You guys have to understand this. The Constitution does not give us our rights. God gives us our rights. The divine creator, whatever you want to call it, this greater power that’s beating all of our hearts and breathing our bodies, that gave us unalienable rights under God by just being born. And the Constitution was set up to protect those rights. All right, so the right to carry a gun that is set up by our creator. We have a right to carry, we have a right of freedom of speech, we have a lot of rights, and they’re not given to us by the Constitution.
They’re protected by the Constitution and our government body, their job is to make sure that our rights are upheld through the Constitution. And the state of Hawaii is doing exactly the opposite. So let me show you guys, I’m going to show you four different things of how the state of Hawaii is violating the Constitution and show you guys what we’re doing about it. And I do want to say just really quick at the very beginning of this. If you guys own private property, I’ve already done a video on this, but if you own private property, you’re going to want to get this next citizen memorandum because it will help against this.
This is the biosecurity law put in last year. This is in place right now. And this is section three, where is it at that I wanted to share section one, section three. The department with the approval of the governor may declare a biosecurity emergency if there has there has been in the state an outbreak or occurrence of pest or prohibited or restricted organisms that has potential potential potential to cause significant economic environmental loss. Potential means at their discretion, at their discretion, biosecurity law that was put into the Hawaii Ag Department. And what can this law do? The government the governor may requisition that and take where I don’t know why my thing is not not my highlighter is not working, but this is D.
I’m looking at D here we go. D and take any goods, real property, watercraft or watercraft required for the purpose of this section or requisition and take control of the temporary use thereof. They can take your property by a biosecurity by stating there’s a biosecurity. The requisition shall be made by serving notice to any person found in the occupation. So you get a notice, you get a notice, no warrant, there’s no warrant needed for this. If the governor requisitions or takes control of any property or the temporary use thereof, the owner or other person is entitled, there too shall be paid a sum determined by the governor to be fair and compensation and just compensation for the property.
Here’s the thing, here’s the thing, with this law if you don’t want to take the money the governor is going to pay you for your property, you’re going to get 75 percent of that sum and you have six months to sue the government to get your property back. Okay that’s a law right now in Hawaii. So at dot com what we’re going to do at the event is I have a second citizen memorandum that I’m going to give you for free just take it sign it and send it to your legislative body and if you don’t want to send it to your legislative body we’re going to have envelopes stamped envelopes and we can put the the name of your legislator right on there and we will mail them for you all we need is your signature for the citizen memorandum.
Citizen memorandums work when there are a lot of people sending them that’s why we are doing this. So the third thing that we’re going to be talking about and doing with the citizen memorandum at dot com is this. This is the third thing we’re going to be doing taking action against the absolute corruption here in Hawaii and that’s this. The governor has signed 90 emergency proclamations. He has suspended laws. This is setting a precedent for future governors that they can just go oh oh oh Uncle Billy’s hotel is needing to be demolished.
That’s an emergency. No it’s not. No house is being burned up or flooded. Nobody’s dying. The morgues are not full of dead bodies because Uncle Billy’s hotel needs a facelift or whatever it is. He created an emergency proclamation against Uncle for Uncle Billy’s hotel and he suspended the bidding law. He suspended a bidding law and he gave that contract to one company. Okay. What’s up with that. He’s also let me just show you guys again. So I’m just going to say this. We have the third citizen memorandum that will be at keep calm the event to keep and that is about this.
It’s a citizen memorandum saying where the heck are the checks and balances on this man who is setting a precedent for future governors to just be able to go oh I want to do an emergency proclamation and suspend these laws because they don’t work with the project that I want to do or they don’t work with my my cousin’s property or my cousin’s business that I might be giving the contract to. I don’t know what the story was about that. So this is I’m just guessing but but this man is over the freaking top over the top and keeping signing these emergency proclamations with zero legislation.
I’ve called my legislator. I’m like who’s checking this man. Where are the checks and balances because what he’s doing is absolutely against the constitution. The constitution basically says legislation is the is the group that can make and suspend laws. A governor according to the constitution cannot suspend laws. So this has gone over the top again with Hawaii and I just want to say just really quick in this book the death of freedom. I think it’s chapter three. There’s two states. Every state is two states. One of those states is a corporation. That’s where this is coming from.
All of this is coming from because it’s policy that these legislators are putting through and but the but the other state that’s still here it’s still here. The constitution is still here. We just have to invoke it you guys and we do that with numbers. I can’t do it by myself. We need numbers. Come to come join the event. We’re going to Maui, Oahu, Kauai, and Big Island. We’re going to be there for one day. I’m going to have all of these citizen memorandums there for everybody just to take. We’ll ship them off for you.
We’ll mail them for you. Okay the last thing I want to share and somebody Felicia just Felicia over in Kauai brought this to my attention so Mahalo for that. This is exactly what I’m talking about. This is exactly what I’m talking about when I say that there’s two states and one of them is a corporation and they do their rules and laws through policy. They make policies. So Hawaii there was um let me look at my notes here the Supreme Court took a case called it was the Bruin case and they basically stated that people have the right to carry guns.
Like it is a constitutional right. It’s called the Second Amendment and it’s the reason why there’s a reason why it’s the Second Amendment everybody. So what Hawaii did this is like this is this is comical to me because it’s so it’s so over the top but it just lines up with what Hawaii what these legislators think that they can do. What they did and I’m gonna I’m gonna show you the video in a second what they did was they I’m sorry they created a policy it’s a policy where where people can carry a gun if they get a signed permission note from the homeowner of where they’re going.
