So God took us his passion away and God gave it back with Nanosoma. I want to start the show today and say a prayer for two people. Very important. The first prayer goes out to my brother James from X Spaces. James was supposed to join us on Sovereign Radio and do a weekly segment here. Unfortunately this morning his wife passed away so early 40s. It’s really sad. My mom passed away at 42 from lung cancer. I totally relate to what James is going through, what my family went through. So prayers for James and secondly, I want to say a short prayer.
God, please protect and keep brother Dan, Brother Dan Oak, who was convicted yesterday to serve five years in prison in a Canadian jail by the Canadian Banana Republic. Justin Trudeau’s Banana Republic government used lawfare and their tyrannical deep state. The district attorneys, whatever the equivalent of a district attorney is in Canada, I’m not sure the name, but they convicted Dan to five years and his wife, beautiful, beautiful Japanese wife who came to Canada, learned to speak English, wrote a number of legal briefs in English. Japanese was her first language, I believe. Chinese was her second. English was her third language.
This woman learned English well enough to write legal briefs on behalf of the Canadian team that was filing criminal charges against the Trudeau government up and down Broadway, sued every level of government or filed criminal charges. They didn’t get to a suit. They filed criminal charges against against every level of government for crimes against humanity and for treasonous things. And what did they get in return? Not to be silenced and sidelined. No, they get five years in prison. So brother Dan Oak and Yayoi, his Japanese wife and two of his cohorts on his team are to serve five years in prison.
And we can only pray to God that those jail sentences are short lived and that somehow the Trump effect anores to the benefit of the Canadians that are behind bars with a great injustice, with lawfare, with the tyrannical government. It’s very similar to our J. Sixers. If you’d like an analogy, take our J. Sixers who are in prison for doing what? Doing absolutely nothing. Walking through the rotunda now tomorrow is Cindy Young. She was on Sovereign Radio last week. Actually, we are repeating the show in honor of Dan’s convict conviction and Cindy’s. We’re going to find out today what Cindy’s status is.
She was in hearing yesterday. So Dan’s hearing was Tuesday, sentenced to five years in prison and hers is today. And we’re going to find out what’s happening with Cindy Young. She’s the American J. Sixer. Dan is the Canadian, we’ll call him a J. Sixer. He had filed again criminal charges against every level of Canadian government. The very interesting thing is when they went to court, they did some very symbolic things. Many of them sat with their backs to the judge and white flags raised. Those are not white flags in surrender. Those are white flags mean we come in peace, we mean you no harm.
And the government knew exactly what those white flags meant. The government knew these were Canadian patriots who were simply going on the record, filing criminal charges for things they knew they crimes they know they committed. I do think children should be allowed to have that knowledge on if they want to transition, on what they want to do. If I have a boy and he. He thinks he’s a pirate, do I have the right to cut off his knee and take an eye out and give him an eye patch? I think once he gets to that certain point. A certain point. Like, what’s the point where I can cut off my. My son’s knee and say, because he thinks he’s a pirate. I think that’s purely between parent and the child. Well, I don’t think a parent should be allowed to do that.
You should have the option to go be educated and then still go and make the choice that you want to make. Okay, not at 14. If you are under 25 years old, they don’t even let you rent a car in this state. What does Avis Enterprise and Hertz know that the medical establishment seems so blissfully ignorant about? You are not a good decision maker. At 14, you turn 18. You cut off any medic. You cut off any part you want, and I hope that you don’t. All right, well, we couldn’t hear in the beginning, this is talking about the transgender.
The gentleman in front of the mic, the African American gentleman claimed it. Kids should be able to transition. The gentleman, obviously, who’s asking the questions, his position is our position that if you’re under 18, you ought not to be transitioning on your own with the school’s permission, without parent. Parental. His stance is until they’re 18, even if parents are down with the program, they shouldn’t be whacking off body parts and transitioning boys to girls and girls to men. I think most of us watching can agree this is one of the biggest issues for me, Jimmy, is this transgender thing.
The Woke Agenda, Drag queen story hour in schools. Reading kids smut kindergarten. They’re reading about men. Satanic. It’s Luciferian. It’s what they do. It’s what their culture is. And there’s, you know, it’s. It’s you on my son’s Truth Mafia Live. And that’s actually TJ. Jimmy Jr. Handles all the accounting, brother. And so I got a strike on the YouTube channel because I was hitting up on the whole transvestite movement and what they’re doing to indoctrinate our children. And I use the word transvestite. I mean, and you know, to me, it. Okay, I don’t have a problem if a man likes a man and a woman likes a woman.
I’m not going to judge people when. When they come to their love. But when you’re a grown man with hair on your face and on your chest, on your legs, and you’re trying to get into little girls bathrooms and, you know, you got. There’s some, you know, I hate to say this, but it’s so true. There’s some mental illness here on top of a big Luciferian movement to, you know, kill the, you know, the birth rate around the world and get everybody, you know, to get into this whole sexual perversion thing. It’s terrible. Jimmy, if you’re engaging in sex with children and worse, we won’t talk about the worst things they do with the rituals, but if you’re allowing a kid to transition at 6 years old and you’re playing with children and diddling them in the bedroom, you’re not only Luciferian.
Satanic. I agree with you. You’re a. You’re a whack job. You’re sick, you’re mentally ill, and we cannot stand. This is not okay. Borders, language and culture make a nation. The red is where Chinese government has funded buying major farmland.
And then superimposed on that are some of our most strategic military bases. And you can see there’s surrounding. There’s Dugway proving ground. That’s military equipment, biological chemical weapons. They’re surrounding it. Utah test training range. The largest supersonic authorized restricted airspace United States Whiteman air Force Base B2 Spirit Stealth Bomber Base Missile Drone Operations MQ9 Reaper Global Strike Command 3 Fort Liberty Airborne Special operations Forces Rapid deployment. We’ve allowed them to come in and buy up agricultural land, wind farms, no wind, no blades on some of the towers. But they’re surrounding our military bases. We’ve allowed that to take place.
Scotty, we are being handed over on a silver platter to the Chinese. I mean, our politicians and the Deep state are giving, selling, I’m sure for lots of money, probably trillions and trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars being, you know, laundered. They’re handing the Chinese America on a silver platter, man. It looks like to me that was, that was part of their 16 year plan to take America down under Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton to let China emerge as the dominant nation. The Deep state. Deep state would have set up shop in China. Well, they’re already, they’re already set up there.
They would have just moved all the management of their, of their criminal mafia empire over to China. America will become a third world country and we’re halfway there. As we can see some of these videos which would suggest we’ve moved into the value system, morals and values of a third world nation. China buying farmland, not coincidentally, right near our military bases. They did it. They surrounded our military bases. Let me put that back. Let me put that part back up so you can show that if Trump does not immediately. Right here, let me. I gotta get.
