Good afternoon Patriots, and Welcome to the 209th audio chat on the Q News Patriot Rumble Channel series. I’m the QNews patriot, joined again by MK Ultra Monarch, survivor and teacher and advocate Ms. Kathy O’. Brien. My name is SG Anon. Patriots with expert and survivor testimonies regarding the CIA’s Operation MK Ultra now happening in real time in the halls of the American People’s Congress. It’s not an exaggeration to say that we’ve reached another critical stage of that mass public awareness that we need in order to permanently transcend this paradigm of evil that enslaved the entire world.

And I’m very, very excited for our talk today. Ms. O’, Brien, we’ve talked before about how we push the milestones a little bit further up the road.

We get the ball eventually to the net and then we have to look at the next goalpost. Right? What’s next on our journey as we walk forward here? And I remember at a point in Time, and it’s been maybe a couple of years ago now, you had said to me on one of our broadcasts together that the day will come when much of this will be known in the halls of the Congress. We’ll start seeing testimonies. We’ll start seeing people coming out and being willing to share their. Being willing to share what they’ve seen, what they observed, what they were a part of, or what they knew was going on in an ancillary sort of fashion.

And now here we are in 2026, seeing exactly and precisely what you predicted. I want to go ahead and show the audience if I can. We’re going to pull up a short video clip here taken from the X account, Wall Street Apes. Really good little reporting done by the operator and owner of that particular account. And it captures the flavor of a little bit of just how deep, just how wide the MK ULTRA operation itself inside the US Intelligence landscape really went and how deep it really went. And so, folks, allow me just a moment here.

I’m going to get this pulled up and we’ll watch about a minute out of this clip. It sort of sets the tone for our discussion today. How many, gentlemen, how many people do you think died through the MK Ultra program or were murdered? No idea. If those who died largely were outside the United States. Many people were experimented to death in that safe house in Germany that I visited. And people in the neighborhood told me they knew what was going on in that house and that people who were experimented to death are now buried in what used to be forest plots that are now covered.

Do you think the German government knew what the US Government was doing? Do you think there was a partnership there or knowledge? Yes, there is a memo that was written by the German Secret Service to Konrad Adenhauer, the Chancellor of Germany, telling him American citizens are being. Americans are here capturing citizens, capturing people and conducting extreme experiments which are in violation of German law. And Oden Howard decided to put that aside and not to invest. I have one more question because I have 15 seconds. Is this a massive cover up by the US government? It’s certainly a cover up of what happened in the past, Mr.

O’? Neill. Oh, absolutely. Yes. All right, with that clip, Ms. O’, Brien, thank you again for coming on the show. Could you break down precisely what Dr. Kinzer here is referring to with respect to the treatment of individuals and just how large. Yes. This secret program of experimentation, mind control and torture really was? Yeah, it is still ongoing, so it’s not a was. But in the CIA has been implementing MK ULTRA on a global scale. And carrying that forward when we imported the Nazi and fascist scientists into the US in the wake of World War II through Project Paperclip.

With them came the formula for MK Ultra mind control. Right after that the National Security act was put in place to keep it safe, secret. Because knowledge is our defense against mind control. And the CIA needed the secrecy in order to carry it out. This the same year the CIA was formed. And this is a global agenda. It has to be addressed on a global scale. It’s something that started in Nazi Germany. That’s when the experiment part was going on. By the time it got to the us, it was a full blown project that I was born into.

Muskegon, Michigan, 1957. By 1960, my father had sold me into the CIA’s MK Ultra mind control project. And it was no experiment. The one responsible for my victimization at that point was Gerald Ford, who went on to become the unelected President of the United States. From there I was used on a White House, Pentagon level and gained a lot of insight into not only what these roots of MK Ultra, how far they extend back into Nazi Germany, but also what the plan is going forward and how much of that we continue to experience today. So I’m so happy the information is finally coming out.

They’re laying groundwork that is just a foundation for being able to go forward and hopefully give voice to survivors and bring it up to date current so that people fully understand how much of the corruption that we’re experiencing today is rooted in MK ultramind control. Indeed, I think that’s a really powerful perspective because you cannot pull off the duping of a nation, for example, on any particular issue. Whether that’s blm, whether that is, you know, riots in a particular metro area, whether that’s a massive false flag event or some sort of, you know, rollout of soft government tyranny.

