Put this article up. Because this guy’s a clown, all right? So this is his article in the Walla Walla Democrats.com. Walla Walla is a community. I wonder if that’s where, I wonder if Walla Walla is where we should have the meet, the seminar for the CSP way. This guy’s got a blog where he has an image made up with something about the first revolution in 2026. Well, I really like this. Sheriffs are the top constitutional authority in the county. Reality? The Constitution doesn’t even mention sheriffs. Oh my gosh. I’m sorry, I have to say this.

What a dumbass. Just because every state and county position is not mentioned in the Constitution doesn’t mean I’m not the C-L-E-O, Clio, which is mentioned in the Brady Bill, a federal law, and is also mentioned in the Supreme Court decision by Justice Scalia that we were the Clios and are the Clios. Chief law enforcement officer, which means pursuant to my oath of office. Yeah, I’m the constitutional. And we’re also why do we take, why do we swear an oath to defend and obey the United States Constitution, yet we’re not mentioned in the Constitution? You know why? Because it says in Article 6, all state and local officials will swear that oath.

So there we are, we’re mentioned. Yeah, there you go. Well, I don’t think you’ve ever heard of Prince Mac versus USA. But anyway, he says that the founders left police powers to the states. Yeah, that’s correct. And what is a county sheriff? He’s a fundamental ancient component of the states. That’s how they handled the problems of enforcing the law. And it’s just the sort of thing that, you know, that most people can’t even make any sense of that the sheriff’s been around since 1700, 1600s actually have been here before the states were even the United States.

So yeah, it’s even further back than that. It’s been in existence for about 1000 years. Yep. Any law enforcement officer can refuse to enforce law they disagree with. I mean, that’s that’s a general rule period anywhere. How many, you know, standard cops decide not to enforce a law for one reason or another, maybe because it’s their buddy that’s breaking it. But regardless, that’s not the problem. The problem is, can you enforce a law on an individual that is repugnant to the Constitution? And well, you know, that’s what I that’s the part I really like repugnant to the Constitution.

So is he telling me that Rosa Parks should have been arrested? Is he telling me that Martin Luther King should have been arrested? Is he telling me that Harriet Tubman should have been arrested? They were trying to get to her so they could hang her because she was freeing other slaves. Which one was correct? The law enforcement agencies going after her and the citizens and her owner going after her? Or was Harriet Tubman correct? You idiot. And so what do laws become under a tyrannical government? What do laws become? They become but tools of the tyrant.

And we’ve had this throughout history where tyrannical governments, oh yeah, the slaves have already been brainwashed into believing that all laws have to be enforced. So what do we do? We make more laws and we pin everybody down in their cocoon of slavery because we have to enforce them and they have to obey them. And the founding fathers taught us in 1775 that no we don’t. Absolutely. I mean these people, they collect together in groups and they are basically psychopaths, sociopaths, people with psychological disorders and they infiltrate all the institutions.

And I was thinking about that when we were talking about with Josiah. But they create these policies based on some utopian logic that some school of communist economics came up with. And then they present it to you as though it’s for your safety. And I think it was Ben Franklin that said, and maybe not, it might have been John Locke, that no law is more deceitful or harmful than a law created specifically for your safety that is on that. And that’s the situation we have here. And this stuff here is all nonsense.

I don’t enforce gun laws, land laws, COVID restrictions or election stuff because freedom. I don’t think that that is even a good spot. I don’t understand his writing there. I don’t know, maybe Biden wrote that. I don’t understand what he said and I don’t think he understood what he said. Anyway, this is something that would be fun to read just for the laugh of it and the trouble we went to. But somebody in the chat put the definition from Black’s law of sheriff. And I don’t know whether he saw that or not, but chief executive administrative officer of a county being chosen from a popular election, his principal duties are in aid of criminal courts and civil courts of record such as serving process, summoning juries, executing judgments, holding judicial sales and the like.

He’s also the chief conservator of the peace within his territorial jurisdiction. I don’t know how much of that you would totally agree with. 99% of it. Yep. Absolutely. And the constitution of the state of Delaware, the first state also says that the sheriff is the conservator of the peace for the county. And so Jefferson quote says the same thing. He is the top executive of every county, the sheriff. So they were all stating the obvious. Right. Anyway, that’s this individual, Tom, whatever his name there a moment ago, has never checked out any, I mean, they won’t read anything.

They just have an emotional outburst and they throw it down the paper. [tr:trw].