Where is. I can’t fast forward these, I guess, right? No, you’d have to let it play if you want to get to that map. It’s hard to see. I’m gonna turn off the volume and let it play because, you know, that map says a lot. That map says a lot. I mean, can you blow it up when we get to it? Yes. Let me see how I do that here. There it is. Let’s stop it right there. We’re covering it, unfortunately. I mean, look at this, look at this. And the amount of farmland they are. I just took a visual shot of it, so I’ll have it for later. But it is, it is frightening to say the least, though, Jimmy, between China and Elon Musk. I’m not Elon Musk. Bill Gates, they’re the largest owners of farmland in the United States. If Trump does not make China sell off those farms, and he says he will, he’s been, he’s addressed this issue publicly, that they’re going to make them sell it back and if they won’t sell it, they’ll take it away.
They own California. Do you see that? They basically own California. I mean, Jimmy, the, the, the. There’s two huge problems here. They’re going to control agriculture and our crop production. They will not let us eat what we want to eat. They will control the Deep State. The one world government should. They have won, and I don’t believe they’re ever going to get there. But they wanted us to eat what they wanted us to eat. Bugs will be. We’ll own nothing and be happy. They’ll own all the land. They’ll own our homes. You know what’s interesting too, is all these people that are selling out our country.
Deep State politicians, all of them. At the end of the day, the Chinese will kill them and take all of their stuff away. They don’t understand that if the Chinese hate us, they’re part of us. They’re just a, a foolish tool, a useful idiot. They are useful idiots. They’re pawns on a chessboard, Jimmy, that will be eradicated. They’re so stupid, like you say. They have no idea the end game is to eliminate them, too. They think they’ll have a seat at the table with these. No, no, they’ll all be ch. At that table. It’s all going to be the elite Chinese and, you know, the Deep State Chinese, it ain’t going to be anybody except Chinese.
And that even goes for the people that are, you know, what they would consider elite. Dealing with the Chinese, they’re going to be done, too. Once the Chinese grabs all this power, if we, if that’s allowed to happen, it’s going to be game over for all of them, too. You know, it’s interesting too. Before we got on here, I seen a couple posts. They could be false that Matt Gates is Bowing out of the ag. He has bowed out, Jimmy. I mean, my gosh, you know, you know, people think that, oh, this stuff is over. This stuff is, you know, you know, Trump’s here to rescue everybody.
What they don’t understand is, look, there’s the first casualty of war. Matt Gates resigned. He’s not going to go for attorney general. And they’re smearing everybody they can smear. I mean, they’re just, you know, smearing everybody. This is a. This is a war. People need to understand. I hope we don’t get lackadaisical. It’s not the time to take your foot off the pedal. Off the gas pedal. No, to me for it, man. It’s time to floor it. We’ve only just begun. The fight is now, especially for us, at a state and local level. Whatever Trump accomplishes federally is a blessing.
I think he’ll accomplish much more than people realize. I think globally and federally, we’re in a good position to put the deep state and checkmate, but they ain’t coming to our states and our cities and our counties. And Matt Gaetz is a casualty of war. The reasons he stated are he’s too much a distraction for the Trump administration that needs to hit the ground running, and they need to have easy, quick confirmations in the Senate hearings. I’m kind of surprised that Trump, because, you know, he didn’t do that without Trump consulting with Trump. Kind of surprised they gave in on that.
But there must be a method to their madness. I don’t understand it, but, you know, there’s a lot we don’t understand. I hate to see Matt go. They’re after Pete Hegseth really bad now. Oh, yeah, the same one. They started the same ridicule on him. Brother Sean is here, my brother. You want me to bow out and bring him in? Yeah, let’s bring him in. Let’s wrap this up by saying what we just watched, folks, is the state of affairs in the United States from a media standpoint, the coverage of Diddy, the standpoint of where China’s at in owning farmland around our military bases.
You know, all of these things we just watched are characteristic of the demise of the United States of America. We got a lot of work to do. We got a lot of work in areas of local government, state government, our county school boards, our education system, everything we got to rebuild, including our health system. And really happy to be here with you today. I got some exciting things to talk about. So. Yep. Yes, let me tell people this is the. I call it a magic bullet. And, you know, we wish we could have them organized by particular issue. That’s a. That’s a difficult and ongoing project that we try to do and are working towards. However, yes, there are positive outcomes pretty well across the board. You know, there are so many issues people deal with.
Certainly we haven’t necessarily had a testimonial on every single thing people deal with. However, it is extensive and these are easily accessed on our information website. Sean, reveal the secret sauce, what. And particularly touch upon polycosinols and why this Product triggers the body, so to speak, to troubleshoot the problems and start to work on them. Yeah, that’s a really, really great thing. And we work very hard to help people understand this. You know, the path to healing. And the path of healing is a journey and everyone’s journey is unique. What Dr. Raghavan, the inventor of these products, has achieved is nothing short of brilliance and such a gift to humanity.
So after a career as an organic chemist in the pharmaceutical industry, he essentially went on a journey to find what he believed would be the one natural element on this planet that would prompt the body to take care of itself in every way possible that you could imagine. He achieved that by understanding this little molecule called polycosanol, which is a series of long chain lipid alcohols found in unrefined foods and plant life. It’s a bit of a waxy substance and there are quite a few polycosanol based health supplements on the market around the world. What’s interesting is they are recognized as having the potential to do one thing, and that’s possibly lower cholesterol.
The difference in what Dr. Raghavan achieved is that he stabilized this molecule called polycosinol at less than 60nm in size, which is about half the size of a virus. It is so small that when this product, nanosoma or the gel or the cream that you spoke of, when it is present in our bodies, this little molecule at this just amazingly small size, penetrates our entire cellular genome. It gets inside our cell. Very few things are that small. When that happens, our bodies wake up and start doing things that they’ve forgotten to do over millennia and start taking care of our bodies themselves.
Our bodies start taking care of themselves in ways we’ve not ever even imagined possible. You know, as I said earlier, there are. This product is patented across 80% of the populating globe. A couple of those patents are really amazing. And for me, being blessed with good health, and I am very grateful for that, these patents and my understanding of these products is enough reason that I will take them every single day for the rest of my life. One of the patents is that when this product is present in our bodies, our bodies begin producing endogenous vitamin C.
Human beings don’t do that. Our bodies don’t do that. You know, my understanding is that, you know, we have a damaged gene for, you know, millions of years and our bodies have stopped producing endogenous vitamin C. So when you’re using this product, it doesn’t necessarily, it doesn’t reactivate that damaged Gene. What happens is the body starts taking the vitamin C that we get naturally through foods and it re oxidizes it back into endogenous vitamin C that remains in our bodies. And our bodies use that vitamin C preferentially over any other supplementation of vitamin C. The body knows that supplemental vitamin C is not natural and the body already tries to get rid of it because it’s not natural body.
Our bodies are incredibly intelligent, very similarly to insulin patients, which are typically given 20 or more times the amount of insulin that is is designed to remain with them because the body knows it’s synthetic and the body will clear a large percentage of that insulin that is not natural. So when you have this in your system and your body is producing endogenous vitamin C now you have a very strong immune system. Vitamin C is the basis of our entire immune system. It is what gives our immune system the strength it needs to do the job. Job.
