Summary
➡ A study reveals that young girls are showing signs of puberty at an unusually early age due to exposure to toxins. These toxins, known as xenoestrogens, mimic estrogen and can disrupt normal hormone function, leading to early growth spurts, acne, and even vaginal bleeding. The toxins can also affect boys, leading to low testosterone levels. The study suggests that these toxins are prevalent in our environment and can be passed down through generations, potentially impacting fertility and causing gender confusion.
➡ The text discusses the impact of toxins, particularly BPA found in plastics, on human health and the environment. It highlights a study showing that these toxins can cause early puberty in girls and other health issues. The text also emphasizes the widespread presence of these toxins, from our food packaging to our water supply, and the need for more effective measures to remove them. Lastly, it mentions the role of petroleum-based products in contributing to this problem.
➡ The text discusses the harmful effects of certain medications and the role they play in causing cancer. It criticizes the current system for focusing on remedies rather than addressing the root causes of diseases. The text also mentions a product called Sloop that mimics exercise and helps in weight loss. Lastly, it discusses the potential of AI in improving our lives and the importance of individual responsibility in solving our own issues, rather than relying on external saviors.
➡ The text discusses the impact of external factors, such as stress and toxins, on our health and intuition. It suggests that these factors can drain our energy and hinder our ability to connect with our inner selves. The text also emphasizes the importance of understanding and addressing these issues to regain our vitality and intuition. It concludes by highlighting the need for individuals to take action and seek solutions to improve their health and well-being.
➡ In 2009, a study found up to 232 chemicals, including BPA, in the cord blood of newborn babies of diverse ethnicities. A recent study in 2026 linked these chemicals to early puberty in girls. Using advanced testing methods, researchers in 2026 found 42 confirmed or possible PFOS ‘forever chemicals’ in archived cord blood samples from 2005. These chemicals, which don’t break down, can cause health issues like obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, and hormone disruption.
➡ The text discusses a health supplement called Sloop, which helped a woman lose weight and potentially reduced her risk of cancer by clearing toxins from her body. The text also discusses the growing popularity of peptides, which are compounds that can have various health benefits. However, the text warns that the market for peptides is changing rapidly due to regulatory issues and suggests that consumers should ensure they are buying from reputable sources.
➡ The text discusses an upcoming webinar on Wednesday the 16th at 4pm Central Time, where important health-related topics will be discussed. The speaker expresses concern about various environmental issues and their impact on future generations, wildlife, and the planet. They emphasize the need for humanity to become more aware and proactive in addressing these issues. The conversation ends with a sense of gratitude and the acknowledgment that there is much work to be done.

I have my friend Dr. Diane Kaser coming back to the program. We are going to talk about this crazy study done in Spain where the where girls were study over a multi year period to see why they were going into puberty early.
And the Girls ages were 4 to 8, 4 year olds to 8 year olds and over 2 third of them were going into puberty earlier signing showing signs of puberty. She’s going to explain it. I found this study and I found this situation going on and I’ve been doing some research on it and I sent it to her and I said Diane, oh my God, we need to talk about this. And the idea that little, little girls are going into puberty, what in the world is causing this? And it is something that’s not just affecting little girls, it’s also affecting little boys.
It’s what we’re seeing with in our everyday life where there’s a lot of gender confusion too. And she’s going to talk about the source and that’s what the study got to. What are the source reasons that’s causing this? What is causing all this hormonal disruption in our children and it’s stunting their development, it’s changing them and we are seeing it act out in politics. But there’s a real scientific reason for a lot of what’s going on. Of course the people are using it and spinning it for political purposes. But at its core there’s real science here and we’re going to Talk about this one study coming coming out of Spain.
It is a Hold on to your hats. I say that a lot. Hold on to your hats when it’s going to be a a wild ride learning about something. Before we get into this, I need to tell you about an upcoming webinar we’re going to do. We’re going to do another peptide webinar on Wednesday, September 16th at 4pm Central Time. We going to be talking about the top some of the best peptides. We’re also going to talk about some of the hormone disruptors how how you can help yourself overcome some of this hormonal disruption that’s going on with some of the peptides.
And you’re going to learn that one thing I learned today I’ve been really excited about Sloop because Sloop really helps you burn fat. She’s going to explain how it’s been found to be the only peptide to really help with blocking the the estrogen disrupting chemicals and that that is a why some people are having such an amazing success with it because if you were overwhelmed with that. So she’s going to explain how it really helped her mom and that this is what they’re finding with Sloop. And Sloop is for people who’ve been following me. Sloop is one of my protocols.
It’s on my weight loss protocol, you know, with the Next generation retreat and with five amino to help build muscle. And I was so excited to hear that. This is some of the new information coming out with Sloop and why it’s so darn effective. So if you are interested in learning more about my protocol and how how I lost weight, I’ll have the link below. It’s it’s ultimate peptide guide for weight loss and muscle preservation and how I should say it’s also to help you the estrogen chemical blocking BS that we’re all dealing with. So they’re every day they’re coming out with something that’s better and that we didn’t know about these peptides.
So the link below will be for my guide but the the peptide webinar go to sarah westall.com peptides Sign up for that there. You’ll need to sign up for it with Zoom but you can also submit your questions. These have been really successful where people come and they learn quite a bit. We are going to go over we always go over as many of the questions as possible if they’re too detailed where you really need a medical professional we obviously can’t be going that deep because you need some personalized help. But for the general questions that so many of you have, we’ve been going through all of those.
So go to sarah wesley.com peptide Sign up for that. That. And let’s get into this. Hold on to your head. Show about how it’s affecting little girls, little girls, little boys too. And we’re going to talk about that. But this particular study we’re going to go through is with girls that were as young as four that are seeing early symptoms of puberty. Okay, here’s my conversation with Dr. Diane Kaser. Hi Diane. Dr. Diane, welcome back to the program. Hi Sarah. Great to be here. We have some real, it’s kind of disturbing and it’s real though, what we’re going to talk about.
