Hawaii Locals Could Lose: Religious Freedom Property Rights Due Process

So here’s the bill. They wanted it’s related to non-medical exemption and immunization. They wanted to take out, let me just show you, this is the bill that they were proposing that timed out and they wanted to remove this. So a child shall be, they wanted to remove may, they wanted to remove may, may is a term that allows parental rights to exist, shall be exempt from the required immunization. They wanted to take out if any parent custodian or guardian or any other person in local parent parent parents a child to a child objects to immunization in writing on the grounds that the immunization conflicts with the person’s bona fide religious tenants and practices.

They wanted to take this out upon showing the appropriate school official satisfactory evidence of the exemption, no certificate or other evidence of immunization shall be required for entry into school. They wanted to remove this. Let me just check and see if there’s anything else that they wanted to take out right here. They wanted to take out the requirements are not in accordance with the religious tenants. So anything with religious recording to religious exemption, they wanted to remove. So this is not about the vaccine. And also people if, if the vaccines work, then parents should not be afraid that another child is not vaccinated because their child is safe.

Correct. I mean, that’s what it’s about. Correct. So this is not about whether vaccines are right or wrong or good or bad. This is about American freedom that our soldiers fought and died for people fought and died for the right for people to be able to be free and choose and have parental rights over their child. That is what this is about. Okay, so it’s not right or wrong, good or bad vaccines. It’s about freedom of choice and not having the government tell you what you have to do to your child. Okay, that’s what this is about.

So you can go to, I’m going to show you guys, I’m going to show you two more things that the Hawaii government has done and what we’re doing. But let me show you first the event that’s happening on, well, it’s happening. This is a key vaccines optional event. It’s an island-wide tour. It’s going to be on Oahu, Monday, January 5th, Kauai, Tuesday, January 5th, Kona, Wednesday, January 7th, Hilo on the big island, Thursday, January 8th and on Maui, Saturday is January 10th. Dr. Robert Malone is going to be there. Jimmy Doar is going to be on Oahu and Maui only.

Mickey Willis is going to be on all four islands. He’s coming, he’s the filmmaker and a producer of plandemic series. He’s also an investigative journalist, very well known. Dr. Ryan Cole is going to be there and Maka Gallinger, local Hawaiian here on the big island is going to be singing at those events. So the governor wants to mandate vaccines for keiki and all we want to do is keep vaccines optional. You can go to keep vaccines optional dot org or keep vaccines optional dot org. But I want to show you two other things that we are going to be standing that we’re looking for numbers for people on the islands who care about these islands, which I know you do.

If you live on the islands, you love these islands because it’s not always easy to live here. You know, it is a paradise outside inside, but it’s also it can be very challenging. So if you’re here and you’re living here for a long time, you love it here. And so if you do that, please come to this event because there’s going to be two more things that we are going to be taking action against. And this last one or the second one is crucial if you have private property. So I’m going to show you the bill in a moment.

We want to create a citizen memorandum. We want to create a citizen memorandum to the legislative body and tell them to amend the biosecurity law that’s already on the islands. The biosecurity law that is here currently, it was put through last year, allows the government to come in and confiscate your property, your livestock, your food. Right now, they can do that. You have six months to sue them to get your property back. And let me show you the bill. And again, back keep vaccines optional dot com at the event. I’m going to be giving a remedy to help us stop the overreach of our governor and work with our legislative body to correct what’s been going on, the absolute overreach.

And if we do nothing, you guys, it’s going to get worse. And I’m going to show you what could happen if we do nothing. So let me show you the bill. This is the second thing we’re going to be doing. This is the biosecurity relating to biosecurity. And on page 28 now, you know what I’m going to do? Stop screen share and then I’ll scroll down to page 28 because I don’t want people their eyes to get all blurry on me here. Five, six, seven, and 28. Okay, now I’ll do screen share again so you guys can see this because this should disturb everybody who lives in Hawaii.

Where is it at? Here it is. Okay, good. So this is page 28, right? Yes, page 28. The governor may requisition, that means take and take control of good, real, comma, goods, sorry, goods, which means any goods you have on your property, real property or watercraft required for the service of this section, which is biosecurity, or requisition, take control of the temporary use thereof. In this section, let me show you here. The requisition shall be made. This section shall not apply to any vessel. Okay, not that part. The requisition shall be made by serving notice upon any person found in occupation of the premises or having the property in the person’s actual custody.

Possession of control and a like notice shall be served upon a person who has filed with the governor and with a person the governor designates. They’re basically saying they can go in and take your property based on biosecurity issue. They don’t have to prove it. They don’t have to have any due process. They can come in. Here we go. The purpose and request for notice with respect to the property provided further that if any person entitled to compensation for the property is unable to serve, the governor shall publish a notice of the requisition at the earliest practicable date.

