Summary

➡ Sam and Sheriff Mack host a radio show and a webinar every Wednesday. They discuss current news and events, and the show is recorded and edited for later viewing. Sheriff Mack has been busy traveling and meeting people, while also keeping an eye on other sheriffs in the news. They also discuss election fraud concerns and support Sheriff Bianco’s investigation into suspicious ballots.
➡ The text discusses various sheriffs and their actions related to voter fraud investigations, law enforcement cooperation, and handling of criminals. It highlights Sheriff Bianco’s efforts in investigating voter fraud and Sheriff Johnson’s potential involvement. It also mentions Sheriff Kevin McMahill’s stance against releasing criminals and a new Texas law requiring sheriffs to cooperate with ICE. The text emphasizes the importance of sheriffs making decisions based on principles and the needs of their communities.
➡ We’re being sued but we don’t expect it to go far. The movement for constitutional sheriffs is growing. A sheriff in Washington is challenging a state law that affects sheriffs’ authority, arguing it violates their independence. We also discuss the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which we believe is not going away despite recent controversies, due to their substantial financial resources.
➡ The text discusses the controversy surrounding Dr. Anthony Fauci’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, with some accusing him of lying and demanding accountability. Despite these accusations, the text suggests that due to his position and protections, it’s unlikely that Fauci will face any legal consequences. The text also mentions the frustration over perceived lack of action from various government officials and bodies, and questions the fairness of the system that seems to protect certain individuals from legal repercussions.
➡ The text discusses various issues, including the perceived corruption in Washington D.C., the problem of animal smuggling across the Mexican border, and the complexities of a court case involving a hung jury. The speakers express frustration with the lack of accountability in politics, concern over potential health risks from smuggled animals, and confusion over the legal process when a jury cannot reach a unanimous decision.
➡ The text discusses the issues with the justice system, particularly the potential for endless trials and the impact on those held in prison during this time. It also touches on societal issues like the overuse of drugs and the role of lawyers in the justice system. The speaker advocates for constitutional sheriffs as a solution and encourages support for the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers association.

Sam Bushman Jack, missing in action. The good sheriff mission in action. But of course, I’ll hold down the fort, baby. How’s that? You gotta love it. All right. There’s a lot going on in the news, folks. And for those of you who are joining us on the webinar who didn’t watch the TV show prior, just so you know, every Wednesday again, we do the webinar at 9am But I do my radio show at 8am Mountain time before the webinar. And, and we put on a live feed, video feed of the show. Normally we do the show live on radio and then we record the video at the same time and then we post, edit the video and release it.

And that way we’ve got shorts and teasers and things edited into the videos that make them look a lot nicer and everything else. But on Wednesdays now, we’ve decided to give an incredible bonus to the folks that are in the webinar or who pay for CSPOA Posse membership. It’s a way for us to thank you for what you do. Right. It’s a way for us to really show you that we appreciate you. Anyway, the point is, the bottom line, folks, is that we are now on Wednesdays doing the radio show and then straight into the webinar and so if you join, you missed the incredible radio show.

You missed an hour of the good Sheriff Richard Mack, are you back? Sheriff Mac is back. All right, Sheriff, so I had to do the intro without you and Jack. I was, I was just a loner. Yeah, but our gracious, our gracious members said nature calls, so we understand. No, I had to take that call from Pastor Butch Paul real quick because he was making sure that I was going to be there for my interview with him tonight. All right, so Pastor Butch Paw interview tonight. Sheriff Max in Vegas this weekend, coming to Highland, Utah on Friday evening.

There’s just so much going on, it’s. It’s not even funny, folks. Yeah, we’re doing. Are incredible. I’ve never been busier, Sam, and it’s been really amazing being pulled in so many directions. You know, I’ve been to New York twice the last two months and I love New York. And I’m pretty sure I should say good for you or I’m sorry at this point. Well, yeah, it’s a little bit of both. But I think. I think it’s an exciting place to be. And it is. That’s why I say it’s good. But when Kathy’s in charge and some of these people that wack though, Mayor and everything else.

Whoa. Yeah, I know. And you’re always a little bit on guard because you just never know who’s going to go strange on you there because there’s so many strange people there. So you, you don’t know what’s going to happen. And, and anyway, it’s. But it’s an exciting place and my wife and I love Broadway and we had a meeting in Shelter island. Who. She told me at first it was Staten island, but Shelter island is an amazing place, very secluded. The only way you can get there is by helicopter or boat. And so when we drove there, they picked me up at the airport and we drove there and then you have to drive your vehicle onto a ferry and then it takes you the last mile, cross over to the island.

Shelter Island. I never heard of it before, but there were some amazing people there and it. Yeah, it turned out great. Christina Tobin helped put it on and some other people with her. And it was, it was fantastic. The contacts that we made there were just fantastic and, and great people and both. But I would have rather been in Manhattan. Times Square, they’re just. It, it just was. I liked the peace and quiet, but it was just too peaceful and quiet for me, you know, and, and anyway. But like I say, it was definitely worth it and I, I would do it again, but I prefer it being in.

If you’re going to go to New York, go to New. New York. New York, baby. Yeah. So anyway, but it was. So I’ve been busy and, and we’re trying to keep watching all these sheriffs that are making the news. Yes, we’ve got a lot of news we’re going to cover here too. People are asking the question, is this live or being recorded? The answer to your question is both. So we were, we played the radio show, was live on the radio this morning for an hour and the video was being recorded. It will be edited and released to the public as a Liberty Roundtable live broadcast.