And I think it reflects a lot of what everybody is experiencing in their everyday life where we think it’s all political and it’s not necessarily all political. Some of the things that we’re seeing with some of these people who are exhibiting a lot more of the opposite gender or they’re, they’re going through puberty quicker. And this particular thing we’re going to be talking about really young, young girls going into puberty early. Mm. It’s disturbing. It’s. You and I always come together what is. And ask the question, what is the question? What is the topic? What is the proof that could help all of humanity see what is at the very root for all of our suffering, for all of our disease, for all of our symptoms? And this study that just came out a couple of months ago and we’re recording this September 2026, this came out in August and it was a long term study that was done in Spain with Data collected in 2018-2022 of 300 girls between the ages of 4 and 8 showed that these young women are going into puberty at such a young age that many of them, their breasts are enlarged and one of them even started cycling at that age.
So this is not just a young girl epidemic. This is not just a girls in Spain problem. This is a global catastrophe. That is relevant with regard to how much we’re being poisoned because Spain has less toxins than United States, but they still allow things like glyphosate and BPA and all kinds of plastics. But I want to get into this study because this study is a wake up call for all of us because even during COVID you know, we started seeing women who didn’t get the shot around, women who did, who started having abnormal cycles or clotting out and bleeding out.
So anything that happens with one person eventually affects everybody around us. And so we can get into that. Well, and this isn’t you, you, you’re phrasing it as young women. We’re not talking. Oh yeah, true. Well that’s because that’s just what we think of always as a respectful way of communicating it. Correct. These truly are little girls. We’re talking about four to eight year olds. Little girls. And when you’re the age four. What, why, how now is that just exaggeration? Were there actual 4 year olds that were starting to see some of these? What is the.
The study was looking at a range and was there actually the beginning of some of this at age 4 or is it more at the later age? I assume more at the later age. But were there some that were experiencing at age four? Yeah, yeah. So what they did. And it’s important to understand what, what the study was. So 53% of the girls with that, with these early puberty signs. They. Because I asked too the question of where do these girls live? Were they in the city, were they more in suburbs? And so it was about a half and half.
53% lived in urban areas and then 48% lived in rural areas. So the majority lived more in the city. But a lot of these women, girls, young women, girls. 180. Yeah, I know I keep saying it out of respect, but 182 of the 300 girls showed some kind of early puberty sign. So 101 of them had full blown early puberty and 74 of them just had early breast development and then nothing else. Yet six of them had early pubic hair growth. We’re talking about girls between the ages of 4 and 8. And then one girl actually had vaginal bleeding.
So what the heck is going on with these young girls having puberty signs at such a young age? It’s not genes, it’s not an anomaly. This is what’s happening because we are poisoned. And they did actually follow these poisons in the study. And, and I should say more of like the, the case study to see what exactly what it was and what could have been impacting these young women. Young girls bleeding or having like 1:1 blood. But most of them started having puberty at such a young age. What, what is going on here when you’re saying most of them.
I want to get back to the. I still, I’m like. So there were four year olds that were experiencing this. Yeah, yeah. 182 out of 300. So how some kind of early puberty sign. So how Many of them were. It was that when I hear 182 on 300, I know I’m getting like. Because I gotta get past this mentally. Does that mean more mostly the kids that were six through eight or were they really kids that were four to. There have to be some of them that were 4 to 5 years old that were experiencing this.
Because we’re talking more than half. Yeah, yeah. This is about you. You could average 200 out of 300 would be 2 out of 3 girls. So we’re close to that. 182. And so I don’t recall what exactly the age was of the girl that actually had vaginal bleeding. But what this means is that this early of puberty means that her, her breast tissue is starting to form years before it should. And these girls have growth spurts in their bones way too soon and they start growing taller and shoot up in bite faster and the skin starts breaking out and they start getting acne.
So. And then what it means from a bone perspective is that they age faster than a real age. So she grows taller quicker and her growth plates will close early and then she ends up shorter as an adult. If these things are not interfered, intercepted prior to like the, the remediation of toxins in their environment and in their body. So the, the big parts, other things. Right, because it starts too early is what’s stunting other things. Because you need that, then you need that childhood growth period for that length of time for a reason and they’re stunting that growth period.
Exactly, exactly. And so, so what is at the core of all of this? And this is of course the first time we’ve ever seen this in recorded history. So what could that mean for fertility for our next, for this specific generation if we’re just looking at this specific group of girls? And again, I want to continue to overstate that this is not just a young girl thing. This is, this is a representation of what’s happening to all of us. We’re all breathing in, drinking in, slathering in the same toxins. And even when we’re considering Spain, because this study was done in Spain, the US is much more toxic.
We actually produce two and a half times more plastic waste per person than Europe does. And Spain is showing this level of hormonal disruption in these little girls. So can you imagine what it means for adult women and not just women for men? We’re seeing low testosterone and so many men like HRT clinics popping up left and right and people thinking, men thinking that testosterone is going to Fix it. And I’ll continue to say that what is the issue that we have such low testosterone to begin with. And it all comes back to what we call these xenoestrogens and that these poisons that they tested in this study, they’re all xenoestrogens for the most part.
3 out of 5 of the heavy metals that they tested are metalloestrogens. What that means is it looks like estrogen, these toxins, when we’re breathing them in, drinking them, eating them, inheriting them from mother. Because generationally we do pass these toxins down. And that’s one thing I was actually mortified by, which I’ll share in a moment. But these estrogen looking toxins, they’re estrogen mimicking substances. They actually can hoard and block the receptor site of where other hormones can get in, especially our own natural made estrogen, because men make it too, or testosterone. So they could be up to a thousand times stronger than our own hormones, which means that they’re essentially bullies at the receptor site.
So even if you’re taking hrt, like testosterone, progesterone, estrogen, whatever it is, it could be hard for the cells to receive it because the receptor sites are blocking the door with these bully mimicking, toxic. Oh, that makes sense. Estrogen like toxin. Yeah, exactly. So, and that’s why so many people feel this entire, this intense need to get on hrt. And it does help people because of this. But we’re also watching these young boys not develop into strong masculine men. Right. I mean, we’re seeing and all there’s this huge backlash right now going on politically because of it.
But we have to recognize that the source of this isn’t, I mean, they’re blaming the wrong problems in a lot of ways. Yes. I mean we realize that education and some of these things are, are, are an issue. But there truly are reasons, chemical reasons. Like when, when Alex Jones says they’re turning the frogs gay, I mean everybody, he got this huge backlash. But there is some, there is some truth to this or a lot of truth to this when it comes to these young men. These. I’m using their boys. These young boys. Yeah. Are not getting their testosterone when they’re little.