Another patent is that when you have this product present in your body, your body, with this nano emulsion of polycosinol, as we call it, starts regulating the vitamin D nuclear receptor. And in fact, all 48 or 9 of our nuclear receptors, which is critical. A lot of our health imbalances are due to an imbalance of various nuclear receptors. So for example, with a vitamin D receptor, which is critical to many of our body’s operating systems, if you have an overactive vitamin D nuclear receptor, things can happen, such as cytokine storms. This is something that was talked a lot about during COVID People would get sick and then their bodies would have what would be called a cytokine storm, which is basically your organs just stop functioning.
That’s down to an overactive vitamin D receptor. If you can bring that to balance, that doesn’t happen. So it’s all about bringing your body ultimately to homeostasis. And this is, this is a process. It takes time. You know, getting to a point of illness or disease, as we say, is a process and it can take time. It can take some time to get to get that corrected. However, we have seen profound rapid change in people. Your experience, I think, is remarkable in that, you know. Yes. Dr. Raghavan says allow two to three weeks for every year you’ve dealt with a condition.
However, it happens often that people experience what you did a much more rapid positive outcome. And, and when you get that outcome, you want to keep going with these products because that may just be one thing on a long list of things that your body is working towards clearing and correcting. So when you have this Nano emulsion of polycosanol in your system and it’s inside your cells. The body has the tool it needs to begin bringing itself back into health balance. So there may be things going on within anybody’s body that we don’t even know about, the person might not even know about. You know, I use the example of somebody might be on a path to a cardiac event and it’s quite likely that a person may not have any idea that that is the path that they’re on. So you’re using this product, maybe you want to have your blood pressure come down and it’s taking time.
We often see other issues are getting resolved, issues that are often unknown. We have seen examples of people with I would call life threatening, high blood pressure, medicated, serious. You don’t take your meditation medication, it could have serious negative outcomes. We’ve seen situations like that normalize in weeks to months. Even your journey six weeks in, sure you had committed, but had we not taken the time to help you understand the process, you might have been disillusioned at four weeks, like, nothing’s happening, nothing’s happening, nothing’s happening, happening.
And then you just walk away from it when you were maybe two weeks away from a really great outcome. You know, it’s important to stay on the path. Sure is. And I was ready to roll for 20 weeks and I have used the product 20, 30 weeks. In fact, I’m now going on my 9th, 10th month of using the product. I won’t miss a day. Cancer cells, for example, are typically 10 to 20 millivolts of cellular electric charge. What does that mean? It’s pretty simple. If you just water it down. If you think about your cellular cellular energy as your body’s battery, and you’re losing the strength of that battery, your body’s operating systems no longer function optimally. How are you guys doing today? Doing all right. Thank you for having me. Thank you. Scotty. Mike, I’ll start with you. You’re the president of the National Owners and Operators Truckers Association. What’s the mission of the association and how do you work with the industry? Yes, well, our mission is we’re a business association. Our mission is to help truckers run their businesses better and more profitably. We have about 30, maybe 35 different services that we offer truckers to help them save money on managing their businesses. From fuel cards to 247 roadside assistance, tire discount programs, compliance.
We have a broker fraud division, corporate debt collection division that our members can use when brokers don’t pay them, which it’s probably one of our most popular divisions outside of our fuel card, we have an insurance division, we have multiple divisions. We do health services, retirement planning, you name it, we provide it for our members. We also are a registered lobbyist. We’re an advocacy group. We advocate for fair rates and rights of truckers. That’s pretty much what we do. We’ve been doing that for the last two years. Mike, how many members do you have though? We have about 40.
44, 000 members. Wow, that’s a big organization you carry. The lobbying is an important facet. I assume because the Schmo’s in Washington D.C. our politicians are not very friendly with regulations and stuff to. They’ve been really coming after you guys in the last few years. The Biden administration has not been good to you, Marlon. John, what to you as an owner operator? What, what’s the most important thing to you right now and how does the NOAA help you? So let’s be clear. I do not drive a truck. Okay? And Scotty, where, where I really came in and met Mike and Texas was, hey, they, they needed some kind of a voice to, to really get this transparency issue right.
That, that’s probably the biggest issue that we’ve been working on, advocacy wise. So I have to announce that, you know, I’m sure MOIT can elaborate, but we were down there in May at the FMCSA in Washington to set up this NPR notice of proposed rulemaking. Okay. So, you know, obviously we have been down the advocacy group and the route in Washington, understanding that, hey, they’re, you know, they know exactly what’s going on, but they give you a big show. You know, we, we, we’ve been down that we’ve experienced this, right? They all know what’s going on.
So we, you know, as a group and really it’s been Mike that’s given me the opportunity to be able to go there and lobby with them. But you know, hey, we had a big win. We actually have the notice of proposal rulemaking that came out on the FMCSA website. So, you know, basically in Washington eyes and I think in Mike’s eyes and my eyes is this is a gigantic win. We are moving governments, right? So Marlon, let me jump in and define the FM CSA for our listeners who don’t know. It’s the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
It’s a Washington D.C. it’s a federal administration, is it not? Yes, sir. And it’s designed in supposed role is to help protect the safety of truck drivers, which is probably one of the most important issues as you travel the miles across America. Truck driver safety. You know, people are always worried about trucks hitting them and they have a problem with truckers hogging the road. It’s such nonsense. When you look at a trucker, you should be looking at your best friend on the road because that’s the guy who’s getting you your goods that you need. I have never seen, I have personally never seen a trucker other than one time he was drunk drive recklessly.
Truckers are the most cautious drivers I’ve ever seen. How does the fmc, how does this federal agency really protect you guys? Are they doing a good job? You know, Mike, you could probably answer this question a little bit better and I would like to hear your opinion. I’ll back it up. Okay, Scotty. Okay. Well, Scotty, that’s a good question. Is the FMCSA doing a good job? How do they do their job? I mean, you know, I’m sorry to hesitate, but you will have some people that will give you a different answer when you ask someone that.
I think everyone will give you a different answer. My answer to that is no. And the reason I say that is because they do not. The FMCSA is filled with people that do not understand trucks. They do not understand trucking. From the DOT all the way down to the fmcsa, they are run. Both of these entities are run by people who have no trucking experience. So I’ll give you a perfect example. The Biden Administrative Administration appointed Pete Buttigieg to run the Department of Transportation. Pete Buttigieg appointed someone to run the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Neither of these people have ever driven a truck.
Neither. Neither of these people know anything about trucks, but yet they run these organizations, these parts of the government that have billion dollar budgets every year. And we have a serious problem with that because they have no idea what they’re doing. Now, the FMCSA itself is an experiment. It’s about 25 years old. The original regulator, the ICC, was disbanded in 1996 by the Clinton administration. That part of the government, the icc, actually regulated rates. So we didn’t have to worry about brokers gouging us. But in order to, in order to allow that to happen, they had to get rid of the ICC.
So in 1996, Bill Clinton got rid of it. And in 2000, we got the FMCSA. And the FMCSA’s mandate is only safety, which they’re doing a bad job at. But they have no mandate to regulate financial issues. So because they have no mandate really to regulate financial issues, brokers who handle all the financial transactions in this industry are running amok and stealing our money up to 70 cents, up to 70% of every load. And we have no recourse now because the FMCSA doesn’t regulate financial issues. Thanks. I want to jump in and make sure our audience and listeners understand what a broker does.
