The author, presumably Donald Trump, highlights his past efforts to combat human trafficking, including signing various acts and creating a White House position dedicated to the issue. The article also mentions ongoing child trafficking issues in Florida, with allegations against law enforcement and other institutions. The author calls for action and increased awareness to end child trafficking worldwide.\r\n➡ The text discusses the shift in law enforcement\’s approach to dealing with sex trafficking. Instead of arresting the victims, who are often underage girls, the focus has now turned to arresting the buyers and sellers. The text also emphasizes the importance of treating victims with care and consistency, using a team of professionals who stay with the victim throughout the entire legal process. This approach aims to avoid re-traumatizing the victim and to ensure that the judicial system protects their interests.\r\n➡ A 72-year-old man was left in a hot squad car for three hours, leading to a lawsuit. The text also discusses numerous criminal complaints, including sexual assault allegations by female officers against their male counterparts, which were allegedly covered up. The text suggests a widespread issue of child trafficking, human trafficking, and sexual exploitation across various countries. It also mentions several legal cases and investigations involving law enforcement officers and prosecutors, suggesting corruption and cover-ups.\r\n➡ The speaker is urging listeners to get involved in a case of child abuse in Florida, where a child is being sent to her father for spring break. They are also promoting their Healthy Living website, which offers products like oxygen water and stem cell treatments. The speaker emphasizes the importance of supporting their work, as it helps fund their efforts in fighting child trafficking and child sexual violence. They encourage listeners to sign up on their website to stay updated and potentially participate in a rally in Florida.\r\n➡ Sign up at leadondas.com to join the fight for justice and protect children from harmful influences. You can reach out via phone calls, WhatsApp, or fax. The text also emphasizes the importance of every voice in this battle, encouraging people from all over the world to unite and stand against evil forces that prey on innocence.\r\n➡ A complex case in Florida involves a mother who had full custody of her daughter. The girl\’s biological father, a police officer, would take her to his mother\’s house during visitation. This house was also home to a convicted sex offender. The girl eventually disclosed that she was sexually abused in the basement of this house. Despite initial inaction from local law enforcement, the Michigan State Attorney General and Michigan State Police eventually investigated, finding evidence in the basement that supported the girl\’s claims.\r\n➡ A policeman and his stepfather were accused of sexual abuse by the policeman\’s daughter. Forensic evidence strongly supported the accusations, with the chances of the evidence originating from anyone else being astronomically low. However, the case was dropped when the prosecutor was found to have acted unethically in a different case, leading to the release of the accused. Despite the serious allegations and evidence, the policeman was able to continue his career in law enforcement in Florida.\r\n➡ A judge in a major metropolitan county, known for his outdated methods, has been handling a case involving a young girl who alleges sexual abuse by her father and grandfather. The judge ordered all trauma-informed therapists off the case, replacing them with a less experienced therapist and forbidding any discussion of past abuse. This has led to the girl feeling suicidal and worthless, as she is unable to express her truth. Despite the girl\’s distress and allegations of her father producing child pornography, the judge has sealed the case, preventing any outside investigation or intervention.\r\n➡ A judge in Florida has been accused of mishandling a child abuse case, where he allegedly ignored evidence of abuse and penalized the mother for seeking help for her child. The mother was fined nearly a quarter million dollars for getting her child therapy and cooperating with an ongoing police investigation. The judge also refused to allow the child to testify or present evidence of abuse in court. This has led to criticism of the judge\’s actions and calls for accountability in the legal system.\r\n➡ A mother and her child visited a government building in Florida for a child welfare case. The child, who was allegedly abused by her father, a police officer, was interviewed by a social worker and a patrolman who resembled her alleged abuser. This triggered the child, causing her to express fear for her life if she disclosed the abuse. Misinterpreting her fear as suicidal tendencies, the patrolman invoked the Baker Act, leading to the child\’s involuntary commitment to a psychiatric ward for 72 hours. The father later attempted to visit the child in the ward and requested her medical records.\r\n➡ A child, who is a victim of alleged abuse, is placed in a violent ward where she is constantly monitored to prevent self-harm. The ward is filled with other children who are violent and self-harming. Despite the harsh conditions, the facility does not allow the accused abuser to see the child and gives her a chance to speak about her experiences. The child\’s mother is upset about the situation, believing her child was tricked into being placed in the ward and is now being stalked by her abuser. The mother also criticizes the Department of Child and Family in Florida for their handling of the case.\r\n➡ The text discusses allegations of law enforcement and judiciary in Michigan ignoring child pornography cases, violating President Trump\’s executive order on combating human trafficking and online child exploitation. It also mentions a specific case where a veteran law enforcement officer, Michael McCabe, is accused of mishandling a child sexual assault case, including not investigating a convicted sex offender\’s home and interfering with other investigators. The text emphasizes the severity of these crimes and the need for proper investigation and justice.\r\n➡ The text discusses the actions of an individual named McCabe, who despite not being part of an investigation, persistently interfered with it. He pressured various law enforcement officers and departments for information, even causing discomfort among them. McCabe also kept a separate file on the case, which he took home upon retirement. His actions were seen as obstructive and inappropriate, leading to frustration among those legitimately involved in the investigation.</div>\r\n</div>\r\n</div>\r\n<div class=\”summary\”>\r\n<div class=\”card\”>\r\n<div class=\”card-header\”>\r\n\r\n \r\n<h2 class=\”h4\”>Transcript</h2>\r\n</div>\r\n<div class=\”card-body\”>\r\n\r\nI was thrilled to host a screening at Bedminster of the important new film Sound of Freedom, about the power of faith in overcoming evil, and in particular, the evil of child trafficking. Big problem. We had it down to the lowest number in many years just four years ago, and now it\’s gone through the roof. Even though the fake news media has tried to ignore it. Sound to Freedom has been a national sensation and a colossal success at the box office. Really big numbers. Everyone should see it. This is a very important film and very important movie, and it\’s a very important documentary all wrapped up in one.\r\n\r\nIt\’s really about an issue that has to be discussed. Under my leadership, we did more than any administration in history to combat human trafficking and to end modern day slavery. In one of my first acts in office, I signed an executive order targeting transnational criminal organizations that traffic and exploit innocent people. I signed the Frederick Douglass Trafficking Victims Prevention and Protection Reauthorization act, authorizing $430 million to fight sex and labor trafficking. I signed legislation to crack down on foreign countries who are not meeting standards for eliminating traffic trafficking, of which there are many. I also signed into law the Abolish Human Trafficking act, which strengthened programs supporting survivors and provided more resources for ending modern slavery.\r\n\r\nWe do have modern slavery, if you can believe it. Additionally, I created the first ever White House position focused solely on combating human trafficking. And perhaps most importantly, we created the most secure border in US History, by far, dealing a major blow to the cartels and traffickers. We built hundreds of miles of wall. We renovated hundreds of miles of wall. We never had anything like it. And then I got Mexico, free of charge, to give us 28,000 soldiers to protect us from people coming into our country illegally. When I am back in the White House, I will immediately end the Biden border nightmare that traffickers are using to exploit vulnerable women and children.\r\n\r\nWe will fully secure the border. I will wage war on the cartels just as I destroyed the ISIS caliphate. 100% gone. 100% destroyed. They\’ll come back now because we have a weak administration. I will use Title 42 to end the child trafficking crisis by returning all trafficked children to their families in their home countries and without delay. And I will urge Congress to ensure that anyone caught trafficking children across our border receives the death penalty immediately. And that includes also for women, because women, as you know, are number one in trafficking. Children are actually number two.\r\n\r\nI want to thank Eduardo, Jim, Tim Ballard, and everyone else involved in this film for their incredible efforts and their great genius. Together, we will end the scourge of human trafficking and we will defend the dignity of human life. Thank you very much, all you divine lions and lionesses. Lee Dundas is joining me. There are elements in the state of Florida right now sanctioning the kidnapping, rape and torture of children and trafficking once again, what my friend, international human rights attorney Lee Dundas shares tonight based on what she and the Surgeon general of the Florida corporation have just uncovered.\r\n\r\nFilthy cops, judges, state run institutions with big pharma cartels, just this month alone on a daily basis are snatching up teenage girls in one area, one county, throwing them in police cruisers, drugging them, subjecting them to horrific torture, rape and more. 22 teenage girls a day. Right now, this very minute, it\’s happening. We need this live stream shared everywhere. It\’s our hope someone from the DoD like Secretary of Defense Pete Hagseth and those at the highest levels of President Trump\’s cabinet see this heartbreaking and terrifying story that Lee has personally witnessed. She has filmed and she has been calling out, but not getting the help she needs.\r\n\r\nIt\’s so shocking. She called me last night breaking down in tears. I have goosebumps and it brought me to tears as well. We need all hands on deck, dear souls. All eyes on right now and put a stop to end child sex trafficking, pedophilia, rape, drugging and torture of our fellow men, women and children. Please share this everywhere. And we\’re live right now with Lee Dundas. Thank you, Lee, for being here on this Friday evening, everybody. And this is literally like a public service announcement for the world. And what Lee is going to share with you is representative of every state, every province, every territory and virtually every nation around the world, every Native American reservation as well.\r\n\r\nIt is a playbook that has been used and leveraged successfully in every country. And Lee is here, as you all know her, the incredible Joan of Arc of our time, wearing the armor of God and calling upon the highest heights for everybody to stand up, get involved and stop child sex trafficking. And it happens right now that she is after it in Florida with incredible, unfortunate, but at least we\’re seeing it here right now. Whistleblowing cover on naming names throughout counties, judges, law enforcement, as well as the medical industrial complex and cartel. And we literally have girls tonight that are being picked up off the streets by cops, by some of them, and thrown in, drugged, tortured, raped and threatened to an inch of their life or even threatened with death or to be suicided.\r\n\r\nLee, thank you so much for being here. Your phone call last night, again, I had shivers right now and it had my tears welling up in my eyes as you broke down recounting what you witnessed firsthand and have on video. God bless you. Please tell everybody a little bit about yourself, just in case we have new audience members. And for anybody who\’s watching, this is to be reported, if you know of child sex trafficking or human trafficking to the Department of Defense and the FBI under Cash Patel. Now take it out of your jurisdiction. You can report it, sure.\r\n\r\nTo your constitutional sheriff. I encourage that. But report it to the Judge General\’s office, the Department of Defense and FBI office run by Akash Patel, because this is a violation of President Trump\’s executive orders. Lee well, pleasure to be here as always, Brad. Thanks for having me. And thanks to all your listeners who are tuning in tonight. As probably most folks know, I\’ve spent the last over a decade now fighting human trafficking, fighting child sex slavery, both abroad. A lot of my work was overseas in the Thailand, Cambodia, Southeast Asia area. We would do the stuff you saw in Sound of Freedom.\r\n\r\nIt actually does happen. It\’s not necessarily quite like Hollywood always portrays it, but you do have former Navy seal, former Special Forces, former swat, you know, high level ex military, ex law enforcement, trained agents who retire and they still want to do good in the world. And a lot of times they\’re picked up by NGOs like the one that I worked for, non governmental organizations, nonprofits essentially, and they\’re deployed overseas. And in a lot of cases to bust these child brothels and pedophile rings, you need to put people in there to gather the intel that are pretending to be pedophiles.