You know, I’m not a professional journalist. This was never… I never went to school for this. I’m just somebody who cares passionately about this country, who cares passionately about these islands, and who cares passionately about our freedom. And so, I’m just doing the best that I can, you guys, and sometimes I screw up. Kona Loa is talking about the weather and that the weather system is coming in from Kona side. And when it does, it actually… the cold air hits the hot air, tropical air, and it makes it for a more challenging storm, more severe storm.
So, I do want people to batten down the hatchets, get tarps, you know, prepare, have your food and water in place, have your tanks full of gas so that you can be ready for the storm. It is not a category four or a hurricane. It doesn’t even say that it’s any type of hurricane weather, and we do get weather here on the islands. The governor, I want to talk about the emergency proclamations he assigned because I’m going to be doing an interview shortly with a state representative who’s asked me to be interviewed on his YouTube channel.
I think that’s what it is, because I’m excited to do that. And it’s about the impeachment inquiry. So, if you live in the state of Hawaii, please join StandTogetherHavai.com. StandTogetherHavai.com, because I do have actions for us. The governor has overstepped his office by continuing these emergency proclamations. And I want to show you what these emergency proclamations are, because researching and getting ready for my interview this morning, I’m like floored. I’m floored. So, the Uncle Billy’s Hotel, the Hawaii governor, signed an emergency proclamation for Uncle Billy’s Hotel in Hilo that needed to be demolished.
It is demolished. He suspended 20 laws. Our governor of Hawaii suspended 20 laws because of a hotel that needed to be demolished in Hawaii on the Hilo side. Why in the world does a governor care about a hotel that needs to be torn down? That should not be his concern. His office is meant to govern the state of Hawaii. Why does he care about a hotel, one hotel in Hilo? He suspended bidding laws, which means basically one contractor. He just was like, all right, this one contractor is going to take this contract, take this job.
Why in the world does a governor care about a demolished, delinquent, dilapidated building in Hilo? He should be governing the state. He suspended 20 laws. He signed that emergency proclamation for Uncle Billy’s Hotel 16 times. He signed it 16 times. I’m looking at my notes. I’m talking about the wildfires. We all know about the Lahaina wildfire. He started that emergency proclamation in August of 2023. It has been going on for over a year and a half. He has suspended over 69 statutes, which are laws. There’s different laws. Each law is a chapter and has different statutes in it.
This law is for this particular thing, but then there’s other things that relate to that law that are also suspended. He has suspended 69 laws because of the wildfire that happened two and a half years ago. It’s still being signed. He has signed it a deer, access deer, emergency proclamation. Why does the governor, again, who’s supposed to govern the state, care about the access deer in Maui? Here’s the thing. If deer are eating vegetation, isn’t that a good thing, especially if a fire is going to happen? They reduce the amount of vegetation that’s going to be burned.
I don’t know, just saying, but he has 19 laws that he suspended because there’s too many deer in Maui County. One of the first things he suspended was access for people to go onto these lands, state lands and other private property that have infrastructure for the population. Regular people are not allowed onto that area. I thought that was interesting. He suspended 19 laws because of deer, too many deer in Maui. Why is this governor, who’s supposed to govern the state, caring about deer and doing an emergency proclamation? There’s nobody dying, no homes being destroyed, no people being homeless because there’s too many deer.
That is an administrative issue. Not an emergency. Let me see what else I have here. Let’s just go over these emergencies so you guys can see them and we’ll talk about them. Here are all of the emergency proclamations this governor has signed. He has signed. Actually, let me go back to number one as I was reviewing these. Second proclamation. This one is the one that relates to Kona Low Weather Event. Again, the Kona Low is meaning that the weather is coming from the Kona, coming to the Kona side, which makes the wind and rain more intense, more severe.
Do batten down your hatchets, but this is not a hurricane. Let’s see how many laws he’s suspended here. This is supposed to end on March 15th. That’s when this is supposed to end. We’ll see what happens. The suspension of laws because of this. Let’s see here. One, two, three, four, five, six, collective bargaining, sunshine law, the general funds. Almost every single emergency suspends state procurement rules, which is how the state uses funding. I think that’s interesting. I missed my count. Let’s do this again. One, two, three, four. These are all the laws he’s suspended.
