TWO INVESTIGATIONS LAUCHED INTO ALLEGED MAJOR FINANCIAL IMPROPRIETIES OF ARIZONAS GOVERNOR

I’ve been the victim of Arizona politics as has my community, and that started in 2003 with the attempted slow burn confiscation of our land with no compensation. I’ve told that story in detail before. And now we have someone who has really cast a negative light over every aspect of Arizona government, and that would be Katie Hobbs. And I no longer have to be the torchbearer in saying these things. Now the authorities are saying these things, and I have a feeling that Arizona will be the trendsetter in this. So this is not just an Arizona story. This is a national story because I believe other things like this are going to come to light.

I believe in places like Wisconsin and Michigan and Pennsylvania and other places across the country, you’re going to see revelations similar to this with potential federal action. It is not Donald Trump’s fault. He inherited this mess. Absolutely inherited this. This is crap. I remember four days into his presidency, he was getting the blame for the jobs report. He’s not even in office now for 100 days.

And what are we looking at? Yeah, exactly. OK, so the banks are unstable. The Federal Reserve is acting in many people’s opinions irresponsibly. And it’s adding to the instability of the banks. And if you got a retirement, the bank could be gone under Dodd-Frank 2010. They can keep anything they want that you put in the bank. That’s your passbook account. That’s your savings. It’s everything, everything. Why would you give them the chance? You need operating capital there, but you should have no more than you could afford to lose. And you should never, never, never have a retirement account associated with someone who can take it from you without due process.

I would never have a retirement associated with a bank and you shouldn’t either, in my most humble opinion. And I’m speaking from personal observation. Well, Candy Hopps, so many allegations surround her and I believe most of the negative ones are true. But I’m going to focus on one because I can say these things because they’re now part of two separate official investigations of her role as governor.

Millions of Arizona taxpayer money went to Sunshine Residential Homes. Now the news reports on this aren’t getting into the details. I know them. Sunshine Residential Homes had requested to Katie Hopps an exemption against certain state regulations for such a facility and they got the loan exception. Now, this part I’m going to tell you comes into the investigation. This is very serious. Katie Hopps received a bribe, alleged bribe of $400,000. I’ve seen reports that went to her campaign when she was running for governor and I’ve seen reports that went to her pocket. I’m not sure which it is, but the process I’m going to tell you about is certainly going to discover what that is because it doesn’t sound like she covered her tracks very well if she indeed is guilty.

Maricopa County investigators are teaming with the Arizona State Auditor General to investigate everything I just said. Originally, when this first surfaced over a year ago, the Attorney General and ally and colleague of Katie Hopps, Chris Mays, she said, I’m taking over this investigation and nothing happened as we predicted. I actually have done presentations on this and I said, justice denied. We need the investigation. The allegations are serious and they seem to be credible and the only way we can prove or disprove them is to have an investigation. So people in government became impatient. So we have the Maricopa County prosecutors headed by the Maricopa County Attorney General, actually District Attorney is where the title is, and we are now looking at the Auditor General, but it’s not stopping there.

Members of the Arizona Legislature are now involved and they have launched their own investigation. In fact, they’ve gone one step further that I 100,000% support. They’re calling for the FBI and the DOJ to come in and launch their own investigation. Now, here’s a flip side of what I’m talking about, and this may be even the most serious of crimes, and I don’t think all of this is related to Sunshine residential homes. The Arizona Legislature has said publicly that we are missing $339 million out of the budget. That’s now grown from their original statement to $350 million.

Originally, the governor’s office released a statement and they said that this was a budget shortfall. The Legislature is saying, Oh, no, it’s not. We believe this is missing money. And this is the basis of their investigation, as well as the $400,000 alleged prime. That’s where it sits right now in Arizona. I have been viciously attacked for my views on this topic and the abuse that myself and my community went through for standing up for the rule of law, which it took us and our community eight years to achieve with some insider help. And thank you, Mr.

Clint Bullock of the Arizona State Supreme Court for your role in helping us when you were with the Goldwater Institute. And we were able to preserve our property rights, and today we’re living life pretty much as we wanted to, not the way that it was intended to go down. So you’re going to hear these kinds of stories across the country. There’s actually a case and I reported on this last week in Marin County, California, involving farmers who are systematically having aspects of their farm taken away by the state of California and Governor Newsom. They even have a gag order on them where they can’t talk about this.

We’re looking into getting third party people to discuss it. My good friend Paul Preston, the president of the New California Movement, and the host of Agenda 21 radio, which one of the most popular shows in America. He and I had a lengthy discussion on this last week, and we are going to team up and look at this. But this is just one more example of what I’m telling you is going to break out like a bad rash in this country because people are sick of corruption and they want accountability. And this isn’t going to stop in Arizona.

It’s not going to stop in California. This is going to go nationwide. People have had it and the leftist media can come out all they want with Trump’s doing this, Trump’s doing that. And I want to just make one comment here. Just one, one comment. If you’re the president and you discover an illegal alien in your country, you don’t have to have due process if they’ve already been declared to be an illegal alien to deport them. And I don’t know what the heck the Supreme Court thinks they’re doing. They’ll eventually back off this stay of deportations.

But you don’t need a preemptive excuse. Although here’s what Donald Trump is doing and I support it. I’m not interested in going after the law abiding people minus the first offense to get into the country. They wait on our tables and manicure our lawns and all that good stuff, and they’re trying to work their way up and help their kids. I’m not interested in those people in this matter. In fact, actually, I think most Americans would be shocked and horrified if this is what happened. But Donald Trump is saying we’re going to take the worst of the worst people who have criminal records either in the home country or in America or both.

And they’re provable members of gangs. They need to be deported for the safety of everybody. I can’t believe there are people out there that would support keeping hardened criminals found guilty of serious crimes in our country. I’m calling for safety. If these people were citizens, I would be saying, lock them up. But then that’s an expense to the taxpayer that we shouldn’t have to bear for someone that doesn’t have the right to be here. America is indeed a land of immigrants. Let me explain to you what my family had to go through when they came here on my dad’s side of the family.

One, they had to take a class in history and American government had to pass a test on it. They had to prove that they were fluent in English and we’re not talking Rhodes Scholar stuff. We’re talking functional English. They can get by in society. And then they had to have a seven year naturalization period. And then they were recommended for citizenship or not. That’s what they had to go through. Where did it all go wrong? And I’m being very serious about this. And this whole thing for me is simply about what following the rule of law and protecting the country.

You don’t have to say they might do something. These people have already done something. So anyway, that’s that’s my position on this. And I want to make that clear. Like I said, I’m not interested in the average person who doesn’t have violent offenses on their record. And I don’t think most Americans are. And I don’t think this administration is. So I want to throw that in. Okay. Setting that back aside and back to where we’re at. If you have unbridled corruption in your state, like I do in mine and also my county, I think you have an obligation to everybody to speak up.

And then you have an obligation to write a letter to local law enforcement, not just the police, but legislators. You also need to go to district attorneys, county commissioners, board of supervisors, mayors and say, this needs to be investigated for the good of the people. There needs to be a groundswell of public watchdog opportunity. Now, I always tell you, how can you tell a real person with honest motives in the alt media? I just showed you, I gave you a suggestion that you’re free to accept. And I hope that all of you do.

I want my country to be law abiding. I want it to be as safe as possible, but I also want the rights of everybody to be respected. And I just shake my head at those that could care less if we’re safe or not. It’s crazy. This is a crazy time in American history. It’s unprecedented.