\r\n\r\nSo a lot of times these former law enforcement, former swat, former military, go into these brothels, go into these situations and they\’re playing a role. They\’re pretending they\’re a pedophile. They\’re pretending they want to be there to buy children for sex or illicit purposes or whatever it may be. And they\’re actually gathering data. How many kids are in this brothel? What languages do they speak? Are they able to walk on their own? Are they, are there babies? I mean, it\’s a lot different if you bust a brothel full of 17 year olds than if you bust a brothel full of three year olds.\r\n\r\nAs you can imagine, there\’s different needs in those instances. So the guys we send into these regions are usually highly trained and they\’re there to do a job. And then you\’re usually working in country with local law enforcement that hopefully is not corrupt because a lot of these third World Countries have dirty cops. Although it\’s not solely a third world country problem, as we\’ll get to in a minute, but you\’re hopefully working with in country resources that have the best interests of the children and the vulnerable citizens as their true north and their guiding mandate. And you start taking apart these criminal cartels and organizations, and that\’s, that\’s what we\’ve been privileged to be able to do.\r\n\r\nWhat I\’ve helped a number of different nonprofits do on and off over the years. And then stateside, when I was home and not overseas, I sat on the national. There\’s a congressional committee to fight human trafficking that was started by Congressman Ed Royce back in about 2013, and very privileged to be tapped to sit on that. From a lot of the work I\’d done overseas, they said, hey, you\’d be a good fit. So I sat on that as well as a multiplicity of human trafficking task forces locally in California. And then I worked a lot as well with NGOs to do training of cops, of prosecutors, of judges, of law enforcement generally.\r\n\r\nBecause back in the old days, you know, they\’d roll into the red light district and they\’d arrest the girl. Well, what\’s the girl? What\’s the woman usually? I\’ll give you this much, here\’s a clue. She\’s not usually the person you should be arresting, okay? She\’s the victim. She\’s the one who\’s being serially raped night after night by men who in some cases are 10 times older than she is if she\’s 5 or 10 years old. Right. And, and so this is not what we\’re supposed to be doing in modern times. We don\’t arrest the child sex slave who\’s been raped 10 times that night because her trafficker is running her in front of Disneyland or during the super bowl and put her in the back of a police cruise as if she\’s the criminal while we slap on the hands or don\’t even bother to do that to the pedophile buyer and to the sex trafficker pimp and let them wander off down the street to get on with their biz.\r\n\r\nThat\’s the way we used to police in earlier times, in earlier decades. And we have done a major shift and it\’s been a major heavy lift in all sorts of different metropolises. We\’re talking Orange county, we\’re talking la, we\’re talking Long beach, we\’re talking Northern California, we\’re talking New York City, we\’re talking Maine, major other cities throughout this great country. And as well. What you often see riding sidecar with that switch where we take the vice department and we turn it into the human trafficking department and we train the cops. You\’re not going after the girls anymore.\r\n\r\nIt doesn\’t do any good to rape the, the rape victims. To arrest the rape victims and you know, charge them with prostitution. That\’s not fixing it. You need to really, really deter the people who are driving the demand, which are the buyers and the sellers. Go arrest the boys. Normally it\’s boys, right? The guys and, and quit calling yourselves vice departments, your human trafficking departments. Oh, by the way, instead of dragging the victim, who\’s 5 or 10 or 15 or 25 years old and is a rape survivor into this ugly police station with dead cockroaches in the corners and dust and dirt everywhere and making them sit on cold metal chairs when they\’ve just been raped and their hoo ha might be in pain.\r\n\r\nWhy don\’t you get a nice couch and some nice teddy bears and some nice one way glass and start what is called a virgin Vertical prosecution unit. What does that mean? It means we do this once, we do it right. You get a call for a rape victim or a child abuse case and you deploy. This is Olivia Benson. This is what you see on Special Victims Unit, Law and order and have seen for 30 years. Now probably you send one cop, one prosecutor and maybe one social worker and they all three, two or three of them go out to the crime scene, talk to the witness once and they bring them back to the station and put them in a very nice room that doesn\’t look like where you detain suspects.\r\n\r\nIt\’s a very nice comfortable room to get them comfortable enough to disclose and then you download them once. Why is this so important? Well, because you don\’t always get a second bite at the apple with vulnerable populations. These are people who have been traumatized. They have Stockholm syndrome, they have been starved, they have been beaten, they have been sometimes raped 10 times a night from the time they were 10 or 11 years old. And they are not in a position like you or I would be with a lot of extra capital and bandwidth. And we\’re well fed, we\’re not traumatized.\r\n\r\nWe can tell our story over and over again, no problem in a chronological way. This is not, I repeat, categorically not the population you are dealing with. When you\’ve got a beaten child, a raped child, or even a 52 year old my age rape survivor. These are traumatized victims. You treat them as such, you treat them nicely, you treat Them with kid gloves and you get trauma informed social workers, cops and prosecutors on the scene. And then you don\’t effing change it up ever. You don\’t ever change those terminals. Once that victim witness has bonded with that one lady cop and with that one prosecutor and with that one social worker, that is her team and that is her team that follows her four years from the beginning of this case, all the way through the arrest of the bad guys, all the way through the felony preliminary hearing where the bad guy is brought into court and the poor victim is having to face him down and go, yes, he did these bad things.\r\n\r\nAnd the judge goes, you know, I think there\’s enough probable cause here to bind you over. That\’s what it\’s called. They bind them over until there\’s an actual trial, like a jury or a judge trial on the criminal case. And then another period of months or years goes by and then you have the jury and then you have the witness who\’s the rape victim come in again and tell her story, start to finish all over again. And guess who meets her in that courtroom? The same mother freaking cop that she met the first night she was pulled off the street.\r\n\r\nThe same other freaking prosecutor and the same witness advocate, social worker person, because that\’s her team. And that way you\’re not re traumatizing the victim because you\’re not making her retell her story every five months to some new cop, a new prosecutor who gets the case. And it\’s like, I don\’t know which ends up on this case. Let me go interview the victim again. Well, shock is shockers, folks. And I know I\’m preaching to the choir because more than 50% of the women in America have been sexually, physically, violently, they\’ve experienced sexual physical violence by the time they\’re an adult.\r\n\r\nAnd one in four have been raped or partially raped. Like the guy didn\’t get a chance to finish, but you know, he started the process. So I know I\’m preaching to the choir, but these women, these abused youth, they need constancy. They need to be able to establish trust. And you do not use the judicial system that is supposed to protect their interests to further pimp them out, perpetrate against them, or mishandle it so badly that they\’re like, you know what? I think I\’d rather go back to my pimp. It was better off being raped 10 times a night on the street than having to tell my story to these judges and cops and lawyers who don\’t get it right because that\’s what you deal with.\r\n\r\nThat\’s what you encounter when you don\’t have a trauma, informed, good human trafficking vertical prosecution unit where you put one team. That doesn\’t change on this case. So now that I\’ve given you my creds, and now that I told you how it\’s supposed to go, which frankly any five year old who\’s watched one or two episodes of CSI or Law and Order SVU could have probably also told you how it\’s supposed to go. That\’s how it\’s supposed to go. And that\’s what I spent a lot of time doing over the last 10 years before I got involved in the freedom fight.\r\n\r\nI would go out and we would train whole police departments. I did a Camp pendleton Training for MPs for military police in a secure area of Camp Pendleton years ago. Years and years ago when my daughter was like still in grade school. She\’s in college now. Okay. So I have been training federal, state and local and overseas law enforcement on how to not eff it up. And now I\’m going to tell you one of the most effed up stories I\’ve ever seen in any country. And usually America gets it better than the third world countries like Cambodia and Thailand that I work in.\r\n\r\nBut first I need a drink of water so you can weigh in for a second, Brad, while I wet my whistle here. Yeah, I\’ll just mention that, you know, in the comments we have Lynn Scott Hagerman, who you know as well, who is a heroine who was trafficked and satanically ritually abused, raped and tortured under an American university for half a decade as a young child. And she is saying, speak it Lee, this is truth. And so what you\’re looking at here and Lee is setting up for, especially as we\’re shining a spotlight on Florida and the different agencies, members of those agencies that right now are involved in this satanic ritual abuse brought upon American right now.\r\n\r\nAmericans right now. Paid for by the Florida taxpayers right now. And again, this is a model which we have seen, whether it is Picton pig farming, Corcoquitlam, British Columbia, through all the reservations, all the states, the municipalities, the territories, the provinces, in every freaking country, nearly every single one around the world. They\’re all involved in the satanic racket. And I, as everybody knows in my audience have been privy on the receiving end as a victim and also born to a mother who was SRA\’d and all this happened to her. So when you hear myself and you hear especially Lee speak on the case that we shared weeks ago on a live stream from the courthouse in Florida, which happened to be the same place that the University of Florida Gators, Gainesville, Florida are located.\r\n\r\nMassive university. And this happened, this is broken open as a result of this case. And what Lee is about to blow the whistle on right across the entire state of Florida right now. Yeah. So I don\’t know where this starts and ends. Oh, I\’m getting some feedback but. But I will tell you what I do know and bits and pieces of everything you\’ve said today are accurate, although sequentially, possibly in, in different realms. But so I reported a while ago and then I came on your show I think as well, Brad. And thank you so much for the ability to shine a light on the issue as a whole.\r\n\r\nAnd also this particular case, if you didn\’t tune into the earlier cases, I\’ll try to quickly bring you up to speed. We have a mom who got married and by the way, people are innocent until proven guilty. So I\’m not in a rush to convict people who have not been through the judicial process. That\’s why we have a judicial process. And I am going to try to say the words alleged in front of everything, although it makes the sentence much longer. But if I don\’t, we can just assume that I meant to insert it. But we had a case where a four year old little girl disclosed some years ago now that when her biological father would come to pick her up every two weeks for her custodial visitation, he would take her to his mother\’s house.\r\n\r\nSo this is the paternal grandmother. So the mom and dad got divorced when this little girl was 17 months old. Mom had full custody, 100% sole custody. So if you ever hear some stuff about this case and you hear the dad\’s attorney spinning it as oh, this was just a custody dispute and it\’s a bitter ex wife and this is coaching and alienation syndrome and Munchausen by proxy. And yeah, that\’s just the PR factory the dad\’s attorneys and buddies spun up because when the child disclosed she was 4 years old and mother had sole physical custody.\r\n\r\nSo who the hell was mother fighting custody for? Yeah, it doesn\’t make sense right when you push on it. But anyway, I\’m getting out of order here. Little girl, 17 months old from the time the parents are divorced, dad blows into town every couple of months, picks his daughter up and goes to his mom\’s house who just happy happened to have been married to a convicted sex offender who was already on the state registry for having admitted to Detectives to having raped one of his physical therapy patients who happened to be 13 to 15 years old during the the two year rape spree that step grandpa committed against the physical therapy patient because apparently one day she wore short shorts to her physical therapy appointment and that caused him to become very aroused and as a result he decided to stick his penis into her vagina and then he didn\’t last long, so he had an orgasm and after that he pulled his penis out of the vagina and cleaned up the sperm with a hanky.\r\n\r\nThose are all pretty much direct exact quotes from this man\’s confession to the detectives after a nurse at the facility or whatever saw this man sticking his tongue, mind you, he\’s a senior citizen at the time down this teenager\’s throat who was brain injured and wheelchair bound. So it is indisputable that the step grandpa in the case was already a convicted sex offender because he admitted to it. Right. So this is the step grandpa that this policeman father, because he\’s a cop, Daddy\’s a cop, policeman father picks his kid up and goes, huh, I think I\’m going to enjoy my visitation today at a convicted sex offender\’s house.