Okay, back to the program. Welcome to business. Game changers. I’m Sarah Westall. I have Dr. Diane Kaiser coming back to the program. She’s just great. She’s becoming a pretty good friend of mine. We’ve been talking quite a bit about things. I’m glad we align. I’ve been telling her I’ve been turned into it. By the end I just submit to it. I’m kind of turned into a biohacker. I’m really trying to figure out how to use peptides and stem cells and you know, collagen and all these things to just become healthier. And so we’re going to talk about all of that today.
You know, I’ve lost 25 pounds. I honestly. And we talk about that. I people say, well how could you possibly? You don’t look like you needed to lose. I did. Diane Kaser. Hi, Diane. Welcome back to the program. Hello, Sarah. Thank you for having me. I love being here with you and your audience. You guys are the smarty pants. My favorites. Yeah. I’ve had, and you tell me this too, is we have the smartest audience out there, period. And I think that’s just, that’s, that’s excellent. That means they, there’s a lot of smart people that want to hear deep, intelligent conversations. Yeah. And you guys want to be accountable for your own life and your own health. That’s what I love so much, is that you, you ask good questions like you can, you can’t get better answers until you have better questions.
And you can’t know what questions to ask unless you’re really working with a lot of different data points. And that’s what you do so well with your shows and your guests. SARA and then your audience becomes more of that way and the ethos that it’s not just one thing where we’re working with that. Is there an issue for why we don’t have freedom or we don’t have joy or our optimal health? It’s a culmination of many things. And so I love to see that many of you like to ask the Right. Questions to put things together so that you can take charge of your life and your health on your own as much as possible.
As much as possible. And I just commend all of you for being here and continuing to support Sarah and myself for coming on regularly. Well, it is. It’s a point where you have to take responsibility for. You get to a point where you realize nobody else is going to be responsible for you as much as you. And so you have to take. You’ve got to take that extra mile. I know you all learned that the hard way. You know, we all learned it the hard way. So now we’re silly. Yeah, we all did. Well, let’s talk about peptides in the immune system.
But, you know, there is turbo cancers everywhere right now. We just, you know, Biden has turbo cancer, prostate cancer. Scott Adams, which is the Dilbert guy, he claims he only has a few weeks to live. He has another prostate cancer too, I believe. And it’s, you know, turbo cancer. It is a epidemic of proportions that is growing. And it’s a very sad epidemic, really. But there is. But your immune system, it’s a faulty immune system. Right. And there are things you can do to strengthen your immune system so that your chances of falling for, you know, from falling from cancer is greatly minimized because you have a strong immune system.
Yeah, yeah. And that is the single greatest thing that during COVID you know, I was one of the frontline naturopathic doctors trying to scream it from the rooftops that we have an issue right now with many doctors, MDs that were specifically. And everybody knows this message because many of many people fell for it. I talk to people all the time that still remind us what happened in 2020 and never forget, never forget. But people have. Are forgetting. They’re still going to their MDs for more because they’re still getting sick often. And they’re wondering why we’re going to talk about that today.
Because your immune system is the greatest and the most important thing to strengthen right now. It needs to be your warrior, especially considering what’s happening right now. And we’re seeing people getting sick all over again. Not just people like Biden who are getting turbo cancers, but just people who are even the healthiest people that I know that are on 30 supplements, living on the coast of Florida, who have access to organic regenerative foods, who are doing things like saunaing, and they still have health issues. And I’m not saying that to scare you. I’m saying it to where you.
But they go to Their doctor and they’re useless. Like my dad just went to the ER last weekend and they told him he almost died. And so our whole family is going, what happened? And we’re thinking maybe he needs some sort of stent. But of course his immune system struggling, he got the shot and then they did a bunch of scans and did some blood tests and then said, oh, everything looks fine, go ahead and leave. It’s like people deserve better than that. You’re looking me in the eye and telling me that I almost died, but then telling me you don’t know why, you know why, and just see you later.
Just see. And I’m like, yeah, I mean of course it was good because people wake up from that level of complete lack of consciousness. And, and I think it’s, you know, it’s ignorance. Doctors are not trained properly to run the right test. That’s what I meant by we all learn the hard way. Yes, yes, exactly, Sarah. Yes, thank you. Exactly. And it’s how we wake up by going, wait a minute, this doesn’t add up. I almost died. But yet, see you later in like an hour. So they’re like, I have to figure this out. So now I finally got my dad and my mom open to.
Not even open. They’re really asking for peptides now because our immune systems have been shut down. They are getting more and more shut down. They are over taxed, they are overworked. And many people think the immune system is the system, but it’s not. It’s the entire system, entire body. It’s your cells, it’s your brain, it’s your thymus gland, it’s your endocrine system, it’s your gut. So it’s everywhere. And it’s your mind and spirit too. Right? Because it’s a holistic. If your mind is anxious and you’re, you can’t settle that, that makes you sick. Stress and everything else.
And suffering. Exactly. It’s true. It’s. It’s like the immune system is the, the conglomeration in the constellation of all of your systems. And so what? The immune system during COVID 70%, so they say, took the shot or some of them, one of them at least. And those shots, the COVID shots, are intended to deactivate your immune system. You know, we saw that with a lot of the journalism and we saw how it’s set to essentially put these NK cells, your immune cells, to sleep. And so these different viruses, the viruses that were so called made for game of function or for gain of function, parasites that Were also being in the chemtrails that Mike Adams has been culturing from Jane Ruby samples.
And we’re seeing parasites from the chemtrails that are actually cultured and they are hatching. So we’re seeing right now that we have a systemic attack on our air, our water, our food. There’s no doubt about that. I think, you know, the maha movement’s been putting on the map. But then it’s like, well, what’s next? Because we’re already seeing, and I’m coming out as a doctor that’s saying I have several patients in clinic. We have hundreds of members that we work with. And collectively, people need more than just zinc and glucosamine and vitamin c. We need way more.
It’s not working just as it is. And today we’re going to talk about a peptide that is actually 50 times more effective than just using food as medicine, because our food has been weaponized also and is continuously getting weaponized. Bill Gates and whoever. Otherwise, you know, billionaires are putting vaccines now, and there’s a new push for all the cows to get vaccinated the specific way. And then that becomes our food. So we need to absolutely arm our immune system, especially. Last statistic, I’ll share Sarah and I’ll let you take over. The thymus gland. It sits around your breastbone and your chest bone, right next to your heart.
That is very important for your immune system. And many people don’t know this. By the time you’re the age of 40, you have lost about half of the function and it’s shrunk in size of the thymus gland. That’s your main endocrine gland that supports your immune system. And by the time you’re 50, you lost 80% of its function. So that’s where the thymosin. The thymus alpha. Thymosin alpha, you know, the TB500. Those are the different peptides that are there to reawaken and reactivate, re stimulate, restrengthen that thymus glands, your whole body has defenses. So we’re not just chasing cleanse, you know, toxins.