I understand what they do. In my industry, a broker is the guy that gets the trucker the gig, right? Who arranges between the company that needs to move products from point A to point B. They contract with a trucker, a trucking company to move those goods. So the broker is in the middle taking and handling the money in the transaction. Is that correct? Yes, sir. Yes. They’re in a position to steal. That’s essentially which they’re doing right now. Hand over fist. Hand over fist that the freight fraud is at an all time high. Entire loads are being stolen all over the country and they cannot control it.
It’s out of control. Now dare I say that those brokers, some of them may be kicking back to members of the fmcsa. I mean like how government works, right? There’s hands are always out for a take. Marlin, I’m going to turn it to you for your take on this. Fmcsa, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. How are they doing? Would you grade them the same? And, and what is the biggest issue you have with the brokers? Is it a financial one? I think we lost, John. We lost. You know, Scotty, on your point, until we get John back on that last point you made, it is, it is a cartel.
It’s cartel behavior. And they’ve developed it, They’ve developed it over the last 45 years. And one of the good things about what our members did was they said, Mike, we want to get to the bottom of this. We want to know why this is happening. So we want you to go into Washington and we want you to find out what’s going, what’s really going on here. And for 24 months that’s what we did. And John was there. The way this cartel operates is through trade associations, organizations like the Transportation Intermediaries Association, Oida ata. These organizations go out and they meet with these large mega corporations.
And when I say mega corporations, I mean companies like Walmart, Lowe’s, Target, Costco, all of these Companies that ship on grand scale and they solicit funds from these organizations and they take those funds and they put them in a pack. And then those funds get sent to congressmen and senators all over Washington. And for that they look the other way, Right? Exactly. This is just like the cartels that deal in human trafficking and drugs. They’re using the NGOs and the charities to move children around. Say the same kind of thing, exactly the same parallel. This is the mafia in its worst form.
This is the graph that goes on. There’s too much money in trucking for the mafia not to have their hands in it and the government officials not to have their hands in it. Mike, what’s the fix for this? If you were called upon by President Trump tomorrow, and I think he should sit down with you, what would you say to President Trump, sir, this is how you fix this problem with the brokers and the mafia and the shenanigans with our money. We, the truckers can’t feed our families anymore. We can’t put our kids through college because you’re all stealing and you all have your money in our pot.
Scotty. Unfortunately, I think the fix would never be one that they would take on or allow. But I think it’s similar to what happens in the real estate industry and what happened on Wall Street. I think the fix is self regulation. The fix is an sro. The fix would be a self regulatory organization. Someone got some feedback there. I don’t know if that’s. Yeah, maybe Texas Trucker or Marlon, you have, when you’re not speaking, just turn your audio off, we’ll be fine. The ultimate fix, Scotty, would be a self regulatory organization where all of the industry gets together and regulates themselves.
It worked on Wall street, it works in real estate in these two cases for the most part. I mean, you’re going to have hiccups like we’ve seen, let’s say recently and you see on Wall street all the time. But ultimately it works and there’s precedence there. Wall street has been regulating itself since the 50s, right? The FM, the FINRA, which was, I believe the NASD before, they’ve been regulating themselves since the 50s. And we have, there’s a, there’s precedence there. It works. And I think that is the ultimate fix. I think we need to regulate ourselves.
I think brokers, carriers, factoring insurance, all of these stakeholders need to get together and regulate themselves. Yeah, I think that makes sense. And then you can have a government liaison person who would make sure you guys are on track. You’re complying with other federal regulations and those kinds of things. But why not let you guys self regulate? Marlon, if you’re. Yeah, you’re back. I was looking, I was looking at you frozen. All I can think of myself is I need to get the hair club for men because that boy’s got a head of hair. Have a head of hair on him.
So Marlon, what do you say about the mafia, the broker industry and the government having everyone’s got their hands in your money. You guys can’t put food on the table anymore. You can’t put kids through college because they’re all taking a bite out of your apple there. So. So look, you know, you asked about the fmcsa, right? You asked about, hey, you know, in this notice of proposal rulemaking, they have language in there to model the home goods department. And I think, Scotty, the last time we talked, we talked about the home goods and how they’re heavily regulated.
Well, in this proposed rulemaking, they have language in there that they are going to mimic it. And what they’ve really been doing is saying, oh, it was budgetary. Well, Mike’s idea of a SRO would be self funded. The FMCSA. I think their budget, Mike, I think it’s 1.6 billion. It just got raised by $700 million. So let’s take that right out of the budget, take the tax, you know, taxpayer out of it and it would be self funded by the truckers when they would apply for your licensing. So you know, the, the SRO has many factors to it to where, hey, it could impact realistically that, you know, like Mike said, you get real people behind the ideas and hey, they will come up with a solution.
And then if you’re telling the taxpayer you’re going to save the money, it’s a shoe in, it should work. So that’s what we would like to impress. And one more thing, I’d like to go back. You know, you, you asked a question on what the FMCSA is there for safety. That is the number one thing. But if you look at the way that they have corrupted the data and the way that the brokers are working in a cartelish mode, if you look at the, what the truckers are getting for rates, they can’t equivalate it to maintaining that truck.
So when, when, now the NPR is on the FMCSA website. So anybody, whether you’re a truck driver or not, we need you to go on to that, that, that link and we need you to put a comment. Scotty. If nobody puts a comment, we’re going to get a typical government response. We will get zero. So we, we, we made the initial and it’s in black and white from the dot that because of the efforts of Noah and sbtc, there’s been a lot of people out there. Hey. That have done this for years. Yes. Have we gotten on the scene the last two years? Yes, we have.
But damn it, we picked it up. Right. They, they, they were quiet. Right. This is directly because of our efforts. So you know, it’s been a long haul to get to this point, but it’s a small little win. We need 60 days and every owner, operator and every American to join in. Yeah, let me bring Texas Trucker Daystar Transport. You are an owner, operator, you’re behind the wheel. I often talk to you. You’re always on the road talking from your big rig. What has the FMCS has. The federal government’s done their job as far as you have.
They helped you be safer. And if you could quantify how much do you think the brokers are taking out of your pocket personally, what would you estimate the cost of this racket game? The mafia brokers and the government officials that have the hands in the pot? How much money they taking from you? Texas Trucker well, hello, Scotty, Mike, John, how y’all doing today? Sorry I was late man. I was having some Internet connections. I am in my truck. So we really don’t know because we can’t, we ain’t got transparency. But what we know is, I’ll give you an example.
Yesterday on LinkedIn, a broker come up and commented because LinkedIn’s going off right now, they’re in a full scale ride over there about this because they thought it would never happen. Kind of got them on their heels. They thought, well the TIA and their, their money and their influence in Washington is going to protect, protect us and this is never going to happen. They’re just out there running their head, talking. They’re never going to do anything now that it’s happened. And the big influencers in trucking, some of the biggest ones, has picked it up and run with it like they told me they would during full blood blown panic mode.
