The way to fix this is going to be to get some aeration going. Right. Which is what I need to do. And then the other thing, this is, this is blowing out. So if I’m going to continue with this, I’m going to need to have to build a structure to hold it all together. I haven’t decided whether I’m going to continue with that or not. If you remember this just a little quick temporary thing to divert the water from flooding this area and creating a duck pond which the ducks then did their duck thing. Hi, how are you doing? You remember I’ve been playing, experimenting with all those different cavie cages and I, I gave away a bunch of them because there, I just didn’t have the time to sell them. Come here, kitty. I think that just the fur, the heat, it’s causing her to have not the best looking fur ever now. Yeah, I’ve been noticing a lot of iguana baby iguanas around here.

Yeah. And she’s not keeping up with them. So I may have to get some other cats and she is not gonna like that. Hey. Yeah. You’re beautiful, sweetie. Oops, not sweetie. We’re not saying sweetie anymore. You’re beautiful. Love watching your words. Hey, did you like that short post I did yesterday on, on thinking in Destiny with Harold Percival? Yeah. I tell you, it’s an amazing. It’s an amazing. His work, but for his life. He came here in this, in his lifetime to, to deliver that and it’s, it’s quite a book, quite a body of work. I’ve been very inspired by it.

Yeah. So anyway, let’s go in here. And so the latest thing that I’ve been doing with is Building what I call forage boxes. Let’s see if this comes in like this. There we go, forage boxes here. And the idea here. So I go out and I, I collect forage, right? I go out and cut grass and I have been just shove opening the door and putting it in there and they pee on it and poop on it and waste most of it. So I’ve, I’ve built these little things. I’ve spent a lot of time and energy trying to figure out which ones work and tried buying a bunch of different ones.

These were from my freez. You know, some were too big, some were too small. And yeah, I ended up cutting. I found some pretty good sized ones on Amazon and then cut out part of it so that it could maximize the amount of room in here. And then I was noticing they weren’t eating that much. And so I opened, opened up a hole in here just as an experiment. And then I found out the cavies were just coming into the. They were just coming into here, which is not what I want because I kind of puts it back together.

But anyway, I think this is going to work real well. So I just take these handfuls of this, shove it in here and it’s a lot faster than having to open the doors. And also I’m getting way more utilization out of the forage that I go harvest for them. The other thing that I did, I’m not sure if I showed you this last week or not, but here’s a bucket. I’ve been getting these buckets for free from a local cafe and they, they discard them and I’m like, that’s a really great bucket. And then just. I believe this is 516 tubing with a little automatic water.

You gonna show folks how to do it? Yeah, you’re gonna demonstrate. They’re gonna demonstrate the water for us. No, fortunately, all these show piggies knew exactly what to do for the water. And I, I think they taught the other piggies super, super, super great time saving thing. And then also I’ve built another very quick and temporary rainwater collection thing here to go into this. This is just super temporary. Just a bucket. The idea behind all of that is, is the, you can get this, this gorgeous, handsome guy in the background. The city water is just when it’s not really fit for human or animals.

And it will also clog up these valves after a while. You can clean them out by soaking them in vinegar for a while and all that. They get like this calcium layer on it. But I really want to Upgrade their water and, and give them rain water. So the idea with this, and I’m kind of glad I’ve only got, I’ve got four, I’ve got a stack of four cavies in this one and then a stack of four cavies over in that one. And it’s a good amount to just work on more and more and more efficiencies.

Right. So I’m, you know, saving time with the automatic waterers, figuring out these forage boxes and saving a bunch of time with that and also maximizing the forage that I think so like really getting it with just the cavies that I have and, and I got about 30 of them or something like that. Really working on ergonomics and efficiencies to make this like it can be done very, very quickly and easily because as you can see, I’m, you know, gonna expand this out and I have no idea, but I’m hoping that I get those cavies in from Peru.

There’ll be four males and 40 females, which is the only way they’d sell them to me. Yeah, we really didn’t have any choice. They said you have to have one male and 10 females and we will sell you only a minimum of 30 of them. I said, well, let’s get 40 or 44. So yeah, so and it’s just a continuous, continuous, continuous, like with the baskets. You know, I’m trying all kinds of stuff, trying all different kind of things out. And that’s just the nature of starting any small business and especially, you know, a farm business.