We’re not just killing parasites. We can cleanse and kill all day long. But until we stimulate and strengthen that immune system, we’re on a constant treadmill of cleansing and killing. Yeah, because you can’t. You have to get your body to the point where it can. That’s why cancer is a. It becomes out of control because your immune system’s always killing cancer cells. But if your immune system can’t keep it up and kill. Kill the cancer cells. That’s where the tumors grow, and that’s where cancer gets control. So that’s the same thing with parasites and everything else.
Your body can detox on its own and kill parasites. It’s doing it since day one. But once you’ve destroyed that ability, whether through age or through all the environmental factors, you’re pretty hosed. Right. So you have to rebuild that up. Exactly. And this is not what’s taught. You know, when. When people die, you know, the number one thing we hear people die of is pneumonia. They didn’t die because a bug killed them. They died because their immune system couldn’t kill the bug. So it’s because of the thymus gland shrinking as we age. And because of all of the stress that it has to sustain, it gets really weak.
And it does shrink just as we age, just naturally. But even if we look at people before us, they lived a lot longer. And even our generation before, like my grandma, she was alive until 95 and she. Well, the age limit officially has dropped, right? It has by a few years. And if you look at, like, Japan and some of the other places, they’re a lot better. Yeah, they are. And there’s a lot of countries that won’t even put up with the toxins that we do. And they don’t. They don’t allow the chemtrails as much, although it is happening in a lot of other countries.
So the things that stress out the thymus gland and therefore will cause or bring up this turbo cancer. Because cancer is not just one thing. Any health issue is not just one thing. It’s a conglomeration of many things. It is parasites. We’ve seen that in a lot of literature and studies, and the patients that I work with. You’re not going to see a parasite in a stool test. You can’t just trust a doctor when they say, oh, just go run a stool analysis and see if you have parasites and work on them. They’re very intelligent. And so we had to be smarter than the bugs by getting smarter with increasing the thymus gland activity without overstimulating it, where it causes too much of a herx to push all the bugs out.
Well, aren’t parasites too, like, because your gut is a whole biome and parasites could be just ones that don’t belong in the biome. I mean, it’s just. It’s. So you don’t necessarily see that. But you were saying that the parasites are. This is what I was going to say, parasites. People are realizing that Parasites are attributing or being contributing to cancer, but it’s just one factor, because now they’re saying this is what happens. They realize parasites are affecting cancer. So now it’s all about parasites. Yes. And. And that’s what I’m seeing. Everybody can’t. Parasites is the cause of cancer, but that’s just not true.
It’s one cause, right? Yes, it’s one cause. And I continue to zoom up higher than the current reality because I’ve been leading parasite cleanses for 15 years, proudly. And there’s many things that I have tried with myself and my patients and people all around the world. I’ve helped tens of thousands of people to do parasite cleanses. And I’ve gone through so many courses on parasitology and virology, immunology, and parasites. They live in the gut, but they also will make their way up to the brain. They live everywhere, Right? They live everywhere. I mean, a third. A third of us have an overgrowth of the cat parasite.
It’s known as the cat parasite, but it’s toxoplasmosis, Toxoplasma gondii. It’s not just from having a cat, it’s from water, dirty water that’s not filtered properly. And I’m not just talking to Mexico. It comes from our food. But again, let’s zoom out again. It’s not just our food, not just our water, it’s our immune system’s inability to fight that bug. So if we’re saying, oh, parasites are the main cause of everything, then we’re essentially saying we’re victims of parasites. I’d rather zoom out and not be a victim. I would rather be a warrior and say, let’s strengthen our body so that nothing can harm us.
Or it can harm us, but it’ll harm us less in our body. Well, but it’s also. Yeah. And it’s also a misunderstanding of everything that happens. I just see the correct. There’s Trends, right. There’s 12 trends in the health industry. And people catch on to it because it’s one thing they understand. And then next thing you know, it’s like everything is that. It’s like, no, we have to put it into context of it’s important. Now we know this is important. Let’s put it into the whole overall framework of what we have to deal with, which is a lot to do.
We have to deal with a lot. That’s why it becomes overwhelming. But it doesn’t have to be. Right? Right. And that’s what I’m Saying is that for so many years, I’ve been sharing with people, okay, let’s clean up your food, let’s clean up your water, let’s clean up your air. Those are the first three things. And of course, we have to clean up your thoughts. That’s half the battle. If you don’t think that you’re going to heal or it’s cost too much money to be healthy, or that you just have to do one thing, or that this one medication or drug is going to fix you, let’s just take Ozempic and I’ll lose the weight.
All of those shortcuts and that limited belief thinking is actually the most toxic of all of them. So we clean up all of that, right? And then above and beyond that, people are still struggling and they’re asking, why does it ever end? And I’m like, I understand. I don’t want you to continue to have to think all the time about, how do I defend myself? How do I defend myself? What do I have to think about now that I have to be obsessed about? It’s parasites now, like that is going viral, Pun intended. Maybe there’s a new word for it.
It’s going parasitil, because it’s not a viru, but it’s gone crazy. I mean, people are afraid of that. So they do. The parasite cleanses. And I, yes, I’m an advocate of cleansing parasites, but I’m more of an advocate of doing that and supporting the various systems that defend you from them. So your body goes, okay, I know what to do with this. Okay, Heavy metals, I know what to do with that. You know, the bugs like staff, which right now we’re going to talk about staff today, the connection between staff and EMFs and the quorum sensing that happens because these gut bugs are getting stronger in the presence of 5G, 4G and wearables and wi fi and all of these things that many people are slapping on their body because people like Casey Means are telling them to, because it’s good to have a trackable device on.
And I’m going, wait a minute. That’s actually causing insulin spikes to wear these wearables. And it’s actually causing things like staph infections that will and could kill you and make you sick to grow stronger. And no antibiotics can even touch them. That’s where we’re getting antibiotic resistance. Yeah, it’s a misunderstanding again of what’s really going on. But bugs get smart, right? They adapt, and so they become stronger based on what they’re affected by. So the WI fi are making them stronger. What’s happening is the bugs that are positively affected by that grow and multiply. The ones that aren’t just aren’t as multi, you know, they don’t multiply as much.
So now you’re dominated by those and they get stronger. But I’m going to say this, and this is what the show is about, but there is, and this is what bothers me. We don’t have to use frequencies that, that hurt our body. We can use frequencies. We can wear wearables that don’t hurt us, but we have to have frequencies that work with our bodies being used by those wearables. And nobody is conscious enough or I don’t know why they’re not moving in this direction. The engineers that are making this, they should know and start researching it and put out tools and things to combat that.
And we can then ride off into the sunset, into our future tech with harmonizing with us. We don’t have to give up all that stuff. We just have to be smarter. Nailed it, Sarah. And this is, this is where rife frequencies come in. You know, rife, Rife frequencies. You know, William Rife that came up with the, the rife machine, those are frequency devices kill. I, I, I, you know, the C word, the turbo cancers that, that kill the things that cause it and that harmonize your frequencies so that your body can naturally eliminate the things that don’t belong there.