Now it’s a reality that slapped them in the face and they wasn’t prepared for it. But we had a broker though on there yesterday. So he comes out and he tells me when I, when I post on this, he tells me, he says, you know, I’m gonna get mine, I’m gonna get my money. So he tells me he had a load that the Shipper paid him $3,700, said that he put it out and he got a truck to take that load for $1200. That’s a 65% profit margin going to the broker. Three times more, two thirds more than going to the truck.
Who’s got the liability, the equipment supplying, the labor, insurance, everything on it. The broker is taking 2/3 more than the truck for making a phone call and put it on a load board. It’s unconscionable. You know, you do have owner operators out here that can maintain their equipment. It should be the other way around, you guys. Yes sir, you are correct. Minimum. I mean in my world the broker should get 15, maybe 20%. That’s it. That’s what brokers and others. Here’s the problem. Here’s the problem with it, Scotty. That’s what we are being told by the industry experts, by these data companies that have our data captured.
They’re saying that the brokers are only taking 15, 13 to 15% out of the loads profit margins. But we see every day when they come out bragging about these used rips, the money that they’re pulling out of the carrier’s pocket. We see it every day. We’re not blind. So. So either there’s this nefarious and what I found was working with the government through the flow initiative. Okay. Because they’ve been working with the Biden regime through the flow initiative. Go research it. The data company dat, truck stop sonar, the media, freight waves ata tia has all been working with the Biden regime with the flow initiative.
And what do we know about the mainstream media? Trucking has got its own mainstream media. They have been party, they have been, they have collaborated, colluded to lie to the people. So when you have brokers coming out expressing hey, I’m not going to book a load unless I can take 40% out of it. I won’t do it. But these, these experts. How do you know they’re experts? Ask them. They’ll tell you. Somebody told them they was an expert. The media. But when, when they’re telling you 13 to 15% and the brokers are telling you to 40 to 65%.
Hey, so that’s where we’re at. What’s the name of the mainstream media in the trucker industry that’s dominant? Freight waves, Freightways. I bet you they’re in on the take two. I bet you they’re getting a couple points on every deal. Something like that. I’m sure of it. There There’s a reason they’re playing ball with the cartel. The owner of freightways through his. The owner of freightways through his hat in the ring to become the secret to become the secretary of transportation. He this year he threw his hat in the ring. He wants to be secretary of.
He wanted to be secretary of transportation. So yes. Yes, he’s connected Trucker. You want to say something? So. So what you got to know about Fuller? The the owner and CEO of Freight waves. He is also the owner in the bill. The. The one who built sonar. Sonar is what’s collecting data and putting out rates. Average rates that the brokers are using to telling us, well, this is the average on that lane per either dollar truck that sonar or truck stop. They’re saying this is the average on this lane. A dollar sixty a mile. We need you to take it for a dollar sixty a mile.
So it all makes a full circle. You got the media tied in with the data platforms because connecting the data, our data supposedly. But they collect a small portion of it from mega carriers and mega brokers which work in volume. Not like the 95.2% of us that work on every load. Every load’s got a counter. We go out of business. They work in volume. They pay their drivers cheap. They got really fuel efficient trucks because they get help on getting them through lease packs, turn around and pay their drivers crap. And then that’s what they use to set the in on contract freight, not spot freight.
That’s what they use to set the averages on the market. So they’re subjecting 95.2% of the industry owner ops and small carriers through the process set by the biggest companies that don’t work on the same model. Sounds like a big rig to me. It’s big rig. No pun intended there. It’s the big rig. Hey, I’m gonna talk your guys language and maybe I can put the money in perspective. How much do you guys need per mile to be profitable on average? And where are you at right now? What is. What is the industry paying you per mile and where do you need to be? Mike, you probably have those numbers.
Yeah, we do. This year the government is saying the arti. They’re saying that break even is $2.27amile. That’s. That’s break even. That’s what it costs us to run our trucks. As soon as we turn the key, it’s $2.27amile. So anything below that is a loss. So the only reason you take a gig for a buck 60amile is for a little cash flow. Maybe you need a little cash flow. Right? Yeah, I understand. Basically, that’s why you would take a load like that to eat, to survive. A lot of these people are living in their trucks. They don’t have homes.
Some of these people are living month to month. They’ve got lease payments. They, you know, they’ve got, they’re, they’re six months behind. They’re one, one blowout away from bankruptcy. They can’t maintain their trucks to keep them safe on the road because they’re doing loads for less than what it costs to break even. It, it’s, it’s, it’s a, it’s a big problem. It really, you’re describing our friend Texas Red. He went through all that and, you know, he’s now driving a truck. He had his own business. So if you guys were self regulating and you, you could come up with the real numbers and with integrity.
What would an. Number with integrity look like per mile, where you’re profitable? $3amile, 350amile. Where would you like to be? It all depends on the mode of transportation, right? So for, you know, we, you got dry bands, you got flatbeds, you got reapers, you got all different modes of transportation, but obviously, no, you’re. That’s fine. The number that I gave you is for dry vans. So Basically, I mean, $354amile on the minimum. $4amile. I mean, I would like to see. That’s fair. I’ve ran loads at that number. And, you know, it’s. You can breathe at that number, right? You can breathe there.
And, you know, anything below that is like. You start feeling the noose tightening around your neck every month, right? You’ve got, you know, here’s the funny thing, right? Our costs either stay fixed or they go up, right? So, you know, nothing ever goes down. You know, fuel might go down a little bit, so you get some relief there. But the insurance companies got us by the, you know what’s right. Every year our insurance costs are going up 10%, 12%, 15%. I think this year they’ve gone up 15%. So, you know, things like that are what choke us.
The price of tires. You know, Jamie can tell you he buys new tires like every three days. He’s blowing tires out. So, you know, I’ll let him feel that one. But, you know, to answer your question, a dollar more where they are, where they are right now. $2 more where they are right now. And I’m talking about from the ARTI number 227. Go ahead, Jamie. Yeah, so Scotty, what we got is. You got, you can’t. It’s hard to lay a number down and say that because everybody’s cost of operating the same. I mean, people are running at a loss out here.
They’re running out of desperation. They’re robbing Peter to pay Paul to keep their truck and keep everything going. But they’re not getting ahead. You can’t run a business out here and, and not make a profit and get ahead and stay in business. These trucks nowadays, used to you’d get a million and a half, two million, two and a half million miles out of. Now they’re going down at seven or 800,000 miles. Seven or 800,000 miles is five or six years. So if I need to end frame my truck in every five or six years, that’s a minimum of 30, $35,000 right there.
Okay? A set of tires a year can cost 8 to $10,000. Generally, if you take care of your tires, it’s about a set a year. You know, so many things change. You got people that’s got that, that bought equipment under the bubble boom, the bubble that we rode through Covid that body equipment inflated at stupid high prices and now they can’t pay for it. But they’re desperate. They’re trying to hold on what they got because they were sold the American dream. They was told by people that, hey, we need truckers. You can get rich being a truck driver and condom into coming into the market thinking it was always going to be like that.