Five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10 laws so far. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 23 laws he has suspended because of the Kona Low Weather Event that’s happening over this weekend. I think that’s interesting. I don’t know how you guys feel about that. This is interesting. Second proclamation. I missed this. Proclamation relating to March 2026, low weather event. He has two emergency proclamations because of this low weather event. Two emergency proclamations. The second one, he has suspended 21 laws. Let’s see how many he’s suspended in this one.
Appropriations to revert state treasury. I know that that is basically what that means. Normally, if the money’s not used in a year, then it goes back to the state treasury. But if it’s suspended, then I believe that he can use that indefinitely. I’m not sure if that’s how it works, but to the extent that appropriations lapse at the end of the fiscal year before completion. He wants to be able to use funds. It’s a lot about the funding is what’s going on here. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 19.
Maybe he missed some laws there. We have two emergency proclamations for the Kona weather storm, the storm that’s coming to Kona, coming to the Hawaiian Islands. Kona low, again, means a lot more severe rain, a lot more severe wind, so batten down the hatchets. But it doesn’t say it’s a hurricane, you guys, but we have two emergency proclamations the governor has signed. I want to go back and show you guys more of these emergencies, because again, I’m doing an interview with the state representative in about 30 minutes. I’m going to be telling him about this, because what I’m talking to him about is the impeachment inquiry.
I have an impeachment inquiry that’s written, that’s given to the legislative body. I’ve sent it to them two times, and I’m asking locals to contact your legislator. You can go to standtogetherhawaii.com, standtogetherhawaii.com, click on Hawaii government overreach, and I show you how to contact your legislator. And then all you have to do is say support the impeachment inquiry, send them an email, give them a phone call. Phone calls are more powerful, but if you want to just send them an email, it takes 30 seconds, you guys, and just say support the impeachment inquiry.
The impeachment inquiry is because what the governor is doing is he’s governing through emergency proclamations. He’s removing the legislative body. So there are three forms of government. The first one is the executive branch, which creates laws. And they’re the only ones that are supposed to suspend laws. Then there’s the executive branch, which is the governor, and the executive branch is the one that enforces the laws. And then there’s the judiciary branch, which is the court system, which interprets the law. So those are the three forms of government, and he is completely bypassing the legislative body.
And there’s a reason, the reason why we have those three forms of government is because of the checks and balances that our founding fathers wanted for this country. They didn’t want, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, I can’t believe I almost forgot. I got to show you guys this. This is so amazing because in, was it 1689? In 1689, there was a constitution, I’m sorry, an amendment in the England parliament that actually King George II was suspending laws. He was suspending the parliament laws. And I believe it’s 1689. I’ll double check with you guys right now.
What happened was they created a law where it said they couldn’t do that. So let me show you guys that because that’s pretty amazing. So let me read this to you guys. So the English parliament, there was a glory, it’s called the glorious revolution is what it was called. And it was because King James II was, he was removed because he kept, he was governing by royal decree, which is what our governor is doing right now. He’s governing through emergency proclamations. And the King, King James II kept suspending parliament laws. So they actually removed, there was a revolution called the glorious revolution.
They removed him and put William and Mary, I think it was Mary Tudor in place in 1689. And this is what the bill, it’s the bill of rights of 1689. And it says that the pretended power of suspending of laws or the execution of laws by regal authority, which is the King by regal authority without consent of parliament is illegal. That’s what the English bill of rights in 1689 said. It also said the pretended power of dispensing with laws without consent of parliament is illegal. So in simple terms, basically, that means the King cannot suspend laws, the King cannot ignore laws, and the King cannot change laws without parliament.
So back in the 1600s, so basically what the legislative body has done with this emergency, HR 127A emergency proclamation, allowing the governor to do, they actually went back and basically they allowed the governor, they’re allowing the governor to be King is what they’re doing. And there was a whole revolution in England about this exact topic that parliament, which is equal to our legislation, the people did not want to allow the King to suspend laws, to ignore laws, or to change the laws without the parliament. And our legislation is actually totally put that back into place, into our system, which is against the constitution.