So that’s the latest update on this. Oh, the next thing I’m going to be doing is I need to get, I think you probably can’t see it here, but I’ve built this to where there can be a big sheet. I’m thinking quarter inch plywood that fits between each layer of these different cages. And the purpose of that is going to be to harvest the feces and possibly the urine, but most focusing on the feces, which is a vital component to this whole small business that I’m creating. Right. So if you remember, I’m growing the cavies, I’m growing the rabbits, I’m growing the food for the cavies and the rabbits.

And then what I’ll be doing is creating a plant nursery and I’m looking to dial in a good diet, like so. So for example, if I sell you a rabbit, I’ll also sell you 10 Mexican sunflower plants, five moringa and five lucaya, which are going to be between that and Grass and some other stuff would be the bulk of a diet for a rabbit. So when I sell you a rabbit, I’m selling you a complete off grid system. And also actually I stocked up on a bunch of these extra little waterers and stuff. It’s not a big deal.

But that would be another, you know, product to throw in there, there into the package because this really saves time as well as possibly a thumb drive with, you know, just a gazillion files on rabbits and rabbit forage and videos and stuff like that. So that’s the ultimate idea with the business here. I have not gotten the nursery going yet, but the collecting the fertility from the cavies is going to be really, really important for fertilizing all the food plants around here for them and also for the nursery. And then also it in itself could be a whole nother product.

So most small rabbit trees, commercial rabbit trees, and that’s small, is like between 50 and 300 rabbits. Right. So that would be like a business you might want to start. A lot of them just break even. Selling the rabbits and selling the meat. You know, they’ll sell the fur. You sell baby rabbits at Easter time And also at 4H season, you know, they really just break even. Where they make their money is in the rabbit pellets. They collect the rabbit pellets and have worm bins and they sell the worm, the worm fertilizer. And that’s where they make the money in a rabbit tree.

So collecting the fertility from these guys is going to be a very, very important component of this business. So you’re getting to watch me stumble around as I, as I develop this whole thing. But yeah, I’m preparing to. Oh, there’s this one of these guys out. Oh, that’s, it’s the ducks. Yeah. As I prepare to shift my life. Wait a minute, let’s see who that is. Oh, hey, little buddy. Oh, there’s the other one. Hey, meet you. Leave the baby alone. So. Yeah, leave the baby. Those are not yours. Go eat other rats. Yeah, this. You should not follow my advice.

So a couple of the babies got out and I haven’t been able to catch them. Two of them. And, and then of course there’s a couple of these that have gotten out. Let me see. There’s two of them out. Me too. Leave the, leave the cavies alone. Me too. Go get the rats that are in the. Yeah, go get the rabbits that are living out in the orchard. She’s funny. Yeah, she, she, she may actually kill some of them. Like I said, I am not a good model for how to run your farm. Oh, my gosh.

Yeah, me too. If you’d catch them and bring them to me, that’d be great. Well, cats. So there you go. I’m working on it. I, I honestly don’t think the legacy drive business is going to be viable for a long time. I think there’s a short window on that. First of all, the crop, the price of those, the SSDs, the thumb drives that. Not thumb drives, the one terabyte hard drives that I put them on, solid state hard drives. The prices of those keep going up and up and up and at some point nobody’s going to be able to afford it.

Yeah. And then, and then the shipping is starting to cost more and more. So. Yeah, we’re, we’re, we’re there. I talked to you another little bit about the reality of, of some of this and what I’m doing with the rabbits. And this, this may not be so pleasant for, for some of the you, but. So some of my gals have this scabies and I’m going to be processing the rabbits that have the scabies. These are two really super friendly girls and I really wish they didn’t have this. I gave them ivermectin for a bit to try and help heal it and it didn’t work.

Let me show you what it looks like. Hey, girls. So you see that? Oops, I gotta turn it around. You see, other noses have this stuff and it’s all around their eyes and it’s getting in their ears. Yes. Girls, I’m gonna come feed you in a minute. Yeah, yeah. It’s called scabies and eventually it’ll kill them. It’s a horrible thing. So. I, I’ve been asking the local puerto rican put WD40 on them and that’ll fix it. And I’m like, I don’t know if I even want to try that. I don’t. Maybe it does. I don’t know.

