’s on Rumble. There were zero medical anything in the video, but I did say that somebody constantly lies all the time and I think you guys know who I’m talking about. Mahalo for joining the Inner Shift this program I started. You know, I’ve been a fitness and Blossom Inner Wellness expert for since 1996, long time. And what I have come to find as far as researching is that there’s so much we do not understand about our human body.

So much we don’t understand. And I want to explain your emotional frequency. And thank you for joining Rashan. We’re going to do quick intros in a moment for those of you that want to want to do an intro. But so the reason why I wanted to share this program is because like I just said, there’s so much about the human body we don’t understand. And what’s the most important part is our emotional body. So I’m going to go through a kind of a PowerPoint presentation and you guys are welcome to stop me at any time. Okay, so introductions Member Site Discover the Universe Seven Universal Laws.

There’s seven universal laws. That live inside of your body. They’re the chakras and they’re actually laws, the emotional laws. And so we’re going to go through those in the, in, in this program. So the problem is that you are actually emotionally addicted to your life. You think that you’re just you, but it’s not. It’s actually you’re emotionally conditioned to be you, to, for your personality, to have your relationships be a certain way, to be doing the work that you’re doing. That’s not who you, that’s not what you are. If you were to take the most powerful microscope in the universe and you were take one cell and you would go as deep as you can, you would see light, that’s all you would see.

Because you’re a frequency, you’re a frequency being. And this vessel is only here for a short time, and this experience is only here. And that’s why the emotional traumas that we have that are by design, by design, but also part of just being in a human body, when we integrate them and we don’t make them right or wrong or good or bad, and we actually fully embrace the parts of you that you do not like, the part of you that gets anxious, the part of you that gets depressed, the part of you that gets fear. I’m going to teach you a practice of how to, how to integrate it and fully embrace it as a part of you.

You’re not here to fix anything about yourself. You’re not here to make yourself wrong. You’re here to fully embrace all parts of you, even that part you know, that gets jealous of other people. There’s the stories that, that, that you make up even that part. And when you fully embrace and integrate all the pieces of yourself, you actually become a different person. Because we think we’re free, but you’re actually a slave to your emotional conditioned patterns and the trauma that is stuck in your body that creates thoughts and stories and habits and actions every day. But when you integrate that piece of you, that is freedom, because then you’re not going to react from the trauma, you actually get to choose how to react instead of the same cycle over and over again.

Does that make sense? It’s like, you know when your friends, you know who to be around your friends, you know who to be around your boss. And so this, that is actually what we’re going to, what I’m going to teach you is the freedom part. The infinite intelligence of the universe wanted to experience itself as you. You probably have read, have heard this before, but there this spark inside of you. In fact, I’m not going to say that part, because I have it in this. In this. I have it in here, in this. In this PowerPoint thing.

So let me check this out. The probability that you would be born, you, with everything that makes up your personality, is 1 in 400 trillion chances. That’s insane. And I wish I would have kept the source of how. Where I found this. This is when I. This is many years back when I learned this. This is my favorite one, though. This is my favorite one. The Buddhist story. So the Buddhists have a story or statement that the probability of you being born you is like throwing a life preserver. One life preserver somewhere in the ocean. And somewhere in the ocean is one turtle.

And when you throw the life preserver on its very first time of coming up to get air, that turtle puts his head in the life preserver. Like, that’s the chance. I just got chills. That’s the chance of you becoming you. It’s like you’re supposed to be here, exactly who you are, with all of you being you. It’s. It’s. There’s something here that is for you, that you’re meant to be here. I just love that story. Your emotional trauma is part of your journey, and your job, again, is to emotionally integrate it. That’s why you’re here. The power make trillions of dollars off of beauty and weight loss because they keep wanting you to believe there’s something to fix about yourself.

But if you integrate all the parts of you, especially the parts you do not like, that you try to make wrong, that you try to ignore, if you just go, this is a part of me and it’s okay. I fully embrace this part of me and I let you be in my body because you are like. For me, mine would be neglect, because growing up with the alcoholic father and a. And a mother who was bipolar, we were neglected a lot. We were left at home by ourselves a lot. And so when I feel lonely or when I feel neglected, for this is my practice, and we’re going to do this together, I put my hand on my heart, connecting with your heart.

