Jon Dowling Sheriff Mack Discuss Restoring The Republic Latest Updates

Hi, everyone, and welcome to the podcast. We have returning guest and good serve, Mr. Sheriff Richard Mack, who is very prominent in this movement for restoring the Republic, and he is one of the most honorable sheriffs in the country holding his hat. And we’ll be talking to him about some very timely and important subject matter regarding that, and the Constitution and finances get his experiential purview on all of that. In the circuit, he is former Sheriff Graham County’s owner, was the first in the country to form a administration in 1993 to stop gun control. Thank you for that. The Brady Bill was part of that. His case was heard by the Supreme Court and rolled five to four in his favor. He has spent 20 years in law enforcement with the past 17 as a conservative political activist. He has appeared on over 120 Tea Party rallies and authorized five books, states’ rights on behalf of the oath of office and constitutional liberty. You’ve seen him on X-22 and many other fine podcasters, and we are honored to be a part of the equation, and I’m honored to have back Sheriff Mack on the podcast.

How are you doing today? Good serve. Thanks, John. Thank you for that introduction, and it’s really an honor to be on with you. I do two or three podcasts every day, usually maybe just one on Saturday and very rarely on Sunday, but I do them anytime I can do them. Because first of all, I think this is the Lord’s work. I think it’s the work to save our country, and I really appreciate working with you on that goal. Yes, likewise. Thank you, sir. We’re very much in simpatico on all of that, and you’re doing Yeoman’s work.

I would argue, Sheriff, that the work you’re doing now is actually equal or even more important than what you did in your earlier years because you’re finishing well, you’re leaving as part of your legacy. And so we want to contribute to the tenor of that. Yeah, it gets more important every day. It gets more urgent every day, and I never thought it could get worse, but it just keeps doing that. And we can take the Democrat Party for that. Yeah, Satan. Definitely Satan’s Ephesians 612 spiritual worker, but we know how it ends and God wins and lead by proxy.

And also, folks, Sheriff Mack is part of the leadership of CSPOA, which is the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. So we’ll put that link in the description as we go along. That actually leads to my first question, Sheriff, I know you’re on a time schedule, so I want to honor that. Last we spoke several months ago, you were trying, if I remember correctly, correct me if I’m wrong, you had about a thousand sheriffs nationally, you were trying to galvanize. That’s what you said it would take to basically help restore the public. Can you give us a reprisal on where things are and what do you need from this point to achieve that goal? Well, there’s now three or four more states that are trying to get rid of sheriffs, making them irrelevant or just trying to get rid of them entirely, trying to arrest some, filing civil lawsuits against others, and basically setting up bureaucratic review boards to determine the qualifications for anyone to even run for sheriff.

And this is Washington State, they’re doing all of this now, and then also to determine if a sheriff can remain in office. And they’re kind of, what they’re doing directly, destroying the stewardship of the American people to choose their own sheriffs. And this is what we do in a constitutional republic, my dear friends. A constitutional republic is one word the people choose their representatives, and they’ve won, they’ve given us no choice whatsoever in choosing our chiefs of police, who should also be elected. But that’s probably too gargantuan of a leap, of a quantum leap to actually get that done, which should be done.

But the sheriff has always been elected, always. And the state of Washington is trying to destroy that. And they just passed a law saying to establish that committee I was just telling you about to determine who can run for sheriff and who can be removed from office because they’re not doing what they’re told. And just so everyone knows, the sheriff only reports to you. The sheriffs in California only report to the people in their counties. The sheriffs in New York only report to the people in their counties. Now Washington is trying to destroy that. Virginia is now catching on and wanting to do this with these woke, ridiculous, extremist Democrats they just put into office there.