There’s that horse in the background there. He’s gorgeous, isn’t he? Apparently they use WD40 for everything. And there’s ivermectin and that. But kind of, it kind of from our experience with this so far is you kind of get them on ivermectin and you like never get them off Ivermectin. Now there is the Mexican sunflower as an herbal treatment that I’ve actually, I spent a lot of time talking to herbalists and working with different things and experimenting. And I did Develop this way to use the Mexican sunflower, actually the Tiffonia diversifolia to treat them. But you have to be in there like three times a day.

You got to make the medicine and you got to cover them and all that. And the honest truth of it is I just don’t have the time to do that right now. And I can still buy rabbits for 20 or $30 a piece. So I’m developing a line of these rabbits that are, you know, they’re resistant or immune to this scabies disease. And I’m just doing it the way you would, you know, you just get rid of the livestock that’s sick and you keep buying more livestock and you keep going until you finally don’t ever have that problem, I suspect.

So here’s a rabbit factoid that you may or may not want to know about, but rabbits have a. Is it called corporate? So they eat their own poop now? They have two different kind of poops. There’s one of the little round pellets that we’re all familiar with. They don’t eat that, but usually at night it’s a special kind of long, wet looking poop that they, they excrete and then they turn around and eat. I took all kinds of probiotics and stuff, stuff like that. It’s like how they keep regenerating their gut with digestive enzymes or whatever.

And I have been theorizing that. So most of these rabbits are raised in cages above ground for generations. And if you have a cab, a rabbit on in these cage, you know, even if it’s a half inch by half inch that they are often can’t, if they poop that poop out it, they can’t eat it because it drops, right. And they don’t actually have any way to eat the poop. And if the mom doesn’t have it and you go through several generations and they don’t have it, I think they’re missing some really, really vital organisms in their gut.

So I suspect that might be what’s going on here. I don’t know. I’ve. I’ve never had this before problem anywhere else. It’s only been here in the tropics, so. And talk to Doc Will about it and see if he has any advice or see if maybe there’s some probiotics or something I could give them. I don’t know, there’s not much online. I’ve been looking everywhere. Almost everybody just seems to resort to ivermectin. Okay, well, you know, I don’t know what to tell you except for the. We got those midterms coming up, right? What is that in two weeks we got the magical two weeks.

You know, just pretty much everybody is saying look, everything’s being held off for, for that. And then you can expect oil, Oil and gas. Oil’s been shooting up. It’s WTI is now 103 a barrel accrued. Isn’t like. Brent, I’m sorry, is like pushing 112. That’s moving up. All the precious metals are dropping by the way. The bankers, the central bankers have increased their gold buying like they’re buying four times more gold per month now than they’ve ever been buying. And then they’ve, that’s been increasing every month. So yeah, I think they’re keeping the price low and, and, and, and continuing to stock up.

So that might be, you know, if you haven’t. Most of us have already got what we’re going to get, right. Like I don’t have any more money to buy precious metals. But that, that looks like what’s going on. You know, there’s, there they’ve been pushing up the interest rates. The pushing up the interest rates are going to cause the markets to crash eventually or everything to crash. We’re all watching that AI bubble following parallel. Mike, he’s showing some charts that from June both the Asian and the European markets have dropped about 40% now there’s, there’s been a few steep drops and went up but the whole trend is 40% down from, from its June high.

So we’re already seeing other markets in other places, you know, falling. So the real question is when are they going to pull, when are they going to pull it on, on the US Market. And yeah, I’ve got a friend and neighbor, airline stewardess and trying to work with her a little bit. I’m like gave her that really excellent article that was published by the activist Post, Charlie Robinson. I had an interview with him by the way. He’s got this book on depopulation that is. Don’t read it at night. That’s all I gotta say. I was like reading it at night and I couldn’t go to sleep anyway.

I’m like showing her you like you’re gonna, you’re gonna be laid off here soon. You’re not going to have a job. The whole trend here is to shut down the use of fossil fuels. It’s very clear, you know, globalist agenda. They’ve been letting us know for years that this is what they’re going to do. This whole war Thing is just, it’s a whole whatever shenanigans to be a cover story for their systematic destruction of, you know, the oil and gas industry on the planet. And what that is going to mean is people no longer traveling as much and already the airlines are, are, you know, they’re having trouble.