And then that’s that it’s different than like when we were growing up. And there’s, there’s gay men and gay women. Right, right. They’re, they’re, they weren’t in this hormonal issue, they just were gay. Now we’re getting people who are, aren’t. I Don’t know what, what’s going on with them where they just aren’t developing properly. Yeah, I mean, that’s what we’re seeing. Is it? Yeah, it’s, it’s gender confusion. I mean, we can look at this and I want to get into the toxins that they actually studied in this study because I think that relevant for all, it’s again, relevant for all of us.
But there’s multiple things that are causing gender confusion or just confusion in general. I can call it general confusion versus gender confusion. And that’s because we’re now seeing things like pcos, endometriosis, et cetera, many things that are testosterone dominant driven in women because it’s flipping the switch on our biology for our gender. For men, we’re seeing them with more estrogen than testosterone. So that could cause gender confusion in and of it itself. And what Alex Jones is referring to is the specific toxin that they’re using all over herbicides, pesticides all over our food. And so that’s just one example, and that’s atrazine.
They didn’t test atrazine in this specific study, but they did test other things. And so the second thing that causes gender confusion is parasites, specifically the parasites known as the cat parasite. And these parasites live in the brain. And so people, when they go do parasite cleanses and we’re not going to go too derailed today, but people will do a parasite cleanse and they think, okay, ivermectin just covers all of the ground and fenbendazole because that’s what so many people talk about, but it doesn’t, it only covers a certain type of parasites and it’s not going to go after as many of the parasites in the brain, especially the ones that are causing gender confusion.
So that’s another one of them. We’re talking about toxins, we’re talking about infections. And then of course it’s programming. I mean, people are being rewarded for being different to the tune that I am now rewarding. Like this victim ideology where if you’re different, you get better cred credibility, you get more attention, you get more protection politically. It’s weird. You’re different the same way everybody is. Yeah, exactly. And I’m like, I’m different in my own way. And I’m going to be different because I want to spread awareness about how to attain health freedom and how to take health in your own hands and to provide truth about how we all got here and why we’re so sick of disease.
So what I’m Hearing is that the, the boys are getting more estrogen as blocking testosterone and the girls are getting more testosterone and it’s blocking, and it’s blocking their estrogen. So there’s kind of like a flipping going on. Yep. In both categories, or is it basically everybody’s getting about the same, but they really need a different balance and we’re just getting whatever’s hitting us, which is about the saying, and that’s screwing us all up. Yeah, it depends on the person, it depends on their biology. It does depend on genetics and as we say in functional medicine, because I, I’m a board certified doctor of traditional naturopathy.
So I, I look at root, causal, everything, root, causal, every single thing, rather than just how can we manage, you know, symptoms on the surface with pills or medications or surgeries or organ removal or whatever. I want to go straight to the depth of what the hell is happening to humanity. And so when we’re looking at genetics, it could be, so we say 2 to 5% of the true cause of why something happens in a body that might not happen over here. So it’s a very small percent. It does deserve to be looked at and examined.
And that’s why we do look at it in our blood testing with our patients to see if there are certain genes where they are being blocked from expressing health in some way. So yes, it’s genes. But the bigger part of all of this is that no matter what our gender, no matter what our genes, we’re being poisoned to the tune that our bodies cannot cope anymore. And that’s what’s, that’s what this study and these young girls is showing us, is that this is our future, this is the future generation. And this is what’s happening. And this is not just kids, this is animals too.
So our, it’s causing cancer. So let me get into these toxins. Sarah, is that okay? We move? No, let’s do it. Let’s get it. Okay, so what they tested for, and this is what you and I first started talking about, is when we think about plastic, we think about the harmful one being bpa. Right? And so, so many of us have gone into, okay, BPA free, but then they’re using bps and bpf, and those can actually be even more toxic. So people who are doing BPA free, thinking that they’re doing themselves a favor, in many cases it’s not because it’s more toxic, but what they tested in this study is for over four years with girls, BPA, BPs, BPF.
So they, they, they studied A classification of plastics known as bisphenols. That’s what B&BPA stands for. And then parabens, which are preservatives like the methyl parabens, the ethyl paraben, propyl paraben, butyl paraben. And then they tested things like benzophones. And those are things that we’re finding in sunscreen. So when we’re talking about what’s destroying the ocean and why places like Hawaii have banned a lot of these sunscreens, it’s because it’s killing the coral, it’s coring the reefs. Killing the reefs. We are the ocean. We’re. We are all of that. We are an ecosystem, and we can’t survive if the ocean isn’t.
So that’s. So why aren’t we doing this with. I. I go to the beach and it doesn’t happen so much as here, where I am in Mexico, but in the United States, I was running around like 10, 15 years ago giving people red cards and yellow cards because I used to play professional soccer. So it was kind of my joke and my awareness of, please stop poisoning your body and please stop poisoning your babies because. And, and the ocean because they’re. They’re spraying and slathering sunscreen all over them. And this is a part of the study of what they found that’s damaging these young girls.
So that’s another big one that they tested. And then metals, arsenic, cadmium, copper, mercury, manganese, nickel, lead, and zinc. That’s what they tested in this study. And so what they found is that the one that was the most problematic was bpa. And so they found a measurable jump in early puberty risk with the girls that had a higher bpa. And then the girls with a higher BPA level showed the early breast development, which is what was the biggest symptom of this study. And they found it with these women that had almost six times the rate of girls with the lowest level.
So now we’re talking about how we can expand that out to what it means to women or men. Prostate cancer, breast cancer, because of these xenoestrogens. So plastic is a big one. And, Sarah, we see this because I’m not just somebody who comes and talks about studies. I’m somebody who has tested thousands of patients over the last 16 years. And the number one most prevalent toxin that we see in everybody is BPA in these urinary lab analysis. This is not something that your Western medicine doctor is going to test for. This is significant and relevant data.
And you’re saying in the oceans. Where do we get the most bpa, you’re saying with sunscreen. But is it also the microplastics? Yeah, I mean it’s everywhere at this point. It’s everywhere. And this is something that when I started doing a lot of advocacy around this 12 years ago, I was trying to support people to understand how to go plastic free in their lives. This is around the same time that we started going, oh, you know, we’re doing BPA free or plastic free straws in California. And I was like, well that’s going to help a little bit.