And then when the bubble burst, they’re out here desperate, trying to hold on to what they got and trying to maintain and they can’t do it. The reason why we’ve lost hundreds of thousands of carriers in the last three years. I mean, it’s, it’s, it’s, it’s bad out here. I’m fortunate because I’ve been doing this a while. I’m experienced. I’ve been running my own truck for a long time in companies for a long time. So I’ve got a network that I work with, that I’ve worked with for years that respect me, that know that I do a good job, that I provided good service.
They’re not going to have to worry about communication. They’re not going to have to worry about me sitting in the truck stops and being late. So they pay me well through the downturn, when it’s been this bad for anybody else, I’m probably making a dollar to $1.25 more a mile than them. I’m running my own truck. I don’t have a driver in my truck. So I’ve been able to maintain and get by. But even me, where I’m running, I’m not, I’m not making bank. I’m paying the bills. I’m living, I’m surviving. But my, my money, my money that I make a week since COVID and since trucking, before COVID since we’ve, since we got the Biden regime in there and they, they put in this flow initiative and artificially lowered rates by, by working with these platforms, my earnings have been cut in half, brother.
Half. Wow. That’s significant. So are you guys optimistic that a Trump administration can turn your business back a few years and get you back to, I’m going to say, profitability, where you’re saving for retirement, but can at least get you guys to above break even, where you’re putting a little money away? Go ahead. M. We are optimistic. When he was, he has been president before and things were better in trucking, but as Jamie just explained, because he was president during COVID it’s difficult to say if that was because of the things that he did or it was because it was a nationwide, a worldwide global emergency.
Right. People needed products, we needed, they needed trucks, they needed us then. So they were willing to pay whatever to get toilet paper on the shelves. Right. They would have paid $20amile to get toilet paper on the shelves. So we’re, we are hoping and optimistic that he will do the right thing. As you probably know, we did stage a large protest in front of the White House when he was president. And, you know, I’ll let Jamie speak on that. Did anything happen after that? No, it didn’t. So we’re hoping he has a change of heart this time or we’re hoping he picks up where he left off.
Maybe nothing happened because he was not reelected again, but as we all know, he was reelected again. Landslide election. I support him regardless of what, you know, the situation is. I support our commander in chief and the administration that he picks. And we are going to work with the new Secretary of transportation and we’re going to continue to push forward. I’ll let Jamie speak on that. Go ahead, Jamie. Before you jump in, Jamie, I want to make sure we talk about the data that you guys are experiencing. They’re stealing your data, supposedly, as I understand it.
Am I right about that? They’re stealing your data, which affects, you know, Facebook, all the social media companies steal our data. They make fortunes off of that data and they don’t pass back anything. Now, there are bills in Congress I believe are going to change that. There’s proposals where they pass 1500amonth flat fee. They’re making bank. They’re making millions a year on a household’s data. They, you take a household of four people, they can make a lot of money. High six figures, seven figures on that one household. So imagine the billions they’re making on data. What’s the situation with data and trucking? How is stealing your data affecting you guys? Yeah, they are stealing our data.
Before, they were doing it through government mandate. Right. We have to have ELDs in our truck. Jamie has an ELD in his truck. And the ELD companies were empowered by the federal government to collect our data. And what does ELD stand for? It is an electronic logging device. Ah, okay. So this was put in place during Obama and it was enacted during Trump. He had the ability to wipe it away, but he didn’t, unfortunately. So it went into effect during his administration. And the ELD companies are collecting data. They know exactly where Jamie is at any given time of the day or night.
Even when he’s home with his family, they can track them. Brokers were able to track them through apps as well and find out. Now, the reason I’ll make this story short, but the problem with this is that when they know where all the trucks are, they could manipulate the rates. If they know that there’s a surplus of trucks in one area, they know they can throw a garbage rate out there. Because those guys are going to be desperate to move. If there’s less trucks in another area, they’re not going to be able to throw a garbage rate out there because there’s less trucks.
So under the guise of safety, once again, safety, they’ve been able to make more money and manipulate the rates. It has nothing to do with safety. It had. It has everything to do with greed. They are no more. They are no more safer now than they were before he had to have an ELD in his truck. Doesn’t take a bright guy to understand supply and demand and how to manipulate rates. So they’re selling. Yes. And Scotty, these companies now are selling that data to the highest bidder because it’s worth a lot of money. If you can find out where every truck in the United States is, that’s worth a lot of money.
So what we’ve learned is that companies are selling our federally mandated data. We have no way of getting out of it. So they know this so they’re selling it. Yeah. You got to give it up. You have no choice. You’re gonna have no say in the matter. Marlon, you’re the one who explained the data to me. Go ahead, jump in. And what say you about the data? So listen, you know, Mike’s right. If you were going, if you had a truck leaving Tennessee and it was going to Denver, Colorado, and you knew you had 500 loads, but you knew you had 700 trucks there, well, that person who owns that data and actually understands that they have an overload of trucks and they’re able to manipulate that, that lube for that guy, like Mike said, he’s desperate to go back.
Right. So if you understand that they h, they know where they’ve been, they know where they are, they know where they’re going. So if you could. And this is the biggest part, this npr, this, this notice of proposed rulemaking on the fmcsa. This is what we have to correlate. You have to say the rates that this data is manipulating and equals the rate of being able to maintain the safety in that truck. That is what the FMCSA is there for. That should be one of their only responsibilities. But they have their fingers and everything else. Right.
So I would think that the Trump administration, you know, Sean Duffy has gotten the tap on his shoulder from Fox News to be able to be the director of the dot, Right. So it’s going to be a very important position that he picks the director of the fmcsa. And that’s where the self regulatory organization would take over. And you could almost eliminate the FMCSA or just keep them on safety issues. Scotty, if you catch my drift. Yeah, as far. Go ahead, Mike. Go ahead. Before. I’m sorry, I’d like to throw something in. You know, over the last few months, the National Owner Operators association has been working with a company that is pretty new and they’ve been sweeping the industry.
It’s a company called Highway. We’ve been working with them behind the scenes to try to clean up the data collection side of the industry. They’ve been very focused and willing to hear us out and work with us on this situation. And I’m happy to say that we’ve been making great strides towards that. Highway, I think is the future. I think what they’re doing is light years ahead of all of these other data collection companies and driver, owner, operator and carrier background checking companies. We’ve been working with highway very closely. I’ve been working with the CEO and the CFO of Highway very Closely.
And they’ve asked us a lot of questions. They’ve asked for our input on what we would like to see from one of these companies and they have put these ideas into effect. Look, the bottom line is this freight fraud is a real threat, a real thing. Double brokering is a real thing. And we have to be realistic in if we want to actually tackle it. And companies like highway, well, there aren’t any company. A company like highway is taking big steps in tackling freight fraud. I wanted to point that out there. Yeah, that’s good news. And we’ll have them.
I’d like to invite highway on the show. We’re going to do more shows in the series of Trucker. I’m not going to let this thing die because I know how important it is to our entire economy and, and it’s one of the most important things. But Texas Red to you as an owner, operator, what does the stealing of data mean to you? What, how does that affect you? It’s Texas Trucker. Texas Red is my homeboy. Oh, I’m sorry, Texas Trucker. I just talked to him on the phone earlier today. My name is Jamie Anderson. I’m the owner, half owner and a carrier Day start to inspect.