It’s absolutely law where the King cannot suspend, ignore, or change laws was actually, it helped to establish the modern constitutional government. It was the impetus to actually create our constitutional government and create the separation of powers was because of this exact issue. I think that’s amazing. It became the foundation of the constitution and the foundation of our bill of rights. And the idea that executive authority cannot override legislation is exactly where this came from. 1689, when the English parliament made a law where the King cannot suspend laws, ignore laws, or change them without parliament.
And we just, they just poo-pooed it. They just booted it out. They just booted out the impetus for our constitution and our bill of rights, and they booted it out the door and they brought it back a monarchy. That’s where we’re at. So again, I wrote, oh, here we go. It summarizes it like this. In 1689, the English parliament passed the bill declaring that the King could not suspend laws without parliament’s consent. This principle later influenced the American system where the legislature makes laws and the executive executive cannot set them aside.
So this is why I created the impeachment inquiry. This is not, this is, this is for the legislative body to look deeper. Is the governor governing through emergency proclamation and suspending, I mean, he suspends, you guys, he has suspended hundreds of laws through these emergency proclamations that he keeps signing over and over again without legislation of approval. That’s a governor. That’s, I’m sorry, that’s a dictator, not a governor. So he is changing the constitutional structure of our government by doing this. He’s changing the structure of our government and it cannot, we cannot allow that.

Tell them to support the impeachment inquiry because right now the state of Hawaii is being governed by a dictator called Governor Green through emergency proclamations, all without legislation, which is, goes completely against the constitutional structure. The founders created, they created this structure so this wouldn’t happen. And our legislation, I think somebody’s in there that’s, that is infiltrating it because this is exactly what we did not want and exactly what the revolutionary war was fought for. The glorious revolution in 1689 happened because of this and we need to put it back in place.
We need to put back the structure of our constitution. Right. Make it right again. Make it Pono. All right, you guys. Mahalo Nui Loa for everybody who does support the work that I do. I’m not perfect, you guys. I’m going to make mistakes. I’m not going to speak the Hawaiian. Somebody was like commenting on how I said a Hawaiian, Hawaiian word. I’m doing the best I can. At least I’m trying, you know, and I’m, I’m working on, on learning more of the words and trying to say them correctly. I’m not going to be perfect.
And I do make mistakes and take action sometimes more quickly than I should, but you know what, at least I take action. So I would really like to know those people who called me stupid and said other things. What are you doing? What are you doing to support this country? What are you doing to support your backyard and what’s coming through your area in the world for freedom? What are you, what are you doing? So, um, and also I have thick skin so you can call me whatever the heck you want.
I’m going to still do the work I do because this is why I’m here. This is what feels right. If what feels right to my soul, it feels right to my heart. It’s just what feels right. And that’s what I’m going to keep doing. Let’s do a prayer. Infinite creator of all things just give you so much gratitude for this time. We know we each are here for a reason. We’re each being guided. Our hearts are telling us that what’s going down in this country is not okay. And we’re going to take our power back in the only way we can, which is locally.
So great spirit. We see so much Aloha. The frequency and spirit of Aloha of love surrounds the governor’s office, penetrates his heart. So much Aloha, so much love. The frequency of love is so bright. Inside of him that any darkness is, is removed, is gone. His heart is either turned toward doing what is right for the people, right for the Aina, right for our keiki, or he gets to be removed in whatever way you get to show us great spirit. You’re the game maker. You’re the, you’re guiding all people and we get to see it.
We get to see it happen. We trust you great spirit. We know that these islands are free. We know this country is free. We know this world is becoming more and more free, even through the lies and deception that keep bombarding us every single day. We call forth freedom, peace and harmony and Aloha throughout the throughout the entire world. We call it fourth great spirit. We give so much gratitude for all those who are making a difference toward doing what is right toward following their hearts. We know that each person is protected under you great spirit.
With legions and legions of angels surrounding them. We give so much gratitude for those angels always with us, always protecting us. Nobody is ever alone.