\r\n\r\nNow just that alone really is a judgment issue that any child welfare agency should be sort of scratching their head and going, that\’s weird. Most people keep the hell away from sex offenders. That\’s the whole point of the registry is so we know who they are and we can steer clear of them. And most keep the coke away from Zelensky and keep the bottle away from the alcoholic. Yeah, and keep the kids in the coke away from Biden. Right. Biden\’s son. Anyway, it\’s just crazy. So, so dad will pick up his little girl, take him to his mom\’s house where the convicted sex offender lives, and they go, according to the girl, down into the basement, into the convicted sex offender\’s basement where they take turns sexually abusing her.\r\n\r\nAnd this goes on for a while and the kids, you know, probably pretty little when it starts, according to the kid, and eventually she gets old enough that she can talk coherently and she discloses the abuse to the non offending maternal parent who is horrified and goes running off to the local cops, which is what you do, right. And they all apparently make the, you know, all the appropriate noises at the outset, but then nothing happens. Now mind you, daddy is a cop. He\’s a local cop. He was a local cop for a long time. Probably has friends on the force, I don\’t know.\r\n\r\nBut you know, probably right? So it\’s kind of interesting how the local cops don\’t end up, you know, really investigating one of their own. And it\’s Oakland County, Michigan who first catches the case. And there\’s a little under sheriff there by the name of Michael McCabe. Brad, don\’t let me forget. We\’re going to come back, put a pin in that. We\’re going to come back to Mr. Michael McCabe later in the, in the, in the story here. So Oakland county doesn\’t really do much. They just do a cursory and they go, yeah, you know, this is just a mom that\’s bitter and there\’s nothing to it.\r\n\r\nAnd they close out the case without anything and the mother persists and she tries to get other law enforcement agencies to take the case and again it sort of dies on the bind. But you know, we\’ve got the fact that daddy\’s a cop, right? So a while goes by and the mom finally gets the Michigan State Attorney General to pick up the case in conjunction with the Michigan State Police and they decide, huh, the allegations are that this cop father took his preschool age daughter to a convicted sex offender\’s basement every two weekends. I don\’t know, maybe we should get a warrant for the convicted sex offender\’s basement and see if there\’s anything to this kid\’s allegations.\r\n\r\nWhat a brilliant idea. Why the hell none of the other law enforcement agencies bothered to do that. Really makes you kind of wonder. But so they, they get a warrant and they go in there and lo and behold, what do they find in the basement? Well, they find that first of all, step grandpa who\’s already a sex offender on the registry, has apparently tricked out his basement like a mother freaking FAO Schwartz toy room. We\’re talking little girl bed, little girl pink dollies, pink blankets. We\’ve got a little chalkboard like the toddlers like to draw on and it\’s got the kid\’s name on the chalkboard.\r\n\r\nSo. Good try step grandpa saying it was your other grandkids who played in that basement. Because we gotta, we got a chalkboard with the kid\’s name on it, the girl\’s name on it. Yeah, and, and we\’ve got dollies and we\’ve got cash registers. I mean we\’ve got all sorts of things. Right? Just tell everybody what you\’re holding up. So you can see an evidence marker, the number one there. Yeah, that, that\’s what the, that\’s what the sex offender\’s basement looked like when the Michigan State Police entered there with a warrant. And, and they\’re like, you know, using their special lights or whatever.\r\n\r\nAnd they\’re like, well, there\’s some suspicious stains on this here carpet that are a lot of them clustered right around the perimeter of the carpet right next to the little girl\’s bed. So they\’re like, all right, we\’re going to cut out these basic instinct for everybody. If you need to know the picture. Basic instinct. When they came into the bed, they put on the blue lights and you see all the semen stains. This is what we\’re leading up to that is referring to seminal. Seminal fluid stains is the actual term that Michigan State Police forensics lab used.\r\n\r\nSo, Mitch, Michigan State Police cut out pieces of the carpet. That\’s why you saw those little tags there marking it, you know, stain number one, stain number two. And there, I think were a total of six stains in the basement, a lot of which were right around the girl\’s bed somewhere a little further away. And they send them off to the Michigan State Police forensic lab, and the forensics lab does what it does, and it literally comes back a few weeks later that some of the stains. One of the stains was 160. They. They said it was, quote, at least 160 septillion times more likely if it meaning the stain originated and then they named the father\’s name the from the father than if it originated from any other unknown unrelated contributors on the planet.\r\n\r\nI had to look up a septillion. It\’s not seven zeros, it\’s 24 zeros. So that\’s 1-600-00000000, like 24 zeros afterwards. Right. One of the other stains was tied to the step grandpa, and it came back as, quote, at least 320,000,000,000 times more likely if it originated from the step grandfather than if it originated from any other unknown unrelated contributors. And a quadrillion is actually 15 zeros, not 4. So these are really big numbers, guys. And briefly, many years ago, decades ago, three decades ago now, I worked with the LADA\’s office and prosecuted felony jury trials, like felony crimes.\r\n\r\nAnd this is the kind of thing when you\’re standing around the prosecutor\’s office where you\’re like, yeah, how\’s your case going? Oh, I just got the lab report back, dude, it\’s 160septillion. And everybody goes, yeah, fist bump. Right on. You\’re not going to have a problem with that in front of the jury. It\’s what we call an open and shut case forensically because it\’s so strong Right. So then they get some arrest warrants for the, for the step grandpa who\’s sex offender basement, they found the seminal fluid stains in. And for the biological cop father, the policeman daddy of this girl.\r\n\r\nWell, when they go to execute the warrant, daddy\’s living down in Florida. Now it\’s Jacksonville sheriffs who executes this warrant. And in, in addition to arresting dad, the warrant allows them to take his electronic devices. Your phone, your laptop, your iPads, your, you know, whatever. So they do. And what do we find in his electronic devices? Well, according to an assistant attorney general and a Michigan state police officer who subsequently looked at the downloaded images, apparently Brad, there were more than 10,000 pictures. That\’s a lot of photos down on your phone. Okay, so on the cop father\’s phone now down in Jacksonville, Florida, being a cop at, at this point in time.\r\n\r\nYeah. And they took his phone and there are over 10,000 images of children. Well, here we go. So they find a total of around 10,000 plus images. They download those images and then the cops go in a special room. Usually it\’s an Internet Crimes Against Children ICAC type lab. And what happens is what you see on, you know, Hollywood tv, they start going through the photos. Oh, that\’s, you know, a picture of the dude\’s dog. And they keep scrolling, right. Oh, that one\’s got naked photos. So we have under oath testimony from these two law enforcement officers, Michigan law enforcement officers under oath deposition testimony from 2023, I believe, when they were deposed and they found, and I quote.\r\n\r\nLet me get it here. We\’ve got. Oops, not that one. Whoops. Hold on, hold on, give me a sec. We have naked pictures of both boys and girls that appeared to be possibly prepubescent. That\’s the first quote. Second quote, very young children involved in sexual acts with adults. Third quote, very young children appearing to be tortured and, or in bondage. Fourth quote. And other sort of graphics and peoples and images that indicated the assault and, or sexual assault of what appeared to be children. So this is what people who do this work, like me for a living call.\r\n\r\nProbable csam, child sexually abusive material, otherwise known to the masses as child pornography. Right. Or something that is probative of child pornography. Because you can use AI and you can use, you know, 18 year olds who are anorexic and maybe they\’re from Asia. So they\’re only five foot, you know, and they look like they have a little kid\’s body, but they might actually be 18 years old. So there\’s a bunch of expert stuff that goes down after you find images that look like this to confirm that they actually are what they appear to be. But that\’s what they appeared to be to these law enforcement officers, right? So at that point, Desantis extradites signs an extradition order to get the cop daddy to go back to Michigan, where the warrants, you know, originated from.\r\n\r\nAnd the cop daddy, policeman father, and this already convicted sex offending step grandfather go to a bond hearing in front of Judge Nancy Carniac, I believe. And she\’s like, yeah, I\’ve been on the bench for like, over 20 years, I think she said. And quite frankly, this was her quote. In almost 20 years that I\’ve been on the bench, I have never denied an individual bond. Like, basically, she\’s never refused to set bail so that people can post a bail and get out. So I\’ve never done that. But I think if there is any case, this would be the case for the following reasons.\r\n\r\nAnd then she enumerates all the reasons, which include how damn strong the fricking cases at this point. You got a kid who accused her policeman father of child rape in a sex offender\’s basement. They go in, they use their special light. They find six seminal fluid stains. It comes back from the forensics lab. 160 septillion, 320 quadrillion, and you\’ve got like 15 trillion, and I think like 6.1 billion or quadrillion. I mean, the stains were astronomical. Right? They\’re right by the kid\’s bed. Like, she\’s like, yeah, I\’m gonna hold these guys without bond so for months, I think.\r\n\r\nI want to say, like four months, give or take the step. Grandpa is incarcerated in Michigan, and so is the father. And I think they even put him in solitary for a while because he was a cop. That\’s kind of what you do, right? So then this is where it all goes funky. That\’s 2023, Lee. No, no, this was back in 2019. 2019. Okay. Yeah, it was 2019 that they were arrested and held. So they were arrested. And then I think it was mid year, the bond here hearing happened. And then all of a sudden, one of the assistant attorney general prosecutor guys who was working this case, there were a number of people working the case, but one of the assistant ags, who\’s a guy, was discovered to have dated a rape, an adult rape victim or something like that in one of his other cases.\r\n\r\nDon\’t quote me exactly on the specifics, but some sort of allegation of unethical conduct. Because he had a sexual relationship with a victim in another case, an adult victim. So Dana Nestle, the ag, like, investigates him, fires him, or. I know. I think he actually resigns. Before he ends up fired, there\’s a disbarment to take his license, his. His law license. And after that, Dana Nestle\’s like, yeah, we\’re just gonna wash our hands of this man\’s cases because it\’s a nightmare. Every defense attorney on every case he was handling is going to come in and be like, isn\’t it true that one of the prosecutors handling my case was fired for, like, make inappropriate, unethical conduct? So no Attorney General, no prosecutor wants to take a bunch of losses on these cases, so they just back off his caseload.\r\n\r\nRight. Which is unfortunate because the case I\’m talking about was one of his cases. So now, because there\’s no prosecution going forward anymore, even though a felony complaint had been filed and they were gearing up for this prosecution, they have to let the guys out of jail. And what did the two men do? Well, they don\’t want to live in Michigan anymore. Oh, hell no. They both bolt back down to Florida. Not just the cop daddy, but also the step grandfather who was a convicted sex offender. And they make nice little homes for themselves down in Florida Daddy.\r\n\r\nDaddy starts applying to get jobs. He applies to Tallahassee. They don\’t take him. He fails their psych evaluation, but he applies there. And, yeah, it was really interesting. I don\’t think I have it in this one, but. So everybody\’s catching up on this. You\’re about to hear a copy. Convicted of having all of this pedophilia, child pornography on his phone, plus everything else. Applying for jobs in Florida after Governor DeSantis had extradited him from Florida to Michigan and served time in prison. Yeah, but he wasn\’t convicted, so he was. He was held without bond before the criminal trial could ever come to fruition.\r\n\r\nSo that\’s. And that\’s the problem. Right, but. And I think he was actually already working as a Florida cop. I want to say he was with the. Out. He was a captain with the Alcohol Tobacco and Beverage State Agency that chases alcohol, you know, tobacco crimes, and then, you know, he laterals around a lot. There you go. Right. Then he ended up with Gainesville Police Department for a while. I think he was actually in Northern Florida working as a school police officer at the time. All the crazy went down. And so DeSantis extradites him. He goes up to Michigan.\r\n\r\nHe\’s incarcerated with no bond. No bail. But then they stop proceeding with the case. So he\’s rendered a free man. Right, because he was never fully prosecuted. Comes right back down, picks up his job working in a school police officer department and then is eventually elevated to being the acting police chief of the school police officers in this major metropolitan county. I mean, you just can\’t make this stuff up. And because he\’s a free man, he moves to get sole physical custody of his daughter in Gainesville in Alachua family courthouse. And the case is initially assigned to the presiding judge, a judge by the name of James Nylon.