Regardless of what the outcome the objective is, you cannot achieve that without having some sort of slippage of the awareness throughout the entirety of the population. And it almost would appear with the constellation of media, the constellation of entertainment, the constellation of just really the different interactions we’ve had with that, that realm, that electro digital sort of realm over the last 60 to 85 years or so has really precipitated this softening of our consciousness. This very suggestible, very influenceable, almost like a hypnosis, if you will, at a mass population scale. Am I overstating things here? Oh, you’re brilliantly stating it.

I’m so excited to hear you saying it so concisely, you know exactly that’s what’s been going on. I was thrust into the sub project Monarch, which is a multi generational mind control project. My father had been sexually and ritually abused, my mother was sexually abused and trafficked to my grandfather’s blue Masonic lodge. So it was the multigenerational aspect that made me a target for MK Ultra mind control. It had been found in Hitler Himmler research that after three generations, any knowledge base, abuse base or belief system becomes autogenic in the brain. It is genetically passed down.

So if information is passed down genetically after three generations, then we consider too the suppression of information like our birthright knowledge. That’s our defense against mind control. Understanding our own mind, brain function, response to trauma, being suppressed deliberately under national security so that MK Ultra mind control could go forward. That has affected the generations too. The information is still there within us all. But people need to be reminded because it has been more than three generations. The MK Ultra project was 100 year plan and it’s one that was to conclude with Agenda 2030, you know, around this time right here.

Because three generations have been affected. Three generations have been dumbed down into compliance. And that’s something that we need to consider. Very fortunately for us all, and I’m living proof soul is stronger than genetics. So we’re able to overcome even the genetic influence, the, the long term slow frog boil we’ve all been experiencing with this some K Ultra, you know, in, in we’re going to be able to wake up from it. It’s just time for everyone to remember who they are, why they’re here, gather their strength of spirit. Because that is our, our victory. You know, we have been divinely blessed with the victory, but we have forgotten it.

So this great awakening that’s going on is real. And right now, as people are waking up, they want to. They’re wondering what in the world has been going on. And that’s why I’m asleep. Especially excited. These MK ULTRA hearings are coming up again right now to start giving people that answer, that insight into the reality that the head of this snake is multifaceted and it does go into entertainment in the areas that you mentioned. And weaving through it all, the common thread through it all is MK ULTRA mind control. So it’s crucial timing for this information to be coming out.

It strikes me as well being right around 180 days or so, just a little bit less than 180 days after the release of that second installment of the Epstein documents and files and things like that, that the DOJ was in possession of. We know that there was several million files released throughout that entire process as a result of the Epstein Files Transparency act passed by Congress, signed by the President. And that entire release, that entire enclave, if you will, of information that was made public to the public for consumption, digestibility, understanding, absorbing it and really interacting with it.

It really propelled a great deal of the population to what I would characterize almost as another level of understanding what evil actually exists out there. A lot of people knew prior to those releases earlier this year that Epstein ran a very concise, or not a very concise, excuse me, but a very well adapted, very coordinated, a very efficient is the word I’m looking for operation in sexual abuse and blackmail. But we really got a flavor of just how far the Luciferian zealotry goes inside of that particular community and where it intersects with extremely influential power pulpits across the entirety of the world.

Emails from Ariana de Rothschild, emails to Russian oligarchs, emails to Italian businessmen who themselves were some of the leading financial supporters for many individuals of the Italian government for a very long time. And so now here we are fasting forward just a short time from that. Almost like we’ve had enough time for that to sort of flow and ebb in the consciousness. And now we’re having these congressional testimonies regarding really what amounts to a different. A different category, but a same flavor of the type of operation that was being run at a large scale by Epstein.

Am I overstating that in any way? And if so, would you please correct me? Oh, again, brilliantly stated. I mean, you spell it out so well. And it’s what people need to realize and how they need to start connecting the dots. Because it seems like people have been conditioned now for generations to be compliant with what they’re told rather than thinking further. Including how the education system has been infiltrated with indoctrination that teaches the children what to think rather than how to think. You know, all this has taken a toll on the attention span of humanity and still experiencing trauma after trauma.

Complete lack of injustice that has been going on has affected people’s ability to think further, to connect the dots, to look back at the roots of this corruption and connect those dots going forward. It’s so important for all of us when we understand our mind brain function, to realize that in Hitler Himmler research they had found there’s no trauma more horrific on the human mind than sexual abuse of a child prior to age 5. While the brain is still forming, it’s because it shuts down neuron pathways in the brain and keeps them shot down unless the healing can occur.