But my handle, my CB handle, my handle is Texas Trucker. I’ll get into the data in a second because that’s my forte. That’s what I spent almost two years on. Me and Marlin and our good friend Blake’s have really tore into the data. But I want to show you something because I wanted to go back to a question you asked that I didn’t get to comment on Trump. I want to show your listeners this is my hat. Okay? Like it Truckers for Trump got my I voted sticker right there on it. I had to get it, get it on before I went into the Trump train.
But I’m a supporter of Trump, always have been. There is optimism in the market because you had asked that question. I’m already seeing me, I’m on the load board every day looking for freight, trying to cover my truck every day. I spend a lot of time on the load boards because I run specifically spot freight. I do have brokers that I work with directly. When I get in them areas, I already know I got a load there. So I call them. But if there’s nothing there, they have nothing. Then I hit the load boards. The market is shifting.
It’s been shifting. The rates are coming up. There’s more loads on the board. But we got the holiday push coming in. You know Black Friday coming in, Thanksgiving, Christmas. So you always start to see a peak. But this is the first movement of freight that we’ve seen that’s been normal in the last three years. So normally when we see the volume start to increase or decrease we know what to expect. We know by different times of the year because we’ve been doing this that when to expect it and what to expect. But the last three years have been totally out of whack for all of the trucking industry, all the carriers.
You can go to any one of your mainstream medias in the trucking industry and read the reports on even the biggest carriers. Their earnings have been steadily failed and been cut in half. So it’s even worse on small carriers and owner operator. A few weeks ago, a few months ago, a couple months ago Vivek Ramaswamy I put a post up and he commented on the post and he says we’ve got your back. So they know we know that Vivek went to Iowa 80 with CDLDU and he was schooled very well on the problems we face out here in the transportation.
I’m encouraged by Ramaswamy and Elon in the Doge department because they really can come in and clean house and we know that they’re aware. He told us he had our backs. Now is when we see if they’ve really got our backs because we know if he knows he’s aware and he’s worked been working with Trump and all of them closely and they should be aware too. That’s what our hope is. But there’s optimism in the market. You know, interest rates are going to come down, earnings are going to go up and they’re going to be real realized earnings.
Not what we’ve been being told by the stock market which don’t filter down to us anyways. That’s just the biggest companies hopefully though and people are starting to look to grow again. Me myself I’ve been, I’ve been in hold. I’m like no, this I’m no, no way. I would try to grow right now. Now I feel it’s time to try to grow. So we’re fixing to add a truck, just added a company driver. That’s good. If you’ve been in this long, you know that Democrats are terrible on small business. Republicans are good. So I know companies out here that, that if Democrats take, take control of the offices, they shut down until the Republicans back get back in control.
I know companies that’s been in, in operation decades that that’s their model because they know that they’re going to slaughter small business because of the corporate democracy and who they support and what they support. They don’t want independence, they want slaves. They want drivers that they can put in their seat that’s going to mine and run cheap. So the next, next thing you asked was about the data trail. So we started down this and what got me on it was the fact that, you know, I’ve been seeing the average on, on these, these, these lanes for years and I know where I run and I consistently run considerably higher than any averages out on, no matter where I go or who I deal with.
So I’ve always had it in my mind that you know who’s running for these rates, you know who. If I can’t be an anomaly, I can’t be a one off, I can’t be an outlier like they like to think I am. And I’m the only company out here getting paid for the work I do. Even at the peak of COVID when rate the averages on the rates was up on these platforms, I was still running considerably over what the averages was on the platform. And it got me started and started me down in the trail. And we’ve done a lot of research, a lot of digging.
That dollar truck, which is the biggest load board platform with their analytics, actually extended us a two or three month subscription of their highest model of subscription. In other words, rate iq, rate you. Where most truckers use the lower one, like me, I pay $45 a month. These brokers use the higher one. That’s upward of $700 a month. So the load boards, I want to be clear, are where you go online to get jobs. That’s where they post the gigs. Yeah, they post the jobs on there and you see the, the job and you call and you negotiate with a broker.
Okay, well I can do it for this and well, no, I can’t pay that, but I can do it for this. At peak times when, when the markets are good, you have more negotiation power. What’s killing us in negotiation is exactly what you say. Our captured data, where they know where our truck is or how many trucks in that area by the, how many people are posting their trucks on these platforms so you can go on the platform and post your truck, hey, I’m here, I’m looking for a load. They pass that information to the broker and the broker sees, well, I’ve got 200 loads in this area on the board, but I’ve got a thousand trucks.
Yeah, it kills any chance of negotiation. I can See the problem. So that’s how they’re capturing and using our data against us. They’re doing it on the eld, they’re doing it on our fuel cards, tms, load boards, tracking apps on our phones. They’ve got us completely captured in every way to know where we’re at at all times and how many trucks there. Now, that’s not very comforting that they know where you’re at every minute of the day. So I’m gonna have to wrap this up, guys. I’m gonna do so by asking you each something very important.
So I’ll start with you, John Marlin. If you could fix one thing in the industry, what would it be first that you would fix and you would get the solution to the problem? Well, you know what? That. That question’s come up many times. And, you know, Mike’s right. If we don’t get transparency passed, none of these problems are going to be fixed. If we got the transparency fixed, these problems will be worked out because the money will loosen up. Because, hey, you. You’re hearing the rate, Scotty. They’re under the. Their estimated value to even break even for the truck.
These guys are getting A$30,65amile. That’s absurd. You’re losing money here to relevant, to put your audience in it is, hey, we want you to support grassroots movements like NOAA. And if you want to cut down 30% off of your milk price or your bread price, that’s how it’s going to really reflect on your audience. And now, Scotty, one more thing, and I have to appreciate and thank you very much for bringing us on today. If you support the truckers, and I know some of your audience knows about the child trafficking, knows about drug trafficking, human trafficking, right? All these problems can be solved and throttled all the time.
We cover it all the time. Marlon, that is absolutely why I’ve been screaming for Noah since the beginning, because I know it will save America. Scott. So, hey, thank you for having me on. It’s. It’s a pleasure to have you. And we’re gonna keep the. The message going. I will talk to you guys. Not here, because there’s not enough time. I would like to start. I’ll just call it for lack of a name now, Consumers for Truckers organization, where we can have a voice and a say so. And you could go to D.C. with a million signatures, 10 million signatures of Americans that support our truckers.
Because we don’t support our truckers, we’ll never get this economy under control. So Texas Trucker to you, what one thing would you fix, my friend in the trucking industry? Well, we can dream or we can be realistic. And right. Right now, I feel we need to have realism. We need to be realistic. And the most important thing right now is the 49 CFR 371.3 broker transparency. Let me run it down for just a minute. I know you’re trying to get out of here. The transparency will foster trust between carriers and brokers. It will put fairness back in it.