\r\n\r\nN I L O N and man, this judge is straight out of the dark ages. This boy is a dinosaur. He\’s a relic. He is the exact type of judge that we used to go in to train and be like, wow, I don\’t know if we can teach this old dog new tricks. This guy is like straight out of like the dark ages. So one of the first things this judge does is he orders all of the trauma informed therapists who are getting this little girl therapy to heal from her alleged sexual abuse and rape by her grandfather and dad.\r\n\r\nAlleged Orders all those people off the case. Okay, One of them is a guy who works as the associate dean of social work at the U of Michigan in Ann Arbor and does nothing but this. Like, like the guy has a curriculum vitae out the wazoo. Like this is a subject matter expert, Ivy League assistant dean, basically. Yeah, yeah. The guy knows forensic interviewing techniques for child abuse victims. Child rape victims can\’t have any of those trained people. So instead a woman by the name of Dr. Tracy Stolberg, s T U L B E R G up in Michigan, who\’s a marriage, family, child counselor.\r\n\r\nFrom what I can tell from her website, she\’s assigned worst therapist I think I\’ve ever heard of in my life. And the judge, worst judge I\’ve ever heard of in my life, orders the remaining therapist working the case to not discuss the past sexual abuse with the kid. So now, whether the therapist is good or bad, whenever the child starts to disclose and talk about the abuse, which is, hello, that\’s what you do in therapy. Hello. The therapists are literally saying, no, no, no, your truth is. Your, your truth is basically, daddy\’s a nice man and you were never hurt.\r\n\r\nSo within a few months, this now nine year old child is spun out so badly she\’s suicidal. She\’s telling another good therapist on the case that she\’s going to the bathroom every night and praying to God to be able to have her Mother kill her so she can start a new life. Direct quote, almost. And she even told the judge, the bad judge, he does one hearing with her in December, December 7, 2020. Puts her on the record, she\’s given him data and she actually, he doesn\’t want to ask about the therapy. No, we can\’t inquire about the upshot of all my aberrated judicial orders to the therapist.\r\n\r\nBut the child actually, in an open ended question, goes, yeah, I want to talk about this issue. And she\’s like, when I go in to say my truth, the therapist doesn\’t let me. She basically shuts me down. And that makes me feel worthless. And then she also told the judge, if I\’m not mistaken, that she wanted to die. And she also told the judge during that hearing that sometimes her father would, quote, make me take my clothes off. Make me take my clothes off and videotape me with his cell phone dancing. So guess what we call that at the prosecutor\’s office.\r\n\r\nYeah. Probable production and manufacture of child pornography. Mind you, this child had also disclosed to other therapists that sometimes after daddy would get done doing that with his cell phone, he would, quote, punch some buttons. Indicative of the fact that it may have been transmitted using federal wires somewhere. Which takes it from a simple probable possession and manufacturer of child pornography case, if you\’re looking at it through a prosecutor\’s lens, allegedly, to a potential distribution and transmission of child pornography case. Right. If you\’re actually bothering to, you know, listen to your victim and, I don\’t know, apply modern day judicial and policing investigative standards to it.\r\n\r\nSo what is this lovely, charming presiding judge of the family law, Latchewood County Family justice center do with this? At no point does he tell the girl, well, honey, the reason you\’re feeling suicidal is actually because I\’m a dinosaur and I ordered your therapist to not let you talk about the abuse. That\’s why you feel so worthless, because they won\’t let you disclose. No, he doesn\’t. He doesn\’t cough up his sins, right? He says, oh, to the little girl, I\’m so sorry you\’re feeling that way today, little girl. And he uses her name like, are you effing kidding me right now? That\’s the kind of thing that if my husband or anybody in my life does, I\’m like, whoa, whoa, whoa, no, no, no, we\’re not, we\’re not making an apology with, I\’m sorry you feel that way.\r\n\r\nThat ain\’t an apology. But yeah, that\’s what the show says. And then he gets Done interviewing this, this nine year old, this third grader that he is driven in all likelihood to the brink of suicidal ideation. The mother freaking transcript. So when you seal a transcript, what that means is no investigative journalist, no investigator, no lead dentist, no Brad, no concerned mama bear can go into the courthouse and ask to see that transcript and I don\’t know, report the probable production of child pornography that this kid testified to at the hands of a sitting Florida cop who was her father.\r\n\r\nYeah, nobody\’s going to be able to do that because this thing\’s under lock and key. Now isn\’t that charming? Another thing which by the way for the audience here, Lee, is the reason in the thumbnail you have the July 31, 2020 executive order signed by President Trump on combating human trafficking, an online child exploitation in the United States. This is where FBI and the Department of Defense get involved. This is why right below the description here, everybody watching this broadcast now or the replay immediately below, you will see the link to this case on Lee Dundas website.\r\n\r\nOne of the quotes she mentioned that those officers, the two of them after reviewing all the evidence on the phone of the father says we founded pictures, naked pictures of both boys and girls that appeared to be possibly prepubescent. Then you have the contact info for Secretary Defense\’s main, just main office line, definitely not the personal one for Pete Hep. And then the fact Summer, if you\’d like to report violations of President Trump executive order on combating human trafficking and online exploitation of human trafficking in the United States, that\’s step one. Then step two, what I would encourage is right after that the phone number for the FBI headquarters mainline in Washington to report the same violations.\r\n\r\nThen right after that you can contact Governor Ron DeSantis who had had him deported. As you heard from Lee, just declare and let Governor Ron Santis office know that you have shared this with Department of Defense. Hopefully the Judge Advocate Generals and Inspector Generals get assigned to look into this as well as FBI under cash and now Deputy Director Dan Bonino assigned to look into this. And Then now Ron DeSantis\’s incredible organization in Florida are aware that all of these amazing agencies, military, federal and now State can work together to ensure that President Trump\’s executive order on combating human trafficking child exploitation in the United States on this case and more.\r\n\r\nWhitley is going to share with you about all the rest which brought about this live stream are being handled. Yeah. And it\’s up to us, the men and the women who see this to make the phone calls to send the faxes and then to check up on it and how is it going? What is happening? That\’s the key. So I just wanted to pause there and let the audience know. That\’s all right there. And I\’ve also posted it in the chat for the 100 plus people who are in the chat. Thank you all for being here too.\r\n\r\nOkay, Lee. Yeah, so as well, all of the contact data for the state of Florida agencies is listed on my website page. So if you go to leedundas.com L E I G H-U N D A S.com you click on the child abuse case, you go to the bottom, that\’s where the pictures are. You can look at the crime scene photos, but right above that is the contact data for DeSantis and for some other agencies. Also, there is a sign up to stay informed on this case. Please sign up because we are probably going to be needing like the mom army and the dad brigade to be showing up at some point and really shining a light on this case.\r\n\r\nAnd that\’s how I\’ll be able to reach out to you guys to get you activated again. But back to. So anyway, I spent like, I don\’t even know how many minutes setting the stage now, but that\’s the case that we have, right? So it\’s for the kids. The last day that the presiding judge of Alacho county is on the bench before he retires is December 31, 2020. And right before then, he had ordered all of the therapists on the case. He, he told them one in particular, a doctor. She\’s like, yeah, I don\’t know if I should report the abuse that the kid\’s trying to disclose to me.\r\n\r\nAnd he\’s like, yeah, I would say it\’s appropriate to not inform the authorities. Okay, so maybe there\’s an exception for judges. But I\’ll tell you this much. In Florida, judges and therapists are mandated reporters. And sometimes judges has have a reason to not have to do the report. But to me, that looks like you\’re colluding on the record to engage in non reporting of felony child abuse, which itself is a felony. So query if it is for a judge. Judges get a pass. A lot of times the law is written and then they make it an exception for themselves, but totally not cool.\r\n\r\nHey, Steve. Give me a sec, guys. Yeah. So as Dr. Martin Luther King had said, those who turned a blind eye to evil are just as guilty as perpetrating evil. And now you\’re hearing this judge sealing the whole case. Nobody can look into it. Dismissing the original therapist in the team and. Oh yeah, you can\’t. Yeah. And so then for his last gift from the bench before he retires, he entertains a couple week trial. The father\’s attorney tried to hold the mother in contempt of court. And he issues a 91 paragraph ruling on his last day on the bench, December 30, 31st, 2020, in which he holds the mother in contempt of court and finds her $237,629.21 for the audacious act of having gotten her kid therapy after the kid was driven to the brink of suicidal ideation, probably as a proximate result of the judge\’s earlier aberrated orders.\r\n\r\nBut you didn\’t hear that from me. And secondly, because she had the audacity to cooperate with an ongoing police and Michigan attorney general investigation. You heard me right. A non offending parent was fined almost a quarter million dollars and held in contempt of court because she cooperated with an investigation that yielded the DNA evidence and the photography evidence from this man\’s devices that I already told you about. So then, as if that\’s not enough, he hand carries this case to his good buddy, Judge Robert Grove, G R O E B in Alachua county after he retires.\r\n\r\nAnd Judge Grove admits on August 8th of last year in 2024, that Judge Nylon gave him the case and his impressions of the case and that he was going to 100% carry out Judge Nylon\’s orders because he agreed with them and not allow any of this alleged evidence of sexual molestation. Alleged. We got DNA evidence, buddy. Alleged evidence of molestation to come in at trial. And then he says, because it\’s. Because it\’s not reliable. I\’m like really? How many more zeros besides 24 do you need after the mother freaking number? Because to me what this says is you\’ve got a dinosaur judge who\’s basically saying about rape victim testimony.\r\n\r\nI\’m not going to ever let forensic testimony come in. So the only way to hear about rape in my court is if you prove you\’re raping in my court. Like if that kind of DNA evidence and pictorial evidence taken from the guy\’s devices is not allowed into evidence, what exactly do you consider to be proof of rape when the guy does it in freaking front of you? Like what, what else could you ask for besides pictures that appear to have naked pictures of boys and girls that are possibly prepubescent and adults sexually assaulting the kids and torturing them and.\r\n\r\nOr held in bondage and DNA evidence with 24 zeros behind it. Yep. Like that, that is insanity. So then he says, oh, and by the way, I\’m not even going to let the little girl testify even though she\’s almost 14 now because she\’s plenty lucid. I think he said she was pretty lucid, pretty intelligent. He agreed with the mom\’s attorney that she, she met the threshold for being able to testify. Like hello, she\’s in high school almost. But that doesn\’t mean that he was going to let her testify. And he pre prevents her from letting any testimony in as to which parent she wants to live within this custody hearing.\r\n\r\nBecause he has been a family law sitting judge for almost 15 years now. He\’s had hundreds of families request to let their minor children testify. And he\’s only allowed it in two or three instances. Those were direct quotes because he doesn\’t want the child to think that they\’re quote, the ones driving the train here. So he disallows the kid to even say which parent she wants to be with. And then after hearing a full day of testimony from the dad\’s attorney, he rules on Tuesday, January 7th. Nah, I\’m going to deny the dad\’s motion for 100 custody.\r\n\r\nI\’m just going to let this case go back to the earlier order which was 50, 50 unsupervised visitation. So daddy now has rights to this kid for every long weekend and summers. And so the first she, she was actually supposed to go to him Martin Luther King Day, but that was like right after the hearing got done. So the first time she was actually supposed to be in the state was a week and a half ago for President\’s Day, from February 15, Saturday at noon through that Tuesday. So now that the mother\’s been bankrupted, it\’s so bad.\r\n\r\nJust so you understand what\’s happening since the judge made that effed up order, because really I\’m a, I\’m a lawyer and we\’re not supposed to come out too harshly against judges. But you know what? I\’m not the lawyer on this case. He ain\’t my judge, it ain\’t my state. And at some point somebody needs to start holding you accountable. That was a bizarre and aberrated order. And this mother, despite having a six figure figure salary working for a Fortune 500 company, she is netting $534 every two weeks. And it got so bad, they garnished not just all her bank accounts, the kids account where she kept her birthday money.