So you guys want to go see what video took me down again. Put me in YouTube probation again until now November 14th. If I get another strike, that’s going to be my second strike. Blah, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, this video is on your brain and that we have not been told, like I’ve said before, this world is not what we think it is. And neither is your brain. Your brain, you have no idea that you can actually restructure your brain by just using your thoughts and meditation and different practices, different breathing practices. Your brain is actually a pharmacy of different substances that you actually can get through drugs, through Big Pharma and other places.
And I can’t go too much into that if I want to keep this video on YouTube. But let me just explain to you what your brain is. And I do have some notes here, so I want to make sure that I get everything. Your thoughts literally, literally redesigned electric circuits in your brain. So why is it that there’s always violence on television or the news is constantly showing the worst of people? You know, I remember being at this tire store and they had the television on and there was a show of a family and the child was throwing temper tantrums all the time.
And the parents were not doing anything about it. It was like supposed to be funny. And the child was screaming. And I asked the person, I was the only one sitting in the waiting room, I said, can you please shut this off? And she said, I can put on some music. So she put on some really nice, lovely music. And I was really grateful for that. But I was thinking to myself, wow, people are watching this, like they literally spent money to film this sitcom that people are sitting and watching for hours. And that is actually redesigning the electric circuits in their brain.
And they don’t even realize it. What you watch, what you think about all redesigns the circuits in your brain. And that’s by design. So I also want to say that there have been experiments that have been done on how intention and Neville Goodard, he talks about it as assumption. Whatever you intend and whatever you assume actually reorganizes the synapses in your brain. And actually, and also deposits more myelin, which accelerates the transmission in the nerves in your brain. So whatever you intend to have happen, like you can have a goal. But if you really don’t believe that you can actually achieve it, it won’t achieve.
So the whatever you actually assume the deep seated assumption that you may not even be aware of is what actually creates a stronger magnetic impulse in your brain, in your nerves in your brain. So that is really, really important because when you’re constantly watching the television or movies and you’re constantly watching characters struggle with money or the couple cheating on each other and lying. That actually creates more things in your brain, more connections in your brain to have that happen in your own life. That’s why it’s really important to watch to be to be observant of what you watch your brain constantly rebuilds itself.
Every single thought sculpts new neural pathways. Every thought you have. This is why I’m doing the program. I’m doing it’s called inner shift. You can get it. So again Blossom Inner Wellness, you can check it out there. So each so let me let me talk about this here. There’s something that actually speeds up the connection of your synapses in your brain. It actually speeds it up and it’s meditation. Why is it that you’re constantly you constantly are on like you’re going as fast as you can. There’s there’s too much to do. You’re overwhelmed. You have to you’re focused on paying your bills. You’re focused on getting your kids to their sports or picking them up from school or buying food or doing laundry. It’s all by design because if you actually paused and slowed down enough to even do a 10 minute meditation, you would actually rewrite rewire your brain and the synapses would actually move more quickly.
And they don’t want you to do this because you actually can shift and create a whole different world by doing this. And it’s absolutely amazing. They found that Tibetan monks that meditate for years and years and years has have a large frontal cortex and your frontal cortex is responsible for behavior organization planning different things like that. And they actually have a larger frontal cortex and a smaller amygdala. They have a less of amygdala. Your amygdala is responsible for your depression for your fear for your anxiety. What is it again that they’re always showing in movies and on the news things that make you afraid things that give you anxiety.
Be afraid about war. Be afraid that your child might change their sex. Be afraid. I don’t even know hurricanes and tornadoes. They don’t the weather warfare that’s happening. Your amygdala is responsible for your fight or flight. And it’s very, very sensitive. So they found these these Tibetan monks had a larger frontal cortex, lower amygdala. And the one thing that they did, they even had neural connections in their brain that defied their age. And the one thing that they did constantly was to meditate. They slowed themselves down and they dropped in and they connected to the infinite creator that the frequency that’s in this empty space, which is not empty.
And that’s what they constantly did. The military even did experiments around this in the 60s and they show that the brain produces its own psychoactive substances, which affect the mood, awareness, thoughts, feelings, behavior. And that’s coming from the brain. They didn’t even need drugs to create this. These substances, the brain created it through different experiments that they did. And this was in the 1960s. So people are constantly wanting something different. They want something different. They don’t want to be depressed. They don’t want to be in fear. They don’t want to be in pain, whatever it is.
And here’s the really important key around changing that in your brain or in your in your life. You have to restructure your brain. And you can do this. You can restructure the brain, but it does take time. But let me let me show you this video first. I want to show you this video first. And this video is of a neuroscientist. And what he found was pretty amazing. So let me show it to you here. And I got to share sound. Andrew Newberg, a neuroscientist at the University of Pennsylvania, spent decades studying brains during spiritual experiences.
