Just because he had a gun, that doesn’t mean anything. Why did he die? How did he die? We’re calling for an investigation on that, Jack. Yeah, it’s got to feel suspicious. And regardless of whether somebody has a gun, you know, nowadays they shoot anyone with a gun. And then they appeal to the media to make it sound as though having a gun is like, you know, the most evil thing that a person could ever do. Oh my God. But anyway, I don’t know anything more about it. I just saw the headline there. Yeah, and the other thing that we need to do is investigate this, because here’s the question.

When this guy was released and pardoned, he’s now an innocent free man. And did they have in a database somewhere when they, you know, scanned his driver’s license? Did it come up and say, hey, J6, criminal dangerous? What was given to this police officer to then govern the next interactions? And that’s where I really think that, hey, if his name was in a database like that, that’s wrong. So we need to find out what did the cop know? When did he know it? How did he know it? How did that relate to his actions and the treatment of this political prisoner, now dead person? We’ve really got to look at that seriously.

So it’s a significant headline, Jack. Agreed. A hundred percent behind that. And your idea, I mean, I couldn’t be more for it. Someone in the question section asked, Sheriff Mack asked, what part of constitutional protection would protect a person that’s held in a psych ward against their will? And I don’t know that that’s going to come directly out of the Constitution, but certainly. Well, so let me kind of throw this out. When you say the Constitution, the general Constitution just keeps your federal government out of it. Yeah. So if the federal government’s responsible for putting somebody in the psych ward, that’s unconstitutional on their part, and they should be sued, and that should be looked at.

On the local and state level, every local municipality in every state and all the guidelines are different. So I can’t answer the question clearly, but I would look at my state constitution for guidance. And when we say somebody’s thrown in a psych ward against their will, that’s a very, very tough situation. Because just because it’s against someone’s will, that doesn’t mean it’s a wrongful action. Now, it may be, but it becomes a very slippery slope. And what you’ve got to appeal to is your most local of people, you know, your county commissioners, your local branches of government, your attorney general, and it’s very hard.

I mean, just say, for example, Ammon Bundy. I mean, Ammon Bundy is on the run now because he stood up when they tried to take baby Cyrus away from the parents, saying the parents are crazy and Cyrus’ malnutrition and everything else turned out to be a flat-out lie. Nevertheless, Ammon Bundy brings a bunch of people to stop the hospital and get the baby back, which was successful. But then they went after Ammon Bundy over free speech issues. Well, now what? And so the problem that I’m getting at here is when thugs just run over the law, you say, well, Sam, what law can protect people? And the answer is none.

When you’ve got secret combinations above the people to where wrong happens and you can’t appeal to anybody, there’s no checks and balances, there’s no courts, there’s no county commissioners or sheriffs or city people that’ll defend you. And you have nobody to go to. At some point, it’s a lawless situation. And our Justice Department in America is not perfect, but it’s the best one we’ve got, right? So I would propose moving to places where you have more protection of your rights. I mean, if you’re in California, you’re ready to succeed and you have no rights, unless you’re a criminal.

And that’s 40 million people. And I know that’s demonstrating the absurd by being absurd a little bit, but it is highlighting the real problem. So I don’t have answers to your questions. If there’s nobody that will take your cause and courts won’t, you know, for example, Ken Cromer and they said he was guilty through him in jail. He never even got a chance to present his case, really. How do I know? Because I testified for him. I went to court and the judge, literally, when I tried to explain the circumstances of why I was there and be a character witness for Ken, the judge kicked the jury out and scolded me and said, I’ll hold you and contempt the court.

If you give such complete answers, you just answer yes or no. You don’t give complete story detailed answers. And I said, Your Honor, I was told to tell the truth, nothing but the truth and the whole truth. Do you want the whole truth? Sam, the whole truth doesn’t mean the same to us as it does to you. And you better stop or you’re being in contempt of court. Do I hold you in contempt of court? Do you leave now or are you going to behave? I said, okay, I’ll behave. I’ll just answer the questions.

He brought the jury back in and he goes, ignore everything this man said before this. Let’s start over. Yep. Well, the jury can’t get the whole truth and the real story that way. So see, that’s the problem is we’ve allowed our government to get so far away from us, ladies and gentlemen. We’ve allowed secret combinations to get so above us that sometimes there’s no great answers. And I know that’s not a good answer, but it’s a true one. You did a good job addressing that. And the problem with the mental health system is the mental health system has been corrupted such that it is not based on mental health anymore.

And being able to define somebody as mentally unhealthy may be defining them as a political undesirable. And that’s let me give you one last example where I learned this lesson so blatantly. I had a friend his name is Hans Anderson. He’s a CPA by trade and back in the early 80s. He found himself in front of a federal grand jury. He was the leader of it and they did the work that he was called there to do. But he’s like, hey, I’m the head of a grand jury right now. It’s a legitimate grand jury. We’re going to indict the Federal Reserve.

So believe it or not, this literal legitimate grand jury indicted the Federal Reserve. When you would think that’s ironclad, right? Let’s investigate now. Let’s get out the facts. Let’s have due process. Let’s let’s go. You want to know what the judge did, Jack? You heard the story before. No, but I can imagine he didn’t even wouldn’t even hear it. Here’s what he did. He said we have a runaway grand jury dismissed. Yep. Okay, when you see that kind of stuff, you go, wait a minute. Don’t doesn’t that grand jury have authority and power? Well, that judge should have been impeached.

But as long as we let that judge do that and let him stay in his robe, you know, righteousness, I mock that, right? Then you’re going to get what you’ve got. We will. We allow it to continue. I mean, that judge should have been impeached on his ear and it should have been across the nation. This is judge has been impeached. We’re going to let this jury, this empowered jury move forward with their discovery. We’re going to but none of that happened. It was just a runaway runaway grand jury got shut down. That was the end of that.

And so, you know, to some of you who want justice, I get that you deserve and want justice. I also get that when you let government get this corrupt, nothing but returning to God Almighty and adherence to the principles that made America great and moral again, it’s going to solve the problem. So I hate to say we don’t have great answers. And that’s the reason the people are not righteous and the people are not insisting on their Liberty and therefore they’re losing it. That’s why the CSPO is so critical. So vital in defending your rights and working together and and doing all these things for this very reason Jack.

Agreed and it took a lot of years to get in this situation. It’s not going to be it’s going to take a lot of years to get back out of this situation. So I agree with you 100% people have the responsibility for maintaining their government and in a state of being just and fair, etc. I mean the founding fathers knew this very very carefully and documented it and most people didn’t pay attention to that over the years. And they were put to sleep by various anesthesias like education and TV and entertainment, etc.

And suddenly here we are. So we’ve got good steps happening right now if we can clean out some of the bad stuff. We’ve seen over the last four to 10 years. I think we’re making good progress forward. Everyone needs to keep their eye open though and not be lured away by things like we’re going to cure cancer with an mRNA vaccine. [tr:trw].