\r\n\r\nThe dad wiped the kids account out in 20, 22 of over $1,000. Isn\’t that a charming policeman father? Yeah, and a charming judge that they allowed that to happen in modern times. So yeah, so that\’s going down. So the mom is living in fear of these judges and rightly so. I mean this is worse than the I see in Cambodia. So she\’s like, well, I have to bring my kid into the state. Right. I\’ve been ordered to do that by this family law judge. So what does she do? She flies apparently into Florida this, you know, week and a half ago because she\’s getting ready to give her kid to the accused rapist.\r\n\r\nThat\’s what the kid said her dad did was rape. So it\’s an accused, alleged rapist that she\’s having to hand her kid off to because of this aberrated ruling from the Florida family law courts. And she gets into the state and lots of people, teachers, I\’m sure, social workers who\’ve had previous intersections with this case are horrified. So I don\’t know who, but somebody makes a report to Florida\’s child welfare agency, I guess, and it\’s called the Department of Child and Family. It\’s not CPS in that state, it\’s dcf, Department of Child and Family. So they make a report, I guess.\r\n\r\nAnd so instead of handing the kid off to the dad, the mom gets a call on Friday after she lands in the state to bring the kid in for an interview by the child welfare agency. Okay, that makes sense. Like that sounds good, right? And the mother\’s been told to expect a normal interview. And this hearkens back folks to what I said is a normal interview. You by modern day jurisdictions and modern day CPS type agencies where you typically have somebody my age not their first day being a detective or a social worker, you know, they get, they\’re a little long in the tooth, they\’ve got a lot of experience, they\’re usually a chick.\r\n\r\nBecause hello, most rape victims have been raped by people with penises. So it\’s highly stimulative to throw any, any age rape victim, but especially an alleged child rape victim in with a man, right? So usually you\’ve got sofas and teddy bears and it\’s all audio, video recorded, but without there being a camera. Because if the kid\’s been allegedly used in child pornography to call it a safe space before, didn\’t they supposed to be a safe space? And you don\’t want to be triggering the child so you bury the cameras. They have audio, video that\’s buried in the walls.\r\n\r\nYou got one way Glass. So if any other male cops or prosecutors or decision makers need to see it going down, they can watch. But the kid can\’t see him. Right. That\’s the way you normally do proper CPS or law enforcement interviews with alleged rape victims or child abuse victims in big cities. Right? So this is what the mom\’s thinking is going to happen and has been told to expect. Come down. The child welfare agency is going to interview your kid because, you know, notwithstanding what the family law court said, the kid might be at risk.\r\n\r\nYou know, maybe the family law court got it wrong. There seems to be. Okay, so the mom presents to a DCF building in northern Florida in a big city, Friday, two weeks ago. And the child is not taken into a warm and fuzzy interview room. Apparently it\’s a pretty filthy government building with, you know, dust and dirt and very utilitarian metal chairs and dead cockroaches in the corner. And like. Like you and I, Brad, wouldn\’t even be comfortable spending a lot of time there. From the sound of. I don\’t know, I wasn\’t in the building, but.\r\n\r\nBut yeah, they go in and I guess the social. The female social worker talks to the kid for a minute and then decides she\’s going to invite a passing Florida patrolman cop into the equation. Okay, so not a detective with experience interviewing kids. No, no, no. She\’s just gonna grab some rando male cop off the street who apparently it gets so much worse. You guys is the same height, same sex, same weight, same hair color, same eye color, same uniform as the kids alleged perpetrator. Because remember, daddy\’s a Florida cop. So this guy walks in off the street in a.\r\n\r\nPardon my French vest, right? Body cam vest, looking like a Florida cop, drags the kid in a room. Kid is triggered out of her freaking mind, right? And what happens when you\’re triggered is it shuts down your frontal lobe, which is the logical chronological storytelling part of our brain where we start at A and we. We go to Z, we start at 1, we go to 10. And even if you\’re not triggered when you\’re talking about a traumatic event that\’s encoded into different parts of our brain that make chronological retelling of a story difficult for even an adult debate queen like me.\r\n\r\nLike, if I were raped tonight, heaven forbid, and dragged in to tell my story to a cop tomorrow, even I would not be as coherent as you see me be when I\’m tearing it up in the court of public opinion. Because that. That memory is encoded differently. It\’s not chronological. It Comes out all jumbled. And that gets worse when you\’re shooting adrenaline. And it gets worse when the person interviewing you looks just like your accused rapist. They drag her into a room without the mom. And apparently the child at some point says something along the lines of, if this goes down, the visitation this week, weekend, I guess, or whatever, I don\’t know, I wasn\’t there, I\’ll be dead.\r\n\r\nBecause her father had threatened allegedly to kill her if she ever disclosed. Which is very common. Almost every, very common, every single child abuse, child rape case I have ever heard of, the abuser always says, and if you tell, I\’ll effing kill you or I\’ll kill your mom or I\’ll kill your pet. Like, it\’s so common, right? Yeah. So the kid is already like, whoa, I\’m having to disclose to a guy who looks just like my rapist? And she manages to get out something like, yeah, I\’ll be dead if this goes down. And what this untrained cop who we\’ve since confirmed had zero child abuse detective sex abuse training, he was just a random patrolman passing by that the child welfare agency invited into the, into the equation.\r\n\r\nHe hears, oh, little girl, you\’re suicidal. And mind you, this is Florida. What does Florida have? It has the Baker act law. What\’s that? Well, that\’s a, that\’s like a 5150 in California. That\’s a law that allows it 72 hour, a three day, three night involuntary commitment to a locked down psychological psych ward. So all of a sudden my phone is, you know, going off and I\’m like, wait, what\’s going on? Like, last I heard, like, you know, the mom had been told to report to a child welfare agency. Like, maybe. So, yeah, apparently the cop drags this child out the back door of the agency by the scruff of her neck, throws her into the back of his squad car.\r\n\r\nThe part that has no door handles because that\’s where you put the felons, the drunks, the people high on meth, the people that are banging on the cage like that. You see in like 91 1, like, you know, real life, like cop shows. Yeah. I have spent probably hundreds of hours in the last 12 years telling cops in multiple different jurisdictions we do not punish rape victims for disclosing. You do not ever put them in the back of your police car, particularly when they\’re scared and not violent. But here we are, and this charmer drives a couple miles away.\r\n\r\nThe mother is out of her mind with fear and Begging to be allowed into apparently the back of the cop car. Were you nearby at this point in time? Were you nearby at this point in time? I\’d rather not say, but yeah. The mom ends up in the back of the squad car with the kid. Thank God he allowed her to ride with. And they get to the the facility, it\’s a lockdown facility where you need to buzz in and buzz out. Apparently they\’re buzzed in, right? They\’re sitting in the lobby. And the cops are allowed to lie apparently in these Baker act commitments, I guess.\r\n\r\nSo they\’re saying all the right things like, look, we understand the kid was just scared. She\’s not really a risk of threat to herself. She\’s not actually suicidal. So the cop says something to the kid like just go behind those double doors honey, and you\’ll sign some paperwork, we\’ll get this all worked out, you\’ll be right back out. Because we understand you\’re not really suicidal. You were just scared of your dad. Being scared that your dad is going to commit a homicide against you for disclosing child rape. Alleged child rape. Very different than I\’m suicidal, right? Yep.\r\n\r\nOh, so they bait and switch her again into the back of the lockdown psych ward where she is committed on a 72 hour psych ward hold. And that child spent apparently from about, I don\’t know, three, four or five o\’clock on Valentine\’s night Friday until freaking Tuesday in a lockdown mental institution with other very violent juveniles. I made known to various people in this fate and anybody who would take my call, I believed this was an invalid commitment. Notwithstanding that because apparently the child welfare agency also notified. Now mind you. Let me recap. The child welfare agency has done at most a quickie few minute interview.\r\n\r\nNot a proper full on like sit down, let\’s download you kid, let\’s video and audio, record it and take notes. No, they\’re standing somewhere in like a hallway or the, you know, file cabinet of this DCF building. They do a quickie interview. This is not a full fledged interview. They lock the kid down and then I don\’t know what the statutes say in the state of Florida, but I am telling you, if they allow the child welfare agency to do this, we need to change the law. And if they didn\’t allow it, then DCF was way outside the reservation.\r\n\r\nThey call her accused rapist the dad to let him know she\’s in the state and she\’s been locked down. So then we find out a few days later, guess what? Daddy bear does he shows up in the middle of the lockdown psych ward where his alleged victim is incarcerated the next day. Wow. Just wow, right? Luckily, apparently, the facility didn\’t let the accused rapist see the accused rape victim. But then he\’s like. I guess he said something along the lines of like, yeah, I\’m not really here to see the kid. Right? This. This guy is a classic.\r\n\r\nMaybe he did, maybe he didn\’t do the crime. But I will tell you something. He\’s got every single red flag for every narcissistic pedophile that I have ever worked with, okay? And he\’s like, yeah, I\’m not really here about the kid. You know, screw that. I just want the medical records. Well, why would. Why would an accused parent, a parent accused of serious felony crimes who happens to also be a police officer, want the psych ward\’s medical records? Well, because the kid\’s being interviewed by a bunch of psychiatrists and medical doctors about why she\’s in there.\r\n\r\nWhat\’s she probably saying? I don\’t know. I wasn\’t in there. She\’s probably spouting off about what happened to her. So this is why. Now, mind you, I did look up at the law at some point. Point. And the law in Florida is much better than the law in the retarded blue states. They\’ve done some serious good work in the last few years where they\’ve said, you know what, if you\’re a parent, you have a right to see your kids school records on their medical records. So none of this, oh, I\’m a tranny and I\’m gonna hide behind the law like the bad laws in California.\r\n\r\nAnd I applaud that. But it\’s a different. It\’s a cat of a different color if that parent is accused of child abuse. So there\’s actually an exception in the Florida law. It\’s Florida statute 10.14.04, if I\’m not misrecalling it, subsection 1, subsection F. And it says something along the lines of. Yeah, yeah, yeah, all the parents in Florida can get their kids medical records. Unless the child. Sorry. Yeah. Unless the child has accused the parent of a crime and there\’s an ongoing investigation involving the accused parent, in which case any of the involved agents, agencies, or their officials can say, you know what? Probably not the best idea to release the kid.\r\n\r\nThe alleged child rape victim\’s medical records to the alleged child rape victim\’s rapist parent. Right. So that\’s all going on. Apparently this was a pretty violent ward. There\’s 8 year olds who are saying, mother effort, I\’m gonna F you up. I\’m gonna kill y\’all. There\’s other third graders bending over at the waist like they\’re playing football and tackling the wall and ramming their head over and over and over like a woodpecker against it. There\’s girls who are cut from shoulder to fingers with major, major stitches in, including where they stab themselves with screwdrivers. So they\’re being watched 247 by staff so that they\’re not picking their stitches out.\r\n\r\nThere are holes in the bathroom doors so that the staff can look through the door to make sure the kid\’s not offing themselves if they\’re on a suicide watch while they\’re in the bathroom, which is just huge triggers for anybody who\’s been a sex assault victim. Like, oh, I can\’t even pee in private. People are watching me. Which is exactly what the abuser did. Right? There\’s like no conditioner because the kids might swallow it and kill themselves. I think there\’s a little bit of shampoo, but the other girls are telling this girl, hey, don\’t use the shampoo or your hair will fall out.\r\n\r\nThe ones who\’ve been there before remind me to come back to that piece. And they get to go outside a little bit every day. Can\’t go in the swimming pool for obvious reasons. And there\’s no real grass, even though it\’s Florida, where the grass would grow just fine because they\’ve had to replace all the real grass with fake grass because the girls would pick the grass and eat the pesticide and kill themselves that way. And at some point, the girl sees a staff worker come over and tap another inmate resident on the shoulder and say, hey, can, can you move? I need to sit on this chair because I need to sit next to the girl with stitches to make sure she doesn\’t kill herself by picking the stitches out.\r\n\r\nAnd the child inmate stands up and starts beating the ever loving snot out of the worker who had said, hey, can I borrow your chair? We\’re talking like around kidney punches. These kids are freaking violent to the point that three, not one or two, but three other staff, adult staff, have to pull the kid who\’s assaulting the other worker to the pull the kid off, where they shoot her up with Thorazine and throw her in solitary until she can better control herself. Friday night, all day Saturday when her accused alleged abuser came in looking for her, but luckily wasn\’t allowed to see her.