But with people not even aware of what pedophilia does to the human brain, that it’s causing a de evolution, it’s caused some people to fall into the, the lie that it’s a sexual preference. And it’s, it’s, it’s so wrong. It has nothing to do with a sexual preference. It only has to do with control. You know, so we need to realize that, and realize that what happened to me as a little child being trafficked as a little bitty toddler. It has since become one of the most lucrative businesses on the planet. How did we get to that point? It’s been done because the child sex trafficking is not only a mind control agenda, it’s also the funding mechanism of this globalist agenda, this, this dumbing down to align us with this, this globalist criminal plan.

So, you know, ultimately the sexualization of our children has affected their conscious thinking. And I know that without free thought, there’s no free will. When we lose our free will, we lose our soul expression. Without soul expression, we don’t have any discernment of truth. We’re not able to connect dots, we’re not able to have compassion for each other. And, and above all, we can’t go within and align with that divine and gather the strength of the human spirit and the infinite power of love where our victory is. Through all of this, we lose that ability. And that is ultimately where the mind control agenda is a spiritual warfare and it’s beginning on our children.

We need to wise up, protect our children going forward, but also understand the vast ramifications of this MK Ultra mind control that’s been going on for generations now. Very well put. And it sort of highlights and encapsulates just how expansive and just how intertwined the method of control is. But at its most fundamental level, it is knowledge, pain, excuse me, it is trauma, pain and fear based at the end of the day. And the only way to overcome that is through quite literally the real spirit that we’re all imbued and endowed with power, love and a sound mind, according to the New Testament of the Good Book.

You’ve mentioned autogenic a couple of times in conversations we’ve had before and again in this conversation today. And so I’d like to take this in a bit of another direction. We know that what we’ll call the Luciferian occultic deep state class, the opponents that we face that are of that particular ilk highly insular, highly concentrated, and in control of a lot of what we would characterize as the useful idiots amongst the Deep State entourage. That class is really at enmity with what humanity is at its most core level. At our most basic level, there’s an entity online called Q that reminded us in 2022 that there is in fact a war being fought silently, covertly around the world for control of the DNA.

Quite literally the genetic and genomic future of humanity. And you’ve talked about how the MKULTRA experimentation schedules and things like that that came out of Nazi Germany post World War II were really targeted at that autogenic effect, creating that multi generational trauma funnel, if you will, to go through all the way through those generations, perpetually into the future. Is MK ULTRA a war on humanity’s genetics? And if so, what is the cause or reason for that? From the point of Kathy o’ Brien exactly what it is. It’s a war on our genetics. It’s intended to cause us to devolve.

Having been around some of the highest level perpetrators of MK Ultra mind control, these people are not like us, and they do not like us. We can call them demonic, we can call them whatever we want to. They’re dark, negative energy force that is vastly different than the rest of us. They’re so dark and such a low vibration that their greatest fear is the strength of the human spirit and the infinite power of love. Again, it’s our saving grace. It’s our victory. It’s our the way we, our divine design. It’s so genetic assault or not, it’s still something that can be overcome in light of this divine resiliency of body, mind and spirit that we’ve all been blessed with.

So we have nothing to fear from this dark negative energy force. They fear us. And their low vibration can’t creep in on our high vibration strength of the human spirit. That would be like darkness creeping in on light. Our light is exposing what’s going on in their darkness. We’re exposing their secrets. And if we all, you know, gather that strength of spirit together and all together shine, we can eradicate that darkness once and for all. And I think we’re rapidly moving towards that that point. But we’ve got to understand who the enemy is, what the problem is, and that we do have that infinite power within us to overcome them.

The only way they can reach us at all or affect the strength of the human spirit is through mind control. MK Ultra mind control. The components of that are trauma, fear, sleep, food and water deprivation, anything that shuts down neuron pathways in our brilliant brains so that where our brains aren’t firing properly, so that we don’t think to go within and gather the strength of the human spirit. So they’re using mind control and as a spiritual warfare by putting a block in that place. And it’s one we can all overcome as soon as we have the knowledge.

That’s our defense against mind control. The truth that makes us free. The awareness that we’ve been blessed with that victory all along. So we have nothing to fear from facing the reality that we share this planet with this dark negative energy force, absolute pure evil. Because we have the victory and we just need to remember that and start living the love we are and stop complying with their deliberate attempt to dumb us down to their criminal agenda and align us with artificial intelligence, which is flat linear thinking. When we have our strength of spirit and our brilliant minds, we have wisdom and wisdom out thinks their criminal minds and artificial intelligence every time.