I’m going to just stop for a moment here. Your heart is the first organ created in your body when your mother. When you were being born and created in your mother’s womb, your heart started beating before you were born, and it was the first organ that was created. Your heart actually has 40,000 neurites. They’re like neurons. And they have found that your heart can remember and it can learn. And your heart, your brain and your cells of your body, the triad are what constantly communicate with each other. So a lot of times the trauma that we experience put up, puts up heart walls.

And this is in my first book. And dieting hell, this is my first, that first book around heart walls, which keep love from us because we’re afraid or because of the trauma that’s happened. When you fully integrate your trauma from your past, it actually raises again your frequency, but also it allows your heart walls to be, to, to come down. And that actually is the, that is a very, very powerful thing because when we’re coming from love, there’s just no more. There’s just, there’s just no other power, more, more powerful thing than, than that. And, and that’s what I’m going to teach you guys on this first call because it’s something you want to practice every day because you’ve practiced being you, the way you are, who you are in the world.

You’ve practiced that every day. So in order to reintegrate all of the pieces, it’s a needed practice every day as well. And what’s really cool, super easy to do. And you can do it in the grocery store, you can do it driving a car. You don’t have to stop. It’s just. I’ll show, I’ll teach it to you in a moment. But first, really understanding what is in your body. You are connected to all of the universe. If you guys have watched my videos, this is going to be a little repeat. But I just love this. This is just, it’s just so, so amazing.

The empty space. Joseph Campbell talked about it like this. If he said this is not empty, this is not empty. He said if you took 1 cubic centimeter of space, teeny little cubic centimeter of space has enough energy to boil all the oceans in the world. This is so much energy that literally touches us and is around us every day, all the time. But we don’t know how to harness it because our emotional frequencies stay in fear, depression, anger, hatred, confusion. You’re connected to the entire universe. The entire universe. And there’s a pattern. So you have between 50 to 70, 50 to 100 trillion cells in your body.

And each one of those cells has about a hundred trillion atoms. This is an atom. And in each atom there’s pro numerous protons and electrons spinning around. And what are they spinning like, you guys? They’re spinning like a galaxy. They’re spinning like, like the galaxy we have with the, with the planets that spin Around. That’s not an accident. That’s not an accident. We are literally the cells of, of the Earth. Literally on a microscopic scale, micro of the, of the macro of the galaxies. It’s amazing. This was all found by Nassim Harriman, who’s a physicist who used to live on Kauai.

That one, if you brought, if you made one atom the size of the dome of the Vatican, the proton in that atom would be the size of the head of a pin. I mean, that’s, it’s. And again, I shared this before, and it’s, it’s hard to fathom because of this human body that we get to touch, but down in the quantum level, there’s so much space. It’s so much space. So, and then the protons are planks. And I’ll tell you what a Planck is in a moment. But so you have your cells, you have your atoms inside the cells.

You got the protons inside the, inside the atoms and you got the planks inside the protons. This is in, this is inside of your body. And if you were to make one proton the size of a grain of sand that if you’re. Sorry, if you were to grow one plank in the size of a grain of sand, the proton would stretch because the proton, the plank is inside the proton. It would stretch like 4.367 light years. It would stretch trillions of miles. That’s how small the Planck is. And it’s just absolutely incredible. And why this is important, I’m going to skip to this one, because this is what it looks like.

This is a proton. And if you can, you can see it’s the flower of life. That’s the symbol, this, the geometric shape inside the cells of your body, you guys. And why this is important is because this plank, these planks, this is, it’s, it’s so amazing. They’re holographically equal to the entire mass of the universe. Holographically. So not by mass, obviously, but holographically. What this means, you guys, what this means is that when we raise our frequency, when we focus on what we want, we can create anything. Because this tells us that we have infinite possibilities in ourselves, in, inside of us that we can actually create and use.