\r\n\r\nAll day Saturday night, all night Saturday, all day Sunday, all night. Sunday night, all day Monday, all night, Monday night and half a Tuesday. This child, who had never been away from her mother for a single solitary night, who lives in a Christian home as an only child with the mom\’s parents now that the mom\’s been bankrupted by the family law court down in Alachua County, Florida, like quiet people, this poor child is spun. And then DCF starts making noises like, oh, yeah, and when your kid gets released from this just hell on earth that we put her through, we don\’t even know if we\’re gonna do a full interview now.\r\n\r\nAnd I\’m like, let\’s back this up. You beat and switch this mother and child into your building on the promise of doing an interview. You didn\’t do the interview. You bait this, switched her, did a lockdown psych ward, invited her father to know her whereabouts so he could stalk her while she\’s in the lockdown psych ward. And now you\’re not even gonna give her the carrot you promised her five days ago before you locked her up and do an interview to get your arms around the, I don\’t know, 10 years of facts on a case that accuse a sitting Florida cop, police chief cop, of serious crimes.\r\n\r\nThat\’s how we roll when we\’re Department of Child and Family in the state of Florida. So, yeah, I, I, I made some reports to various people that that facility is licensed, I believe, as a, as a medical facility in the state under the Department of Health. And of course, the Surgeon General is the Department of Health. So I made known what was going on there. Mind you, there\’s some other things going on in the 24 hours after this child was committed. They saw you say committed. I say kidnapped. Right. Kidnapped. Incarcerated. Potato, potatoes. Yeah, I mean, that, that legit.\r\n\r\nLike, if that had been my kid, I would have been going down and accusing the facility of kidnap, false imprisonment, deprivation of your fourth amendment right to be free from invalid and reasonable searches and seizures of your person and your property. But, you know, I\’m not the child\’s attorney. And, you know, what was that? Subjected to torture, subjected to psychological warfare. Was she ever injected with anything? No. The mother. Drugs. With some other kids. The other kids. So. So when you sign. The mother had to sign paperwork, I guess, on the way in. And they did ask, can we Thorazine your child? And the mother was like, oh.\r\n\r\nAnd apparently, thank God the staff respected the wishes of the family. And obviously, this is not one of the other violent inmates. This girl was just sitting there scared Like a little bunny for five days, right? So there was no need. But the other girls who. Yeah. Were apparently Thorazine, put in solitary. It was kind of crazy town. And these cops, right, because of the Baker act, these cops and school counselors and teachers can just say the kid is suicidal, whether or not they are. And boom, bing, bang, they. The cop is off, and the kids in the back of the cop car and these cops are rolling up through this.\r\n\r\nYou know, it\’s kind of like a hotel. There\’s like a portico right there. And 22 kids in the day. After this kid was committed on Valentine\’s night, it was like a frickin. Yeah. And the kids in there are like, oh, yeah. Let me orient you to what goes on. Your parents insurance will be hit for the first three days. So to add insult to injury, your kid\’s not suicidal. Somebody in the state of Florida says they\’re suicidal, involuntarily commit your kid. You can\’t get your kid out. And now your insurance is dinged for I don\’t know how many thousands of dollars.\r\n\r\nBut they do a full workup on these kids. A battery of blood, you know, psychological MD evaluations during the three days are there. And then if you don\’t have insurance, Medicaid, Medicare will kick in. So it\’s quite the racket for whoever\’s the owner of these facilities, and I don\’t know who owned it, but there\’s two good things that did happen that I. That I want to say. The facility did not let the accused abuser see the child. Good on them, mate. And I believe they gave the child a chance to actually speak, which she has been consistently denied by every judge, every cop, everybody who\’s touched this case for 10 years.\r\n\r\nAnd I believe they actually probably did a fair job of documenting it. And they did keep her safe from physical harm while she was in there. But, wow, this Baker act thing, I think, needs a little revisitation. Yeah, for sure. And. And you know, I\’m looking at this and I\’m like, wow. So I want to go back to the Michigan piece for a second. So after the poor judgment of the Michigan Attorney General came to light, guess what they decided to do with those 10,000 plus photos on the guy\’s phone and electronics? This was from two different law enforcement officers who testified in their depositions.\r\n\r\nThe devices were dumped by CCU personnel, and image review had been started by myself and the other law enforcement personnel who worked on it as well. And then they said I was about to document. They were about to document what they were finding. I was about to document this. That\’s how close the timeline was. And then the Assistant Attorney General who is accused of improprieties, they used his name, but I\’m cutting it out there. And then that guy\’s misconduct came to light. And I was quickly advised, I was quickly advised by. Well, I couldn\’t tell you who it was, but both the AG short for Attorney General, both AG and State police do not do anything else with this case.\r\n\r\nJust freeze it. So let me, let me repeat what you just heard. Yep. This law enforcement officer testified under oath in 2023 that his attorney general and the Michigan State Police ordered him to freeze their review of these images that were likely potentially probative of the manufacturer and possession of child pornography. Yes. And then he goes on. So it stayed frozen for a while and then I don\’t know the period of time after, but the top we came up and we still had devices that the images were found on. And I received guidance from our detective command staff.\r\n\r\nJust dispose of it. It like when I say dispose of it, I don\’t mean throw it in the trash, but release it back to the suspect. If it\’s nothing that was going to be charged, just release it. Don\’t worry about even detailing what was in it. So this is one another reason why the title of this for the audience, Lee Dundas on how state of Florida and government sanctioning rape, drugging, torture and child trafficking and President Trump\’s executive order order went into effect on January 31, 2020 on combating human trafficking and online child exploitation in the United States.\r\n\r\nWhat you\’ve just heard read in a witness statement is that you have members of the judiciary and law enforcement in Michigan sweeping this alone child pornography under the rug. Yeah, it gets worse. Sweeping that under the rug, turning that blind eye and covering it up. That is another reason why right below the description, the first phone number is to the Department of Defense main office for Secretary of Defense Pete Hexith. And from that you can report violations of President Trump\’s order because Judge Advocate Generals need to get involved this. We are still in a military war footing, folks.\r\n\r\nRemember President Trump re truth last year 2024 is the new 1776. And again, Lee is the descendant of like 5x great grandfather Patrick Henry, who in the long speech also well quoted give me liberty or give me death. So we have a descendant of one of the original forefathers, founders of America, right here online sharing this with you right below. Then the DOD call the FBI Office in Washington headquarters report this executive order violation as well. Just heard from Lee. This was 2023, so it\’s already three years in to President Trump\’s order and then to Governor Ron DeSantis when it because the case goes back to Florida.\r\n\r\nAnd then we\’re talking about 22 kids being picked up in the day right after this and being round robin by cops into this medical facility where you have 8 year olds who are ramming their heads into the wall to attempt to commit suicide. So I can tell you, and I wasn\’t a male victim to the extent fortunately that this unfortunate child went through and no, in no way that Lynn Scott Hagerman had, but my mother was and I know that for a fact. And we have the records for a fact. And she had to go into the hospitals for a fact later when I was older and revealed and disclosed because it was balled up and hidden for three decades of her life.\r\n\r\nAnd that\’s another part of victims that can do this too. And as a result of this, right now, this is pervasive everywhere. Yeah, everywhere. And this is the most heinous crimes in the world and on the planet, harming children. And as scripture says, Lee, as you know, right, Jesus, if you harm a child, you lose your soul. Yeah, absolutely. And you know, the, the case gets curiouser and curiouser. So I didn\’t talk about this on any of the earlier times. This is really the first time I\’m going to tackle it today. And I know it\’s been over an hour and I\’m late for an appointment, but it\’s so important I need you guys to understand the level that we\’re dealing with right here.\r\n\r\nSo the first, as I mentioned earlier, the first county to catch this child\’s allegation was Oakland county and the undersheriff. So the guy who\’s the second in command was a detective or sorry, an undershirt by the name of Michael McCabe. McCabe. McCabe. Now, Michael McCabe is an interesting cat. Michael McCabe has been a law enforcement officer for 43 years. So as long as I\’ve had an adult life, this man\’s been. He sits on 13 different human trafficking police intelli type associations, including, including the Law Enforcement Management Information System that consists of over 125 police departments, sheriff\’s offices and public safety departments in Michigan, including over 49 district courts, circuit courts and prosecutors offices.\r\n\r\nWhich consortium data shares and which unit is recognized by DOJ as the largest and most successful law enforcement consortium in the U.S. michael McCabe\’s brother, as I\’m given to understand. I don\’t know this firsthand, but somebody told me he\’s, he\’s a judge in Michigan. So this is an undershare of who is long in the tooth, very well connected. So he\’s the guy who catches this case or his department does. And there\’s a lot of things that are kind of curious about it. They assign some very junior newbie detectives and social worker people to the case. Now, mind you, the kid had said, daddy takes me every two weeks to a convicted sex offender\’s basement where bad things happen.\r\n\r\nNow, this guy was already on the Michigan registry. Well, one of the beautiful things about being on parole or probation or on a registry is it allows pretty much any official in the state to just go, hey, surprise, we\’re gonna walk into your house today and make sure you\’re not raping babies or looking at child porn. You, you don\’t need like a lot of warrants or a lot of probable cause. That\’s the downside of being a crime victim or a criminal in society is you kind of lose your right to have your, your home, be your home and keep the other people out.\r\n\r\nSo at no point does it occur to this 43 year veteran law enforcement officer under Sheriff Michael McCabe that he should maybe just cruise by the convicted sex offender\’s house and take a look at the basement the kid said she was sexually assaulted in. No, he, he doesn\’t do that. He doesn\’t activate the guy\’s parole officer or probation officer or whatever so that he can go do a check? No, we\’re not going to do that. He actually. What else did he do? He did not speak directly with any of the kids pediatricians. She had a long history of rectal bleeding, bloody diapers, weird infections, herpes.\r\n\r\nDidn\’t speak to any of those people, refused to go to the scene of the crime. And. Yeah, you know, allowed some of the offenders and their witnesses to practice or do multiple polygraphs. Very interesting. But it gets, it gets worse. So after he decides to just do a little. Sorry, hang on a second. He allowed convicted offenders for child rape to do practice polygraphs? Yeah, apparently to do multiple polygraph tests prior to meeting with law enforcement. Apparently. Yeah. Hang on. So the, so the same stuff the CIA would train a spy on, on how to pass polygraph tests and lie.\r\n\r\nYeah, on the polygraph he allowed convicted registered sex offenders in Michigan. That\’s the allegation is they were allowed multiple bites at the apple of, of the polygraphs. And again, there would be a record if that happened. This is. Yeah, I\’m pretty sure there is. But here\’s some of the other really interesting things. He telephoned the judge who issued the warrant, the search warrant, okay. And then he did this campaign of telephoning and harass. A telephone campaign, we\’ll call it. Every time a judge along, another cop, a law enforcement, a social worker caught the case, he would be on the phone and be like, oh, yeah, we already.\r\n\r\nWe already investigated. There\’s nothing there. It\’s just a bitter ex wife, like, over and over and over again. So he actually admitted to it in his deposition. The question was, so why did you contact Judge Costin about the warrant she had signed? He\’s like, oh, yeah, because I had concerns. He admitted to having a phone call with her. I\’m like, wow, the things that would never fly in California, right? And then. And then he. Lots of different troopers and special investigators that were. Were trying to actually listen to the child later in time and actually do a proper investigation.\r\n\r\nHe interfered with. And it was so bad that his interference resulted in one of the lady investigators who worked for the AG\’s office, I believe, Lauren Chapani. She ended up getting, I don\’t know, fired or terminated or something. She sued, and I think she went through an arbitration and got reinstated, wrongful dismissal, because so now she\’s got a lawsuit against some of these people who were trying to obstruct justice and get her off the case. And literally it says, I\’m going to read you some of the stuff from. From the complaint that in her role as a special agent, she was assigned to investigate with Michigan State Police a criminal sexual conduct assault case of an underage female involving a former police officer and the step grandfather previously convicted of criminal sexual assaults of a handicapped child.