Now we’re not asking for it before the negotiation process. Mike, if you’re still there, what one thing would you do immediately if you could change one thing? Mike. Yeah, I’m sorry. I gotta go pick my son. Okay, don’t worry about it. What I’m saying, what I would say is either John is right, these people are very crafty in the way that they do things. And there was a couple of things I wanted to say, but unfortunately, I gotta go. If I, you know, this is my hat. You see what it says on it? And the reason that I wear this hat and I don’t wear a Trump hat or anything else, and I’m not going against anyone who does, is because I do not put my trust in America.
I put. And I hope this isn’t a political show and people don’t take me the wrong way. I’m a lobbyist. I work with both sides and both sides are equally corrupt. That, that. That’s what I will say under. Both sides are equally corrupt. Yeah. And both sides are conflicting. Both sides are complicit in our issue. So my response to that, my answer to that is either an SRO where we could regulate ourselves and enforce our own, create and enforce our own rules separate from the government funded by ourself, which would save taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars, or at the least, transparency.
Thank you. Makes sense. By the way, guys, I should tell you, in the media business, I’ve been in 40 years, TV and radio stations have to submit their invoices to advertisers, to the Federal Communication. They have to log their invoices. So we have transparency. If you want to know what Proctor and Gamble paid for ads, you can call up the fcc, say, I want to come look at the advertising rates for company abcd. You can see what people are paying. All the rates are transparent. Not to the public, unless you go look at it. But there is a sense of integrity because they have to submit all the rates to the fcc.
Texas Trucker. Go ahead, jump in there, my friend. So what I was saying was the transparency to me right now is the most important. Important. It’s not an end all, be all to fix things. Right. But it’s a, it’s important, it’s a starting point, it’s a, it’s a place that we got to start at. So the 48 hour rule that says if we request transparency, I don’t feel that’s enough. Because what we know is that if you request that then that broker can retaliate against you, put a freight guard on you and put you out of business because no other broker is going to work with you or they can black list you or do not use you on, put it with you on a list or do not use and then you lose the business from that broker for requesting what’s their duty to provide to you.
You’re right. So the only fix to keep the brokers from attacking carriers, putting carriers out of business by requesting this is make it compulsory within 48 hours after the transaction is completed. In other words, after I deliver the load, get my paperwork signed, submit it as load complete, clean bills within 48 hours I get that information compulsory, mandatory. That way there’s no retaliation in the market against somebody asking for what’s theirs by right, by law. So it’s not going to be enough to fix it, but this is a start. We need people to think about this.
Yes, sir. Well, that has to wrap it for today guys. I am definitely going to have you both back because we’re going to continue this. Yep. Is corrupted in like, just corrupted. We have a lot of work to do, my friends. And you know, the fact that the trucker, you know, they’re bringing it from the porch to the stores, you know, we’re just in time. Everything on this planet, it’s not about local localization anymore. It’s about just, you know, just in time for everything. What a nightmare. I mean I look at that whole situation, yeah, it is always better under the Republicans business wise. But you look, what are the Democrats scamming? They’re stealing just like they were doing in the mortgage fraud thing that we heard about through that sheriff.
You know, that was a big, like a massive amount of money. Not even, I think in the billions, I think in, in a trillion something. And are they taking the in between money? You know, do they, you know, when they get in power, do they bring in all their cronies like the Mafia and say, look, we’re taking this percentage and they are running them like slaves. It’s terrible that that’s happening. And you know, there’s, it’s in every single thing. I mean, it’s in every, there’s nothing within this federal government that’s running properly, not one single thing that isn’t corrupted, you know, with so much corruption.
It’s ridiculous. We have a lot of, you know, a lot of, a lot of work to do. I know that a lot of people want instant gratification. That’s not what this is going to be. Trump is one person. All of his team people are one people. This is about we, the people around the world that love family and faith and God and patriots. And we’re going to have to put the metal, the, the, the, our foot on the gas heavier. This is no time to back off of anything. We’re on the brink. I mean, Putin was launching missiles today into Ukraine.
That can be changed off to nuclear tips. I mean, so we’re on a premises of, you know, we got a horrible administration. Trump’s going to get in there. But how about all these bureaucrats, Scotty, that are in all the agencies that you can’t get rid of, you know what I mean? And, you know, all the work and already they got Gates out. You know, he doesn’t want to be distraction because they’re going to take, hey, maybe he has something in his closet. I don’t know. I’m not going to judge the man. God judges. But at the end of the day, this is going to be a battle for Trump to get his people in where he needs.
Then the whole government is infiltrated with deep state. You can’t even look at the black budgets that they have in the Department of Defense and they can’t even come up with an audit. You know, they don’t, they don’t know who’s on. Yeah, they don’t know who’s on first. Jimmy, you’re. The whole thing is a mess. And, you know, there’s. But these guys, you know, to, to hear this today, how fragile this situation is right now and how these guys don’t even be, they’re not even to be able to take a load, to make money. They’re just paying Peter, you know, Peter DePaul.
Peter DePaul. They just keep on trying, you know, they’re losing. It’s a. It’s a scary situation because if they stop rolling all the goods and services, like you said, that stops. Yeah, I. I believe we need to muster up a consumer organization on their behalf. That’s a whole project we’ll tackle at some point. But, you know, you’re right, Jimmy. It just speaks to how everything else is upside down and sideways, and big government, big business, and big lobbyists have their hands in every pot, and the trucking industry is no different. And that’s just an industry we’re so dependent on every day for everything, whether you’re U.S.
or Mexico. I see trucks up and down the streets all day here in Mexico, delivering to the bodegas and. And the fast food. And I mean, it’s just without this industry, if they can’t survive and make a profit, they shut down. And there is a shortage of trucking. Man, do we have big problems, Jimmy, on our hands. There’s no. Yeah, we’re not. We’re not ready yet for robotic trucking. Not yet. I’m not saying, you know, that might not be the case in five years from now where, you know, because robots are coming and AI is coming for everybody, unfortunately.
But again, it just shows the incompetence of this government. You know, it’s a disgrace and it’s a failure. And all of these people that have made all of this money, you know, like Nancy PELOSI and Mitch McConnell, owning, I guess, interest in ports in China, selling our country out. These people, whether it’s Democrats or Republicans, you got them on both sides selling this country out. Look at that map you showed on that Tick Tock video. Yeah, what was it? A Tick Tock or. I don’t know which. What, What. It was a Instagram or something, but one of those videos showing the map of all the farmland they’re buying.
What are we doing? Sleeping? We want to turn the whole map red. I mean, for God’s sakes, man, what is this country doing? I mean, it’s. It. I think we’re going to see more turbulence and more upheaval than you and I have ever seen in our life. Even though I know, you know, we believe. You believe. I believe that there are good people in the military, that there are good people in the government, but we’ve all sat by allowing them to infiltrate every pillar of society, and we’re going to have a battle on our hands. Something has to shake out.
It is going to be a war and move to clean things up. We’ll see the war progress on every front. Well, it’s been, you know, Scott Bennett, before we close the show today, do you know brother Scott Bennett? I’ve heard his name many times now. Why do I know his name?