Have you guys ever experienced something where you were thinking about somebody and they called, you know, and it’s, and it’s usually something that doesn’t really matter to you. Like the things that really matter to you, like, they feel harder to manifest, right? Because you want them, because you’re actually you have some skin in the game around it, but if it’s something you don’t really want, all of a sudden it shows up. Like, I remember being at a baseball game and these guys, we needed one more woman. We needed one more woman player because it was co ed and we needed one more woman player.

And these. These two guys were super upset. And I said, you guys, she’s gonna show up. And they. They just looked at me, and they looked at me like I had two heads. And I’m like, she’s gonna show up, you guys. I promise. She’s already here. I just know. I know it. We’re gonna have another player. It’s gonna be all fine. So anyway, 10 minutes go by and this one girl comes walking up. Hey, you guys need another player? So it was stuff like that. But that is. That’s the. And this is. This is how I believe Jesus did miracles.

Because he vibrated at the frequency of Lazarus not being dead anymore, of the blind men that could see. He already had. He. He went into the field of all possibilities, which is in his cells of his body, and he vibrated at it with absolutely no doubt. No fear, no anger, no hatred, no confusion. He knew it. It was done. And this is the power that we have. And the first part is integrating your trauma, which is what we’re going to do this week. Okay, cool. Let me go. You have expanded levels of consciousness that create safety.

Return you to grounded state. Yes. Okay. All right, so I want to do a practice before I go into this. More of this stuff. I want to do the emotional trauma practice that I do for my own self, integrating pieces of yourself. So go ahead and put your hands on your heart and close your eyes for a moment and find. Find a part of you that you always make wrong. Find. Find that person, that part of you that. That you always make wrong, that you wish you would weren’t like this. Whatever this is. Find that part of you, and you can name it.

It’s like a part of you. Like mine. Mine earlier was neglect. So that part of me that gets neglect or that part of me that gets jealous of other people can. I can use that. I was jealous of. I was paddling this year, and I was jealous of these people that were winning. So. So that’s okay, though. That’s just a part of me. So I put my hands on my heart. Just find that part of you that you. You judge. You wish it wasn’t in the. In your body. And I want you just to. In your head, in your mind, just tell that part of you, it’s okay that it’s here.

It’s okay that you’re here. And I want you to give it a really big deep breath. Your breath is really important for trauma, to integrate trauma, because when we’re. When we’re in trauma, we shallow breathe. So I want you to take the biggest deep breaths you could possibly breathe down into your diaphragm and just notice this feeling. Let it come up into your body. Notice it. Let it come up and just tell it. It’s okay that you’re here. You’re welcome to be in my body. You’re a part of me, and I’m not gonna ever try to fix you or make you right or wrong or good or bad ever again.

You live inside my body, and I totally allow you to be here. And breathing deeply into your diaphragm, open it up, exhale, and just. It’s like. It’s like that part of you, you’re just giving it a hug. Like, feel yourself totally allowing that part of you to be in your body. The part of you that gets depressed, whatever it is, the part of you that gets angry, part of you that’s frustrated about court cases, just allow yourself to feel that feeling, that emotion. And again, repeating. It’s okay that you’re here. I notice you. I see you.

And I fully embrace you as a part of me and a part of my human journey. And there’s nothing to fix about you. I completely allow you to be with me here and breathe into that. One more deep breath, fully embracing that part of you. Nothing to fix, nothing to make right or wrong or good or bad. It’s just from emotional trauma, and that’s just part of your human journey. And you’re fully accepting that part of you as just a part of you and breathing into it. And then when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. And I’d love to get just some comments if you guys.

How was that for you? What. What did you experience? Who. Who would like to share? Yeah, you know, it’s this. When I first learned this practice, I got really angry because I was like, no, I don’t want to embrace that, because then I’m not going to fix it. But what. What I learned was that when you embrace it and you let it be a part of you without making it right or wrong, the triggers that that part has on you, that. That power, lo. It loses its power. So when it’s like when I do that practice and I put my hands and you got.