But really it’s plastic everywhere. We’re breathing it in, we’re drinking it. And if you go to ewg.org tap water in United States, you can see how much your municipality of your utility system of where you’re getting your water. Are they actually truly purifying the water? Because we’ve got 96, 000 plus toxins that have been approved for use and they only test for and, and really try to get rid of about a hundred in your municipality. So there’s, they’re leaving out this whole other 95, 900 or so toxins that they’re not getting rid of in your water supply.
That’s why it’s really important to look at water because we’re like 70% water. So we’re breathing it in when our food touches and go to the store right now, right? You go to the grocery store. What percentage of it is not in plastic? You know, we even take our fruit and then we put it into plastic. Our produce, we put it into plastic. Our meat is put in plastic. So we can’t get away from it. We become more and more of a plastic society. Even like organic produce. You go, oh, this cucumber is organic or Trader Joe’s or something and it’s wrapped in plastic.
This is insane. We have to stop this. And we used to see back in the day that there was a plastic size in the ocean. A plastic size island of the size of Texas, the middle of the ocean side size. Yeah, I’m working, I told you that was a long time ago. Yeah, I’m working with Ocean Integrity Group who clears out more plastic in a week than the next largest company does in a year. And I’ve been working on, and I was telling you the solution that we’re starting to work on and the ecosystem, the plankton is collapsing.
And so I’m really, really, as I’m learning this Kieran Kelly, who is the CEO, he’s the chairman now, he he stepped up, he’s working on this solution and he’s been, we’ve been working together for almost a year now. And I’m about. We’re really getting close to being able to put out this, some good information for people. But we are in a serious, this is serious issues. And this. I didn’t. He was telling me, Sarah, a lot of these puberty issues and a lot of these trans gender and all this stuff is coming because of all this.
And when I saw that study and I reached out to you said holy crap, Diane, what four to eight year olds. The four year old is to me is very shocking that we’re even talking about girls as young as that. The boys are having the same issues I think babies are having. I mean it’s probably starting in the womb and it’s screwing up our development from day one and then it just starts, the onset starts at a very young age, but it’s screwing up up the boys, their testy and how long, you know, the, the length between the.
Where it’s, how do I explain it? The lengths between. Of where their bun hole is and their testes is from what I understand is getting shorter. I mean, I’m hearing all these things. That means it’s starting from day one in the womb. Actually nine months before that at conception. Yeah, that’s why, I mean. Yeah, yeah. Because this is such a good point, Sarah, and I’m glad that you brought this up because I actually didn’t even start connecting these dots until I went deep into this and in history. Because I’ve talked about this for a long time because toxins has been my focus because it is the single greatest root cause of all disease.
I mean, it is in some way implied in every single disease and symptom that we can imagine in nature, including humans, but mostly in humans and what we’re seeing, because we’re the ones that measure disease, we’re the ones that try to, to cure cancer with chemo and radiation. None of that’s going to fix the root cause of the problem because the problem has always been the same. And we’ve had cancer spikes since we’ve started introducing more toxins in the 1950s and even back until the 1930s when Rockefeller came in and said petroleum is going to be the root of poisons.
Kick out naturopaths like Dr. Diane Kaiser, and now you need to stop recommending herbal remedies and start recommending petroleum based prescriptions. And petroleum is a xenoestrogen. So petroleum, I mean, is in every medication and so is the parabens, methylparabens. I see it in so many of our patients who are taking medications that’s a xenoestrogen. All of these things are cancer causing. So if we’re not looking at the root cause of cancer, what the hell are we even doing? You’re just going to keep chasing remedies. So they say the remedies because your insurance pays for it. But it doesn’t kill the cancer because the cancer was born from these poisons and infections.
This is a good example of humanity being smart enough to, to create solutions, but not smart enough to not hurt yourself. Right. I mean, because our entire system is based on something that is not true. And so people, it’s so hard because so many people are making money off of it, so many people’s egos off of it. Large institutions are behind this, all political parties are behind this. I mean, this is a big thing and the only way it’s going to really work itself out is it has to get so bad where everybody’s dying. And I think we’re almost to that point.
I really hope that it was yesterday. I mean, I, I’ve asked for a long time because I see the, I see the behind the scenes of what, what is happening to humanity because I’ve been testing it for a long time and seeing people not giving him hopium, but giving them actual hope and giving them solutions and watching them thrive and get off their medications and, and avoid cancer. Or one of our patients recently, she may have even been a follower of yours. Sarah, I love your people. They’re so smart. They actually love to think for themselves.
It’s, it’s so easy to talk to your people because we do truly want sovereignty and to be left alone and figure it out for ourselves. Because we’re smart, resourceful. That’s right. And so one of our patients who’s a dentist and she’s been in the field for decades and she’s like, I did breast cancer treatments, you know, the chemo, radiation stuff. And she spent $25,000, that was after insurance. And she’s like, had I known the things that I’ve learned from what you’ve taught me, I would have probably been able to avoid this. And so how awesome could it be to save $25,000 not getting cancer, which if we look at the odds, 1 in 2 women and 1, 2, 1 in 3 women and 1 in 2 men in this lifetime, it’s probably higher by now will get cancer of some kind.
You know, skin cancer is prevalent Colon cancer is now in the youth. You know, half of colon cancer is in the youth. So that’s another statistic about the youth, the next generation. And because they’ve actually had a lot more poisons from since gestation. And I want to talk about that next. But to your point about the whole problem, reaction, solution, this is the Hegelian dialectic and that’s what they’ve been known for for a long time. Create the problem, sell you on the solution. And the bridge between that is the fear. And because when they, when they create the problem, we’re afraid, easy to control, easier to bite on the solution, which is still the poison solution.
It’s still not getting to the root cause. The root cause is still way down there. Quick break from the program to share with you something amazing. This is called sloop. It’s actually Slupp 332, but it’s been shortened to Sloop. And this thing mimics exercise. It seems too good to be true. I first shared this, this on my substack and I had Dr. Diane Kaser and we went through all the benefits of this and the whole thing sold out. You can’t get it anywhere really across the industry and the people who are using it the most are athletes and bodybuilders and people who want to see extra performance in athletics.