Even an AG who said somebody needs to kill my opponent and his children, an attorney general got elected after saying that about one of his opponents. This is the law and order man for the state. And then Maryland now is doing some of the same stuff Washington is doing. And we just on our CSP way podcast yesterday our webinar, which we want everybody all of your audience to join us in doing that webinar every Wednesday to join us in that webinar, we want you to join our CSP way posse. This is a peaceful and effective solution for all people, every American should join that.

Okay. And there’s $11 a month fee. It’s not a contract if you don’t like what we’re doing. Don’t, don’t keep doing it. But folks, this is just about the only peaceful and effective solution we have left. We need you in this. Jefferson said that the people will save America. If you’re not involved in the process, it will not happen. The first three words of our Constitution. We the people, if we’re going to keep it our Constitution, we the people have got to be involved. So the states are trying to get rid of your stewardship and authority to elect your own sheriffs, and we got to have your help.

Absolutely. And thank you for all that you’re doing and all those sheriffs in the good states are not part of the usual suspects you mentioned I do have a friend who lives in Washington state and she informs me that it’s becoming more of a socialist utopia there every single day. And you know, the old added share if you’re not part solution, you’re part of the problem. So we just want to join in the fight with you and galvanizing that so thank you for giving us that platform to do that. So, okay, so let’s go to the next thing I wanted to talk to you about I’m going to pull this up.

Sheriff real quick. Just let me know when you can see this we talked about this offline. This comes courtesy of your friend x 22, who you’ve been on with several times before as you know, he brought this up yesterday apparently President Trump is working in the background. Probably already did it and this is for optics and the good thing is you said is essentially you’re talking as the public is waking up every single day, and that’s what you know we want to be a part of that so in the spirit of that. This came out regarding the 14th amendment article, admit section 14 section one two and three of the articles of the Constitution that fraud vitiates everything and removing the 14th amendment would give us back a sense of Lee taking away the British crown off of our backs and be a part of galvanizing gold and silver as true constitutional money monies as our forefather as you know intended.

What are your thoughts on that and do you think President Trump is waiting for this to time this closer to the midterms. Well, there’s no time to wait the midterms are on top of us, and we really need to get moving. Folks, it’s very rare that I would say we’ve got to keep the Republicans in power, but we’ve got to keep the Republicans in power. If there was ever a time that we need constitutional sheriff’s it’ll be if we lose the majority in Congress, and if the Democrat woke candidates become the vice president and president of these United States.

It’s, it’s, it’s looking really bad for us that way. With President Trump we’ve got a reprieve from what was going on and that is open borders and bringing in terrorists to our country, bringing in cartels to our country, bringing in human traffickers to our country, bringing in folks, the people in the world, especially from Latin America who exploit sexually our children and sell them into sex slavery markets. And just so you know, and I’ve interviewed some people that are familiar with this. Some of the families that came in from Mexico and Latin America, how do you think they were able to pay the cartels seven to $10,000 for bringing them into America.

How do you think they got that money. They traded it with their children. They literally sold some of their children into sex slavery, so that the rest of the family could make it into America. That’s how heinous and debase this whole process was. And who was in charge of this, the Democrat Party and the Biden administration. That’s, that’s just a fact, because they’re the ones that open the borders, and they’re the ones that allowed every bit of this to occur. And then what did we find out 350,000 children were missing. The Biden administration knew this, and they’re not missing.

We know where they went. They were sold into the sex slavery market. And this is what we’re talking about, folks. And this is what President Trump will continue to fight, and we will continue to fight at CSPOA. And we hope that you will join us in this holy cause of liberty. Amen. And speaking of that, as you know, Sheriff Mack, biblically, sex and human trafficking is one of the oldest professions, one of the dirtiest, most lucrative, going back to the Old Testament is Noah. You know, Mark, Jesus said better have a millstone hung around your neck and throwing the seed than ever hurt one of my little ones.