So if they’re going to go to my house I need to sign a permission slip that says they can carry their gun otherwise it’s illegal for them to carry the gun. They also they also put on that that gas stations, shops, grocery stores if they do not have a sign that says guns are welcomed or people who carry guns are welcomed here that they don’t actually have a sign that literally says guns can be here then it’s it’s it’s illegal for people to carry a gun on that premises. That is ridiculous and so there is a court case right now in fact let me just let me show let me just show you the video.
The reverse permission trap explained at the center of this battle sits one deceptively simple trick. Hawaii tried to rewrite permission itself instead of you can carry unless a property owner says otherwise. Hawaii said you can’t carry unless someone grants explicit written approval. They turned the second amendment into a permission slip most property owners would never know they were supposed to issue. Think about how this plays out. You’re a law-abiding gun owner. You completed Hawaii’s permit process, paid fees, passed background checks, finished training, and received your state-issued permit. You walk into a grocery store.
Is there a sign saying firearms welcome? Probably not. Under Hawaii’s system that absence meant you just committed a crime. The store owner didn’t have to post no guns. They didn’t have to say anything. Their silence became a legal trap and Hawaii knew it. Internal legislative emails showed lawmakers specifically discussed how most businesses won’t bother posting permission signs and how that would create a de facto carry ban. They said the quiet part out loud. The state’s attorney general estimated fewer than 0.4 percent of businesses would post firearms welcome signs. That’s the intended result.
This is the reverse Bruin. Bruin made clear the right to carry is the default and restrictions need historical justification. Hawaii inverted it entirely. The ban became the default. Even the Ninth Circuit struggled to find historical analogies, citing exactly two examples from the 1860s that… I’ll just pause it there. Hawaii’s gone rogue, everybody. It totally has forgotten the Constitution. And there are two constitutions. There’s the United States of America, not the United States Corporation. The United States completely separate from the United States of America. And if you want to learn about that, you can get The Death of Freedom.com or get my book on Amazon, because that explains how those are two separate things.
The United States of America and the United States are not the same. The United States Constitution, the United States of America’s Constitution, is still alive. Hawaii, United States, Hawaii State, the great state, that is a corporation that has gone absolutely rogue and is disregarding the Constitution. So what we’re doing is we’re being peaceful, because that’s what we do. We’re very peaceful people. And we are doing the citizen memorandums. And the more of us that take that action, the stronger the case is. This is just the start of it. But you guys, I’m here with you.
We’re going to do this together as much as we can. Because, you know, is it easy just to forget and just to go on your life and act like everything’s pono? Everything’s okay? Sure. Yeah, totally. Much easier. And then when they come in with the jabs and they want to jab your child and they don’t care what you say, is that going to be an issue for you? It’s an issue for me, and I don’t even have children. So, you know, when the governor keeps suspending laws over and over again, with no legislation, no due process, nothing that’s checking him, that’s a problem.
That’s a dictator. That’s no longer a governor in the United States of America. I know this is not that, but that’s no longer a governor with honoring his office. It’s a governor who’s gone rogue. That’s what that is. He has violated the constitution. He has violated his oath of office. Absolutely 100%. And then lastly, the biosecurity law, which can confiscate your property based on a biosecurity emergency, which if the governor can suspend laws and create any emergency proclamation because he feels like it, which is what he’s been doing, then he can also state that there’s a biosecurity issue.
There’s a biosecurity emergency. So that’s a problem. If you have private property, join us. Go to dot com and join our program. Join our event. If you can’t make it, then go to standtogetherhawaii.com and join that email list. And I will send out after the event, I’m going to be sending out the citizen memorandum so people can do this on their own, but we will have them in hard copy at the event. All right, you guys, I hope to see you there. And it’s going to be a good time. Let’s do a quick prayer, infinite creator, great spirit of all things.
It’s Christmas. And that means love is here. It means the light is returning. The sun has literally died on the southern cross in the southern hemisphere of the world, and it didn’t move for three days. And now it’s returning. The light is returning. Isn’t that exciting? Great spirit. We know that the truth, it cannot be hidden. Buddha says there are three things that cannot stay long hidden. The sun, the moon, and the truth. And great spirit, we are so excited about this time because it’s not a mistake that we’re here on the planet.
We trust our own journey. We trust our puliana of what is ours to do. And we take action, even if it’s just signing a citizen memorandum and mailing it in. Great spirit, we call forth truth and unalienable rights under you, great spirit. You gave us rights that no government can take away. We stand for those. We honor that. The constitution is meant to protect those rights and our government leaders are supposed to stand for the constitution. We call that forth now. We bring it back to the Hawaiian islands. We bring it back to the mainland.
We bring back truth, light, love, and freedom. We call it forth now. We know that it is done. We command all angels to be with those who do not value human life, that their hearts be turned toward doing what is right toward honoring the people and their private property or that they be peaceably removed from power or removed in whatever way the movie wants to show us. We trust in you, great spirit. We honor our intuition, our guided intuition, and we know it is done. We get to watch the movie unfold as each one of us does what we feel is right.
Thank you so much, great spirit. And so it is. Sending you, your ohana, so much aloha, and mele kilikimaka from the big island. [tr:trw].