You want to put Your hands on your heart and connect to your heart and bre. Your breath is really important and it’s fully embracing it. And then what happens is that frequency of that trauma starts to dissipate. And that is the healing that people are looking for. Right? That’s the, that’s the fixing of it. I love it. Thank you. So let me share with you again. Stillness and in mind and body with meditation to feel connection, which we are going to do. We are always going to do a meditation practice at the very end. And I call them visualizations, meditations, you can call them whatever this is.

Again, why the powers that be are constantly bombarding us with, again, stuff that is in. Absolutely insane. Absolutely insane. You know, the drag queens that go and, and do the, the story time for the children and all of it. It’s. It’s by design. But when you actually drop in and you’re connecting. I think it was Rashawn that said she needed to get into nature and out of the city. Nature is one of the fastest ways to raise your elevation, to raise your frequency. When you get out and you, you’re. You just let the sun shine on your face for two minutes and you like I close my eyes and just let the sunshine on my face and just listen to nature, that’s going to automatically raise your frequency.

We’ve been taught that we’re separate from nature when we are nature, where we are connected and we cannot not be connected to everything that nature is. So it automatically raises our frequency because it returns us back to what we are, which is a frequency being, which frequency is. Is everywhere. And we don’t even. We don’t really even understand the trees and the. And what nature really is and the. And I can go into that, but I. But just nature getting into nature, letting your son, the sun shine on you and being in stillness, breathing into your body.

That again, is going to create an elevation in your frequency. Okay, want to do mentalism? So the universal law. There’s seven universal laws that we’re going to go through. Each, each week, we’re going to go through one. And this one is mentalism. Mentalism is about pictures in your mind and words you say to yourself. All the stories that you say to yourself and the pictures in your mind. That’s the universal law, the first universal law. And this is right above. This is the seventh, the chakra right above your head. It’s a chakra that is about 12 inches above your head.

And it’s. It’s basically connected to your thoughts, your pictures and Your mind and your words. So this week, I would even invite you to get a journal and to just explore. Just keep it in your purse. What are your thoughts? What are the thoughts that you’re having? You could even just say, thinking about my son. Thinking about the possibility of war, you know, whatever it is. Because you really want. This work is about getting to know yourself, really getting to know who you are so that you can fully embrace all parts of yourself. And we want those parts that are hidden.

Like Rashawn, when you were sharing, and you’re saying that, you know, you’re embracing that one part, but then this other part came up. Judging you. It’s that part that judging you part is also, hey, I’m going to pull you in here too, and give you some love. You know, it’s okay to. It’s okay to judge. It’s okay. That part of me that wants to judge myself, guess what? I fully embrace you, too. And I’m not going to make you wrong for wanting to judge me, for embracing this other part of me. It’s okay. And I breathe into that with my hand on my heart.

And that. What happens again is that that starts to go out. The frequency. It starts to dissipate. It starts to. It starts to dissipate. The. The emotional enslavement of the trauma that keeps you repeating the patterns. Yeah. Please stop me if you guys have any. Have any questions. So it’s the crown chakra is the one we’re talking about. And so I’m just looking to make sure I’m not skipping anything. Okay. What you believe it to be true goes out into the field of all possibilities. See, this is what I was saying when. When I was doing the videos on this, I said, you know, I wanted the world to be better, but I.

I can’t do it alone. When we do it collectively, we make an even bigger ripple. An even bigger ripple. Like I can do a ripple for my own life in my own area, but bigger ripple means more people. And this is why they don’t want us to stand together and to be together. They always are, constantly trying to get us apart and not like each other. Well, you know what’s so amazing is that people really. We really do want to help every. Almost everybody here said, I want to help other people. So it’s like they can’t stop us.

That’s amazing. It’s beautiful. When you connect to this field and create a trusting relationship with it, you’re gonna. Like Rashawn was saying, I trust I’m going To take responsibility. I’m just going to do this. That’s, that is the power we have. You know, there, there’s no power going to be held over you when you actually go into. And this is how, this is how I’ve done the work I’ve done too. Great spirit, infinite intelligence. I trust you. I, I trust you. I trust you. And that’s, that’s part of our journey too, is returning back to that.