Sheriff Mack the guest, I’m the host kind of a thing or co host, however you want to look at that. And then after. Now this webinar is being recorded. So it’s live right now for those who are watching and participating. It’s recorded though, and will be released in the cspua.org members channel so that you can watch it. But the good news is it’ll be post edited and so they’ll be cleaning things up a little bit. They’ll make it look a little nicer when Sam’s asking Richard where he’s at and he’s gone. You know, they’ll take care of that kind of stuff because live is different than.

But we can post, edit, make it look good, then we’ll put it up and then the members who can’t watch it live can still watch it. So it’s being recorded and live both. Just so everybody understand, it’s important to also understand. Ian McDonald’s mentions this. The market will decide everything. Politicians acting in bad faith. You know, we’re talking about good faith and fair dealing. We’re not going to have any of that this election season. I believe this will be probably one of the greatest fraud elections we’ve ever had. Sheriff. I do too, Sam. Nobody’s done anything to stop using Trump tried, but all they’ve done is shut him down at every turn.

Look at the battle over the, over the maps that got redistrict. There are battles over how we’re going to deal with the mail in ballots. None of that’s been resolved. So really not a lot’s been accomplished. Not. And that’s why I don’t believe that we’re going to have any, any, any better elections. It’s just going to get worse because the fraudsters know it’s all speed ahead. Yeah, I think they cheated. Mike Lindell winning the governor race in Minnesota. He was ahead by 10, 11 points and then loses by 10, 11 points. And I think they just are thumbing their noses at him, you know, and just say, hey, you know, you don’t tell us what to do.

We’re the deep state. We will say what happens. And he was a little bit misdirected. He wanted to recount. You don’t recount. That’s just stirring the pot. You have to examine the ballots. And then also, yeah, let me tell you the term. We need to monitor the custody of balance. Yeah, right. Yeah. So, so that brings us to the big story, I think, and we’ve mentioned this before, but it, we, we’ve got to talk about this again. And that is your friend and mine, Sheriff Chad Bianco has, has secured 650, 000 ballots and he’s taken them into custody.

He did this with a search warrant. And now the AG is saying, I’m going to arrest you, I’m going to sue you, and you have no business taking these ballots. Well, yes, he does. He’s conducting a criminal investigation. And Sheriff Bianco and he got a warrant, which means he went to the other branches of government. This is all done legitimately. Sheriff. Now you And I may not be a fan of Chad Bianco because of some of the past issues, but. But in this one, he’s right. And he’s totally right to call a spade a spade. Right? Yeah.

And I actually squared things with him while he was running for governor because I thought he had a chance to actually make an impact there. And so I stopped my endorsement of one other candidate, Pastor Cha Ahn, and who had no chance to win at that point. In fact, he had already lost. And I told Bianco that I totally support him. And. And then, you know, he was gracious also. However, we need to understand that the fight here is between a woke ag who says, you can’t do this, I’m your boss, and a sheriff who says, you could tell me to do some things, but you can’t tell me to cease a legitimate investigation, and I will not so stop this investigation.

And furthermore, you’re not my boss. Exactly. Well, in the constitution in California, he does have a couple of things over all elected officials. Do I agree with it? Of course not. But no, he. He does. But his boss is still the people. Even if there’s a few laws that give. Give jurisdiction from the coordinating the state and the county and stuff like that, that doesn’t change who the boss is. The people elected him, and the people can get rid of him, of course. And so one, you’ve got to take your hat off to Sheriff Bianco, who now has initiated his own voter fraud investigation, and he has the evidence of the ballots in his hands.

So this is huge, Sam. It is huge. Yeah. And then we have. And this. I want to make this very clear. A lot of people claim that I just bash Chad Bianco. That’s false. This is proof of it. He’s doing what’s right, and I give him credit, and he has my backing and support, and I’m going to be defending his position right now. Sheriff, of course it’s right. See, I’m not a people person. I’m a principal person. And when it’s right, I support it. When it’s wrong, I don’t. And I know people don’t like that sometimes, but that’s the truth.

Yeah. So now we have two other sheriffs and two other counties doing some amazing things. So Shasta county in California, Northern California, is having the county recorder trying to secure ballots, and Sheriff Johnson hasn’t got on board yet to help him. And we’ve been trying to help Sheriff Johnson, who’s been to some of our CSPOA training before. We’re trying to make him understand that if he’ll do this and other sheriffs will do it, there’s strength in unity. If. If Bianco can do it, Sheriff Johnson, you can do it. And your county recorder is already trying to do this because he saw some abnormalities in the ballots and the voting.

And Tina Peters actually went out there and tried to help him. And there was even a story that Shasta county was going to hire Tina Peters. And I think there was too much pushback after that, and I don’t think they did, but she’s helping. Well, you’re supposed to talk this weekend because you’ll both be in Vegas together. And I need you to ask her how’s that going? And are they still going to do it? Yeah, exactly. Well, and I need. I already left a message with Sheriff Johnson, but he hasn’t returned my call. And we got to get a hold of Sheriff Johnson because if you get him backing the county recorder, then that’s going to be a big time wall for the AG to have to jump over.

