These people are innocent till proven guilty We have to have that foundation but so I spoke up to the judges saying we’re not gonna do that for you unless you sentence them to that and Plus I questioned the judges and if I were in one of these drunk driver’s shoes I’d ask for you guys to recuse yourself because you already think I’m guilty Right. Yeah, good point. Now that could be part that could be part of their probation requirements and there’s or a deal in court But for just the sheriff to just unilaterally say yeah, we’re gonna start making do that condition no So All right, what else what other comments or questions Jack? Well did finish up the the pisca piece there just one last line from the article Her primary point is that if they can appoint a political officer to the position that a sheriff holds Then they control can control that position and if they decide that political officer is outside of their political desires They remove them and that’s she says that so when we cut through all the BS It’s the same thing that the entire state of Washington says and every time they elaborate on why they want to get rid of the sheriff Is it because they can’t control them? They can’t have an independent voice a sturdy stalwart pillar that stands there You know like a monument saying, you know There are things here that you can’t get away with and and I’ll expose it at the very least and at the very most I’ll prevent whatever action you’re trying to take and that’s what they don’t want and can’t have and She’s about it goes back.

It’s almost cliche now The sheriff’s just keep getting in the way and folks that’s exactly what we’re supposed to be doing Not just us your commissioner should be getting in the way your state Should be getting away plus you go read most of your Constitution state constitutions have article one section one This is all political power is inherent to new the people Right and drop the mic So anyway, these these are the times that we’re living in and the stuff that we have to put up with and we will put Up with and we understand what they’re trying to do and really don’t even have to listen to it.

You just say yeah Yeah, yeah But what we really need to do is continue to support sheriffs and make it clear to them that here’s what you have a right to Be and to do and an obligation to the people that elected you she wants to talk about how they want appointing these people’s Those positions through appointment and and forgets completely about the people that elected a sheriff without any concern for their Interest at all or in the fact they got off their butt went out and elected them I mean it matters nothing to them whatsoever She wants Big Brother government to be in charge of everything same people will tell me that I’m an election denier Even though we vote for a sheriff Yeah, yeah, well, I can accept except for the six times you got elected, right? You know Sheriff Lee, I looked by you guys were talking I looked up a quick summary of the sort of law that’s out there that protects people from Election equipment that is not manufactured in the u.s.

There’s none and There were a couple laws attempted in 2019 that we’re going to address some of the security issues But in reality, there’s not a single word that I can find anywhere They’ll talk about whether the the software has been vetted and some things like that But that’s not the same as the machine itself the machine itself is if it comes from China or any other location Look what they did to the pagers in you know In Palestine and you know where they blew them up and this is the an example of how a corrupt government can take control of the Manufacturing process and then produce anything they want and put inside of it.

You’ll never know I don’t think you’re even allowed to open them up. Are you sure flavor? Isn’t that something they say you can’t do? That’s that’s being debated right now being debated right now in the courts That’s what a lot of this fight is about because the one of the townships. They did a search warrant out in my county They the township owned the tabulator the states claiming that oh, no we own it Oh, no, they bought it they owned it and I got news for you. The township is a constitutional office and You should be usurping them Right.

That’s right. So anyway, that’s my last word on that Sheriff Mac and alright, well, we we’ve come to a Yeah, that’s true we we’ve come to another conclusion of a great posse webinar and We appreciate all of you being part of this and I guess the overall backdrop is Of this meeting today Talk to your sheriffs and and make sure they know what you want them to be doing and getting trained and Educated is a vital part of the process and that’s where CSP way comes in. Look we We can have them completely separate Take a class from What Kristin Hall, yeah constitutional lawyer Take it from Institute on the Constitution Take the one that they offer for free at Hillsdale College You know get educated.

We’re not the only ones out here, but I guarantee you you’re not going to get it in mainstream Colleges, you’re not going to get it at the National Sheriff’s Association They never have supported any of this so You know what and I’m a member you’re probably not sheriff leaf, but I I am a member I quit him several times because when I was sheriff I quit him because of course they didn’t support us the seven sheriff suing them suing the federal government They they backed Janet Reno and had her as their national speaker at their national conference So I just sheriff leaf.