Using SPECT technology, he scanned Buddhist monks, Catholic nuns, and practitioners from various traditions during deep meditative states. The results revolutionized the scientific understanding of spiritual phenomena. His brain images captured the exact moment when ordinary consciousness dissolves into something greater. During intense mystical experiences, Newberg observed a drastic decrease in activity in the superior parietal lobe. This area is responsible for creating the sense of separation between self and world. At the same time, the prefrontal cortex increased activity, maintaining lucid consciousness. This scientifically explains the sensation of unity with the universe reported by mystics from all traditions.
The brain literally turns off the mechanism that creates boundaries between internal and external, self and cosmos. But there is something they do not tell you about these discoveries. Although Newberg publishes his results in respected scientific journals, you do not find this knowledge in medical schools or psychiatry books. A neuroscientist proves that your brain can naturally produce states of expanded consciousness, and the information gets buried in specialized publications. So isn’t that interesting? This neuroscientist literally found that your brain can actually go to a higher state of consciousness and connect with the infinite field of all possibilities with this empty space that’s all around us, and it gets buried.
This information gets buried. I think that’s really interesting. He also found that there was a massive release of serotonin and dopamine, the good, happy feelings. Then there are the same neurotransmitters that the antidepressants try to increase. So your antidepressants try to increase these, but you can actually get them through meditative state. So this neuroscientist finds all this information out, and again, it gets buried. And this is something really interesting too. They found that oxytocin, which is the hormone of love, when you’re in love and you’re floating on cloud nine, that releases oxytocin, and that can actually flow more when you’re doing loving, kind acts.
Not only if you are doing something that’s kind and loving to somebody else, but anybody who’s watching you do that or watching an event where somebody’s being kind and loving to another person, they’re also getting the release of oxytocin. Isn’t that interesting? We’re always being shown people at their worst, people being angry, people fighting, people arguing. That is because, and my personal, and I got to be really careful. I hope this video doesn’t get taken down. Can’t say that. So I’m just going to say that, isn’t that amazing that your brain literally produces just by actions, just by being kind to somebody.
It’s so funny. I remember being behind somebody in line at the grocery store, and they were from Australia, and they didn’t have the right dollars. Something happened where they couldn’t pay, and they were like, oh, I’m going to go to the bank. And I said, hey, I’ll get that for you. And it was like 20 bucks. I’m going to buy that for you. And she was like, oh my gosh, thank you so much. And the cash register, the clerk was smiling, and the person behind me was smiling. And it’s just stuff like that that connects us all.
And that is really, really how we can change this world. And then the last things I want to share, there’s two other things I want to share with you, is that the brain also releases, and it’s called anandamide during meditation, anandamide. And this is a substance that is the same molecule that’s found in chocolate and cannabis. So you can get these anandamide from chocolate or from cannabis, or you can get it when you’re in a deep meditation state, on your own, in your own brain, and then start to pattern your brain to release these substances, which it already creates.
Isn’t that so cool? That is so freaking cool. And the last thing I want to share, and this is again why I’m doing the program I’m doing, is this last information right here. During deep meditation, old traumas, which we all have, everybody who’s a human being has trauma, become reworked. You can actually rework the trauma and integrate it and rewire the neural connections in your brain. Isn’t that amazing? This is why I do the work that I do, because you’re actually, the integration part, a lot of people say I need to heal myself, I need to heal, I need to heal for years.
I had a friend of mine always go, I’m healing, I’m healing for years. But here’s the thing, if you’re constantly saying I’m healing, there’s no ending, there’s no getting healed, there’s no being healed. I call it integration. I call it where you integrate whatever trauma you’ve experienced in your past, you integrate it into the wholeness of what you are. You’re a human being having human experience. I’m sorry, you’re a spiritual light being, a frequency field, having a human experience in this human body. You’re way more, way, way more than just this human vessel.
And when you actually integrate your trauma back into yourself without making it wrong, you’re not trying to fix yourself, you’re not trying to heal yourself, you’re actually integrating whatever trauma you had and you’re absorbing it into your field without making it wrong or right or good or bad. There’s nothing to fix, it’s just a part of you. And when you do that, that’s integration, that’s freedom, that’s peace. We send a white light that wraps around their body, that wraps around their heart, that either turns their heart to doing what is right and what is good, or peaceably removes them from power, or removes them in handcuffs, whatever way the story needs to unfold. Great spirit, we are so grateful that for our courage at being here at this time in history, we know that each one of us has a journey, has our own destination, and we call forth the courage to keep stepping forward and stepping up to doing what is our kuleana, what is ours to do.
We trust you, great spirit. We trust ourselves. We know that everything we need is showing up. We know that each one of us is guided and protected and valued. We get to watch and be part of the movie as this world becomes a better place, a better place of harmony, love, and connection for all people. We call that forth now, great spirit, and so it is.