So it’s, it’s just a matter of, of remembering the victory is within us all. Indeed. And that’s a victory that we can trust our opponent to be very, very worried and afraid of. Yes, we have to keep in mind these are the greediest, most self interested groups of humanity and in some cases even non humanity hybrid beings that have ever existed in all of history. And yet they have spent wealth incalculable untold trillions over the many centuries to try and remove or augment or somehow inhibit the genetic expression of who humanity really is. And to drive that point a little bit further, I want to just take the audience on a very quick journey here.

This is a scholarly article from the website ScienceDirect. This article, published in what looks like the Explorer Journal, Volume 19 issue 5 from October of 2023 and the title of the article is an exploratory investigation of human biofield responses to encountering a sacred object. Now, sacred object would obviously mean an object that has some sort of very specific energetic meaning for whatever school it comes from, right? We would say that a Bible that came from St. Peter’s Basilica, for example, or a piece of cloth that maybe came from the tomb of the Christ himself. Those would be extremely sacred objects in the Christian model because of what they would represent as far as their imbuement, as far as their endowment as physical objects with that energetic nature.

And I’m not going to go all of the way through the article for the audience out there, if you’d like to come and look this up yourself. We have links right here to do so doi.org10.1016 and then these numbers here will take you right to the article. But the highlights of the article I thought was very, very fascinating and I had encountered this just a few days prior to our discussion today, but I really thought it would be apropos. The study examined the effects of a sacred object called the Sri Yantra Durga stone on the human biofield.

Something called the Bio well device was used to examine the effects on the biofield at baseline and pre exposure and then immediately post exposure. A set of a priori hypotheses examined outcome effects on a set of variables including multiple physiological systems. Overall, the bio well energy state reading was significantly increased following exposure to the sacred object, as were many of the organ systems, including cardiovascular, endocrine, musculoskeletal, digestive, urogenital and immune. The overall chakra energy reading was increased as well following exposure to the stone. Whereas the overall alignment of those chakras or energy centers as I like to call them on this platform, I think that’s a little bit of a better characterization, the overall alignment of them not being affected by the object just by exposure, but more to the point of highlighting just what the dimensionality of the human being is and why something like MK Ultra mind control, why something like Monarch intergenerational torture programs would even exist.

It is in my estimation, in my opinion, to disappoint the expression of the fullest expression of what that human being really truly is. You’ve talked about soul expression a couple of times. You know, Jesus Christ himself said what should it profit? What should it profit a man if he gained the entire world but lost his soul, Implying in that sentence that the ability to express soul at its most powerful, most divinely aligned level, that degree of alignment and blending, if you will, with that holy spirit that can be truly impacted and potentially even severed depending on the types of activities that one is willing to participate in.

And certainly Luciferian ceremonial occultism would, in my wheelhouse, in my own estimation, that would fit that definition quite well. So I’m rambling about all of this a little bit, but it is fascinating to me the connectivity between that physiological expression of who we are, that energetic expression of who we are, and that mental expression of who we are all being targeted ostensibly by the same program. Is that something that you would say is is a fair characterization or a fair point to make, having lived in some of those circles? Absolutely no question about it, Of the whole adrenochrome aspect and haven’t been exposed to the precursor to adrenochrome.

In 1977, when the satanic rituals that I was exposed to, the traumatized blood was being harvested and was actually, actually went into distribution. And that’s in my. My testimony. It was through Wayne Cox, who was an occult serial killer and CIA assassin who had a satanic cult that Roger Clinton, Bill Clinton’s half brother, was part of. For the purposes of bringing Adrenochrome into the. The funding mechanism, the drug and human trafficking ops. It was bringing it into that in 1977. And the purpose of that was to alter the DNA because it is contrary to participate in that kind of ritual evil on any level.

But it also does something genetically that they were seeking to hurry the process of dumbing humanity down and removing them from their soul expression. So I’m aware of that having been the major part of the plan and now see an information come out on adrenochrome, whether it’s in the Epstein files or, you know, are aware that the fact is that it’s a reality that people need to realize was being deliberately done to separate us from our ability to go within and align with the divine. It was to disrupt our genetic capability of. Of going and aligning with.

With the. The God’s source in us all. And it’s very wicked what they’ve been doing in that regard. But ultimately they can’t win because we have the resiliency to come back from all of that. People who have participated in Adrenochrome, though, I don’t know, I’m not making that call. I can’t imagine what they have to face the rest of their lives and going forward into the. Wherever they go from here. That’s hell as far as I’m concerned. I think that is very sage and shrewd perspective and sort of leads me into my very last question for you, Ms.