And it would back. It would help what Bianco’s doing now. One other one. One other sheriff that’s really standing tall. Look, look, folks, Sheriff Bianco is not a member of the cspa. We don’t care. He’s doing the right thing. The county recorder in Shasta county is not a member of cspa. We don’t care. We care that you’re members. Yes. You’re the ones that help build this. You’re the ones that have built our posse. We have got to build this bigger, stronger, better, faster. Now, folks, we are here to back the sheriffs. If they want to join, that’s up to them.

But we don’t make that part of what we’re doing. We don’t say, oh, you have to be a member or we’re not going to help you. No baloney. We’re already making an impact with sheriffs who are not members. And that’s exactly what we intended to do from the get go when we were formed way back in 2011, folks. But we were even doing this work before then. Ask Sam. We were doing constitutional seminars before we came that a national organization. And then we still have Sheriff Kevin McMahill in Vegas who is still standing against judges, these judges who want to release all these horrible, habitual, heinous criminals.

And Kevin saying, no. And he’s right. And Kevin McMahill said, no, I’m not doing that anymore. He says, well, I’m going to hold you in Contempt. Go ahead. You’re going to put me in my own jail. So Kevin McMahon, I actually met with him two and a half years ago in his office and showed him our Supreme Court case. I gave him a copy of it. Here it is. I gave him this and we talked about it for 45 minutes. And he actually gave me what, the hat up here, Folks. Metro Police. Because Metro Police is Las Vegas Police.

But they’re all under the Clark County Sheriff’s Office. And the best example of that is Las Vegas. And I’m going to give you a shout out, too. When we had our event at the Ahearn Hotel, they agreed to add extra support for the Ahern private security team to make sure that everything was good and stable. And it was a wonderful event. They do incredible events there. And it’s the partnership between the sheriff and the Ahern Hotel that makes that possible. Sheriff, let’s be clear. Absolutely. And I talked to Sheriff McMahon back then. I could talk to him anytime.

He’s very open and he is doing a great job and setting the example for the rest of the country. Why aren’t more sheriffs doing this? We said that before McMahill did it. And. And bam. What is he trying to do? Protect his county? Protect his citizens from illegal criminals? Yeah. Are you talking about politicians? Yeah, I sure am. And judges. The worst criminals in our country. Judges. Yeah, because they have a lot of power, folks. That’s the thing that you got to know. They’re on like turbo criminals and they misuse it every day. It’s sad, ladies and gentlemen, but there you have it.

All right, I got another story for sheriff’s story for you, Sheriff. Texas sheriffs face a December deadline to enter ICE cooperation agreements. Have you seen this? Yes, I have. Texas law now requires sheriffs operating county jails to ink agreements with ICE under the federal 287G program, right. By December 1st. And it’s important because they want the sheriff, the county sheriffs, to play with, you know, the federal law enforcement and to get this done properly. This shows not only has it been a big issue in Texas because they’re a border state, but it also shows a real example for the solutions.

Sheriff. Well, but they can’t. They can’t make a law. And telling the sheriff he has to do that, that’s the only thing they can make a law and say, hey, we in the state of Texas want you to work with 287G. Right. Question becomes is how much teeth can be put in it? Right. It’s ultimately up to the sheriff. He, you can’t tell him, the state can’t tell him that he has to do that. They can’t tell him that he can’t. They can’t tell him that he should or has to. If they pass a resolution or even a legislation, they pass a bill saying, we, we hope that every sheriff will do this.

You have the complete backing of the state. But then, yes, absolutely do that, create some funding for it, whatever, all, all good. But the sheriff cannot be forced to or not to cooperate with ice. Should we have always maintained that every sheriff in this country should help with ICE and deportation, but the people of his county should be the ones to decide and let him know that he should be doing that. Well, and so what we really need is the state is now saying, hey, we’ve got a law and we’re going to put pressure, how much pressure they can put.

And I don’t know exactly how the law reads. So it’s hard for me to tell if I’m a hundred percent for this or not. But I would say this, though, whether we can force the sheriff or not, the reality is we don’t like force in the first place, so we shouldn’t use force. Regardless. What we need to do is say the state’s aboard with it. Tom Holman and company at the federal level and President Donald Trump are for it. And we, the people of our county, are for it. Sheriff, we need you to really work on this for the safety of the people in our county.

And I don’t think we need force. Sheriff, I think we can put plenty of pressure to get this done without the force card. That’s where government becomes out of control nine times out of ten. What we need to do is use our influence to say this is a good idea. There’s ways to work on this together. After all, they’ve broken federal laws as well as your laws. Sheriff, they’re in jail because they broke your laws somehow somewhere. And now we’re saying there’s extra laws to consider. Please consider them. And I think if enough pressure is put on sheriffs across the state of Texas, they’ll do it.

Yeah. And you know, and there’s still going to be sheriffs. They’re not going to do it. There are. I guarantee you they’re not going to do. That’s, that’s when you decide to elect a new sheriff or decide to move to a different county. You have freedom, folks. Right. So, yeah. And, and anyway, we’re, as you know, we’re already being sued by A person in Texas who believes that to see us Peer has been far too involved with, with sheriffs and law enforcement in the entire state of Texas that he’s suing us. Because what, what can you, can you even remember? You read it over, but he, he got hurt in a family fight situation and a domestic dispute and his brother hit him, but he got arrested.