Because this in preclinical studies with mice increased their endurance by 70% and their distance by 45%. I mean, it’s incredible. And it’s, it’s been shown to mimic exercise even when you’re at rest. In preclinical studies with obese mice, they lost upwards of 12% of their body weight in four weeks and it increased muscle. So this is really taking the industry by storm. It’s actually not that expensive either. With my 10% coupon, it’s about $80 for maybe a two month supply if you take one capsule a day. Day. If you decide to up it to two capsules a day because your dosage depends on what you want, then it’s a one month supply.
But Dr. Diane recommends doing one capsule a day until your body gets used to it. You might not see the same level of results right away that the mice did, but your body can get used to it and see if it’s something that you really want to do. If you are interested in this, I will have a link below so you can try it yourself. Yourself or go to sarahwestall.com under shop. Remember to use the code Sarah to save 10%. And, but I think this is where Humans go, we are victims of our own success in that.
In marketing, which I taught you teach an emotional hook, right? And the emotional hook is what their problem is and then you come up with a solution. So people aren’t doing that necessarily because there’s some top down monster that’s telling you to do it. They’re doing, doing it because that’s what sells and everybody needs to do it in order to make money. And so we’re like, we’re victims of our own environment that we created because we don’t understand that we’re, we’ve created something like this. We think it’s better for us. Because I truly believe that most people operating are not doing it vindictively.
I think they truly believe what they’re doing is right. But they have to learn some of these basics and unlearn what they’ve learned. They have to see a different paradigm and the consensus what they have. This is where I love my shelf concept. I came up with the shelf concept to work with ChatGPT because I could not stand working with ChatGPT in this freaking consensus thing and I need to document it. And so people, everybody should use the shelf concept when they’re using these AIs. At least I’ve trained ChatGPT to use it and it loves it.
It’s like, oh, this is awesome. But it basically, it’s weird. Yeah, yeah. But it’s allowed me to work through every issue without it throwing in my face this consensus of. Right. And so everybody needs to start doing this and don’t look at the consensus that’s out there when there’s all these anomalies that needs to change the paradigm and the framework of what we’re working in. When you see these anomalies, don’t ignore them, put them on the shelf. Put them on the shelf. And when we have anomalies, enough things on the shelf, that changes the framework and it changes the definition, it changes, it allows every single field to move forward if we do it that way.
And the AIs can be developed in a way to stop forcing consensus down our throat when it’s not true. I love that. That’s so. Well, yeah, we can actually feed the AI model to start thinking more and gathering more information that we feed it. As long as we’re thinking and asking these types of, of questions, this is how we feed it. This is where people go into the oh, AI is really bad for humanity. It’s horrible. Well, what if we could actually use it for good? I mean, what if we’re not so stuck in the fear of it that we could actually use it to help us and to assist us.
I’m totally of that same camp. And so anybody who’s indoctrinated in the fear and still dealing with trauma from the past and still that’s their normal. That’s all their nervous system has ever known, is to be afraid of things and to pedestalize people to save us and rescue us. Whether that’s religion or politics or your doctor or. Someone’s going to save me. They’re coming to Jesus one day he’s going to come save you, but meanwhile you do nothing. Meanwhile, just like I keep seeing that and I can’t stand it. I can’t stand it. It’s like maybe Jesus will come and change all of this one day, but in the meantime you just sit by and then expect him to fix everything in six years from now.
But Jesus isn’t a person. It’s coming back. Who’s going to say it’s a meta. This is my belief that it’s a metaphor of that Jesus energy in all of us, us coming through and solving our own issues. And as soon as you think it’s this one person coming back to save you, you screwed yourself. Saviorism, yeah, it’s, it’s not, it’s not what it’s meant to be. And, and as Eddie Connor says, it’s the crystalline. Your DNA changing and your. It’s. It’s based. And they used to believe that the early Gnostics understood what this all meant and then, and then it got transformed into some male person coming back to save us all.
And it’s not that it’s. We’re all. It’s. It’s this beautiful individual that can’t. That taught us stuff, but it’s that knowledge coming back through all of us and acting out that. That’s my understanding and how I’ve always thought that to me, that’s the knowing, like I know what it is, I don’t. Yeah, it’s annoying, I agree. Yeah, it’s the, it requires action though. And a lot of people are. I, and I get it. I have, I have empathy for this too. A lot of people are overwhelmed, they’re super busy, they’re exhausted, they’re dealing with sickness. So it’s easier to defer to something outside of you that’s going to come fix it because you don’t have any energy left in the tank.
Which is why we do these shows, so we could talk about what solutions to give you the energy in the tank or what’s, what is depleting your energy or your health? Vitality, beauty, immunity, all of it. What is the, what is the thing that’s draining you? So it’s like when we start to understand that the reason why we don’t have that life force, that chi, to feel the Christ consciousness, which some Christians or anybody would actually say is blasphemous to say that, or even Gnostics. And I think really that’s the invitation of power. And many people still want to stay disempowered in their, their jail cell because it’s easier, because it’s all they’ve ever known.
It’s not familiar to them. It’s foreign to step outside and go, wait a minute, Jesus did teach me Christ consciousness. This is in me. I am the temple. Wait a minute. He was teaching and that’s what he was teaching. Let’s bring it back, let’s make it normal again. That’s why I get upset when I look at. When they follow one scripture and don’t look at the big picture. It’s like, yeah, I know you can’t use one scripture. And then. And they ignore a hundred other ones. But regardless, isn’t a biblical conversation. No. Okay, we’ll get back to the studies.
Okay, but it’s true, I mean this, but poisons are, you know, these poisons also are turning down our intuition and our Christ consciousness, our temple, you know, this is part of the entire seed that connects to God. So if, if our intuition is being poisoned in the pine, at the pineal gland level, then it is chemically challenging to connect to Christ, to God and the way that we actually can rise up. So I, I do agree with that, that it is a bio chemical genetic construct. Because we are, we have, we’re under attack. We’ve been in World War III for a long time.
We are past due. We are far past due. I’m tired. I’ve been trying to wake people up with this for a long time. There’s a chemical attack on our intuition, our ability to connect. And, and then there’s like some bot army. And then also I don’t have people who are brainwashed to think that you don’t want, you don’t want to tap into your intuition. That’s where the early Gnostics come in too. I’m sorry, I gotta go back to this thing. Because it all ties into science too right now. And they were really intuitive. It was the intuit, they were super.