So the rif. The rife is a. Yes, we’re all frequency rife. It kills. And because it’s, it’s a digital technology, analog builds. So all the different frequency. This is what Sherry Edwards has really worked. She has over 500,000 data points, points that on all the different frequencies. And so rife is amazing because it kills. But analog, which is the other component, you know, more of a holistic component with frequency analog builds. And then the frequencies that work with their bodies and harmonize with their bodies are also another set of frequencies. And it kind of the analog that builds can maybe be used as well.
But they have to start looking at it as a holistic picture and understand who we are. Exactly, Exactly. And that’s again, the holisticness of all of this is what I am a stand for, is that reductionistic medicine has never worked since the Rockefellers launched it with the Flexner report 100 years ago. It has never worked to cure anything. Never. I mean, we still don’t have a cure for cancer. Or do we? It’s because they don’t look at the underlying Immune system. Right. Isn’t that the problem? They’re not looking at the source. Yep. Or there are things that do, but people who come up with them suddenly disappear, if you know what I mean.
So we need to look at the body as a whole. And that’s what my role is, that you guys. It’s not just one simple answer. It’s not just one thing. It never is and never has been and it never will be. You have 11 systems in your body and all of them need to be harmonizing together like a song. They need to each be playing an instrument. And then we are an orchestra together. Without that, we’re torn apart. And that is what the reductionist stick medical mafia has been doing for so many years is reductionistic medicine.
And superficial scanning. They’re just looking at blood and CT scans and mammograms, which I’m totally against mammograms. I’d rather have you do a sonosine something ultrasound technology. Not crushing your breast, not causing stage zero cancer, not smashing breast implants to cause them to rupture. I can go on and on about that. But they’re not. Look, it’s reductionistic. They’re just looking at the tissues rather than why are the tissues inflamed? Why is there cancer? Why is there autoimmune disease? Why is there depression? Why is there Parkinson’s? We now know that people who are living close to within a mile of a golf course have 136% times increase of getting Parkinson’s disease.
That’s because of glyphosate. That’s the fertilizer. Exactly. The herbs decides. Yeah. The pesticides, all of it. And it’s not just golf courses. This is when we work with patients. I do a zoomed out view looking at how many antennas, how many, how many towers are around them in a peripheral 1 mile radius, how many parks, how many schools, how many golf courses. And that means how much pesticide and herbicide load is there. And then where do you live in relation to what political values and belief systems that the governor has of that, that state. You know, we saw that Tennessee banned chemtrails, but then have still been seeing chemtrails.
Now Florida is on a mission to make it illegal. However, we’ll see. That’s always my stance. You know, I don’t believe that any political anything is going to save us. I think it’s our collective choices that we make together. And so that’s why this is where we need to take accountability for our, for our own Health with our own decisions because we vote with our dollar, we vote with our frequencies, we vote with. We can’t just, just think that Bobby Kennedy and everybody else is going to save us. So all of this, one person in a swamp of blackmailed people, it just doesn’t work that way.
You know what I mean? Let’s think about it. How many times have we gotten into a really screwed up organization and tried to fix and how hard that was, and that was in a small one where people aren’t being blackmailed. Imagine what we’re expecting people to do. So we have to. We have to be smarter. Yes, we have to be smarter and more conscious. And the only way we could be smarter is to ask smarter questions. And so sometimes you don’t know what questions to ask. If you’re asking right now, why am I so sick? Why do I have autoimmune disease? Why are there so many turbo cancers? I want to show you something today.
Sarah and I talked earlier because I’m a researcher too. I always have like 50 slides prepared for every presentation because I want you to see the actual science and the proof and the data points and, or the case studies and the testimonials of people who actually are taking their health in their own hands and they’re having results. And it’s beyond just a drug or a doctor or a surgery or something that is, you know, what we’re told is going to fix everything and one fails swoop. So is that a good time now to bring up the easy list? Okay, let me share my screen here and I’ll show you the first slide and I’ll talk through it because we have a bunch of people that listen to this on audio.
Okay, so I’ve got a few slides here. And for those of you who are listening to this on audio, you could always go back and watch this and see the slides. But this is really important. And this is. I’m calling this a public service announcement. I’m saying that this is. Sarah and myself were whistleblowing this concept of the connection points between microbes, metals and molds, and microbial frequency or magnetic frequencies, which are EMFs. So I say those are the 4Ms. That are causing us to feel miserable, that is causing disease, that is causing disorder, that is causing death.
And we’re wondering why all of a sudden is even with children. One out of three children now have fatty liver disease. And those tend to be the people that have GLP1 deficiency who end up getting on Ozempic. And they think it works. But really all it’s doing is melting their fat and their muscles and then it makes it worse. So here is the data point connections. I want you guys deserve to know this. So I’m a certified EMF practitioner. What that means is I’ve been trained as of eight years ago, and I was one of the first to graduate from this school to learn how EMFs, the negative ones, can impact certain things in our body.
And that would be mold, like I mentioned, microbes that I’m going to talk about right now, as well as metals. When we have in the presence of EMFs, those three things amplify and cause more harm in the body. They multiply and they can actually use EMFs to talk to each other and to actually become more antibiotic resistant or treatment resistant for the ones that are actually recommended to us when we go to the doctor. So this is a new study that just came out. Basically it’s called electromagnetic communication. Bacterial electro quorum sensing. I don’t want to get too nerdy on you guys, but basically it just means that if you have something like staph, and that’s something that usually causes a lot of skin issues, pneumonia symptoms, Covid like symptoms, a lot of skin inflammation, skin infections, and people wonder what’s happening with them.
So we always test for staph on our stool test. And 100% of patients that we see, Sarah, have staph in high levels. This is not a small percentage of people struggling with staph. This is virtually everybody at this point. The reason why we’re seeing this, and this is my suspicion, is because of the high levels of the MFs that people are exposed to these days. So staff can actually emit these frequency signals with specific ranges. So depending on if it’s 5G or 4G, what devices, what Wi Fi people are exposed to, it actually will produce more biofilm formation.
What’s biofilm? Biofilm is the mucosa that gets thicker along the gut lining around our ear, nose and throat that cause people to all of a sudden feel like they have allergies or asthma. They’re sneezing all the time, they’re sick, they’re runny noses, they have runny noses, they have bloody noses. They feel like they have head congestion, a head cold, they have dementia, memory loss, and it can lead to Parkinson’s. It could lead to many things. You know, metal brain, micro brain or mold brain. These are the three main things that I’m seeing in the gut and in the brain that are causing people to feel like, God, what Happened to me.
Where did my brain go? And so staff is one of them. And this biofilm gets bigger and bigger and bigger along the lining of all of our tissues, specifically the ear, nose and throat, and specifically the gut. People are wondering why they have abdominal fat, they can’t lose weight, they’re bloated, they have allergies and sensitivities. They feel like they just can’t even live in the environment anymore because they’re allergic to everything. And this is where the antihistamine market is said to 10x in the next three years. But that’s not going to do anything, you know, just anti histamine basically says, hey, body don’t work to kill the parasites and get rid of the metals and don’t work to get rid of the biofilm.