So now he’s suing cspoa. Yeah. So the absurdity just keeps rolling. And I’ve already responded to him and hopefully he’ll, you’ll see the monetary advantage of not getting involved in such a lawsuit. But I had to tell everybody because technically, folks, we are being sued by a citizen and we don’t anticipate that this is going to go very far. In fact, it won’t go very far. But this is what we have to deal with every day, folks. We always get surprises like this. And my goodness, we’re here, we’re not going anywhere. And we just want all of you to know that CSPA is working.

The movement for constitutional sheriffs is increasing, just like we’ve been pointing out. So anyway, Sam, you’re still there, right? Yes, I am. So there’s several things going on. Two dimension. We’ll get to a lot of the comments in the chat. Sheriff. Yeah, as well, because a lot of them are good. But I do have a couple of stories I want to get to. State line. Washington sheriff challenges state legislation affecting sheriff’s authority. This is big, Sheriff. Yeah, it is. Mike Morrison is the guy’s name. And is it Chalen County? I think that’s how you say it.

C H E L A N Shalen County. Yeah. Anyway, Mike Morrison up there publicly opposed Washington Senate Bill 5974 this week raising concerns about legislation addressing sheriffs. They say it’s the enforcement of state law, but it’s a problem because it violates the sovereignty of sheriffs and it’s putting the, you know, independence of sheriffs back in the spotlight. This is really something the CSPOA pushes for. You know, if we’re not very careful, the states are gonna obliterate the office of sheriff. They’ve already done it in some states and it’s happening in other states. And it’s up to you and I to back the sheriff and be the vanguard to stop this.

And that’s why we bring up this great sheriff in Washington. I’m sure Bob Songer is on board with him to speak out and say, hold on a minute now, because if we’re not very careful, they’ll Obliterate the sheriff. Sheriff. Yeah, and I’m glad you brought up Sheriff Songer, folks. We want all of you to pray for Sheriff Songer and his wife who is battling cancer. Her name’s Franny. She’s a good friend of Liberty Roundtable, good friend of Sam. She goes to everything with her husband. Both. Both Franny and Sheriff Songer have lost spouses before, and now they got together and they’re very close and.

And we love both of them. And Sheriff Songer is just a wonderful, wonderful man. And our prayers and thoughts are our hearts. That’s the word. Hearts are with them. And certainly we ask all of you to extend the same to Franny Sanger and Sheriff Sanger, who’s been having health problems himself, and he is getting up there in years. He’s 81. And God bless both Sheriff Songer and Frannie, and we thank them so much for their dedication to the cause of liberty. Amen to that. All right, let’s get to a couple of these comments before I have my next story.

Do you want to jump on air, Zach, and read these or you want to. Looks like SPLC getting taken down completely. I don’t think that for a second, folks. I don’t mean to argue with you about it. I realize that they’re getting taken a beating right now. You had a woman leader of the SPLC have a rock romantic relationship with literally a white supremacist, and you literally had them living together and directing funds to promote this kind of stuff and everything else. I mean, they’ve been backing the same things they’ve been claiming that they, quote, hate and everything else.

Heidi, what’s her name? Myrick or Byrack or something like that. Anyway, is is the one. And the SPLC has been attacked big time by our dear friends over at Liberty Council. And Liberty Council is exposing a lot of this and doing a lot of good there. But listen to me carefully. The splc. Excuse me. I had Covid last week, folks, so forgive me. Thanks for your patience. Anyway, I’m recovering, though, and I did not get vaccine, just so you know. Anyway, I digress. Anyway, this Heidi Birek lady or whatever is a criminal without question, but I doubt there’ll be any repercussions.

They’ll highlight how horrible it is and how much egg is on their face, but they’re not going to really do anything substantial about this. I wish they would, but remember, the Southern Poverty Law center has over $700 million in offshore bank accounts. And at a snap of their fingers, they could Double or triple that should they ever find themselves in any hot water. So they can get the best attorneys money can buy. And so if you think the SPLC is going down. Right. Are going away. I wish it were true, but I don’t think so. Sheriff, your thoughts? No, won’t, Sam.

And you know what, though, Sam? With all that money, you and I deserve a commission, don’t we? From the splc. Absolutely. Because they use both of us as beating posts to scare people that. Oh, Sam Bushman and Sheriff Mack. Oh, they’re horrible. They’re scary. They’re. They believe in the Constitution and, And they, they are white supremacist. Yeah, they’re white supremacist. And. And they’re violent and they’re paramilitary. And CSPA is paramilitary, folks. The CSPOA has never been involved in any insurgency, any violence, never advocated violence, never been involved in violence. But the SPLC has. They’ve been involved on multiple occasions, though.

Yes, yes. But they put me on the top 40 domestic terrorist list. And in 20 years of law enforcement, I’ve never committed an act of violence of any kind towards another human being. Never. And yet I’m this. So they lie about us to their donors, potential donors, so that they can make money off of us, and that’s what they’ve done. And then they turn that money into their love affair. White supremacist groups. Right, Right. So I wish the SPLC was going down. I mean, I really wish that, but I just don’t see that happening. I, I mean, I pray that I’m wrong and you’re right.

I just, I’m telling you right now, they have absolutely deep pockets and they have been battling with our dear friends Matt Staver over at Liberty Council for literally a couple of decades so far. I mean, it’s that crazy, folks. And so unless Cash Patel gets involved, which I sure wish he would because he could bring a lot of truth to it. We’ve had over 20 state attorneys general say the F. The SPLC has lost all their credibility. So, you know, the word’s getting out, but they still have just too much money. It’s kind of like thinking I, you know, The Baby Bell Company AT&T is going to break up and be gone.