Who was this? Eckhart Tolle said that the awakening of consciousness is the next evolutionary step for mankind. So that is the next. Our evolution is when we really get what we are. So by you really exploring who you are through this program and by fully embracing and integrating your trauma of what, what you judge about yourself, you’re actually evolving. You actually create a whole new world for yourself, whole new relationships that are, that are more peaceful and loving. I have a twin sister. We didn’t speak for three years. This is my twin. We were best friends growing up and not speaking to her for three years is really hard.

And I used this practice with a relationship with her. I just kept feeling, I kept remembering the times that we had, the fun times we had and now we’re in each other’s lives again and things are like, better than they were and our communication is better and the times when we, when we, when we trigger each other, the communication is different. We actually find more peace and healing so much more quickly. And I really attribute it to this work. Okay, so these are the practices for this week. The first one I already mentioned earlier, stop watching the news and movies if you’re going to watch a YouTube, you know, on some truth truth thing again, limit it.

And, and what I would do too is it right afterwards is watch something that raises your elevation. Or it could be music, you could do something funny or music. Music also has been tainted, I should say, because they are. There’s actually a certain frequency that, that they’ve actually took, taken out of, of music. And I’ll share that later in another video. But music that really uplifts you, make you, makes you feel good. What? Listen to that afterwards. If you’re, if you’re driving and you normally listen to a podcast, shift it up. Try listening to your old time music, songs that you used to love.

So give it a shot. See how that makes you feel daily. Practice when you have negative thought. This is your practice. When you have negative thought. Don’t make it right or wrong or good or bad. Just notice it. Oh, I’m judging myself or whatever it is. The story is hands on the heart. And tell yourself this is only an addiction, addictional pattern. This is not who I am. I fully embrace you. I fully allow you to be here. I. You are. You are welcomed in my body because you are a part of me. And you breathe into it.

Three, at least three minimum of three deep breaths. And you will start to feel it dissipate. And then what’s great about that is then you have the power to choose what you want to think about. That’s, that’s. That’s where we’re going with this meditation before you fall asleep, when you do so. So there’s meditations that you can do. I’ll stop this one. And I’m going to go back to this screen here to show you guys again your weekly practice. Go to your weekly practice. That’s where your, your nightly meditation is going to be. And I’m also going to put the gratitude meditation here too, because there’s a 10 minute gratitude meditation I usually do every morning.

And even if you don’t, if you don’t have time to meditate in your bed, listen to it while you get ready for the day. Like when you’re doing your makeup, when you’re in the shower, just do that, do that 10 minute meditation. But it should be the first thing you listen to in the morning to start your day off. Start to record your emotional addictions. And this again, you can put just in the forum, you can put here just in the forum because you want, you want to really get to know what are your negative emotional addiction patterns.

Because you can’t fix what you don’t know. And I, I just said fix. Don’t want to say fix. You can’t integrate what you, what you don’t know is there and then stay away from news. So that’s week one. These are your week one practices. And I will put the gratitude meditation in here. I forgot to do that. You guys have any questions on the week one practices? Okay, so we’re going to do a meditation together. Visualization. Visualization Meditation. And we’re calling in a better world. So we’re first going to do the practice for ourselves, to ground ourselves and to drop into what it is we want in our lives and fully embrace all of our parts of ourselves.

And then we’re going to see the world being a better place. Because that’s the whole reason why I did this program too. I’m ready for the world to be a better place. I know we all are. Any questions before we start? Okay. And this is going to is going to be on your module one, so you can watch it again if you want. So just take a deep breath into your body. Let yourself exhale with a sigh. And again another deep breath. And just notice how your lungs expand. And exhale one more time, just letting the day go on by.

Inhale in. Exhale with a sigh. And now just notice you can’t even put your hands on your heart or rest them in your lap. Your heart is beating as it has since before you were born into the earth. Your heart started beating when it was in your mother’s womb. Your heart is connected to the infinite creator of all things. Your heart is pumping a gallon of blood through your body per minute. And there’s no to do list. You’re not telling it how to do it. It’s being done for you. Notice that your body is naturally breathing.