Well, what it’s going to do is make an industry a lot of money. It’s going to prolong the illness underneath and make it worse because you’re not dealing with the core issue. And it’s just, it’s a disaster. Growing is what it is. You’re cutting out the check engine light. That’s what you’re doing with antihistamines. It’s doing nothing. What produces histamines is poisons and parasites in the body that have not been properly addressed by getting rid of the biofilm. And people don’t get this when biofilm is so important. It’s that nasty mucosa that blocks your body’s ability to absorb healthy nutrients that lines every single person’s gut that we work with.
This is why we have an obesity crisis and overweight crisis. People are undernourished and overweight no matter what healthy diet that they’re, that they’re consuming. So it’s all in the biofilm. This is where a lot of these bugs live. This is why when you take antibiotics, you still feel like you have to have another round and another round. Sarah, have had people who had Lyme disease that I work with in the past. They’ve had breast implants, whatever. They’ve been on two or three antibiotics for three years in a row. Why is that? Because they’ve never gotten the biofilm.
Well, the concerning thing for me when I hear the emfs, because the frequency can do anything, it can be harmful, it can be good. We just talked about that. It can be, it can harmonize. But the fact that these are so damaging, you know, I get to the point, it’s like how they’ve gotten so clever to use damaging ones. I mean, you do stumble into Damaging ones to this degree. Then you start getting into being a conspiracy theorist. But. Right. It’s pretty. Yeah, it’s pretty sad because the frequencies can do anything. It can. It can break down this.
It can. It’s very targeted. There’s a frequency to do. Do everything. Like literally every mineral, every action in your body has a frequency associated with it. Right. And so the frequencies that are used are doing what you’re talking about. And it just, you know, I think about. I’m think, gosh, they. It doesn’t have to be this way, but it’s also freaks me out because it is this way. So are they purpose? I don’t know. I don’t want to get into the purpose. But you know. Right. No, I do, I do. I mean, we have seen like this dragon fog, that there was a specific parasite, Serratia, that was isolated.
And so we now know that, you know, in these chemical jet aerosol lines in the sky, we’ve known this for a long time. That’s not conspiracy. They’ve already been claiming that they’re proud to alter the weather. And so that’s not what we’re here to talk about. You know, I think your audience gets that and won’t dispute that, but what’s in it is a lot of these microbes that people are like, why all of a sudden am I so sick? And it’s not just a gut thing, it’s systemic. So E. Coli is another one. And E. Coli is one that typically is the bacteria that I see with patients who are struggling with UTIs.
That’s what actually got me into wanting to be a doctor myself. I was 21 years old. I was a professional soccer player and I was struggling with UTIs. I’m like, what is going on? Why am I bleeding? It’s not my cycle. But I’m urinating blood all the time. And it was because I had high levels of E. Coli. That was back then when they actually properly cultured what was going on in our urine to see what kind of antibiotic was actually resist. Not resistant, but actually sensitive to the type of antibiotics. I was put on macrobid for the rest of my life.
And I’m like, that doesn’t make any sense. That was how again, I stumbled into. Huh? That doesn’t make any sense. Whenever you hear yourself saying that when a doctor, the. That is trying to recommend something to you, that’s when you know you are being introduced to an awakening to take accountability for yourself. Anyway, pseudomonas, that’s another one that’s super antibiotic. Super bug, antibiotic resistant. And this is what years ago, Anthony Wakefield said that we would have a mass population moving toward death faster because of antibiotic resistance. So I’ve been very, very serious about this for the last eight years since I heard that.
How do we not become antibiotic resistant? How do we instead become the antibodies? By stimulating and supporting our own immune system so we don’t have to take these things exogenously. Candida is a fungus that’s all over everywhere. People think that, you know, I’m sick because I’ve got some sort of parasite, maybe virus. It’s Candida, it’s fungus. That’s really what produces a lot of biofilm too. But my point is all of these, including Lyme Borrelia, is like a bacteria parasite, some say either one of the two. But all of these bugs are using the toxic forms of waves of EMF frequencies to quorum sense.
So we could actually use the opposing side, the healthy healing frequencies to get rid of them. And that’s where things like rife could come in. But my point is today is there’s really a lot of different ways to build your body and your environment to be more resistant to these things growing inside of you. And that would be supporting the thymus gland and then also these frequencies that we’re talking about. But bottom line is I want to show you a couple of studies too that were done. This is the EMF guy, you can follow him, he’s great.
Nick Pineau. This is the study he was talking about too. There’s a couple of them. On May 9, 2022 engineers publish a stunning world first discovery. Turns out that staph biofilms bacteria present in about one third of all human beings communicate with each other using radio frequency radiation and ranges similar to to cell phones and wi fi. So this is what we’re talking about, Sarah. There’s different frequency bands, right. And then asking the question again, you can see, you know, 5G apocalypse. It’s, it’s. The name sounds crazy, but it’s Sasha Stone film. We had a lot of people who are experts on there that were talking about this.
The specific question, has anybody ever done one study on this radiation, WI fi, Bluetooth technology or anything, but I think it simplifies everything. That’s why I like to have talk about Sherry Edwards a lot. Once you realize everything is frequency and it, everybody’s coming at it from a. I mean this is like. You like to zoom out. Yeah. When we zoom way out and we realize that we are frequency and There is a frequency for everything. Then it’s not like this, although we have to get very detailed about every little frequency and what everything does that’s important.
But what we do is we talk about the details without zooming way out and saying, we are frequency. And absolutely everything has a purpose. This. And once you start. Realiz what I think that’s the future of medicine, honestly, I think once we really start, that’s quantum energy. It’s qu. It’s. It’s a future of physics, it’s a future of understanding, It’s a future of consciousness. It gets pretty abstract, and I realize it can get pretty complicated once you start thinking that direction. But it doesn’t have to be that complicated when you realize everything is frequency. And that frequency can do every bad thing possible in your body.
And so that’s why you don’t have to point to, like one study or one you do for people to understand it and start understanding this stuff. But one like documentary or one like. It’s like, no, we are all frequency. Does that make sense? I know it does to you. Yes, it does. And just. This is a slide here. Our bodies are bioelectrical, and so is the microbiome and your gut and all over your body. We are bioelectric. You know, every communication, everything. Yeah, everything responds to frequency. Frequency is how our bodies, through our biome, decides whether or not we match with our partner or with another person in our life.
A partner. There and I are partners. You know, the quantum stuff. Yeah, yeah. And the quantum is that our bodies with our biome and. And what I’m talking about here, like the biofilm and our cells, they’re always communicating with each other and deciding, am I vibing with this or am I not? You know, is this. Are you my frequency or are you not? Are you my vibration? Are you not? You know, it’s vibration, energy, frequency, that is the future of medicine. But it’s not. It’s the now. So for every negative frequency, 5G, 4G, 6G. Oh, my God.