So that’s why I’m studying To become more intuitive. Right. I’ve been working on it for the last couple years, and actually my functional medicine doctor wrote me a little prescription. It was more of a joke, but she’s like, this is good for you. And it’s a part of the meditation, and it’s kind of like prayer. It’s a lot like prayer. Same thing. Prayer, prayer. Call it prayer, I don’t care. But it’s. To really get that intuition and that connection. And these. These are. There’s a scientific evidence that that’s being cut off from us. That’s very well said, Sarah.
That one of the things that I don’t get many patients or members asking, you know, how can I reactivate my intuition? But they do want their brain back. They do want their memory back. Like, they. That’s. That’s like. That’s like bottom of the well. When I think about someone’s health, I want you outside the well. But many people are so far down the well that all they can think of is getting out of pain. They can’t even think about what you’re talking about because they’re like, just get me out of pain. And it’s like a layer thing.
And once we start to get them out of the well, where they have less symptoms, they’re on less medications, which means more poisoning also, and. And. And more calcification of your pineal gland, because that’s what happens, then they could start thinking bigger. Okay, well, wait a minute. It. Now my dreams are coming back, and I can start dreaming into life. I really want to create. What do I want to do to contribute to humanity? Because at that point, they’re draining humanity because they’re sick. So if you really think about, like, that we are drained to humanity the sicker that we are.
And so they don’t even want to get out of. I mean, because it’s so much effort just to get out of freaking bed. You know, when your hormones are all screwed up, it’s. You’re tired all day, your p. Pituitary glands all messed up. Your thyroid’s messed up. Thyroid’s a big one. Right. I mean, you can’t even freaking function without that. So you can’t lose weight. Yeah, you’re fat. You can’t lose weight. Pardon my language. I don’t want to be disrespectful to people, but you know what I mean? But they’re. It’s an adaptation. It’s an organ. Yeah, you have too much fat because of the.
Your thyroid’s not working, and you’re poisoned and you’re freaking poisoned. I mean that’s what. So it’s really, we’re not calling anybody fat. We’re saying that actually fat is an adaptation that your body trying to save your life. You know, it’s storing poisons. I mean it’s, it’s more complex than this. But, but it is your body storing these poisons and it has for since birth. So. But when you need more of those, when you need the fat to store the poisons, you’re hungry and you can’t help it. And you’re going to get. Now there are, there’s always.
In our youth there, when we were growing up, there wasn’t very many heavy kids. There’s always one out of like a hundred that’s, that’s chubby and there, those are anomalies. And they have some other issues going on. This probably had to do with, with how their system was dealing with some of these things too. They just didn’t understand. Now it’s like everybody, right? Yeah, it’s normalized and it’s normalized. Yeah. And people actually getting more street cred, more follows for being overweight. And there’s people who are influencers. I don’t know. I think a lot of these might be even paid these days, Sarah.
I don’t know. And they’ve got millions of followers, you know, as these, these overweight influencers. And what they’re actually talking about is saying that being fat, having extra fat is, doesn’t mean that you’re less healthy. And I could, I could beg to differ by showing all kinds of blood tests, but that show goes otherwise everything that so goes against everything. And that’s why I think a lot of these influencers are either getting rewarded with a lot of, a lot more follows or they’re actually getting paid to disrupt and create a follow up false paradigm where people start to believe this and become it.
And then there’s, then there’s the other thing too, which is that, you know, then people start getting angry in the comments and saying otherwise and it’s looshing our energy. So I don’t get pulled into that anymore. I used to, I’d be like, no, I got, I am right. I have to make them, you know, wrong by saying what I’m saying. And now I just go and I just have to rewind, meditate. Yeah, I’m like, you know what? I’d rather just go on Sarah’s podcasts and speak logic to millions of people rather than speak to one person who’s Too close minded to hear the truth.
Right. I’d rather, I’d rather speak to the intelligence that are looking for the truth and maybe they’re at the bottom of the well going, you know what, I know I’m smart, I know I’m intuitive. I had this at one point I just wanted me to get out of the well. But I wanted to speak to what you said like the one out of a hundred, which is absolutely accurate because I was in that same, you know, camp. I’m 47. So we used to see one out of a hundred, you know, kids be overweight. So what they found, and you guys have probably heard that study by the environmental working group from 2005.
This is where we heard that statistic that the average baby was born with 287 different chemicals that they, that they detected. And of those, 180 of cause cause cancer in human or animals. And 217 are what we call neurotoxic. It means that they’re toxic to the brain and the nervous system. And 208 of these 287 cause birth defects. So this is, this was back in, this is a long time ago. This is like 21 years ago. Then they did a follow up to that in 2009, same organization, they tested 10 babies of African American, Hispanic and Asian descent.
So this time it was a bit of a more of a mix. And they found up to 232 chemicals in these newborns and for the first time detected BPA in cord blood. Specifically found 9 out of 10 of the babies tested had BPA. So we’re kind of tracing this back to this new study that just came out in August 2026 of these girls getting puberty early. And so they looked at back then, this is the first time they looked at BPA in 2009. Now there’s a more recent update this year. February 2026, Mount Sinai the in New York they went back to the archived frozen preserved blood samples of cord from 120 babies that they used for those original studies.
Oh, from the original one. Okay. In 2005. Yeah, exactly. And many people don’t talk about this and I, I just actually stumbled upon it. They used, it’s not that the toxins weren’t there back then, but the testing was not. So now this year they used a newer, more sensitive testing method that uses scans to find hundreds to thousands of chemicals simultaneously rather than testing for a short predefined list. And Sarah, they found 42 confirmed or possible PFOS forever chemicals in those samples, they’ve never detected this because they’ve never tested. They didn’t know how to. Yeah. Back then.
So this is extremely concerning because, you know, we test for PFAS in our patients Toxic burden analysis that we don’t even know when these toxins break down. That’s why they’re called forever chemicals. These are also xenoestrogens and they can, therefore, if they’re xenoestrogens, they could drive up fat, they could drive up cancer, lower testosterone and cause all kinds of hormone endocrine disruption. And then of course, thereby all the other issues that come with being obese or overwhelming weight. Right. Which is a whole list of issues. Heart disease, high blood pressure, insulin resistance, et cetera, inability to gain muscle, which means you can’t really fend for yourself if there ever were.