All they’re doing right now is getting stronger. And I want to ask the ADL and Southern Property Law center, why is it okay for you two organizations to lie about me and Sam Bushman? Why is that okay? I’ll send the same message to cnn. Why is it okay for you to hire People who intentionally lie about us and then you never correct them and you never get out on their behalf. I’ll play the devil’s advocate. Yeah, Sheriff, because the end justifies the means. We’re the Democrat murder of America. You think lying is a problem? Oh, good point, Sheriff.

Wake up and smell the coffee, buddy. Yeah. I mean, come on. Who do you. What do you think’s going on here? We have an agenda and we will get that agenda done. Do you understand me, sir? And I don’t mean to be rude, but that is the agenda. If you don’t believe me, ask the George Soros folks. Ask why they’re so violent. Ask why there’s no head to. What’s that group? The liberal, extreme violent group on the left. Antifa. Antifa. That’s why they have millions and millions of dollars, but there’s no head. So you can’t really even hold anybody accountable.

They claim. Right, right. See, they’ll go to any lengths to achieve their agenda. Lying is the least among them, Sheriff. Yeah. What do they care? Yeah. So I love. You know, you and I both were part of this idea for me to write a new book, and you probably were going to help me with it. Absolutely. About two years ago, we were talking about doing a book called One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest. And boy, is that true. When I did. When I. Folks, when Dan Perkins contacted me to write the book that we have, that I have in my hand right now that most of you.

Look, folks, if you don’t have this book, get it today, okay? This. This is such a superb book. You will. You will love having this book. You won’t love everything in it because it’s extremely offensive. It attacks everybody, every bit of it. True. But One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest, if some of you are too young to remember Jack Nicholson’s movie back in the early 70s, I think it was 71, and it was called One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest. But it said Fl Eu E W. Sorry. Flew. Fly. Flying away. Flew. This one was one flu.

One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest. To show you how cuckoo everything was with COVID 19. Amen. And how we went crazy and bonkers in this country and in the world and actually shut everything down. Even to this day, there’s not going to be any accountability by Fauci, folks. She’s riding off into the sunset with the biggest pension any government employees ever had. Oh, but don’t forget, his wife is riding off in the sunset with him, flipping everybody off. Of course, There you go. Yeah. And now why Cash Patel allows that to happen? I don’t know. I mean, Rand Paul has really exposed a lot on that stuff, and more and more is coming out, and he absolutely lied.

And I got a question for you, Sheriff, and I’m not really educated enough to answer this, so let me just throw it out to you. If I go into court, I have the right to plead the Fifth, right? If you’ve been charged with something. Yeah. If you’re a witness, you don’t necessarily have that right. Oh, yeah, I do. I just did. I’m Anthony Fauci. I rolled into Congress, and I just did it. Yeah, he just did it. All right, now here’s my question. He did it over 111 times in that meeting. Right. And as far as I understand, he just said, I’m not talking.

I won’t say anything. And everybody else is saying, well, that proves some guilt. And he’s like, you know, you can say that all day if you want to, but here’s my question. As a government official contracted under the government, in other words, you have an employee, you know, approval to have access to information. In other words, clearances. You have whatever it takes to be Anthony Fauci. Right? Right. Do you still have the ability just to do that? Just say, I won’t tell you anything when you have. So it’s that. But it’s. Furthermore, if there’s criminal activity that he knows about and he’s not copying to at some point, and we’ve proven the criminal activity, and you literally have an email that says, hey, I know this can abort babies, okay? And.

And he says women need to take the shot publicly. At what point is there accountability? Or at what point is there criminal activity? Right now, Rand’s bringing all this stuff out, but it means nothing. No one’s going to jail. Trump’s doing nothing. Cash Patel’s doing nothing. The Senate’s really not doing anything. They’re not even really planning on holding him in contempt of Congress or. I mean, I just. I don’t understand it, Sheriff. Well, he. He was given immunity and a pardon by President Biden, and that brings up even greater problems. Exactly. Because now he doesn’t have any reason to not tell the truth.

Except that Florida and a couple other states said we’re considering charging him, which now means he can go back to remaining silent as per the Fifth Amendment because he could be facing charges there. So he was actually doing cya, covering his rear, and. And that’s what he was doing. The whole thing can you do that, though, when you swear, note the Congress, and you’re on the public’s dime getting paid, and you’re doing things for the public? It’s not like you have personal. You got to lose some of your rights. You’re a top doctor. You get internal information, you sift through it and paint the absolute opposite picture to the public, and people die as a result.

People lose their children as a result. Okay. This is a unique situation. Isn’t Is? And the thing of it is, you and I both believe that he is guilty of some serious criminal activity. You and I believe that, yes. And I totally believe it. And so, no, Sam, he does not give up his right to remain silent. He does not give up any of his constitutional guarantees. And the sad thing of it is, is he is guilty. And the smart thing is he’s shutting up to protect himself. Cya, cya, cya. And that’s why. And so he is guilty, and he certainly is not going to help with his own prosecution and his own demise.