Wait a minute. It. That’s that side. There’s. There’s the polarity and there’s a good side to it. There’s hell and there’s health. For every. Yeah. Frequency amounts aren’t negative. That’s what I want people to understand because you can do stuff that harmonizes with your bodies. And that’s what people. Because everybody’s like, we just have to totally get rid of it and go back to court, you know, horse and buggy. I know, right? No, we just need to be smarter and come up with solutions that don’t harm us and be not be stupid. Absolutely. This is where I love pemf.
That’s pulse electromagnetic frequencies. And so PEMF is the offset to emf. And so I love PEMF mats and things like that. That will harmonize your body so that you become the frequency of the Earth because that’s what it replicates. So there’s positive and negative ions. So again, it’s nothing is all bad. We have to get rid of it all. You just go, wait a minute. For everything, there’s hell, there’s health over here. What’s the polarity? Oh, they’re hiding it from us. That’s why we’re here to talk about this stuff today. You gu. So that’s why Sarah’s platform’s so awesome.
We don’t want the solutions, the health, to be hidden from you while they propagate the hell and make you think that, oh, you know, Bobby Kennedy never else is going to fix it. Hold on, can I just fix myself? Well, and that’s the whole thing is that’s why I keep saying we need people coming out. I’ve been harping on the engineers coming out to do this. People who take the time to learn emf. Guys taking the time to learn this stuff because that’s where the solutions, the doctors, bless their hearts, hurts, but they see the ramifications of what the engineers are freaking doing.
The engineers need to come up with the solutions and stop harming people. That’s why I think it, it goes on. Even RFK said this. He goes, it’s not the doctors that are coming up with these solutions that brought us out of our so many problems. You know, during the industrial age, it was the engineers cleaning up the sewer systems. It’s the same thing. We need to clean up the sewer system of the ems. And the engineers need to get off their butts and realize they’re part of the solution instead of just all they need to get out.
They’re sitting on the sidelines right now is what they’re doing. But they’re not on the sidelines when it comes to the bad guys for the depopulation. They’re right. I mean, Sarah, they got to make their money, right? I mean, this is what, this is how people think. And I’ve talked to people about that and challenge their beliefs and challenge what they’re doing with their life. Like, what is your purpose? What are you here for? Are you here to actually fuel the Deep State’s mission? And initiatives for depopulation. Well, I got to make money. Okay, well, can we like do it? You can come up with solutions and you can make a hell of a lot of money.
It might not be as easy because this isn’t that easy, but it’s better and eventually it will become easier. Yeah. And you could sleep at night better. So this is also too. And I want to show you this slide, but I want to make one other connection point which you sort of so well spoke to Sarah, is that I don’t like the saying throw the baby out with the bathwater because I want to throw babies anywhere. Or kill two birds with one stone. I don’t like any of that. I would like to free two birds with one stone.
I think our language puts us under a spell or not too. So I think it’s very important for us to hear how we talk to ourselves and ourselves. Because literally our brain is talking to every cell of our body. So that’s why, you know, I always like to say this out loud. How I correct myself when I say things in certain phrases. But if we say all EMFs are bad, it’s just like saying all peptides are bad. They’re all snake venom. Right. That’s not at all like. This is what many people are saying is that they’re all snake venom.
They’re all bad. And that is another. Let’s clarify the snake venom thing because that drives me nuts. We talked about it before we got on. Snake Venom has over 50 different active ingredients of which one of the active ingredients, which is not harmful for your body was isolated which led to the development of the GLP1s. And it wasn’t even that ingredient. It just led to them figuring it out. Can you explain that? Because it’s drives me. It’s so basic. And they’re snowing people with this. Yeah, yeah. It actually came from. So there was a. And this is the.
The Gila monster. Right, people? It’s actually a freaking lizard. And I said it was a snake because I didn’t look into it. I. I was just really concentrating on the venom and then I got nailed because it’s not a snake, it’s a freaking lizard. I don’t care. I was looking at the venom. But regardless. Yeah, I know it’s because someone else said it was snake venom. So we didn’t know. And who cares? I know. Well, and that’s the thing is that when we just follow talking heads without again comes back to asking the right question. Tell me and show me exactly how it Comes from snake venom.
Is it exactly like snake venom that just gets cultured and then just gets put straight into the vial for us to shoot up? Or how did it get to this point when you actually like really trace it back, they go, and this is actually. They won a Nobel Peace Prize for this because they realized that with this Gila monster, it produced produce a specific chemical that allows it to hibernate so it doesn’t get hungry. And so the whole point was to not only just use this one specific molecule to slow down our food cravings and gastric emptying, but it was also to support the balance of alongside other things like making sure you’re exercising and eating enough protein.
And GLP1s by themselves are not good. You need to have a healthy lifestyle with it and while also also building muscle for metabolism. So when you get off of it, which I believe you should, you know, western medicine wants you to be on azipic for life. I want you to be on some sort of peptide like a GLP one possibly for three to six months and then get off of it because you can, because you’ve stimulated your own body and then worked on GLP1 production in your own gut by not eating high fructose corn syrup, which kills GLP1 production corn etc GMO corn.
But back to that it it the molecule came from. All it is is a cell signal molecule. That’s all it is. And then they take that molecule and they took it and went. This could actually be really helpful to really support the reduction of the obese obesity crisis. And so that was what it was intended for. And now what they do with Ozempic is they take that one molecule and it could be semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, which are three different ones, is single, one’s a double and one is a triagonist. I like RETA best, but I think ters and retta are depending would be good.
And I teach all about this in my course. If you guys, you know, follow Sarah’s link, she’ll put it below. And I teach you guys how to do this because it shouldn’t be done or taken unless you have some sort of connection with a doctor like myself. Because there are different variables that each person might need to dial up certain things and dial down. But anyway, Now Zempic and McGovy and Mounjaro, it’s a different story. It’s not just the molecule. They’ve added like six other toxins to it and preservatives lives and sold it to you. Or you can get it through insurance for a very high price but the intention is that you’ll never be able to get off of it.
So if one day insurance stops covering it. The sticker shock is fifteen hundred dollars a month and they’ve done this. Yeah. What did they add to these things? Because like what we’re giving like the retitrutide, it’s just the pure peptide. What are they adding to? And it works by. It really works. I, I’m telling people because I have a lot of people that are using rededrutide that you know, sharing it because it works well and it’s so hard for a lot of people to lose weight but you got to couple it with other things, especially the muscle builder stuff and you need to cycle off.
You need to cycle off every peptide. And there are, there are other peptides that I’m going to do a whole booklet on how to the weight loss peptide thing because people are so interested in that. So I’m doing that. But what are they doing and adding to it? Because you know ours is just the pure peptide. Yep, it’s just the pure peptide. The only thing that we’re using is we’re adding the, the red of the reconstitution solution. But that’s different. Yeah, yeah, exactly. And that and all that that is is basically like we’re wearing saline or different types of water that allows us to inject it.