So we know that the biblical spiritual repercussions of that. But here we are dealing with the ongoing systemic problem, which we definitely need to squelch among other things. So thank you for bringing that up and paying attention to that. Let’s take a step back from the midterms, because you’re right, that is approaching ever quickly with about eight months and a little less than eight months to go. We’ve got the Fourth of July coming up. We have a good friend in our podcast, retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Air Force, Sandy Mirecki, who is the leader of the correct Restorative Republic.

You’re probably familiar. And it’s been her assertion that the Fourth of July is a very strong possibility that President Trump is slating with the country’s 250th anniversary to restore the Republic. Do you agree with that? And if so, why? I hope that’s true, but I actually am more fearful that the Iranian sleeper cells that are now dotting America that they’re going to take action on that day against us, against America, against our country. Against President Trump. I think that’s more of a possibility and a probability. Folks, if you open up the American borders and you don’t provide any vetting or interference with who comes into our country, who do you think would come into our country? Well, they did.

International terrorists, cartels, human traffickers and more fentanyl dealers. They’re here and they’re very prolific and they are profiting immensely and they are ready to attack. And that means the international terrorists that came into our country, they are getting ready to attack. Do you think they’re here just to assimilate into our country and find a better life? No, not even. They’re here to attack. And the training that our sheriffs have been to worldwide, and I’ve talked to these people, some of these sheriffs have told me, they’ve been to the training. And every one of them, to a letter, said that the training that this time they’re showing it’s not going to be a militaristic attack.

They’re going after our grid. They’re going after our infrastructure, our water supply, our power plants, our electricity, our means of communication. Cell phones and the internet will be gone. They’re going to attack us that way and they’re going to maintain some capabilities of communication when they’re trying to take over our country. Folks, you must have guns and ammo, gold and silver, independent water supply and an independent food supply in your home. It just so happens that we have a food company on our website that provides this. They’re a company I’ve dealt with for 20 years. New manna foods.

Get it wherever you want. But if you want something I totally use and totally trust, and I’ve used it for the last 20 years, it’s new manna foods. Go to our website and get it from there. We also have a gold company on there, gold and silver company. If you want to get it, please do. That will help us. They help us. They work with us. They like what we’re doing. And folks, you need to take this very seriously. And the most difficult is to get an independent water supply. Because even if you have a swimming pool, the likelihood is your swimming pool will be contaminated with the rest of the water supply.

So you need to do you need to do some heavy looking there because you need to get bottled water and have it stored. You need to get canned goods besides the freeze dried foods from new manna. But those are those are all vital necessities. And if you don’t, if it doesn’t happen, it means it’s going to happen sooner or later because sooner or later, this attack from within is going to happen. I agree with everything you said, Sheriff, and taking those proactive steps is key. It’s not about being in fear, but about faith and productivity. I’m not trying to scare you, but maybe I am a little bit.

Fear usually is the greatest motivator. And if that gets you moving to get prepared for you and your family, then so be it. Yeah, absolutely. I’m speaking to my audience, namely because they know about being in faith and productivity and just keeping your sword sharp, right? Iron sharpens iron. Iron sharpens iron. And so I think, you know, raising awareness, keeping our head in a swivel with podcasts like this, getting it out to a larger constituents helps get more people. It just boils down to that, John. Who do you think came in during the four years and what do you think they’re doing here? Other than that, it’s a pretty easy conclusion.

Yeah, 100%. Absolutely. Thank you for that, Sheriff. One last thing I want to go over with you at the time we have left. Speaking of precious metals of gold and silver, we’re big arbiters of that ourselves. I want to bring attention to your attention and to the audience’s attention. My audience knows well, I’m sure yours does as well. About this fine woman, Judy Shelton, you’re seeing her quite a bit more and more often on some of the major media outlets. She was test marketed with President Trump in his first term, as you recall, in regards to bring her on board to the Treasury to restore the gold standard.