Then it says, if the governor requisitioned and takes control of any property or the temporary use thereof, the owner or other personal entity thereof shall be paid, you’re going to get paid, paid a sum determined by the governor to be fair and just compensation for the property of use within 21 day or 20 within 20 days after the property has been requisitioned. That means taken and taken or in a monthly or lease or installments if the property is taken for temporary use. So it can be taken for temporary use or permanent.

If any person is unwilling to accept the sum determined by the governor as full and complete compensation, full and complete compensation of the property. So they’re going to take it. The person shall be paid 75% of that sum and may sue the state for an additional sum that when added to the sum already received by the person. So basically you can sue for more money, but you can’t get your property back. That’s what this is saying. Just compensation for the property or use. So that is a huge issue. Anybody with property that do you want the government to come in and take it because they can do that right now based on this law.

So what we’re doing at keep vaccines optional event on the islands is I am, I’ve created a citizen memorandum that I’m going to give to all of you guys. And you’re going to, if you, if you feel this is what you want to do, because we need numbers, we need people to sign the citizen memorandum that literally lets the legislative body know we want to amend the biosecurity law that allows the government to come in, excuse me, and take people’s property. We don’t want them to do that. So we need numbers. So please come.

The governor has signed over 90, 90, over 90, nine, zero emergency proclamations based on administrative issues. He has suspended between 30 to 70 laws without any legislation, without any legislation. These are the emergency proclamations. He signed the 24th proclamation.

He keeps signing these. He keeps signing these over and over again, relating to the deer, relating to Uncle Billy’s hotel, relating to affordable housing and homelessness, wildfires, which is not happening right now. He keeps signing these over and over again, zero legislation, zero due process. He’s suspending laws. This is an absolute overreach of his station, of his chair. And if we don’t do anything, this is going to be the new normal. The governors who come after this man are going to have power to basically do an emergency proclamation on anything that they want and suspend laws without the legislative body.

The people that we put into the legislature, legislation are going to have zero power in government because the governor can override it with these emergency proclamations. So that’s a problem for me. I think that’s an issue. This is what I’m going to be talking about at the Keep Vaccines optional event. We are going to have citizen memorandums. We need numbers. If you guys are thinking there’s nothing we can do, there are things we can do. And I do want to show you something very concerning and urgent and not to scare, but we have power.

We just got to come together, you guys, and stop fighting, seriously. I asked Chachi Petit. I said, if local Hawaiians, local people, don’t do anything, what is going to happen to these islands? What’s going to happen? And this Chachi Petit thing said, if Hawaii locals do nothing to change or reform what many view as executive overreach, several predictable outcomes are likely, not overnight, but incrementally. And that’s the way it is. They keep turning up the pot, right? Emergency powers become the new normal. That’s what I just said. They become the new normal.

The governor can just say, I’m just going to make an emergency and suspend this law and he can do it because that’s what we’re not saying anything. Legislative authority continues to erode freedoms. If the legislature does not reassert its role and the public does not demand it, lawmakers become increasingly sidelined. Over time, policy decisions shift away from representative government toward executive agencies and appointed officials. Reduce due process and public input. This is just eroding. It’s eroding freedoms, you guys. Future suspensions of rights and process. If we don’t do anything, this is coming for the islands.

President is set for future governors, increased federal and corporate influence, public apathy. So silence is interpreted as agreement and people, we don’t care. We do care. The bigger picture, history has shown that freedoms are rarely lost at once. They erode when power expands, oversight weekends, and the public stays quiet. Doing nothing doesn’t preserve the status quo. It guarantees continued expansion of the very authority people are concerned about. I’m concerned about that and I’m taking a stand. People like me, people don’t. I don’t care. What I care about is freedom. What I care about is freedom of choice of what parents want to do for their children.

What I care about is the right to private property that all people, as in the constitution, as in unalienable rights under our divine creator gave us the right to be stewards of our own land. And the government has no right to come in and confiscate your property. That’s what I care about. I care about the fact that our governor has exceedingly overreached his station and nobody is checking him. So I’m going to check him and I hope you’ll join me. And I just know great spirit that the actions that we take do matter. They do make a difference, especially when we come together united and we’re uniting our hearts and our minds right now.

Great spirit. We’re uniting our hearts and our mind and this, the love for children, whether people believe in the vaccine or not, think it’s good, right, wrong, whatever. The one thing we can all agree on is that we love our children and we want all children to be safe. And that’s what this fear is about. It’s about keeping children safe and we want them to be safe. Absolutely. On either side of the spectrum with the vaccine argument doesn’t matter. The one thing we can agree on is that we love our children and we call forth that they are protected and that they are safe.

We also call forth the fact that creator, divine creator, you gave us unalienable rights. They came from you. We were born free. We were born free and we were born with rights that cannot be taken away by any government. That’s the way we were born and created great spirit. We call that forth now. We know that it is the truth. We also call forth the fact that you are the one who gave us the right to steward the land and we steward it and we own private property that also cannot be taken away or confiscated by the government just because they say whatever it is they want to say.