And again this is where there’s. I don’t want you guys to be afraid of peptides because they’re only inject injections. There’s injections, there’s intranasals which is where most people start. And then there’s capsules which are not going to be as effective. And some peptides are better intranasal, some are better in injection form which in this case with GLP1s injection is the best way to go. And you can’t even feel it. I’m sure Sarah, you can speak to that too. Right? Like when you’re using them. Yeah. You can’t feel it. And you know like I say I take.
You can see I’ve lost like £25. Pounds. Right. People are like, you didn’t even have £25 to lose. No, I did. And so I feel so much better. But I take it with muscle builders I have other things I do too. I’m really on this whole, I’m on this whole peptides craze. But I take retit, it does not hurt. And I take Half. I only take 3 milligrams. It’s ha that if you do research on it, 6 milligrams kind of the sweet spot of, of the cost effectiveness and, and effectiveness. But I’m only five, three. I’m not very big.
And so I went down to 3 milligrams. And I think you should use as little as you can and get the best effects for your own body. You got to feel that out. But I take, I’m older, right? I’m in my early 50s now. I take Muscle Builder and I, I, I’ve been cycling between Sloop, which is freaking awesome and it’s back in stock and the 5Amino MQ because it helps build up my muscle muscle. And there’s also lots c what people can do. But that’s an injection. But I, you know, as you get older, you really want to focus on keeping lean muscle and building.
And I’m an athlete. I, I don’t know anymore. I wish I really was more but I, you know, I coach soccer and hockey for 15 years and some of the top athletes and stuff. And so I was really into it when I was younger. And so I’ve always cared about muscle and developing muscle and I always, always had a lot of, I was especially my, my legs are always so muscular from skating and stuff. I don’t have that anymore. And so I’m like, wow, I got to really build and work on my muscle building. And because as you get older and you can attest to this, you don’t have the same muscle building capabilities as you did when you’re younger.
And these peptides are amazing for helping with muscle building. And aren’t there a lot of issues in general as you’re, as you age of not having strong muscle muscles especially? Oh yeah. Oh yeah. I mean, because our muscles utilize human growth hormone and other hormones like testosterone, which decrease as we age. And so when I’m working with patients, I like to look at testosterone and I’m talking about with women and men. Like, I actually use hormone replacement therapy. I use testosterone. I mean, do I look too big? You know, I work out really hard and women are afraid of testosterone, but when they look at my body, they’re like, how do you do, how do you look like you are a bodybuilder? And bodybuilders have a different look at all this stuff.
And I keep telling people bodybuilders are really into it. But if you look at the women bodybuilders who aren’t like the, there’s three different categories, right? There’s ones for like, what do you call it, the fit category. You look at those. Is that the category? You look at body, what is the category? That’s not about building mass muscle, but just there’s. I was doing bikini, so there’s bikini and they call it different things. There’s like fitness, there’s bikini, there’s physique, and so there’s different categories. I was in figure when I first started, and then they started using.
Because I’ve been using peptides for like 30 years. I wrote my thesis in college on peptides and so now, you know, I’ve been using peptides. But for all of these years as a bodybuilder and a competitor, but then they started recommending that I use actually synthetic human growth hormone and actually using other things like, like Anavar, which is a steroid. And I was like, I’m out. That’s. I didn’t get out. Yeah, I was out. I did not want to do steroids. I saw what that did to women and I did not want to become a man.
And so then I looked at, well, what could I do instead? And I started doing natural bodybuilding and bikini. And so. And then I got my breast implants out. And that was a whole other story because I don’t think you need to have breast implants to, you know, be a beautiful, strong, metabolically flexible and toned woman with energy and a sex drive and who has the energy to illuminate a room, which is what we women are supposed to do. Right. We’re not supposed to be tired, not supposed to be exhausted, we’re not supposed to be overweight, we’re not supposed to drown.
Nobody is. Nobody. But what I was going to say about the bodybuilding, you know, people freak out about women who get into the bodybuilding, the bikini or the fit. People gotta go look. It’s. They look freaking amazing. And it’s just basically maximizing your muscle tone. It’s that I look, you know, when I’ve looked at it, wow. I don’t have the energy personally, to commit to being a that level again. It takes a lot of energy, but I sure want to be it to a certain degree. Right? Yeah, yeah. I mean, you don’t have to be as extreme as someone like myself.
You just have to have balance. And I do that anymore, you know, I mean, and when I get older, I probably won’t be as extreme, and I’m not. But you’re not a bodybuilder anymore and you’re not a professional athlete. That is Extreme. I mean, but that’s what it’s about, right? But you, you, I, you. But when you brought up your muscle in your arm, and what I’m saying is that that looks great. It’s not that. You know, Remember that scene in Napoleon Dynamite where they have the two. Yes. And the woman’s like, she looks like a man.
That’s not what we’re talking about. Oh, was like something like Starla. Was her name Starla? You think I look this good from working out with Starla hair? Or like something so stupid? That’s such a funny scene. Dynamic White. Me too. And that’s. That’s how it used to be when I was in the industry when I was 17. And now it’s completely found its balance. And so now I just want you all to be able to live life like I’m a wakeboarder, I’m a scuba diver, I’m a mountain biker, a jungle biker. I just like to be able to be like, yeah, let’s go and have energy throughout the day and not crash the next day.
That’s what I mean by living it up. So I want to answer your question, and then I’ll go through a couple thymus slides, Sarah, so we could start to wrap up. Because the takeaway today is that the more that you support your body with things like human growth hormone secretagogues that ask your body to make it on its own rather than being codependent on something from the outside, the stronger you’re going to be, the more metabolically flexible that you are. 93% of people have blood sugar dysregulation, blood sugar and insulin resistance, which means you have all hormone resistance, which means that even if you’re taking hrt, if you have issues with insulin resistance and you haven’t fixed your metabolism and you’re not exercising and you don’t have muscle tone, you are going to still continue to need more hrt.
So I like to get my patients on less HRT because it is exogenous while supporting their body’s own ability to make their own hormones with things like oxytocin, human growth hormone analogues. And so let me show you this because I don’t want to answer this question, Sarah, and I have a slide for it. Let me get to it. Just one second. Let me get to the right one. Okay, here we go. So here is to answer the question you had earlier, because we kind of went off on a tangent. And then I want to get into.
I want to get into the 50 times immune builder that’s amazing. Yes, we will. Can you see peptides from independent labs right now? That slide? Yep. Okay, so the question that you had earlier and people’s concern around peptides and what ozempic is, is that pharmaceutical products prioritize shelf stability over purity. And because they need higher shelf stability, they will use additives like phenol metacrisol, disodium phosphate and propylene glycol. And they’re used for mass production. Not optimal human health. So when people are using them often, it could be actually harmful to health. The ones that we use, the ones that I talked about, the stabilizers are hyaluronic acid, and that’s it.
And that supports peptide stability so that when you’re actually reconstituting them, you put them back in the fridge and you store them there. That’s how alive they are, and you use them within a month. And there’s no synthetic preservatives or harsh excipients. So the question that we have for people that are asking, why is everyone so sick? Why is there turbo cancer? We started the show with that. We’re going to end the show with that. So the thymus gland, like I talked about, it shrinks as we age. By the time you’re 60, it’s optimally only working at 10% of its optimal capacity at best, than when you were a teenager, than when you were a child.