So the problem that I have with this is something needs to change, though, because it’s crimes committed in plain sight, and there’s no mechanism by which we can create accountability. Well, Sam, there’s been people that have gone to prison before when a judge has ordered them to speak and they refuse. And several reporters in this country have gone to prison for years because judges put it. Hold him in contempt and put him in jail. Look, he literally deceived the public. He had information. Oh, he’s committed the crime, Sam. Okay. He’s. There’s no question. But. But what do we do about it, though? Well, we can say, well, Fauci’s off scot free.

You. You. No, no, no, no, no, no. But you might not need his testimony. Go after the investigation. Go after what he said in the past and charge the guy. Go ahead, indict him. They don’t have to wait for him. So how come these county sheriffs aren’t doing some of this, then? Well, first of all, most of them think it was all federal. And if their states, as Florida has mentioned, the state can do their investigation, sheriffs can do it. I believed him that I wouldn’t have an abortion. My. My baby. I would keep my baby.

And then I didn’t. And that’s probably a lawsuit, but not a crime. Now, I. But has he committed crimes? Absolutely. And did he do them across the entire country? Yes. So going and having sheriff start individual investigations, I probably would. I probably would just say, hey, AG do an investigation on this Guy. And let’s get this rolling. But when the feds are already interviewing him and putting him on the stand already before Congress, Cash Patel should be following up with a criminal investigation. Well, we know that congressmen and senators have the right to lie where they’re on the floor without any accountability.

They do it all the time. Okay. And there’s no accountability, though there’s actually a law that protects them. Sure. So does Fauci have that same reality? No, because anytime there’s a difference between standing up in the halls of Congress in line and then once you’re called in to swear and you have to be sworn in, now, any congressman, any senators, all of them can be held accountable for that. And indeed, that’s why they’ve actually charged some of the politicians in Washington, D.C. and why they still could charge Fauci. Well, I wish they would. So commenters saying you got to have the right law applied to the right jurisdiction and the right courts as well.

And I truth to that. And that’s what. That’s why this is so hard to deal with. Right, right, right. Good point. And so do they. Does Kash Patel and the FBI go low? He was already pardoned. Come on, you guys. We can’t do anything. Then he should be turning to Desantis and saying, but we would sure love to help you and provide evidence to you to help him be prosecuted in Florida. Go for it. Well, they say the law of corruption is not the law of the people. That’s true, too. But the problem is the law of corruption, though, in this.

This quote. I don’t know what you want to call it, diplomatic immunity or whatever. You’ve got these politicians that are really above the law. I mean, think of Joe Biden bringing in 30 million illegal criminals. Think about, you know, the different things that have occurred. Hillary Clinton literally creating the Russian dossier and destroying evidence with bit. Whatever that thing was called, bit bleach or whatever it is that software that deletes the hard drives and destroying evidence with a hammer and everything else. These people are just above the law, Sheriff. And is it the 10 miles square that give them that? Is it when they sign up for government service, they get protection? We need to change the law to where they have accountability.

When you do the people right, like say a Fauci did what was right. Fine. I just. I agree. Deserves protection. But what happens when you literally go against everything that you know and everything that you received? But yeah, though, there’s something really. There’s something really key about this. How many years has it been since Rand Paul accused him of lying in, in front of this, the entire Senate? That’s right. And pardons count, Sheriff? Yeah, well, only after the fact, Sam. But before, before the pardon was given by Biden, Rand Paul was making this very well known years before that.

And, and why would Biden do that? Because obviously one of his staff did it for him. But why did he do it? Because he knew, and his staff knew that Fauci lied and committed crimes. They knew it was bogus from the get go. And so they had to protect their boy or they, they implicate all of them. And so. Yeah. So do you think we’re gonna have any accountability here with Fauci? Yep, very unlikely. But why, but my question is this. Why didn’t Rand Paul say, right then I, I want this turned over to the FBI and, and so turn this over to the Justice Department.

He was hoping Cash would do something with it. But even if it gets put in the hand. No, no, no. But before that, before, it was before Cash Patel was the director of the FBI because they knew that the Biden administration was not going to do anything anyway. And Rand Paul knew that. Yes, that’s the problem. So, yes, there’s a sergeant of arms on Capitol Hill, right? Sheriff? Yes. And should they do something? Should they do something? The answer is yes. But again, this is what I mean. Everyone’s, everyone’s basically paralyzed. Right. We don’t have the laws that appropriately deal with this.

They’ve found ways to split hairs. They can say and do anything they want to with zero accountability. Right? Yeah. And Sam, if, if they start investigating corrupt politicians in Washington D.C. there’s hardly going to be anybody left. Oh, yeah, we’ll be going, nah, nah, nah, nah. Yeah, good. But if you do that, then you’ve crossed the line. You’ve crossed the line. And then like the Democrats are already saying, oh, we’re going to impeach Trump again and, oh, we’re going to go after all of you crazy right wing constitutional people. And, and so, so here’s the question.

How come they can do it? Listen carefully to my question. How can they do it? But we claim that the law won’t let us do it. No, I don’t know if we claim the law, we just claim that corruption doesn’t let us do it. The law would let us do it. Fine. And, and Sheriff should try it. And so if we have President, if we have President Trump on down, for instance, and Fauci has violated the law and we could prosecute him and, and, you know, for criminal actions. And, and we don’t. Aren’t we as bad as they are? Yes.

Yeah. I think that’s a reasonable. And I say that because what we do is, it’s a reasonable argument to say to bring that the door open for future abuses that are even greater if we don’t do so. Of course we do. Right. And that’s, that’s why I bring it up. That’s exactly the point. Washington D.C. is so corrupt and no one has ever done anything about it. And if you start the other like, like Lloyd Branson’s case against that, he’s been trying to get to the Supreme Court. I said, lloyd, give it a rest. Go do something else.