You need to defend yourself. If there was ever a need for. If we need to be soldiers and we are in World War III right now. But PFAS. Exactly. I mean there’s more than 12,000 different PFAS forever chemicals. And what they actually look for, really, that are the most significant are there’s only 256 of them, but there’s 4700 of them registered with chemical ID numbers. So this is what’s relevant is that, that the, the blood of that they tested is old of these babies, but the testing technology is brand new. I wish they had babies from like 1980.
You know, it would be so helpful to have blood from even longer ago. Go, yeah, exactly. See what. Really how. Because when, when there was only one heavy kid out of a 100 back in 1980, what changed, you know? Right, right. The one good thing about the fat influencers is that is, is for a while, although it’s going back in this direction, which the GLP1s are causing, which this is the one thing I don’t like is we did get to a point where healthy weight was more desirable and there was a point where, you know, the Twiggies and the Kate Moss and so where they’re just so anorexic thin and that that’s what the ideal was for girls.
That’s not healthy. And. Yeah, and so that was reversed. But then it went. They had to go, of course they had to go off the other extreme and fall off the cliff. They like literally fell off the cliff. I mean, that’s like you’re falling off the cliff if you’re promoting that. But that was a. I mean, I was like, oh, I like this part. And then they went extreme. But so, yeah, I had to say that. It’s true. I mean, I lived in London and Germany, went to school in London, played soccer in Germany and I toured all of their, you know, many of them and I took a class in art and culture and London.
So I went to all of the, you know, really big museums and to look at Amsterdam and all these beautiful artists, painted women from back then and we were more soft. I mean, their energy was even more soft. They had more fat on their body. They were probably closer to 25% body fat. And now the average woman is 40%. That’s scary. That’s, that’s, that’s unhealthy. And so I believe and through all my years of research and understanding the human ego and how we get trapped in paradigms or programming or politics or anything and how we can free ourselves and find our own way and find our way back to Christ consciousness and Jesus and truly, you know, our own path, navigate our own intuition.
What we are self governed to say versus being told what to do is that we need to. And our ego needs this. Our culture needs this. Like you said, there’s purpose in it, Sarah. We need to experience the consequences of living on both sides of extremes so that we find our way back in the middle the harmony. We need to learn the lessons of the extremes so we find our way back. And I agree with you, I think, I think finding our way back is to be the healthy fat again, is to not obsess over food, is to not.
I would love to live in a world and that’s what my purpose and mission is, is that we’re not living in a world that has to constantly obsess over labels and looking at what’s poisoning us and how to get it out of our body and oh my God. And to look a certain way and to be desirable only if you have X number of bra size. And it’s to find our way just peacefully inside so that we exist and we get to be human beings again, not human doings and obsessing over everything all the time. That that’s what’s beautiful to me.
That’s right. Okay, we are going to have another webinar. We’re going to talk about, of course we’re going to talk about the staple peptides and things, but we’re also going to talk about more a little bit about how we can reverse some of these other issues when it comes to hormonal issues. Can you talk about that a little bit? Yeah, absolutely. The date again is Wednesday, September 16, 2026 that is, there will be a replay and Sarah will provide all of that if you can’t make it. And we’re going to do it from 4 to 6pm that’s central time.
So that means 5pm eastern and that means 2pm Pacific time. So that the. I think she’ll have the. The link below. The link below. I’ll probably put it. Sarah westall.com peptides that’s what we’ve been using before. So we’ll create a new page. People can sign up for it. We’ll do a better job this time so people can have questions that they submit on that page and then they’re also going to have to sign up because they need to submit the question and then they’re going to need to sign up in with the zoom link. So we’re going to do both.
Yeah. And I’ll give you guys a little teaser. Sarah, this is so beautiful. I always love how our shows, we always, we’re like alchemizing. We’re connecting a whole bunch of data points. And it’s because of you guys, too, who show up and comment and, and support both of us. To support yourself, to support the world. Because this is not about, you know, hoarding money from anybody or stealing. I think that’s all just ridiculous. And that could be for people who want to argue. We’re providing solutions here, here. And so this conversation today comes back to what we can talk about on the show.
Our first conversation, I think it was on Sloop, Slupp, or Slup, which is the peptide that we first started talking about with relationship to how you could lose weight. And then mice lost 12% of their body weight in 30 days and they had much higher levels of endurance and cardiovascular health and exercise resilience. Amazing. It’s amazing. And it’s a capsule. It’s easy. You don’t have to inject it. I take sleep. Right. I’m on a sleep cycle. Right. A Sloop cycle right now. Sounds like sleep cycle. The cool thing about Sloop is that the best peptide, it’s the only known peptide that is a estrogen receptor agonist that clears xenoestrogens out of receptor sites.
So your hormones. I know that. Yeah. So your own hormones can die. I’ve been feeling better. I’m sorry. Keep going. Yeah. No, and my mom, my mom, when she took Sloop because she was struggling, struggling, and she saw, you know, some of our interviews and I sent her the ones I do with Mike Adams and I’m like, mom, check this Out. It took him a long time. And my TV show just came out, Woman in Power. And they’re both in there, my mom and dad. And once I helped save my dad’s life because he was clotting out and the doctors left him to die.
Didn’t tell him what was going on. I’m like, fly down to Mexico. I’m gonna work with you and the top doctors in Mexico that are part of my team. And you’re gonna see what I am suspicious of. And they found clots. He was about. He was a ticking time bomb. The doctor told him that. Then he went two weeks later, had open hearts or not open heart. He had a three heart sense put in because he was so blocked. Then my mom was like, okay, I’m listening now. And so she’s like, how do I lose weight? What do I do? And she talks about this in my TV show.
She started taking sloop and she lost like 15 pounds. And like between one and two months. Just sloop. Just sloop. That’s it. One capsule a day, 250 mcgs. Because I surmised she really needed it then keep going. She. Yes, Sarah. And you know, she actually had skin cancer before. And so, you know, her doctor even told her, you know, if I were you, I wouldn’t go through the chemo radiation. If you were my mom, I would tell you not to. So it was a blessing of a doctor to tell her that. But if Sloop worked that well on her because she lost 15 pounds that fast, that is speaks to just how many estrogen mimicking toxins that she had in her body.
