I had a pair of people whose background is in accounting approach me and they want nothing to do with public credit or I would give it to them because I’m not an accountant. And then I came across something on YouTube that paralleled what they were saying. Three accounts from three accountants. One person on YouTube put his name on it. I’m sorry his name jumps out of my head. Really well done presentation. Charlie, eight days before he died, wanted a full accounting and I’ve reported this multiple times. He wanted a full accounting at TPUSA and now we know why.

This is so bad. It’s such a bad look for TPUSA. Now, I’m not a lawyer, not a judge, and been charged innocent until proven guilty. But they have a lot of explaining to do and since Erica Kirk has now been the CEO for two months, it’s time Erica that you came forward and address these issues because your subordinate Tyler Bauer doesn’t cut the mustard. Ah, he’s arrogant, flippant, dismissive, and sarcastic in his response. And we’re going to address that response. Unfortunately, this piece is so complicated that we can get lost in the weeds very easily that I’m going to have to break this up into a few parts.

Cause this is so detailed. I’m going to lay this out because in parts two and three, it’s going to get really complicated. I don’t, but there are real serious anomalies and discrepancies and violations of federal law that need to be explained by Erica Kirk. As I said, Charlie was determined to have an investigation. He replaced Tyler Boyer at the time he announced this investigation. He wanted to know what money was coming in and what money was going out and where it was going. And he did not know. And I’ve had that confirmed by insiders and now auditors, people who do audits, who’ve approached me are telling me when they look at the forms that are hard to be disclosed.

They have serious questions as well. And we’re going to bring those questions up because we want answers. So we’re not making allegations beyond the obvious criminal element of failure to report. And honestly, I have to say it might be more civil than criminal. No, because you can do jail time for obfuscation of report requirements. So we’ll leave it at that. All right. Tyler Boyer, when question on some of the anomalies that have begun to surface and we’re going to cover a lot more than I think what most of you have seen. Boyer said annual audit was done form 990 for turning point.

He was sarcastic, dismissive. And just remember, I said he was replaced by Charlie. Nine days for Charlie was killed. Why is he speaking for TP USA? Why is it the man who replaced him? Justert Seifert. Why isn’t he the one saying these things? And why was he replaced at the same time Charlie ordered an audit? Okay. Boyer said, we did the form 990 here and effectively he’s saying there’s nothing here to see. And he’s partially right, but he’s 75% wrong. And I have a real number, real reason for saying it. TP USA did file the form, but what Boyer failed to mention was that three out of the four turning point entities failed to file the required form 990.

It’s federally required. This is unbelievable. So turning point USA filed their 990 on May in 2025. Turning point endowment did not file the 990 form in violation of federal law. It’s a big deal. It’s like you not reporting your taxes. Do you think there would be a consequence if it was discovered? Turning point action did not file a form 990 in violation of federal law. And then finally, America’s turning point did not file a 990 form in violation of federal law. Upon discovery, as I mentioned, Charlie replaced Boyer and ordered an audit.

Does that mean Boyer’s done anything wrong? That’s not for me to decide, but the two events did occur in the same proximity of time. Where did the money go? An insider to the CSS has told us they were talking. By the way, turning point people, some of your people don’t agree with what’s going on and they are talking to some of us. I know they’re talking to Candace. I’ve heard from a couple and I have colleagues who have heard. You don’t have total, shall we say, being on board with what’s going on.

So where’d the money go? One insider to the CSS said that Charlie found salary expenses and that may be all he found out. We have found out more since his death, but he found salary expenses he didn’t like. This is what I’m told. I haven’t heard anybody else out there say that, so I have to put a question mark on it, but I think in subsequent parts when I show you some things about the salary, you’re going to have a wholly you know what movement moment. It’s going to be absolutely incredible.

So what you’re assuming here was that if Charlie ordered this audit because of expenses, they were not authorized, reported and much less approved by Charlie. Okay, before he could find out more, he obviously was killed. Maybe the two events are unrelated. I’ll leave that out there for you and hopefully federal authorities who won’t follow cash Patel’s lead and basically stop investigating what needs to be investigated. Hopefully this will fall under federal investigation. People are learning. There were real oddities on where the money went and we have some of those. I don’t think, and I don’t want to be so arrogant to say we have the whole story, but we have enough that there should be a strong federal investigation.

Now, who would that investigation fall to? My guess would be it would start with the IRS. This is what I’ve been told by auditors and if they found evidence or wrongdoing, it goes to the DOJ and then the FBI and then you got the cash Patel roadblock. So it’s going to be up to us. Now, I’m going to say this to you people at turning point. I’m a public figure. I’m easy to find, easy to get a hold of. You’re welcome to come on here and explain the anomalies I’m going to show over the next several parts and you can dispute them and I will give you fair microphone.

They’re all saying the same thing. I have real questions.

So I’m not stupid and it may not be TPUSA who would put anyone in danger. I’m not saying they would. It could be very well the FBI because they want the cover up to continue because of who it points to. And I will tell you this in this series, I’ll give you a spoiler alert. Are you ready? Spoiler alert. Some of this stuff doesn’t point to Israel.

It points to somewhere else that had a connection with the attempt at assassination. Number two of Donald Trump and an ongoing war doesn’t mean they’re guilty either, but I’m saying all leads need to be investigated.