I’m pretty sure President Trump has plans here shortly to audit the Fed and Fort Knox. I think he already did it. But again, for optics and we really believe on our side, Sheriff. I’m sorry. Go ahead. You know why, you know, Elon Musk and President Trump were going to go to Fort Knox and audit the gold there. Exactly. You know why they didn’t, right? Right. But tell us, please go ahead. It’s not there. That’s why. And they didn’t want to crash the dollar and start a worldwide depression. The dollar would have collapsed immediately. It’s not there.

Well, that’s why they’re bringing it in from Peru and other sources outside the country to prepare for that. So that when they do do that, they’re not caught their proverbial pants down to your point. You’re absolutely right. Congress has stolen that money. Tommy stole our gold. Oh, yeah, absolutely. But we’re going to be taking it back. That’s that’s the good thing. But what I wanted to show you is real quick, Judy Shelton, and some of the things she’s talking about, she’s talking about why the Fed doesn’t need to exist and why we can. And the purchasing power of the dollars, you know, is zilch with 3000 percent inflation.

No IRS. There should be no income tax and there should be no federal reserve. Absolutely not. One thousand percent. One thousand percent. And so I’m just going to play a brief clip. And then I’d just like to get your impressions if I may. All right. Sure. And in spite of his insistence that no one’s above the law and no one respects more deeply the need to be accountable to the American people and to Congress. Fed Chair Powell just said this shouldn’t apply to me. This is just about monetary policy. So precisely because I am chairman of the Fed, I do not have to respond or be under rule of law, which is administered in our country through the Department of Justice.

And now I see senators on the Senate Banking Committee feeling they have to walk on eggshells to appease. Chair Powell and by bringing up the war and how that complicates monetary policy going forward. This is precisely why Chair Powell should be testifying as he is required to do twice a year. So what are your what are your thoughts on that? Sheriff, do you think that he’s going to be excoriated publicly? Jerome Powell is correct. One hundred percent. He doesn’t answer to Congress. He doesn’t answer to the president. He doesn’t answer to the American people.

The Federal Reserve is not federal. The Federal Reserve is a group of international banisters who run this entity completely without federal oversight. That’s why they spent two billion dollars refurbishing their building. They didn’t have to get permission and they didn’t. And Trump keeps acting like he has no authority over this man because he doesn’t. That’s the problem with the Federal Reserve. They’re not federal. They are an entity unto themselves. He should not be trying to find a way to fire Jerome Powell. He should abolish the entire organization, get rid of them. And what does Article 1, Section 8 says? The United States Congress shall coin our money and determine the value thereof.

Not advocate that to international banisters, which they did in Jekyll Island in 1913. So, no, this is Jerome Powell is evil. Trump has been fighting with him and they need to stop fighting and we all, Congress and the president, need to get rid of that organization. And this is what has caused the dollar to go down and inflation, which is the worst tax we’ve ever had because of the Federal Reserve. 100%. So I guess the real question would be, Sheriff Mack, is do you foresee Judy Shelton helping to restore the gold standard and becoming the new Treasury Chair without the Fed? Wouldn’t that be wonderful? I pray for that day.

I personally think that’s why you’re seeing her so much that he’s getting ready to try her back now once he gets rid of a corrupt Senate and House. And I would volunteer to be on the committee with her. I’m sure she’d be honored to have you. So thank you, Sheriff. One last question to respect your time, the audience’s time. So going back to our first question, so you’re talking about the sheriff’s because we want to help aid in this. Where are you at this point in achieving your goal? We’re still trying to do that. We had a great conference in Washington. We spent we raised about sixty five thousand for that. And that was fantastic. It showed us that the way forward is with pastors and churches and the American people working with their sheriff’s to make this happen. Folks, if we could raise the three and a half million that we need to have one national giant meeting with sheriff’s. We want a national conference with twelve hundred sheriff’s. Make sure that we’re able financially to pay their way, pay their airfare, all their travel expenses, all their food, their hotel, make sure they don’t have to pay anything out of their pocket or use any of their departmental budgets.