O’, Brien, and thank you again for your time today. I know it’s precious, but with respect to this ongoing realization that you spoke about just a moment ago, we’ve talked about it several times on the call today. As the public becomes more and more aware and gains a greater and greater understanding of the real nature, the real machinations, the very genuine and authentic mechanisms that involved all of these different agencies, all of these different programs and operations, Experimentation being done on the American people, Experimentation being done on people all around the world. Flight 370, things of that nature, right? All of this sort of coming along in this broad awakening process as we go through that, as we See that, continue to expand.

What sort of advice or wisdom or guidance would you give those individuals out there that are having a hard time accepting that a government entity could be controlled by entities and interests behind it? So maligned and so focused and driven towards humanity’s antagonism and humanity’s suffering rather than humanity’s fullness and triumph. Being able to face the truth is a lot easier than living in this kaleidoscopic change and confusion that people are in otherwise, and, you know, it’s time to. To face that truth and that reality. Once we gain discernment, regain our discernment of truth, we’ll start to understand not only what MK Ultra is all about, but how pervasive it is, and that all it takes for us to stop it is knowledge.

That’s our defense against mind control. And in my. My contributions, I’ve got testimony, MK Ultra testimony that has been compiled and submitted that is more concisely stated than just my 1995 testimony, Transformation of America. It actually also includes information that was censored from that testimony before it was even able to be presented. And it’s something that we all need to look at. And when we do, we realize that we’ve got an opportunity in front of us right now to be the change, to make all the difference in this world that we need to see. And when we look and understand that President Trump has told us he’s returned power to the people, that means it’s up to us, it’s up to we the people, to start being that difference and making the difference in our own community.

One person can’t drain the swamp from the top down. It’s up to all of us to drain it from the bottom up. And it’s time that we do that. We’ve got the information on the Epstein files, and there’s so many people that are involved in perpetrators that are named. We see people like the Clintons who are still free after all this time. It’s just an outrage to me. There’s so much evidence against them. And yet every time that someone starts to look at who’s at the top of this, who is the problem, it diverts over to the media’s Trump derangement syndrome.

And like, look at Trump. Look at Trump. You know, when in fact, these perpetrators that I was around feared Trump all the way back in the 1980s because he was already exposing child sex trafficking. He was opposing MK Ultra slaves like myself being used by the State Department. He was already vocal on all of that aspect. And most of all, he had knowledge. That’s our defense against mind control. So they were very fearful that he couldn’t be blackmailed, he couldn’t be compromised, he couldn’t be bought off. He had his own money, he had his impenetrable security, and above all, he had that knowledge.

That’s our defense against mind control. So that can create a strength that is absolutely enough to stand up to these perpetrators. There’s only a handful of them. When you follow the money and go to the top, there’s a handful of puppet masters at the top making themselves look like they’re more than they are by using their media voice and the other aspects of society that they’ve infiltrated and manipulating the minds of the masses. So this is a time for all of us to wake up. From whatever level we have been affected, whether it’s just education, whether it’s the, the media, no matter what it is, we all need to go within, align with the divine, gather that strength of the human spirit.

Remember who we are and why we’re here. Start living the love we are and living our purpose. What an amazing time to be alive. We’re at this pivot point in humanity’s history. We’re at this massive pivot point in American history and where we go from here. The 250 year celebration is such a radical turning point for all of us when we realize the magnitude of the potential that we have going forward. Because this is our time. It’s our time to start living our purpose. It’s our time to shine. When President Trump said that he gave the power back to the people, that means there are no obstacles in our path from making the difference on local levels.

We can go into the school systems now and demand that our children are taught truth and taught how to think rather than how to think. We can demand that we, writing by hand, go back into the school system. The very act of moving a pen activates the critical analysis logic part of the brain, and that was why it was deliberately taken out of the school system. Typing doesn’t do the same thing in the brain. We need to move that pen on paper, all of us do. That activates that logic. That alone can stop the indoctrination of children so we can get out in society and we can start making such a powerful difference in light of truth, in light of waking up from MK Ultra mind control on whatever level it has reached.

And to know the knowledge that’s our defense against it is to know the truth that makes us free. And that truth is that we have been divinely created for this time and we are more than capable to make and be all the difference we need to see for the children’s sake. Above all, for the children’s sake. They can’t wait for the system to clean up. They need us to wake up and be that change right now. For their sake.