\r\n\r\nAnd it then says in the next paragraph that during her investigation with the Attorney General\’s office, there was constant interference by defendant Oakland county and under Sheriff McCabe and some other deputies. And that during this investigation, McCabe and his and his comrades continuously attempted to and did interfere with the criminal investigation that she was trying to conduct by orchestrating and knowingly participating in the following. Initially refusing and then delaying requests for information that she had posed to Oakland county sheriffs for jail calls and records. That when she was finally allowed to pick up some of the records and arrived at the Oakland County Sheriff\’s Department to pick up the records, she was interrogated, interrogated by Oakland County Sheriff\’s Department sergeant so and so.\r\n\r\nAnd another Oakland County Sheriff internal Affairs investigator before being given the records and the defendant McCabe sent correspondence to police chiefs in other cities demanding that the police chief provide information to McCabe concerning the investigation. Although McCabe was not part of that investigation at that point in time, the defendant, Oakland County. And McCabe sent at least one deputy to show up at the execution of the search warrant done by the AG\’s office to question it. Right. They were getting in the middle of it that during a bond hearing for the suspected offenders, Oakland county and or under Sheriff McCabe had their deputies from their Special Investigations Unit, including Sergeant so and so, monitor the testimony of this woman who\’s I\’m reading from, and another trooper.\r\n\r\nAnd while these investigators were talking to each other, they were overheard stating the defendant McCabe wanted an update on the case. The defendant McCabe then contacted the Attorney General\’s office about their investigation, that he sent correspondence to the Attorney General admitting to having other prior contact with the ATA Attorney General\’s Chief of Staff to find out about the investigation the Attorney General\’s Office was doing. I mean, it just. There\’s pages of this that under Sheriff McCabe was not part of the investigation and had no reason to be involved in the investigation. But they continued monitoring and interfering in the investigation by questioning investigators, investigating and disparaging the individuals involved in the AG\’s investigation.\r\n\r\nIt gets worse. This is one of the many, many people he conducted himself vis a vis with on this. So there\’s another guy who I think worked for the AG\’s department. And McCabe actually, on April 1st of 2019, was trying to get info out of him just like he was this other chick, right? And the guy who worked for the AG\’s office himself, law enforcement, said, or. Or I think he might have been an assistant prosecutor, said in writing to McCabe. Thanks for your understanding concerning this unfortunate situation. You and I have been friends for a long time.\r\n\r\nIt would hurt me deeply if this led to a falling out between us. So basically, McCabe was pressuring so much that this AG or law enforcement officer wrote back and was like, dude, kind of back off here, right? But notwithstanding that, McCabe is back at it literally the next day. I mean, mean, I\’ve got, you know, April 5th, April 19th, May 8th, I mean, just. Just pounding it like a. Like a rabid woodpecker. And then he kept notes. He admitted in his deposition McCabe did, that he kept his own, a whole separate file, and that when he retired, he took it home with him.\r\n\r\nDidn\’t do that on any of the other cases he worked on. In 43 years. But did that. And Obama did that too. Right. They took evidence to the garages. So he, he, he\’s using their playbook. Okay, gotcha. Right? Yeah. So in, in his little notebook he wrote that he had had a conversation with somebody he was having this harassment campaign with and it, it didn\’t go so well. So he doodled into himself after the convo, not happy. And ag meaning the Attorney General don\’t care if it makes OC Oakland county look bad. So what\’s the upshot of that? This 43 year decorated law enforcement officer who should have the best interest of the four year old alleged rape victim at heart.\r\n\r\nApparently constitutional sheriff Right. Is apparently more, more invested in trying to cause other law enforcement officers to stand down so it doesn\’t look like he did a flim flam job dismissing this without actually finding the evidence. And he\’s more worried about his freaking reputation if it gets out that there were actually legs on this case and he didn\’t do it justice when it was in his department. I\’m like, are you kidding me? Then he goes back at it. We\’ve got May 10, 2019. And then on May 17, he actually reaches out. Wait, wait, wait. No, I\’m, I\’m all wrong.\r\n\r\nHe. Oh yeah, he reaches out to another department\’s police chief, a guy named Paul, and he doodles after his conversation with Paul. Paul was very nervous on the call with me. Okay, mofo, what are you doing trying to make other law enforcement officers investigating a child rape case nervous? Are you admitting here to the fact that you\’ve got a campaign that is trying to obstruct justice? Because that\’s certainly one of the upshots of that little doodle. Paul was very nervous on the call with me. Why are you trying to make it nervous? Why are you documenting that he was nervous? So then he reaches out again a week later to the Michigan AG\’s office to urge a dismissal of the case.\r\n\r\nAnd by the summer of 2019, all of the people who are legitimately trying to investigate this case are like fed up. They are so fed off that the police chief, the one who the guy just admitted he was trying to be make nervous. Yeah. Fires back in writing. And he says in a letter, in a formal letter to McCabe. And he says, after reviewing the questions you requested that we answer. None of those questions asked are related to the facts of the case or the investigation that was conducted by your sheriff\’s department. Rather, the questions asked are an attempt to blame or point fingers at someone who and how the case got brought to the state police is irrelevant.\r\n\r\nWhat was not taken into account. Thank you very much. What was not taken into account was the safety of the four year old child. It is for these reasons we will not be answering any of the questions you submitted, nor will we be answering any other questions from your office in the future. I. E. Stand the F down, buddy. But he stays at it. Stays at it. Admits that he was talking to the chief of staff at the attorney general\’s office and suddenly. Can you not look at if at a normal man or woman or a member of the press was interfering.\r\n\r\nIf all things being equal, take away a title of an Under Sheriff Michael McCabe in Oakland County, Michigan, wherever this is, right, Take away the title and just replace it with Joe Bloggins, CBC or Jane Smith, you know, down the road, neighborhood watch grandma. And if they were doing the exact same things on the exact same dates in the exact same way you just outlined with that. Not carry a civil like. Yeah, I mean if somebody would they not tell it go, okay, enough\’s done here. You\’re actually attempting to obstruct a case. Just what, what happens here from a legal sense? Well, yeah, I mean if somebody were coming at me like that, I would, I would literally be like I\’m gonna file suit against you.\r\n\r\nBut. And so this is what happens. There\’s a four year old here, right? Who by the way, everybody, let\’s remember this. When you\’re four years old, typically playing in a sandbox or you want to wear water wings and learn, go to the pool. How many four year olds are trained to come out and say that I was. They don\’t use the name, the word rape, but daddy did this step Grandy did that. And like make up all these stories all of a sudden with from your shows that we\’ve been on and the discussions we\’ve had prior to this, Lee, with the shaking and the trauma that goes along with it, does anybody think that there\’s some type of drama department in K1 where a two year old gets to learn all this even before they can crawl, walk, run to set up daddy and step granny like that.\r\n\r\nAnd this dude is doing all of that in addition to it. And just so you know, we\’ve had 15000 pieces of evidence in Canada on the Picton pig farm, which has been going on since the 70s, which also includes the Clintons in B.C. and the RCMP tried to destroy 15000 pieces of evidence in December 2023, just 14 months ago. And thanks to the Aboriginal people Televisions network and the natives getting out there because it\’s a lot of them are native women, but there\’s also men, women and young children and babies that have gone missing there. They found the skulls, everything.\r\n\r\nThink Picton Pig farm. What happens to pigs? Pigs eat people. We\’ve just go watch Sopranos, you know this in all of 50, 15,000 pieces of evidence we have. And I sat with at Christmas with Don, name escapes me. Who is bringing criminal prosecution against eight RCMP officers alone. He\’s in nearly 80 years old and as a former member of the RCMP, two from the 60s and the 70s and 80s. They took him in handcuffs when he was attempting to make a call on disturbance. Took him in handcuffs at 72, smashed his ribs, broke four ribs, put him in the back of a squad car, it was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit that day.\r\n\r\nAnd left him there for three hours where the 72 year old man was. Smashed ribs, sat in the back without air conditioning vent. They didn\’t crack the door and he pissed and himself. And this is part of his criminal lawsuits happening right now in court. And what he\’s also done is shared that there was 7,000 criminal complaints mostly by RCMP female officers, that their male counterparts had raped them. And that was covered up by the rcmp. So this is also indicative across Australia, New Zealand, the uk, Ireland, Scotland, goes far and wide, France, Germany. This is pervasive on the child trafficking, the human trafficking, the sex exploitation and then also buddy, covering up buddy and whatnot.\r\n\r\nRight, yeah, well, and that\’s what you\’ve got here. Sorry, by the way, I\’m pulling my ear to make my eardrum clear. Not because it\’s some like Illuminati code for people who are watching, but. Oh yeah, yeah, that\’s right. After this, after, after this under sheriff did what he did. We have one of the troopers, I just remember his name. Don Marshall. Sorry, yeah. And we need to know who the victims are and who the perps are, guys. So one of the troopers who was investigating ended up being internally investigated by Michigan state police after McCabe\’s, you know, did what he did.\r\n\r\nAnd now he\’s got his own lawsuit going over that. The special agent lady I talked to you about was I think let go by the ags, later reinstated with back pay, now has her own suit going over it. The assistant male AG who\’d been running with this case was resigned. The prosecutor, one of the female prosecutors left the AG\’s office. I mean when you look at the number of people who intersected this case, we\’re talking really experienced investigators, cops, AGs, prosecutors, cross state lines, cross, cross country. Yeah. And all of a sudden none of them are working the case anymore.\r\n\r\nAfter McCabe makes some calls. I mean, this is, this is some crazy stuff. And then, you know, they\’re like, well, so what that the prosecution didn\’t happen. The family law courts will sort it out. It\’s a lower burden of proof. Mom and daughter. Just take your, your, your proof down there, you\’ll get a fair shake in Florida. And instead she gets the two worst judges I\’ve ever seen in my life who are holding the mother in contempt for getting her kids therapy and bankrupting her and telling her that they\’re now 14 year old kid can\’t even say she doesn\’t want to live with one of the parents.\r\n\r\nRight. I mean like you look at this and then you have DCF who was told the mother. Right. She had to come in because they\’d gotten a report. So the mother dutifully takes her kid in and all of a sudden the kids in a lockdown psych ward for five days with nary an interview having been done during that time. Oh, but they, they talked to the dad in the intervening time. I looked at this and I said, you know what? And I am not super prone to conspiracies. I am a left brain, logic kind of girl.\r\n\r\n30 year, worked for Fortune 500 companies, got into Yale Law School when I was 17 years old. Like I can play chess with the best of them. I can line it up, I can go logic game this. And I looked at this and I said, you know what this looks like to me? This looks like, and maybe I\’m wrong, but I think that it\’s worth a DOJ picking it up. Because what this looks like to me is a multi state, multi county conspiracy being forwarded by some of the highest offices and mantles of authority and law enforcement authority in multiple states.\r\n\r\nWe have an AG\’s office and a Michigan State Police detective command staff who gave direct orders to the cops who were going through 10,000 images. And they were only through a couple of them, but they\’d already found some serious stuff. I mean, we talked about pictures of quote, very young kids being sexually assaulted by adults, tortured and, or in bondage. Yeah. And the ag, according to that cop and the detective command staff ordered those men to freeze their work, not bother to document it, and quote, dispose of the evidence by giving it back to the accused perp and not forwarding a Child possession porn case in either jurisdiction, Florida who took the devices or Michigan who looked at the devices.\r\n\r\nAnd then you have Florida picking up where Michigan left off. You got McCabe up in there calling the judge who issued the frickin search warrant that uncovered evidence that it was 160, septillion times more likely that the seminal fluid came from the dad\’s penis than anybody else is on the planet. Like are you kidding me? You\’ve got McCabe calling that judge, you\’ve got McCabe calling every law enforcement officer that ever touched this case and all of a sudden they\’re resigned and terminated and like, like whoa. And then all of that settles down, Daddy moves down to Florida and now he\’s in family law court and every single case is breaking his way.