Because Sloop worked so well that it cleared those xenoestrogens out of the receptor cells so her own hormones can bind properly. And her therefore risk of cancer was. I can’t prove this, but very much more likely if you lose that much weight and toxins that are xenoestrogens that drive cancer up, she’s less likely to have more cancer. She’s less likely to have fat adaptation on the body. She’s less likely to have mood related issues that, that pertain to hormone disruption. And I can go on and on. That was just one because I was the first one to really pushed because I got it right out of the game.
I’m like, what the hell is this? I got the study. And I said, diane, because you weren’t familiar with it yet. And I’m like, what the hell is this? Let’s talk about this. I didn’t know that one of the mechanisms of Bedum is the estrogen that’s fantastic. That’s what we’re learning about Peptides, is that there’s other things going on that’s causing these work that we don’t realize. It’s solving a lot of these problems. That’s, yeah. Beautiful. Now a lot of people are taking higher dosages of Sloop, which is also probably okay, we’re, you know, investigating this.
But it sounds like with your mom and people who really, when that is their biggest problem, it really makes a big difference. I take it every other so many I, I, so many people who are like, I lost so much weight. What’s in this stuff? Because they feel better, they have more energy, they, they’re tired when they’re supposed to. And I’m not here to sell you on Sloop. I’m here to, to give you an idea that there is so much more hope and solutions and Sloop. When Sarah and I first had our web, our first podcast on this, it was like almost two and a half years ago.
Yeah, yeah, three years ago. That was right in this sweet spot where peptides started becoming popular because the schedule changed and they were no longer, you were no longer able to get them in compound pharmacies anymore. So then they became gray market and then people started getting them from China. It’s not all a bad thing. We need to find the good in what a lot of our culture is indoctrinated just to just throw the bad at. Peptides are not just only GLPs that they prescribe and western medical facilities, we make them. We make like 70,000 of them a day.
We are peptides. We’re made amino acids. When you eat protein, your peptides, you’re eating peptides. So we’ll talk about all of that. I mean, there’s so many other ones too. There’s bioregulators that come in capsule form as well. If you don’t want to go down the peptide injection route. There’s liver bioregulators that actually can support the clearance pathways of excess estrogen. There’s so much more to talk about. There are so many medical professionals that are buying from, from Limitless and from me, you know, that heard about it through us. And I had a radiologist contact me like almost two years ago and said, sarah, you introduced this to me.
You, you saved me. It was, I have this whole protein. He lost like 50 pounds and he feels so much better. I have so many medical doctors, so many people in the health fields, so many nurses, all sorts of people are buying this. This isn’t just like this gray market, scary Thing, you know, people say I gotta get it through my medically. I can’t buy. It’s like, you don’t understand. They can’t get it either. And they’re buying through us. I know. I’m serious. And because they know how good it is and they are, they’re seeing it work.
They’re seeing renatrutide the next generation GLP1. And they’re like, holy, this stuff is, is like I said, GLP, Reddit, TrueTide. Maybe Sloop will end up being just as good as Reddit truetide not knowing what it. Knowing what it’s doing. But Reddit TrueTide is not just a GLP one. It’s a next generation GLP one that does so much more. And people are like, holy shit. This stuff is not just. It’s looking like weight loss might even be the secondary benefit compared to so many of the things it’s doing. Yeah. Yes. And there’s another one behind it, you know, that they’re even talking about announcing after Rettatrue Tide that’s even air quotes better.
And, and there’s urgency behind this because things are changing very quickly in the peptide space. We’re starting to hear a lot of talk about labs shutting down in China. There’s tariff issues, there’s exportation issues, there’s packages getting seized. And none of that is because the FDA is protecting us because they’re unsafe and unregulated. It’s because they’re working and the FDA wants their hand in it. So I’m not saying the FDA is bad. I’m saying that I’m all about, about and Sarah is too, about you having choice in the matter. And if you can get direct sourcing of it that’s been tested properly, that has good coas with a reputable company tested properly, like every single vial.
Every single batch. And make sure it’s clean because if you’re having that done and I, I am just so adamant because I talked to so many people, I’m so adamant that that’s better than what you’re seeing in normal pharmaceutical labs. It’s, this is. If you’re getting every batch and every vial tested, you cannot come back and say this isn’t high quality and we’re afraid of this. Sick. No, this is better than what, at a fraction of the price? Yeah, of the price. And that could change any day. That could. I know. So it’s, it’s, it’s a very fast.
The health peptide, freedom, politics, everything is very fast moving now. So we can only live in this moment now and it’s so damn effective and there’s so much money behind it. You better believe they were going to come in and try to. There’s. They, they want to control people, think it’s about caring for people and there is a certain amount. I mean we get questions that come in that are. I’m like, oh my God, it makes me cringe. This person really needs a medical professional and they shouldn’t be buying on their own because this question is too ignorant for somebody to be.
You need to be self oriented and take responsibility for yourself. But, but. So there is a point to that. But I. It’s a freaking business and they want complete control over the distribution and the profit making of this business and nobody can convince me otherwise. They wouldn’t if it was unsafe, but they, it didn’t matter from a cash perspective. Active. They wouldn’t give a shit. I’m sorry. Exactly, Exactly. No, it’s, it’s. You’re speaking truth, Sarah. And the truth can either wake you up or put you faster to sleep. And a lot of people will talk about a lot of these peptides and they say, oh well I want the ones that are made in America.
There’s no labs in the United States that actually make peptides. They all compounded China. Yeah, they’re compounded there. In other words, they add the bacteriostatic water or, or whatever type of medium that they’re using. But they’re all made in either India, but mostly China. They all come from there. There might be future talk of where they’re going to have labs in America but right now we’re not there yet. So if you see a company that says made in America that just means that they might be a 501 company that is a compound pharmacy that is adding the bacteria soda water to the peptides that were actually made in China.
So that is a very important distinction. So there’s nothing to fear here. But it’s important to know how to ask the right questions and chat. GPT can’t give you all the answers because it can only give you answers such that you know which questions to ask. And that’s where having a good medical team or a partner like Sarah or myself that can help you dive deeper with some of these things. And that’s why we have the webinars.