Because that’s why you’re like, oh, my God, when I was a teenager, I never got sick. I was able to eat everything thing. That’s because your thymus gland was working really well. As you get older, not so forgiving, right? So the top 10 signs. See if you can identify yourself in this. Do you get sick often? Because this is top 10 signs of a weak thymus gland. And when that happens, it depletes your immune system, causes cancer, autoimmune disease, and all disease. Okay. So long recovery from illness, reactivations of viruses. People are like, I’m always chasing.
And I see patients all the time coming to me. How do I get rid of my Epstein bar? How do I get rid of my shingles? Why am I always getting. They don’t say why, but what do I do to get rid of my herpes? I’m like, well, we have to support the immune system hands down. There’s only so much supplements that I can give to you. There’s only so much lysine I can prescribe. I have many of my patients on 5-10mg of lysine and I’m like, this is very expensive to take this many supplements. And your gut can’t handle this many either.
Your gut has to work harder to dig, digest and break down all these supplements. So when you’re actually supporting your thymus gland, you don’t need to take as many supplements. But autoimmune disease, allergies, food, chemical sensitivities, chronic fatigue, brain fog, neurological inflammation, cancer development, inflammation that doesn’t resolve, poor vaccine response, people who are also saying that they got long Covid, whatever that is. You know, all of that really means is your thymus gland is not working really well. You know, that’s all that is. I know. I’m like, what? Come on. It just means you’re sick for a longer period.
Weird. Yeah. And your thymus gland is not able to do what it did when it was a teenager. So here’s all the conditions that you have been diagnosed with that are all connected by thymus dysfunction. It’s autoimmunity, chronic viral infections, like I mentioned, also low T cell counts and chronic fatigue, allergies, mast cell activation, mold and Lyme related illnesses. These are all connected to thymus gland failure or having poor T cells that cannot support getting rid of these viruses. And so retroviruses come out from probably previous vaccines. So these are all the threats, you know, viral reactivations, heavy metals, chronic stress, mold, emf, nutritional deficiencies like we talked about, when you have more biofilm from all the bugs that you have, like the staph, like the E.
Coli, like the pseudomonas that we talked about earlier, that produces more biofilm and so will mold. We have to get rid of all of this so that your body can start working again and we can fix the gut, fix the leaky brain. Because at this point, Sarah, most people who are struggling with dementia or brain fog, neurological inflammation, something’s going on with their brain, mood deficiencies, it’s leaky brain. And that starts with leaky gut. So we have to work by supporting all of this to heal and seal it, to stop as much as we can. These chronic threats that are in our environment.
We can’t control what’s being spread in our air. We can control what we put in on and around our body. Peptides are the greatest superhero at this point. You could see on the right that I’m talking about, first of all, there’s superfoods that you can consume. Colostrum bone broth, collagen peptides, oysters, shellfish, sardines, wild salmon eggs, grass fed liver, fermented foods, if you want to 50x that, there’s a peptide that I believe that every single person needs to look into right now. It’s called Thymosin Alpha 1. And Thymosin Alpha 1 is easily 50 to 100, 50 to 100 times stronger or more at activating directly the thymus gland and T cell production and hence NK killer cells than any food strategy.
And right now I actually work at a regenerative clinic in Tijuana. He uses NK cells and NK cells. The cost of that is between 10 to 30 thousand dollars, upwards of 50 thousand dollars for that one strategy. Whereas you can just get thymus and alpha for less than $100. Wow. Everybody should be taking this thymosin Alpha. Every single person. I’m going to do. I’m not taking it yet. So I’m gonna freaking get off this show and order it for me and my husband. I’ve been taking BBC 157. I’ve been taking other things, but I have not been taking that one.
So I am so glad we’re talking about this. Me too, Sarah. Because I, I think first of all, every woman needs to be. Because really at this point it’s at least a third of women have Hashimoto’s and are not diagnosed properly. I have had Hashimoto’s and I got rid of it. Okay, what is it? What is Hashimoto so people understand what that is. Oh, yes, sorry. Thank you, thank you for, for making that clarification point. Hashimoto’s is an air quotes autoimmune disease where your air quotes body attacks itself. No, it doesn’t. Your body never attacks itself.
It’s not, it’s not designed that way. The toxins are poisoning us. Yeah. And the parasites are poisoning us. That’s what’s happening. You’re a victim of the environment that we are living in. But you don’t have to be. When you take, take the thymus and Alpha one, it goes, whoa. My immune system can now protect us from the poisons and pathogens that create the Hashimoto’s. The thyroid antibodies, the thyroid disease in the first place. There’s certain parasites. I’m sorry, I was. Keep going. There are certain parasites. Oh, no. There are certain parasites and there’s certain heavy metals that love to live in this area of the thyroid.
And then we people have, oh, I have a thyroid nodule and they had to take out my thyroid gland. No, they, we don’t. We get rid of the nodule by activating your immune system to work again. And they don’t have to remove parts. I mean, it is insane that they continue to say we have to remove your parts. Well, I keep going. I’m trying to figure out with my own health, I’m. I’m trying to get out core issues. Like I got. Had to get that weight off. I want to get, you know, I’m using all these different things.
I think people are too. You keep trying to get to a core thing, and a core thing would be me, this, and then it solves all sorts of other issues. And then you can go, okay, what else do I need to do? Because I’m on this mission, right? And I knew I had to get my weight off. And I, and I think I look a lot better. And I focus on, you know, my skin looks really, is pretty good for my age and, and my weight now is good and my energy levels could be better. And, and so this could solve.
It’s. It’s like a domino effect, right? You. You get to a core thing, it solves all these other issues. And then, okay, what else do I need to focus on? And that’s the smart way of looking at it, right? I mean, that’s how you have to take care of and be responsible for your own health. Exactly. This is the way. And I want to show you guys a combination because Sarah is really working at this. She is very intelligent when it comes to what can I do on my own. And then she becomes her own best doctor.
And what I love so much about being on her show is that she is actually being the change that she wants to see and herself and all of you. She’s a very powerful leader. I don’t do very many interviews where the person interviewing me is actually walking the walk and talking the talk, because she can only ask me questions as a doctor because she’s actually done the very things that we are inspiring you to do. So I want to show you some things, Sarah, because the combination here. And I’ll start to wrap this up. The slideshow here, I’m going to reference again.
So this here is just to wrap up Thymus and Alpha 1, because it’s not just one peptide, like Sarah was just saying. It’s like, what is the whole body doing? What does it need? And I’ll get to that in the next slide. So we already talked about the thymus, and alpha 1 is a peptide that’s easily 50 to 100 times stronger or more at directly activating the thymus gland and T cell production than any food strategy. This is where we zoom out More than just eat, eat less and eat healthier and exercise more. It’s not working.