\r\n\r\nHe\’s getting every bad judge I\’ve ever heard of to be like oh yeah, let\’s find your ex wife and bankrupt her. For what? For no crime. For cooperating with the cops, for getting our kid therapy. Oh, let\’s get the kids some. So such screwed up therapy. We make the kids suicidal and then the kid has the guts to tell the judge she\’s suicidal. What does he do? He\’s seals the record. I looked at this and I was like yo, Florida and Michigan, you are on freaking thin ice because you have multiple judges, multiple child CPS type agencies, DCF type agencies and multiple cops.\r\n\r\nAnd it\’s a violation of a presidential executive order right now. Intentionally allowed or caused the spoliation of of evidence that included potential child pornography images intentionally spoiled or allowed evidence or barred evidence from being heard of alleged child rape by a child who brought in the DNA forensics to back it up against a man who is a sitting Detroit and then Florida cop who ended up in police chief positions. You know what it looks like to me? It looks like you got two states who are covering for one of their own and maybe I\’m wrong and rewarding the pedophiles or alleged pedophile.\r\n\r\nRight, because we know the step father is a convicted pedophile. Torture with their shared seminal semen. So again, what, what also is on that carpet that Lee just disclosed here with the DNA over this too that the step grandfather and the son who is an acting chief of police at a school right now in Florida tonight. No have shared semen. Five years he was, he was in that school thing. But they finally did not re up his contract at the end of last summer. But yeah, okay, so for five years, five years he had access to kids step grandfather and the son their Semen is on the carpet at a young girl\’s bed in the basement of the convicted sex offender\’s house.\r\n\r\nPublic inex. Okay. Like you know, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck. Yeah. Swims like a duck. So anyway, so that\’s my point once again here everybody. Executive orders, United States presidential. These are violations. This is multi state now which Lee has been blowing up. Plus I also want to go back to the point on the facility with that 22 teenage girls hauled in and dropped off by cops in that one day. And the insurance, to me I just hear insurance again because on the, on the sovereign side, on the law, the land side, we know as well that judges are profiting off the bonds.\r\n\r\nNot saying all of them are, but profiting off the bonds in the courts, in the lawsuits and the cases that are brought in front of them. And it\’s all part of that cartel and big mafia. Yep. That\’s the testimony under oath from the law enforcement officers where they\’re saying they saw graphics of children devices. We\’ve got, we\’ve got literally them talking about pictures, sexual naked pictures. This, this, this charming thing, this pink blob. You know what that is? That was freaking ag Dana Nestle writing a handwritten note to the child victim in this case after she paraded the victim around her office.\r\n\r\nIt was like, oh, we\’re going to get justice for you. The kid was very introverted and she paraded her around, introduced her to all the people who were going to work on the case and then hand wrote her a note that praised the girl\’s courage and inspiration and told the girl to stay true to herself right before she dropped the case. Yeah. So if you\’re upset about this, please do me a favor, go on to my website. First of all, do what Brad said here in the notes. Notes, go into my website, leadenness.com click on the child abuse case.\r\n\r\nIf you\’re on your phone, you have to scroll after you hit the the waffle because it\’s the last page listed and you can read all about it. And if you\’re horrified by this, feel free to contact at the bottom of the page right above the pictures I just showed you. It has Desantis contact info, the Judicial Qualifications Commission which takes complaints on judges in that state and the DCF contact and you can just print out the page and say I think this is wrong and you need to get this right. And you can send it to all three of them by email, by mail, I don\’t really care.\r\n\r\nBut the other Thing I\’d like you to do is sign up to stay involved on that page because we may be doing a rally in Florida in the next couple weeks because the kid is being ordered to go to dad for eight days and enjoyable nights for her spring break at the end of March if somebody doesn\’t, you know, get, get justice on this case between now and then. So, anyway, there you have it, guys. That\’s the update. The other thing I would say in a super narcissistic way, but not really, when I do these, this work, when I do a truck convoy, when I make a Holocaust survivor TV ad to keep vaccine passports out of modern day America so we\’re not living in a Warsaw ghetto.\r\n\r\nAnd when I spend a bunch of time getting up to speed on cases like this so that we can get right side up on these types of cases, I am doing that out of the love and kindness of my heart. But like you, I have a mortgage and a kid in college and a dog and we all need to eat. So I would also encourage you to go to the healthy living part of my website. My husband and I have jumped back in now that Trump\’s in office to actually doing some, you know, actual paid work for, for once, for the first time in five years.\r\n\r\nAnd there\’s a water on there called Patriarch\’s water. I don\’t know if you can see this, but that is a woman in Italy who ran her thumb through something sharp and it cut off and they added this oxygen water into the bandage and her thumb regrew. So you can order yourself some of this amazing oxygen water. Obviously disease cannot function in the presence of oxygen. In Europe, they\’re getting great results. I mean, people who have stage four floor go home and die. Cancer, walking out cured. You can\’t say that in America. Maybe now with Bobby Kennedy, but get yourself some water.\r\n\r\nIf you\’re interested, go to the healthy living part of my website. And if you\’re interested in stem cell, my husband and I are. Well, his office really is back in business on that. It\’s little blank cells. They don\’t come from abortions. They come from umbilical cord. And they can grow up to be any type of tissue in your body. They can become muscle or cartilage if you\’re bone on bone in your knee or tendon. And they\’re so efficacious that this time last year, April 1, I think, of 2024, ABC News was in the backyard of a quadriplegic in San Diego.\r\n\r\nAn old guy, he\’d been a Quadriplegic for seven years after a surfing accident. They done stem cell on his spinal cord and they were videotaping him walking with a cane around his backyard pool deck. So if you want to know how good stem cells are, well, the Mayo Clinic is getting quadriplegics to walk with them. We are doing not quite as exciting at work, but if you have some aches or pains and you don\’t want a joint replacement, go to the Healthy Living website and click on learn more and we\’ll be in touch with you. That is my last pitch to let you know that if you like to keep me doing this kind of work on child rape pieces on the freedom fight.\r\n\r\nYeah, it\’s a give and a take. And after four years, four and a half years, years of no pay, we do need to actually keep our lights on. So feel free to give that stuff a look see. And Brad, thank you so much for having me on today that you\’re most welen I put that link to the Healthy living, your website, direct link into the chat. I\’ll put it here under the description. It\’s also under the description right now, your website that links to the rape case that you had mentioned for all the contact information. So we look forward to keeping up here.\r\n\r\nAnd also folks, Lynn Scott Hagerman put in into the chat. Remember, there\’s also victims of every one of those children that are on those images that they dismissed the evidence and said to destroy and gave it back to the father. Right. So all of them. So pray for that tonight. Get in touch with Healthy Living. That water is amazing. We\’ve ordered it last year. Absolutely incredible. And thanks to you bringing it into our life. So 100% and stem cells. Are you a distributor now, Brad? You\’re a distributor computer, right? Right. Yeah. Okay, you guys go to Brad\’s website.\r\n\r\nOrder from Brad. I don\’t even know where the link is. No, no, this is all you. Go straight to you. Yeah, no, it\’s absolutely amazing. Yeah, go. Go for it. Get after it. It\’s incredible. And the fact is that it can all be done by us with the right frequencies and the potentials and those who are on the lines. And that helps fund the fight for Lee to be on the lines and to give voice to reason here and actually bring common sense and justice, which is highly necessary right now to save this girl\’s life because I believe he\’s gonna murder her and all of a sudden it\’ll be like some type of suicide thing.\r\n\r\nYeah, I mean literally have to save her life. And then help her heal and go through a transformative process as well as the mother to get justice for the mother too. Well, as you well know, Brad, one of the common sayings when you work, fighting trafficking and shining a light on it like you and I do, and childhood sexual violence, you know, it\’s a famous saying, but it\’s ever more true here than in any other context. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. The reason we have child welfare agencies is to get out and fight of this so you don\’t have a 10 million dollar lawsuit by a pissed off parent who instead of just abusing their kid, decided to go all the way to the end of the line and kill the kid.\r\n\r\nWe\’ve all seen headlines made where a CPS agency or the police like let a kid down, put him back with an abuser and all of a sudden the worst happens. This is the type of thing where you need to take the victim\’s statements seriously. You need to do a proper investigation. And for the safety of the child, if you think there are safety concerns, you get out in front of it so that you\’re not looking at a headline later. I don\’t think. I think Florida is tough on crime. Florida has some of the best books, best laws on the books I\’ve ever seen.\r\n\r\nYou batter a kid and you\’re over the 18 and they\’re under 12. It\’s a death penalty case in the state of Florida. They are breaking new ground in Florida. But as you and I all know, the law is only as good as it\’s applied. So what we need, I think Florida, and I know Desantis heart, I know the surgeon General\’s heart in this. There are good people in the state of Florida, but it\’s a big state. You don\’t know what\’s going on in every nook and cranny of your state. You can\’t. It\’s impossible. So that\’s why this type of platform is so important.\r\n\r\nAnd that is why you as watchers and viewers of this are so important. Because with our collective voice, we can raise this to the level of attention it needs to have so the worst doesn\’t happen. And so the safety of the child and the welfare of the child is truly protected. So be, be part of this. Don\’t just, you know, keep scrolling. After you hear this, take some time tonight or tomorrow to go to our websites and take the next steps and sign up. Text the word FREEDOM to 53445. And better yet, sign up on my website so if I need you at Arouse Valley in Florida in two or three weeks.\r\n\r\nYou\’ll know about it because I\’ll be able to hit you up. So you guys are amazing. Brad, thanks for having me on and I\’ll let you all get back to your Friday night, but thanks again. This is an important. Lee, it\’s an honor. Thank you much everybody. And I\’ve gonna post a poem here that I have recorded three years ago, which is the poem that YouTube banned me for to never come back on my fourth channel about saving the children. Children. This one poem was about harm and mutilation. It\’s about saving the children. So I\’m going to end with this.\r\n\r\nLee\’s links are below the description. Sign up now. You\’ve already got the time. Even while the poem is playing for two and a half minutes. Sign up to leadondas.com now check out the healthy living and share this after you\’re done with the phone calls, you can leave the phone calls tonight on a Friday night or Saturday. I know we got people in the chat from Australia. You can call on WhatsApp or you can send a fax to the information below. Every voice counts. Every voice counts here in this fight. God bless you all. Lee, thank you.\r\n\r\nThank you, Steve. God bless you too for being in the fight. It\’s an honor. Upon the devil\’s doorstep I\’ve sat and stared. Shrieked for help Unanswered prayers in their ugly hands they did their deeds. Tormented for years, Abducted and used. Felt like trash they married me be justice is coming. It\’s louch they savor. Grab him, make him ours. Doing everything to scare the hellhounds of night. Create pain and fright as masquering children is their fair. Justice is near. From the core I\’m wrought. How? How could this be? Monsters are real demons. They want you. They want me.\r\n\r\nTrolling government halls, across ranks of schools to Hollywood\’s wand they declare we know best. Your children are ours to mutilate, intoxicate, to prostrate, indoctrinate. For we the awakened, we now know they don\’t care. Justice is here. It\’s Moloch they serve the evil clown they feed the mouse they put on the air with the utopian world they lure kids in drinking their blood in Vlad\’s lair We the people for millennia sinister secrets kept they jockeyed to own our world to prey upon our souls for eternity. Cast into their hell they wish us hurled or so they did.\r\n\r\nNo more we say in love\’s power we unite for we rise up, we stand tall Defend the children with all our might As a light sweet sweeps shadows Their darkness fades Their systems now crumbling down no longer will we Earth\’s sovereign souls Oblige their heinous crown we call all wolves, all mama bears all lions far and wide Come heed the call where divinity goes one we go all Surrounded by creators love we ascend and fight.\r\n[tr:tra].\r\n\r\n</div>\r\n</div>\r\n</div>