Join us at the cspoa, whatever. You’re never taking that case to the Supreme Court. You know why I’ve told him this in Face to Face, Sam? Because the Supreme Court is not going to do something that removes them from office. They’re not. You’re right. Yeah. All right. Enough of this, though. Texas sheriffs are in the news again. Texas border sheriffs confront another threat. Animals smuggled across the Mexican border. Sheriff, what do you say to this one? The. The animals were. Yeah. Taken across the border. Yeah. Horses and everything else. Well, I would rather have the animals than the people who come in and deal drugs and rape and stab and kill and murder.

And so maybe we’d have a fighting chance with just jackasses and donkeys and horses. Okay, so let me, Let me explain the problem. Number one, these are illegal horses, Right? Illegal horses. They’re illegal alien horses. Yes, sir. And here’s the reason that it’s so important. There’s a flesh eating new world screw worm parasite that’s going on and they’re afraid that it’ll get into the country. And so that’s why this case is so important. It’s been directly traced to smuggled animals. And so sheriffs are now wrestling with this issue. What do they do, Sheriff, tell them never wrestle with a wild horse.

There you go. You know, I actually did hear about that a little bit. Screw worm thing. And it’s dangerous, but it really is. The question is, will that get into our meat supply? Yeah, you never know what’s in your meat supply. Anything south of the border. And right now I’m wondering on ours. That’s why I get my meat from Riverbend in Idaho. But there’s lots of different great ranches around in Arizona where you can get certified beef. But you know, I. I just, I don’t. I Lived in Latin America too long. Not it’s to where I knew that their farms and ranches and local, individually family owned ranches and farms were not careful.

They just do things and there’s no, there’s no watchdogs. And so like, we were really warned about eating watermelon and we were told anything that’s out of the ground, you don’t know how the fertilizers are applied and you don’t know how these things are protected. And so sometimes I don’t like the overreach of government in America, but sometimes I’m glad somebody’s keeping an eye on those sort of things. Amen. And that’s why I bring it up, because sheriffs are really having to wrestle with that on the border of Texas right now. It’s kind of a serious issue and it’s, it’s becoming a national concern as well.

All right, I want to ask your opinion on this case. Judge rules, quote, mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy case. Yeah. Over a, quote, hung jury. Right. And the Massachusetts woman’s lawyer asked the judge to say not guilty by reason of insanity. And it’s, they say that the deadlocked for the third time as defense seeks the removal of a juror who refuses to listen to law. Now, I find that very interesting because fully informed juries are taught that, hey, you know what, I judge the law as well as judge the case before me. So this one juror is not willing to go along.

And now the attorney’s appealing to Donald Trump for a pardon after the mistrial in Lindsey Clancy’s case. And despite any presidential pardon won’t work because it’s a state charge, not a federal. That’s happening in Massachusetts. And the prosecutor is not federal. But Trump did say, hey, he might be interested in a, a pardon to kind of set a standard on this. Well, here’s my, my point about it or my concern. I would never partner can the judge. I agree, 100. Can the judge just create a mistrial on this? To me, what you have is a hung jury and she should go free.

If you declare a mistrial now, they can try her again and double jeopardy starts to come. And so I have some constitutional process. It’s not double jeopardy because it’s like the trial never happened. I know, but if you leave it alone and the jury’s hung, then she’s not guilty, right? No, no. It’s not a declaration of not guilty or guilt. It’s simply said we have to redo the trial. Yeah, but why do we have to Redo the trial, though. Well, they don’t have. Here’s what I’m saying, though. The judge shouldn’t be able to interfere. If the jury can’t come to a conclusion, what happens? What’s supposed to happen? It’s.

It’s a hung jury, and there’s nothing. There’s all sorts of things that could happen. They could retry it. And right now her attorney is asking for a plea bargain because that puts the government in a position where we better plea. We better plead this out. Plead this out. But there’s all sorts of things that could happen. But the reason you say it’s no trial, that’s exactly what it means. So the prosecutor has to go back to the drawing board, the defense attorney has to go back to the drawing board, and it’s redone. It’s a redo, and it’s not global jeopardy because she wasn’t.

Her. She. Her life, limb, or property wasn’t in jeopardy. It never came to a sentencing phase. It was like it didn’t happen. But I guess I’m saying if the jury is hung, let’s say it’s a murder trial and the jury’s hung. What’s supposed to happen? If you can’t, if you can’t prove guilt and decide guilt and you can’t decide not guilt, then what happens? Nothing. Well, like I said, there’s lots of alternatives. But she’s not found innocent, that they did not find her innocent. No one found her innocent. Well, 11 people, and I’m trying to make sure 11 people actually found her guilty.

And this guy that held out said, no, I’m not going with that. She’s not. She’s not accountable because she’s loony. And so it has to be unanimous. It wasn’t. It’s a mistrial or no trial. And so is it always that way when. When they can’t convict? Yeah, it is. You know, sometimes judges. Sometimes judges say, well, I’ll take it over and I’ll. I’ll find her not guilty or guilty. There’s. There’s been times where that has happened, and the judges were really out of line on that. And so this is. This was. This happens frequently. And, and so you have to.