A friend of mine who’s a super frequent flyer says, yeah, she’s getting hit up by the airlines with all kinds of discounts, like buy your flights now. So, yeah, they’re, they’re struggling. And anyway, I said get, liquidate your 401k, first thing to do, get, get your money out of that retirement. Get it out before this market crashes. So she tried doing that and she said they wouldn’t let her take her money out. They said you can only take it out if it’s a dire emergency and it has to be documented to the nth degree. And I said, well, the next best thing is, is to let you borrow against it.

Borrow as much of it as you possibly, possibly can, knowing you’re never going to pay it back and use that money to buy the resources to hold you over. You know, stay employed as long as you possibly can and get as much money out of that. But then be preparing, you know, buying food, make sure you have a way to filter, you know, water, a little bit of solar, put some money in precious metals. I mean, get ready to. And buy yourself some time after you’re fired to be able to reinvent yourself. And even now start thinking about what it is that you want to, you know, what do you want to do? How do you want to change your life? And the really good news is there are so many opportunities in this change.

Like there are so many opportunities for small businesses and for businesses and niches that need to be fulfilled. You know, there’s, it’s kind of like the whole 2020 thing. You might as well. If you’re going to change your life that drastically, why don’t you change it into something that you really love doing and that also is a viable and necessary service? So she’s in that, she’s in that process. I don’t know where you are, but if you’re still employed. Yep. Hang on to it as long as you can, but absolutely be gathering your resources, sources, especially when they crash the market, you know, there’s going to be just a slew of bankruptcies, you know, and we’ve already been seeing that.

I’ve been talking to you about it. You know, this oracle fired 25,000. They’ve been doing that over the past years, 10,000 here, 30,000 there. You know, all kinds of stuff. The used car market, even the new cars. Now, they’re having a real hard time selling that. You know, all the major retailers are, you know, saying, hey, the consumers, not happening here locally. I’m always asking the vendors and the small businesses and, well, it’s a really slow time here now. Anyway, we’re a tourist town, but we’re not going to have a season this, this winter. You know, there’s no way.

There’s no way we’re gonna have a season. So there’s gonna be a lot of people figuring out what they’re gonna do and, and readjusting their lives. So one thing can’t go wrong, and that is being food production, because there is absolutely a famine. There is absolutely a famine coming. So, you know, do not kid yourself about that. Yields, Crop yields way down everywhere. The bankers have been intentionally keeping the prices low on all of the agricultural commodities, which is bankrupting farmers. Oh, and by the way, the US Government just gave a whole bunch of bankrupt farmers an opportunity to borrow some money.

And you can believe there are some strings attached to that. I think we talked about that before. That’s part of the plan. They want to basically own and control everything. But there is a famine. There’s absolutely a famine coming. So, you know, the good news is, you know about it, right? You know what to do. You know, store up food, start growing food. Most of the infrastructure that I’ve built here is portable, right? So if I needed to move, I can take all of these rabbit tractors. Oh, here’s free bunny. Talk about food. Hey, friends. How you doing, love? There you go.

You going to visit? Yeah. Looking good, buddy. Here, let’s see. We can zoom in on you. Yeah, He’s gorgeous, isn’t he? Actually, I really enjoy having a free bunny and then a few free cavies. And sometimes those little cavies will run right across my feet. This is just like, just the most delightful thing, you know, anything involving food production, probably anything involving, like, real medicine. If you’re interested in becoming an herbalist or growing herbs or, you know, if you’re already a nurse or a nurse practitioner, think about setting yourself up with some extra supplies and, you know, providing services.

Anyway, lots and lots and lots of opportunities out there, so. But it’s coming. And I agree with, with, with a lot of folks who are feeling like the midterms after the midtime terms are done, that they’re gonna. They’re gonna let the oil prices run and food prices run and probably crash the market. You know, hard to predict, but I, you know, it’s gonna happen one way or food is definitely gonna go up. So anyway, I’m gonna wrap it up here. There’s so much going on in the news. It’s just really, really hard to keep up with.