Well, let me ask you, is there more than one peptide that does? Because you. All peptides, you have to cycle on and off. So is this something you do for like three months, cycle off for four weeks and then do it for another three months? I’ll get to that. Okay, because. And, and when you’re cycling off, is there something that can just kind of help you go on, explain all that? Oh, yeah, yeah. I’ve got a couple slides and I’m going to get right to that. See, Sarah, you’re already ahead of me, so I’ll get right to it because especially thought thymus, anything that’s working with the thymus, you absolutely need to be cycling on and off so that you’re, you don’t develop sensitivity, resistance to it because you want to keep sensitive to.
Whenever you’re taking these peptides, there’s receptor sites for them and you don’t want to dull them. There’s other ones. And I want to say one thing. If somebody’s not talking about cycling off, you need to run from them because you. Yes, honestly, keep going. Yes. And there’s going to be. You guys, trust me, Sarah and I, I are bringing to you the cleanest, purest companies that we research and take ourselves. And that will not lead you astray by putting you on some subscription model peptide. Everything in its mom and its products and dog food and everything is now going to say now formulated with blah, blah, blah peptide.
And you’re going to be like, oh, that’s great, that’s called greenwashing and it’s not a real peptide. So a lot of people are going to be talking about this. Do not buy them from Amazon. Do not buy them from, from influencers. Be very careful about where you’re getting these peptides because we’re giving you the purest source, the ones that actually have studies behind them. Do not buy them from someone who says, I can get it cheaper for you from China. You want certificate of analysis for all of these peptides and they should be cycled on and off.
And that’s what I teach in my course that you guys could become a part of using Sarah’s link. And we’ll get to that in a minute. But TA1 Thymus and Alpha is irreplaceable when it comes to direct rapid immune modulation, especially fat. For like we talked about, Epstein Barr, Covid, whatever that is. Right. Mold illness, chronic infections and cancer immunotherapy support people who are on chemo can take these peptides contrary, contrary to what doctors will say, like, oh, you shouldn’t be taking certain supplements, you shouldn’t be taking certain foods. So this is where peptides are totally different.
But I won’t get into that today because people always ask me, what do I do for cancer? What if I had cancer? What if I don’t want cancer? Cancer. This is what you should be looking at. Thymus and Alpha 1 is to protect you from that. So think of it this way. Foods and superfoods feed the immune system slowly over time, Whereas Thymus and Alpha 1 directly goes to the source and reprograms and rebuilds it in real time. So what Sarah mentioned earlier, and to wrap this up, there’s five foundational peptides that I think everybody should be looking at to really work at the body as a whole and to get straight to healing as fast as possible, possible.
And that’s mitochondrial support. Sarah just mentioned Moxi. The majority of us are tired because our cells are not making energy, they’re not making mitochondria for us. That’s what that is in the left hormone optimization. We need something that’s going to help to stimulate our metabolism and to help with toning our muscles because our muscles give us energy and burn more fat at a resting state. Metabolic support promotes fat burning at a resting state as well. Immune system support like thymos and alpha fights infections, fight cancer, fight all the things that cause cancer like the parasites, etc.
And then inflammation reduction. People think that it’s fat, oftentimes it’s just inflammation. So BPC, TB500 repairs your gut, repairs your tissues, repairs the brain. And this is all the things that people are talking about where zinc and glucosamine can’t even touch the results that BPC and TB500 are just going to do. So these are the, these are the floor foundations that you really want to lose weight, you really want to get your energy back, get your hormones, balance, get your brain back, sleep better. All of these peptides right here are the place that I would start.
I don’t think just one peptide is going to work, but thymos and alpha one is the one I’d recommend. Use thyme as an alpha one to protect against EMF exposure like we were talking about. Address and cleanse toxins, cleanse, of course kill bugs. But these are all the things that I recommend to have a healthy body. You definitely want to have peptides, supplements, healthy food, cleansing, killing strategies for bugs, and then also making sure you’re exercising now. Here’s the slide I wanted to get to see. Sarah. Thymosin alpha one. You want to use two milligrams injected two times per week.
And so here’s the image that you guys that are listening can come back and watch. Otherwise you can join my ministry where we talk about this in our course, where this is exactly how much liquid to add, then from there how much to pull the needle to, and then here’s how much to inject. You barely will feel a thing when you inject. You can take intranasals for thymosin, but it’s not going to be as effective and doesn’t work on the same Cascade as Thymosin Alpha 1. So just know that not everybody has and not everything has to be an injection.
There are other alternatives, but they’re not as effective. So you want to do this four to six weeks on and then two weeks off, and then come back four to six weeks on and you only use it two times a week. That is really important to understand about thymosin because you don’t want it to wear off. Start that a month after clearing, getting a foundation of clearing toxins, pathogens and inflammation. And this is the link I wanted to get to so arm your immune system with everything we’re talking about. It may sound like a lot, but I make it so simple with the way that I instruct patients and members and my courses and the ones that we work with.

Coli, if we see that you have basically no immune system, and this is the last thing I’ll say. Sarah. The stool test analysis that we do is totally different than Western medicine.
Doctors. We look at a marker called secretory IGA in our stool test analysis I have been seeing in the last 15 years, I’ve been testing patients that secretory IgA, that is our immune system gold standard of how strong is your immune system. It has been going down, down and down and down and down and down over the years. When we see it that low, we know we need to address it on a mucosa level and a thymosin level. So we need to support the immune system and it’s nowhere near what we’ve been taught. Yes, you guys can take five supplements a day for your immune system, but it’s nowhere near as impactful as we’ve talked about today as what you could do with certain peptides.
And so if you’re shy about injecting, we can talk more about other ways to support your immune system with other peptides. But I just want you guys to know that this, that this is why Bobby Kennedy say, said, no longer will peptides and stem cells and raw milk and things like that be suppressed. This is why we’re here, to have it expressed so that you guys can empower and arm your own immune system and you won’t have to go to doctors and say, why am I sick? Why do I have cancer? What drug do you have? What chemo, which is mustard gas.
It’s still here. What thing do you have for me? What body part are you going to come cut out it? That just. System just needs to just go away. I like your. Okay, well, thank you so much. It’s always a very enlightening conversation. And, and I realized when I looked at your chart, the only one I’m not taking is this one. So I’m like, oh, I’m doing something. Yeah, I’m pretty almost there. But I’ve been doing a ton of research on this stuff and he has you guys. So I, I have been. I. And so thank you, you so much for everything that you’re doing.
And I can appre. You know, I can’t thank you enough for. This is really, really great and it’s helping people. I, I have been helped enormously and I feel so much better and I know there’s more to go. I’m kind of almost on a biohacking mission. So I’m. Yes, I’m turning into like I am now a biohacker kind of thing. But I think that’s okay. You guys go back like Sarah. You deserve credit because look at her, everybody look at her now. And she talked about how much weight she lost. Go back, go back six months and look at Sarah and look at how much younger and more vibrant and more alive and less inflamed that she looks.

I could see my hip bones. Whoa, this is pretty hot. I know. It’s kind of sexy. I feel strong again. I can. My brain is working again.
