And that’s what we stand for here. God, family, country. Thank you so much for joining us. Well, we’re going to talk to you about data centers. But a specific narrow strand of data centers. Data centers that puts you and every other person at risk. Now, listen, I haven’t looked into data centers in Europe or Australia or Canada. Haven’t done that yet. I’ve focused solely on America. But if you have information and you’re in a different country, hey, send it to us. We could always use the good comparisons. But we’re going to get into it here about a couple of things going on with data centers that should scare the HE double hockey sticks out of all of them.
Hey, we are brought to you by Kirk Stone Metals. And this is absolutely a phenomenal group. I absolutely I love when the little guy wins. That’s the ultimate truth. And Kirk Stone Metals is only a 10 million dollar company kicking butt on 200 million dollar companies because they’re in the uranium business. Now, you know what that means? High tech military grade weaponry can’t lose. The Department of Energy just put 2.7 billion dollars into a uranium project. So you know where the government goes with the money. You should follow. Just ask the Trump kids. Now, let’s talk about what they have going for them.
Two 100 percent owned mines, uranium mines in the uranium rich Athabasca Basin region. The government’s involved. The prices are escalating. This is the time to get involved as an investor. Now, there’s a free video for you to watch. No pressure. No one’s going to pester you. All you got to do is look at it and make up your own mind. Here’s where you go. KSM presentation dash excuse me KSM presentation dot com dash the common sense show. Now, on the common sense show part, there’s dashes between all the words. That’s KSM presentation dot com slash the common sense show with the dashes in the common sense show.
Fantastic opportunity. Glad to bring it with you. There’s a couple of these deals out here that I have found that people are saying, do you have any good investments? Okay, well, I think the market’s in trouble. Except in key resources that involve things like where earth minerals national defense metals and so forth. Those are good investments and they will hold their value through an upcoming serious recession. Okay, let’s get down to this. Larry Finkster, excuse me, Larry Fink. He, do you remember when you were a kid, if you’re about my age, if we didn’t like someone, we called him a Fink.
And that kind of meant they were like a rat, couldn’t trust them, turn your back on them, you better watch out for your own safety. Yeah, Larry Fink. Co-chair of the World Economic Forum. Need I say more? The CEO of infamous BlackRock and their little subsidiaries and partners that are buying up all the homes, escalating the prices and driving homes out of affordability for the average person. That Larry Fink. Okay, now he’s called on the US government to protect data centers that he’s a key investment banker in. Okay, they underwrite the wealth. And he wants you to pay for protection against drone attacks, not from Hamas or Hezbollah or Iran, but from you.
They’re scared of you. You’re going to get a $3,000 drone, arm it with explosives and fly it into a data center. That’s what he has said. Now, first of all, I think that’s an outrageous accusation, but could they drive people to that level? I think yes. Now, this is outside my paradigm. I’m God, family, country, emphasis on God. You know, unless you’re coming after me and my family, I’m totally nonviolent. I’ll back up, put my hands up, walk away, you can win. Okay, and that’s really kind of a swallow of my mortal pride because I used to be a third degree black belt and I used to do kickboxing tournaments.
I’m not bragging, I’m just saying, but I am totally nonviolent unless you threaten my family. I am not inclined to arm a drone and attack anybody unless they’re invading the United States and I’m talking China, Russia and the like. Now, why does he think this is going to happen? Interesting. Well, let me start with my own example, okay? I’m absorbing the cost and I’m lucky enough to be able to do so, but I don’t have infinite deep pockets. This year, my water rates are going up 17% to support data centers. Thank you very much, APS, Arizona people stealing from us.
Actually, it’s Arizona Public Service, but that’s the loving nickname that we give them. So, 17% utility hikes. No debate, a quiet little vote, public disclosure on land where you would need binoculars to see it from the highway as you’re driving 65 miles an hour, but we won’t hold that against them. And also, I live, everybody’s on well water because I’m still rural and the well water levels are dropping. Why are they dropping? Because the water is going to the data centers. We’re on this community letter, okay? This community newsletter that goes out to the extreme Northwest Valley of Phoenix and rural areas beyond, and we’re the rural area beyond.
And I got to tell you, people are on that complaining like crazy about their Arizona people stealing rates from them, okay? Arizona Public Service, right? They’re stealing what they’re doing. They’re making new fund data centers that many of them have investments in. It’s a fact. Now, I don’t think any of these people are at the level where they’re going to fly drones into data centers. So, where is Larry Fink getting this idea? Well, maybe he’s talking about Lake Tahoe, which, by the way, it’s for Mr. and Mrs. Hodges’ honeymoon several decades ago. That’s right, our honeymoon was there.
Pretty cool. Great ski slopes. Oh, but we were there in November. Colder than, oh, it was like two below, five below, but anyways, beautiful. I loved it. We had a great time, but the people that surround the Lake Tahoe casinos and the like, they might be forced to move because their electric company has notified them that later this year, they’re not going to get electricity because all the electricity is needed for, I’ll let you guess it. Can you fill in the blank? That’s right. If you said data centers, they’re losing their electrical utility services. Oh, but it doesn’t stop there.
As we see, Mr. Fink has another reason to be worried. In Arkansas, well, water people in rural areas like us are seeing their levels drop to such a level that they can’t get the water out and to drill down deeper takes all kinds of EPA permits and the stuff could take years to resolve. Meanwhile, they’re having trouble and they will reach the point where they can’t get water. Where is their water level going? Again, can you fill in the blank? Well, the answer is still C. You know, the most common answer on a multiple choice quiz.
The answer is C. It’s going to their data centers. Larry Fink, you might be right. I’m not inclined to take the law into my hands in that manner, but I can’t speak for my neighbors. Yesterday, as I’m driving down a two-lane rural road, and I’m driving behind someone who’s going about three miles under the speed limit, and this guy zooms around me going about 80 and had the oncoming car had not stopped almost completely. It had been a head-on. People are nuts these days. They’re crazy. You see people going across three lanes of heavy traffic hoping they can dodge the cars and they’ll stop and avoid the collision.
That’s if they see them coming in another peripheral vision all to make an exit ramp. The insanity level in this country is off the charts. That’s well-documented. Larry Fink, you know what? You should be worried. You keep this oligopoly and leave people without basic resources. I don’t see myself doing this, but there are some people that are going to go right to the violence switch. This is terrible. Larry Fink, you should be worried. And to those of you thinking about taking the law into your own hands, that is not my solution. Dave, come up with something.
You should know something. You have a microphone in front of you. I don’t think microphone equals IQ, but I do have some ideas. And if you’ll stay tuned into the next segment, I’ll be happy to share those with you. Stay tuned. I’m Dave Hodges. This is The Common Sense Show. [tr:trw].