It’s has a natural rhythm. You took three deep breaths consciously and then your body went back to its natural rhythm of breathing. And again, no to do list on your part. You didn’t tell it how your body is totally taking care of you. So just in this present moment, notice in your mind’s eye your life. Just really quickly, we’re going to just look at your life like you’re watching a movie. Like you’re sitting at a movie theater and you’re watching a movie and you can rest your hands in your lap and just notice your like watch this movie of this child being born, wherever you were born, whatever your birth story was, and just notice this child you on the screen, on the big movie screen.

You’re noticing you when you were a baby. If there’s anything you recall or if not, just imagine what it was like when you were a baby, where you were living, who was around. And don’t take make anything right or wrong or good or bad in this movie. You’re just watching it as the observer, watching this toddler learn how to walk or crawl, Watching this young child getting to know other people, starting school. And you’re just noticing this you movie, this movie of you and this child becoming a teenager and all the things that you went through, challenging things, things that maybe you wish never happened, but also really good, beautiful things, things that made you laugh, experiences that made you laugh, made you laugh.

And now notice you as a young adult and the choices that you made and not trying to fix it, right or wrong, good or bad, you’re just watching the movie. Those are just choices that you made at that particular time that had certain consequences, good or bad. Right or wrong. No, it’s just part of the movie. It’s the script. And just notice your life, just watching the movie as it goes a little faster. You’re just noticing it all the way up to this present time. And now notice that you in the movie, sitting here in this meditation, can actually see yourself.

And now send that part of you, compassion. The Buddha says you more than anyone in the entire universe, deserve your love and compassion. So send that you on the movie screen, compassion, understanding. Because only you really know what you’ve been through. Just sending that character on the movie screen, Love, compassion, understanding. Taking a deep breath into that. Fully seeing this person on the screen, this you, this living woman on the screen, just as you are. Nothing to fix, nothing to make right or wrong or good or bad. You’re just a character in this movie called being on the planet at this time in history.

And just fully sending this character so much understanding and compassion. And now seeing this character moving forward on the movie, in the movie, on their life, in their life and their meditating at nighttime right before they go to bed. Just watch yourself in the movie meditating before you fall asleep, getting up in the morning, maybe you’re getting ready, listening to the meditation, the gratitude 10 minute meditation, very quick and your frequency is rising. And just watching yourself through this next week and noticing this character on the movie is exploring who she is, exploring what her triggers are, exploring what makes her run her life, the thoughts that she has, the conversations that she has, the way she feels when she’s with certain people and the way she feels when she’s with other people.

Who she is in the world, not making any part of her right or wrong or good or bad, just exploring who she is and then seeing this time a week from now, coming back onto the call, excited to share new understandings, new explorations, and to share insights that you’ve discovered about that she discovered about herself. And now placing your hands on your heart, you’re fully embracing this character on the movie screen in your heart, bringing her right inside of you. Nothing to make wrong or right or good or bad part of this human experience. Completely exploring the infinite creator that’s inside of you that chose to come to Earth and be you again, the odds of you being you are 1 in 400 trillion chances.

This was not an accident. So fully embracing all of yourself in this present moment and then placing your hands back in your lap and now visualizing this world that all people, all living men and living women are living in a free planet on the earth with that we have clean air, clean water. Imagine what that would. Would look like. Beautiful skies, vibrant, nourishing soil, amazingly clean water. The oceans are clean, the lakes are clean. People are kind, People are laughing. Children are safe. People are hugging each other. And it’s a beautiful, beautiful world. We call that forth now.

We know that our experience of fully integrating all parts of ourselves and finding deep love and compassion and understanding for our own journey brings about a better world. We call that forth now. And we bind anybody who does not value human life, who does not value freedom, peace and harmony. We bind them with the absolute, unconditional Christ consciousness of love and the frequency of aloha that it surrounds them, turns their heart to doing what is right, or peaceably removes them from power. We call that forth now. And we know that it is done. And we get to watch our own lives unfold into beautiful, fun, loving experiences.

And we get to watch as the world becomes a better place for all humanity. Breathing into this amazing human body at this time. Wiggling your toes and your fingers. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Great job, everybody. Anybody want to share? And then we’ll call it a good. We’ll call it good. How was that for you guys? Did you guys feel that?