Sam, you never know what you’re going to get with a jury. You never know what you’re going to get. It’s like. I get it. My problem, though, is that I don’t like the idea that the judge can just bring this back and try it again. Well, that’s. That’s what that’s what happens on this because she’s not found innocent. She’s not found guilty, but she is innocent until proven. Yeah, guilty. Well, in, in the court of. How many times do you get approved my guilt forever. Yeah, it, it could go two or three times. It could, it could go into infinity.

But they, they never do. The, the prosecution is as the. Has the ball in their court and the, and the pressure is on them now because they already lost round one, you know, or they didn’t lose. See, to me, we’re playing games with violating double jeopardy here because if you can keep trying me forever and ever, because you get hung juries or you get this or that or whatever, and. Yeah, but that won’t happen. That has never happened. And in fact, I don’t think any case has ever gone more than twice because they know, they get the message.

Let’s, let’s say you’re a Mastermind of the 9 11. I don’t know if you know this, but they haven’t really convicted people. They only convicted one guy. And there, there’s other people that are supposed to be tried and they haven’t really been tried. And they’ve been holding them in kind of cog. Incognito for, you know, 25 years or whatever else. Now they’re supposed to try some of them back in, in 2028 if it doesn’t get pushed back further in this and that, that and the other. See, they can literally do this. Then they could bring up the trial, then they could have a mistrial, then they could start over and they could, you know, you could put somebody in jeopardy, in my opinion, from their liberties, even though you haven’t proven any criminal.

Right. The one part of this, of your point is, is valid because being held in prison until they finally get, you know, three, four or five trials done, till I’m finally convicted, you know, or until I’m finally exonerated. But it goes both ways. But I understand your point because you can be held in prison all that time, so the judge will probably, you know, I wouldn’t be surprised if, if they lowered bail to make it easier for her to be waiting at home. But I’ve seen all that happen before where the judge goes, well, you know, we’re not going to wait for jury.

I’m not going to require you to wait on another jury when you never know what these jurors are going to do. And so it’s a problem for the government, Sam. It’s legitimate what you’re bringing up, and it’s a problem. And my problem is that they want to basically now start attacking this juror. But this juror every right to say that I will not convict. Right. And the other jurors are getting mad at him and coming up publicly saying that. And they have a right for their opinion. You know, of course they do. But it’s gone. You know, it’s gone.

And so I was surprised that it was only one, and I was surprised that it was the other way around, that the others. The other 11 had. Are convicted. So where do you fall on this thing, Sheriff? What would you like to see done? How would justice be served? I think she’s one. And the gravity of her crimes and sins there, she has to be held accountable. And people who knew her before, there was nothing wrong with her. She was a great neighbor. She was a great person. And so you have a moment of lapse and you kill somebody, be held accountable for it.

You know, I don’t buy this. You know, and the voices and whatnot. And she had no say in the matter. And tell the voices to go to hell and be a mother. And, you know, the people that have killed their own children in history and then claim, you know, oh, I was crazy. No, most of the time that didn’t work. And it shouldn’t have happened in this case either. It should be. No matter what happens in this case, it should be, though, a realism. And this is kind of why I bring up Fauci first in this second, whether we do MRNA’s and we pretend they’re vaccines and we start to manipulate people’s RNA and DNA and everything else, and whether we have psychotropic drugs everywhere, so you have shooters going ballistic with guns, or a woman like this going ballistic against her children, or, you know, we really need to take a step back and start to be honest in society and deal with these things.

Hey, whether she’s guilty or not, did we give her way too many drugs? Did we whack her out? Have we done that to many other people in these gun, you know, berserk cases and everything else? And I think there’s some societal realities that need to be brought up that will not be. Yeah. And, you know, I like the jury system and I like the justice system, but I don’t like judges very often, and I don’t like prosecutors very often, and I don’t like defense lawyers often. Unless they’re defending you. Yeah, but. But look at the. Look at what I just said.

Everything I just mentioned were mostly lawyers. And I really do believe that lawyers are part of the destruction of our justice system. And the craziness of all these injury billboards all over the country of lawyers being part of that system. Oh, call me. Because of the money involved in all of that. It just is astonishing. And the justice system. Any judge that interferes with a jury is breaking the law. And then we go back to Rand Paul. Why didn’t he do something towards Fauci and asked for an investigation? And because of all the corruption, I think he knew that it wasn’t going anywhere.

Then we would get Trump in. Biden already gave him a pardon, and pardons are legal. And I’m glad that Trump pardoned some of the people, especially the Bundys that he pardoned. And I think what they need to do is give people like Sam Bushman. When I’m born a pardon, don’t you think I want a pardon? You get like, a birth certificate and a pardon. It’d be pretty sweet, you know? Yeah, Sam. Because if. If you and I and our families get attacked after AOC or Kamala gets the presidency, I would love to have a pardon from Trump prior to that.

Absolutely. It’s having a Democrat president in 2028. Yeah. Oh, absolutely. Yeah. All right. I pray you’re wrong. And you know why, Sam? Because of how crazy it is right now that Democrats are actually winning some of these races. Yeah. After all they did to our country after the murder of America, after all the treason, after. After all the crime, after all the fraud, after all the murders, they’re winning. You got to be kidding. It’s beyond the pale, ladies and gentlemen. But the key is we the people need to stand together for the sacred cause of liberty.

And then we need to back our constitutional sheriffs. That’s what the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers association is all about. You are the posse.
